This is great product and works really well. I had a broken element .I bought 3 of them I liked them so well. One came with a broken element. I called the company and talked to Matt and he was great, shipped me a new element right away with a video on how to replace it. Hard to find this kind of service anymore

I bought this awesome infrared heater for our new 18‘ x 27‘ covered patio addition. Easy installation, instant wide dispersed Heat. It came with a minor issue but one phone call to the company and they solved it immediately. Excellent customer service!

This heater puts out more heat that any other heater that I have tried. I have ordered multiple heaters from just about every brand out there for my work. We have found that this brand puts out more heat then any other brand. So when I need heaters for my patio I new what I wanted. And I have not been let down. They were easy to install. And the beat thing about them is my wife hasn't complained about being cold once. That alone is worth more than 5 star's by its self.

Just installed two of these and found they put out plenty of heat in an open 12 x 12 pergola. The heat comes on instantly. The red glow from the elements is not too bright and dims with lower heat settings. I have two of these and control them independently using only a single remote since you have to point the remote at the unit for it to work. My only disappointment is that the heaters can only be operated from the remote.

This radiant heater works great. We're using it to keep a cashier warm in the entryway where it gets cold because of the door. For this purpose, it works great and she is very comfortable even though the ambient temperatures are only in the 50s.
