I have had this refrigerator several years. It keeps everything cold, it defrosts itself, and is easy to clean. Side by side gives more room for fridge and freezer, and the water it supplies is cold and good tasting. Ive never had any issues with it in the 10 years Ive had it. Kenmore is my go to brand because it represents quality across the board. There is so much storage space, side by side is so much better than freezer top refrigerators. It has a lot of room to store just about anything on its shelves, in the freezer as well as the refrigerator. My Kenmore refrigerator is a side by side, and has a steel finish that is so easy to keep clean. There is a water and ice machine on the outside of the freezer section, making it accessible for a healthy glass of cold water. This Kenmore side by side refrigerator is well worth the amount I paid for it, and I have not needed repairs since I bought 10 years ago. To me, the Kenmore brand is synonymous with quality.

Ive owned a Kenmore refrigerator in my new apartment that I recently moved into. The fridge is nice, nothing has gone wrong with it yet. The freezer keeps all of the items nice and cold and I havent had any sign of freezer burn on anything. The fridge is nice, keeps everything fresh and has no smells like my old fridge. Its white in color, which looks great and also has a water and ice spout on the front, which is great for grabbing an easy glass of ice water. Very nice, and works great!

Kenmore is a great brand. We got one in 1994 and we just recently purchased another. I liked that we very rarely had to have it worked on. We had a top freezer with ice maker and the ice maker only broke once. The parts such as drawers and door shelves were very durable. The refrigerator was easy to clean and was the best one weve ever had.

Do not buy Kenmore side by side refrigerator Model 41123. We were assured by the Sears technician that its compressor noise was typical of all new models. After only 14 months, the refrigerator stopped cooling. Good riddance. Piece of junk.

Love the design and the size. A lot of room for all your favorite foods. Very trustworthy. Has the latest technology. Will last forever. Love how much space I has in it. Can fit a army load of food in there or at least enough to last for a very long long time. The freezer have a good bit of shape too. I love the color. Never had any issues. Never had to have it repaired. Ran for several years. They have numerous models and colors to choose from. Ours was an older one, it was a side by side and it was an egg shell color.

This refrigerator has premium space efficiently at a great price point. Every product has a place, making it rare to lose food due to it being out of sight. The temperature stayed consistent throughout use, and power surges had no effect. Great product! The size is a little bit on the bigger side for me, small kitchens arent optimal for this product. In a bigger kitchen there would have been no negativity from me. This refrigerator is classy! Very simplistic at first glance, not ostentatious. Appearance is basic but reaches out to a specific customer. After browsing and comparing many refrigerators, the value of this specific product is amazing. The space to price ratio makes this a quality purchase.

I loved my old kenmore fridge, it worked great for many years! It had easy to use temp controls and plenty of space. The only reason I didnt buy kenmore when it was time to buy new was because they were out at the outlet.

Performance is great. Temperature buttons work properly and have never broke. Temp always maintains the correct place you set it at. Overall performance level to me is essential and Ive had no problems. Size is essential to me. I would love a bigger fridge but my living space wont allow me to have so the size I went with proved to be spacious enough with perfect shelf space and space to stack. I absolutely love it. The appearance of the fridge you believe is top notch. I think the color makes it set itself above others and makes it look more rusty and beautiful and stands out. Go get one. Value is everything. Its perfect – value, look, appearance, longevity, price, space. Its all what you want and exactly what you always wanted in a fridge.

My Kenmore was an excellent refrigerator and provided me with many years of good service. I never had to call upon a service repairman at all for any kind of issue or problem. I used this refrigerator for well over 12 years before moving to my current location where one was already provided for my use. Upon selling my previous duplex, I included the Kenmore as part of the deal. That was over 6 years ago and the family who purchased it is still using it today. They love it as they have continued to use it and have also had no problems with it either. That is nearly 20 years with no problems! What else could anyone ask for or expect in a quality appliance? For these reasons, I highly recommend Kenmore refrigerators as an excellent choice when one is looking for just the right refrigerator appliance... Not only are they functional, attractive, and highly durable, but they also meet the needs of diverse family sizes and needs.

Definitely does what its supposed to even a little more and has a lot of space inside and is a beautiful fridge and not sure what else to say about it other than Id recommend it to all my friends and family. A great size for both fridge and freezer and does its job and would recommend to all friends and family but seems that all Kenmore fridges work amazingly. Very gorgeous and goes great in my new remodeled kitchen and wouldnt trade it for anything and would hope that youll stop asking for so many letters and words. I chose Kenmore because my mom has one. I liked the brand and it had features I was looking for. The price was good for the type of appliance it is. It is practical, easy, and slim. It has gallon door bins, adjustable shelving and door bins, 25 cu. ft. of capacity, frost-free freezer, built-in water filter, ice maker, can fit tall bottles and wide ones, tight sealing doors, humidity-controlled and clear crisper drawers, and adjustable spill-proof glass shelving. However, the stainless-steel is hard to keep clean, fingerprints are always on the fridge or smudges. And sometimes the drawers come out fast or fall out of the door, and small items slide around the door if there are gaps.

Purchased new freezer in March of 2014. Reasonable installation, installers broke a small part which was replaced by Sears. I purchased extra hoppers for the door. All was OK until this winter when we had several power outages. After the second outage, the freezer stopped running. I called and spoke to a technician who directed me to reset the breakers on the electrical box. She said the freezer would come back on in awhile. It didnt, so I called for a service call which had to be scheduled some time much later than I needed. In the meantime, after a week or so, the freezer resumed working. All was OK again for about a week when the freezer stopped again. I went through the breaker box routine again with no results. However, two days later the freezer resumed running but only for an hour or so. (Are we having fun yet?) I have called again for a service call, again sometime in the future and have cleared out the freezer and turned it off with the interior dial. (I would pull the plug, but I cant reach it.) The consequences as you can imagine are the loss of the entire contents of the freezer and extreme stress to me.

It does what you hope for from a refrigerator. I have yet to require any service for it. Maintains the temperature on both the freezer and fridge side with no typical fluctuations or opening to be surprised by suddenly freezer burnt items. A very reliable appliance. Fits in any standard space in I would assume most kitchens. No difficulty in installing and no need to compensate for its size in order to install. Was easily maneuvered with a dolly and I was able to do the entire install on my own. My model is black and I prefer that overall as it doesnt throw off most if not all kitchens decor for those who enjoy a flow to their rooms. I find that black melds well with even the most diverse of kitchen designs and cabinetry. As Ive said before this model is incredibly affordable and does all the basic things you need it to do. Reliable and smoothly built, this is a treat. Well rounded item by all definitions.

The Kenmore fridge has worked steadily with no problem for 4 years now. It keeps food as cool as it needs to in an even fashion unlike some fridges which are colder in some spots. Nice and roomy enough to hold everything we need it to. Runs quietly. It has side by side doors. Kenmore had it reasonably priced and has been worth it. Bought it and it was delivered the next day.

The Kenmore was provided by our landlord well over 23 years ago and was a good quality. The landlord wanted an efficient running refrigerator, which this was indeed. Our electric bills were low, and there was never any repair work needed while we used the refrigerator. So far, I liked the ease of cleaning the shelves. Also, seeing what is in the refrigerator is an important factor in making my choice to buy. However, our family of six needed more space to store food, especially the milk our children would drink in a weeks time. So I would have liked more freezer space to store food for future use. The ice tray area was small and did not keep up during the summer. There was some ice build up in the freezer too.

It is great and I recommend to everyone. I have the stainless steel. It looks very stylish and compact. It keeps everything cold and very crisp. I wish all refrigerators was this affordable and stylish.

I bought Kenmore Refrigerator, 795692902, on May 2012. The warranty elapsed six months ago. The freezer works fine but the Refrigerator below is cool. I called a repair person. He diagnosed the problem as being a computer board for the Refrigerator is bad. He said the Refrigerator is too new to have that kind of problem.. I would not buy any Kenmore product again.

Works well, refrigerator side keeps cool with adjustable temperature. Freezer side cools fast. Ice machine works very well. No reliability issues. Freezer side has four or five compartments. Refrigerator side has lots of bin space and storage on the back of the door. Easy to move along the floor. Refrigerator has a nice stainless steel front with two long stainless steel handles for the freezer and refrigerator section. Ice maker dispenser is all black. Overall is a good value since it has good reliability, a nice modern stainless steel appearance, good storage space in both sections, and a functional ice dispenser.

I own a Kenmore refrigerator freezer that stands side by side. It also has a built in water and ice dispenser. Ive had it for six years and have never had trouble with it. The water dispenser has a replaceable filter which makes me feel more comfortable drinking it. It was put in storage for over a year through hot and freezing temperatures. It still works fine. I feel very comfortable with the size of the freezer, something I find many of to be too small. The shelves including those on the door, are adjustable. That has come in handy when placing large containers in it. I would recommend it to others.

Our two year old Kenmore refrigerator/freezer is inexplicably not working. We came home from work and threw out hundreds of dollars of wasted food. Looking to correct the issue, we set up an appointment and the technician was set to come between 1pm-5pm. We called customer service several times to get an accurate time as it was nearing 5. No show. The customer service was awful. They were very unhelpful and “had no way to find out when the technician would be there and he would be there in his very reasonable time frame”. He did not come in his anything other than reasonable time frame. We were told we will need to reschedule for the following day because missing out on income and waiting for four hours is easy to do...again. So very disappointed in Sears and their lack of customer courtesy, the fact that there is no accountability in standing behind their products, and their complete disregard for dealing with issues. It was difficult at best to contact and talk to anyone and when we did, we were met with even more inconvenience and extremely poor customer service. I would also have to say I’m disappointed in Kenmore as well. I expected something just shy of $3,000 to work longer than two years. Although I hope it’s a simple fix, it’s really hard to tell since we can’t get someone from Sears here to fix it. Yet they want to make sure we pay for their service in full...I will never shop Sears or Kenmore again. Not surprised that Sears can’t keep their stores open. Very sad considering in the past it was such a reputable place to shop.

We have a 3 year old Kenmore refrigerator that has not worked since 12-18-16. Under warranty, but they wont be here to fix it till Jan 12th. That will be 6 days short of a month. It is a Lemon and they wont do anything more than say they will be here on Jan 12th. What good is a warm refrigerator? What would happen if the manager had one go out? I will NEVER buy appliances again from Sears.

I bought a Kenmore apartment size chest freezer in 7/2011 from Kmart. Its October 2012 and this past weekend, it stopped working. I had service come out and was told the compressor needed to be replaced which would cost between $400.00 to $500.00. I paid $202.00 after tax. It only had a 1 year warranty. Shouldnt a freezer last more than a year? I ended up having to buy a new freezer, but not a Kenmore. Im wondering if this was refurbished.

I like the ice maker, glass shelves, deep doors, sliding shelves, extra drawers for vegetables, and it can store closer to the wall. But I wish they make it easy to clean and have different temperature for veggie door and also meat door. The door doesnt seal good, and I would like a cooler place for milk, water in the door, filter for water, and different choice for colder parts of refrigerator. It also needs a bigger freezer. I also would like a bigger butter container and a bottom freezer with a sliding door. I would like to get another refrigerator that is smaller with a bigger freezer.

Very happy of its design. It fit our kitchen space very well. The freezer was the winner. We used to store lots of food. It was problem free until we moved. We used it for 5 years. It fits your familys needs. I am very happy with the freezer space and the door space. Holds lots of bottles which is easily accessible. Lovely. Stylish, fits my kitchen deco very well. Since we have all appliances in black and silver it fit in very well. It was not reachable for my hopping toddler, which made things hassle free. We bought it for around 1200 dollars and do not regret it. We got a good resale price when we moved since it was in good condition. Its a bit pricey but completely worth it. I would recommend it over other brands any day.

I am now using a Kenmore refrigerator. It is a side by side model. I have had it for a few years and have not had any issues. I love how I can control the temperature with a slight tap and it works quickly. The only problem I have had is with the shelves inside the refrigerator. The shelves break and crack so easily. I hate that I had to replace them so soon. They should have lasted longer without cracking. Why should I have to replace them so soon. I expected them to last longer than a few years. I am displeased with the shelves.

Fits just about anything. Very adjustable and runs quiet. Doesnt use too much energy. Frozen pizzas dont always fit. Temperature stays constant, no need to adjust. Ive stored pretty much every possible grocery item in mine, from bottles of various sizes to large pizza boxes to holiday leftovers. The freezer side is a bit compact but will hold most boxed or wrapped items. Nothing shouts modern and sleek like a stainless steel finish. Easy to clean, shiny, and nearly futuristic. Looks like a restaurant quality unit. Very great deal. Even though I got mine while it was on sale, I would gladly have paid full price for mine. Worth every penny I spent on it. Once this unit eventually gives out, Ill have more than gotten my moneys worth.

I was so excited to get my Brand New refrigerator with cool outer snack door. However, my excitement was short lived. Not only was the unit small on the inside. But the snack door would not stay closed unless pushed hard. But the water drips constantly from the ice maker and water dispenser gets stuck and continues to flow water even after you remove your cup. That was just week 1. Now it has stopped making ice or freezing now. I opened the back of the unit to clean it and found the coils were packed with Styrofoam. They were NEVER removed by the installers. I paid $2500 for a Kenmore... Come to find out KENMORE IS A FACADE... REAL MAKER IS LG. Needless to say Kenmore brand is dead. It is no longer a quality name. For a fridge to last less than 3 years is a sign. This is not the first review I see where Kenmore lasted 2 years or less. BUYERS BEWARE!

The performance is amazing. It does and has everything you would want and need from a refrigerator. The size is perfect. It had storage for everything you could possibly need. It has all kinds of compartments and different areas of storage. The appearance is great. You look at refrigerators and usually see the same style. This one is unique and innovative. It has all the looks and style you could ever want in a refrigerator. The value is perfect. Nowadays you would think a refrigerator like this would cost over a thousand dollars, but it doesnt. The value is 100% great and I would recommend.

Definitely a good refrigerator. Kept my food cold. Reliable. Bought years ago and still going strong. I like the finish, the handles, and the consistent temperature. I feel like you can always use more room. Good room, but the freezer isnt as big as Id like. I like to keep meals frozen for later, and after adding all those together, it would be nice if there was more room. Very clean, polished, curved, appealing and matched my style. Modern, all and all, a very nice shiny fridge. I liked the color and the pattern. You pay what you get. I didnt expect to get a fridge for free or for 100 dollars. I think the price was more or less what I expected, but the value was good. Hard to make a big purchase like that often.

My Kenmore has lasted a long time. It has a great freezer section. My food stays cold. I do not have to worry about food spoilage. I have a lot of room in my refrigerator for all of my food and condiments.

Got this refrigerator brand new. It broke down after only 2 years. It took the guy 3 times to fix it partly because I dont think they knew what they were doing. Now the strip that supposed to keep the doors closed and the cold air in is coming off so if I dont keep checking it the food in my freezer starts melting.

In the summer of 2018 I renovated my kitchen. All Kenmore brands. Fast track to summer 2020 and I now have Whirlpool refrigerator. My Kenmore refrigerator is totally not working. I am very disappointed. Model #79573106710 and serial #805trop634. I was even told by a Sears technician that those refrigerators are notorious for motor problems. I called sears on two occasions to rectify the situation. They would not budge. I would advise anyone looking for a refrigerator to stay away from Kenmore. Their fridge are made by LG. Buy American such as GE, Maytag, Whirlpool. I paid for my experience.

The refrigerator after just 11 months, before the one year warranty expired, started collecting water in the bottom floor of the refrigerator (upper unit) and did not cool anymore, lost lots of food. Called their technical repair number, they sent a “technician “ who basically told me it was my job to fix it, that the problem was that I needed to defrost the refrigerator completely, wait a couple days and plug it again in order to defrost the ice that would collect on the back wall and resulted eventually in water pooling at the bottom and not cooling; never mind that it was the middle of summer and that I owned only ONE refrigerator. After many sour discussions with their repair service (How can a less than one year old refrigerator suddenly stops working?) and their insistence that they would NOT give me a new refrigerator, I decided to do as they said: defrost it, wait 2 days, plug it back. It worked for 4 months, after this period it starts all over again with same problems, called again, this time however, I was told it wasn’t under warranty any longer (1 yr 3 months old) so I had to pay for the repair, trip of technician and any parts. I refused to do that for a basically “NEW” refrigerator. I have had problems with this refrigerator every 3 or 4 months and as of now, less than two years old, I’m so frustrated that I’m ready to acknowledge a “loss” and move on, get a NEW refrigerator; obviously making sure it is NOT A SEARS BRAND or any manufacturer related to SEARS. Wondered why they are in bankruptcy? DO NOT BUY A KENMORE OR SEARS APPLIANCE in the short life they remain as a business. SEARS does NOT take responsibility or stand behind their appliances. We should have a class action suit!

This is the best refrigerator Ive ever had. Its durable and good quality. Before I had other brand and it was not working as good as this one. They have a great selection of size. And I like mine, it fits perfectly and looks good in my kitchen. It is reachable enough for a short like me. They have a great selection of appearance or looks and I like what I have. It makes my kitchen looks even more appealing. The style is elegant. This refrigerator is a good value of my money. Easy to use and has a lot of room. It helps me to organize my stuff better.

Ive had this refrigerator with ice-maker for over fifteen years and have never had a repair bill on it. I do wish the freezer side was wider, but other than that its been a dream. I would not get a side-by-side again.

October 26 my ice maker went out. Service appointment was November 8. Technician said part was ordered. I had another appointment. Sears called and said part was back ordered. Set up appointment for December 5. I get recorded messages saying that tech. will not be at my house unless I confirm getting part. Called Sears, my call got dropped twice. Talk to CS. They said they would have to call me back that system was working slowing. Called back 30 minutes later. CS said part was back ordered and they dont know when it will come. I have had this fridge for a year this month. I was promised it would be fixed by Thanksgiving. It was not. I was promised it would be fixed on December 5th. I am so beyond words to describe this. Why is there not a part for a fridge that is not a year old? I asked to talk to someone higher up than customer service. I was told that there is not one higher. What is a consumer to do???

I like the stainless steel outside, which is easy to keep clean, but the door doesnt hold a full dozen eggs. So I have mixed feelings about our refrig. Next time I buy a refrigerator, I will definitely make sure the door is the right size.

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator less than 2 year ago with the price of $2500. It looks very nice. But, until I use it, I found that the inside design is so difficult to clean. And, it just stopped working after 8 months. I was told it is the compressor issue by technician. So I spent $300 purchased a new compressor, and $450 labor to get it back to work. During the past year it seems to be working OK, but I found thick layer of ice always accumulate on the back wall. And, it just stopped working again. During the past year I dare not even making ice with the refrigerator. This is the worst refrigerator experience that I ever had! This brand just has no quality at all.

It was in a very long time ago, I think 1993. Bought our very first house. Sears gave us credit, we bought kitchen appliances and that refrigerator is still in the house. They are built to last.

The size was great for a family of 5 and never had a problem. We have 2 dogs that shed and the hair is always under the refrigerator but even this did not cause a problem. Had it for over 28 years and ran great. The size was perfect for a family of 5 but the freezer section was a little small and could have bigger. We did have a stand alone freezer also that really helped. Was a plain white refrigerator with textured sides and front but it was very easy and simple to keep clean. The inside had adjustable shelves that helped with cleaning also. I really do not remember what we paid for the refrigerator since it was so many years ago but since it lasted so long I would consider it a really great value.

Kenmore has a door compartment in front of you when you open the refrigerator. Then below it has two separate compartments for fruits & vegetables. Then the other door is the freezer. However, the freezer should be bigger as well as the refrigerator and the two compartments below & above are not that big. But Ive owned Kenmore products now for a long time. Ive owned other kitchen appliances & it hasnt been as reliable as the Kenmore products. From price to design to style.

White that goes with anything and easy to wipe clean. Looks good after years of use and fits well in my kitchen or anyone elses. Big enough for a large family and for holiday goodies and leftovers. Holds all I need with room to spare. Lots of shelves, plenty of pull out drawers and temp control for bins for what I need and more. Convenient freezer. Have had for 10 years with no problems or maintenance calls in that time. Worth the money for peace of mind and carefree. Would surely buy same one again.

Ice Maker is horrible and drops ice everywhere. ALSO, They did not make any money on this one as they had 4 service calls from nearby cities and expensive parts to replace because it would not cool the refrigerator side. I am 86, in the past refrigerators would last many years. Not so with todays model of Kenmore Elite.

There was plenty of space in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. It kept everything cool and has adjustable settings. I love the side by side design. It fit everything pretty nicely. Had to stack in the freezer. There were just the right amount of drawers and shelves in this model. They are adjustable. I love the stainless steel. It is very easy to clean. It wipes down easily. It fit very nicely in the space provided for the fridge in our kitchen. It was a very affordable appliance. It seems that this item will last us a very good while. We absolutely love the Kenmore refrigerator. I would recommend this purchase to anyone.

Hi, I hope you are able to help me. I could not find any other way of reaching Sears to get an answer. We just purchased a refrigerator at Sears in the Volusia Mall, Daytona Beach, FL. We then went to our local small Sears store (Palm Coast, FL) to get a part that we needed for the install. The gal at the Palm Coast store asked why we had not purchased from them. We did go there first but they did not have the model on the floor that I needed to see. It was only available in Daytona. Which by the way, the local store would not tell me. They wanted me to look at a picture. My question is this: The gal at the local store said since we did not purchase the refrigerator from them they would not answer any questions for us or help us in any way. WHAT? I thought Sears was Sears no matter where you were located. We will never use them for anything again but I want clarification of the information we were given. Is it true that you can only seek assistance from the store you purchased an appliance from? What happens if you move? Seems very fishy to me. Thanks so much for listening. When I bought it it was a something I looked up. My other refrigerator broke so I went look everywhere. Couldnt find it. I found one online and I like it and it been working good for me ever since.

Worked great! Lasted long time. Temperature settings worked great. I especially liked how it seemed to preserve my food longer. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a new one. I only gave it 4 stars because I would not just sell my current fridge just to get this one.

It was built well & lasted quite awhile. I never had to require service and only got a new one because I bought a new home and left the Kenmore refrigerator as part of the sale. My current home already had a refrigerator already installed.

This appliance has been dependable. It works well. It runs quietly and keeps food just the right temperature all the time. I am happy with my purchase. I have plenty of space inside for all my groceries. I like the number of shelves in the fridge. This refrigerator is just lovely. I like the stainless steel appearance. The only thing I would like better is if I had gotten a fridge with the ice maker included. I think the price I paid is in line with other stores that sell the same brands. The paint is shine and keep the color for a long time. The refrigerator is expensive but you pay for a lot of innovations and features not included in others refrigerator from others manufacturers all over the retails.

Very efficient and quiet and also very easy to use with little or no help at all. Its great. I will/wish all of your appliances worked as quietly as that brings to memory when my fridge went kaput. You can fit pots and pans and skillets and soil washers. It also will allow you to put in coolers if theyre not of great size and does get those clean especially after camping and fishing. It has a really Sleek look. Very small in size and fits in the smallest Corner in my kitchen but still is very easy to access. It was the best one that we saw for sale at the time especially for the small size. Besides having a very Sleek look and being small enough to fit in the corner of my kitchen the value seems fantastic as it has a really new look although it is not too old. I really do love it.

Works very well also very spacious. Have had for over a decade with no issues. Runs extra super quiet and keeps food very cold. It is very spacious and roomy. The freezer has enough room to take advantage of any sale you come across. The frigerated part has enough room to do the same. Coming in either black or white it goes with any decor that you may have. It as well has a number of shelves inside. It as well has a couple crispers. I find good value in the fact that I have had it a number of years problem free. I as well find extreme value in the fact it does have enough room to allow me to take advantage of a good sale.

I have went through three lousy Kenmore refrigerators in the past 10 years. Size was one of the features that was ok but could be better for the prices for all three refrigerators. It looked good, but the appearance was average. The appearance held up but nothing else about these 3 refrigerators did. Very disappointed that they do not function nor cool well. What a joke. I will never buy another Kenmore Refrigerator. Poor value. It needs to last longer than any of them did.

Only had a problem with the Ice Maker once. Great Refrigerator/Freezer. It maintains constant temperature and the number of storage drawers make it a wonderful Refrigerator. The freezer has three drawers. One large with two different compartments and two smaller in depth. Certainly a very useful combination in both the Refrigerator and also the Freezer.

The Kenmore Elite bottom freezer refrigerator we purchased less than 3 months ago has been a problem and has ruined our kitchen floor under the appliance, and the adjoining rooms carpet . The ice maker line backs up and fills up in the back of the appliance and then leaks onto your floor. We have had 4 appointments scheduled for the repair (on a 3 month old product), and now we are waiting to see if we can have it replaced. It was repaired once to no avail. Now we are just waiting without ice, and our refrigerator is in the middle of our kitchen so the floor can dry out...again. Waiting for the company to contact us about a new or a replacement. I am very discouraged at this point. VERY!

The Kenmore fit perfectly into a space that had been made by previous homeowners and it was an odd size. Finding a fridge that fit was a pain, but the Kenmore worked! It was a pretty traditional and basic looking piece but it seems to go well with everything else in the kitchen. Ours was black and matched our other appliances. Im not a professional in terms of appliance sales but I felt that the price was just right for what we were looking for.

Our 4 and 1/2 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator quit working on June 7, 2018. I called Sears and they said they could not get to our house to service it until 6/13. I had no choice but to wait. When the technician got here, he said it was the compressor. Even though the refrigerator was a Kenmore, he said it was built by LG, and they are notorious for bad compressors. He told me there were all kinds of lawsuits against them because the parts are bad, and it takes a long time to get them. Sears also does not have enough techs, so the customer has to wait weeks to get their product fixed. He put in a brand new compressor, and it did not work. He got another one out of his truck, installed it, and it didnt work either. He said another one would have to be ordered and delivered to my house, and he could be back 6/20, the next available date, to install it. Today, I get an email from Sears telling me they are trying to confirm that we had received the part, which we did on Fri, 6/15. When I called them, they informed me that another part had to be ordered, but would not be delivered until 6/20, before the end of the day, and that our service appt would have to be rescheduled for 6/26, meaning that we were going to have to go another week without a working refrigerator! This is the first I have heard about this other part, and no one could tell me why or what it was for. I talked to several people, all in the Philippines, and they were no help and did not care. We have lost hundreds of dollars of food that has gone bad, and have spent hundreds more having to eat out. These people are not helping or taking care of this customer, and we have no choice but to take it. What is the recourse for the consumer? We spent $3200 on this refrigerator, that was supposed to be top of the line. Now, it has quit working and they cant seem to fix it after only 4 1/2 years! Consumers should not be treated this way. HELP!!!

My mother had a Kenmore and it was a good fridge. I liked the style, the options and the price for the quality fridge I was purchasing. Over time the refrigerator has lived up to my expectations and hopefully will continue to do so! Very quiet running, very spacious and convenient size for the price of the unit. The durability has been wonderful about 21 1/2 years. Quality and value cannot be beat! I didnt purchase ice maker so I would have preferred it to a larger shelf area for ice cube trays. Also have some type of shelving in the freezer. The crisper area for fruits and vegetables could have been made sturdier to support the crisper drawers.

We purchased Kenmore Elite refrigerator on September 5, 2012, thinking it was an Elite brand. It worked fine until 2 days ago October 25, 2017, 7 years later. We came home and found the freezer food are thawed, soggy, the refrigerator inside was warm and food were starting to smell. It seems to be the same problem most owners have, I realized, after reading all the complaints about this Kenmore Elite refrigerator. The electronics on the door lights up and there is still the same noise the refrigerator makes, as if it is still working, but, inside it is warm and food are spoiled. I called the number that is posted inside the door that is posted: Sears repair 1-800-367-6010. I was told because I did not buy a warranty that he will transfer me to the sales department.The sales person was able to give me the details as far as when I purchased the refrigerator, however, the warranty is good only for 1 year but the parts are good up to ten years. For $139 she can send someone to my house to check but it will be on November 5, which is 10 days later. I found there was a recall on LG and Kenmore Elite in 2004 for the same problems. Obviously the problem has not been fixed and Kenmore Elite models all should be recalled again.

Wonderful performance. I love it. Great experience. Would recommend it to friends and family. It was good and a beautiful refrigerator and kept things cold and the frozen foods frozen. Great size was able to have plenty of room and could separate things because of all the room. Had a great experience with it. Stainless steel looked sleek and elegant. Was easy to keep clean and everyone just raved about how beautiful it looked and wanted to get one for themselves. Great value for everything that you get both with looks and space and performance. I am very satisfied and would buy another one. Great.

After buying 3 Kenmore appliances from Sears (recommended by friends) I have had to pay out $300 for repairs to my refrigerator that is barely 3 years old. Is this the quality of the parts used to construct their appliances?? I am now waiting for something else to happen to, unfortunately, the other 2 appliances!! Not happy with Kenmore/Sears and will try to avoid products by that company.

So far my refrigerator has been very reliable. It keeps my food cold and frozen and fresh. I have never had an issue. The only thing I would not buy is a side by side. The freezer is just not big enough for a family size. If single then would be great. My next purchase will be another Kenmore but freezer on bottom to have more space.

Bought a bottom freezer French door fridge from Sears in February. Noticed that it seemed to run almost constantly, and the compressor hums and buzzes so loudly that it is audible in almost every room in the house. Since the unit is under warranty I called the Sears service center. They have our information on file. The first technician I spoke with tried to tell me that the noise is coming from the ice maker. When I didnt agree, she said to lower the temperature in both the fridge and freezer and wait 24 hours. I did that, but the noise persists. I called again.The second technician explained that the noise is likely coming from the water filter because my water pressure is too high. I disagreed, and she suggested I unplug the fridge for two minutes to reset the system, then wait 24 hours for the unit to stabilize. I did that, and the noise persists along with the compressor running almost constantly. Im now told that this sort of noise is normal in todays modern refrigerators and there is no need schedule a service call. Im about at the end of my rope. It may be time to send this sucker back to Sears and get my money back. Avoid Sears at all costs. No wonder theyre failing.

The history my family has had with Kenmore keeps me coming back. Its quality products are always dependable and work to my needs. I havent had to worry about maintenance because they last. I trust the Kenmore name because it’s been around for a long time. I like the fact that it stays cool when the power goes out. Kenmore is reliable where others are not. There are too many fly by night appliance fads and Kenmore doesnt do that. We are consistently happy and surprised. However, I would include more settings and maybe a deeper space for the freezer area. It also needs a better filter for the water and ice makers that is easier to change.

I bought a 3-door Kenmore (made by LG) top-of-the-line 31 cubic foot and have the same problem 3 times! They replaced the mother board 3 times and the heater for the defroster. I get an funky error message on the LED display, the water no longer works, the deli bin freezes over and the refrigerator only cools to about 45 or 50 degrees. Im looking for a Samsung now. Sears Outlet is loaded with the exact same refrigerators.

I love my Kenmore fridge. It has the doors that open out, bottom pull out freezer drawers - two of them ice maker, and water dispenser for my children and I have a warranty if it should ever break down. I love my Kenmore and thank you very much.

It work very good. It has good service, and it preform well. I think its one of the best refrigerators on the market. I always will buy a Kenmore refrigerator. I have friends who can say the same thing about Kenmore refrigerators. They provide good service. If anything go wrong you can call customer service and they will fix any problem you might have.

If you buy a Kenmore Elite French door be very sure you are buying one made by Whirlpool not made by LG. If you are told it is a LG, RUN. I have a $2000 Kenmore Elite French Door bought Aug. 09, 2013 that I am junking. Had it worked on by the only local guy locally. He put on new parts and could not fix. Takes Sears home repair at least 3 weeks to come. Sears does not offer any help and could care less. Wants you to buy a warranty for $49.95 a month to cover repairs up to $500. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING LG or KENMORE ELITE.

It was very interesting and it caught my eye and it was a very affordable price to pay and I thought it was perfect for my household. It has different colors, has spill trays and fits almost anywhere. Theres also mini fridges and ice and water dispenser. It’s tall, stainless-steel, had a lot of space and a perfect fit. It helps with easy tasks and its very easy to clean which is the most amazing thing that I likes from it. But a thing I would change would probably be a bigger freezer perhaps.

Kenmore refrigerator are very reliable and last long-term. The brand has a very recognizable name and it is an AMERICAN brand which is a plus. Kenmore line is also available in many store locations. They are always modernizing their brand.

Ive trying to my fridge fixed since March 2016. Its now September 15th 2016 and my manufacture warranty will run out in the next 10 days. Problem: Ice doesnt work. Beeps for no reason (thinks a door is open when that is incorrect). All lights do not work (If I unplug the unit, the lights work for about 5 minutes). Issue with service: Ive been contacting Whirlpool customer service to fix a Kenmore product (Sears told me to call them). They have sent the technician 6 times. Nothing has been fixed. They have changed many parts but with no change in the actual problem. Im worried that theyre just trying to wait out the 12 month warranty and then Im stuck with a broken fridge... Ive tried calling Sears many time. Both Sears and Whirlpool are unable to solve the problem. Sears says they cant touch the product until after the manufacture warranty. That doesnt make sense to me. Please be very careful with Kenmore products made by Whirlpool. They dont care.

We are very dissatisfied with our fridge. We have only had it about 3 years or so and only after a year the latch that keeps the doors (french doors) closed broke. We called and after a fight they came to replace it. Then a few months later it happened again. This time they wouldnt come to fix it unless we paid.

Kenmore is a well-known brand. We have always heard that Kenmore is a great product and even when I was a child, my parents bought Kenmore appliances. We have a very small kitchen and Kenmore was one of only a few products that had the right size that we needed. We couldnt beat the price at the time and my parents had a Kenmore refrigerator too. Our Kenmore refrigerator lasted 10 years with 2 kids and a husband that were constantly opening and closing it. It was also very spacious to keep a lot of food and it never leaked like the refrigerator that I have now. But we would have liked an ice maker instead of having to make ice cubes on a daily basis since theres 4 people in my house. Nevertheless, we would buy a Kenmore again.

I will never buy another Kenmore product again. I purchased a home in 2003 that had a somewhat small old Westinghouse fridge that I used for 7 years without issue. I bought a Kenmore Top Freezer Refrigerator 18.2 cu. ft. 68882 from Sears when I had some extra money during a sale for an upgrade in 2011. 2 years later it stops cooling and theres only a one year limited warranty! A one year limited warranty on a $600.00 fridge? Kenmore does not stand behind their cheap products. They want you to purchase the additional expensive coverage or be screwed when one of their cheap parts stops working. And believe me they will stop working!

The Kenmore fridge worked great and a very good product. It was a compact size which was good for space. I could have gotten something else and Im glad I didnt!!! I truly was happy with what it was bought for. I wish I had a home to buy a fancy one though!!!

Has always been a trusted appliance. Never had an issue. My parents have always used this brand and it was recommended that I get one as well. Looking forward to the next generation of fridges from them. The freezer could be bigger in the model I have. There is never enough room for everything for the month. Shelves could be made more sturdy too. Overall has always performed well, just the design inside needs to be better. I have a traditional white model, looking forward to updating to a stainless steel one. I have seen they also have ones with computer chips in them, I am guess Frigidaire has them too. They are getting a bit pricey these days, that I have noticed. Would be nice if they offered a trade in option for existing fridges to help cut down on the cost.

I have recently replaced my Kenmore refrigerator. Not because I didnt absolutely love it, it just didnt fit into my new home. It was an amazing product and gave me many years of perfect service in my previous home. I will be purchasing a Kenmore again the future.

It runs quietly and holds a lot of food. I love not having to bend over just to grab something out of the refrigerator. It holds all we need for two people and we have a lot of leftovers. We like how much can go into the door shelves including both large and small bottles. The Kenmore refrigerator looks clean and sharp. It has kept its appearance and looks just as good as the day it was put in. We have it in a recessed area and it blends in nicely. It has lasted a long time and no problems and that makes it have a lot of value in my mind. I would definitely recommend it.

It works great. I am happy with it. It is a basic refrigerator with good features. This refrigerator is for sure good quality and I do recommend it to others. This is a basic size refrigerator. It is not too big but big enough. The drawers have lots of space and there is good space on the door as well. It is a basic white refrigerator. The top of it is the freezer and the bottom half is the refrigerator. It is good quality and Im happy. The value is good. It is not too expensive for a good quality refrigerator.

My Kenmore refrigerator is the best. I bought it 5 years ago and it is still cooling and freezing like I bought it yesterday. The ice maker is still making good ice and I have never had any problems or complications with it. All of my compartments remain intact and I cant get enough of how large it seems in the inside. There is room for everything. And as each day pass, the stainless steel exterior looks shinier.

I purchased a Kenmore elite model 74015 fridge freezer in November 2015 from Sears and after only four years the compressor and cooling system failed. Sears could only offer a service technician to come in a weeks time to fix it. I will not be buying another Kenmore product. The quality and service are dismal.

This refrigerator is the best and it has a good appearance. Very bright, clean looking, wipes off with ease and does not stain at all. Definitely a nice look and it is the perfect size - not too big, not too small, just right. The inside has just the right amount of space to fit all of the essentials and more. Also, it keeps everything ice-cold and fresh. The value of this refrigerator, in my opinion, is good. It was purchased at a very reasonable price and has lasted a very long time. Absolutely no complaints. I would give the performance of this refrigerator 5 stars and I would absolutely recommend it.

Standard reliable refrigerator that was good for the price. Got it at Sears on sale and lasted about 5 years before I decided to replace to a more modern model. Good storage compartments, defrosts itself. Compartments make it easy to organize food products. Can sustain a pretty significant load without breaking apart. Freezer is spacious enough. A little basic compared to more modern models but does its job. Easy to clean and fits my kitchen style theme. Wish it was more visually appealing honestly. Fairly priced considering how long it held up and with the features it has such as nice compartments. Good value since it was on sale at Sears.

Id really recommend this refrigerator because it makes the food and drinks so cool (cold) and so good to drink and the food makes it so it doesnt get soggy and all that. It can fit all my items I got from the grocery store and it can fit all the things I look at and I put it in and it fits well as a gazelle in a farm. OMG, this is the best refrigerator ever! It is the biggest refrigerator ever. I love this refrigerator! The value is $2250 so for that price is good for a refrigerator. :D I love this refrigerator so much!

Its a nice basic looking fridge/freezer combination. I dont like a big fancy fridge and I dont need a fancy ice maker and filtered water spout. I can make my own ice cubes. Im a basic person. I like the color white because it is easy to tell when it gets dirty and needs a good wipe down. I love how it has enough space on the door shelves to fit milk and juice etc. The fresh drawers are plenty big to fit a head of lettuce and other produce too and the freezer is the perfect size for what I need to store. Also, always keeps food the right temperature and the price was perfect for people or families on a budget.

Refrigerator is very expensive. There is some value to it, but there needs to be more value in terms of discounts and losing of the percentages that make for bigger discounts. Meaning I would like 50% off instead of 25% off of the value. The appearance has a good design and color. But from the outside it looks like a rundown appliance that needs work. But when you get to use it, it works really well and has the features and benefits that any appliance should have. My food is kept cold and fresh for when I need to eat it again. I have enough capacity to put my food inside. It holds everything with enough durability that the shelves will not break. The size also is convenient for bottles and big items that need to be kept fresh.

I was very pleased with my Kenmore refrigerator and I never had a problem with it at all. I had it for about 20 plus years and I had five children who used it all the time with no problems or complaints.

I cannot give them zero stars. Purchased a Kenmore Pro refrigerator in 2017 and quit cooling on 6/2/2020. Almost made it 3 years. I did some reading and troubleshooting and found that the good old LG linear compressor is bad. Called Sears and they explained that the compressor has a warranty but the labor is not covered? Repair tech showed up this morning 6/15/2020 to take a look. Compressor is bad. Will cost $493.00 to repair!!! You pay over $3000 for a refrigerator and then need to spend $500 every 3 years? Please do yourself a favor and avoid, Sears, Kenmore, and LG refrigerators at all costs.

I had one that got hit by lightning and loved it. It ran well and kept everything very cold. I also have a Kenmore stand up freezer that I have had for years and love it. I had to get something at a scratch and dent after lightning strike as needed right away and had limited funds. Will go back to Kenmore just as soon as I upgrade from this one.

I bought a brand new Kenmore 795 silver front, freezer top/fridge bottom unit in June, fully warrantied. It went out today (quit cooling) and they not only dont seem concerned about such a quick malfunction, they say they dont work on Sundays, are booked on Monday, and cant get out until Tuesday. Its very frustrating to lose a weeks worth of groceries when the warranty proclaims Call anytime, day or night. This is something to consider before buying from Sears or Kenmore.

Mine lasted over 10 years. Never serviced, had ice maker and in door water. If you are buying a fridge you need to check Sears. It is not as popular as it was a few years ago but they do and always have made great appliances. The refrigerator has adjustable shelves and 3 drawers. Some of the shelves could slide out and repositioned. The freezer side held all I needed it to hold and the ice maker did not take up too much room. Ours was in between 2 walls, so it looked built in. Had smooth finish and easy to clean... was on rollers and it could be pulled out easily. You get what you pay for and the price was less expensive than other makes and models. It gave great service with no issues for the years we had it. I would say it is a great value.

I purchased this refrigerator in late 2017, On July 11 it failed. I called Sears service and they scheduled an appointment and 2 days before the appointment they put me off another month until August 25. The technician came and replaced the compressor. Part was under warranty but not labor, I then purchased a 1 year appliance warranty for almost $1000.00. Well 2 days later it failed again and now they tell me they can’t get here for almost another 2 months, October 22. I would advise no one to purchase any Kenmore appliance. I am contacting our B. B. B. concerning this matter. They want your money but do not stand behind their products.

My Kenmore fridge has been the best fridge I have ever owned! Dont think I could ever consider using another brand! This brand is the sturdiest and works the best out of all the competition. I bought Kenmore Elite fridge. For only a couple of years, it has so many problems. First the plastic door holder broke, and they are not cheap to replace. So far I spent at least a couple of hundred dollars to replace them. Then the door near ice/water hold starts to rust. The worst quality fridge. If there is 0 star, I would put that as 0.

I chose Kenmore over other brands because its exclusive to Sears. Sears has always been a company Ive trusted in and Ive owned other Kenmore appliances in the past. They are well made and inexpensive to repair. Also, it worked well and was affordable on my budget. Sears offers layaway which means if I wasnt able to pay the full amount right then, I could pay it in weekly increments. However, its a brand only available from Sears, so I had to go there for replacement parts. It was also very basic, so it made me feel like I was cheap when someone would come over and see that refrigerator in my house and not something more elegant. But the refrigerator did meet my initial expectations for the time I used it. Its great value for the money.

I really love the amount of features the Kenmore Refrigerator comes with. It comes with an ice machine and a water filter. It also has temperature control and has lasted me about three years. Although it is a great working fridge it does have its problems. The power consumption on the fridge is honestly not even that good and I would definitely check it on the website. But it pretty much exceeded expectations because it is a very affordable fridge and comes with many different features that I could not be happier with. I would honestly buy it again.

The refrigerator runs smoothly. The space available in the freezer was great for a family of 4. The refrigerator portion was spacious and easily configured. I was able to store my food and beverages in such a way to always be able to find what I needed. The ease of cleaning and maintain the inside and out was easy and quick. This refrigerator was a basic model and we chose it for that reason. It blended into the space to let the special features of our kitchen shine. After looking at many different refrigerators and comparing prices, reliability, and availability, we found this refrigerator to be the best for our budget.
