Mi queja es el horno el√©ctrico de pared de 24 por el que pagu√© cerca de 2.000 d√≥lares. Lo pones a 350, la luz que indica que ha alcanzado la temperatura se apaga cuando est√° a 325 grados, cuando llega a 350 pasa a 400 e incluso sube a 500 o a veces vuelve a bajar a 350. No se puede utilizar. Me quej√© repetidamente, un t√©cnico vino m√°s de una vez y finalmente Bosch lo reemplaz√≥ s√≥lo para tener el mismo problema otra vez. Incluso hice venir a mi electricista cuando el segundo horno ten√≠a el mismo problema, pero el problema no era la electricidad. Me siento totalmente enga√Īada y me gustar√≠a poder llegar a un p√ļblico m√°s amplio con mi queja.

It is by far the best dishwasher I have ever owned: excellent cleaning, quiet operation, easy loading, and energy efficiency. My only quibble is that the beeping notification at the end of the cycle is loud and insistent until the off button is pushed. I would disable this alarm if it were possible.

Stainless steel is of poor quality. Should have stuck with sears elite brand, same as our refrig and stove. When you talk with Bosch rep, they act like their products are on the same level as the Hope diamond. Paid a ridiculous amount of money. Not worth it.

Nexxt Dryer Model No. WTMC3300US-01 - We bought this dryer new in 2004, and it worked wonderfully. After we owned it for about 7 years, the dryer started to make a harsh grating grinding noise. We immediately stopped it. When I opened the back of the dryer, it was clear the motor retainer clip had slipped off the circular end of the motor such that the motor axle could no longer be turned easily which caused the grinding noise. I remounted the axle and retaining spring and the dryer worked correctly until about 2 weeks later it happened again. I repaired it again. A month later the same thing. After about 10 iterations of this, I ordered a new retainer clip thinking that the clip had lost its retaining ability. After 3 months, the retainer clip slipped and I repaired it again. I thought Bosch made better stuff than this.

Purchased 2 dishwashers from Sears. One went to daughter. Hers broke down in first month of having it. Customer service gave us two repair companies to call. Repairman came out and had to call Bosch to have them walk through what to do in finding out what is wrong. Finally after a couple of calls, parts had to be ordered. I called customer service when I found out part was on backorder for 2 or more weeks. They explained part had just come in that day but would not go out to repair service for at least 10 days or so. I explained that she had the machine for about a month and now it is going to be out of service for that long. Customer service said they would expedite it. They would call and let us know it was on way. I had to call again because now a second or third part I didnt know about is on backorder. Has been 2 weeks and no one has let us know how things are going. Will not buy Bosch again. Customer service is pitiful. I worry my machine will break down now. Thought Bosch was a good company. I talked to so many customer service people and they didnt know what was going on. Talked to a manager and she was condescending and no help. No thanks, Bosch is worthless.

Now, the lettering on the fascia panel is coming off--DELAY gone completely--out of warranty according to Bosch Customer Service. New fascia panel cost $73.00 plus cost of technician to come out to replace (which the rep neglected to tell me after taking all my info. I just happened to ask before hanging up.) Ridiculous. A little tacky but I have used a permanent marker to mark controls.

Its very likely that the drum was already cracked in the first 12 months and even if it wasnt, I advise people to avoid any company that refuses to stand behind their products. Run from Bosch!

I had Bosch come out two times. The first time, I was informed that the installation was done backwards. They said they fixed it but its never cleaned well unless its on the most aggressive cycle. The rack still comes off the track constantly. One of the worst problems is that this dishwasher takes all color off my dishes and makes all cups totally dull. I hate it. Never again will I have anything Bosch. Bosch = BAD! Ive had Bosch repair people out twice. Plus, they dont stand by their product. Terrible customer service.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher in August of 2012. Model number SHX33RF5UC/64. It has the hidden integrated control panel. It worked well until a few days ago when it stopped draining. I called a local appliance repair company, which has fixed our appliances for 19 years. The repair person who came looked at the dishwasher and then decided they that they werent familiar enough Bosch dishwashers to work on it. I called Bosch, they agreed to pay for a diagnostic visit from one of their approved providers. The repair person took off the front of the dishwasher and drained it. They told me that they could not diagnose it without taking it back to their store. They werent sure if it was the pump, the control panel, or both. I asked how much it might cost and they advised me that it probably would be around 300.00. I asked if he thought I should buy a new dishwasher, because the repairs were so expensive and they only warranted the repairs for 90 days. He recommended buying a new dishwasher.So now I have a dishwasher that fills up, washes but doesnt drain. I hate to get rid of it, but if I get it repaired and breaks then Ill still need a new dishwasher. Shortly, after purchasing the dishwasher I bought the same one for my dad, because initially it worked well. Its really disappointing because I grew up with a KitchenAid dishwasher that worked for 23 years. In my experience todays KitchenAid products arent any better than any other major brands.

Bought floor model from Lowes. As a Lowes employee I am well aware of Lowes deficiencies and should have expected that they would sell a returned item without the parts needed for installation. Boschs do not direct wire; they need a custom connector for the electrical connection. But I called Bosch and told them the parts were missing. Their rep took all my information and promised to send them. Then they emailed back to me (which I failed to notice) and stated their supervisor (super ** or super **) stated since it was a floor model I would have to take back their promise and I would have to pay for the parts. Did not include part numbers, how much, etc. to make it even harder for me to order. This is causing a 10 day delay in installation, etc. Just know Bosch which wants $800-2000 for a dishwasher is willing to sell their reputation for some parts revenue. Thought these Germans were smarter than that but obviously the South was the wrong place to locate their plant. Obviously I am very pissed off about this.

La lavadora es la peor m√°quina de limpieza que he tenido para una lavadora de carga frontal y tambi√©n es la primera lavadora que he tenido que huele horriblemente a menos que uno use un limpiador en ella semanalmente y a menos que no use casi ning√ļn detergente para la ropa y a menos que uno lave con al menos agua tibia usualmente. Horrible realmente. La secadora no tiene suficientes opciones y tengo que secar las cosas delicadas en regular o se secan incre√≠blemente lento, lo que resulta en demasiado desgaste. June 2014, started to have problems with it making noises while spinning and then it got louder and finally stopped spinning. I contacted Bosch Customer Service who referred me to service repair but did not offer me a good explanation or offer to refund anything for the unit to be broken after approximately 6 years of use and I am the only person using it.The stackable unit cost me over $2,000 and now the washer needs to be replaced because the repair costs are over $900.00. This is disgraceful! Now, I have to figure out how to find a new 24-inch washer that will fit my Bosch dryer on top because I will never buy another Bosch anything! It is a piece of garbage.

I contacted customer service and no one answered, so I went online and made a request for service. I got a call back 5 days later at which time I was told they couldn‚€ôt make an appointment because there was a systems problem and I should call back. That should have clued me of what was to come. Service was finally sent out after waiting more than a month for an open appointment. When service arrived they checked my water dispenser and told me my ice maker needed to be replaced. So I agreed and was told the new part needed to be ordered by me.I ordered the replacement ice maker and it was not available due to back order for more than 3 months! That‚€ôs ridiculous! Finally the part was available and service came out and told me the unit didn‚€ôt need replacing. It was just the ‚€úfill‚€ú arm needed replacing. THIS WAS THE SAME TECHNICIAN THAT INITIALLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM 4 MONTHS EARLIER! After which the service rep said it was fixed. Needless to say it was not fixed and then I rescheduled a service call. When the unit was in fact replaced by a different tech. And I was charge almost $500 for the privilege of waiting 4 months for replacing an ice maker that I suspect, never needed it to begin with. I will never buy a Bosch appliance and I am telling everyone I know to do the same.

It is very quiet - you can hardly tell its running. That is the only thing I like about it. It doesnt clean well, but has a very long cycle, well over two hours. It doesnt hold enough dishes, so has to be run daily. The worst part about this brand is the customer service. It is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, and I am 65 years old. I have spoken to several of their service people, and all have been unbelievably awful. One of them was so abusive she had me in tears, and I do not cry easily! I will never, ever, EVER, buy another Bosch product again!

You have to go in and push the door shut, again. Sometimes, it goes through the entire cycle down to 1 minute, and then runs forever, constantly reheating the water. I cannot leave the house when the machine is on. I have had the serviceman out 4 times, and he refuses to come out any more. Boschs solution to my problem? Use less soap. Never again. It is a piece of crap - and expensive, too.

No sab√≠a cu√°l era el origen del problema, as√≠ que decid√≠ esperar y ponerme en contacto con el instalador. Finalmente consegu√≠ una cita a trav√©s del instalador un mes m√°s tarde (el t√©cnico era un empleado de Bosch). Determin√≥ que la ba√Īera estaba agrietada y no se pod√≠a reparar. Es evidente que no defienden su producto y que son incapaces de tramitar el m√°s simple papeleo. Esta es la primera cr√≠tica que escribo, s√© que eso hace que algunas personas no la tengan en cuenta, pero es debido a su total incompetencia que me siento enfurecido y obligado a poner esta experiencia por escrito. Dishes appear to be steamed rather than washed. Every coffee cup looks dirty when I remove it despite using the 10-minute rinse cycle on days when I do not run the wash. Everything is sopping wet. The smell from the insulation around the unit to keep it quiet, Ive read is so noxious, that it assaults anyone who comes into the kitchen. Even when the washer isnt running, it stinks. Ive tried leaving the door open so that the water can evaporate and things can dry. I have come to avoid the kitchen and find myself eating out and bringing food in rather than generate dishes. Bosch did not respond to my complaint. I regret purchasing a Bosch and Im angry that its off-gasses have pushed everyone out of the kitchen.

We embraced their advertising showing these appliances all lined up along a wall, or lined up as well as one above another. Their literature touts the fact that they are all identical in appearance, backed up by the photos they display.We ordered our ovens (as well as the induction cooktop) last December for January delivery dates. Our cabinet maker had the ovens delivered to their location to be sure they built the cabinets to fit the ovens and warming drawer perfectly. We opted for a horizontal install as well as vertically - the standard oven top left with the speed micro to its right lined up horizontally. Below the standard oven is our warming drawer. Below the speed micro is the steam oven perfectly lined up vertically with the micro and horizontally with the standard oven and warming drawer.Then the electricians came out and wired them in. Immediately I noticed the number displays on the standard oven and the steam oven have large numbers in a very nice font, but the microwave has the old fashioned typical pixelated microwave numbers that I have on my old $85 dollar unit! I also noticed that the stainless steel panel that houses the controls are different in their construction! The microwave version looks cheaper! Bosch has spent a lot of money on the advertising concentrating on the type of install I have - lining your ovens up horizontally and vertically - they proudly state that they are identical!They are not! Through my appliance dealer I contacted Bosch hoping that, perhaps, since my micro was built in February 2014 there might be a later run that matched. There isnt. Their answer was, Well, if you dont like it, just turn off the display on the microwave! I am floored by this attitude! It seems quite reasonable to me to expect this very simple part of the construction of these ovens to match!! Our install arrangement even makes it look worse by putting the odd one between the better ones! Well, I am stuck with them now since we had custom cabinetry built to house them. We noticed intermittent cooling problems even during the first summer of use when it was hot outside but they were intermittent and therefore impossible to diagnose. At the end of this June the freezer compartment went up to 40 degs (it was 12 hours before we noticed it because the system did not alarm as it was supposedly designed to do). A repairman diagnosed the problem as a slow low side leak requiring $1200 to repair (not including the diagnosis which was another $250). Considering its short life span, it seems to be highly likely that this was a defective refrigerator at purchase time. Technically it is 6 months out of mechanical warranty by calendar days if you compute time from purchase to complete failure. However, anyone taking an honest look at this situation would conclude that the problem causing this failure started during the warranty period and Bosch should take responsibility for repairing it. As this problem seems to be posted fairly frequently I think it should be the subject of a legal action against Bosch. At the very least I advise anyone reading it to do a frequency search for this complaint and re-think the BOSCH purchase in lieu of a more reliable product.

We telephoned the company we purchased it from and they referred us to a repairman. Bosch only certifies certain companies to do their repairs. Unfortunately, this company wasnt really easy to work with. They did eventually come out to the house. After a prolonged conversation with a Bosch representative, it was determined the internal water heater was bad. The part was ordered. It took three months for the part to come in and eventually get replaced. When the part was put in by the same company and the machine turned on, the board indicated it would take 367 minutes to wash an empty load of dishes. The representative left and indicated the machine would have to be reset. Well the next day, I phoned them back. The machine ran the 367 minutes but no hot water. They sent a different repairman and Bosch wasnt willing to accept they diagnosed the problem incorrectly. They did eventually replace the motherboard and the machine is currently working. The washing machine, after 3 years of use and with only 2 people in the family, started rocking and my husband saw sparks on the inside of the wash tub. We were told it could not be repaired. We couldnt dump it fast enough. Dryer still worked but it took over an hour to dry a regular load of clothes. The machine didnt clean well and the dryer often left clothes damp even though the moisture sensor had been checked twice. Bosch is highly overrated and they must pay their vocal advocates a lot of money. We wont even consider a Bosch in the future.

They gave me the name of the closest person. He and his grandson came out on May 31st and said they had never seen an oven like that before. I told them not to work on it if they did not know how. They said they could put the new part on, but they didnt even know how to take the door off the lower oven. They ended up dropping it and shattering the layers of glass in the door all over my kitchen floor. I called Bosch and they said they would send the parts for a new door and have a tech from San Antonio come out to put the new door parts together. I was without an oven door for nine (9) weeks. Parts were sent separately in about six boxes. The tech from San Antonio came and got the boxes, and we took some in too. Finally, a teenage looking boy came with the so-called newly put together door. It rattled, had a sharp edge and a gap between the interior metal panel and the glass. I told him it was not right, but he insisted it was. We had to go out of town for three months, but I called the corporate secretary and told her about the poorly put together door and she said she would make sure we got a new door when we got back home in Dec. 2012. We have called repeatedly only to be told someone would be in touch with us very soon to make the necessary repairs. They now say they wont replace the door with a new one as they have been promising. They are terrible to work with and nothing is getting done. I will never buy another Bosch product and will tell anyone I meet not to buy their products.

Bosch says that they will not cover it and claims it is cosmetic issue not a operating issue. It is an operating issue since you have to take out the manual to know which area to push to run the dishwasher since all of the print has worn off the control panel. I have noticed a lot of other consumers have had the same issue.

The third time, it was deemed unrepairable. After a month of going back and forth with them, not having a microwave, the best offer they could give me was that I had to pay $300 for a replacement microwave. Mind you, it was a $1200 microwave to begin with. So with the original cost upfront, the service costs and what they now want me to pay for a replacement microwave, I‚€ôm looking at roughly $2100 dollars on this microwave. And they claim this to be a ‚€úmore than fair‚€Ě offer. The customer service will throw you around from one guarded person to the next. Its been extremely frustrating with no remedy in sight.

8 years ago we purchased a top of the line Bosch washer, dryer and super-quiet dishwasher. The washer and dryer have had regular service and small issues until year 4. Then in year 5, the plastic control panel on both washer and dryer began to crack. I have no idea why this happened other than design that did not incorporate enough strength to withstand operational stress. (We used the machines 2 or 3 times a week and did not mistreat them.) Initially this was a small issue and didnt matter. When the cracks needed to be held together to set the programs (duct tape!), I decided to contact Bosch.The service rep was polite, but the experience was unsatisfactory. The machines were out of warranty. Bosch offered a 20% discount on replacement panels, which ran into around $800, plus the installation, which they would not cover. I was shocked because I had equated German engineering with product quality. The dishwasher is OK, wonderfully quiet, but not esp. well designed for US use. I am disappointed in Bosch. The machines have pre-set cycles and are not set up for flexible use; they clean well, although the front loader washer needs to be cleaned once a month or the moldy smell is intolerable. I would guess that these products came to market a little early in the design process. I am writing this review to encourage any prospective Bosch buyers to look at (yes, Im saying this) machines made in the US. Whirlpool and Kenmore have well-reviewed machines with decent warranties (sometimes for added cost).

Bosch 500 series 44-decibel - I purchased the Bosch model SHP65T52UC in January 2015. I love the 3rd drawer for silverware, and that it has a 30 minute wash cycle if I want to use it. What I dont like is that I find it hard to place my dishes and have to be careful with tall glasses or they will hit against the 3rd shelf. Also, I noticed that it harbors moisture because there is no drying element inside and after a day there is a bad order like rotting garbage so I have to wipe down the sides and back or leave the door open so it dries. At the time, Bosch offered free installation so I got a refund in the form of a prepaid Visa card. It worries me about all the negative reviews, but so far so good. I purchased through Lowes which has great customer service and installation people.

Los representantes del cliente parecen extremadamente desorganizados y poco profesionales. Nunca he tenido una experiencia tan terrible. Es una pesadilla tratar con esta empresa. Despu√©s de conseguirlo, funcion√≥ bien durante los pocos meses que lo usamos. S√≥lo estuvimos en la propiedad en la que se instal√≥ un m√°ximo de 5 meses. El lavavajillas empez√≥ a darnos un c√≥digo E20 y cuando lo buscamos en Internet dec√≠a que era un problema de la bomba o del motor. Primero llam√© al servicio t√©cnico de Sears y me dijeron que tardar√≠an al menos 2 semanas en atenderlo. Llam√© a Bosch y nos dieron un n√ļmero y nos dijeron lo mismo 2 semanas como m√≠nimo. Fui a chatear en l√≠nea con Sears y me dijeron que la bomba y el motor ten√≠an al menos 2 a√Īos de garant√≠a. Hoy vino el reparador y nos dijo que la bomba estaba mal y que la garant√≠a no la cubrir√≠a. Nos han dicho que llamemos directamente a Bosch para hablar con ellos y llevan todo el d√≠a intent√°ndolo pero no consiguen que nadie conteste. Me ponen en espera diciendo que me ayudar√° la siguiente persona disponible y me quedo en espera pero al final me cortan. Es frustrante. Este lavavajillas cuesta mucho m√°s que otros pero est√°bamos dispuestos a hacerlo pensando que ser√≠a el √ļltimo que compr√°ramos. Despu√©s de apenas usarlo nos dicen que la reparaci√≥n costar√° entre 400 y 500 d√≥lares. No es aceptable. Esperemos que al final alguien de Bosch nos conteste y nos atienda pero no podemos seguir llamando semana tras semana. Ya van 3 semanas sin el lavavajillas que de todas formas solo usamos unos meses.

(just one year) on a product that never worked to begin with. We bought extended warranty, still claims they take no responsibility and point blame to store bought from. Bosch delays all service calls for multiple weeks before coming and when the product broke 2 days after being fixed (supposedly), We had to wait again. They conveniently wont replace and then want no responsibility. This is the only review I have ever written and sadly I am unable to use my oven at all. This is very difficult as I have a family. 3,000 dollars is a lot of money to have a decorative storage unit. Please go with another company that will respect the consumer. I honestly dont know how this company is in business as we were dealing with the senior customer service representative, Courtney **, who completely disregarded the fact that this product was dysfunctional since day one. This company needs to reevaluate customer service and acknowledge that sometimes a product is faulty and you as a business need to stand behind your product.

I love the light at the bottom showing its on because it is so quiet. It has a 3rd shelf, a variety of ways to arrange dishes by either leaving the tines up or down. It seems to be smaller than the older models. Very sleek, hidden controls. The light at the bottom showing it is on almost bleeds across the floor. The lower end model I had before didnt do this, just a red dot. Ive had this one exchanged and it still bleeds all over the floor. Just not up to snuff, like the older, less expensive model was.

Me dieron el nombre de un excelente servicio de reparaci√≥n que conducir√≠a 60 millas a mi casa en las monta√Īas. El t√©cnico de reparaci√≥n evalu√≥ el horno y descubri√≥ que ten√≠a una placa defectuosa, supongo que una placa de circuito. Fueron necesarias 3 visitas del t√©cnico de reparaci√≥n. Primero enviaron la placa equivocada. Una vez instalada la placa correcta, el horno alcanza la temperatura. Sin embargo, sigue sin hornear bien de manera uniforme. Se cuece m√°s r√°pido en la parte trasera del horno que en la delantera. Tengo que vigilar o el pan o la tarta se quemar√°n en la parte trasera del horno mientras que en la parte delantera todav√≠a est√°n p√°lidos. S√≥lo hay un par de ra√≠les con el horno. Intent√© comprar un segundo par para poder hornear 2 sartenes a la vez y no est√°n disponibles. As√≠ que intent√© introducir un molde sin los ra√≠les. ¬°Es muy peligroso! Hay que tener mucho cuidado para que no se caiga el recipiente y su contenido caiga al suelo. Por lo tanto, el horno tiene un uso muy limitado, con una sola rejilla utilizable para una sart√©n, lo que limita la cantidad que se puede colocar a la vez. Este es el 3er horno de pared que hemos tenido en este armario en los 40 a√Īos que hemos vivido en la casa. Est√° a 34 pulgadas del suelo. Cada vez que abro el horno sopla aire caliente en mi cara empa√Īando mis gafas. Tengo que dar un paso atr√°s y esperar a que mis gafas se despejen antes de poder comprobar o sacar lo que se est√° horneando. Following the heating system broke down and the Bosch engineer suggested not to repair the machine as it will have costed more than the actual value. How can a RELIABLE manufacturer like Bosch produce a bad product like the Avantixx and also charge you £100 for letting you know that it has broken down beyond repair in just three years? Shame on them. I will not advise anyone to buy one of their dishwasher machine.

I hear pop! pop!, look over at the 6-year old Bosch double oven. Flame is coming out of the vent at the top left of the oven. I walk over & blow on the flame. It goes out but is still smoking so I get the fire extinguisher & spray the vent a couple times. I spend the next hour or so cleaning up white powder that spread a lot further than I would have expected. Next day I call the local Bosch Certified Technician. We pull the ovens out so we can see the control boards behind the control panel at the top. Main control board has four melted relays as well as a bundle of burnt wires. Tech says he is going to recommend the oven be replaced instead of repaired, that there is probably more damage that will show up later and we will never trust this oven again. Tech takes a picture to send to the Bosch regional rep along with his report & says to call Bosch customer service. CSR says they need a copy of the original sale receipt. Of course, we cannot find it. I send the original packing sheet and call again. Different CSR says she will see if they can find it in their system & gives me the File #. Call again & CSR says they have enough info so it has been submitted to upper management, should have response in a couple days. The response: Bosch will replace the oven with the current equivalent model prorated. That means if we pay them $1649.50 (half the MSRP) they will remove the burnt oven, ship & install a new oven. I say My oven should not start on fire! Bosch should replace it with an oven that wont burn up without cost. CSR says he will submit my request. 2nd response is the same. The oven was part of a Bosch package including stove top, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, refrigerator & tankless hot water heater. The control board burst into flame & apparently Bosch has no interest in finding out why. We rejected Boschs offer & purchased a different brand.

Nos hemos gastado casi 11.000 dólares en electrodomésticos y el microondas combinado con el horno de pared nunca ha funcionado correctamente. Bosch ha intentado arreglar el aparato tres veces y no lo ha conseguido. He pasado más de 12 horas al teléfono con Bosch, la mayor parte de ellas en espera, intentando rectificar esta situación. He pedido ayuda para que me cambien el electrodoméstico sin éxito. El 1,3,18 vinieron y arreglaron el aparato por tercera vez. Este arreglo consistió en sustituir el panel táctil porque en la segunda visita a la casa el técnico lo sustituyó por el panel táctil equivocado. Cuando el técnico fue interrogado al respecto, dijo: Este es el correcto para su horno, en lugar de sostener los dos uno al lado del otro para determinar que, de hecho, era el incorrecto. Entonces vino otro técnico a sustituir ese panel táctil por el correcto. Ese, en el primer uso apareció con códigos de fallo diciendo que la electricidad estaba demasiado caliente. Diez minutos después apareció otro código que dice error de comunicación y ahora el horno no se enciende. Llamé para pedir que sacaran los electrodomésticos de mi casa y les expliqué mi preocupación por el cableado defectuoso. También les dije que me preocupaba el riesgo de incendio y que mi casa recién construida se quemara. El representante me dijo que tenía que ir a la administración y que se pondría en contacto conmigo en 24-48 horas. No se pusieron en contacto conmigo y después de 72 horas les volví a llamar para descubrir que el primer representante ni siquiera había enviado mi expediente a la dirección. Les expliqué la situación y me dijeron que tendría que ir a la dirección. Entonces pedí que me transfirieran a la dirección porque no tenía fe en que se pusieran en contacto conmigo. Finalmente me transfirieron a una gerente de escalamiento que no pudo ayudarme y me transfirió al supervisor de escalamiento llamado Shawn. Shawn me explicó entonces que nunca me devolverían el dinero de los electrodomésticos y que los tenía atascados, pero que tal vez podrían sustituir el horno. Ya me habían dicho dos representantes que el reembolso de los electrodomésticos era una posibilidad sólo para que este representante extremadamente poco profesional llamado Shawn me dijera que no era una opción. Luego me dijo que tendría que ir a la administración y que se pondría en contacto conmigo en 24-48 horas. No puedo enfatizar lo suficiente mi descontento con todo lo relacionado con Bosch, sobre todo con su servicio de atención al cliente. Son absolutamente cien por cien profesionales que no volverán a tener mi negocio. No volveré a comprar nada que tenga relación con Bosch. Empresa horrible, empleados horribles y productos horribles. Food does not get off my utensils especially my knives. It looks as though they are rusty when it is food. A no handle dishwasher with buttons on the bottom of the handle does not light up. In a semi-dark kitchen, you cannot see the buttons to select and start the dishwasher. Poor design. I used to have an Asko and I think that it was bigger and brighter. No light inside and no lights outside. Other than that I dont feel one way or another about the appearance. It is really quiet. That is the reason I bought it over others. It does have its drawbacks.

Este funciona bien, pero tiene una caracter√≠stica en los estantes que desperdicia una gran cantidad de espacio y hace que la altura real utilizable de los estantes sea 1 m√°s corta que la altura real. Por alguna raz√≥n no me di cuenta en la tienda a pesar de haberlo mirado varias veces. Puede ser que hayan cambiado los estantes recientemente y que el modelo de la tienda no tenga la abrazadera en la parte delantera de cada estante. Es casi imposible de ver en las fotos. Una botella de bebida alta no cabe sin inclinarla y, lo que es peor, los estantes superiores s√≥lo tienen una altura de 1,4 en lugar de 4 si no tuviera ese extra√Īo refuerzo en la parte delantera. Esto hace que s√≥lo los art√≠culos muy cortos puedan ir en ese estante. El estante inferior es de 10 de altura debido a la abrazadera, Hill sin ella, ser√≠a de 11 1,8 de altura. Si puedo encontrar estantes sin la abrazadera, me valdr√≠a la pena reemplazar estos estantes por mi cuenta porque Best Buy no har√° nada al respecto.

Dont you understand that poor customer service can destroy that wonderful reputation? I purchased a Bosch dishwasher model SHE45M05UC that was delivered in August 2009 from Freidmans Appliance in Pleasant Hill, CA. I had my last dishwasher, a Whirlpool for over 20 years without a single problem. Freidmans told me they were out of stock of the model that I originally ordered and substituted in the SHE45M05UC. I ordered the model just below this one. I noticed after I began using it that the rack continually got stuck even when I pushed it in very carefully. This caused many of my dishes to break when they clashed against each other as the rack jammed. I have a stack of cracked and chipped dishes, and have suffered a lot of damages. Freidmans did nothing to help me when I reported it to them. I didnt live in my house or use the dishwasher in 2010, I am the only one who uses it and I only run it about once a week or so. I also reported the problem to Purcell Murrays showroom in Brisbane and talked directly to one of the owners about it and he failed to replace the dishwasher. About a month ago towards the end of June, all of a sudden a huge amount of suds came poring out of the dishwasher as it was running. When I opened the dishwasher it was full of suds and full of water at the bottom of the dishwasher. I called Freidmans and spoke to Shannon who told me she would call Bosch service center to see what could be done and she would call me the following day. She never called me. I left several messages for her yet she failed to return my calls. I recall back in 2009 when I talked to Steve, the man who sold me the faulty dishwasher - he never would return my calls and he refused to exchange the dishwasher when I reported the fault with the rack that always sticks. I went into Freidmans yesterday to follow up because Shannon had failed to call me as she said she would and had not returned my calls. The salesman Steve had a little smile on his face as I discussed the issue with Shannon. Shannon again said shed call me the next day which was Monday, yet she didnt call the next day. Today I called for Mathew **, the store manager, just as I did back in 2009. Mathew does not ever return calls. I was told by Shannon that Mathew would call me in a few minutes and now one hour later he has not called me. I called a couple of times asking for Mathew and he would not come to the phone. I have used the dishwasher no more than 200 times in the past years and most of the time it is only half full and I run it on light. Now it does not work at all!! You dont want to do business with Freidmans in Pleasant Hill, CA and definitely dont want to purchase Bosch appliances. I know there is a class action lawsuit against Bosch for their washer dryers and I bet there are enough consumers with dishwasher problems to support a suit for the dishwasher defects. Bosch does not support or stand behind their products and Freidmans doesnt either. In fact I have never experienced such inconsideration for customers as I have at Freidmans. They are just about making a fast buck and could care less if their customer is ripped off. What do you say?
