We enjoy the electronic touch qualities of the Kenmore Elite and the stainless interior. The upper shelf is made with plastic parts that continue to break and cause it to come off track. Also, we arent sure if it was how the Sears installer installed it initially, but the water house fell off and flooded the kitchen and under the cabinet only 1 year after it was installed. The very expensive repairman says he sees the clamps fail frequently. It came with lots of useless thing-a-ma-jigs, that fall off and are not needed anyway. Touchscreen, stainless interior, streamline placement of controls, easy clean stainless exterior, quiet, sleek look shows smudges. Could be better design of dish placement. Its always nice to have more room. Modern, no knobs to have to clean around. Sears no longer has a team or repair services like the old days. Calls for help were not helpful. Try to upsell you instead of fixing flaws of dishwasher.

The dishwasher was the perfect size for me and my kitchen which still works great from the same spot for years. The appearance has always gone with the different designs over the years. I have received many compliments about the dishwasher. It never had to be repaired. Its easy to use and when it breaks down I will buy the same brand because I was so pleased. It was a great replacement and I would definitely recommend it.

My dishes always come out clean even if I dont rinse beforehand. I can just load it up and turn it on, with no hassle at all. It really makes my life a lot easier. The size is great. I bought all new Kenmore appliances 5 years ago and in the past 2 years, I have replaced my washer, dryer, dishwasher and now my side-by-side fridge. I will never buy another Kenmore nor will any of our friends and family. Dissatisfied.

Tonight, my Kenmore Elite 665 model control panel caught on fire. I was upstairs and my two daughters were yelling that something was burning. I came downstairs to find my kitchen full of smoke. The front of my dishwasher, the plastic has melted and there was soot on the stainless steel. We opened the control panel and everything was melted. I can not imagine what would have happened if I were not home. I have tried to call Kenmore but I was transferred 3 times. I want this thing replaced, I know it is not the first time this has happened. We are not the original owners, if it broke fine, but this could have burned our home down or injured someone in my family. Doesnt Sears or Kenmore care about that? I have seen numerous complaints about this same issue online. People have gone to the local news agencies just to get the word out. Do I need to take it that far? I need something done rather quickly to fix this situation. I have photos that I can pass on.

Very good. I can use the time as this does the job, because I simply request to leave the dishes there, and this does it all. I like the shape of your design, elegant and casual time, but the way that your system is structured is a bit unusual compared to other models. It should perhaps include a function that allows more easily remove stubborn stains. The previous model used, a little faster drying my dishes, but just do not feel bad with this purchase. It is very efficient and I like its design. Its size is very good, just the place for a house like mine, just as I do not care much whether it is large or small, because the ideal is bigger to wash more. I really like its size.It is appropriate color, it combines with my kitchen, and is efficient for its so great as not hinder me at all. Its design is what seems to me the best, maybe main reason for purchase. It is a great design that is very nice, and just perfect for color in general is sleek and modern. I like that and more. Its great for the product cost. I think this is very good, not a bad buy and overall, the benefits outweigh the bad things, has the perfect price. Even did not bother to buy it if it were a bit more expensive.

I purchased it from Sears because someone was able to help me understand the features and answer my questions about the differences in the various dishwashers and they were on sale. Energy efficiency is a quality that helps my bottom line money. The fact that save energy is huge. Another feature is being able to choose between Smart wash, pots and pans, Normal or 1 hour wash helps. My last dishwasher did not have a pots and pans feature and I hate washing pots. And the stainless steel front is sleek. However, this is not a very quiet dishwasher. I usually start the dishwasher and go to bed and you can hear the dishwasher upstairs. It would be nice to have the sounds absorbed somehow.

The dishwasher stopped working and no one seems to know why it stopped working. I havent been able to use the dishwasher in a long time. I now have to hand wash my dishes and I am not too happy about it. I am looking to replace my dishwasher. I plan to get a different brand. I wont be purchasing Kenmore dishwasher in the future. It was capable of holding all of my dishes, including all of my utensils. It was able to clean everything quite well, and it worked very quietly. It was easy to load, and unload. Nothing complicated. Near the end of its run, it began to have a hard time cleaning all of the dishes. It also did not always clean EVERY dish, and had trouble reaching all of the utensils, sometimes. Kenmore has met my expectations. I chose it because it was easily recognizable and relatively cheap. It also worked very well. Overall, I was quite happy with the product.

Would gave a 4.5 instead of 4, but you dont have it, and 5 means its perfect, there always room for improvement in my view. Had the dishwasher for 18+ yrs and during that time only had to replace a clogged spray arm at the bottom. A $20.00 parts. DIY. Therefore it does not owes me anything and was money well spent, especially in these days where most mechanical & electronic usually requires a 5 or 10 years warranty extension on something which should last 20 years plus. Thus manufacturer are not really doing a good QC of their products.

Cleans everything as it should, quiet, saves water. My old dishwasher only used powder so its nice to be able to use more modern and superior cleaners. Makes washing a snap, very happy with it. We have a built in area of the counter that the dishwasher has to fit into and this fits perfectly. It is large enough to keep us from having to do the dishes every day which is nice. Just look at it, a thing of beauty. It looks great in our kitchen, but so did our last dishwasher. I guess most of them all look alike! We feel weve gotten great value with this dishwasher. It does everything weve ever wanted it to do.

Its fast wash and gets very hot. Dishes are always spotless. Plenty of room for everything. It takes the gel packs which is much easier. Its not too loud at all. I cant complain. Its the perfect size for my household. It doesnt take up too much room. But it fits our daily dishwashing needs. And there are spots for silver, bowls, flat dishes and its not all clanging against each other. Looks modern, suits my kitchen perfectly with my other items in the kitchen. Its easy to keep clean. I spray Windex on it and wipe it down and it shines nicely. I actually get comments on the look. It was a little costly but everything is going up in price. Times are tough but for the machine it was worth it. Other brands were much more expensive for similar sizes. It works great so I cant complain about it and the price was worth it.

Simple function, cleaned dishes really well, easy to use, energy-efficient and fast drying time, easy to load, very little leaking, easy for children to load and unload. It was big enough to hold and clean my familys everyday dish use. It sometimes had to separate the really dirty pots and pans from the dinnerware. It blended well into the rest of the kitchen. Easy wipe down. Really up to date looking but not standing out. Easy to match with my existing appliances. I thought it was a little pricey but the price was worth the quality of the machine. Very little maintenance cost and upkeep. I guess paying for the brand is worth it.

Went out shopping over 20 years ago to Sears with limited money for dishwasher. Sales told me this was truly the best. Took him at his word and in all these years I have never had to pay for any repairs and still is efficient. It is very quiet, you can choose heat of water, and stop drying process and let air dry, has a special cycle to clean dishwasher. The dishes come out spotless without any extra rinses. The outside is still beautiful shiny black too. I love it. I would bet I have a miracle dishwasher, I dont know if it is as energy efficient as todays new one but I would never get rid of it.

I have always had a good experience with Kenmore, I have a fridge as well and it has performed very well. The dishwasher has been great too. I have had very few problem at all with this dishwasher or any of my Kenmore appliances. Also, Kenmore always has very appealing and attractive looking appliances as well as performing very adequately and effectively. Always a safe bet with this brand.I got a good deal at a store on the dishwasher, it was not overly complicated to install. It always cleaned dishes very efficiently and well. It had a good amount of space and the racks were formatted well for my dishes. It is also easy to operate and the required soap is easy to find. However, when the dishwasher gets hard water stains or soap scum, I have found that the self cleaning cycle was not adequate. I tried to run it several times but had to scrub the racks and walls by hand, its a bit of chore. I am not knowledgeable enough to say of this is the case with all dishwashers, but the dishwasher has performed exceptionally otherwise. All in all, the dishwasher has exceeded all my expectations. I am very pleased with the Kenmore brand. Its always a great convenience and reliable appliance.

Its a little better to wash dishes and just need a better soap to use. Its a good Kenmore, kind of quiet with no noise. Gets dishes clean. 1340 size. Good for all dirty dishes. Runs smoothly, not super loud, always cleans everything. The dishwasher has been running great. I never have had any issues with the dishwasher. The size fits my area in the kitchen great. A great way to make sure everything gets done on time: Start it up at night. When you wake up in the morning your dishes will have that fresh clean smell and ready to be used. I dont really have to prewash my dishes, I always rinse them, I always have. Its a good dishwasher. I dont worry about leftover residue on my dishes after washing. I have 2 children and I have no problem getting all my dishes in the dishwasher. This includes sippy cups and tops. I bought this Kenmore as the signs at Sears said no pre-scrubbing was necessary with this model. This was not a true fact as ever since Ive bought it my silverware and my plates come out with food on them if I do NOT scrub prior to loading into the dishwasher. I am so unhappy with this product but I know Im stuck with it and as a low-income Senior Citizen I felt like I was lied to. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS as it is NOT what they advertise.

The utensil tray is a little small but is movable to accommodate larger pots on the bottom shelf if needed. This dishwasher is super quiet. Trays are nicely separated to accommodate the majority of dishes. Wash arms are recessed to allow full use of space. Stainless steel stains easily. I would never purchase stainless steel appliances again, especially a dishwasher. Door must be opened to access pause button. Noisy with original sound blanket. If you have another, install that to lighten the noise. Overall, a great dishwasher that steadily performs up to two loads a day, 365 days a year.

It cleaned very well. The dishwasher gave me no issues. It could clean lightly dirty dishes as well as dishes with very dirty, baked on foods and grease. It was very good. The Kenmore is a good product. I also have a Kenmore washer every machines. My Kenmore is a good dishwasher. Everything comes out clean and shining. Plus it keeps the inside of the dishwasher nice and clean and there is no smell in the dishwasher before use, start the load of dishes and after the load is finish. But the dishwasher could be a different color. Instead of black, it could be red to match the microwave.

I had great experiences with other Kenmore appliances, but this dishwasher was not on par with the past appliances from them. It works fine but the Kenmore products I had before were superb. It was not as fast as my previous washer and the racks are spaced a little oddly. It is manageable but it is an irritating thing. It is something that needs improvement. But, it is quiet and effective. I like that is HE. It has been very reliable, I havent had any problems with it except that it was damaged when it first arrived. Although that was the retailers fault and they immediately replaced it.

It was an easy hook up, runs well, with very little noise which is nice. I have little ones in the home that take naps. The power wash feature proves that this dishwasher is a great appliance. I dont have to pre-wash stuck on food and greasy residue. When I pull the dishes from the dishwasher, they come out sparkling clean. Also, the dishwasher is extremely quiet to operate and uses very little water and electricity. Although we are empty nesters, we do have parties around the holidays and the dishwasher can be tested with the amount of plates and cups requiring cleansing. It has come through every time. The stainless steel is awesome and I would never go back to painted appliances. It is so easy to clean with a little polish and when its clean it shines so much. I love it! Appliances are not cheap anymore but this one seems to have been a great salute for us. We spent about the median price for name brand appliances.

The Kenmore is a great dishwasher. I like the space inside and the way it cleans. My dishes always come out clean and I can fit a lot in it. However, its a bit awkward in the way all the dishes sit in the bottom. It is easy to bump into and start. I would make it so it is not so easy to bump into and turn on. But other than that, the Kenmore Dishwasher was a good price for a top rated company. We have had Kenmore before and were really happy with how it held up and how long it lasted, with very minimal repairs.

Works well and has a good sound when cleaning. I like the quietness of the product and length it takes to run the dishwashing cycle. I dont have to rinse dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. Nice, efficient size for any kitchen. I can fit any dish, pot, or pan into the machine and it will be clean. I dont have to separate the silverware exactly. Price was good and I got what I paid for. Didnt have to purchase an expensive product to get the cleaning power that I needed to get my dishes clean.

I think it is a solid refrigerator. The only problem I have with it is it noisy. The hum is louder than the last refrigerator I owned. However, it was affordable and something I would recommend. The design matches with my dishwasher and other appliances beautifully. I would buy it again if I was on a tight budget.

We have a 5 yr. old Kenmore Dishwasher that slowly leaked from the seal of the motor/pump assembly. We couldnt see any evidence of this until it had been leaking for some time as laid out by the forensic inspector from the insurance company. The dishwasher did about $30,000 in damage that our homeowners insurance wont cover. We have Sears Home Warranty that says it is secondary. We are hoping someone else has had success getting this covered. Our repair person said it is common with this model. How do I find anything in writing that speaks to this from the corporation?

We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

It could have higher power cleaning tools. It always left spots but I use jet dry. Hopefully its better at cleaning my dishes but I love how the dishwasher lasted so long after so much usage and I will always think Kenmore. Its not too bad of a size. Fits in any normal counter space with safe precautions door and helpful weight. Very manageable big.I love Kenmore. I will always shop them for my appliance needs. Dishwashers are my helpers. I love dishwashers. They are so pretty in style for the newer ones but they have always matched any kitchen appliance. I love a matching set of everything Kenmore. Cheap enough. Although some old ones still get pretty dull but still will always work. Never had a leak that couldnt be fixed. I cant wait to buy more Kenmore appliances cause Im so excited. I love them all very much.

The reason I chose to purchase these particular Kenmore Dishwasher was because the store was having a sale on the product and it fit my budget and requirements. I like the easy to use buttons, all the different kind of settings to clean and dry the dishes, prewash, and the easy open and lock of the door. However, I dislike the noise it makes when the dishes are washing. I wish it were quiet and when it switched cycles it didnt click or make noises as well. I also wish when they dried it would leave less spots on the dishes.

Its amazing, the best dishwasher I have ever owned and I definitely recommend to anyone. It is a must buy. My dishes are so clean and spotless every time. There isnt much to say about the size of this dishwasher. Its perfect. Not too big not too small. So much room for many dishes. Thats about all I can say about the size of this dishwasher. Its sleek and modern. It looks beautiful in the kitchen and easily matches other appliances. I cant say much more about the appearance of this dishwasher other than its amazing and I love it. This dishwasher is definitely worth what you pay for it. And also the warranty is worth getting too so if anything happens it will be taken care of, no problem. This is a very efficient and energy effective dishwasher. My dishes come out very clean and spotless. I am very satisfied with this appliance. The size is very large but that is understandable for the amount of power it has and it holds a lot of dishes which is convenient with a family of 6 in our household. So size is not too much of an issues. This dishwasher is so sleek and modern looking. Its beautiful design goes well with our other stainless steel appliances. I like that there are no buttons on the front which adds to the streamline look for this dishwasher. We received a wonderful deal on our dishwasher from the appliance store. It looks nice and it matches with everything in our kitchen. Purchase this dishwasher if you have lighter cabinets. It doesnt take up too much room because its not too big. It fits almost all of our dishes. Even if we use all of our dishes and have so many guests that we use all of the dishes. It is efficient and still cleans thoroughly with everything in there. It gets out the toughest food residue. We use it once a week and also when there are a lot of people at our house for a special gathering, family occasion or holiday. Its an excellent dishwasher and its worth the amount of money that it costs. Its a good product that lasts a really long time. We havent had to replace it yet.

I am an owner of the Kenmore Elite dishwasher that I have bought in 2004 (8 years ago) from Sears Canada (model 666.16462300; SER FR1509082). Ive been told that the dishwasher was made by Whirlpool. It has been a good dishwasher aside that the door was noisy. Last night when I turned it on there was a black smoke with smell of burned rubber and flames coming out from the top of the door and one can see sparks behind the buttons as well. I just want owners of the same dishwasher be aware of the potential fire hazard. If we weren’t home when it happened, we could have lost our house. Multiple times I have tried to contact both Sears and Whirlpool to file a complaint and to ensure a follow up, but nobody is interested to come and look at the dishwasher to establish what the issue was unless Im willing to pay for it. I dont care about repairing the old one. I just want my dishwasher incident investigated for safety of other consumers.

My dishwasher is easy to use, & great cleaning & is very quiet. I use mine at least 5 times a week. This is a great dishwasher. I love everything about it. Kenmore has far exceeded my expectations. I previously had a Maytag which stopped working immediately after the warranty expired. When attempting to have it repaired, I was shocked to discover that the repair would cost more than purchasing another dishwasher. Thats when I purchased a Kenmore. The Kenmore dishwasher was attractive, easy to use, dependable and quiet. I liked the way the racks accommodated different sizes of dishes and pans. It had plenty of room for everything. It met all my needs. Im still using it and have had no problems in two years.

The dishwashers performance clean your dishes so well you dont even need to add soap. Best dishwasher Ive ever owned and I love Kenmore. Kenmore is very efficient. Great size. I have a full sink of dishes and a Kenmore dishwasher can take all the dishes and stack them on top of all the dishes and they still all come out clean. The Kenmore is very good to look at. I really love this fridge. The double doors make it very easy to grab and put away groceries. Not to mention all the space for larger dishes and groceries. The freezer part is very deep so you’re about to put a lot of stuff in.

Cleans dishes thoroughly. Easy to use. With the right dishwashing soap it can remove baked on and stubborn spots. It is very low in the noise department. Not silent but very low. The size of this particular dishwasher is very suitable for my needs. I have to do dishes maybe 3 times a week. I can get all my pans and silverware to fit and even my big plates. I like the stainless steel look. It gives it a more professional feel in my opinion and helps my kitchen look better and makes me feel better about the appearance of it. While this is not the cheapest dishwasher out there it is very good. And remember that old saying you get what you pay for, well thats true in this case.

The model I have, I bought in 2011. Its been almost flawless in performance. The only issues have occurred when something needed more thorough scrubbing afterwards. My model is an HE one. All stainless steel walls interior. From the top down, there is an attached basket in the back for long or small items. There are two flip down racks attached to the front sides for more small items or long ones. Prong sections in the rack itself can be folded down for odd shaped things. There is a washing arm under the top rack so everything on the top rack gets well cleaned. The top rack adjusts up and down for taller items above or below. The bottom rack has a removable knife rack on the left side. The removable silverware basket, I have it on the right side, is divided into 5 sections with divided lids that can be folded up or down to separate utensils. There are jets on the back wall for the pot scrubbing feature, which can add when choosing cycles. Theres a removable filter basket in the bottom. There are lots of cycles to choose from, all of which Ive tried at one time or another and all work well, including a one hour wash, a sanitizing wash, a top rack only wash, etc. The machine is very well insulated so its super quiet. I can barely hear it running, which I really appreciate, as my bedroom is directly above the kitchen. Theres even a delay wash option, so it can run after I go to sleep. The door can be left open at a variety of different angles without it falling down or shutting. This is great for letting it air out, as I dont use the drying cycle. I live in a dry climate so allow the dishes to air dry by opening the door all the way and pulling the racks out. It is a standard sized washer, meaning it fit in the same location as my old unit. However, it is larger inside than my old unit, so I can put taller items inside. I chose a brushed stainless exterior to match my fridge. This has not been so wonderful though. It shows stains that I cant seem to get out. Something must have spilled on the exterior at one point that etched into the finish. When polished with a stainless steel cleanser, it looks great, but within a day, the stain reappears. The cycles panel is on the top of the door, so its almost completely hidden from view when the door is fully closed. There are 3 led lights on the front, just above the handle, though Ive only seen two of them lit - red for when its running and blue when it finished. Ive no idea what the middle light color is or what it means. When I chose this model, I had a choice of handles. I chose a rounded one for hanging towels on and if I bump into it, it doesnt hurt so much. This was an expensive home appliance, being just under $1000 (originally $1400). I got it on clearance when Sears closed out their big home stores. At one point, just four days after the warranty had expired, the washers computer control panel stopped working. I looked on YouTube and found the fix, which saved me a $90 service call, and took less than 5 minutes to do.After having read how many others have encountered this same issue, I think the control panels are preset to fail (and most just after the warranty expires), to force people into making an expensive service call, because it takes less than 5 minutes to fix it. And once its done, it hasnt reoccurred, at least not for me, and its been over a year now that I fixed it. It would be easy enough to program that error to happen at a specific time, by either the manufacturer or a salesperson with the programming instructions. I always try to repair, or replace, things myself, to save the exorbitant cost repair services charge these days.

I have bought Kenmore for years. At first it was because Sears was the only convenient store where I could shop for appliances that had sales associates who could answer questions and help me compare products. The prices are competitive and always work well. The tray is adjustable so I can raise or lower it to accommodate different kinds of dishes and pans. I can used a cycle to rinse dishes and wait so I can save detergent and keep the kitchen clean. I can turn off the drying cycle to save energy. However, I find that there are too few options of how I can place items in the dishwasher. Mugs frequently either collect water on the bottom or are not cleaned adequately. There is no convenient place to put large utensils - spoons, spatulas etc... They are too high to put with the cutlery but take up too much room if I lay them flat on the top tray. Also, they are not cleaned well if I lay them flat.

Its large and turntable works wonderfully. It hold my large 9x12 baking dishes. The power setting for reduced power does not work well! Difficulty getting 50% power intermittently ineffective. Other than that it is a good microwave.

It worked pretty good. I always rinse before I set them in though. So I didnt really try it full potential. It work fast as well but I hate the drying spot on dishes though. It was the average size dishwasher that comes in a typical apartment. I could fit the day worth of dishes in there so it worked for me. But Im single living alone so I would recommend something larger for family. It had a nice appearance. It did blend well kitchen scenery and the rest of kitchen appliances. Sleek and modern would be the best words to describe it. I feel like I got the money out of it. I did not have any maintenance issues with it. It was easy to maintain. The quality of it match the dollar price.

I bought this dishwasher about 3 years ago and this is the first dishwasher I have that never had a problem with it breaking or malfunction. It was on the smaller side but I could usually get all of my dishes in one cycle compared to my last washer. It had more room for dishes and less aesthetics to make it wider and to up less space. It was simple but easy on the eyes, it didnt need a lot of aesthetics like most dishwashers to make it look cluttered. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone that need something simple but nice-looking and gets the job done. For the price, this is a large and reliable dishwasher that I have. Never had a problem with this washer unlike all the other brands that I had that broke in the first 6 months.

Performs like a champ. I love this machine. Dont have to pre-wash dishes before use which I love. Makes things easier and for the price it was a steal. Had to resize my spot but once it was done it fit like a champ. Great product. Should of bought one sooner because damn kids wont do the dishes. This washer was a very good one. It was strong enough to thoroughly clean the dishes and was quiet. I would recommend this as a good choice. I had no problem fitting in my dishes in this dishwasher. There was enough room to include my pots and pans and dishes at the same time. The machine fit in well with my decor and was easy to keep clean. It was the same color as my other appliances in my kitchen and I was very satisfied with the appearance. Because the dishwasher was sized well, worked well and looked well plus was very reliable it had a big value to me. I cannot praise the machine enough the five years I used it.

This dishwasher has served me and my family well for 2 years and it still has room in the tank left to be the most efficient dishwasher you can have. The holding space is amazing and its good for those very big dinners. I mostly pile on my large objects on top of the smaller one so that everything will be clean. The dishwasher has a neutral color to it. Great for home projects that dont need much color or depth into it. The holding space is whitish/grayish look as well. It has saved me a pretty penny whenever the soap is running over. Power/Cost efficient so you dont have to worry about your bill rising.

It is a good brand and can be trusted in cleaning the dishes. Have been using this brand for years so I know this brand is tested and trusted. Very efficient in cleaning. Good in sanitizing. The timer is doing great. It is easy to use and operate. Perfectly fit in our tiny kitchen. But some cant hardly remove hard grease and dirt. Longer the time in cleaning and rinsing and sanitize more properly. It can help save water while using the unit.

Did the job and never had any maintenance performed while living at the address. Consistent with other Kenmore appliances. Very reliable. Standard capacity accommodates the average kitchen utensils. No problems fitting in pots and pans. Top shelf held dishes, bowls and glasses. Plain front standard white. Easy to clean and did not stain. User controls were tilted at an angle towards the user. The drain was easy to clear when needed. Better value than an entry level washer. It did perform at a reasonable volume while also cleaning the dishes. Had no issues with dishes coming out dirty.

This is the second Kenmore product I have bought that has not even lasted 5 years. This dishwasher stopped heating up for washing and drying. The repairman said it would cost $380 to repair as the control board needs to be replaced. I saw there is a recall related to the control board on Kenmore dishwashers but my model is not on the list. I will never by Kenmore products again. Model number 665.13262K113.

My dishes always come out clean. The best part is the inside always stays clean. No build up. I mostly have basic features and I normally use the normal wash cycle, no need to use other features. The size is fine for our family, it takes two to three days to fill it up. Our front is black and has the control in front. I wish the utensil holder was installed to the inside door. We usually have to pull out tray to load them. Its pretty quiet but that was an important factor when we chose it. Also it doesnt seem like it takes a long time to clean.

I have a $3,000.00 Kenmore Elite that does NOT work. They want $1200.00 to $1500.00 to repair. Kenmore use to be reliable but not anymore. In September of 2015 I purchased the top of the line refrigerator and dishwasher. Less than 5 years later, neither one is working. The repair cost is so high it does not pay to fix them. I use to always purchase Kenmore appliances. That stops now. Be aware before you buy. They look real pretty but they don’t last.

It works well and fast and washes all the dishes fast. It also comes at a cheap price for me, and it is very good value. It can fit basically all of my items. I myself use a lot of plates, bowls, and many utensils to cook and I can fit them all in one wash. It doesnt really look much because dishwashers werent really built to look too nice... Its silver and just ordinary.

Bought a Kenmore Sears 600 series. Awful machine. Uses 4 inches of water even with deep fill. It snags clothes and/or makes holes in the clothes even my shag throw rugs. I have small holes in New dish towels, snags in the towels and wash cloths, snags and holes in knit tops. The only way you can get more water into the tub is use the bulky/bedding and that takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Had the repairman out 3 times. One said, You have to fill the washer. Cant do small loads. 2 pair coveralls and 1 pair of mens jeans isnt enough. Then thats the way it should be sold!!! Use only full loads!!! My daughter has the same washer. Same thing for her. Snags and holes. It took a while to figure out where the damage was coming from. One more repairman coming today. Hes wasting his time and mine. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!

I researched and read many reviews before deciding on this dishwasher. It was reasonably priced for a dishwasher with a stainless steel interior, and is extremely quiet when running. It is very basic, but offers an energy saving cycle, which I always use.

I was kind of upset because I didnt know that I bought this product used. There were a lot of things that needed to be fix even though the seller didnt tell me that something was wrong. But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. But I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend buying this product. But buying it used of course. The appearance is nice to look at. I like the black color of this dishwasher. Very nice and matte color. It would look good in each and every kitchen. The value was good, I didnt pay much for it. The only problem that I had was like I said I didnt know I was buying it used and it came with a lot of problems so I put more into this product than expected but I am very happy that I bought it because it gets the job done.

The dishwasher was capable of cleaning the toughest of dirty dishes. It was not an energy hog nor does it make a lot of noise. Fortunately for me this dishwasher was already in the house when I purchased it. I am looking forward to upgrading eventually but I havent come close to needing to replace it yet! The size was very good. It was small enough under the cabinet while not taking up too much. The interior was spacious enough for all of my needs. Pots, pans, mugs and pitchers all seemed to fit with ease. The appearance is nice enough; nothing to really make you go wild. It does need a regular wiping down because it seems to be a bit of a dirt magnet. It was obviously worth every penny considering I was fortunate enough to have it already included with the house! I am not sure how much it cost when purchased but, looking at the various models to upgrade, it seems like it would be a decent value.

Kenmore Elite model 665.12783k311 - For some unknown reason the lower spray arm on the dishwasher came off, and landed on top the hot heating coil. This melted the lower spray arm, and started a fire in my dishwasher. I took pictures and contacted Sears, who referred me to Whirlpool, who referred me back to Sears, and that went on for two hours. This is dangerous, and based on a Google search not the first time. However, as of this post neither Sears nor Whirlpool has contacted me with any interest in finding out WHY this happened.

Spray cleans all the dishes no matter where you stack it. Compared to other similar looking dishwashers this model is worth the money. The multi spray mode and Energy Efficiency really helps. The dishes come out super clean without streaks and stains. Occasionally washed pots and pans come out clean and spotless. Quiet and efficient. Highly recommend this model.

The dishwasher washed the dishes and pans very well. Always the glasses got clean without water spots. Rinsed the dishes very good. Always used cascade and will stay with product. A good washer. Always had enough space for the loads of dishes that I had. The pot and pans always came clean. Very little problems with the machine. The front was not very nice, but since the washer worked well, we decided to try this appliance.

I really enjoy the option to either heat dry or air dry the dishes. I think that is a fantastic idea. I also enjoy the timer so I can load it at night and it will wash by itself right after breakfast even when Im not home! I would like a pre-soak option because as much as I do love the sprayers there are somethings I make need a soak. I would also love if it would hold a large quantity of soap and dispense itself. I have always loved Kenmore products because of the reliability. Also, the price is another reason. I spent a lot of time comparison shopping and always come back to Kenmore.

It works wonderfully. There have never been any issues and it has always worked like it did when I first got it. Its quiet and it cleans even the dirtiest of dishes. Its compact for a dishwasher. It was smaller than the spot that my house had allocated for a dishwasher and I had to put it on something to make it sit a little higher than it did. Its sleek and really nice looking. It matches the rest of my appliances perfectly and it looks like someone took their time in designing the look of the dishwasher. It was the perfect price and it was so worth it. I have never had a single issue with it and it was definitely worth what I paid for it!

This dishwasher doesnt clean well. Usually I have to run things through 2-3 times even after pre-rinsing the dishes. I clean it out every few months with a vinegar cycle & utilize pods. The size of my dishwasher is fine and easily fits a number of glasses, bowls, silverware, utensils, plates, pots and pans. I have had no problems fitting large bowls and long grill utensils in either the top or bottom rack. The dishwashers appearance is just OK. It is easy to use based on the design of the panel, however the stainless steel front stains up fairly badly. I feel that the value of the dishwasher compared to what we spent on it is not very good. I have to run dishes through 2 to 3 cycles almost every time. And that is after pre-rinsing them.

It washes the dishes cleanly and does not leave any residue. It is most efficient in its usage of water. The racks inside the dishwasher are easy to take out and clean by hand, if one wishes. The dishwasher is a bit large for my kitchen, but it does hold all the dishes needed after cooking and a meal. The size is not too much of a problem. The appearance is very chic. The black door does not show dirt very well, which is good if one has company. The overall design is clean and simple. The value of the dishwasher is very much worth it. I bought a Kenmore dishwasher 18 years ago, but rarely being used as I live alone. I used it for some guests not long ago, the programming has been messed. There is instruction about how to reboot the programs in case it is not working. Sears is famous in eager to send you repair person to get your money instead of putting instruction in manual regarding this problem. They do not offer online or on phone tech support like other big item companies do. No wonder so many Sears are out of business now as their customer support is extremely poor. Just do not buy their product in the future!

Water heats well... Dishes are not just cleaned but sterilized. Glasses look great as do utensils. Its reliable, easy to use. Convenient. I can get pots and large dishes (like platters) in without problems. Tall glasses fit better on the bottom shelf and I place large serving and cooking spoons, knives and forks flat in the shelf. Nice, clean lines, lights are easy to see and the dials are easy to read. Like the way it compliments my other appliances. Husband likes it well, also as he often loads it. Does a good job w/ economical time and limited water usage. It quickly pays for itself w/ the economical usage and quickness in cleaning.

We have had this for quite some time and have NEVER had any issues with it. Great qualities, amazing performance, etc. If you need a daily used dishwasher Id recommend this one. We now have a family of seven. It will fit all plates, cups, silverware, pans or pots used to cook dinner plus any extra dishes from lunch or breakfast. Black, shiny, doesnt stand out too much but just enough to look good with any kitchen color. The color has never faded and the buttons still look great. Its value was so worth what we paid. The appearance, size, continence all makes up for the amount we paid. Also the delay start adds a plus to it.

Had serviceman and plumber look at dishwasher. Keeps water in bottom after it has finished cycling. I no longer use it. I wash dishes by hand. No answer on what the problem is. I thought the idea of having a steam cycle was good. This would work for someone who has an autoimmune disease and would help with germs. Everything is hidden in the top of dishwasher so nothing shows on outside. I like the look. I would tell others about the look and how much I like it to others. I had the choice of a Bosch and a Sears dishwasher. The prices were similar. I have always thought Sears stood by their products so I went with it instead of Bosch. I am left to wonder.

The way it looked caught my eye immediately. It stands out from the rest. My friends compliment on it all the time. At first I thought it was just a typical dishwasher. The value of it has been seen. I no longer have to run dishes through it twice. Once is enough.

My Kenmore dishwasher has performed well for many years. I have had no mechanical problems at all. It has a variety of different wash cycles with a multi hour timer. It is quiet in use. I would highly recommend the Kenmore dishwasher.

Are very efficient with regard to performance. Never have had problems with the dishwasher. Kenmore 24 the size is good. Dishwasher is black with good washing system. The cost of the dishwasher was of 427 dollars with warranty.

DO NOT BUY KENMORE DISHWASHERS. Ours (Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher) quit working after 20 months of use. We did not buy the extended warranty because we thought it should last at least 5 years before anything would break. Wrong. I have called the customer care phone numbers several times. Did not get anyone that speaks fluent English. Very frustrating. And they keep forwarding you to a different area.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I found out had we bought the 5 year warranty it would only cover the services call(s) 100%. Had you needed new parts for you appliance you would get $25% off of the part but you the customer would have to pay 75%. Our particular part that is bad costs $156 plus tax and shipping so we still would of ended up paying like $140 dollars to maybe get it up and running again. Sears stores are closing but they still plan to sell Kenmore online so do not make the same mistake we did. Enough said.
