Ni siquiera un año con nuestra estufa y tuvimos el ventilador ir en el olor del horno de los humos de gas en el interior del horno cuando está en uso. ¡¡¡¡Han ampliado la garantía y todavía no ha venido nadie a arreglarlo desde hace un mes!!!! ¡¡¡¡Entonces sobrevendido... y todavía nadie ha llamado de nuevo!!!! ¡¡¡Me quedé sin horno para la cena de Navidad que hice para 30 familiares!!! Comprado nuevo frigorífico Instaview de puerta francesa con cajón CustomChill, modelo LMXS30796D, el 6 de diciembre de 2019. Se entregó al día siguiente. Como mi vendedor me dijo que en el momento de la entrega debía inspeccionar el frigorífico minuciosamente antes de que los repartidores lo llevaran al interior, me aseguré de que dos de nosotros supervisáramos la entrega todo el tiempo. Estuvimos allí desde antes de que lo sacaran de la caja hasta que se fueron e hicieron un buen trabajo. Así que cuando descubrí un rasguño de seis pulgadas a lo largo del borde del cajón CustomChill más tarde esa noche me decepcionó, pero sabía que no era como resultado de la entrega. Al día siguiente me puse en contacto con LG y me abrieron dos números de caso (uno se debía a que el cajón CustomChill se atascaba al intentar abrirlo del todo) y me dijeron que se pondrían en contacto conmigo en un plazo de cinco días laborables. Me dijeron que mientras tanto podía enviar por correo electrónico la factura de compra, el albarán de entrega y una foto. Como nunca recibí ninguna comunicación de LG, al cuarto y quinto día me puse en contacto con ellos de nuevo. Ya ha pasado el quinto día y LG sigue sin responder a ninguna de las dos cuestiones. Aunque me encanta el frigorífico, estoy muy decepcionado con el servicio de atención al cliente de LG. En este momento, no me atrevería a volver a comprar un producto LG.

Mi marido y yo compramos uno de nuestros primeros electrodomésticos nuevos el pasado mes de abril cuando compramos nuestra primera casa. Era un lavavajillas LG y permítanme empezar diciendo que es el peor electrodoméstico que he utilizado, lo cual es completamente decepcionante. De todos los aparatos que he utilizado en mi vida, éste se lleva el premio al peor lavavajillas. En primer lugar, cuando estoy limpiando la cocina tengo que acordarme de sacar la rejilla inferior despacio y con cuidado, porque si no se sale del carril. Decir que hay una pista no es realmente exacto. Parece que LG ha decidido poner unas ruedas en la rejilla y darlo por terminado. No me malinterpreten, no vengo como un toro furioso y simplemente tirar todo abierto. Pero no creo que tenga que acordarme de abrir lentamente para que las cosas no se desvíen. Otro problema que tengo es que el lavavajillas no limpia. El ciclo normal no limpia mis platos. Tengo que usar la opción de servicio pesado para que salgan aunque sea un poco limpios. Siempre he enjuagado mis platos antes de ponerlos en cualquier lavavajillas que he utilizado, pero este requiere que mis platos se pongan completamente libres de manchas. Si no están libres de manchas, no salen limpios. Realmente es casi inútil usar nuestro lavavajillas LG. Por último, pero no menos importante, el dispensador de jabón se atasca con bastante frecuencia. Hago funcionar el lavavajillas en el ciclo de servicio pesado durante casi 3 horas y descubro que el dispensador de jabón ni siquiera se abre. Compramos nuestra máquina en Home Depot en Pontiac, MI y no podemos imaginarnos comprar otro electrodoméstico LG. Estábamos emocionados por tener nuestro primer electrodoméstico nuevo, pero nos decepcionó. La vida es buena pero los lavavajillas LG no lo son.

Ive had issues with the front loader getting off balanced and causing error messages. The website states to unplug and washer will reset, which seems to work. Now it seems to off balance with every load and I find Im resetting a few times each wash. Not only that, but now my clothes are getting a moldy smell and I am rewashing to get the odor out. Very disappointed in this expensive product. I was thinking of purchasing a refridge from this company, but will look at other brands instead.

Since January, they came seven times and it has not been fixed. And since January, it hasnt been cooling. We called LG. The fridge is under warranty. From what Im seeing on the warranty information, its a 15-year warranty that technicians have been sent over and over again. The tech re-fixed the entire refrigerator with new parts, new compressor, and still, its not working. I loaded it up the last time he did it, and I told the LG service people its not working, and they told me, Well, bring the person one more time. And as long as they document that its not repairable, they will give me a new refrigerator or pay me whatever the cost of the new refrigerator is nowadays.So I gave them again the benefit of the doubt. The last time they fixed it, only the bottom freezer part was working. I loaded it up with food because it was Easter time and I was expecting company and I needed the space to load the food in there, and two days later, everything has melted, and I still have the food. So the top part never worked. I even did what they asked. I have it documented and turned it over to the attorney general. Because they were not even gonna honor. I have it written in their email, where the lady is saying, Give us one more time, a chance. And theyre still not honoring their email or their writing. Theyve been ignoring me.Also, LG subcontracts to foreigners. Every time I speak with someone, its from the Philippines. They have this executive service department. I try to connect with them, and they dont even take any initiative to do anything. This executive department is a joke. I spoke with every supervisor that existed there, and I have documented their names. I asked for a manager and they wont give me a manager. They say that theyre the ones responsible to do something. Then do something.Im very dissatisfied. Ive looked through the reviews, and every single person that complained about the cooling system gave up. Im not gonna give up. If thats what they think Im gonna do, no way. Now, Im waiting from the attorney general. And they also confirmed that theyve been having problems and a lot of consumers have turned to them where they made LG pay for the refrigerator.

La vida útil de este electrodoméstico es muy corta en comparación con otras estufas que he tenido. Ni Home Deport ni LG parecen preocuparse lo más mínimo.

Estoy teniendo la peor experiencia y estoy muy decepcionada con un producto tan caro. Todos mis alimentos se han estropeado. Cuando se entregó el producto también había algunos daños en el mango. No esperábamos que un producto tan caro se estropeara en 5 meses.

I purchased a French door stainless steel unit, Model number LFX31925ST. The compressor stopped working. I contacted LG, we went through a series of diagnostics, and the LG technical support folks confirmed that the compressor was the likely culprit, and that the compressor was under warranty. The first two service providers provided by LG would not service my unit. I called back. I got another LG recommended provider who did come out and perform a diagnostic, confirming not only had the compressor failed, but that the heat during the failure melted the internal coils, rendering the unit in their opinion non-repairable. This report was sent to LG tech support. LG tech support then claimed that they needed more info from their recommended technical service, requiring that I pay them again, to come out, disassemble the unit, take pictures, and concurrently be on the phone with LG Electronics. All this was done, with a promise from LG that this would get reviewed by their technical managers and that I would hear back by the close of business. Hearing nothing back, I contacted LG again the following morning (10/3/2018) and was advised by LG that they had not received the pictures so they were still waiting. Since I was standing by the vendor when he sent the pictures, and the LG tech support person was still on the phone at the time, this claim was dubious at best. I have now been without a refrigerator since 09/19, with no known resolution path. I am a Sr. VP of Operations & Quality, and this is the worst customer service experience I have encountered from a major corporation in my lifetime. If they are not going to honor their warranty, they should have the decency to say so, so I can shop for a replacement.

Comprado en Best Buy y te dan un año extra de garantía. Los reparadores no trabajan los domingos y lunes así que tengo que esperar 4 días antes de mi cita. As with other folks, we have to leave the door and detergent tray open so guess what, the whole house smells of mildew when you walk through the laundry room. I will probably junk this machine because my conscience, unlike those who run the LG Company, will not allow me to sell it to someone else. No stars is the rating for this useless, stinking washer. LG had better step up to the plate or cancel this product line.

Purchased fridge 1/1/2016. After 3 months we had to have it repaired because ice was forming on fan, they also had to evacuate the system and add freon. Took a few weeks for that repair. At 7 months old it stopped cooling (compressor went bad). Lost $250 worth of food. We had to use one of their authorized servicers due to the warranty and it took 2 weeks for a repair. Almost 3 years to the day after having replaced the compressor, it went bad again. The part is covered, labor is not. It will cost me $300+ for the repair and another $200+ for spoiled food. I should not be spending this kind of money to repair a $3000 refrigerator after only 3 years and 7 months. I have read numerous reviews and this is a very common issue. There have been several class action lawsuits and apparently LG is aware of the subpar performance of this appliance, yet still sells it.

LG Waveforce Top Load Washer - I have not been happy with this product since day 1. After careful and close observation, I have come to the conclusion that this machine corrects for its inefficiencies by doubling and tripling some of the rinse and spin cycles, thereby making it MORE inefficient than the center-agitator style washing machine. I mean, really, it tells you a load will be 53 minutes and it ends up taking an hour and 53 minutes because of the extra cycles it runs itself thru just to balance and re-balance. When this thing dies (hurry, hurry) Im going back to the center-agitator style washer if theyre still on the market. So much for energy and water efficient washing machines. Geez, just clean my clothes without all this computer controlled inefficiency - paleeze.

I had the LG Refrigerator for little over 4 years. Replaced the compressor twice and paid $250 on both occasions. One was 2 years ago and just had my compressor replaced yesterday. The LG customer service is very unpleasant. They put me on hold over 11 minutes and hung up on me. So, I had to call in again, the rep. didnt seem like she wanted to be there and just wanted to collect a paycheck. My wife and I invested $5k in the refrigerator, washer and dryer. We will never again purchase their products. I am going back to GE.

Los platos tampoco estaban limpios ni secos. Llamé al servicio técnico durante el periodo de garantía y me dijeron que el agua sobrante era normal y que los platos se secaban al aire con un nuevo sistema de lg. Las pocas veces que usé la lavadora tuve que limpiar el exceso de agua en el fondo del interior de la máquina. Los platos también estaban mojados. El colmo fue cuando el dispensador de jabón para platos no se abría. Eso fue en 2013 y desde entonces no lo he vuelto a utilizar. El servicio de atención al cliente de LG te da largas. Tengo una lavadora y secadora LG con bastantes problemas. No compren nada de LG, ni siquiera un teléfono.

Technician returned, could not fix but broke full panel of glass in the fridge. So now drawer does not close properly and there is no shelf. Apparently parts were ordered. Called LG to discuss replacing unit, got escalated to an idiot name Garret who was useless and would not give his managers name. Apparently his name is Kuzi. He does not have a last name or a phone number - its all confidential - not really sure what LG is paying him for if he is the escalation they have for customers. Worst I have ever dealt with. Please do not buy their product.

My 3-year-old LG Refrigerator has a failed linear compressor. Apparently this is a known defect since 2014 which was before this refrigerator was purchased in 2016. There is currently a class-action lawsuit filed against LG. I have received the run around from LG. I have called every day since 9/28 and have received a different story about how to get it repaired and if the part has been ordered and where it is in the shipping process. I have now been without a working refrigerator for a week with no end in sight. I have 4 children and 3 adults in my household. This is a HUGE problem. Short of buying a new fridge I have no recourse. No one can tell me when it will be repaired or when I will even receive the part. I do have a guy who will replace the part when I finally get it but every time I call LG I get a different story about where the part is and when it will finally be shipped.The process to get this part has changed with every phone call I make, as has the time frame. On Saturday when I called it was 1-3 days. On Monday when I called it was 3-5 days. On Tuesday when I called it was 7-10 days. Today when I called it was again 3-5 days and still has not shipped. Then I had Jenn from LG call and offer a mini-fridge until we get our part on Friday, but we wouldnt get the mini-fridge until Friday which is when she told me the part will be here. She then offered me $250 for spoiled food, which is quite inadequate since we had to go purchase a mini-fridge already and I am spending about $10 per day for ice to keep the rest of our refrigerated products on ice. She told me the part would be here by Friday 10/4 but when I called LG customer service today 10/3, the part has still not shipped and they said it would still be 3-5 days before the part even ships. Jenn also sent me a text and said I could text her at any time to get an update about my part. I have now texted Jenn 4 different times over two days and have yet to receive a response from her. I dont even know what to believe at this point. I think that contacting an attorney to get some recourse will be my next step. I am going to have to go purchase a new refrigerator since LG is incapable of getting my 3-year-old refrigerator fixed in a timely manner. Steer clear of this horrible company with horrible products! This is the second problem we have had with this refrigerator. The LG dishwasher we have that was purchased at the same time is now on its second motor. It is also 3 years old. Terrible, terrible products! Huge run around from customer service.

Ive had a tech out 4 times already looking at my fridge that is only 8 months old. They replaced a compressor still not working. Now replacing two evaporator and maybe it will be fixed. Its been 6 weeks since my fridge has worked. How long is a person supposed to live out of a cooler after spending 2600 dollars on a fridge and it didnt last 8 months before going out. To people they sent out to repair it are screwing me around like Im not a big enough money making job to worry about. I call LG and they are totally useless. I should just talk to a brick wall I may get more out of it. Totally frustrated and cant get a hold of anyone higher up to talk to. I will never buy another product from them again.

Next, the front loading washing machine is mildew smelling and the rubber seal has got holes in it and water runs into the motor compartment and the door leaks. The tray you put the soap into has broken and soap runs down the outside of the washer. Our clothes get caught in the seal and get ripped. The clothes dont come out clean and sometimes smell. This set is a piece of junk! I will never buy another set of LG products from Home Depot again!

INSTEAD of researching what LG has done in the past to fix this problem and just doing that repair, they insist I have to wait until the fridge constantly fails. Which is may or may not. Meanwhile, I cant protect food from freezer burn and spoilage. I called LG. Was disconnected. Called again. was put on hold 15 minutes and was disconnected. Called again. Was told someone would call me back. No one did. Emailed asking what the fix was for this issue and was told to read the owners manual and that I had to call their 800 number to talk to a person. The email contained a link to a chat which told me I was not authorized to use. So I have a new refrigerator with a useless freezer and no help from LG. All they need to do is tell me how the problem has been fixed for others. Instead, they not only lost a customer, I will caution others not to deal with LG.

I even made comment that it was so quiet...well when agitator is not doing its job, its super quiet. After trying different cycles and settings and after motor started to smell like it was burning rubber, I called home depot. The sales man gave me a lesson in how much detergent to put in, reasons why clothes arent getting clean, and told me to unplug it, wait 3 minutes, then try again.After explaining Im 30 and know how to do laundry, I explained again about water filling up in wash cycle and agitator not working. He said he would call LG and have a new one out to us IN A WEEK. After already waiting a week and half for first new washer, still blows my mind when a sales person does not apologize for the inconvenience or broken machine THEY sold.Im under no impression LG will stop making worthless machines for a ton of money, but listen up all the peeps in customer service, KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY. SAY YOURE SORRY. DONT MAKE EXCUSES OR GET DEFENSIVE. Does the machine not working say something about you? Or is it your ego that needs to blame the customer by default? Submitted claim on Willey site on 7/21/14, but had to call after 1 week. Service co. had 3 parts on backorder from LG with no ETA. (3 parts for a tiny spring? I sent them pics with claim). After 2 wks called Willey ext warr dept. They are very nice and helpful. They contacted LG, found the part irreplaceable (DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE) and Willey is replacing the refrigerator with the same model. This is the only one I found that fits in my tiny area. I have to buy a new warranty ($129 for 5 years), but worth it as the replacement may have the same problem and I may find myself in the same situation a couple years from now. Another problem with this fridge is there is no sensor on the ice maker for when the freezer drawer is open, and if you have bad timing the ice maker releases the ice even though the drawer is pulled out. Results are you are digging the ice from below the drawer. Who designed this thing? Long story short, save yourself a lot of trouble and buy a different brand.

Those reviews were dead wrong. Our refrigerator made very loud vibrating noise immediately. We had a service person come out within the first two weeks. He ordered a replacement part and came out again several weeks later to install. That €fix€ failed. It became increasingly difficult to get LG to respond to our concerns. After a year of complaining pointlessly to LG we went back to the retailer whose immediately agreed to replace the refrigerator, to our pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of accepting a new LG refrigerator on the assumption that our first LG was merely an unaccountable lemon.Wrong. The second LG has been nearly as loud as the first albeit the noise did not start immediately. The vibration built up over time and is now every bit as loud as the first. In reading the customer reviews now, it is apparent that our experience is similar to many others. Poor quality components, extremely poor service, no follow-up. I will never buy another LG appliance and will likely replace this one before we experience some of the leaking and lack of cooling that others have experience. Very disappointed.

Colocó una olla en la estufa en el ojo más grande y puso la estufa a 3,5 con un poco de grasa dentro de la olla. Mi hijo dijo que tan pronto como él hizo lo que se le instruyó y se sentó en el sofá cuando se dio cuenta de inmediato el humo que salía de la olla. Miró dentro de la olla y notó un anillo de fuego dentro de la olla que comenzó a escalar con bastante rapidez y se evacuó a sí mismo y a mi hija menor fuera de la casa para su protección. A los cinco minutos de darle estas instrucciones recibimos una llamada suya diciendo que la cocina estaba ardiendo. Los bomberos acudieron, pero el fuego se autoextinguió antes de que pudieran actuar. El incendio causó daños por valor de 8.000 euros y nosotros pagamos una franquicia de 1.000 euros. Dañó los armarios encima de la estufa, el microondas por encima de la piedra, y la propia estufa que sufrió el mayor daño. La olla en realidad no fue destruido, pero la estufa era. La compañía de seguros no tenía ni idea de cómo esto se intensificó tan rápidamente por lo que la olla había enmascarado la verdadera causa natural del incendio que fue la propia estufa. La estufa fue reemplazado con el mismo modelo exacto de la estufa en 2009 y en 4,2014, mientras yo estaba cocinando en el ojo más grande una vez más con una sartén de hierro fundido, la parte inferior de la sartén comenzó a echar humo de debajo de conjunto con una temperatura de 3,5. Me di cuenta del calor extremo procedente del ojo más grande y traté de apagarlo sin respuesta de la estufa para reducir el calor a pesar de que la estufa marcó H5 que significa un estado caliente. El calor era tan extremo que los otros ojos comenzaron a leer como H5 y ni siquiera estaban encendidos. El calor extremo del ojo más grande también provocó que la ventilación del microondas se encendiera sola. Mis hijos y yo empezamos a ponernos nerviosos y tratamos de apagar la estufa apagando el interruptor sin respuesta, así que tuvimos que desenchufar la estufa de la pared. Esperamos unos 5 minutos e intentamos volver a enchufar la estufa y el ojo más grande se encendió de inmediato, parpadeando en rojo varias veces, enviando calor extremo por lo que decidimos mantenerla desenchufada. Llamé a LG al día siguiente para averiguar que se emitió una retirada en 2012 para mi número de modelo. Me quedé completamente sorprendido. La llamada a revisión decía: Los quemadores de las cocinas eléctricas pueden no apagarse después de ser desconectados o la temperatura puede aumentar inesperadamente durante el uso, lo que supone un riesgo de quemaduras e incendios para los consumidores. ¿Qué más se necesita? Pregunté por qué no se me había notificado y me dijeron que había salido en la tele y que, como no había registrado el producto, no se me había notificado por correo. Soy una madre profesional con tres hijos, ¡en serio! No puedo creer que me dijeran eso. Me ofrecieron reparar la estufa que tengo actualmente en mi casa y me ofrecieron disculpas por el incendio de 2009. ¿No hay ningún recurso o responsabilidad del fabricante por los daños que se produjeron a los propietarios de viviendas antes de la retirada. ¿Cómo puede ser esto correcto? LG está reclamando el estatuto de limitaciones es de 3 años, pero ¿qué pasa con el hecho de que un retiro no se emitió hasta 2012. ¿Cómo se supone que mi seguro iba a saber que su producto era defectuoso cuando no había ninguna retirada en su lugar. Cómo se supone que el consumidor está protegido en un caso como este. No estoy pidiendo el 8k que mi seguro pagó, pero al menos asumir la responsabilidad por el deducible que tenía que pagar por su fuego producto peligroso que puse en mi casa que casi mató a mis hijos. ¿Cómo es posible que el plazo de prescripción sea de 3 años cuando el defecto no se encuentra hasta que se emite la retirada? I guess if we use high-powered stink detergent, we would not notice a not quite clean smell of freshly laundered clothes, but we dont want artificial stink on our clothes. When my mother sells her house, Im going to trade our inadequate machine for her 15-year old Maytag top loader with the suds saver. We would warn anyone about purchasing this washer. I had no idea that so many people had those amounts of problems with this product. Wish wed read here first. It figures that LG is a Republican supporter, lots of big stink to cover up even bigger stink.

As others have reported, we now have expensive ugly refrigerators and LG refuses to correct the problem, calling it cosmetic. I wonder how many LG execs would happily live with this cosmetic problem. Good plastic does not yellow; vinyl fences look great for many years despite constant exposure to sunlight when they are made of UV-resistant vinyl. LG just made a serious error in plastic selection and does not care enough about their customers to fix it or rebate our cost. So I am reminded every day why I will never buy another LG product and will tell everyone I can to stay away from LG.

Las perillas son TAN sensibles y las hemos pateado accidentalmente en numerosas ocasiones por apoyarse en la estufa cuando se reúnen en la cocina e incluso por llegar hasta el gabinete o microondas que está sobre la estufa y golpear las perillas con nuestro estómago o las caderas. Gracias a Dios siempre hemos estado en casa cuando esto ha sucedido y hemos podido solucionar rápidamente las tablas de cortar derretidas (2) y las tijeras que han estado en la estufa cuando se encendieron accidentalmente. Además, hemos tenido mucha suerte de que nuestro perro sepa que no debe saltar a la encimera cuando no estamos en casa, de lo contrario podría verle encendiendo la cocina y quemando nuestra casa con él dentro. He llamado a LG varias veces por este tema y cada vez me aseguran que alguien me llamará, pero todavía no me devuelven la llamada. Para empeorar las cosas, la marca SafetyFirst hace cubiertas de pomos para proteger a los niños de este tipo de estufas, pero los pomos de LG son demasiado grandes para los protectores estándar. Best Buy did not mention that due to it being an opened box item, if the unit failed, I would have to pay the difference between the cost of my unit and the cost of the replacement model.

This microwave has performed better than I expected and I have enjoyed using it from day one. Now virtually every load you wash throws a U.E code meaning load is uneven while in the spin cycle. If you dont pull the load out and place it by weight around the tub it either shuts off until you do or fills back up with water over and over again. Rarely does it solve the problem itself. I would rather have a bottom of the line washer than this piece of junk. I dont understand how it received the Energy Star Rating when it waste gallons of water on every load not to mention the extra electricity. It makes you wonder if the Energy Star Rating means anything on products. Whoever is in charge of it obviously didnt do much testing on this unit. Companies like LG and Samsung make great electronics but when it comes to appliances not so much.

LG service rep came in August and advised would do nothing since I had not removed the attached stackable dryer. Shortly thereafter 2 boxes containing parts was received from LG with no explanation. LG now tells me to contact Lowes to fix the problem since I will not remove the dryer. Explained to them that I am 61 yr old female unable to remove the dryer which made no difference to customer service rep. Will NEVER purchase LG product again!

Almost every load we do whether its a big load or small, light stuff or bulky, the UE error light comes on. Sometimes it is on while the machine is still filling or rinsing. Sometimes it is on and the machine has come to a stop. You can never predict when a load or which load this is going to happen to. The bottom line is it can take a whole day to finish a couple of loads. Today we did two load. Total time from start to finish was a little over five hours!! Supposedly, you can pause the cycle and redistribute the load manually and that will cure the problem. Yeah, it will for about 5 minutes until the UE comes on again! Knowing what we know now and having suffered with this for two years, we would NEVER buy another LG HE washing machine. If the damn thing wasnt so expensive, we would have gotten rid of it a long time ago. Its so bad now though that we are probably going to do just that - get rid of the thing.

Llamé a LG y mencioné la perilla del horno rota y también mencioné que habíamos olido gas saliendo de la estufa. Enviaron a un técnico para arreglar el pomo del horno pero no para comprobar si la estufa tenía una fuga de gas. Experimentamos olores de gas natural de forma intermitente en nuestra cocina. Entonces decidí llamar de nuevo y enviaron a alguien a comprobar la fuga de gas. La fuga de gas se debía a un defecto de fabricación, al igual que la primera estufa. Esta fuga de gas llevaba unos 9 meses. LG tiene un servicio de atención al cliente horrible, largos tiempos de espera en el teléfono y no les importa que este gas natural que ha estado perdiendo de su estufa ha causado problemas de salud para todos los miembros de nuestra familia. Los problemas de salud que hemos experimentado como familia son mareos, ardor en los ojos, dolores de cabeza, zumbidos en los oídos, síntomas de gripe, problemas respiratorios y dolores en el pecho. Si usted es más bajo que 5 6, necesitará un taburete para alcanzar el fondo de la bañera. Y tenga cuidado con pulsar los botones sin querer una vez que la carga haya empezado. Esperé unas 10 semanas para finalmente recibir la lavadora y la secadora en octubre de 2017 y ponerlas en servicio en noviembre de 2017. Ill nunca comprar LG de nuevo. 100% pedazo de basura y todo lo que LG quiere hacer es enviar a alguien a repararlo pero nunca reparan realmente nada. La ropa nunca queda realmente limpia.... Cuando utilizo el ciclo de velocidad, se atasca constantemente en 7 minutos y nunca gira hacia fuera y a veces el tiempo de espera, pero lo más probable es que tenga que golpear el botón de encendido para apagarlo. El ciclo regular se queda atascado en 4 o 6 minutos y luego después de 30 minutos salta a 11 minutos y luego 2 a 4 y luego 11 minutos y lo hace una y otra vez. He tenido 3 citas de servicio. El primer técnico lo evaluó y habló con la fábrica y acordó reemplazar la placa madre, así que volvió a salir para reemplazar la placa madre. Al día siguiente empezó a hacerlo de nuevo. El segundo y tercer servicio fue un técnico de fábrica de LG que envió una placa base y un panel de control a la casa antes de su cita sin hablar con nosotros ni venir. La máquina sigue haciéndolo. Cuando leyeron mi comentario de que me habían cobrado porque un técnico externo había venido a poner un compresor, cancelaron la visita del técnico. La verdad sobre esta empresa se ha hecho pública. La verdad sobre esta empresa: Compré LG Refrigerador hace unos tres años para mi nuevo hogar. Por cierto LG significa Lucky Goldstar. No me siento muy Lucky, de hecho me siento como si hubiera sido estafado por una empresa que no se preocupa por su cliente. Pagué cerca de $3000 por este refrigerador de alta gama que fue calificado por Best Buy con cinco estrellas. El 11 de diciembre de 2019 por la mañana noté que la parte del congelador se estaba descongelando y se formó hielo alrededor de las puertas y tenía un congelador lleno de comida. También note que mi refrigerador no enfriaba correctamente. Y había un charco en el suelo delante de la máquina de hielo. A las 17:30 La víspera de Navidad viene y revisa y me dice que las bobinas tienen fugas y que sería muy costoso de arreglar contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente de LG. Mi primer pensamiento es sacar mis cosas congeladas e intentar salvar lo que pueda y llevarlo a casa de un amigo. Cuando terminé con eso decidí llamar a LG. Hablé con una señora llamada Abby que amablemente me dijo que como había utilizado un técnico externo para reparar el frigorífico, mi garantía quedaba anulada. También me dijo que el compresor lineal sólo tiene cinco años de garantía. Mi manual dice diez años. No dice nada acerca de llamar a un técnico externo para dar servicio a mi nevera cancela mi garantía en esta nevera. La empresa está estafando al pueblo estadounidense y no están dispuestos a compensarles. Mi coste total de este frigorífico a bálsamo es de 4500 dólares más la compra de un frigorífico nuevo. Soy una persona de 75 años que trabaja por 15 dólares la hora. Lo que significa que tendré que trabajar 300 horas para recuperar mis pérdidas más la compra de un nuevo frigorífico. Estoy advirtiendo al público que no compre ningún producto de esta empresa, no son de buena reputación para tratar y usted tendrá una gran pérdida. Sus frigoríficos parecen buenos por fuera pero sus componentes por dentro están fabricados de forma barata y lo pagas caro.

I called technician thinking it could be fixed and was told the default hot temperature is 91 degrees! Thats like taking a COLD shower! Why? Some laundry needs hot water! I tried turning the cold water off and the tub drains! Not only that, I have a window I can watch my clothes through and the clothes on top never do cycle to the bottom or anywhere else. They stay right on top. The drum, clothes & water go right, stops, goes left, stops, agitates very little and repeats the process 3 times. How is that going to clean clothes?! The stains on top of pile never get agitated through the water. I am ready to throw this thing in the garbage because that is exactly what it is! Never another LG product in my house again! Worst product I have ever had the misfortune to buy and it was pricey to boot! Have hated it since day one!

That gets replaced, only to work another 2 months. Now they are replacing the compressor and the two evaporators. I am out of manufacture warranty but LG is covering the labor cost but are giving me a hard time. I requested a new refrigerator and a refund and who knows if that is going to happen. This whole process has been like pulling teeth, I have also been without a refrigerator twice, for 3 weeks each time. They are also giving me a one time food loss credit. Dont know how much, but I think a class action lawsuit is in order, the anxiety and stress dealing with the stupid techs and the customer service is too much. I dont think I can do this a 5th time. The refrigerator is only one year old now.

Not too much more I liked, the shelves were arranged with adequate space for big items like milk and juice. The freezer space is too small in width and limited in space for large items, the ice dispenser should have choice on type of ice and ice maker freezes too fast. As part of that, we wanted new appliance and bought the LG refrigerator because it was the size we need to fill the space. A couple of years after we purchased it, it stopped cooling. I called LG and a customer service person told me to unplug it for at least six hours and plug it back in. I did and that seemed to fix the problem. It also had some type of water leak with the ice maker that would allow a large sheet of ice to build up to the point in the bottom the door would no longer close. I was able to remove it without much difficulty, but this happened continuously until the water line to the unit froze and burst and I turned off the line completely.In August of 2015, our refrigerator quit cooling and we contacted the company to see if it was still under warranty and we were told the compressor and sealed system was covered for seven years. This is a parts only warranty. They gave me the name of four repair companies and I contacted the one closest to me. The first tech looked at it and said they would have to send someone else out. I paid him for the call $75 and he left. The next tech came a few days later and quoted me a price of $275 to replace the compressor and the evaporator, but told me LG refrigerators had a history of leaking in the tubing in the walls and if that was in fact the problem, it could not be fixed. He told me to contact LG and begin the process of getting the parts. This began a two month struggle of phone calls back and forth between myself, LG and the repairman.No matter who I called, they said I needed to talk to the other one. The repairman eventually stopped taking my calls and after weeks of trying to get help, an LG customer service representative told me he informed the company he would no longer work on their products, a lie on someones part because he fixed my boss refrigerator a few weeks after that. They told me to contact another person on the list, so I went to the next closest person to my town, who refused to touch it because someone else had already looked at it. It was October 27 before LG was able to get A&E to get a repairman out. They told me I would not have to pay for the call because of the inconvenience it had created. He replaced the dryer in the back and the next day, I was once again able to put food back into it.Around December 14, my wife noticed the refrigerator was again not cooling. I contacted LG and they contact A&E, who couldnt get anyone out until January 12. The repairman didnt show up on the 12th and when I called, they didnt have the appointment in the system. They rescheduled for the next week. When the repair technician arrived, he called his supervisor to say it looked like the wrong type of dryer (dye dryers help them diagnose where leaks may be) had been put on the unit. They suggested he hook a freon tank to the unit and heat it with a welding torch and listen for the leak. He didnt hear anything and suggested replacing the compressor and evaporator.He was told not to do anything to the unit because they wanted another technician to come out and look at the unit to try and find the leak. (The company never noted any of this in their system and the tech says he doesnt remember the call.) He apologized to me and told me he felt the leak was in the walls of the refrigerator and couldnt be fixed. A few days later, two techs arrived at the house and my frustration level had reached a boiling point. He asked me what had happened with the previous visit, I told him and he called his supervisor. That was when we found out no notes were taken on the previous call. He then suggested replacing the compressor and evaporator and I took my frustration out on him.He was the tech who came in October and defended the fact he put in the right evaporator. He said if there was no visible sign of a leak during the last visit, then the leak was in the walls of the unit and could not be fixed. He advised me to call LG and felt they needed to honor their warranty, which I did. The customer service representative said they couldnt do anything until the tech filed his report. She never gave me any impression the problem might not fall under their warranty. I left the tech a message and he talked to a supervisor who said they would come out and replace the compressor and evaporator, but it would be the last visit made to my home on this issue. He told me to call LG and get the compressor and evaporator shipped to my home. I did and they promptly connected me to A&E to set up the service call. (I never received the replacement parts.)When the tech arrived a few days later, he called a supervisor and they told him to hook up the sealed system and check gauge readings. There was talk about a blockage in the lines. After several minutes, the tech disconnected the gauges, the call ended and he told me if the line was blocked it was in the walls of the unit and was not repairable. At this point, I contacted LG and was connected to the executive services office in Huntsville, Alabama. I spoke with a woman there who was pleasant at first, but then informed me the lines in the wall are not part of the sealed system. I told her there was no way to repair them because they were literally sealed in the wall.She then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not reading the warranty information on the unit completely. I have owned LG Cell phones and other electronic products and was always pleased with how they worked. As a home appliance company, they are terrible. I paid more than two-weeks pay to buy this refrigerator. My last refrigerator I paid $350 for and it lasted nearly 15 years. If LG is the only company to make refrigerators in the future, I will search antique stores and look for an old fashioned ice chest and become friends with the ice man before I put another one of their products in my home.

I told him that was not a solution and I wanted it to be replaced or money refunded. There was a lot of discussion and then he told me that a repair person (who I need to call instead of them) would charge me for the service, which I refuse to do since this is a new appliance. I went to the store I bought the washer from (HHGregg) and the store manager called LG and there was no solution to the problem. I am not willing to keep this washer giving me such hard times!!

Today the same capacitor burned out, this time actually exploding with enough force that the access door was bent and the unit nearly caught fire. The wiring melted again and there is a black tarry substance all through the unit and across the motherboard. I initiated a live chat session and explained the situation to the rep. I was told to call a repair center nearby and that LG wouldnt cover any portion of the cost. The rep then signed off with, Lifes good! Have a really, really happy New Year! As if adding insults to the fire risk was needed.

El concesionario a través del cual se compró ha cerrado el negocio, así que estoy esperando a que LG se ponga en contacto conmigo para saber si lo van a reparar. En el manual dice que los racks tienen una garantía de 5 años. No sé a qué se debe este retraso. La razón por la que compré la unidad fue por el excelente frigorífico que compramos. It seemed to be a good refrigerator until we used the ice maker. The ice maker is designed very poorly. As the ice cubes begin to build up in the container the ice begins to fall out of the back and underneath the freezer drawer and causes the drawer to get stuck. This happens on a constant basis whenever the container gets close to being two thirds full. Another downfall of the refrigerator is the crisper shelf and Im sure that all the other glass shelves have similar problems. From what I am able to determine the shelves are made of tempered glass. This is the first time I have taken the shelf out to clean. I did not take the other shelves out to clean, just the crisper shelf as Ive always cleaned them in place. I first left the glass shelf sit for about 15 minutes while I cleaned out the inside of the refrigerator and other parts. I then began to wash the glass shelf with lukewarm soapy water, and then I rinsed it off and let it stand for about seven minutes. There was still some water on the glass so I decided to wipe it with a clean cotton hand tower. While drying the shelf the action from slowly and softly wiping the shelf of remaining water it made squeaking sound when a glass window is being wiped clean. Then all of the sudden the glass shelf exploded on the third or fourth squeak. I mean, the glass shelf literally exploded and shattered. It did not shatter in place as a person would assume. I had glass all over the sink, counter top, all the way onto the top of the range, onto the window sill and all over the floor in all directions with the glass shards being about five feet away. I even had shards hit me on my body, arms and face, but luckily none got in my eyes. As a handy man who cleans many apartment units and replaced appliances, Ive cleaned over a hundred of refrigerator glass shelves and never once had this ever happened. Guess I should have taken pictures and send it to LG. Now I have to replace it and its over $50 but Im going to call LG and see what they have to say. If you have ever seen an opera singer singing and breaking a glass, this was similar except on a larger scale.

As soon as our warranty was up, all 3 agitators fell off - inside a wash and most of the items were shredded to bits. The appliance store we purchased them at told us we were SOL, and to call a repair man. Due to unemployment and lack of funds, we were forced to try and fix it ourselves. We finally found a waterproof glue which holds them on for a few months but they continue to fall off and we have to keep sticking them back on. Oh, and when I use my dryer for towels or a sheet set, it squeaks loudly as it tumbles. I do not overload either machine, and its not like I wash rocks. Ive never heard of anything like this happening to a washing machine. My husband is on his way now to the home improvement store for more glue, as the load of towels he just ran was making the loud booming sound of it happening yet again. We also get the funky smell, mostly on towels, and I have to keep wiping the inside of the glass door to keep the mold from growing, but I can deal with that. I will never buy an LG product ever again. Did I say never? I mean it too.

Now on my way to buy a used refrigerator because not knowing how long this issue is going to take! Was reassured that I would be reimbursed for buying the box freezer, food spoilage and old refrigerator. My case was sent to regional manager and being review while being told I€d be called back in 3 to 5 business days with a resolution to replace or give me my money back if I pass the review and if they cannot find anyone to come out and fix it. I don€t want to ever own another LG product let alone have them come out and replace the compressor with the same faulty issues to have it break down again in which it would. I also have a 1,000 dollar LG dishwasher and 6 months ago the top digital touch board went out! 1 year later! They replaced that and praying it doesn€t go out again.So now playing the waiting game. Don€t buy LG. Appliances will never be made the same way that they were years ago in the 70€s and 80€s to last a lifetime. I have reviewed just about every brand out there and all I find is garbage reviews!! What the hell can you buy that€s reliable anymore!
