Super pleased with my Victory Grill. Assembly took me about 3 hours but the end result was totally worth. The grill is absolutely beautiful. Tons of space on the cooking surface. The grill was super securely packaged which was a huge plus being that it rained the entire week after my grill was delivered. Even though the box was soaked, the grill remained dry due to the secure inner packaging. The grill reaches your desired temperature in a matter of minutes. Its also easy to control the temperature of the grill weather fluctuating up or down. I would recommend this grill to anyone and everyone. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

This is an early review. This was used once by my son, who has professional cooking experience. He gave it the thumbs up. I bought this with some trepidations, given the other reviews, but I haven't had any problems. Here I'm going to focus on responding to the other reviews. Specifics: 1) This showed up missing one flame tamer, but a quick called and they remedied this. 2) The instructions estimate 50 minutes for two people to assemble this, but it was more like an hour and a half, without problems though. 3) I had no problems with the screws being too short, unlike one other reviewer. 4) The stainless steel does indeed feel thin, but the grill feels sturdy once assembled and it saves on weight. A quick google reveals that the quality of stainless steel depends on components (e.g. chromium) not thickness. Time will tell. 5) I'm an old guy and access to the gas does not seem that difficult. True, you have to reach inside, but that is the nature of an enclosed base. 6) The free-standing grates that concerned someone do not seem to be a problem to me. They are heavy and won't bounce around too readily, and as the other reviewer mentioned, it makes clean up much easier. 7) INSTRUCTIONS: There is an instruction at one point to install a wind tamer or something like that. This caused me some confusion, but it appears to be already installed, so ignore this step. 8) Clean up is relatively easy. The drip pan covers the whole bottom and is removable so you can clean it up in the sink. There is a layer of metals with holes in it between the burners and the drip pan and you have to remove the flame tamers and reach down to clean these up, although you may not necessarily feel compelled to do this each time, depending on how fastidious you are. 9) As someone mentioned, there is not a large amount of clearance for the top grill but I will use this mainly for buns etc. I suspect it is a design feature, as it recycles the heat.

Secure packaging. The grill is shipped strapped to a wood pallet. The nutserts made assembly very easy. Very easy to start and adjust, the heat distribution is even, and it reaches the desired temperature quickly. I love the vented hood, something my Weber didn't have. We are very pleased with this grill!

The grill arrived early with no damage. The grill is well designed went together easily. I spent around 3 hrs unpacking and assembling, you will need stainless polish to clean the expected film on the panels. The temperature went to 500 degrees on high in about 8 minutes the side burner started with no problem. I'm happy with the unit as of now and knowing there's a lifetime warranty on the exterior along with 15yrs on the burners and grids makes me hope I'll get many yrs of service from the grill! Stay tuned

I was hesitant to buy due to the need to assemble, but the recommended outside service did an excellent job. The grill is beautiful! It works perfectly and is a joy to use. For years we did lots of grilling with a classic Weber charcoal grill, which served us well. We were hesitant on propane but it is sheer luxury and everything cooks so well...delicious and juicy. Really, truly love this grill.
