I spent around $2000 for what I thought was a top of the line Electrolux washer and dryer from Home Depot. After use for a couple of weeks the dryer started leaking water from the steam valve. I would dry my clothes only to find a pool of water in the dryer and wet clothes. I called Home Depot and they told me to call Electrolux. Electrolux sent a service person and they did nothing to fix the problem. The person blamed the installer stating it was an installation issue. I spent hours on the phone, holding, getting transferred and hung up on with Home Depot and the Install company. After another two weeks the installer came back to check the install. At this point the water was leaking from the dryer back to the floor pan and water was collecting in large amounts on the floor plan. The installer found no issues and showed me where the water was coming from the back of the dryer. Back to the phones again with Electrolux. Another week and the service company came back. They replaced the steam valve and said it was likely not closing. Afterwards I used the dryer again and the water was not leaking but the dryer made a rattling noise and it was getting hot to touch on outer sides of the machine. I called Electrolux and told them I was not comfortable using the dryer. This was supposed to be a brand new top of the line machine and was causing me nothing but issues, time off from work and countless hours on the phone. The Electrolux representative said I may be eligible for a replacement and that they would put in the request and I would hear back in 48 business hours. This was on a Tuesday and by Friday I still hadnt heard back. I called Electrolux again and spoke to two different representatives; the first one said there was no update and I had to just wait. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she transfer me to a customer survey and hung up on me. The second representative said the first person did not file the request correctly and that they would put in the request again and I would need to wait another 48 business hours. Again no response within 48 hours from Electrolux. I am exhausted in dealing with this company, their poor product and customer service. If I had the option I would just return it all and get another brand. What are my rights as a consumer?
Purchased dishwasher 9/07/15 from Home Depot. Delivered 9/21 - machine would not turn on. 9/24 - second machine delivered. Called the week of October 5, 2015 appointment set for October 19th for repair - will not drain. Called week of October 26th, 2015 - for repair for the same drain problem. 2nd repair appointment set for 11/10/15. After repairman left - I ran a cycle - and still not draining. Called Electrolux for a third repair and was told that it would take 2-3 days to find a repair servicer. Still waiting for a call back and a repair date & time.

Do not buy Electrolux period. The worst quality of materials used and shared as like they are the best. Less than two years the microwave doesnt work, refrigerator has all plastic from doors is getting powders out. When called for help was denied every time. Please buy perhaps the cheapest brand possible but never never buy Electrolux. They should be ashamed and I do they do manufacture with better materials but again I will never recommend or buys such a ** brand.
The most money I have ever spent the biggest regret ever. I bought my mom her first side by side and bottom freezer. I thought I was gonna buy something that was gonna make everyone‚€ôs experience owning it a good one and it has been a nightmare! Always breaking spoiled food and it locks itself cant use water or ice when it locks. Ice maker has broken too many times. I hate this product will never buy another of this name brand not ever.
Bought $12k worth of kitchen appliances from Electrolux less than 2 years ago. The stoves control board died. Never could get the ice machine to work so just disconnected the water to avoid this Electrolux customer service nightmare. From the first wash, the dishwasher does not drain completely so I‚€ôm constantly bailing out water. DO NOT BUY ELECTROLUX!!!
From date purchased, microwave turntable will not turn off when need to bake with 9x13 dish or round pan larger than turntable. There is a button for this to happen. Electrolux now says after 3 repair trips that the unit works the way its supposed to. Says the turntable is not supposed to turn off for convec. They will not discuss replacing it with a model that the turntable turns off. In other words, Im screwed! I will never buy another Electrolux item again.
We had our kitchen remodeled five years ago. Right off the bat the refrigerator started acting up. After several service calls we received a check for our purchase price. Thank goodness we got the extended warranty. Next the microwave door handle came off. They came out and replaced it. Unfortunately, it has happened again, our warranty is over so we will be purchasing a new microwave. Not an Electrolux. Our dishwasher door was malfunctioning. The service rep told the warranty people that it was non repairable. The piece that needed to be replaced was a small plastic piece that he said they couldn‚€ôt get to replace. He also said that we must have been responsible for it breaking so they would not replace the dishwasher. Another interesting note is that every technician that came here remarked at what horrible appliances Electrolux are. Wish I had known that.
We purchased an Electrolux front load washer-dryer from Lowes Home Center on 05/14/11. We also purchased an extended protection, 4 year plan at that time.We have had problems ever since we purchased the washer. It will not drain the water. We contacted Lowe‚€ôs, and they sent a repair technician to check the machine. We have had 4 or 5 service technicians in all to come out. The machine still will not drain. One technician told us our drain pipe was too tall, so I cut the pipe to the height I was told it needed to be. The machine worked for two and a half loads and stopped draining. The last technician said because we have a septic tank, we had to put in a p-trap to keep back flow air from stopping the machine from draining. I installed the trap. It still will not drain.My wife called the technician again and was told this was not their problem. They told her that they could not keep coming out to our home. What can we do about this problem?

I bought an expensive Electrolux refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher in 2012. So far I have required repairs on the dishwasher (control panel went dead); stove (would not self clean) and the refrigerator has broken plastic that holds up the bins; very hard to remove drawers and put back in for cleaning. The bin handles you pull out are broken on at least 3 drawers. I bought these online thinking if I paid a very high price I would get quality - WRONG. I believe the cheap builders appliances would have been better than the Electrolux fix and repair too often.
I ordered two filters for my refrigerator. When they came they were the wrong ones. I paid with check. I mailed them back (as they had told me to do) got a signature that they received them. That was in October, I have made 9 calls to them, I have received every excuse in the book and still not received a refund 5 months later. They are telling me now they mailed Dec.2 (3 months ago) and I have to be patient. I told them Pony Express could have had it here by now. Will Never buy another product with their name on it.
Narrow refrigerator. Absolutely the WORST APPLIANCE EVER. The first fridge they delivered leaked. The second was damaged. The third didnt last 18 months. When I called for service, they stood up my tenant TWICE. The fridge is an absolutely piece of garbage. Do NOT waste your money. One of the worst service departments EVER. Unfortunately I do not have to paperwork as it is at another location, but I will never EVER buy another Electrolux product. A waste of money, time and energy. If anyone is monitoring this for Electrolux, you can call me at **. As if the company cared. Bah.
I read a lot of reviews that stated when they called Electrolux, they were told to buy the extended service plan. I have new appliances under warranty and have had to call Electrolux on both the refrigerator and the dishwasher in the first six months. (this should tell you something about their product..) I was very disappointed both times that the next available appointment was 10 days out! This last time I called on because my ice-maker was not working. I waited the 10 days and a technician arrived to fix the problem. He switched out the pacemaker and left. The next day when I still did not have ice, I called to have them come back. They are still making me wait 10 days to get a technician out, even though they did not fix it right the first time! So do not worry about an extended warranty... just do not buy an Electrolux!
Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator at BrandsMart. A month or so later I received warranty offer to extend the warranty. I paid for it in December 2016 and forgot about it. Then at the end of January I received another invoice from same people for same appliance. I paid it not remembering that I had already paid it in December. I called the customer service line to ask why another invoice had been sent, and the customer service rep said... oh that happens all the time and you will probably get another invoice in the mail. This sounded like a very common occurrence, so I said well I paid it and should not have done so. I called my bank to stop payment on the check I wrote for a duplicate payment. Then in February I get a letter from Electrolux that I owed them $30 as a fee for the stop payment.When I called them, they insisted that I should not have done that as they processed it as if I wanted to extend the warranty out further to 6 years. What! Same bill for same period, why would I extend a 3 year warranty to 6 years when it is not even indicated as an option on the invoice? When on the invoice it only indicates up to a 3 year warranty! It all sounds like fraud to me. The extra invoices sent out trying to get people to double pay, charging a fee for stopping a duplicate payment. It seems that this is a very dishonest organization, and no one seems to care how they treat their customers.
Thank God we have one year manufacturers warranty and purchased additional four-year warranty from Lowes because this machine is a lemon. Problems started following amateurish installation by Lowes. It has only been in use for six months in a two-adult household. No demanding tasks; never overloaded or abused in any way. It is junk. Early on, it began to have failures of all kinds; excessive vibration and noise; six repair visits; one repair required the machine to be in the shop for five days while the inner drum, outer drum, bearing, and rollers were replaced. Sensors failed, door gasket failed, trim ring replaced, feet replaced. Repairman says that Electrolux and Lowes never replace appliances, no matter how needful. Cant wait to see what fails next.
I purchased an Electrolux refrigerator 4 years ago based on many trips to appliance centers who all recommended this brand. I have had both a GE refrigerator and Whirlpool in the past with virtually no issues. The water paddle has failed twice (only my husband and I live here). There is no replacement for just the paddle so you have to buy the entire water dispensing system. The board control went out in 11/2011 and now the same board needs to be replaced again for the price of $400-$500 with service. I called Electrolux who told me to buy an extended warranty yearly for the price of $196. I will never ever buy another Electrolux product again. It makes me wonder if this company was paying higher commissions on their products than their competitors due to so many people stating they heard it was the best appliance from so many sales people.

I purchased an Electrolux kettle model no. EEK3200 here in Phuket one month ago. I boiled water and it tasted awful, of plastic. I have used it for one month now 3 times a day for boiling water for dish washing. I just tried to use it for a cup of tea again and its just as bad with the taste of plastic! Its totally unusable.

Three years ago I purchased a French door refrigerator from Sears but was manufactured by Electrolux. Immediately we noticed the ice maker did not supply enough ice. Sears came out and replaced icemaker three times. Still does not supply enough ice but you get tired of appointments and meeting repairmen to make the same repairs over and over again. The last repairman said this was a common problem with the refrigerator I have. Last weekend I pulled open the freezer drawer and it fell apart. After spending an hour to make it functional I decided it was time to replace it. So this week I purchased another new refrigerator. One NOT manufactured by Electrolux.

It is with regret to state that your dealer has no spare parts available with them what so ever, in order to get the machines repaired.They had to place order for the same and we have to wait until they receive these parts and the waiting period is more than a month. And that too when the equipment under warranty? Now the dishwasher is o. Again and we dont know how long your designated agent will take to bring in the spare parts when the warranty period is already over. (One year).Again dish washing machine still is out of order from 20th December till now, only due to spare parts (Frequency Inverter part # OL2601- Model # WTM 140 ERB). After long time, your dealer received the parts and now last four days they are trying to fix, but they are facing some complications with new part installation / parameter, and dish washing machine still is out of service, and I requested to Chbib provide us alternative solution to run the operation.And we buy new meat bone saw of different brand because when saw was out of order (only motor was burnt out) and your dealer was taking long time to repair it, more than two month. What is the solution to get the fast service from your dealer and we want to direct dealing to your company to get the spare parts with in minimum period. We purchased a refrigerator/freezer with an automatic ice maker in the door on 12/9/2013. On October 6, 2014 we needed to have the water dispenser serviced as it ran by itself every minute all evening and damaged a big area as it ran into the basement, ruining ceiling tiles. A service person replaced the dispenser module which was under warranty. This morning when we got up we found that it had again been doing the same thing and again ran into the basement damaging more ceiling tiles. Now the real problem is that Electrolux cannot find a technician that will service our area and are waiting for a call back. We found a company that would service Electrolux products but they are checking to see if they are an authorized dealer. How long do we wait for service or for a call back? I will never buy an Electrolux appliance again. The same part shouldnt break after 8 months.

No hubo asistencia ni cobertura, aunque el t√©cnico insisti√≥ bastante en que nunca ve problemas con estos electrodom√©sticos y en que le compremos una garant√≠a ampliada, cosa que no hicimos.La manija de la puerta del refrigerador se afloj√≥ mucho. Factura de reparaci√≥n de 90 d√≥lares. El t√©cnico volvi√≥ a insistir en que nunca ve problemas con estos electrodom√©sticos y en que le compremos una garant√≠a ampliada, cosa que no hicimos. Alrededor de un mes despu√©s, la manija del caj√≥n del congelador se afloj√≥ mucho. La factura de la reparaci√≥n fue de 90 d√≥lares. El t√©cnico insisti√≥ mucho en que le compr√°ramos una garant√≠a ampliada. No lo hicimos. El horno dej√≥ de funcionar. Simplemente no hay calor. Todo parec√≠a funcionar, pero no hab√≠a calor. Factura de reparaci√≥n de 540 d√≥lares. El t√©cnico afirm√≥ una vez m√°s que estos aparatos casi nunca tienen problemas, y fue bastante insistente en que compremos una garant√≠a extendida de √©l. No lo hicimos. La rejilla superior del lavavajillas sigue solt√°ndose de sus rodillos, lo que obliga a desmontarlo todo, incluso a desatornillar los soportes de la rejilla superior y volver a montarla. Este es un dise√Īo muy pobre, y parece ser un problema muy com√ļn en este modelo. I purchased a wave touch washer and dryer in december 2008. We have had to have both the washer and dryer parts replaced many times on both. The computer boards went bad on the washer. It still leaks down the front and the door does not open properly. To get these fixed is several $$. We were just told that our dryer now needs a new motor costing around $350. I recommend to anyone else that they dont purchase electrolux products. It is a foreign brand and parts are a lot more money. A fact that I overlooked when buying. We are considering cutting our losses and purchasing a whole new set instead of continuing to pour more money into these units. What a huge disappointment. If this complaint only warns future customers would be my desire. So wish I would have done more research before purchasing them
We have been in our home for two years and both the Electrolux microwave and dishwasher don‚€ôt work. The dishwasher was only used a few times. I would never recommend these products. The repairman came out which we had to pay and he said these products are cheaply made. It‚€ôs unbelievable that we have two products only 2 years old and they are trash!
After 1 year of operation the big burner failed - replaced in extended warranty. After 3 years of operation we werent able to completely insert the Fully extendable Luxury Glide racks thus not being able to close the door. Not covered by warranty as acc. to Electrolux this is not a functional part. Strange - how is an oven with open door fit to purpose? We replaced it by a usual rack. After 7 years of operation the ceramic top separated itself from the frame - the silicon layer around the ceramic top sticks on the ceramic top but not anymore to the frame.

He comprado un juego de lavadora y secadora Electrolux. Tengo que decir: ¬ŅQu√© chatarra? Despu√©s de arreglar la lavadora 3 veces en los 3 a√Īos que la tuvimos decidimos dejarla en la acera. We purchased a top of the line Electrolux french door refrigerator. We did not purchase extended warranty and after a short 2 year period, the door ice maker sensor somehow was pulled into the ice crusher causing a short that took out ALL computer boards. The refrigerator basically died - cardiac arrest - A repair not under the 5 yr category and nearly half the cost of the $3,600 we invested in the appliance. The only remedy Electrolux offered were discount on parts, but cannot find repairman to work with this arrangement. We are forced to purchase a new refrigerator and cannot justify getting style I want due to money already spent. Since Electrolux would not stand behind their product, I do not recommend anyone buy Electrolux products!

I bought the $3000 Electrolux ICON Professional Series Gas range because it looks great and has all the features you could want. Its been a nightmare - weve had one malfunction after another in the four years weve owned the stove and Electrolux customer services is the worst of any consumer products company Ive dealt with. I will never buy another Electrolux appliance and suggest you dont either! After dozens of attempts to solicit help with the oven, their customer service people range from clueless to nasty, and couldnt care less about getting it right for the customer. They just read their script and evade accountability. Theres obviously something seriously wrong with an oven that breaks as many times as mine has. Five issues Ive had: The first year of ownership, the oven‚€ôs glass door shattered during the self-clean cycle. The next year, the convection bake control stopped working. After self-cleaning again, the oven door locked and wouldnt open, so the power relay board needed to be replaced. Sixth months later after another self-cleaning, again the door locked and wouldnt open. This time, the authorized repairman reset the thermostat. Now theres a ‚€úboom‚€Ě sound whenever I turn on the broiler, and the repairman said we need to replace two igniters. Repair costs have been exorbitant, and Electrolux has been extremely difficult to deal with. Understandably appliances can malfunction, but when this many things go wrong and Electrolux refuses to take responsibility - the bigger problem is that the company doesnt stand behind their products!

Do NOT BUY THIS BRAND! What a waste of money! My dryer quit working after 2 years; we called a repairman and he said there were burn marks in the control panel and would cost well over $700 to fix it. We will be buying a new dryer today and it will NOT be an Electrolux.
Electrolux refrigerator exhibiting serious problems after the one year manufacturer warranty was up. I had purchased an extended warranty (not through manufacturer) however, when I called Electrolux to report my issues - possibly having a lemon, too many problems for a new fridge, etc. - they were completely disinterested and took no responsibility for their product. They said it was a dealer problem if I wanted any comeback! I spoke to a supervisor Jennifer. How can companies take no responsibility for a product? Specifically ice maker problems, digital display and water dispenser.

Memorial Day weekend and its raining so I decide to get some writing done. Then the refrigerator starts Beeping and Beeping and Beeping and its still beeping and the mute button doesnt work. Its been beeping incessantly for hours. I dont want my food to spoil, so I cant turn it off. Save yourself the frustration and not buy this refrigerator.
I purchased glass stove top from hhgregg two to three years ago. Purchased five year warranty. I will have to get copy of receipt/warranty or locate. I went to hhgregg and they said I would have to contact Electrolux. I tried emailing and no response. Any info on this product would be appreciated.
2010 from Lowes we purchased all matching stove dishwasher and dumped dishwasher about 2 years later. Stove minor problems and been ok But OMG had a party and a non-working ice maker over and over all the same things. No ice, display not working, rusting in ice maker. When it works many repairs. Now a ef code a hif code and they want me to buy. I tape our conversation if it could not be fixed it would replaced at no cost new not refurbished. Explained how many tries before it happens no more than 3. I am afraid it is BS. I am surprised that nothing happens. I am going to record the whole conversation and if they do not have same info in the new contract I will have proof. So over it. Watch out. Spent way too much to be treated like that.
We remodeled our kitchen several years ago and replaced our dishwasher, refrigerator and slide-in range/oven with Electrolux appliances. All three have required significant repairs or replacement. The dishwasher has failed twice and has ‚€úirreparable problem‚€Ě. The wire that holds the door open in various position is connected to a molded plastic fitting in the frame. The fitting breaks off the molded plastic frame. The machine is build on and that‚€ôs that‚€ôs, you need a new dishwasher. After two years of service we received a $200. Credit toward our next $1,000+ machine. The fancy range we bought had a valve fail and that was $400. And the ice maker failed in the fridge. That was $350 for half an ice maker that now sounds like it‚€ôs grinding up glaciers. No more Electrolux for us!
We recently moved into a 4 year old home with 7 Electrolux appliances. In the short time we have been using these fairly new appliances, we have come to realize that 3 of them are in major need of repair. The home we purchased is in impeccable shape and well-cared for so I can only assume these appliances were well-cared for as well.Probably 1: Dishwasher. When running the dishwasher the soap compartment always had a large chunk of soap left in it. The dishes felt like there was a residue left on them. (Repair bill $210). Problem 2: Second dishwasher. When we put a rinse aid in the the appropriate compartment I believe it all came out during the next few wash. It should have been released during the next 155 washes. This left all my dishes with a film that could only be removed by soaking everything in vinegar. It could not be washed off with dish soap.Problem 3: Wall Oven. It takes about 25 min to get up to 350 degrees. Once it does it cannot hold at that temperature. The temp gauge will read that the oven is at the set temp but the thermometer I placed inside will read much lower. If I push cancel and set my oven to preheat, the temp gauge will then realize it is not up to temp and start preheating. (When cooking something as simple as cupcakes I have to continually reset the oven so that it will stay at a constant temperature.)I called Electrolux. Their only recommendation is to call a repair service for each appliance. They will not offer me any kind warranty even though these appliances are only 4 years old. I was told they are man made and sometimes things break. Sure I understand that but when 3 out of our 7 are broken in the first 4 years of use I believe that is an Electrolux quality problem and not just a fluke.
DO NOT BUY ELECTROLUX! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing these appliances. Theyre 14 months old and the dryer will not work and the spin cycle on the wash machine sounds like an airplane taking off in my laundry room. They were going to send a tech, I booked a day off work and they didnt show up. They then passed me off to an approved service company and Im still waiting - going on two weeks. GARBAGE PRODUCTS!!! Just do yourself a favour and buy Samsung. Electrolux is BRUTAL.
In 2008, we purchased all Electrolux products from Lowes. BIG MISTAKE. The double oven has had several F10 codes, this is a runaway temperature code and the EOC board and temperature sensor have been replaced and worked one time and then failed. Do not self clean this oven, it can only took 1 time and then one of the 8 boards will burn and fail. At the moment the oven is inoperable. The fridge has had several service calls. The plastic shelves break. The dishwasher had the mother board fail immediately. I would never recommend these appliances! Lowes is no help and Electrolux customer service has no ability to assist in persistent issues. They just say that I am out of warranty. Our gas grill is our back up when we need oven/cook top.

El hogar regular, no tendr√° un problema con este lavavajillas, lo hago en exceso. Limpia mejor que cualquiera de los lavavajillas que he tenido en el pasado. zed Los vasos salen m√°s limpios o m√°s claros, bueno todo lo puedes ver, me sorprende. El secado es un poco malo. Hab√≠a apagado el descalcificador para llenar las peceras y si usas agua dura, no seca muy bien la vajilla. Encend√≠ el descalcificador, use el Jet Dry y lo hace bien a veces tengo que sacudir algunas cosas para que se sequen cuando las saco. Los controles es otra cosa que no me gusta. Presionas el bot√≥n de inicio y nada indica que lo has hecho. Sin embargo si le pones la oreja, hace un peque√Īo pitido, muy tenue. Luego lo cierras y hace una peque√Īa canci√≥n tenue como para decir que va y sabes que va. Por la cantidad de dinero que pagu√© por este lavavajillas y lo bien que limpia, estoy dispuesto a pasar por alto las peque√Īas cosas y no me importa secar una o dos cosas a mano, pero otros podr√≠an verlo de otra manera. Me gusta y lo hace bien, as√≠ que 5 estrellas. Una cosa m√°s, hago barbacoas y ning√ļn otro lavavajillas consigue limpiar algunas de las sartenes para la carne. Normalmente las lavo en el lavavajillas para que sea m√°s f√°cil hacerlo a mano. Este lavavajillas realmente limpia las sartenes a la primera. Me hace preguntarme cu√°nto tiempo van a durar mis platos siendo limpiados as√≠, pero me gusta que haya menos trabajo.

They have highly rated products but the service is just awful. Bought through Sears a brand new 8 ft gas dryer (EFMG617STT) and it started making a noise right after installation. The installation person told us the noise would go away. Over 3 months the noise turned into a vibration until we couldnt run it. Had signed up for the Electrolux Platinum Star Limited Warranty so called up and they sent out a service repair company (All County Appliance Service) who determined it needed a blower wheel and motor. It has now been 2 weeks without them being able to fix the dryer. My wife has spent more than 10 hours on the phone tracking it down and no-one can tell where the parts are and when they can fix it. It turns out the repair company has a 1 star rating on Yelp and they dont even answer the phone most of the time and when they do, they refer to Electrolux regarding sending the parts. Electrolux (we have talked to 3 different people) say they have many clients except us and we need to wait. When we contacted Sears (which we have 3 times and they hanged up last time) they say we need to contact Electrolux. Never seen anything like this...ever. Especially when you pay $1200 for a top of the line appliance.

I purchased an Electrolux Front Load Washer on April 27, 2015. The belt caught fire and burned a hole in the tub causing a large amount of water to leak on the floor. There is standing water at the bottom of the machine. The door wont open and shut correctly. The machine is loud. It is useless! I requested a new machine, but Electrolux wont replace it. They offered to fix it. My laundry is piling up while I wait for parts and a service appointment. Ive called four times and spoke with a supervisor. They will not replace it. A washing machine should not fail after 2 months!!
Electrolux Dual Fuel defective Oven F15 motherboard - To begin, the word motherboard defines the perfect depiction of the defective range (item/product) the Electrolux company manufactures. I recently purchased a home that included a 30 slip in Electrolux dual fuel range that the previous owners had originally paid over $2,900.00. Having seen the wonderful Kelly Ripa television commercials, I figured the product must be good if she endorses their products. Within 2 months of having lived here and using the stove, the F15 code has flash on the motherboard of the range which then also shuts down the use of the control board. Doing some investigation, I learned that the previous homeowner had already replaced the motherboard 2 times previously since owning the range. Now into the two months of new home ownership, I am glad that I had taken out a homeowners warranty to cover repairs in the new house. I just got back from Best Buy and hhgreggs to price out a replacement range and was shocked to see Electrolux continues to produce the same style range (which at hhgreggs price was over $3,000.00). Thank God I had my homeowners warranty to replace the motherboard until I find a new replacement range and dump this inferior product. Kelly Ripa... You sold customers down the river with a BAD product that is not backed by the company making it.

Double Electrolux oven - Purchased this oven in 2006, almost immediately had outage problems. Every time I use them, and then clean them, they short-out. The fix was to install new motherboard, expensive computer problem. Electrolux says, Just dont use the self-clean feature. Ridiculous! I paid for that with the assumption it will work... Their warranty says that with 3 repairs for the same thing they will replace them. Ive had more than 12 service calls for the same problem but no replacement. I tried getting the number or address of one of the EXECS, they will not give it to me. I see today, they have won an award for the best oven design of the year 2015. What a joke. I want my oven replaced!
I purchased an expensive slide in gas range. The self cleaning oven would not work after a few times because it insisted that I remove the racks. The racks and side pieces were removed! I cannot remove something that is not there. Therefore, I had to clean the oven myself. Keep in mind that I cannot use any type of cleaners since this is supposed to have a self cleaning oven. Not an easy task! Also, when I was able to clean it leaked down the door and the door looked dirty.
I bought an Electrolux refrigerator piece of crap in April of this year and Ive had nothing but trouble with it. Right now its showing that refrigerator is off. I cant get it to come back on and so my food is spoiling. Of course it has to happen on a weekend and no one can come out here and fix it. I havent unplugged it several times and plugged it back in hoping that would fix the problem but of course that didnt work. Whatever you do, please do not buy anything from Electrolux. Unless you want to buy an appliance thats not going to work, then of course you should buy it Electrolux.
I purchased 6 Electrolux appliances for my kitchen in 2009 (refrigerator, dual fuel oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher, mini-frig). Since that time they have ALL required repair. The refrigerator and dishwasher re in constant repair. I purchased this top line brand because I didnt want to deal with any problems. I also purchased a warranty on all the appliances because I didnt want to have any problems that would take time from my busy schedule. In the last 2 months I have had the refrigerator stop working (for the 3rd time) and spoil ALL my food. Sears took 4 attempts to fix the problem over the course of 3 week. The following day the dishwasher broke (for the 3rd time), draining 2 feet of water all over my kitchen. After 5 weeks and 3 service appointments - almost 2 weeks between appointments and 2 no shows my dishwasher remains broken and collecting mold. I will NEVER purchase another Electrolux appliance again. These products are complete junk.
All oven racks must be removed before cleaning, had I been told I never would have bought it.
We purchased our home with seemingly new Frigidaire/Electrolux appliances. Fridge, a GLR T217TDKD, does not seal well and hangs on hinges poorly. The gasket fell out. Microwave (model FMV156DCC) handle fell off and the machine makes an electronic whine/grind sound while cooking (and no, its not the turntable mechanism). I wonder if we are being irradiated. Dishwasher, model FDB2000RFC1, is frighteningly loud. Grind, grind, grind. Avoid Electrolux/Frigidaire like the plague. Its the Yugo of appliance makers. I am out of warranty, sadly. Whatever happened to quality?

I really wanted a super quiet dishwasher, which this is. Unfortunately, it needs to be reset frequently, doesnt clean well, sometimes decides not to use the dry cycle for no discernible reason. The stainless steel actually got a stain on it that I cannot remove. Between this and the Electrolux fridge that we dont like, I cant recommend this companys products.
I purchased an Electrolux washer and a dryer from a local appliance store - Appliance World in Huntington, November 24, 2012. The washer and dryer were delivered on December 10, 2012 and were both not working. The washer was leaking water all over the floor, and the dryer was making a really loud banging sound. I have contacted Appliance World and they informed me that they have a no return policy, and that I have to work directly with Electrolux. I have contracted Electrolux and they have sent a service man to my house 3 different times to fix the problems. My washer currently seems to be working. However, the dryer is still not working - making the same loud noise. I have had to take 3 days off from work for these service calls, and Electrolux is now saying I have to have a 4th service call and that my warranty does not include replacement of the machine.
I wish I had read reviews on the Electrolux refrigerators before purchasing. I have owned the refrigerator 2 years. The Ice maker has been repaired 3 times, but still doesnt work correctly. The main board failed recently and cost $500 to repair and took two weeks to get repaired. We also have trim coming off the freezer. The repairman says wed need to replace the whole door to fix. Im so frustrated. The customer service is horrible. The product is worse.
We purchased 6 appliances all Electrolux. We had 2 issues with the microwave door repaired under warranty. The fridge however is a completely different story that never ends. It has been 3 years of repairs and replacement parts but the worst of it all was when one day I dispensed water and ice from the fridge door and while drinking I choked on something. Fortunately for me my husband was here to assist me in dislodging it, and it turned out to be a piece of styrofoam dispensed from the ice maker. I was able to spit it into the sink in bewilderment. We inspected the bin and were perplexed as to where it had come from. After that 3 more pieces of styrofoam were dispensed at different times. We kept inspecting the bin and found a large plastic piece and some wires wrapped around the auger. Many dollars have gone into this ice/water dispenser, mother board, display board and now this styrofoam and choking. Stay very clear from Electrolux. Im sorry we chose this brand just for the induction. The freezer in the bottom we cannot turn off, and the seal around the freezer door does not meet up with the frame leaving the cold air to escape leaving me without a frost FREE freezer and fluctuating temperatures. At times the warm alarm will sound alerting us that the freezer has gone warm and then we need to cut the power on then off to reset it and throw food out that thawed. Now we throw good money after bad, and to add a serious choking incident into the mix is unthinkable. This complaint could be a whole lot different if my husband wasnt at home to help me with a piece of styrofoam. To think a refrigerator is a danger in your home!!!
I purchased an Electrolux Wave Touch Standard Depth model EW28BS85KS5 a little over two years ago. After less than a year, the Temp Perfect Drawer seized up and could not be opened. I worked with Electrolux rep to get the repair and all was covered under warranty. Either while I was waiting for repair or shortly after the repair was completed, I was contacted by and ESA representative and offered, for a price of course, an extended warranty. The representative was fully aware of the issues I had with the drawer. Since my confidence level in product quality was now low and believing the extended warranty was as comprehensive as the one year warranty, I purchased the extension. It has been a little more than a year and the drawer has the exact same issue. I contacted ESA to advise them of the recurrence. They advised me that the warranty does not cover the drawer. Only functioning parts of the refrigerator that maintain the cool temperature, the ice maker and the water dispenser. I have tried working with them, but to no success. I do not appreciate a product attribute that is designed to last only a year. I hesitate to spend the money to have it repaired again because I fear next year I will have to have it repaired again. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
Purchased 1st refrig in 2011. Problems with ice maker, replaced with new one, making ice but it switches to water mode and shoots water all over the floor. Cant fix. So now I am waiting for them to send me my 3rd refrig. I hope it comes soon before my wood kitchen floor buckles from all the water that leaks out plus water is leaking inside the unit. The back of the refrig is oil canned, I can hear water dripping 24/7. My previous cheap brand refrig I had for 18 years never 1 problem. I hope this new one is the keeper.

I wanted a plain basic stainless fridge but a friend was getting rid of this Electrolux so I bought it. The red high temp light is on continuously, the woman at customer service, who was very nice, told me to turn breaker off to hard reset it. Now I have the power failure light on also! Especially now after reading all this feedback, I wish I would have settled on the Whirlpool I originally intended to buy.

Fue un poco dif√≠cil de instalar cuando quitamos nuestro viejo microondas GE Profile. Definitivamente tom√≥ m√°s de 30 minutos. M√°s bien una hora y media. El espacio interior es enorme. Usted canandt ir mal con este.
From day 1 I have had problems with these machines. I had it serviced several times, the service people contacted Electrolux to discuss issues and new parts were put into the dryer and it seemed to help for a while, but now it isnt drying the clothes without extra cycles. The washer is a total wreck. The drum broke and that had to be replaced. It is so loud when it spins, it sounds like an airplane taking off. Then it was the thermostat heating the water to boiling hot on every single load even delicates. Now the front door wont stay closed. I hate, hate, hate these machines. I was just curious if there had been any recalls on these machines? Would appreciate any info you can give me. Thanks.

Hemos tenido 3 microondas de gama alta y este es el primero que tambi√©n es de convecci√≥n. Nos encanta. Es m√°s grande que los anteriores y mucho m√°s silencioso. Las luces que iluminan nuestra gama son fant√°sticas. Mucho mejor que las unidades anteriores. Nos gusta que los botones de control est√°n en la parte inferior, mucho m√°s f√°cil para las personas de baja estatura para ver, pero son un poco dif√≠cil de presionar para conseguir que hacer lo que quieres hacer. Nos gustar√≠a que el temporizador de cuenta atr√°s (que utilizamos con bastante frecuencia) emitiera un pitido hasta que lo apaguemos cuando se hayan completado los momentos establecidos. Suena varias veces y eso es todo. Si no estamos cerca cuando pita y nos olvidamos de mirar si la cuenta atr√°s se ha completado, lo que tenemos programado podr√≠a sobrecocerse. Problema menor sin embargo ... weandll acaba de comprar un temporizador separado en Wallyworld o BBandamp;B.
Safety alert! Purchased this dryer from Sears in December 2017, and have experienced lint clogging problems in the fan assembly since then. Spoke with Rita ** at corporate, November 20, 2018, at 12:30 p.m. central standard time. She first asked what she could do to and I told her to pay for the parts I ordered or replace the dryer. I reviewed my original email message to her (Rita **) as she appeared to not have read it thoroughly. She stated that my installing the filter assembly lint clamshell (530451374) and the grill assembly lint with moisture sensor (5304515376) would void my manufacturers warranty. Even though the parts are newer models (for EFME627U) released after discontinuing my dryer model and would work by using longer mounting screws and transferring the original moisture sensor wire assembly, Electrolux would dismiss the unit and no longer honor the warranty. I stated that the engineers would be very happy to learn about the problem and the repair to correct using the newer design parts. I also asked Rita if she would like grandmothers or other elderly people to have to deal with the felt producing lint buildup in the fan assembly. I expressed concern regarding the high number of bad reviews of this dryer because of the lint problem. Rita promptly tried to tell me that the majority of the Internet reviews are negative at which point I cut her off and explained that I understand how the Internet works as I am an IT professional. People typically post detailed negative reviews when extremely frustrated or disappointed. Rita said something about posting good reviews and I told her that I do not post reviews for every service and item that delivers as expected. It is only the problems that need to be shared or those services or items that deliver in a much better than expected manner. Rita stated a minimum of three times that it was at my discretion to post negative reviews - even when I explained that they would be detailed. With all that said, are you certain that this direction is the one endorsed by Electrolux corporate? It is a great disappointment to me and I will need to spend more time to release the reviews as I do NOT want elderly people or others (think of your family and friends) to purchase such a problematic dryer. This dryer is the FIRST to exhibit these problems - even with washing and drying laundry containing MORE fur and lint with my previously owned, other branded, units. In all cases I am a fanatic about cleaning the lint screen and in the situation of the current Electrolux, stopping the cycle midway to perform an additional cleaning if I am drying whites (cotton based). Note that I also sent email messages to Alan Shaw and Jonas Samuelson receiving NO response or bounce messages (their email addresses are good). Will never purchase Electrolux products again.
There was an issue with the ice maker... it wouldnt make ice. It was finally fixed after 3 years. The water from the refrigerator also is not cold. This is a design problem. The price of this refrigerator ($4000) should not have any problems.

We purchased numerous fridges of this type from Electrolux back in 2014. We are a builder, so we kept all the fridges completely sealed and in secured storage. We have had issues with every single fridge from Electrolux so far to date. The most recent was the brand new fridge we moved into a brand new home. We plugged the fridge in, and immediately there was an obvious smell of smoke. Concerned, we unplugged the fridge. Our electrician had a look at the plug and it was working fine. We called Electrolux, and they told us the issue is probably the plug. We would need to get a report from a certified electrician to prove that there are no issues with any of the plugs or circuits in the home.We had a third party certified electrician come out, take a look and provide a report. We called Electrolux back, and they said an electrician report wouldnt count. They also somehow did not have the last call on file. They said we would instead need to get a certified Frigidaire technician to come out and look at the fridge. They gave us two possible companies in our area we could use.We hired one of the two provided companies to come and take a look at the fridge. They did, and said that it was clear the main computer blew up as soon as the fridge was plugged in. It also appeared one of the secondary computers was fried. They made a report, and attempted to send it to Electrolux internally. Electrolux refused to accept it.We called Electrolux yet again, saying we have a report from a certified Frigidaire technician, and could we please have an email to forward the report to. Electrolux said that never happens and only certified technicians can send reports. I told Electrolux that they themselves had already refused to receive the report internally. The call person refused to provide any email and told me to call the certified technician and tell them to send again.We updated the certified technician, who said they would try again. They were again refused, and had to try and send the report through Electroluxs Contact Us form on their website. We then had to wait nearly 2 weeks before Electrolux called back, just to say nothing is covered and it isnt their problem. To replace the computers is very expensive, and with the other issues we have had with the other fridges, we had to just buy an entirely new fridge (not from Electrolux). Normally I give the benefit of the doubt over and over, but this is by far the worst service and quality I have seen - especially considering the level of luxury Electrolux is supposed to have. We will not be using Electrolux again and we will be recommending against it to any clients in the future. Thank you.
Electrolux is not living up to the no lemon clause of their service contract which states that if the same part on an appliance is replaced three times the customer is entitled to a cash settlement or another comparable appliance. This contract is not followed by Electrolux for my washer because they do not maintain the records. I have an email from them which states this. Furthermore, the local service companies they use also have no accurate records. They reuse the same service tickets and do not record the part numbers so it is impossible for the customer to make a claim. I have proof of this as well. My transmission was replaced at least four times. They lie about fixing the machine which is still broken. According to them the washer moving away from the wall and damaging components is normal and operating according to factory specifications. Is this case a candidate for a class action law suit or other action?

We purchased an Electrolux Slide-in Induction Range 3 years ago. It has been brilliant and we LOVE the induction technology. Induction cooking is best weve ever experienced. However, it suddenly stopped working and required an $800 part to fix. Turned out the part didnt solve the problem and Im on the hook for the part and still have a stovetop that doesnt work. Electrolux originally said theyd try and help with repairs but have since said no, told us to buy an extended warranty and basically said it was our choice to purchase the part or not. I wouldnt buy any product from this company, based solely on their abysmal customer service. When you spend over $3000 on a product, you expect it to last more than 3 years and companies that require you to purchase extended warranties clearly dont have much faith in their products.

Electrolux washer ruined clothes - I purchased a new washer along with the dryer and pedestals in March 2012. Washer started putting bleach stains on clothes. After ruining several pieces of clothing, I called for service. The first service call was very prompt. Because bleach was involved, the tech replaced three parts, all dealing with the dispensing of the bleach. This repair didnt work. I spoke with the service company, and they indicated that there was nothing else they could do and that this problem has happened before. So after bleaching several more pieces of clothing, I called Electrolux again. They said that they needed to send someone out again, so I told them what the repair company had said. They needed verification that the machine was not repairable. It took quite some time for this to happen. I had stopped using bleach in the machine, but somehow, it was still bleaching clothes. I would call, and nobody would get back to me. Finally, after about a month and 15 pieces of ruined clothing at a cost in excess of $800, they authorized replacement of the washer. After making sure the new washer was working properly, I attempted to get reimbursement for the damaged clothing. They had me send pictures of all the damaged articles. Again, after many calls not being returned, I finally started calling every 15 or 20 minutes and leaving a message until they got tired of having to listen to all the voice mails. They only offered $150 for all the damaged clothing. Oh yeah, I have also had to have 2 service calls on the dryer. The door wasnt closing properly.
We purchased our Washer Dryer set less than a year ago. Already it has broken down twice. Both times, a bolt that holds the pulley to the back of the drum has loosened itself causing the pulley to cut into the drum housing and cause leakage. When contacting Electrolux the first time, the repair company they sent made 4 trips out to repair the unit, and we were without a working washer for several weeks. This time they dispatched a company that came out to assess the problem and then returned several days later to make the repair. They showed up at 8:00 pm on a Sunday night, and it is now 11:23 pm and it still isnt back together.To top it off, the repair person just informed me that a wire inside the machine was damaged and he will have to order a new one and return again. Electrolux has told us they will not replace the machine as long as their technician says it is repairable. I am very disappointed. For what we pay for these high end appliances, customer service is a joke. I live 35 miles from the nearest laundromat, and this is a total pain in the ** for my family of four... We have had to resort to hand washing my childrens school uniforms daily to get by and Electrolux seems to feel we arent entitled to a product that performs as advertised. I hope someone files a class action suit. I will never purchase Electrolux products again. Frigidaire has destroyed what was once the best brand name in the business.
I purchased new Electrolux dishwasher from Goedekers.com, was delivered to me in intact box, so nothing to show delivery problem, I open the box and could not see any problem, scheduled installation and the installer discover that under the cover blanket the unit was really beaten up. So I called Electrolux and Goedekers to report the problem. The dishwasher is under 12 mos warranty. They send different appliance repair people to fix it. And the conclusion was the same: Replacement because cant be fix.But after two mos Electrolux/Goedekers game come with the statement: the warranty does not cover the repair (actually Electrolux spent $600 on diagnostics and screwing-unscrewing) + I spend long hrs talking/asking/emailing/listening CS reps, managers, supervisors, corporate executives telling different statements, basically lying and not taking responsibilities.The worst experience in my lifetime and Im 64 years. All this Electrolux/Goedekers reps were advising me to do illegal actions to repair the damage for unit under warranty and all is my mistake that I did not uncover the manufactured blanket when I checked the delivery shipped in intact package box. Also accusing me that I damaged my new dishwasher - insane! I ready to expose the damage that Electrolux and Goedekers are doing.
Since we have had this refrigerator we have had nothing but problems. The ice cube maker wasnt working and had to have it looked at. It worked for a short time, and we dont get ice out of this overpriced refrigerator. Now as of today it is just not working, freezer and refrigerator. I wish I could just sue these people for the good money that we spent on this no good product.

La secadora es un ejemplo impresionante de p√©sima ingenier√≠a y p√©simo control de calidad. La repisa de la puerta es profunda, por lo que el movimiento de giro de la secadora arroja la ropa m√°s ligera, como calcetines y camisetas, a la repisa, que cubre la abertura del filtro de pelusas, lo que provoca una mala circulaci√≥n del aire. Para solucionarlo, la empresa instal√≥ una paleta m√°s grande que aparentemente intenta solucionar el problema sacando la ropa del filtro. El segundo fallo es el sensor de humedad, que se encuentra cerca del filtro de pelusas, mirando hacia arriba. Es bastante grande. Como la ropa no circula correctamente en la secadora y acaba encima del filtro de pelusas, acaba encima del sensor de humedad. La ropa h√ļmeda permanece en circulaci√≥n porque es m√°s pesada. La ropa m√°s ligera, que se seca m√°s r√°pido, acaba cayendo sobre el filtro de pelusas y el sensor, por lo que la secadora piensa que la carga est√° seca y se√Īala el final del ciclo. A menudo tenemos que ejecutar tres o m√°s ciclos para secar la ropa. La placa de control electr√≥nico fall√≥ a los pocos meses de instalar la secadora. Los sensores t√°ctiles no funcionaban. Le rogamos a Electrolux que devolviera los electrodom√©sticos, pero se negaron. I have a dishwasher that cost me over $1700 and it is a POS. I have spent more time and money on this POS and it still will not work. I bought the dishwasher, Dub oven and the stove top and fridge and they all have had problems. This was the top of the line stuff and it is crap and they dont stand behind their crap. The first time I turned on the dub oven, the first item, the glass broke. The fridge is falling apart and the ice maker works sometimes and sometimes not. This set will be six years old this Sept 2014 and all needs replaced and needed it 2 years ago. Parts are way too high priced and they know it. Keypad is $300, control board is $200+, the rack is $400, come on. I will tell everyone I know about this CRAP!

The sealed unit developed a leak after 4 years. Had service company reclaim and inject leak freeze into unit and recharged. 6 months later same problem-unable to fix leak in the wall of unit anymore. I asked the tech if this was unusual. Tech says yes, but this brand typically only lasts 8 years anyway! 4 years and $2400.00 later, hauled away to the junk yard.
Our fridge is 5 yrs old, the ice maker broke! The auger is rusted!!! Doesnt work! Tried calling Electrolux, but no reply!! How can you make something that dispenses ice and water and it rust!!! Dont buy a refrigerator made by Electrolux!!
I purchased the wave touch dishwasher ($1200.), the microwave ($600.), and the French door ice maker fridge ($2,999.) since 2009. The dishwasher was replace immediately for leaking. Now it makes a noise while running, where before you never heard it run. We have mold that builds up it, we have to take it apart, use brushes to clean the racks. I think that should be a liability for knowing my dishes are being washed with mold build-up. Disgusting. The ice maker has been replaced so many times I gave up counting. Sad part we heard the same thing, yes, we know that is a malfunction in the design of the ice maker. The ice clumps to the front of the bin, starts making a thumping noise & I have to empty so it will make new ice. Thank goodness we purchased the extended 4 yr warranty.The microwave ($600.) the latch that closes the door broke, so you cant use the thing & we had to tape it shut to keep the door from staying open. My daughter purchased their oven ($1200.) & the electronic board went out on it. Thank goodness they purchased the extended warranty. I would never tell my worst enemy to purchase any Electrolux appliance. I insisted on this product & have been unhappy since. We purchased them before retiring (knowing we would be on a limited income), hoping we would be good for at least 20 yrs, so much for that with these products. Please never buy any of their appliances, you will regret it.
Ice maker does not work. On second unit now. French door model with ice in door.. Some times will work for a day or two. Then it stops. It might make a cube or two in a few days then it stops again. Always made low volume of cubes in a day. Maybe two small cubes. Now I have to buy ice at store and put in dispenser. We have to keep a small cup in the door under the water tube because it leaks water on the floor. I bought a $200.00 refrigerator from Craigslist and keep in garage just to make ice. $200.00 fridge better than $3000.00 Electrolux!!!
I purchased a new Electrolux slide in range with a self cleaning oven in 2010. At the time I also purchased an extended warranty and am so glad that I did. Since then every time I clean the oven using the self cleaning feature, the oven comes out spotless and then refuses to work. Each time it has been repaired it has needed a new motherboard. The technicians say it is a common problem that they encounter with this model range. I love the range, it is a ceramic top...easy to clean... easy to use. I simply would like the oven to work as it is meant to. This was a $3000 range and I have been very disappointed in the design flaw of the self clean feature.
Five years ago I remodeled my kitchen. I was talked into the top of the line Electrolux icon line and paid the price for it! Now I am again paying the price for it. Where shall I start? Hmm lets go with the overpriced refrigerator that has now almost completely fallen apart. Every shelf made with plastic fittings has now broke. Shelves are now barely holding one, drawers dont roll and stick and again, plastic parts broken and cannot be repaired. Overpriced built-in convection/microwave. Now not working as I dont want to put an additional $500.00 to repair the thing. Id rather put the money towards something worth having. Oh, and this is the second time its been repaired. Built-in convection oven electrical panel has been replaced once. Im not holding my breath. Now this morning, two of the electrical units on my flat top built-in stove have an error indicator on them. Who knows what is wrong now! All I can say is seriously, 4/4 items being in disrepair in less than five years. Well, you do the math. Do not buy any Electrolux product.
Our dryers door broke. When we called they sent us the wrong part. When I called to fix it, they told me that it is our fault that we have asked for the wrong part and the time period for complaints has just expired; so they cannot take it back, and I have to start a new ticket to replace the door. When I have asked for a supervisor they hung up on me. The tone of the person on the line was not only indifferent but annoyed by the fact that she had to talk to me. It is an incredibly frustrating experience to deal with people who are not only unhelpful but personally detached from their firms mistakes.
Compramos nuestra aspiradora Zen en oto√Īo de 2016, cuyo principal argumento de venta era que se afirmaba que era la aspiradora m√°s silenciosa del mundo. Pues bien, fue silenciosa durante las primeras semanas. Luego, hubo un fuerte ruido chirriante al aspirar las alfombras. Result√≥ que hab√≠a una fuga de aire alrededor del accesorio del tubo en el mango debido al pl√°stico barato que se desgasta en poco tiempo. Tambi√©n result√≥ que la garant√≠a de dos a√Īos no cubr√≠a el tubo, que s√≥lo estaba cubierto por 6 meses. En estos 6 meses hicimos cambiar el tubo tres veces, pero ¬Ņpara qu√©? La construcci√≥n en s√≠ misma es err√≥nea en combinaci√≥n con un material deficiente, y se desgastar√° de nuevo sin importar cu√°ntas veces se reemplace la pieza. Este defecto tambi√©n se aplica a los soportes de la boquilla incorporados que son demasiado d√©biles para mantener la boquilla,el tubo en su lugar. Se sigue cayendo haciendo ruido y despertando a los ni√Īos. El Zen es cualquier cosa menos la aspiradora m√°s silenciosa. Una cosa m√°s, ¬°los botones! Est√°n dise√Īados por el bien del dise√Īo, pero son absolutamente in√ļtiles. Digamos que el bot√≥n de encendido del Zen combina la versatilidad de los botones tradicionales, y la tactilidad de una pantalla t√°ctil. P√ļlsalo y mira, ¬°no pasa nada! En resumen, las aspiradoras de Electrolux pueden parecer (y sonar) bien a primera vista, pero la calidad es una verg√ľenza para la ingenier√≠a sueca.
El producto y el servicio de Electrolux son absolutamente terribles. El frigor√≠fico estaba defectuoso desde el principio, con una acumulaci√≥n excesiva de escarcha. Se inform√≥ en varias ocasiones y se envi√≥ a un ingeniero, pero no pudo solucionar el problema. Electrolux no actu√≥ a pesar de la garant√≠a. Nos quedamos con un frigor√≠fico defectuoso. No cometan el mismo error que nosotros. Compren a otro fabricante.
Side by side refrigerator has had ice maker repaired at least 5 times. Service tech said it was junk when it was new. Same with the oven. Cant use the self-cleaning feature because it trips safety fuse in back requiring pulling the oven from the cabinet to reset. Their expert advice... dont use self-clean. They are high priced, poorly designed junk. They should be sued for their shoddy workmanship and design and poor customer service.
I will pitch in with a control panel complaint too. I had to replace panels or boards, and the clock control. It cost me about $1,000.00 to get it sorted. This on a range less than 4 years old. We expected it to last at least 8 years. And it was expensive. The repair folks indicated they see a lot of condensation problems. Electrolux hasnt got a handle on this. I contacted Electrolux and they initially seemed helpful, but they were just stringing me along. They said they would give me a reduction if I bought a new one. Right! I cant hardly afford the repairs on the one I have let alone spending another 2 grand on a new range. Stay away folks, stay away!
