A Kenmore is a good name brand and product and I feel every house should have a Kenmore dishwasher. You will love it from the First day you use it... Its just like getting a brand new toy. It work well from the first day I brought it until now. I love my new Kenmore and I had it for one year now. Its a good machine and it meets all yours needs and all of its expectations. It get your dishes nice and clean. It dry your dishes very well and you dont have to worry about wet dishes. Just use the right amount of dish detergent, and always use Jet-Dry dish detergent to keep your dishes nice, clean and dry.

Didnt clean the best but it cleaned. Sadly it was a good washer for glasses but it didnt do well on the plastic. It was a reasonable price and did a great job for the price. Fits a whole sink full of dishes and pots and pans and big baking dishes all at one time. It is best to limit how much is in the washer so that you can get the best results. It was very nice looking and it also went with every other appliances in my kitchen. It was very new and digital. It had a fresh it looked to me that you knew it was a dishwasher. If I wanted a better product I would have had to spend more money so the value that I have received for my product was good.

The unit does a reasonable job with the daily dishwashing needs. The unit does not perform as well with heavier greased up pots and pans. The unit also falls short if it is filled to its normal capacity.

I like that it really cleans all of my dishes and not just partially like most dishwashers I have used before in my life. It also lets me control the speed which is nice because you want to have some control over how fast it goes. I really liked what this brand had to offer as far as features and just overall capability. It is something I could see myself using for the next 10 years and getting the best quality out of it. But I would like if it could fit more dishes. I also would like if it was stainless steel at a cheaper price than what you would have to spend for that feature.

My Kenmore dishwasher was in the house when we purchased it. It is the best of its kind versus the price. The dishwasher has plenty of room for all of my dirty dishware and silverware to fit. Also, the items came out extremely clean within one washing. It also doesnt require as much dish soap to clean. The dishwasher did produce hot dishes immediately after the cycle would finish. There was no cool down feature. But thats not a major issue.

Good machine. Dishes are always clean. It is water smart. Holds more dishes than most. Very quiet. Does not need a lot of dishwasher soap but still gets the dishes clean. Racks are large enough to hold most of my pans. It has two very large shelves. Only problem is that there is no place for the silverware. Quiet and gets the job done quickly. Dishes come out shining and all the food particles are gone. Very nice. If kept up the work put into fixing up was worth it. Easy to keep clean inside and out. Would recommend this dishwasher to anyone. Does a great job keeping the dishes and pots and pans clean. This dishwasher saves me time and energy. Would recommend this machine to anyone.

Good everyday basic dishwasher. The short wash cycle cleans just as well as the long - saves time and energy. It has the push bubbles for controls which is easier to clean than the old-fashioned manual knobs and probably has longer life knobs. On the other hand, heated dry takes a long time. It is noisier than other models because it does not have good thick insulation surrounding the tub or any sound dampening in the motor area on surrounding the tub. Its a Whirlpool in disguise at a better price. It does a good job. Kenmore (Sears private label brand) does not do their own manufacturing but farm out to other makers to create the appliances for them.

The dishwasher works great, we have never had any problems with it. I love it. Very cheap and great quality. It fits most all of our dishes. It was a great choice for picking out this one, we have 9 people in the home. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone with a big family. It looks great. Comes in so many colors to choose from but of course I choose the classic white. The dishwasher is great for its value. It didnt take very long to save up for it, and it basically pays for itself.

The dishwasher worked very well and lasted the family longer than other brands we have had. There was no residue that I would need to wash off, which made it very convenient for me. The size of the dishwasher was perfect. Not too big or small and the door was light enough to be handled by kids. It is an average size compared to many different brands of dishwashers nowadays. The dishwasher was very stylishly made and it was black so it was somewhat kid proof when it came to getting dirty easily. It had a very pretty pearly black finish which gave it a lot of style and was a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The value of the dishwasher was average, compare to the other brands that were being sold at the time. It was affordable on a slightly flexible budget and was worth the price I paid for it.

Modern and sleek design. The buttons on the front make it appear that youve paid a lot more for the product than what it retails for. Hows great in any kitchen whether your appliances are black or stainless. It is a great value! This particular model looks as if youve paid a great deal more than what it retails for, worth the design and the buttons on the front of the dishwasher.

Sit around the campfire, kiddos, while I tell you a story. Once upon a time, my familys previous dishwasher bit the dust. It was old, and on its deathbed anyway. We go to Sears, to look at dishwashers. We find one that looks VERY promising. A couple of weeks later, we purchase it, and it takes my dad pretty ALL. THE. REST. OF. THE. DAY. to install it. It works like a charm for the next year or so. Then the middle rack starts losing a couple bolts, and gets all lopsided. It actually becomes hard to put stuff on the left side of it, and we can only put lightweight stuff on it now, because anything heavier would completely break it.For the next couple weeks, my dad has been trying to contact people from Sears, and from Kenmore, to get spare parts for it so he can fix it. The first order gives him parts, but for THE TOP RACK. The second order? Well, my dad is having a HECK of a time trying to get THAT one to show up. Oh, and its been ALMOST A MONTH since the first order. Yep. Now you might think that were just acting like entitled spoiled brats, but come on now. Why should it take almost a month and a half for us to get some spare parts so my dad can fix the dishwasher? Just, why? And so, Im only giving this two stars. Just two. You guys bring us the parts we ACTUALLY need, I might give it three more. Thanks for your time.

It cleaned the dishes very well, it was not noisy. The cycles worked just as was advertised according to the settings. It worked great. It was the correct size for my family. It accommodated all of my items and it always cleaned everything on the items. I never had to rewash an item. I liked this dishwasher. The color was just right for my kitchen and pleasing to the eye. It also fit in with the kitchen and was easy to clean also. I assume the value was great. This dishwasher was included with the house when I purchased because it was built in and didnt see a need to replace it because it looked fine and worked fine.

It worked great and I had no problems with it. It did a very thorough job and I would recommend it to others. The dishes came out sparkling. This dishwasher fit everything. There was room in it for a full load after meals. This was the best dishwasher I have ever had. The way everything fit inside was great. It was very appealing to me when I first saw it. The way it looked caught my eye immediately. It stands out from the rest. My friends compliment on it all the time. At first I thought it was just a typical dishwasher. The value of it has been seen. I no longer have to run dishes through it twice. Once is enough.

I always had very clean clothes and dishes. Food stayed cold and my freezer had plenty room and food stayed frozen. I would recommend Kenmore to everyone!! These appliances have been around for years and I do not know of any family and friends that had any problems.

Very happy with the performance of this dishwasher. It cleans exactly like it is needed to. The size of this dishwasher is exactly what is needed in my home. It is able to handle several days of kitchen mess before it has to be run. The appearance of this machine is pleasing to the eyes in my kitchen. It is not plain nor is it crazy expensive looking. I think it is exactly what is needed in my house. I think the value of this dishwasher is ok. It was priced a little high when we bought it from a local retailer. They did not have any sales going on at the time of purchase.

This dishwasher has served me and my family well for 2 years and it still has room in the tank left to be the most efficient dishwasher you can have. The holding space is amazing and its good for those very big dinners. I mostly pile on my large objects on top of the smaller one so that everything will be clean. The dishwasher has a neutral color to it. Great for home projects that dont need much color or depth into it. The holding space is whitish/grayish look as well. It has saved me a pretty penny whenever the soap is running over. Power/Cost efficient so you dont have to worry about your bill rising.

I did not purchase the dishwasher. It happened to come with the home I purchased. However that being said I was not displeased with the appliance as I knew Kenmore was a trusted brand in appliances. There was an On/off switch for the heat for the dry cycle. It was programmable for delayed wash and the dishwasher was also large capacity with a roomy interior and easy to load dish racks. However, the dishwasher was an older model that did not clean my dishes as well if the dishes were not pre-rinsed and it was very loud sounding. We likened it to a plane taking off. But overall it was Satisfactory.

The reason I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher over other brands is because all my life I have bought the Kenmore brand. My family has bought the Kenmore brand. Im 44 yrs old and thats how long I have bought into this brand. The Kenmore dishwasher feature I like best is that the machine is so quiet. When I load the dishwasher and then push the start button and the machine itself turns on, I can hardly tell that it is on. But the dishwasher leaves spots on my glasses all the time no matter what kind of detergent I use.

We looked at different stores and different brands, but Sears had the Kenmore dishwasher on sale. I liked that it had a cutting board top, but I had to rub oil on it a lot to keep it looking good. I liked that it was movable and I could load it in the dining room and move it to the kitchen to run. I also liked that it opened from the top, it held a lot of dishes, not very noisy when running, and was easy to load dishes into it. I also had other Kenmore brand appliances and knew that they were a good dependable brand. But I disliked that when you hooked it to the faucet that you could not use the sink while it ran. It also would have been good to have the hose longer, and have the hook up to the faucet have it so you could still use the faucet. I also had to have the dishwasher tight up to the counter and I would have liked to have a longer electrical cord that plugged into the wall.

It saves me time and money and is great for all families especially big families. I love the fact that I can make anything and at the end of the day, I dont have to clean dishes. The size is almost perfect. My family size is big so I love the fact that I can put many dishes into my dishwasher. I can cook lots of things because my dishwasher can handle lots of dishes. It is amazing! The appearance isnt really a big deal to me just as long as it gets the job done. I love the fact that my dishwasher is silver so it blends in with anything. My dishwasher value is perfect. I love its incredible cleaning skills. I love the color. I love the size. Id totally go recommend it to anyone. Its great.

In the 20 years or so we have had this Kenmore; it came with the house we owned. The Kenmore we used maybe a dozen times over 20 years. In those dozen times the Kenmore worked OK I guess but we prefer to wash our dishes when we dirty them and not wait until we have a dishwasher full of dishes. That being said an unused dishwasher is great for storing bulky items like chips in, so other valuable cabinet space can be used for other things.

I like it, works great. Had it for 2 years and 6 months. I got new dishwasher when I got this house, has a whole of settings. I used it maybe twice a week. I think you will like it. The size is great, I measurement the hole from where the old dishwasher was out and it fits perfectly. It looks great, stainless steel is my favorite. My whole kitchen is stainless steel, looks great with everything. Definitely will recommend this product. Happy customer. I got a great deal. It was on sale and I had a 10% off coupon from Home Depot and they have free delivery. I am so happy.

Purchased a Kenmore Elite 14742N513 dishwasher a month ago. Our 22 yr old Kenmore started leaking so we replaced. 3 weeks now from purchase and 3 service visits later plus a part replacement, still no decent wash - soap remained at the bottom of the tub, residue on dishes and it did not even dry the load! What a waste of time! Luckily, we purchased a service warranty from Sears and well be able to ask for a replacement... see how that goes.

It worked pretty good. I always rinse before I set them in though. So I didnt really try it full potential. It work fast as well but I hate the drying spot on dishes though. It was the average size dishwasher that comes in a typical apartment. I could fit the day worth of dishes in there so it worked for me. But Im single living alone so I would recommend something larger for family. It had a nice appearance. It did blend well kitchen scenery and the rest of kitchen appliances. Sleek and modern would be the best words to describe it. I feel like I got the money out of it. I did not have any maintenance issues with it. It was easy to maintain. The quality of it match the dollar price.

It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It leaves little to no spots on glasses. You need to scrape the dishes real good as to not leave a lot on them. It has enough room to hold all the dishes I use on a typical day. Cannot always fit all dishes in it if I have a lot of company over and use a lot of pots. The color fits in to the decor of my kitchen. Easy to see all controls but small enough not to be overpowering. The overall set up is easy to use. At the time of purchase it was the best value for the money I was willing to spend. Came in a variety of colors and does a good job for the price.

Sears and Kenmore both made it easy for me to cross them off my list for future appliance purchases. If I cant trust them with a small appliance like a microwave, I know I wont be able to trust them with a large purchase. No one should have to replace a microwave after just two years, especially when its kept in pristine condition. My microwave was great when it worked, easy to clean and large interior. Then it started rotating and heating when I opened the door (dangerous). Then when door was closed, food was placed inside and you would expect it to heat something, it would instead countdown and nothing happened. Only thing that worked was the timer.For months I contacted Kenmore on FB privately showing them video of both issues and their response was basically, Im sorry for your troubles, theres nothing we can do. I have a dishwasher with another company that messed up and they actually cared about making things right. I wouldve easily bought a replacement, but the dont care attitude keeps me from replacing my Kenmore microwave with another Kenmore microwave. After just 2 years, Id expect more.

I dont really have to prewash my dishes, I always rinse them, I always have. Its a good dishwasher. I dont worry about leftover residue on my dishes after washing. I have 2 children and I have no problem getting all my dishes in the dishwasher. This includes sippy cups and tops. I cook a lot and it fits my casserole dishes, sauce pans and skillets.It is plain but it gets the job done. Appearance isnt everything to me so Im totally fine with it. I like plain and simple. If you dont need all the frills and fancy things that you get sometimes in appliances, this dishwasher would be good for you. I dont have a lot of extra cash laying around but I think this dishwasher was reasonably priced. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I would rather pay for a little more for a product and know that Im getting a good quality product.

The Kenmore dishwasher cleaned well and did a quick job. The dishes were always dry and they always came out clean which is all that mattered to me. The dishwasher is also easy to load and operate. It is large enough to get the job done. The setup was perfect for glasses, utensils, as well as pot and pans. You could even get a stock pot in on the bottom rack. The inside and seals are easy to maintain on a routine basis. However, it has a black front, which is not real easy to keep clean. I would have preferred a white one. It would also have been nice if it were a little more quiet, but for the price who can complain. The cycles dont take forever. You get your moneys worth. For an entry level machine the only thing I dont like is how loud it is.

I purchased my Kenmore in the summer of 1999. Ive never had a service call on it, and never had a problem with it. It cleans the clothes pretty well, but I wouldnt rate it as great. Its been a good purchase for the money, and has far outlasted the fancy name brands that some of my friends have. My biggest beef is that Sears insisted that the county in which I live adds a permit charge, and therefore, my good deal went up significantly. I made the same mistake when I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Sears. They charged me a permit charge. I later learned that there is no such thing.

I only had to rinse any heavy or dried food off. It cleaned very well in a quick amount of time. Has good options for cycles. I have a family of 5 and this dishwasher was good for that amount of people. It got a workout on holidays and family gatherings. Most pots and pans fit well and were cleaned to my standards. Easy to clean inside and out. Mine was white and the surface was very easy to keep clean. No fingerprints. Just wiped it down with a soapy towel and dried it off. I ran it empty to clean the inside. After comparing prices and brands, the Kenmore stood out as the best value. I have not regretted buying this dishwasher, it has delivered in all areas, cost, reliability, getting my dishes clean and overall satisfaction.

It does its job but I hardly ever use it because I always seem like I am cleaning the dishes and other cookware again when the dishwasher is done. It’s a standard size for the dishwasher. I, however, would measure the space that you want the dishwasher to go in. It matches all of my other black appliances. Maybe someday different colors will be available in a special order. I did some research on this. I got a good deal but I wish it cleaned my dishes a little better. If you want something more economical this is good.

Effectively and quickly cleans my dishes even if Ive let them pile up. Its gotten a bit worse over time as it sometimes leaves specks of filth behind, but that could be due to switching detergents. Overall, Im satisfied. It fits under the counter next to the sink, so it doesnt take up too much space. It doesnt stand out and its white color matches my kitchen quite nicely. Ive gotten into a habit of washing dishes by hand to save water, but if Ive been lazy, then it helps me easily catch up, which, when considering that it has lasted a while, makes it a worthwhile investment.

We seldom use our dishwasher as we prefer to spend the time together doing the standard method. She washes. I wipe. We do use the washer on special occasions. It works very well. The dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. The only drawback is that it is very noisy.

This Kenmore dishwasher looks very high end. People will think that a lot more was paid for it than there actually was. It was a very good value for what you get.

My dishwasher held up after years of use, and continued to wash my dishes thoroughly. It wasnt the fanciest dishwasher that money could buy, and yet it did exactly what I needed it to do. It fit all the dishes I needed. There were a few rare occasions - holidays - where more space would be nice, but overall, I did not need that extra space. It looked nice enough. My kitchen all had black appliances so the black outside was a plus. The inside of it was good as well, with several racks and placements. Kenmore is a great value. I feel like Kenmore is one of those rare brands that you can pay less and still get a good value. You get what you pay for does not apply to Kenmore.

We never have to worry about our dishes not being clean. They are perfect after each wash. The dishwasher is so quiet, I sometimes have to check if its on or not. The size is just perfect for our family of 5. There is perfect space for all of the glass ware on top shelf, and plenty of dish space on the lower rack. Our dishwasher is white and goes with all of our other appliances. Blends in with everything in our kitchen and bar area. The door has the perfect handle to open the dishwasher and buttons for the wash cycle are very easily accessible. Lock position so that children cannot play with it. The value is everything we had expected. We are extremely happy with the performance for the price. Please give this dishwasher a try, you wont be disappointed. Child proof or a child can also run it.

Bought a dishwasher about 1 yr ago. Worst washer I ever had. If I dont wash the dishes first they dont come out clean and they are never dried. I would never buy another one. I dont know if it has a defect but I cant figure out whats wrong.

My Kenmore dishwasher has performed well for many years. I have had no mechanical problems at all. It has a variety of different wash cycles with a multi hour timer. It is quiet in use. I would highly recommend the Kenmore dishwasher.

This dishwasher was easy to use & understand. It cleaned well & was easy to maintain. Parts were easy to clean & replace if needed. I would highly recommend to anyone. It fit great in my kitchen and didnt take up too much space. I do wish that it was slightly bigger to hold more dishes & wash them all at once. It looks like a typical modern dishwasher. It has a nice clean finish, with a fancy edge. Looked nice enough & cleaned well enough, but I feel like cheaper models could clean just as well for much cheaper cost. I would sacrifice some looks for quality & decreased price point.

This dishwasher had very good reviews from my friends and my family member. They told me about how it does an awesome job and I needed to try it for myself. It was easily accessible and had numerous settings, which I loved! Hard power jet cleaned dishes quickly and easily. The design was sleek and elegant. The only problem I had was with the person installing it. Besides that, I never had any problems out of it. It got the job done and more so!

I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher in June of 2018. The dishwasher is now leaking. I called customer service and spoke with two people who could barely speak English. There is a 1 year manufacturers warranty on the product but I was told that if the technician that came out determined that the problem was not covered under the warranty I would have to pay a $150 service fee! What kind of warranty is that? I will never purchase an appliance from Kenmore or Sears ever again!!! Horrible experience!

The dishwasher appearance was top of the line looking. My friends and family always commented on how the design was very up to date looking. My dishwasher was able to hold all of the dishes I needed washed. I have two kids and I am always needing to wash their cups and other stuff multiple times a day and that is why I chose this dishwasher. The one I owned was the best one ever. It was able to get everything cleaned, no matter how tough the food baked on was. The value was on par with what I would expect to pay for the quality of service that it provided. I would pay for it again. I will definitely buy it again. Best owned one and I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to all my friends and family.

It had a defective water pump w/in a few months of purchase. This defect was known by the water pump manufacturer Whirlpool Corp. It leaked under the floor & into crawl space. Not covered by Sears warranty or homeowners insurance. Whirlpool wouldnt cover the damage. I had to hire an atty. After a long drawn out process the dishwasher never cleaned the dishes. It has a touch screen w/ 10 features but they dont do anything differently other than longer or shorter time. It is a regular size. Stainless steel. Kenmore Elite Energy Star. Kenmore is Sears brand but not all the parts are not covered by Sears, standard 1 yr warranty.

The dishwasher is very good. The only thing is I found dishes need to be rinsed off quite well before being washed. But using a strong cleaner helped. The dishwasher is a perfect size for a small family. Even cooking larger meals the dishwasher can hold everything just fine. No complaints about the size. Although not a fan of black appliances, this dishwasher can look appealing in most any kitchen. Easy to clean and looks classy. Stainless would be better however. For how well the dishwasher works and cleans, it is priced well. Could be a little less but since it is pretty powerful, its priced at a good value.

This dishwasher has worked like magic. It is quiet and gets off even the toughest foods. Its big enough to do the job and do it well without being big and clunky and looking out of place with the rest of my kitchen. It is beautiful and sleek and I hate to say it but darn near sexy. Mine was black to go with the look of my kitchen but they come in silver and I think white and well it looks like a million dollars but you dont pay a million. The Kenmore dishwasher works great, it gets off even stuck on food that I thought would be dried on. I bought a rinse aid for the dishwasher because my water is hard and it left spots but it left no spots after that and even the harder things to clean with the little crevices and grooves came out clean. It has a few different settings to help meet the exact needs of the dishes you are washing in each load. I have a family of 5 and we do two loads a day and can fit everything into the dishwasher (since the kids hate hand washing). I am able to fit several cups, bowls and larger utensils on the top rack and then the silverware, plates and larger items on the bottom rack without issue. When Im not looking the kids even sneak pots into the dishwasher with the dinner dishes without incident. This dishwasher looks nice in the kitchen and matches well with my other appliances. It has a sleek look and doesnt seem to hold smears and fingerprints like some other appliances that Ive had in the past. This dishwasher also has stood the test of time in my kitchen and gets used more than daily. For the price it was a great investment in not hearing the kids whine about having to hand wash the dishes. I believe this was a great purchase and would do it again.

I really have no complaints about this machine other than it is kinda loud. Dishes seem to come out clean. Performs as I thought it might. I have a family of three and dishwasher seems to hold everything from plates, bowls, glasses and even skillets. There isnt anything that I have tried to put in that doesnt fit. Appearance fits into my home decor and helps keep my kitchen sleek and clean looking. Nice addition to my kitchen. People have commented on the looks of it. Good priced and a good value compared to my other dishwasher. Gets my dishes cleaner than my old one and would recommend this to family or friends.

This dishwasher is awesome! It can get any dried food off of any dish we put in it! It fits cookie sheets, large bowls, we can put lots of plastic that we recycle in the top shelf and it cleans so well! I love this dishwasher! This dishwasher has lots of space so we can really fill it up! It holds at least 20 plates and a ton of silverware and cooking utensils. I use a lot of different dishes when I cook and this dishwasher can hold and clean all of them! This dishwasher Is beautiful. The front cleans very easily, but I wipe off with a wet washcloth then spray some window cleaner and wipe clean with paper towels and it looks brand new again! This dishwasher is very valuable I cant put a dollar sign on it. Since it cleans so well! It would be hard to replace with anything any better! We have had the dishwasher for 4 years and it cleans anything!

My experience with my Kenmore device is that it has provided me with ease for my home. Using the device has brought on lots of great things. One of the best things it can do is that it can clean dishes in less time without all of the necessities.

There is room for all or most of my entire collection of plates, bowls, utensils, cups, etc. It does the job every time, in a quick amount of time, every time. This was a good buy. Snazzy design. Simple, compact, easy to use. I purchased the black model. Its modern look, fits well with todays kitchen trend. Whoever created the blueprints for this is a genius! Affordable. You get what you pay for. But with this, I got much more than I bargained for.

It works well and fast and washes all the dishes fast. It also comes at a cheap price for me, and it is very good value. It can fit basically all of my items. I myself use a lot of plates, bowls, and many utensils to cook and I can fit them all in one wash. It doesnt really look much because dishwashers werent really built to look too nice... Its silver and just ordinary.

It does not always clean as well as I would like it to as sometimes it leaves hard water on the dishes and makes them look like they arent clean. It is a fine size and fits just like our old one did in the cabinet. I believe it is a standard size and it fits our familys needs. It is not too small or too big. We have a stainless front dishwasher and I like the appearance of it, although I would also like it if it wasnt stainless because all of my other appliances are black. I think it was a great value and worth the money we spent. We got it for a discount because it was damaged. If it had been full price, I would likely be disappointed because it doesnt always clean as well as it should.

We needed a new dishwasher as our previous one stopped working and this Kenmore Dishwasher was on a yard sale site that was accepting offers and was readily available. I love the color, how plush it was with my cabinets and how easy it is to load and unload, and how quiet it is when washing a load of dishes and the heated dry option. Quieter than our previous dishwasher. But being a family of 6 and as the primary cook in the house, we go through a lot of dishes in one meal and we have to do a minimum of 2 loads per meal to clean all of our dishes so I would improve on how much you can load in the dishwasher and make the top rack a little more sturdy so it can hold a little bit more weight to it.

Great. It was what I needed. Get all the dishes done at once, make the job a lot easier. Always can depend on it when you are behind on your dishes to get the job done. A great way to make sure everything gets done on time: Start it up at night. When you wake up in the morning your dishes will have that fresh clean smell and ready to be used. Its get tough spots undone. Bad and good experience at that same time because the quality was not what I thought it would be. It still got the job done.

Cleans everything as it should, quiet, saves water. My old dishwasher only used powder so its nice to be able to use more modern and superior cleaners. Makes washing a snap, very happy with it. We bought a Kenmore because it was discounted deeply at Lowes. It had been a floor model, bought and then returned; so it was around 75% off. We went with the intention of saving money and ended up with a nice Kenmore. It met our expectations fully. It had several useful settings. There was even an option to sterilize the dishes with really hot water. I like the setting but it left soap spots on everything, so the cooler setting was ultimately better. Also, there were lots of little cubbies to put small items. Its hard to find bad things about a machine that worked perfectly for several years. The top rack would slip off the track and be a pain to put back, but that was about it.

The power wash feature proves that this dishwasher is a great appliance. I dont have to pre-wash stuck on food and greasy residue. When I pull the dishes from the dishwasher, they come out sparkling clean. Also, the dishwasher is extremely quiet to operate and uses very little water and electricity. Although we are empty nesters, we do have parties around the holidays and the dishwasher can be tested with the amount of plates and cups requiring cleansing. It has come through every time. The stainless steel is awesome and I would never go back to painted appliances. It is so easy to clean with a little polish and when its clean it shines so much. I love it! Appliances are not cheap anymore but this one seems to have been a great salute for us. We spent about the median price for name brand appliances.

RIDICULOUS SEARS POLICY that the dishwasher cannot be replaced because we had it for more than 30 days. Technician said he had to order 3 parts... Cost of parts very close to original cost of machine & OVER what we paid for the dishwasher if you add-in the labor cost. I want a new machine, I do not trust the integrity of this machine. What is so difficult to see that this machine is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced and not repaired?Ive had to make time for 2 service calls so far and now the parts on BACK-ORDER! Why cant Sears just deliver a new dishwasher! How do we rent the apartment without a working dishwasher??? Will Sears compensate us for loss of rental income and time taken for service calls? Customer Service call center in the PHILIPPINES are nothing more than answering machines, have no authoritative powers or common sense.

Its a little better to wash dishes and just need a better soap to use. Its a good Kenmore, kind of quiet with no noise. Gets dishes clean. 1340 size. Good for all dirty dishes. Have lots of dishes to wash everyday and need big dishwasher. The bigger the size the better it is. I like the power spray. It always cleans the dishes the best without any dirty spots on the dishes. Also everything smells fresh all the time. The time spent washing is very short which is great. I wish it would use less water to save as much as possible. The dishes always come out really hot which can burn you if not careful. I like the Kenmore brand because it is the most trustworthy brand. Water heats well... Dishes are not just cleaned but sterilized. Glasses look great as do utensils. Its reliable, easy to use. Convenient. I can get pots and large dishes (like platters) in without problems. Tall glasses fit better on the bottom shelf and I place large serving and cooking spoons, knives and forks flat in the shelf. Nice, clean lines, lights are easy to see and the dials are easy to read. Like the way it compliments my other appliances. Husband likes it well, also as he often loads it. Does a good job w/ economical time and limited water usage. It quickly pays for itself w/ the economical usage and quickness in cleaning.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

Its washed the dishes really well. Never had to double wash. I loved it and I definitely had no complaints. Just use the right dishwasher detergent. It fit well in the spot it was place. It was a replacement dishwasher. And it was money well spent. I would buy it again if I had and would chose that one. Very shiny and brand new and very efficient. Great value for my money. Never had any problems with this dishwasher, it performed like brand new until we moved and had to leave it behind. Its a good looking dishwasher, nothing unattractive about it really. Its all white minus the details, and fit in well with the other appliances except my stainless steel fridge, but thats mine and not purchased to have matched the appliances of the house we were in at the time. Id say it was just big enough to fit most of our dishes, but not so large as to be bulky or an eyesore. It could have been a little bigger, but overall I was satisfied with the size of this machine. Id say it was a great value. It ran smoothly, it looked good, it never had any issues, so for me it was a winner. I have a $3,000.00 Kenmore Elite that does NOT work. They want $1200.00 to $1500.00 to repair. Kenmore use to be reliable but not anymore. I like the shape of your design, elegant and casual time, but the way that your system is structured is a bit unusual compared to other models. It should perhaps include a function that allows more easily remove stubborn stains. The previous model used, a little faster drying my dishes, but just do not feel bad with this purchase. Its simple to operate and it saves on energy and cleans efficiently and is durable... There is little to no mess after you take your dishes out and it also is efficient with the use of cleaning agents. It doesnt make my kitchen look cluttered and also all of the wires and tubes for the water are hidden out of sight to make for a more safe area without having to worry about tipping over anything. The appearance of it I think has a very modern and sheen look... I chose it because it pretty much matches my other appliances... I would definitely recommend this product to others. Sometimes I have water marks on my glasses which does not make Sarah a very happy camper but other times it ok. Good at getting off stains. Well idk about all of yall but it fits perfectly in my house as if it were built specially for me so thats definitely a plus. So thats good and it holds a lot. The dishwasher is Easy to use and has ample loading space. In general, Im very satisfied with the features of my dishwasher. We bought the Kenmore appliance because its a brand we are used to and is reliable and the quality is by far better than other brands. The washing machine washes the dishes really great. It very reliable. Never breaks down and the glasses and cups are clean and clear and the color looks great in the kitchen. Easy to load and the utensils come out shiny and clean. Plenty of space for every pot, pan or serving trays. They all fit in nice and very neatly. The washer could be more energy efficient and made from recycled materials, the hinges can be of better quality, more rust resistant and could come with a lifetime warranty. The washers door could be more stain resistant and maybe have a glass window on the front of the washer so one can see if the machine is working properly. Our family has used Kenmore for years and year and I cannot recall having any.

Performed very well. It always took care of the dishes and only had a few problems with it. The heating element would get caked with water deposits and the soap dispenser door brook. Had dishwasher for 15 years and only needed service 3 times for problems. The size fit my family as there were only 2 of us. However it handled a large load when company came for dinner. Size was appropriate and easy to load all the dishes. Dishwasher was nice color that kept its shape with no peeling or rust anywhere. Inside stayed nice if taken care of depending on your water hardness. We had ours for 15 years and I would have to say the value was exceptional for the amount of time we had the dishwasher. Cleans the dishes as good as the high dollar washer without the price. I bought Home Cheapo dishwasher that lasted about a week after its warranty. I have always bought Kenmore before and will buy another if needed. This one is only 4 years old now.
