Gets dishes clean without pre-rinsing, even casserole pans. The controls are easy to use. This is the best dishwasher I have used. I highly recommend it. Big enough to fit most everyday items and with some creative maneuvering I can get larger items in there as well. I have no trouble getting the roaster pan I use twice a year in the bottom rack. Absolutely beautiful! This dishwasher matches my other Kenmore appliances and makes my entire kitchen just look really put together. It is also super easy to clean, a quick wipe down the front removes any marks. This dishwasher is a wonderful value for the money. It is super effective and it is a Kenmore! What else could you possibly want or need in an appliance?

Not a happy camper. I have a 7 month old Kenmore Elite french door refrigerator that is a lemon. First the ice maker quit and everything on the dispenser door. Took 3 weeks for a repairman to come out yesterday. He said we would have ice soon. So I excitedly looked for an ice cube this morning to make my girls breakfast smoothies to find the whole refrigerator is not working... Only thing working is the LIGHT. Everything in the freezer is thawing. Everything in refrigerator is not cold... 45 degrees in refrigerator. I called repair number again and they want to send out another computer which was just replaced yesterday, and it will be Sept 14th before anyone can come out to try to fix. Grr... Do not buy this refrigerator. I wish I had bought a cheap $400 refrigerator instead of this $4000 one. They want to offer is a 1 yr. warranty plan in case it happens again. Unacceptable.

When we moved 3 years ago, the previous tenants had taken all the appliances. So, since we had past experience with Kenmore, we went to Sears to replace them. The refrigerator has been good and dependable. The only bad comment I might have is that the ice maker is a bit noisy.

My dryer is quick, efficient, has energy saver features. I like the style of it and the size of loads it can do. I have put many different sized loads in it and the clothes come out wrinkle free. I like that I can change the settings for delicate clothing. One of the reasons I bought this dryer was the design. I needed a front loading washer and dryer for the design of my laundry room/bathroom. I have had many compliments on how they look. I paid a little more than I wanted to on this, but It has all the latest features and it is front loading like my washer. I have owned it for over 2 years and have had no maintenance issues with it.

We paid 150 dollars less than a comparable model from another manufacturer. With this the shelves were slightly less sturdy, especially the plastic ones but they are holding up fine. We have the black color. It arrived undamaged. It has retired for kids and it has resisted scratches. It also fit our kitchen nicely. The freezer portion is a bit cramped but he fridge has plenty of room, we especially love the crisper drawers. Also, the door easily holds two gallons of milk on one shelf. It works great. The only problem we have had is that it sometimes make a little ice. It otherwise has had no problems. It also is easy for the kids to operate.

Very nice side by side refrigerator. Holds a lot but I would rather have a under freezer. They seem to hold more. Lots of problems with my ice maker which broke right after my warranty!

Our Kenmore Washer is 20 years old and has never caused us an issue. Its reliability convinced us to buy a second Kenmore dryer when the first one shut down. The first dryer was very good but I think dryers, in general, dont last as long.

Is really good, doesnt damage the cloth, doesnt consume too much water, requires average time to work and the noise is low. It is practical and useful. I am happy and satisfied with the level of reliability because that model of washing machine can make all that I need and expect from a washing machine. The size is really good, of course if you need to wash a lot of clothes probably you need another washer, but in my case this is good for me. Simple and practical. The value of the washer is excellent because the price is good and the performance is great. Represents a great balance if we talk about price and performance.

If it work I like it. I like my food cold and my beer cold and more. It got 2 door. It make ice. It get really cold. It look nice. I get a drink from it. It nice when you need a cold drink. My refrigerator is white and has two black handles. It is modern looking and cleans very well. The space is large and holds quite a bit of food. It has clear glass shelves and two crispers. Since I bought it used, the value is probably about $300 on the market. But it works as well or better than a brand new one. To me it is more valuable than buying a new one which may not work as well.

Kenmore is one of the best brands that I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I never had a repair issue. I have owned everything from refrigerators, washer and dryers, to dishwashers and microwaves. I would definitely stick with this brand.

I purchased a kenmore elite washer and dryer approximately 15 months ago, with a 1 year warranty. And immediately this LE sign came up on the washer. I figured that it was way more technologically ahead than my prior machine so I figured I wasnt using right. The past 15 months my wife has had to run the clothes through the machine twice. Because they would wash then the machine would shut down right before the machine would start its final spin, the clothes would be loaded with water and require a 20 minute run to complete the process. I now had to find out the hard way that there was a serious issue with it and paid 400 dollars for an extra year warranty. On top of all this, Sears continues to take their sweet time and changing the service date.My prior machines lasted me 12 years. This washing machine was personally my worst investment. And the biggest waste of money, time and patience. And I will never purchase nor recommend kenmore to anyone!

Its a good washer that weve had for a couple years. It can handle big loads and gets everything nice and clean without any trouble at all. Very reliable washer. It has never been broken and never stopped working. It runs like its new and is very clean. I love it so much. I like the appearance of my washer. You can tell its newer and more modern by having the door in the front instead of loading it from the top of the washer. I think it was a good value. I cant remember exactly how much we spent on it but I know that we got it on sale for a decent price a couple of years ago.

We wanted to upgrade our grill but we had no idea how much of an upgrade this would be. It was fairly easy to put together and what a great help from the company to have some screws in that you just have to loosen then tighten! The instructions were straight forward and I think it may have took me a hour with distractions to put together. I only need help to put the main part of the grill on top, it's not too heavy just awkward to pick up. We didn't realize when ordering this it lit up!! We are always grilling at night and don't have a well lit porch this was amazing! You don't have much to set up wire/cable wise, few clicks of connecters and that's it. It was packed amazingly and we received it on a pallet. The grill space is huge! We could have fit even more burgers then in our picture. We've yet to try the rotisserie turner or the side but they look amazing! The propane indicator is an amazing touch! The front does have knobs you can hang a few tools and inside there is a grease trap/removable tray. The grill lit super easy too!! The side also has a small removable tray. Overall this is an amazing grill and we could not be happier!!!!

The Kenmore top-loading, high efficiency, low water washer was purchased 8/15/10 for $550.79 plus 3-yr full warranty coverage for $169.99. July 3, 2014 the lid not locked icon signaled that the circuit board was fried. Circuit board, come on, this is a washing machine in a single family household with 3-5 loads per week and should last 14-15 years. A replacement circuit board is $400 plus labor. Do the math. Kenmore, I hope some hard-working attorney puts together a group to participate in a Class Action suit and sue you for manufacturing a washing machine engineered to fail. Have you no shame. Kenmore, you are not too big to fail. Heres to that attorney who brings you to your knees and stops you from fleecing American consumers.

It does a great job getting dishes clean and spot free. You dont need pre-wash your dishes before hand. It has a sleek elegant design and nice controls. It runs quietly. I can never have enough room in a dishwasher but I can fit a lot of dishes including pots and pans in it. If you think about where you place stuff you shouldnt have any problems. I love the design. It blends into my kitchen very well. It looks very sleek and high tech. The design on the control panel is very nice as well. Overall I think it is a good value. It looks great and does a nice job cleaning. I have not had any issues with it. There are so many washers to choose from but I think I made a good choice.

I was able to install the washer with little to no problems. I would recommend this product to any who is in need of a dishwasher. I love the appearance of the dishwasher. It looks sleek modern and advanced. The build design is a step above the rest. The price of the dishwasher was outstanding. I think I couldnt find a better dishwasher at a better price. When looking at the washer you expect it to work well, and work well it does. The appearance fits in my house and looks awesome. A little pricey but what would you expect with a brand new washer. It is definitely worth the price. Dont let the price be the deciding factor for this washer.

Compramos este refrigerador de 3500.00, y en los primeros 2 años que lo tuvimos, el compresor se estropeó. Tuvieron que reemplazar el compresor dos veces, luego el refrigerador no enfriaba, acumulaba hielo detrás de la sección de productos, lo limpiaron, el congelador comenzó a hacer lo mismo. Model# 79631512210 - We purchased this Elite Washer from Sears approx. 2 years ago... Has been nothing short of a major pain in the A$$. This was set up by Sears technician on delivery, was set up level in all planes... No matter how small or how large the loads are, we can never get a load to successfully wash on the first try... Constantly get the UE error code, and have to play around with the laundry repeatedly to get the darn thing to finish a load. It should not have to take 3 to 4 hours to wash 1 load of laundry. Running up and down the stairs constantly, and wondering if the washing machine is working or not every single time we use it is not acceptable. Kenmore Washers, I know there are numerous people having the same problems with this model.. Please reach out to me if there is a recall, or if this can be replaced directly from you. Thank You.

I really like that my washer is quiet. I dont have to worry too much about it getting off balance. I absolutely love that it is a front loader. This is a very reliable washing machine. I have had absolutely no issue whatsoever so far. Everything comes out clean and all is done within 45 minutes. I really LOVE the look of my washing machine. It is sleek and compact. I have gotten many compliments on my washer. Very stylish and clean looking. You definitely get your moneys worth out of this washing machine. Not to mention that you will save a bunch of money on your energy bill.

It was always keeping the right temperature and easy to clean. I also liked the different drawers for veggies and fruit and also the lunch meat. It seemed to be just what I needed. It held my condiments, dairy, vegetables, and fruit and was just the right size for my families groceries. The freezer was also just what I needed as far as space-wise. It was actually a simple model. It had the wire racks and the plastic drawers. The outside was generally plain which kept decorating fairly easy. I feel that I got my moneys worth for what I was looking for. The areas for certain items were perfect for my family of 4. The kids snacks were easy to get to and allowed me to keep our food organized.

Its a little better to wash dishes and just need a better soap to use. Its a good Kenmore, kind of quiet with no noise. Gets dishes clean. 1340 size. Good for all dirty dishes. Have lots of dishes to wash everyday and need big dishwasher. The bigger the size the better it is. Nice appearance, and good looks to wash dishes and keep them clean faster with no noise and washes real good with bleachy soap. Big washer for dishes.

Its not too big or too small. Its a nice-looking fridge. It is white in color. Great appearance. It was just the right price. I would suggest all my friends get it.

I feel as though it is a good washing machine. My clothes come out of it fresh and clean. And the washing machine it easy to keep clean, thats good. It seems to be very reliable. I can wash a lot of my clothes at one time. In a shorter amount of time. And it does not make a lot of noise. It has a very nice look to it. It looks new and very professional. It is just the right size. Not too big not too small. Just the size desired. It is a very worthful piece of equipment. I did not have to pay a really large amount when I purchased it. And it gets everything that I want done.

The ice maker jams frequently. All of the shelves on the door have broken. Stuff stays cold. The shelves are easily removable for cleaning. We have a large eight member family and this refrigerator easily fits all of our groceries for the week. I do wish that some of the shelves were taller so that we could stand up more gallons of milk, salad dressings, etc. We have the black model. It hides scratches and dings that come with normal family life well. It fits well into the space in our cabinets. We have owned this refrigerator for 8 years now. It has never had to be repaired. Given the price we paid for it we definitely feel as though we have gotten our money worth.

We bought this dishwasher (Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66513409N410) 11/2014 & are extremely disappointed. We paid 549.99 sale price & thinking that it was smarter to pay a bit more for a better product. NOT SMART AT ALL!!! It doesnt clean very well and the motor stopped working after only 1 year and 2 months... We cant afford a new one so we hard to order a new motor for $68 to replace it. We do not recommend it... This is the 2nd Sears dishwasher in 4 years. 1st was cheaper and didnt last long either. NEVER AGAIN BUYING AT SEARS... They could not do anything to help me with this situation. UGHHH Lesson Learned!!

Very reliable dryer, plenty of space for larger loads of clothes. Worked well for over 10 years without breaking or needing major repairs. Although its obviously not gorgeous, its simple and the design is clean. Easy to access buttons. Extremely large and clunky, takes up a large amount of space. Although I can no longer remember how much it had cost originally, I believe that this dryer is a good value for the price and reliability of the machine.

Purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator 2.5 years ago. 3 Months ago the Ice maker started dripping water and freezing up. Cost 270.00 for a repair person to come out and realign the water feed to the ice maker. Now the entire unit is not getting cold. $400 worth of parts and a bill to me for $367 plus $99 service fee. The Kenmore Elite Over the stove Microwave purchased a 14 months ago, fan was staying on. Service fee was going to be an additional $249 for the service technician to look at it while he was already at my home. The phone center where you had to call would not discuss any other options and even had the nerve to keep me on the line every time I called trying to sell me a home warranty on appliances that are less than 3 years old!!!Is that what we can expect from Kenmore? For their products to not even last a year after warranties run out? Based on the cost of the $500 a year warranty and $249 service call repair costs they must believe that their equipment will break down at least twice a year for the warranty to be effective or save the consumer money. I Think I will try another Brand.

Dependable and quiet running. Had one for years when I first married. Got it at Sears. My parents had one when I lived at home and it ran well for a family of nine. Always trust the Kenmore brand. We were in and out of that refrigerator a lot each day and never recall any breakdowns.

It actually removed dried and baked on food! It was quiet and easy to operate. I would definitely look for a similar model when upgrading. It is affordable for us and we love it. Even my 13 year old son uses it. The size was appropriate we for the space that we had in our kitchen set aside for the dishwasher. It fit snugly and perfectly. There are no gaps worth mentioning and it is beautiful, at that. The stainless steel matched the decor theme in our kitchen and the design is sleek and elegant. Its easy to clean and maintain and the finish is flawless. I cannot remember what we paid for it but to me I would pay it again. It has been worth every penny for the ease and beauty it brings to our kitchen and lives.

Works fine but literally just had to replace heating element less than 2 years after purchase... shorted whole dryer. Things shouldnt break down that fast... of course just after warranty.

Keeps my things chilled but not frozen, would recommend to anyone. It is a great brand for the value, and I know that it will last long enough for me to get the full use out of it. It once again is an amazing fridge and great brand. The fridge has a decent size, and it has lots and lots of space for your goods. Even if you get a smaller one, you still get a ton of room for groceries, soda, etc. This fridge looks sleek and modern. It doesnt have a bulky look, and I do love the stainless steel featured on it. It helps keep it clean, and it just looks good in general. The value for the quality of this fridge is 100% worth it. Anytime my friends want a fridge recommendation its always Kenmore fridges. They arent too expensive for the great quality.

Purchased on 2/16/15. Delivered 4/2/15. 8/22/15 - Called for repair - Motor broke -- All food spoiled. Several repairs and parts ordered over months. Motor broke, Motherboard broke, 6 boxes of parts delivered to house for install. Still no fridge to use. Sears offered no loaner, nothing for our family. After working for 1 month with Christian, from the Los Altos Appliance Dept., a new one was traded out in November 2015 -- I purchased 3 year extended warranty on the replacement.7/28/17 - Fridge. temp read 33 degrees ** but food felt less cold to touch. 8/4 - 8/6/17-- All food spoiling. went to Los Altos Sears for help. Salesman said they couldnt help. Said to call 800 - 4 my home. 8/6/17 - Called above number and was placed on emergency repair list by Greg. Soonest appt. may be Aug 15th but they may call to come in at a moments notice anytime before then if there is extra time in the schedule, maybe. Getting an ice chest for milk, etc and taking any food that is still good, to friends for them to keep cold in their fridge. Now we wait 9 days??? I have emails with the Sears Help websites. So many years of Sears good name just.

It cleans very good. Easy to work. Buttons are easy to press and Works really well. Very pleased. I have not had a problem. I wash clothes at least 3 times a week cause I have a newborn. Washes really good. Its small and fits right in the corner of the basement. I really like this model. Its lightweight. I can move it if I need to. I got this on sale but would of paid full price. Was not expensive at all. And it was worth every penny I paid for it. I really recommend this one.

I have had my avocado green refrigerator since 1972 and it had never given me any problems. Im sure the ice maker would still work if I had the water hooked up to it, but had to move it onto a screened in porch a few years ago to make room for a side by side. It is used for cold drinks, food trays during the holidays or parties, and the freezer for over flow from the other freezers. I couldnt be happier with it and the service it has provided over the years. This refrigerator came out before the energy efficient ones were being thought about and as far as I am concerned it doesnt use any more energy than the newer ones.It is an 18.cubic foot with the nice sized freezer, with a shelf and ice maker. The refrigerator has numerous shelves that can be moved around or removed for larger items. There are 2 vegetable bins that are nice and deep across the bottom. There is a wide wire basket below the bins that makes extra storage possible for items. It has a nice finish that easily wipes down to keep it looking clean. There is a lot of room on top to store items that arent used everyday.

I had a Kenmore refrigerator several years ago which lasted a very long time. It had several different compartments so you could squish this on many different levels which made it easy to organize and arrange things. The top shelf could be placed really far down so that you could place large jugs of water, soup pots or other crock-pot type of devices there with no problems plus you could fit even a large turkey roaster in there during the holidays. So, I would not complain about the spacing. The refrigerator itself was very quiet. I could barely tell that it was running. You could easily adjust the dials inside to change the temperature of the refrigerator or freezer. There was no frost build up in the freezer ever. I would suggest this to anyone.

Overall, the Kenmore worked great. It definitely kept the refrigerated items cool and the freezer worked great as well. There is also a lot of storage with this refrigerator which is always a good thing especially if you have a large family like mine. My Kenmore was a pretty good size but generally most Kenmore are a pretty big size. This is a good thing because the storage capacity is excellent. I can get a lot of foods, beverages, etc in this refrigerator/freezer with some room to spare. Even with the # of items, it still keeps my products fresh. My Kenmore is silver, although they come in the options of white, black, etc. I just love the silver because it meshed well with the design of my kitchen. I purchased my refrigerator at Home Depot for about 1199. I think I got a good deal because it also included delivery and setup.

I own Kenmore Elite three door refrigerator. The light would not shut off inside. And the melted plastic in above the light housing bulb exploded because it was so hot. I called customer service. I was told that even though there are many complaints for the same problem, I had to pay for repairs. I unplugged the light and have to live with this until I can afford another refrigerator.

This was a great machine. It was simple to use, effective, and had fairly quick cycles. It is still in use with a family member, and still going strong. It did not require any repairs, and was still in great condition to give to someone else when I got a new one. It ran smoothly and efficiently. Theres nothing fancy about the appearance of this machine, but its simple and clean and serves its purpose. It certainly wasnt an eyesore. Kenmore tends to be more expensive than other brands. I have had a washers and dryers that were comparable quality and function but far less expensive. That being said, it is an established brand with a strong reputation.

Everything about this experience was the best. Our washing machine went out. We decided to go buy a whole new set at home depot. The staff found what we needed and wanted in less than 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He even got it delivered the next day... And moved old set to the curb. :) This set has lasted for at least five and a half years. I have had no problems. I keep the warranty updated after my last incident... But also because I love this set the best. It fits my family very well. The kids are even starting to learn.This had everything I needed for my needs and laundry room. Every setting had been used many times over. Never have had a garment ruined. Everything is still very easy to understand... Especially with the ever so handy instructions... Lol. The value was simply stellar. I questioned the excitement at first... But the more I researched, I found that I was getting a great deal. Nothing has gone wrong in the five years that we purchased the set.

Ive had this Kenmore refrigerator for a long time. It has a no frills, plain white exterior which will match other white appliances easily. Also, it is easy to clean with soap and water or a spray of Mean Green cleaner. For an inexpensive refrigerator, it works well and does the job right. It first perfectly for a small family. A twelve pack of Cokes and beer fit easily. The freezer is ample as well as long as you are not stocking up for a long time. Its a bit noisy but its very durable. Kenmore is a great company with reasonable prices and a sturdy product. If you are looking for a dependable appliance this is for you.

I was very happy with my Kenmore refrigerator. The arrangement of the bins and shelfs were well done and I could get a lot of food in it. Particularly the extra wide door shelf that could hold large jugs. The easy clean outer surface was a definite plus. It lasted 10 years and I sold it to get a bigger fridge. It was still running.

Rust forming around bleach dispenser. I feel this is poor workmanship on Kenmore part. However they coat the enamel finish on the frame into which the dispenser sits in 3 year should not start to rust! If untreated this will spread and spot rust marks will start appearing on clothes. There is no way to contact Kenmore directly. Everything reverts to sears. Who want to charge me $79.00 to come tell me there is rust but will put the 79.00 dollars towards my repair bill. This is poor customer service.

Most of the time it ran just like it should. Once and a while it would jam up or stop working. It was very dependable and got my clothes clean. The one I had lasted many years before I had to replace it. No matter what I put into it, it always did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing a washer. The store only had it in very few colors. It did not look very attractive but, got it for what it can do not its looks. As long as it did its job well, like always, its appearance does not matter. It was a bit on the expensive side but, it lasted so long that it was worth what we paid for it.

The Load sensing Kenmore washer is outstanding. Nothing bothers me about it. I have been using it for three years. It takes extra large loads, and spins the clothes very well. Kenmore has an excellent reputation. Very few repairs are needed on Kenmore washer and dryers. I like how well the energy bills are. I have not had to make any repairs. The washer does not eat any of my socks, and I have not had to use any laundry bags for stockings or socks. Kenmore is customer friendly and always has options that meet the needs of the customer. I would highly recommend the load sensing washer, as it takes all the worry out of overloading the washer.

It cools pretty good but is nothing fancy. Its just a plain jane, enough to get by refrigerator. I wish it had an ice maker. I just cannot afford a higher quality, more high tech refrigerator. Its just your normal size. I really wish I had a bottom freezer, deluxe side by side model. It would have so much more room. It would have a bigger freezer to hold more. Says resist fingerprints but that is absolutely not true at all so I have mine covered in magnets and all my childrens artwork. A CHEAP REFRIGERATOR THAT FREEZES AND KEEPS STUFF COOL BUT NOTHING FANCY BUT I AM GLAD I HAVE IT. It could be worse and I couldnt have one at all.

My dishes are clean when they come out. I was afraid that there would be food residues and other stains, but that did not happened. It has a great number of water jets that get the dishes wash at every angle. Its just the right size, plenty of space inside to fit large plates and pots and pans. The bottom shelves makes it easy to wash large baking sheets and the separators help organize and allow you to fit many dishes in there. It had a very advanced top of the line sleek look that do not disappoint. It looks more like a work of art than a dishwasher. I felt like I bought something straight from the future. What I got for the price I got was not bad. I expect it will last me a long time and work hard for my family. The price couldve been less which would have been awesome. But I got what I paid for.

We have this dryer and have had great experience with it! It always dries our clothes on the first cycle. I dont have to keep drying them after the cycle is complete. I like all of the different settings as well. It has always dried my clothes well. It also is able to fit my king size comforter in it! I am happy that I dont have to take it to the laundromat! I love the small buttons on the top and the knob is easy to use. I love the simplicity and the clean look of it. The glass doesnt show fingerprints much which I also like. I like this dryer and feel like it is worth what I paid! I think it is important to get good value out of something especially in a high priced item like a dryer.

The washer is great. I thought I would have problem with it like my previous washer but I am so happy with it performance. Its fast. I put like 3 loads a day and they only take like 30-1 hour. Its amazing! This is one of the best washers I have ever bought. I have always been scared that the washer will give up on me or one day stop working out of nowhere and staying without a washer. This washer is very reliable. I am pleased with the color of my washer but I do wish there were other colors of it. Maybe a black or even grey one. I believe they only offer it in white which is not bad but it would be nice to see it in other colors. The design is great, it is too extravagant or complicated. As I have been saying before, I am extremely satisfied with this washer. The value of it was just right. What I mean with that is that I paid a pretty good darn price for an amazing quality.

Kenmore Refrigerator, PURE JUNK--Model # 795.76204.901. May 2013, we had to replace a fresh tray (slide-out drawer) because a part cracked and fell off. Then, a few days ago, a door tray fractured on the bottom, making it useless. Last night, my wife opened the door, obtained a milk carton from the larger door rack when it fell off, spilling all contents on the floor. One glass bottle shattered when it hit our tile floor creating a huge mess. I would advise consumers to not buy a Kenmore refrigerator. They used to be a reliable, high-quality appliance, but no more. Bet theyre manufactured in China.

This washer is durable and reliable. It cleans clothes very well yet is gentle on fabrics. Leaves me feeling like it cleaned my clothes thoroughly. Kenmore is a brand I trust. I have owned 2 Kenmore washers in my lifetime. The first one I bought I gave to my daughter and still works today. I wouldnt purchase another brand. Its your typical top loading washing machine in the standard white color. Directions for use are under the lid top. Agitation type tub. This Kenmore washer is very affordable. This specific washer to me was priced to sell. Its a great price for such a wonderful, reliable brand name washer.

I have a Side by Side Kenmore refrigerator. It is equipped with icemaker and water dispenser. I have had it for approx 10 years and can honestly say I have had very little trouble with it. There are four shelves on fridge side, 2 large bins and one small one, four shelves on the fridge door, two shelves in the freezer side with two baskets, three small shelves on freezer door. I am very satisfied with it and when it comes time to buy another one it will be Kenmore.

It stopped working, so I called the service to request an appointment on 9/2/2011, but no one showed up or called. On 9/12/11, I requested another appointment, again, no one called/showed up. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes, to no avail. We have scheduled another appointment, but I realized that they are totally unreliable. I may have to go outside for repair, and bill Sears. The dishwasher is less than 3 months old. Our previous washer (not a Sears), lasted over 18 years without any problem!

Have a 5 1/2 yr. old Kenmore Elite bottom freezer fridge. The unit developed a leak in the cooling system. Of course the warranty is expired (5 yr.). Have been without a working fridge for 6 weeks and counting. Service dept. is terrible. Have been here 6 times. Bought that extended warranty at the time of the first call to Sears to try and offset the repair cost. Have a whole different problem with that. The leak ended up burning up the compressor (which the tech. said wouldnt happen) which lead to another call to service to get the compressor fixed, which ended up being another call to service because the replacement compressor is bad too. Have to wait days and days between appointments, with the last one originally being 13 days until my constant complaining got it lowered to a mere 7 days. Problem has escalated to sears Executive Complaint Dept. which is helping but is too little too late. I will never buy anything that has a Kenmore or Craftsman name on it again. My days of shopping at Sears is also over. Do yourself a favor and avoid Sears and their service dept. at all costs.

La cocina es fácil de usar y se calienta muy rápido. Sería mejor si tuviera un sistema de inducción. La cocina no parece venir con un sistema de campana y ventilador, lo que sería útil si lo ofrecieran para acompañarla. Me gusta que venga en diferentes colores. Big inside. Quiet. Nice for second fridge in basement. Color is nice. Large capacity. Roomy. Long lasting. Plenty of space for party platters, freezer storage and large drink containers. Ideal for party storage and shopping at clubs for large items. Nice black color goes with the decor of our party room. Looks very nice and shiny. Would recommend purchase of this model. Sears appliances are always a good value. Their brand name is just as good as Whirlpool. They have a big assortment of models. I have bought many items from Sears.

Horno Kenmore Modelo 790.9745 - Compramos nuestra casa en julio de 2014 y no nos dimos cuenta en ese momento de que faltaba el cristal frontal del horno. Pedimos un nuevo vidrio frontal, lo instalamos y unos meses después, el vidrio frontal explotó y se fue por toda la cocina. Entonces nos dimos cuenta de que debía ser por eso por lo que faltaba el cristal cuando compramos la casa. Volvimos a cambiar el cristal y el otro día pasó lo mismo. Tres veces en tres años. Cada vez, alguien estaba cerca del horno mientras se cocinaba a 350 grados cuando el cristal explotó. Tuvimos suerte de que nadie resultara herido, y lo raro es que los perros o los niños no estuvieran en la cocina con nosotros en ese momento, como suele ocurrir. Además de que el vaso explotó tres veces que sepamos, el panel de control tenía un error F-10 que es temperatura de fuga. Los detectores de humo se dispararon en la casa para alertarnos de ese problema debido al calor extremo que salía del horno. Este horno debe ser retirado del mercado. Parece que este es un problema que ha tenido mucha gente al leer los comentarios.

No drena completamente el agua usada dejando residuos pegajosos y malolientes en la lavadora después de que se seca. Para remediarlo es necesario un prelavado sin ropa incluida, lo que supone un gran desperdicio de agua, en mi opinión. Esta será la mayor consideración a la hora de comprar otra lavadora en el futuro. Este problema fue diagnosticado por un vendedor al discutir los resultados del lavado. He recurrido a ir a una lavandería fuera de mi casa combinada con mis compras de alimentos para una gran carga de lavado. Esto ha hecho que mi lavadora dure más tiempo.

It is very old and still works well. I have personally had this dryer for 16 years and it is at least 30 years old on its own. I got it when I moved into my home and have loved it, it is without problems and will probably last longer than I will.

Have found faster cycles with some other brands, but overall happy!! Kenmore is a reliable brand and great otherwise. :) I like any front load washer, but there should be a better airing out option. I usually pack clothes and towels in to my washing machines, this fits large loads and fits all of my washing needs. I would prefer for the washer to drain and dry without needing to prop the door open. Looks great and fits in any laundry room or laundry area of a home. Be sure to prop door open, detergent door as well... Will get musty otherwise. Kenmore value is always prevalent as the quality is usually very high. All parts have worked well and havent had any issue with the value of the product.

My washer and dryer have both been very good to us. Weve had them about 4 years now, and the only issue weve had is the dryer quit heating one day and we needed to replace a tiny, cheap part. No problems since then. Thanks Kenmore!

Compré un frigorífico Kenmore Side by Side (modelo 10651139214) hace 33 meses, menos de tres años en SEARS. Todas las luces dejaron de funcionar, todas a la vez. Programé la cita a regañadientes. Hice que un técnico local, en el que he confiado durante años, viniera a echar un vistazo. Revisó todo y se relacionó con las luces, mirando la hoja técnica y en línea. Se determina que la parte que se necesita es de $ 215 sólo para la parte y es en el backorder con ninguna fecha prevista de llegada. Mi reparador también dijo que este refrigerador específico tiene una Alerta de Servicio Técnico adjunta, lo que significa que varias personas han tenido el mismo problema. PERO Kenmore NO respalda su producto. ¿Qué ha pasado con las buenas empresas que respaldan lo que venden? Nunca más compraré un producto Kenmore. Mi compra en SEARS esta vez incluyó este refrigerador, una estufa plana y una campana de cocina y un lavavajillas. La estufa Samsung (otra reseña que dejé aquí) tuvo problemas en las primeras dos semanas y me dijeron que el desgaste de la estufa en dos semanas se considera un defecto y no está cubierto.
