2015 Bosch 800 Series Refrigerador B22CT80SNS. Compramos el refrigerador de profundidad de mostrador Bosch Serie 800 en agosto de 2015. El fabricante de hielo fall√≥ despu√©s de 18 meses y pagamos para reemplazarlo. En o alrededor del 21 de abril de 2019 las l√≠neas de gas se fueron (mientras est√°bamos de vacaciones). Est√°n ubicados en las paredes de la unidad y garantizados por unos impresionantes dos a√Īos. Hemos tenido un reparador que nos dijo que, de hecho, no pueden ser reparados. ¬°Por lo tanto, nuestro refrigerador de menos de cuatro a√Īos de edad $3145.98 tiene que ser desechado! Nos pusimos en contacto con el servicio t√©cnico de Bosch, que est√° dispuesto a reemplazar la unidad por 900 d√≥lares m√°s impuestos despu√©s de un extenso debate. We purchased what we believed to be a high-end Bosch dishwasher (Model Number SHX43 CO5UC). Were a family of 2 and use the dishwasher about every other day. After about 2 years, the pump/motor went out and the cost of repair is approaching $500 plus labor. Bosch, when contacted by phone, said it is out of warranty and we were on our own. One would reasonably expect a reportedly high-end product, lightly used, to last longer. And if for some reason it failed, one would reasonably think that the manufacturer would provide some type of support to make the product work (as designed and advertised) at a reasonable cost to the consumer. Note - this is a $600 dishwasher.

Debido a algunos problemas t√©cnicos, hemos planteado una queja y el t√©cnico identific√≥ el problema es con el panel y necesita ser reemplazado. Como no hubo ninguna actualizaci√≥n despu√©s de 5 d√≠as, llam√© a la atenci√≥n al cliente de Bosch y de Croma para comprobarlo. Desgraciadamente, tampoco ten√≠an muchas novedades al respecto y dijeron que lo elevar√≠an a un nivel superior.Ahora han pasado 30 d√≠as sin ning√ļn progreso o actualizaci√≥n. He enviado varios correos electr√≥nicos y he llamado varias veces a atenci√≥n al cliente, pero no ha servido de nada. He utilizado una lavadora Whirlpool durante los √ļltimos 8 a√Īos y he recibido un buen servicio de ese proveedor. Realmente me arrepiento de haber elegido la lavadora Bosch esta vez. Amigos, si est√°is en Bangalore (no estoy seguro del servicio en otras partes de la India) mejor evitar comprar Bosch ya que su servicio es pat√©tico. ¬°Despu√©s de toda esta frustraci√≥n, o bien tienes que lavar tu ropa con tus propias manos o tienes que comprar una lavadora de reserva tambi√©n!

I have done some research and it appears to be a very common problem that has been going on for years! I am extremely unhappy that such a well known company with such a good reputation would risk losing satisfied customers by ignoring this issue! Dont you understand that poor customer service can destroy that wonderful reputation? How can I, in good conscience, recommend a company that will not take responsibility for a chronic and common problem with their product? The answer is, I cant! Im very disappointed. Dont think another Bosch will be in my future if something doesnt change. All these customers with door issues should not be ignored. Do a recall and fix the problem! I rate customer service a 0.

El frente no tiene ninguna protección para evitar que esto ocurra y ahora estoy muy arrepentido de haber comprado este lavavajillas en Lowes, aunque limpia muy bien los platos. No sé si puedo usar pintura para electrodomésticos para cubrirlas o si empeorará la situación.

I purchased a dishwasher from Sears about three years ago. It worked well for a few months, then began shutting off after a few minutes. It worked sometimes and sometimes not. I contacted Bosch who said they needed the original receipt. I always keep my receipts but of course.... So Sears printed me up a copy with all of the information on it. Of course Bosch would not accept this receipt as proof of purchase. I had spoken with someone from Bosch several times both by phone and email. They told me who to contact to repair. No one would return my calls or even want to travel to repair this expensive dish drainer. I even contacted people who repaired appliances and when I said Bosch - they didnt want to work on it. Of course last week I found the original receipt, and since I know they didnt care then, they wouldnt now - I am sure. I thought it was good to try to keep your customers happy, but I guess they dont mind bad product reviews. I will never purchase a Bosch again. You would think they would read these reviews and do what they could to change peoples minds. Good customer service goes a long way.

The drum has come loose and caused friction so that it has melted, with smoke from the machine and had to be turned off to prevent a fire. Bosch have not accepted that this is a fault and have refused to inspect the damage. I do not expect this quality from the manufacturer, previous machines have lasted 6 to 8 years. We are faced with an expensive repair or a replacement machine.

Estoy indignada por el servicio de atenci√≥n al cliente tanto de Wayfair como de Bosch, que no han dado un paso adelante para resolver su problema. Cuando llam√© directamente a Bosch, me dijeron que no pod√≠an hablar conmigo y que ten√≠a que volver a llamar a Wayfair (una vez m√°s). Una completa evasi√≥n. Tiene una función integrada Power Start que calienta el elemento rápidamente a la potencia más alta y luego lo restablece a la configuración de cocción continua elegida. Supongo que como lo haría una estufa de gas. Otra gran característica es el Auto Chef que funciona con una sartén que viene con él, en un elemento. Este sensor controla la temperatura de la sartén, calentando sólo cuando es necesario y evita que se queme, ¡pero sí hace frituras!

La iluminaci√≥n es buena en el interior, adecuada en el congelador aunque el caj√≥n inferior es un poco tenue. Me encanta la distribuci√≥n del espacio superior y la flexibilidad de los estantes retr√°ctiles. La profundidad de los estantes de las puertas es muy buena, con la excepci√≥n de los dos estantes inferiores, que son tan estrechos que s√≥lo caben art√≠culos peque√Īos (como la salsa picante). Como otros cr√≠ticos han se√Īalado, la m√°quina de hielo es dolorosamente lenta, as√≠ que hay que planificar con antelaci√≥n. La m√°quina de hielo tiene un zumbido muy agudo que es molesto, por lo que hago hielo y luego apago la m√°quina de hielo hasta que necesito hielo de nuevo, lo que funciona para nosotros. Me encantan los controles, son muy f√°ciles de usar y leer y el frigor√≠fico responde r√°pidamente a los cambios de temperatura. Soy muy exigente, investigu√© antes de comprar y estoy muy contento con este frigor√≠fico.

Llam√© a Bosch y me dieron un n√ļmero para llamar diciendo que pasar√≠an dos semanas y media antes de que viniera un t√©cnico. Dos semanas y media y no apareci√≥. Volv√≠ a llamar y me dijeron que tardar√≠an otras dos semanas y media. M√°s de un mes despu√©s se presenta un t√©cnico. Dijo que el agua se hab√≠a filtrado en la parte inferior de alguna manera, pero no pudo determinar de d√≥nde viene. Dijo que ten√≠a que pedir una pieza y que estaba atrasada, (dos semanas) y que Bosch no ver√≠a la pieza y que no saldr√≠a al menos hasta dentro de una semana. Adem√°s, no sabe si lo arreglar√°. Compr√© esta marca porque se supone que tienen un buen historial de servicio. Lo considero un LEM√ďN y despu√©s de llamar y explicar mis circunstancias les ped√≠ que me lo sustituyeran sin saber si alguna vez estar√° bien y me lo negaron. ¬°Si compr√°is un Bosch que os pongan un escurreplatos y una bandeja de escurrir con √©l!

Each time the company had to dismantle the inside of the refrigerator in order to replace the entire ice making unit. Now I am waiting for a new ice making unit to arrive. Also the temperature inside the refrigerator is much higher than it shows on the control panel. On the panel it indicates that the temperature is 43 degrees, but an accurate thermometer I placed inside shows 34 degrees. I feel this refrigerator is simply junk. I would never buy one again.

Rellen√© inmediatamente el formulario de reembolso, a pesar de que el matasellos exigido deb√≠a ser antes del 7,7,17 (faltaba m√°s de un mes). Me prometieron el reembolso en 8 semanas y me dieron una p√°gina web y un n√ļmero de tel√©fono para comprobar su estado. Al cabo de 4 1,2 semanas recib√≠ una respuesta mecanografiada de Bosch diciendo que no pod√≠an tramitar la solicitud porque no cumpl√≠a el requisito del recibo de caja (no estaba fechado dentro del plazo designado para esta oferta). Inmediatamente me puse en contacto con Lowes, donde compr√© el lavavajillas. Habl√© con el gerente de turno y le mostr√© las copias de la oferta de rebaja, el recibo de caja, la respuesta de Bosch, etc. El gerente de turno llam√≥ directamente a Bosch rebates y verific√≥ que la fecha del recibo estaba dentro del rango de fechas requerido. Me dijo que Bosch afirmaba que el mes del 6 parec√≠a un 5. Nos pareci√≥ extra√Īo porque para ambos era obvio que se trataba de un 6 de junio. Tambi√©n se pod√≠a comprobar por la fecha de mi tarjeta de cr√©dito. Si una persona ten√≠a dudas, debido a su mala vista, podr√≠a haber preguntado a otra persona o utilizar una lupa, lo que no deber√≠a ser necesario. De todos modos, el gerente de Lowes habl√≥ con Bosch de que era la fecha correcta, y que procesar√≠an inmediatamente el reembolso. El gerente de Lowes dijo que deber√≠a recibirlo en 2 semanas. Despu√©s de 2 1,2 semanas comprob√© en su p√°gina web el estado de mi reembolso. Reconoci√≥ mi informaci√≥n y me dio un n√ļmero de seguimiento; adem√°s indic√≥ que ten√≠a que dejar pasar m√°s tiempo. Dos semanas m√°s tarde, todav√≠a no lo hab√≠a recibido (4,2 semanas despu√©s de la llamada telef√≥nica de los gerentes de Lowes, y 9 semanas despu√©s de la compra). Volv√≠ a comprobar el estado de la p√°gina web. Esta vez nunca reconoci√≥ mi nombre, direcci√≥n (aunque tambi√©n hab√≠a completado la informaci√≥n de la garant√≠a el 6,20,17 despu√©s de la instalaci√≥n del 6,18,17). Ahora hab√≠an perdido toda mi informaci√≥n (o eso dec√≠an). Yo (nosotros) pens√© que su primera excusa era inexcusable, pero posiblemente un error; pero despu√©s del segundo per√≠odo de 4 1,2 semanas da toda la apariencia de ser una estafa (intencional). Ya no creo que tengan la intenci√≥n de honrar sus ofertas de reembolso, y simplemente esperan que la mayor√≠a de los consumidores se olviden de ello, no se preocupen, no hagan copias antes de enviarlas, etc.; y simplemente se embolsen el ahorro (esta vez de 145 d√≥lares).

Cambi√≥ subrepticiamente la fuente de alimentaci√≥n. Me dio un segundo serm√≥n sobre c√≥mo ning√ļn tipo de residuo puede entrar en la m√°quina. La m√°quina funcion√≥ durante 2 lavados y luego se rompi√≥. Esper√© 10 d√≠as. El t√©cnico de Bosch volvi√≥ y encontr√≥ m√°s residuos (2 trozos diminutos de hojas de t√©, 1,10 de u√Īa peque√Īa y un peque√Īo filamento de pl√°stico del mismo tama√Īo). La misma lectura. Sustituy√≥ la fuente de alimentaci√≥n de reemplazo. y se fue. Ha funcionado bien una vez.Me queda la impresi√≥n definitiva de que el lavavajillas Bosch es demasiado delicado para ser utilizado como lavavajillas - que todos los art√≠culos que se lavan deben ser lavados primero a mano. As√≠ que el lavavajillas se convierte en un extra√Īo mueble de almacenamiento. Soy mayor y los trozos encontrados por el reparador no los ver√≠a en ning√ļn caso. No matter how we try, the rack seems to disengage from the grooves provided. There are no tracking mechanisms, just gravity holding the rack in place, so were wondering what were doing wrong. El peor dise√Īo de placa de cocci√≥n que he visto nunca. Esta es una funci√≥n simple y muy b√°sica. No puedo creer que esto sea un problema. Muy inseguro e inquietante. Within the first month or two, I noticed the porcelain rings around the burners had melted some and begin to look like lava rock. I bought a 4-year extended warranty but I was told by Lowes to call Bosch. I then spoke to a female person in California who was very rude, and who informed me I probably spilled something while cooking - end of a very rude conversation. Lowes didnt really help either. I have since not considered Bosch for every time I use the stove, I see defective parts. Ive just started to email this past year and thought I would put my 2 cents in.

Las 4 veces que el horno ha dejado de funcionar he estado sin poder utilizarlo durante 20-25 d√≠as esperando a los reparadores, a que pidieran las piezas, etc. 80 d√≠as en total en menos de un a√Īo que no he tenido el uso de mi horno, y contando. Y para empeorar las cosas, la √ļnica vez que uso este horno es cuando tengo invitados, el resto del tiempo para m√≠ y mi marido para hacer peque√Īas comidas usamos el horno r√°pido m√°s peque√Īo. As√≠ que, 4 veces en menos de un a√Īo ha habido m√ļltiples invitados en mi casa para cenas, y el horno ha dejado de funcionar. Si se suman todas esas personas, ver√°n cu√°ntas personas se han ido con una mala opini√≥n sobre los electrodom√©sticos Bosch. Por no mencionar que en cada cena, debido a que mi horno dej√≥ de funcionar, tuve que recurrir a pedir comida para mis invitados y todo el pescado fresco y el pollo, etc. que hab√≠a comprado para preparar a mis invitados tuvo que ser congelado porque sab√≠a que estar√≠a sin mi horno durante otros 20-25 d√≠as antes de poder hornearlo.HORNO R√ĀPIDO: Tambi√©n tengo el horno r√°pido de referencia de Bosch, que tambi√©n ha tenido una reparaci√≥n en menos de 6 meses de ser instalado, el mismo problema que ten√≠a en el horno de pared. Afortunadamente el horno r√°pido fue reparado y parece que funciona bien desde entonces (toco madera). COCINA: Tambi√©n tengo una placa de inducci√≥n Bosch. No hay problemas hasta ahora con eso. He dicho a todo el mundo que viene a mi casa y habla maravillas de la renovaci√≥n de mi cocina: NO COMPREN NUNCA BOSCH. Y la mayor√≠a de ellos han visto de primera mano lo malos que son los electrodom√©sticos porque todos han estado en mi casa en un momento u otro en el √ļltimo a√Īo y han visto el horno fallar delante de sus propios ojos. As√≠ que tengo muchos testigos y lamentablemente Bosch tiene mucha gente que sabe que nunca debe comprar sus aparatos. Dos de las familias que estuvieron en mi casa el a√Īo pasado y vieron c√≥mo el horno de pared dejaba de funcionar, han hecho ahora sus propias renovaciones de la cocina y ambas han decidido NO comprar Bosch porque dijeron que no se arriesgar√≠an al ver todos los problemas que tuve con el m√≠o. Porque estoy bastante seguro de que voy a terminar demandando al minorista y, o Bosch por incumplimiento de la garant√≠a, el contrato y por no revelar los hechos materiales antes de mi compra. Pero como todav√≠a est√° en garant√≠a extendida voy a seguir dejando que lo reparen todas las veces que quieran, y voy a guardar mi diario y mi historial para que poco antes de que se acabe la garant√≠a les demande y les obligue a darme un reembolso completo... No puedo aceptar un horno de reemplazo porque Bosch no tiene otro horno de pared que pueda ser instalado en mi cocina sin que yo haga una renovaci√≥n de la cocina de nuevo (lo cual no va a suceder).

I always thought of Bosch as a company with high quality standards and good customer service and over time had to change my mind to never wanting to buy Bosch again and having shared this opinion with friends and family to avoid their frustration and disappointment. The dishwasher trays holding plates were so rigid in the beginning that they chipped my china ‚€ď maybe I should feel lucky as the Bosch dishwasher of our friends went up in flames, even their model/serial number was not on the recall. The washer requires always additional rinses to remove the soap (or at least most of it) and the 4000$ cooking range broke down after 2.5 year with an electronic board having failed and needing replacement. Bosch does not provide service once the appliance is out of warranty and their spare parts are ridiculously expensive.

We purchased our Bosch Nexxt 500 Series washer on 7-10-2007 and within a few weeks noticed that our laundry smelled musty and that the whites were no longer white. The smell worsened to the point where I hold my breath when using a washcloth as I wash my face. When I called Lowes I was reminded to use only one tablespoon of high energy detergent, use Affresh Grit Grabber to wipe down the door gasket and the rubber boot of the tub and keep the door ajar. This same information was provided me by Bosch Consumer Service. I also run an empty load with vinegar/bleach every couple weeks. The door stays ajar at all times except when running a load of laundry. There have been times when so little water enters the machine that the laundry comes out still dry in areas but the worst is the bad smell of our laundry. I am so very disappointed in my waste of a thousand dollars and embarrassed that I still have this Energy Efficient washer but dont know where to turn.

The clothes are coming out dirty and my clothes are getting damaged. I have called the customer service several times, but they have been of no help. Also, I dont like the front load washer because you have to keep the door open. Otherwise, mold starts growing and it starts smelling.

SHX46A05UC/14 Dishwasher, 2004, paid $ 1,600.00 Stopped draining water, developed endless cycle, finally started to fill up with the water overflowing to my newly renovated kitchen.The quality of the cleaning was degrading slowly, leaving residues on glass and dishes.Bosch certified service showed up for just over $ 75/h, looking and playing with the washer for 2 hours; diagnosed, well nothing, they check in fact the water drainage path and remover a rubber part from the pump section, saying that I dont need that, and that this was perhaps the cause of the problem. After over $150 for service call, (no parts replaced = no 30 days warranty for the service) !!!... The next day, well, we have exact this same issue, cycle takes hours, no full water drainage. Service call, week later, different technicians, diagnosed for new control unit and quote for over $350. (for $500 I can get new dishwasher today, but my old $1600 unit should work for years - or not). Called Bosch, same response as for all of the people below. They couldnt care less. The Customer service from the service company concluded that I would be better off buying a new unit ! Great, that much about my love for Bosch, and we have the whole kitchen furnished with that junk. After short internet research, I found people helping step by step with similar issues, so I did take apart my unit, opened the controller, and found that it has overheated and damaged connection. No, is not that one under the recall, the recall one must cause house fire I guess! Cleaning the connection and re-soldering it helped, partially, it works now as it use to, but still fills with fresh water after is done, so I have to cut the water intake. Conclusion: I would spend $350 for a new part or service and still have another issue!!! Now, I need to take the intake valve apart to see if this is the real problem. Slowly, I am getting a master degree on Bosch dishwashers, and I promise to never buy one again.

Se extrae la rejilla inferior, se desenrolla f√°cilmente. Se quita el filtro f√°cilmente, se lava en el fregadero y se vuelve a poner cada 3-6 meses. El filtro es de acero inoxidable. Varios modos de limpieza, desde ollas y sartenes hasta vasos de cristal. Secado al aire o al vapor. Todo se limpia 100 veces. El coste de funcionamiento es casi nulo.

The range is designed to seamlessly fit into the kitchen range opening without side gaps. No more dripping down the oven sides! The front detail which slightly covers the countertop edge makes it appear custom to our kitchen. But, the best part is how it cooks! Other reviewers complain about the ‚€úloud‚€Ě convection oven fan. Well, if that fan is ‚€úloud‚€Ě my hearing must be shot. The Whirlpool convection microwave which sits above my Bosch Range, is 3 times louder. The Bosch convection oven is very quiet in comparison.Since receiving my Bosch range I have used several cooking modes with great success: bake, multi bake, convection roast and convection bake. The oven is so well designed and insulated that all my dishes on the different modes were evenly cooked and delicious. The cooktop also performed. I have tried all the burners and even the warm feature. Alas, I have yet to use the warming drawer. However, based on everything else I tried, I am confident that the warming drawer will be fantastic.I recommend you read the oven instructions to get the most out of this beautiful range. When using the cooktop be careful not to slide pots and pans over the burners. Make sure the outside of all pots and pans are clean, dry, and flat. This will save the glass cooktop from scratches. And note, all glass cooktops are susceptible to scratches. The Bosch Instruction Manual also gives cookware tips which are worth trying. I bought flat cookie sheets (no sides) as suggested by Bosch. My cookies came out of the oven perfect and delicious.When shopping for a new range don‚€ôt overlook this Bosch appliance. However, be aware you must carefully measure your oven opening to get a great, custom fit. If you are building a new kitchen, request your contractor build the space to perfectly accommodate your new range. You will love the look and love your new Bosch Range! Oh and did I mention the stainless steel resists fingerprints? Just one more reason why I love my new range!

En 2018 las rejillas volvieron a tener el mismo problema de desprendimiento del revestimiento de las p√ļas, tanto en la rejilla superior como en la inferior. Hoy me han dicho, despu√©s de trabajar con el servicio de atenci√≥n al cliente durante 2 meses, que las rejillas no est√°n cubiertas y que tendr√≠a que pagar por otras nuevas. NO estoy contenta con el servicio ni con el lavavajillas. Para m√≠ esto es un defecto, no el desgaste normal. He tenido lavavajillas Bosch en el pasado y nunca he tenido problemas con el metal expuesto en las rejillas.

Purchased new in 2004. Main range burner (right front) never did feel right, rough to turn and if you put it to the wrong spot (nice light simmer), it would go out, but the gas would still run. New Years Eve 2007, the oven burner quit at about 3:00 in the afternoon, part way thru cooking a massive prime rib roast. The electric starter came on and glowed, the gas valve opened but the oven burner wouldnt light. Phoned the dealer (Midland Appliances) and asked them for help, they told me that they could have someone out in about two weeks. Since I was in the middle of preparing a dinner for 10, I finished the roast on the BBQ. It didnt turn out that well, since its hard to cook outside at -20C. Took it all apart the next day and determined that the orifice was plugged/blocked so I cleaned it out with a needle file. About once or twice per year, ever since, same problem. Orifice fouled, and the gas doesnt flow. Eventually the electric starter failed, so I replaced it. Had to order from an outside vendor, as per manufacturer website. Part was delivered, oven back in operation, regular orifice cleanings (and failed meals) continued.In 2011, the main range burner finally failed. It was on and when I tried to turn it down, something broke internally on the shaft. Had to shut the gas off to the entire unit, because the valve wouldnt close. So we are without oven or range. No parts available in our city, again, so I had to order from the outside vendor and have shipped. Five days total without an oven or range top. Many meals outside of the home and many take out meals delivered. New valve installed and the same rough feeling as the original valve. I am probably going to have to replace it again in a few years.November 29, 2013 my wife calls me at work, oven not coming on again. Okay, have to pull the oven out again and clean the orifice, I guess?? Well not this time, now the valve for the baking half of the oven has failed. Electric starter comes on, voltage changes to the valve, but the valve doesnt open. Order the valve ($161) from the outside vendor, four days later it arrives, two hours to install and the oven is back in operation.December 21, 2013 (yesterday) and were having family for early Christmas dinner. About 1:00PM, I turned the oven on to start our turkey and the electric starter glows but the gas valve doesnt open. I hear the solenoid for the starter click and it glows and about a minute later I should hear the valve for the gas open but I dont. Turkey is back in fridge, called the local Chinese take out place for ($185) worth of food. I will pull it apart again on Wednesday (Christmas day) but I suspect that the (new) valve is defective. And on, and on, it goes.Other observations: Well the fit and finish on the visible parts of the oven are quite nice, the guts of it are a mess. Screws dont line up with hole, many are stripped or over tightened. The sheet metal is of the lightest gauge possible and often wires are installed and poorly secured. The adjustable legs dont secure very well and as a result every-time you move the unit, it has to be re-leveled. The unit appears to be made in Mexico, and the range valve was also Mexican made, so I guess its goodbye to German quality.Long and short, this range has been very problematic and I will NEVER buy another Bosch appliance, small or large. And since I am a vengeful sort, I will probably not buy/install Bosch vehicle (starters, alternators) parts either.

Has anyone else had an issue with model # SHP65T55UC/09 power box burning out? Weve owned 2 previous Bosch dishwashers and have always been satisfied with them, however, they had wall receptacles. In December, I came into the kitchen and could smell a very strong odour of electrical burning. The power box had over-heated (see attached photo). Customer Service at Bosch is claiming it was improperly installed. However, the service technician from Home Appliance Care in Ottawa, whom Bosch sent to replace and do a diagnostic, stated that it was indeed installed correctly. Bosch is refusing to refund me the cost of the power box replacement and has done nothing to convince me this wont happen again. They have not responded to my last email a month ago.

There were other brands that had similar features that were considerably less expensive, but I assumed that the Bosch would be of a higher quality that would justify the additional expense. Recently some water spilled on the bottom shelf and some of it seeped through the crack and the front of the glass and settled on top of the stringer holding up the glass shelf between the crisper drawers. I tried to figure out how to pick up the glass so I could dry it off but couldn‚€ôt find a way. I assumed that it would evaporate and not be a problem but that didn‚€ôt happen. Instead, it collected dirt and mildew. I have again tried to come up with a way to pick up the glass so I could clean it, but gave up and called customer support.I asked the girl there if someone could give me instructions as to how to pick up the glass to resolve my problem. She asked my name and apparently checked the computer to find out that my one year warranty had recently expired. She told me that all she could do was send out a serviceman and that would cost me $129. I told her that I didn‚€ôt need a service call and just wanted someone to explain to me how to get under the glass. She again said that she would have to send out a serviceman for $129.I told her that it seemed that it was a poor design and appeared that they were intentionally trying to make money by sending out a serviceman. She said ‚€úyes‚€Ě. This caught me by surprise so I asked,Are you saying that you intentionally designed it so you could make $129 by sending out a serviceman. Again, she said ‚€úyes‚€Ě. I had a similar problem again four more years later and called their customer help line to see what it would cost to have a service technician check it out. When I gave them my serial number and explained the problem I was having the representative said it may be the same problem as previous and as it was safety related there would be no charge. Their rate at the time was in excess of $100.00 per hour. I explained to the rep that I did not want to pay that much if there was a possibility it was not the same problem. She assured me that there would be no charge for the diagnosis. The repairman came and found that the electrical connection to the unit had shorted. He installed a new wire connector at no charge even though it was no fault of their product.It has been working fine since then and is now ten year old, but when it does finally die I will definitely buy another Bosch dishwasher. Their product and service has far exceeded my expectations.

They dont drain well, our clothes smell, and they ball your wash. My washer is ready to walk away by itself when it spins. If I could, I would burn them. Who ever heard of taking an hour to do a load of wash and you cant adjust the settings? I have heard from a lot of people that have seen my washer and dryer how nice it looks until I tell them what they are like. I let anyone who asks if I like them and I say no. I dont recommend these appliances to anyone even if they are looking at them in the stores. Now, when I look at all the comments of all your appliances, your company is no good. After living in the house for 2.5 years the refrigerator‚€ôs water filter broke and then the fridge stopped cooling. This happened at the best possible time. I just had my second child who is now one month old child, my mother and father in-law are visiting as well as my brother and sister in-law with their two kids. Bosch only allows for factory service people to inspect the machine. On the list of 4 in my area, Palo Alto 3 dont deal with refrigeration units. I was able to get someone to come out in two days to look at this. Keep in mind when you have a 1 month old child, milk and formula must be kept cold and they need to be fed every 3 hrs. The factory tech said the problem was a leak in the coolant. He cant guarantee the fix because they cant fix all leaks, but since the fridge is out of warranty the repair will cost $900. Keep in mind I went to Home Depot and bought a fridge out of necessity for my garage, GE, $400.I asked Bosch if they could work with me on the repair or discount a new fridge. If they would Id buy Bosch and be a loyal customer. They said youre out of warranty so we wont do anything for you. Huge inconvenience factor and they just dont care about the customer.

Volv√≠ a preguntar y me dijeron que no har√≠an nada al respecto. Cuando dijeron que vendr√≠a un t√©cnico de servicio, supuse que eso significaba que podr√≠an ayudar. Lamentablemente, todo fue una p√©rdida de tiempo. No se ha hecho nada para eliminar el olor y no se ha explicado por qu√© existe el olor. Actualmente estamos renovando y vamos a sustituir el lavavajillas. No volveremos a comprar un electrodom√©stico Bosch. Ha sido un error muy caro.

We always found that the oven took a long time to cook things, but didnt really give it a second thought. There was also a mystery screw that magically appeared in the warming drawer one day. 9 days ago, the glass on the door spontaneously exploded into thousands of pieces while baking at a relatively low heat. We called Bosch and scheduled service for last Wednesday. Needless to say, they refused to accept responsibility as we are beyond our warranty period. As I took apart the glass, I discovered that the missing screw was one of the three holding the glass panel in place. This should never have just fallen out. I also noticed that the door closes much better than before. We are now 9 days without our oven and there is no sign of a Bosch technician! When I spoke to the Bosch rep, I asked how to register a complaint. He referred me to their web-site - but it only allows for 250 characters. Clearly, they dont want to hear about any problems. So much for expecting that a high end company might be interested in quality. Clearly, I wont be running out to buy any more Bosch appliances.

I had read on line that it had happened to others. After second dishwasher was installed on 1/9/09, my wife and I saw that our model number was a recall to possible electrical fires. For about two years, we received letters in the mail of this recall. Fast forward to late August up to early September, the second dishwasher is not working right. Bosch agreed to pay for a tech to diagnose and concluded that the heater assy shut as well as the main PCB, whatever that is. Repair is estimated at $450 to $500 on an almost four year old dishwasher. Bosch said that I am out of luck because warranty is over and that the second dishwasher was a goodwill case, even though the first dishwasher was a recall as a fire hazard. Oh and by the way, it is just my wife and I, so we dont use our dishwasher like a big family does.

After calling, getting bounced around then waiting 24-48 hours for a return call...they send out their technician. He lies and says he never saw this before. We tell him we found out that our neighbor next-door at the condo had the same model and the exact same thing happened! Coincidental? I think not. Then he said, ‚€úYes it‚€ôs bad batch of rubber and the dishwasher will leak. It‚€ôs not fixable.‚€Ě Call again. The one department they transfer us to then another, we have to wait 24 to 48 hours for each return call, never give us direct numbers. We have to wait for them to return our calls. Then we have to fill out paperwork. They want to prorate the dishwasher. Make us pay almost $300 again for the proration, delivery fee and tax. Purchasing delivery installation we paid over $700 for this piece of crap. Filled out all the necessary paperwork. Never hear anything. Call, tell us they got it and reviewing now. Wait over a week. And NOW they say they never received the paperwork we filled out. Resend. We need to wait another 48 hours. From the beginning they knew the absolute last date we could have this dishwasher delivered. They had it in their notes. Well it‚€ôs too late now. We‚€ôre not going to be here any longer to have a delivery of the dishwasher. I will go buy a GE in the Fall and have it installed. I will never buy a Bosch again. I will do everything I can to let everyone know the lack of integrity and honesty this company possesses. Please share our story so another sucker doesn‚€ôt get taken. Bosch knew they had a bad failed batch of rubber seal gaskets out there. El 15.12.16 el técnico superior Jayakumar vino a mi casa. Comprobó la lavadora y dijo que había que cambiar el tambor de la lavadora en garantía. In the past year, the control buttons and the plastic countdown window have popped out one by one. Today is my second round of DIY repair. The reason for repeated button loss is now very clear - the front fascia panel is made of a thin panel of ABS. This is not just a decorative panel - the stress of door opening with every use is applied to the panel, which is now cracked. Because of a design flaw, the cracks propagate right into the button area - so I no longer have a way to keep those buttons from falling out.Parts are available on the Bosch web site - only $86 plus shipping for the fascia and the missing button. The replacement panel will have the same design issue as the original, so this may buy me a year, 2 years or three of intact dishwasher. For environmental and financial reasons, I expect a dishwasher to last about 15 years. I am very disappointed by the substantial repair time and cost caused by an under designed appliance part.The model number is she45m02UC/53 and the part of doom is panel-fascia 478810.

I set it for one and a half minutes, and what happens? It scorches the top of the milk, to the point it boils over the cup while the bottom of the cup is warm at best. I called their customer service, had a technician come and his response: The MW is working properly... please refer to page X in the user manual where it says to stop the heating midway through and mix the liquid for optimal heating. Really? I think a cheapo MW does better.That is plain wrong! I had never had issues with any other MW... and this is what they say? This is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY BOSCH period. I thought I was making a good decision, but I regret it every day. Having odor issues with an 800 series dishwasher. Stick to GE! It could be all made in China, but at least its a product used by the masses, and as such statistically the number of defects will be very few. And price wise... theyre almost the same.

My Mother has a top loader for 22 years. Beautiful, I think we replaced one part on the thing all these years. Anyway, I despise this washer. Its too small, takes almost 2 hours to cycle AND smells like mold. I have the top & back panels off to remove the out take drain tube which is visibly covered (inside) in black mold. Problem is the way its put together is like no other Bosch washer. Two weeks ago I found a video online which showed how to remove the thing and today I go to my bookmarks and NO VIDEO. Im about to throw myself on the floor and have a complete meltdown. WTF happened to the video? Ive looked for thirty minutes all over internet to no avail! Its a servicing video I know that and those are hard to come by. Help me lawd! Thought I might feel better writing this however I feel like upchucking. Thanks anyway. P.S. Contrast this to Grohe products: I called them about a failed soap dispenser and faucet, sent them the original order and my new faucet/dispenser is on their way!! What a pleasure to deal with them!! This has happened through normal and moderate use of the product. I have contacted Bosch (it took many many emails to get a reply) and they say they dont view it as a product fault or design defect, but as an isolated incident. They wont repair it for free, as I requested, but instead demand around 100 to repair it.I bought a Bosch oven specifically because I wanted a quality product - I paid for the brand name. I expected 10 years of use (my last cooker lasted 20 years) but I get a measly 3 -3.5 years and Bosch think this is reasonable. Bosch refrigerator problems. Bosch 800 Series B26FT70SNS /04 25.9 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator has issues and failures. The first issue is the crushed ice maker. It does not crush all the ice as my old GE unit did (or any other brand I have ever used). The Bosch unit only breaks some ice cubes in half, others it only will chip a corner off and only a few seem to come out mostly crushed. The lack of ice crushing has been confirmed by Bosch as normal for this unit. If you like fully crushed ice and not almost complete ice cubes mixed in with it, I would not recommend this refrigerator.The next two problems are more serious. Firstly, after swapping out the ice maker with a new unit to try to solve what we now know to be an unsolvable problem, the new ice maker unit has failed completely; it no longer makes ice and of course it is now out of warranty. I wrote an e-mail to the Bosch representatives who helped me the first time with this problem however they did not respond to my e-mail. The second failure is much more critical. The refrigerator intermittently stops working! Occasionally, the Bosch Series B26FT70SNS stops getting cold! Thats all the darn thing needs to do and it fails doing it! Ill come home to a puddle of water on the floor, the food in the freezer is thawed out and the refrigerator is warm! After cycling the power by turning off the circuit breaker sometimes it will start working, and sometimes it starts again by itself. I lost food and had to clean up a mess.I wrote another e-mail to the Bosch representatives about the ice maker and cooling failure, but again they did not respond to either of my e-mails. Because the Bosch representatives have been unresponsive on these last two problems it tells me that they do not want to get involved with defective products or product problems.Because I went with all BOSCH products in my new kitchen (Double oven, cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, warming draw, refrigerator) I am now terrified as to which product may fail next and the difficulty in communicating with factory representatives. I regret my decision of selecting all BOSCH appliances. As of this posting I have not heard back from Bosh.Based on my experience with multiple failures of my Bosch 800 Series B26FT70SNS /04 25.9 cu. ft. French Door refrigerator I cannot recommend purchasing this unit.

The repair person tried his best even calling for additional support but I guess no one knows how to to fix it. It stops working and maybe after 12 hours or so it will restart. Once it is working it is fine but that is not what you want. I have just hung up from being on hold to get another repair ticket for over 50 minutes and no one picks up at their end. All the wheels eventually came off one by one, we put them back on but they still kept falling off. So we bought new wheels, still, the rack never glided or stayed on its tracks. We now have to lift the full bottom rack and place it inside the washer.The wand (attachment for water) comes off during the cycle EVERY time no matter if anything scrapes or touches it during the cycles. The third rack (silverware) rarely cleans anything unless they‚€ôve been hand cleaned before going in. Never ever have I spent so much money on an appliance to have it fall apart and dysfunction after 3 months. Customer service was so unwilling to handle the first wheel issues, that attempting a refund was daunting. I‚€ôm not sure if Bosch cares if the appliance works at all, or if maybe they just sell ‚€úpretty‚€Ě appliances to people who don‚€ôt cook.

The mold sticks to high heaven and, being farmers, I can honestly say one gallon of water doesnt bring out **. My whites are now gray. I was told I could wash three loads at once. I should have been told to wash one piece of clothing per load. I doubt that that one piece would be cleaned.

We just remodeled our kitchen. We really liked the Bosch Benchmark oven(s), the standard 30, the speed micro, and the steam oven, along with a warming drawer. We embraced their advertising showing these appliances all lined up along a wall, or lined up as well as one above another. Their literature touts the fact that they are all identical in appearance, backed up by the photos they display.We ordered our ovens (as well as the induction cooktop) last December for January delivery dates. Our cabinet maker had the ovens delivered to their location to be sure they built the cabinets to fit the ovens and warming drawer perfectly. We opted for a horizontal install as well as vertically - the standard oven top left with the speed micro to its right lined up horizontally. Below the standard oven is our warming drawer. Below the speed micro is the steam oven perfectly lined up vertically with the micro and horizontally with the standard oven and warming drawer.Then the electricians came out and wired them in. Immediately I noticed the number displays on the standard oven and the steam oven have large numbers in a very nice font, but the microwave has the old fashioned typical pixelated microwave numbers that I have on my old $85 dollar unit! I also noticed that the stainless steel panel that houses the controls are different in their construction! The microwave version looks cheaper! Bosch has spent a lot of money on the advertising concentrating on the type of install I have - lining your ovens up horizontally and vertically - they proudly state that they are identical!They are not! Through my appliance dealer I contacted Bosch hoping that, perhaps, since my micro was built in February 2014 there might be a later run that matched. There isnt. Their answer was, Well, if you dont like it, just turn off the display on the microwave! I am floored by this attitude! It seems quite reasonable to me to expect this very simple part of the construction of these ovens to match!! Our install arrangement even makes it look worse by putting the odd one between the better ones! Well, I am stuck with them now since we had custom cabinetry built to house them. 2014 current line model. I had the dishwasher for about 25 days, pulled out the lower rack and two wheels flew off (I guess rack was out of alignment). There are 4 wheels on each side. But it CRASHED as the rack hit the door - and the DW barely had any dishes in it. The damage to the tin foil they call Stainless interior was scary. When I called Support, they said they never heard of it damaging the door and there was no recall. BUT they didnt want pictures. A second call got a rep who said they are working on the flying wheels issue. The Internet shows its been a BOSCH issue since 2009. Sure they would agree to fix it, but who wants to have a repaired $1000 DW that can so easily get damaged? It was the lack of Bosch concern that upset me the most. I just ordered a Kitchen Aid.
