I have had no issue with the washer. It works well, no complaints. Just have to make sure that you do not overload the machine and more than it needs to be. This machine will get the job done no matter what it is. This is the one for you. Id recommend anyone to go out and pick this unit up as soon as possible. The overall look is good. It is white but looks cream at certain angles. It is easy on the eyes. It�€�s not too big and not too small. The overall value was worth the money. Has not given me issues and it works well to this very day.

I have always shopped Kenmore appliances before shopping any other brand. My current Kenmore washer and dryer have gone through 22 years of service with very few repairs. I love them and will replace them with Kenmore products when appropriate.

We bought 2 Kenmore Stacked Washer/Dryer units (Gas) for our newly remodeled laundry room 3 1/2 years ago. One washer unit needed to be repaired after 2 years and now has broken down completely. The other washer unit is now having issues and the repair company told us it would be too expensive to repair and we�€�d be better off buying a new unit. So after 3 1/2 short years, we are forced to buy 2 new units!! We definitely will not be buying Kenmore but are going to try Whirlpool brand and pay $195 extra for the five year extended warranty since it seems things aren�€�t made to last anymore!! I will never buy Kenmore again!!

I always get the most powerful wash even on the delicate cycle. My clothes always come out clean and after the wash they seem almost dry because the washer sucks up so much water. Its wonderful. It cuts down dryer time which saves money. I have been able to overload the washer, even though I shouldnt in a rush. I was able to wash two queen comforters with pillow cases and sheets from two beds. Yes thats bad to do but somehow they still came out very clean even with little run to move. Its very neat looking. Fits any laundry room from basement rooms to the most high end laundry rooms. Is it the sleekest Ive seen? No but its very simple but shows you care (If that makes sense). I have buy the washer though many tough washers (from overloading) and all the clothes still come out clean and the washer doesnt wobble like others might.

Though it is a little loud, it is very powerful and does its job well. The only problem is how loud it gets and the shaking while in use. We have had it for years and have had minimal problems with it. Hopefully, it will remain problem free for years to come. Will most likely buy same brand again when it comes time to replace. It looks like an ordinary dryer which is fine since that is what it is. No one will confuse it for a refrigerator because obviously, it is a dryer. Keeps our clothes very clean. Does a quick and efficient job of drying our clothes. With all appliances were as efficient. Very few complaints.

The Kenmore refrigerator is not only great at keeping food refrigerated, but offering cool, clean water. The water that comes from our ref is consistently at the perfect temperature and tastes great. It also makes ice, both cubed and crushed, which is extremely useful and much better than the alternative off smashing an ice bag down to get a couple cubes. The size is pretty great, though sometimes the spacing is a bit off in regards to the shelves. It can be difficult to place certain pitchers onto the shelves, due to the spacing of the shelves. Still, it is very spacious and contains a couple of drawers that are great for keeping our food organized. Our Kenmore refrigerator looks modern and sleek, yet also futuristic. The water/ice dispenser lights up, which not only looks nice but is great for those midnight trips to quench your thirst! In this day and age, it is absolutely necessary to have a ref. And while it is not necessary to have a direct source of filtered water, it saves plenty of money to have one, which the Kenmore provides. It also helps to reduce the amount of plastic we use, since we no longer need to buy water by either the gallon jugs or bottled - and, at least to me, that is priceless.

This refrigerator was a perfect size for my house. Our very old and outdated fridge just went out and then we found this one. We actually got a great deal and it was a great purchase. I recommend this to anyone. Affordable and modest. I wouldnt recommend if you have like ten kids but great size for the average family. Perfect amount of freezer space along with fridge space. This refrigerator looks like an average fridge. It is sleek and very pleasing to the eye. I would totally recommend. I got a white one, just the regular kind. It kind of reminds me of the one my gran used to have. So its good, nothing fancy. I would say I got what I paid for. Very reasonable price with all the needed features. It was large enough for me and my husband and fit well in our kitchen. It is also nice and quiet not like our old fridge. So I got the bang for my buck.

I purchased a water heater by phone with a **, he assured me that the WH would be installed the same day. I received a call from Eyman Plumbing who couldnt install for 4 days!! ** should have ckd to make sure the WH could be installed before making that statement and taking my money. My money cannot be returned for 7-10 days and water is destroying my laminate floor. Every # I called, no one could help and passed me to the next person. Sears has fallen from grace and I do not wish to ever do business again with them.

Ive had the refrigerator for about 10 years and have never had a problem with it. It works fine and keeps everything at the proper temperature. It is big enough for all my needs and has never given me a problem.

Purchased a Kenmore Washer Top Loader 4 years ago. Needed replacing about 1 year ago but used it and tried to limp by as buying a new washer was not in the budget. However it soon became impossible to continue with this piece of equipment. It failed to spin and drain after the wash cycle. We finally had to give it up. Sometimes wed have to spin and drain 3 or 4 times to get the water out of the clothes and dryer ready. To fix this piece of junk it would be more cost effective to buy new. So today went out and had to do just that. We have other Sears appliances and theyre not much better. Dishwasher needed fixing after 2 years. Needed a new pump. I do not think Sears is making top notch equipment any longer. My first washer and dryer lasted well over 20 years. It was a Sears which was why we went with that brand again. I refuse to buy anymore appliances from Sears again. If you do have to buy, make sure you purchase an extended warranty at the time of purchase. YOU WILL NEED IT!!

I was happy with them but I dont think they lasted as long as they should have. Bought new from Sears but bought Maytag. Brand had better reviews and were bigger inside. When you have a family you need the biggest. Also bought front loaders, much better.

Can easily manage a variety of sizes and is ample enough to hold a couple of days worth for a family of three. Utensils Basket is adequate. Some larger mugs are difficult to place. Style is appropriate for variety of kitchen styles. Works perfectly in our small country kitchen but would also fit beautifully in a more modern decor. Average, affordable price. Easily comparable to higher end machines. I find this dishwasher to be a good value for the money based on the overall style and function. Weve had no problem with the machine.

I absolutely loved it. Its very powerful and didnt take long for my clothes to dry. Everything is pretty simple to navigate as well. Dried quick. It is very reliable. I havent had this for long, but I read some reviews and people recommended this and said it lasted them a long time also without any damages. My dryer was all white and I absolutely loved it. When I received it, nothing was damaged and everything worked perfectly fine. The all white is what appealed to me. The overall value was great. The dryer wasnt too expensive nor was it too cheap either. Usually cheap products get damaged quickly and easily. This was not the case.

This Kenmore washer is an excellent product. Gets clothes very clean with one wash. I use cold water and a standard amount of detergent and my clothes come out of the wash looking as fresh as the day they were purchased. I highly recommend this washer. Very reliable. This washer has never let me down. My husband gets his clothes very grimy and my Kenmore always gets them clean enough for church on Sunday. A very hardworking washer that will not cost you an arm and a leg. I purchased mine several years ago and dont know the cost of one today.

The washer has a problem with balance and a load often needs to be distributed manually during the cycle; the dryer is not very effective when multiple towels are included in the load. The performance is pretty consistent from load to load = the need for rebalancing of the wash happens routinely, and having wet towels at the end of a drying cycle recurs pretty often. The washer and dryer were not bought at the same time, so one is white and one is beige; other than that, they fit my laundry room well and are not too obtrusive. Considering I have had the washer and dryer for 10 and 8 years, respectively, they have been great values. But given the improved current technologies, if I were in the market today, they would not be considered good values based on their performance.

This Kenmore Elite Top Loader Washer 29002000 is the most I have ever spent on a washer & is the only one that I have ever owned with so many problems! Takes an 1 1/2 hrs to wash on heavy duty cycle. Will not get the clothes clean on the normal cycle - rust around bleach fill & door hinges. Constantly running water & have to start over with spin & drain to finish. Always goes out of balance - tangles & twist clothes. The detergent, fabric softener, & bleach all fill full of water at end of cycle. Have never wasted this much time babysitting a washer that costs so much! Very disappointed in Kenmore.

I still have my first Kenmore refrigerator from 30 years ago. It still works. I replaced it with a bigger one when my family outgrew it. Im very happy with the quality and performance. This is also a great washer to have if you do camping. The look of a washer doesnt really matter to me only because it is in the basement and I am the only one that sees it however it is a stylish and old fashion design that one that sees it knows it is a washing machine and sees the elegance of the style. I would recommend this washing machine to any person that has a lower budget and still wants guilty and if a super cool look doesnt matter you will fall in love with this great working product that still gives you a smart look and high performance product.

A good refrigerator. Performs well. Only problem with it is the unique feature of reversing the doors to different sides. Which after doing so the door wont seal shut when you close it. Minor thing that and to take it through a normal size door, to change rooms. You have to take off the whole door. Other than that you make a good product. I would like someday to try one of your fridges with automatic ice maker.

Works very well compared to other dishwashers I have used in the past. Have not had any problems at all. This dryer had a large enough drum to hold large loads. Consistently dries clothes very well considering the size of loads. Very simple to use and at a good price. Very good machine. Installs simply. Have had no problems the entire life of the machine. Never had It break down and have any issues. Very reliable. I bought this dryer in a traditional white color, Standard color and thats what I prefer over a color or stainless steel. Looks very up to date, stylish and still be simple. This brand and style of appliance is a very good value. One of the best prices in its category. Others you pay a lot for the brand name. On this you pay for the performance.

For our family this was the perfect fit. Theres easy access in the freezer with the shelves, and the adjustable shelves make storing larger items easy. The refrigerator space is also adjustable and useful for larger milk and other items. Never had any problems with mechanical issues. Very efficient and reliable. The modern but simple design is perfect for an older kitchen that we have. The features are modern, but not overboard which leads to a economic unit that still has the appearance of a much more expensive unit. The contour also fits well into the space that we have and by keeping a simple but glossy white color it helps us to be able to draw attention to the older design of our house and not having your eye drawn to the appliances.

I purchased a Kenmore side by side refrigerator in 2006. In 2012 it needed to have the motor on the ice maker replaced. The same part needed to be replaced again in 2015. I understand that parts break down but this appears to be an issue for Kenmore. And of course this is an expensive part to replace. I always considered that Kenmore produced quality appliances but this experience has changed that opinion. The service person who made the repair gave excellent service.

It does its job. I bought this 3 years ago with great discounts during the Christmas sales. It is still working great and looks brand new. I have not had a problem with it. This refrigerator is not too big nor small. It just the right side. It fits perfectly in our kitchen. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. It is stainless steels. It is sometimes hard to keep up with it because of the finger prints on them. However it looks sharp and stylish!

I purchased the Kenmore front load washer, model 4031, in January 2010. Exactly one year and one month later, we were noticing the noise coming from it was like a helicopter flying over our house. Considering it is in the basement, thats loud! We had a serviceman come and check it out. He said the bearing was shot and it would have to have a new drum, etc., to the tune of around $700+. It also puts a nice groove in the see-through door material due to the banging around, I guess. Plus I found a seal of some sort in my wet clothes - looked as if it had been cut into. Well then we had to get an anti-hammer device as when it would fill with water, it caused the pipes to about vibrate out of their brackets (Sears says this is a common problem).So to top everything else off, water now runs out the front onto the floor when I wash. My husband is retired. We bought this $1,800 set thinking we would be good for quite a few years and not just a couple. We are very upset with Sears. I went to them right away when all this started. They told me no one had had any problems at all with these! I, of course, have the horrible smell on everything, plus streaks on light clothes. I am just sick about this. I also was one of the lucky ones that had the Neptune set that caused Maytag all the grief. Cant believe I have been ripped off again. Just dont really know what to do!

Takes up a big space but understandable with all it holds. Takes care of the needs of my family and has great features. I would highly recommended it to my friends and family. Its a huge metallic box. It is stainless steel. The freezer is humongous as well. Can easily fit a whole side of beef if you remove the shelves.

Worked great! Never had any problems with it at all. With a family of seven, it could have been roomier. Maybe more shelving or deeper shelving. More compartments maybe as well. Seemed like I always needed more room for bottles and jugs, etc.. My refrigerator looked great! It really wasnt anything too fancy but yet it had a clean sleek design to it. It was white in color rather plain but it matched and has very clean looking. I believe it was a fantastic value including style, design, price and especially dependability. I would most definitely recommend it for sure.

My Kenmore refrigerator works fine and Ive had it for years (7) so far. No problem with either cooling or freezing. My indoor water and ice maker work really well. They stand up to a lot of hard use. Kids, friends, husband, and me all use it. It had been durable. Easy to change the filters also. Im happy with the fridge. We also got a really good deal on it as Sears had a sale. I would recommend it to anyone.

It also dries the dishes fast. The appearance is just plain so that it will match any style of your kitchen area. It is average sized so it can fit in almost any sized kitchen room. This dishwasher fits well with anyones budget. Its not too much at all. It is definitely worth the price to pay. It lives up to the Kenmore reputation.

Lots of space, keeps everything cold. I havent had any problems with refrigerator. The price was great. Id recommend this refrigerator to any of my friends or family. I buy a lot of meat every month and never have a problem fitting everything in. The refrigerator has plenty of room for all my drinks and condiments. I do understand prefer side by side if I had a choice but they are a bit more pricey. But I am happy with the appearance for the most part. I think the price was competitive to other brands. I think the price I got on this fridge was very fair and customer service was great. They were very informative.

It rolls forward so you can clean behind it, and then roll it backwards in its place. The color goes with anything. The refrigerator has a lot of space and the freezer holds a lot of foods. The refrigerator is energy efficient, has adjustable coldness levels and is worth the amount of money I paid for it. It keeps food at the right temperature 35 degrees Fahrenheit.

We have owned this refrigerator for 9 years and never had a problem! The icemaker and water dispenser work great! I like the side by side. It is very handy. The only problem is with the side shelves. 2 have broken. I guess the plastic isnt very good! The size is a great size and holds everything. My next refrigerator would be the same brand but have more durable shelves on the side. I love the appearance. It wont show hand prints like others that I have seen and owned. I like how the ice and water compartment looks. It is hard to keep the bottom dry clean. Refrigerators are crazy expensive. This one was average price for what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this brand and this design. It has worked great for our family.

Hace unos 4 años, mi mujer y yo compramos 6 productos Kenmore nuevos para nuestra nueva casa, incluyendo un lavavajillas, un horno, un microondas, un frigorífico y una lavadora y secadora. Todos estos productos han fallado. El horno ya no hornea. El microondas cuando se enciende tiene un espectáculo de luces en el lateral que me parece muy inseguro. I will NEVER purchase nor will I recommend Kenmore Elite Stainless Steel appliances. First, the only stainless steel which exists is in the handles on all appliances, everything else is cheap metal. I bought in 2016 the Side-by-Side (both doors developed rust spots within one month), Dishwasher (outside door) developed rust spots, Microwave/Oven combo (both doors) developed rust spots, and Gourmet Hood, which developed rust spots and the lights no longer work. All I did was use the cleaner, which came with the appliances. I built a brand new house and everything within one month had rust. I called Sears, well, guess what, I was over my 30 days so NO WARRANTY on the rust. I called the store and Were sorry to hear that. No discount on my full purchase price either. My husband, who is a builder, said they are more than likely storing the appliances in a damp warehouse and its cheap metal, as steel doesnt rust. In the past, I purchased GE Profile and no problems. Here I have a new house with old looking appliances.

It worked great. We bought it a while ago and it still runs like new. We have a family of 5 and it works great. We use it every day. Wouldnt trade it for anything. So reliable we havent had any issues with it even with daily use for a family of 5. We have 3 dogs and it does great with the dog hair also. So cute. Fits in with all of our appliances. Love the design and load capacity. Its just the right size and the display is easy to read. I think its an excellent deal for what we paid. It has every feature we wanted at an affordable price. Great brand for your buck. The load size and look was cheap compared to other brands.

I love my dryer. Easy to use, like the settings, like the options, quality dryer. The time it takes to dry a load is sufficient, not too long. Vent is easy to empty. The dryer is very reliable. The size is sufficient for a normal load of clothes. Can count on load of clothes being dry after approximately 40 minutes for a large load. Also clothes come out almost wrinkle free if taken out and hung up immediately after dryer is cut off. Happy with color and appearance. Appearance is not all that important to me for a dryer. My washer and dryer are white in color and do not match but look fine together. I am completely satisfied with the value of my dryer. Satisfied with the price I paid, the way it looks, and the way it dries my clothes.

We purchased an LG refrigerator through Sears under Kenmore name with model number 795.71309.011. Fridge is under warranty for only one more week, and the top portion stopped working. Service man told us today that this is a problem with this models bottom drawer design, because you think it is closed but it is open enough to cause a frost problem that freezes the fan. It appears to be a similar problem to other LG refrigerators that have been recalled and the fan can be a fire hazard. Our model has not been recalled, but serviceman said we better get extended warranty because this is a lousy model. If he is telling the truth, it should have been recalled. If he is lying, its a Sears scam to scare us into buying expensive extended warranties. It also took the one week to come out and service, because they ordered a new PCB, but that wasnt even the problem.The service man said that this model has been out five years with this problem with no change in the design. There is too much play in the bottom drawer door. He changed the PCB anyway, because he said he changes 30-40 bad PCBs a year on this model. He also changed the sensor in the freezer drawer door that communicates to the PCB.I feel that in light of his information, Sears should give me the extended warranty for free. They also dented the door when it was originally delivered, and we could never get through on the 800 number to get compensation. And they count on us being too busy to follow through.

Kenmore is a great product that I would highly recommend. It last a very long time with no issues. The washer got the clothes really clean. In my opinion it is even better than the newer front load washing machines that are out now. Kenmore is a brand that you cannot go wrong and a name you can completely trust.

The fridge performance was good and it was cold. The service from company was nice and the fridge worked wonderfully like it should. I was happy with purchase. The fridge size was a bit too small and compact but fit very well in my kitchen and worked out perfectly cool and great and good and easy. A nice appliance. The appearance of the fridge was white and it was tall and cold inside and holds food that I eat and was a good fridge that I bought. I liked it very much. The fridge was a great value and the box was large and the fridge was cold and neat and small. The appliance was good and I love it very much.

It gets the clothes dry in one cycle and it has many settings to fit my various clothes drying needs. Overall it is better than the other dryer I had. It is very reliable. I can set it to dry and then I wont have to keep restarting it. The clothes get dry when I open it up and the timer goes off. It is very sleek and looks like a regular dryer. It is nothing fancy but looks nice and tidy and clean and is not an eyesore. Nothing more to say about that. I would say it was an average price. Not that much more expensive or cheaper than any other dryer that I have seen out there. It was not a major financial setback to buy it.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite, Gentle wash-Canyon Capacity-Quiet Pak Oasis HE Energy Star! The first year, it started knocking. Repair came and replaced parts. Repair man said this was a defective model! The same problem occurred the second time, and today the third time! I was suppose to get a replacement washer, but it never happened! Third time repairman came out, he replaced the computer board, said everything was okay! Ten minutes after he left I placed a small load of colored clothes in - during the spin cycle, it started knocking again! Called expressing my dissatisfaction. This will be the fourth time for the same problem! Sears initially was to bring another washer - never did! Sears sold me a defective washer knowingly! Have purchased service protection agreements, same problem still persists!

Happy is the feeling I get when I see the refrigerator up and running for the last 7 years. Dependable is what I feel! Have had no problems with it and its been running for more than 7 years and a residence move. Its an appliance I shouldnt feel that I have replace because of it not working but of the Women aspect. Over the years some women and men stop loving the refrigerator and want a new one to match the home. Now this is what you have to look for. The refrigerator will last as long as your home does. Previously owned a Kenmore Elite 4 washing machine and loved it but finally needed to get a new washer. Went with another Kenmore Elite, model #796.41482410. It does have a �€�clean washer�€� setting but it does not work so I use other methods to get the moldy smell out of the washer, plus I wipe the tube out and the rubber ring around the door as they get buildup on them. This is something I never had to do with my original washer. We do clean the filter by draining any excess water and cleaning the filter but the filter never has anything on it. All in all we just don�€�t feel like it washes as well as our old one which I would take back in a heartbeat. Wish I could have returned this one but we�€�re stuck with this one for a while.

Me ha llevado 3 horas y he recurrido a sacar el agua en la ducha antes de meterla en la secadora. En cuanto a la duración de un ciclo de lavado, no cuentes con lavar más de una carga al día. It works great. Cost effective. Only complaint is wheels come off at times. But the dishes come out clean and the drying is great. If you are on a budget it is a solid purchase. I am very happy with it. Nice size. Fits a lot of dishes, the top rack is very versatile. It can store different things and in different ways. The silverware caddy removes nice and easy too. I really did not get this model for the looks, it was the price compared to other dishwashers that made it attractive. It looks like a budget model, but it doesnt look bad by any means and fits the kitchen nicely. The job this dishwasher does at the price compared to other brands and models make it a best buy. If you want a dishwasher that is basic and does the job right, this is the way to go.

On 21 August 2011, we returned home from after a weekend away and noticed that our Sears Kenmore refrigerator (Model: 71309) was not working at all. We have purchased this appliance in June of 2009 with a three year extended warranty. We assumed that since the manufacturer warranties the appliance for the first year, our protection would begin once that ended. Clearly, we were misinformed at the time of our purchase. The entire contents of the freezer/refrigerator were lost. We placed a call to 1-800-4MY-HOME and were informed that our protection agreement expired on 30 June 2011 (not quite two months prior). We were told at that time that a technician could not even come to look at the refrigerator until 09 September 2011. When asked if there was any way someone could come and, at least, look at it before then to determine what was wrong, we were told no. On 22 August 2011, I called 1-800-4MY-HOME again to try to discuss any possible options since we buy all of our appliances from Sears. Meanwhile, I had to have another company come out to look at the unit for $89.00 to, at least, find out what was wrong. They came on on 24 August 2011 and determined that the mother board fuse was blown and a whole new mother board must be installed.On 22 August 2011, I spoke with Ella after calling the 1-800 number. Ella was helpful. She informed me that we could purchase a one year extension for our appliance for $163.98. I asked if we could possibly have a courtesy extension to help move the service request along and perhaps avoid the $89.00 fee for someone else to come and look at the refrigerator, she advised no. Once we paid the one year extension of $163.98, we could schedule an emergency service call where someone would come out within five days. I asked why we were not notified that our warranty was going to expire, and was told that no notification was being sent out. Only as a courtesy, we were given the option of extending for the $163.98. I then asked if we could schedule the emergency service first and then my fiance would just call back to give our credit card information. She said no and that we must call back and pay the extension first before we could schedule. My fiance called back that same day and was given an extremely hard time. At first, they told him that the amount to pay was $251.00. He said that I had just called an hour or so ago and was told $163.98. He was told again that it was $251.00. He called me to ask who I spoke with and I advised him that it was Ella. Finally, after being transferred three times, the amount of $163.98 was found to be the amount to pay. Then, when tried to activate the Emergency Service call, they told him that no one could come out until 07 September. He said that there should be a note saying that we are requesting an emergency service because we had been without the refrigerator since 21 August 11. Reluctantly, a call was scheduled for 29 August 2011 between 1 - 4. We asked that a note be put on the account stating that this could not be cancelled. On 29 August 2011, after taking the afternoon off from work, we received a call at 3:30 saying that the technician had called out sick and they had to cancel the appointment. (Why wait until 3:30?) Then, we asked, Does it say that this appointment cannot be cancelled? The reply was, Yes, but there was no technician available to come. They could reschedule for 30 August 2011 between 1 - 4 again. We were not happy but we agreed. I also called to inquire about the food we lost and was told to give the list to the technician. He would have to call the food loss department and verify a few things.On 30 August 2011, at about 3:45, we received the call that the technician was running much too late to get there, asking if could they reschedule. My fiance had been home since 1:00 p.m. After he informed me of this, I called the escalated customer solutions phone number and was treated with no respect stating that we were given the option of cancelling. This was done if your customers had to go back to work or had other plans. I said that the technician wanted to cancel the appointment again. It was already too late to return to work and we had taken two half days already. This was unacceptable. I advised that I didnt care how late they were going to be. I would be there and I wanted a technician to arrive, prepared to fix my refrigerator. The lady on the phone reluctantly checked with scheduling and I was told that someone would be there that day. She could not give me a time, though.I left work and headed home. Half way home, my fiance called to say that the technician arrived at 4:20 and was there for 9 minutes. The technician determined that the mother board was blown, had to order a part, and no one could come back until 14 September to install it (This was Karl from the Blue team). Karl then proceeded to tell my fiance that if he was handy with a screwdriver (since the part was being mailed to our home), my fiance could open up the back of the refrigerator and install the part himself. Wouldnt this void my warranty that I just purchased? He then said that the part would arrive Thursday to our home. My fiance stated that he was not going to install it himself and when he said that he had the food list to give to the technician to call the food loss department, Karl said that he couldnt take that list. It wouldnt be covered anyway, and there was nothing he could do. We would have to wait until the unit was repaired to even attempt to call it in. My fiance was at a loss of words. Karl left after being there for a total of 9 minutes. My fiance called me as I was still on my way home so I attempted to call Sears again and tried to explain that I was extremely dissatisfied with the events that took place. I was told to hold and the line got disconnected. (It was 4:45 when I called). When I called back, I was told that the offices were closed until 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Needless to say, I was not very happy. When I arrived home, I was shocked to find in the mail a renew your warranty letter. The worst part? It said that I had until 03 October 2011 to renew. The cost? $130.00, which was $35.00 cheaper than what we had paid. I am finding all of this to be a huge game being played by Sears. The notice led me to believe that I was covered until 03 October, and to renew, all I had to do was reply and pay $130.00. But I had been disconnected earlier.At 8:00 a.m. on 31 August 2011, I was calling the escalated number once again. The person who answered, after asking for my phone number, did not even let me talk. She said, I see here that there is an emergency part ordered for you and it will be delivered tomorrow. I asked about the 14 September 2011 installation and why was I disconnected last night. She said, Hold on. No, we can have someone there Saturday. I dont know what 14 September you are talking about. I tried to explain what had happened but she said, I can read it all right here, no need. Is Saturday okay for you? Between 9 - 11? I said yes, but... She interrupted me and promptly said, Have a nice day, thank you for calling Sears, and hung up. I have never been so insulted by this entire process. At this point, if the technician does not arrive on Saturday, I would like my refrigerator replaced with a three year warranty.As a bright note, I called the food loss department myself on 1 September 2011. I spoke with Ashley, who was, I must say, amazing. I told her the whole story and asked if the department would be open on Saturday so the technician could call-in the food loss as I was instructed. She said, No, but I can see what a problem you have been having. She proceeded to process the food loss claim without any problems. She was absolutely amazing, nice and helpful. If my whole experience was like this, I would not have been so angry.On Friday, 02 September 2011, we received a call confirming our appointment for Saturday 03 September between 8 - 12. So, by 12:05, when no one had arrived, called or anything, I called the escalated number that I had been calling all week. They informed me that my account was locked and it had been referred to corporate with a case manager. They could not help me other than to pass my number along and have someone call me back within two hours. I expressed my extreme displeasure and the representative informed me that she understood and would have the corporate case manager call me.I decided to call the number that had confirmed our appointment just to ask why no one had appeared at our house. After holding for 17 minutes, the representative informed me that my appointment was cancelled. I said, What? Who cancelled it? You confirmed it yesterday. She said, Well that is an automated call. I said that I didnt care if it was automated or not. It was confirmed, and this is an emergency call that has been an emergency for a long time. I asked to speak to the person who decided to cancel this without letting us know and after holding for a considerable amount of time, my call was disconnected.I called the escalated number and after holding for 15 minutes, I was informed again that my account was locked and referred to corporate. The representative assured me that she would take my number to her manager (who would get in touch with the case manager) and someone would call me back shortly. I had been at home waiting since 8:00 a.m. and it was now 2 p.m.Then, I received a call from case manager Edwins assistant**. She stated that she reviewed my case and that she understood my frustration. Edwin would contact me today. I explained that I would have never known the appointment had been cancelled had I not called them several times. I informed her that I was completely aggravated and that I could no longer afford to take any time from work. It has been 17 days without a refrigerator, I have been hung up on, given more excuses that I can count and lost time from work. I wanted either someone to come on my time to install the part or I wanted the refrigerator picked up and have my money refunded. At this point, I dont want anything from Sears in my home since its nearly impossible to get it fixed or get any help on an emergency situation. Ive had to eat out for three weeks, which I cannot afford. I cant go another day without a refrigerator.As I am typing this email, I received a call from a technician that he was at our home to install a part. I am flabbergasted. I informed him that someone was supposed to be there on Saturday but no one showed up. There was no one home today. He said, So, you are telling me that I cant install this? I said, That is what I am telling you. No one showed up on Saturday and we found out that it was cancelled after six hours of waiting. He said, I just install parts. I dont know anything else. I said, Well, there is no one home. No one knew you were coming. I know that its not your fault but this has been escalated to corporate. No one can get there because we had no idea you were coming.At 9:45, Rowland in routing just called me apologizing. He informed me that someone cancelled the appointment for Saturday, set it up for today without letting anyone know and that should not have happened. He doesnt understand why but he realizes that this was the wrong thing to do. He said that he can have someone come first appointment on Wednesday, 07 September 2011. Meanwhile, I still have no phone call from the case manager or corporate offices. This is completely unacceptable!Today, 07 September 2011, I just got off the phone with 1-800-469-4663 since Rowland informed me that we would be first on the appointment. But now, they informed me that I am on the schedule for tomorrow between 8 - 12. How much longer is this going to go on? I still have not received satisfaction/ resolution from the case manager. I still do not have a working refrigerator (this is Day 19) and again, we are being pushed off until another day. I feel like this is being treated as a joke. This is still completely unacceptable. I am tired of hearing we are sorry, this is beyond being sorry.

My Kenmore washer and dryer have been great. Theyre about 18 years old and electronic controls and I havent had a lick of trouble with them. I grew up with Maytag and they were every dependable but also every costly. So go with Kenmore and get the dependability you want without the higher cost.

It worked well for the price. It lasted a few years before I had to replace it. Overall I did enjoy it for the quality cleaning it provided for me and my clothes. It lasted a long time and managed to keep my clothes dry and clean without taking a long time. It was a quality piece of machinery that makes me want to go and get another. The look is very professional and clean, without being too distracting. I enjoy its quiet presence, not needing to be flashy to be appealing to consumers. I would buy another soon. The washer and dryer are worth the price for the amount of time they last. I feel that it is important to find a good deal, and these two are just that for anyone on a budget.

I bought both a Kenmore washer and dryer in 1980. The washer finally died 2010. But the dryer is still going strong. Yes I have had minor repairs done but I would recommend Kenmore to anyone!

I havent had a problem with it yet and weve had it for over a year now in our new house. It always cleans very thoroughly. The dishware does not ever need to be recleaned or scrubbed. The dishwasher is a little bit loud but other than that I love it. This dishwasher model fits a lot of items. It is probably a little larger than a standard dishwasher model. I can always fit a whole days worth of dishes in it. The dishwasher looks nice. I am not particularly picky with how an appliance looks and do not really factor that in when purchasing it, but this model looks fine. I think that the value of this model is great. It was worth the money paid.

Tuve una lavadora Kenmore blanca. No tuve ningún problema con la limpieza real y tenía todas las campanas y silbatos que necesitaba. Sin embargo, no conseguí que mi dinero valiera la pena.
