The dishwasher was capable of cleaning the toughest of dirty dishes. It was not an energy hog nor does it make a lot of noise. Fortunately for me this dishwasher was already in the house when I purchased it. I am looking forward to upgrading eventually but I havent come close to needing to replace it yet! The size was very good. It was small enough under the cabinet while not taking up too much. The interior was spacious enough for all of my needs. Pots, pans, mugs and pitchers all seemed to fit with ease. The appearance is nice enough; nothing to really make you go wild. It does need a regular wiping down because it seems to be a bit of a dirt magnet. It was obviously worth every penny considering I was fortunate enough to have it already included with the house! I am not sure how much it cost when purchased but, looking at the various models to upgrade, it seems like it would be a decent value.

I dont have to worry about wrinkles with the wrinkle guard. It has enough time on the timer where I do not have to keep restarting it. Its big enough to put in comforters and jeans. Its big enough to dry several pairs of jeans, blankets, wrinkle guard is perfect. My dryer looks sleek, modern. Its easy to clean inside and outside. My dryer shares space in the kitchen area and I dont have to cover it or hide it when company comes over. I was very satisfied with the price of my dryer. It was under 250.00. Very economical. I would buy another one or have it fixed if I ever had a problem with my current dryer.

Esta lavadora la pillé en oferta hace unos 7 u 8 años. Sólo he tenido que llevarla al servicio técnico una vez, que fue por una correa y fue un arreglo fácil. Aparte de eso, el rendimiento ha sido estupendo. Esta es una gran lavadora. Siempre he podido confiar en ella para lavar mis cargas de ropa. No tiene muchas campanas y silbatos, pero tiene lo que se necesita. No es grande ni voluminosa y deja mucho espacio en mi lavadero. Ya se ha amortizado al menos mil millones de veces. Me encanta. Es un producto muy fiable y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

The model worked great and always had cold ice. It was a strong fridge and everything stayed cold and fresh. It worked for many years and never had to replace it. The size was good however I wish that the freezer was a little bigger. But the shelves were great and the storage in the doors was really good. The appearance of the fridge was slick and nice and it was very appealing to the eyes. It was a nice design however it really left fingerprints. The value of the fridge is great and it had a lot of storage space and it came with an ice maker and for the price it was great and would definitely pay it again.

Purchased a french door, bottom freezer Kenmore Elite refrigerator. It is one year old and just out of warranty. I have replaced 2 control boards and another is out. It has been out of service for 8 weeks. Three repair visits and it is still not working. Sears does not stand behind their product. I have spent over $500 in parts and service call and it is still not running. Repairman leaves and I cannot get another appointment for 2 weeks! Most expensive refrigerator I have ever purchased and lasted the least amount of time. I have confirmed with other repairmen I know that say Kenmore is not what it used to be and cant be trusted. Run from Kenmore!

Tengo una estufa Kenmore de 2007 (número de modelo 790.46729700 NF 74118261) que ha tenido que ser reparada tres veces por el mismo problema tras una subida de tensión. Hay que volver a calibrar el aparato. Se adjuntan los recibos de reparación de este trabajo (por un total de 299 dólares) que se produjeron en 2,18,10, 1,25,2011 y más recientemente en 1,26,2012. My experience was very satisfactory. We priced around at many stores, including Best Buy, Silver City, Appliance City, etc. The price of this refrigerator was better than the other stores. The refrigerator was almond color and matched well with my kitchen. It was of ample size and was easy to place large items like pizzas, turkeys, etc. It also kept the foods at proper temps and lasted many years without needing repair. I would most likely purchase stainless steel and Kenmore in the future. I would like this for all of my appliances.

Performance of this particular washer is great. It cleans my laundry very well. I especially love how well it clean and remove stains from my young childs clothes since he is a very rough and tumble play outside in the dirt, fishing and camping etc. Gets all those fun-filled stains out, nearly always, on the first wash. I find this washer to be very reliable. I have had it now for some time and have not had any trouble with it as far as mechanical or broken parts. Holds up well even with doing laundry daily. I also have a matching dryer, maybe not exactly matching, but the two together are very visually appealing. Most laundry rooms arent clean, organized or aesthetically pleasing and I am proud to leave the door open to that room because it is the opposite of all of which I just described. The clean sharp look of the washer and dryer for sure make this area of my house more modern and wonderful. These two items I purchased and own are more expensive than a majority of your standard washer and dryers out there. I feel, however, they were worth the extra money spent. I would spend that again due to my satisfaction with these appliances.

Me encanta la fácil autolimpieza, el temporizador de cocción por botón y las funciones de retardo junto con los 5 quemadores de diferentes tamaños, (también vino con una plancha) el quemador del medio es de forma ovalada. El bloqueo de seguridad para niños y las puertas de toque frío son funciones adicionales importantes, por nombrar algunas. No he tenido ningún problema con el horno o las funciones en los 2 años que he tenido mi horno. Kenmore ha sido una marca sólida y fiable durante muchos años. ¡Me encanta mi horno!

With my Kenmore I enjoy the space provided for storing enough food for myself for a month or even a month and a half, but it also ensures my food is kept perfectly chilled or the freezer part ensures that my meats and frozen foods stay cold and frozen. Within minutes of putting a food item into the fridge or freezer and the Kenmore appliance cools the item easily. I would recommend this appliance brand because the one I have also has been with me for a very long time and still looks to be with me for years to come.

5 year old Kenmore freezer on the bottom. Ice maker does not work and repair person from Sears told me it was not able to be fixed as Kenmore no longer makes the parts for my 5 YEAR OLD refrigerator. Thus, I must replace the entire $2000 product.

I do not recommend buying Kenmore Elite appliances. We bought the suite and all 4 appliances have required repeat service calls. The refrigerator has broken down twice and had to be replaced. The range had to be repaired. The dishwasher had to be repaired. The microwave had to be repaired and might need to be replaced. If you buy these appliances, you will have to buy the extended warranty otherwise, you will be faced with thousands of dollars of repair cost once the original warranty expires. I expect that these appliances will need to be replaced within 3-5 years and we will not buy Kenmore Elite.

Kenmore Elite Oasis washer - I bought ours in 07 and started having trouble 6 months after we bought it! It wouldnt start when you pushed the button! We had to keep turning it off and on to get it to finally start! My husband is a Mr. Fix It so he figured out it was the computer board! He made sure all the wires were attached and such! I called Sears to complain and of course, they said I could get a repairman out! I told them it was 6 months old! My husband ordered a new board and put it in then it worked! Then a few months later, it started leaking water on the floor! Thank goodness its in the basement with a drain by it! So I kept using it! So yesterday, I heard a horrible racket coming from the basement, so I ran down and it was spinning with this terrible noise coming from it. So Ive been looking on the net for answers. They did recall them but not until 2010! So mine is too old! Hopefully, my husband can fix it again! Im so disappointed in this washer! You would think for as much money you spend, it wouldnt have this many problems! Our 1st washer lasted 20 years. It was a Maytag. Im not sure if that brand is better or they just dont make them like they used to. I would never recommend this washer to anyone!

They have nice refrigerator. They are good and last long. Have different appliances 2 doors and one door on them. Clean and build big. Easy to move around and take out. Inside is nice. I have not tried any other one but this one.

We purchased in Apr. 2013. Would not get item clean. Would not even get all items wet. Called for service. Waited 3 weeks to get a tech to the house. Sears shipped wrong control board. Tech put shipped board in washer. He said it would work until they sent the correct control board. Waited 2 months, no new board. Called Sears and they stated, The board was still on back order and did not know when it would be available. I asked for a replacement. Replacement was delivered. Machine did the same thing as the first machine. Call back and asked for a replacement with a different model. Replacement was $1500.00 cheaper than the original set. (Oh, btw it is now Oct. 2013) Sears will not refund us the difference. The problem was with your product. Shame on you Sears!!!!! I will never purchase from Sears again.

The refrigerator works pretty well. It had a nice temperature - not freezing, not melting. Much better than my last fridge - never seemed to work. This fridge was a challenge to get into the house but is quite small once past the doorway. I would suggest finding a nice corner for the fridge of this size. The metallic look fits in with my kitchen theme. I love the modern feel, and this refrigerator is right for me! I would suggest having a black countertops... It looked nice in my house. The cost was not ridiculously high because of the good quality, however, it could be a little bit cheaper to purchase. It was worth the money spent on it.

Works well, refrigerator side keeps cool with adjustable temperature. Freezer side cools fast. Ice machine works very well. No reliability issues. Freezer side has four or five compartments. Refrigerator side has lots of bin space and storage on the back of the door. Easy to move along the floor. Refrigerator has a nice stainless steel front with two long stainless steel handles for the freezer and refrigerator section. Ice maker dispenser is all black. Overall is a good value since it has good reliability, a nice modern stainless steel appearance, good storage space in both sections, and a functional ice dispenser.

This thing really is amazing! Its looks really nice, and kinda futuristic! I like how it looks different from everything else. Its quite cool actually! I love it so much! I would get another if I could.

I bought this washer in 2005 at a Sears outlet store. Now keep in mind I live alone so I dont do a lot of laundry, much below the average family, yet here I am 10 years later and somehow this thing is now not cycling through a wash load. Way to go Kenmore -- 10 years, thats it. Now I got to pay for a repair or buy ANOTHER one. Before I had this wash I had an old Kenmore washer that was 25 YEARS OLD and not one issue. I can tell you this, never again will I buy your crap. This is disgraceful and you can bet I will also pass my displeasure with Kenmore on social media every chance I get.

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator about 14 months ago. The thermostat and tower had to be replaced. It cost 400.00. I received no HELP from Kenmore or Sears. They told me my warranty ran out. The people in the call center are useless. I will take this matter further. All I want them is to pay for the parts. They said NO.

Electrónica endeble en la cocina de gas 7131 - ¡Sabes que es malo cuando tienes que pegar tu cocina con epoxi para cocinar! Utilicé mi cocina unas 5 veces en el transcurso de 2 años en mi casa de campo cuando el módulo electrónico se rompió y cayó dentro de la cocina. Fast and efficient. Has a wide variety of cleaning modes each with a high, normal, and light setting - can select the perfect options for what you need to wash. Has never had an issue or broken for any reason. Seems to work as well as it did the day I bought it, I bought it about five years ago. The Kenmore Washer has a very striking appearance. Modern, stylish and with either a black or white finish. It transforms the laundry room into a room you wouldnt mind company seeing. Good value. Was a little bit more expensive than other models, although this Kenmore Washer has more features and options than even a mid tier washer.

Clean well, works well - washes fast. Laundry comes out smelling good - great machine, last forever - cant overload it. Thats my favorite part about it. My husband broke our other washer that way thats why we got yours. Like the design, like the shape, like how easy it is to get to the buttons and how easy it is to put the soap in - very easy to use washer, nice washer. Did pay that much a very good deal, great value, got a lot of use for the price. I couldnt have ask for a better price. We do probably 3 loads a day in that machine.

If you have nice clothes you want better dependable washers and dryers to keep your clothes nice. You want to be able to keep your clothes looking new and not all day every time you wash and dry them. You want to be able to wash and dry your clothes knowing that the machinery is not going to break down any time while youre using them. We have never had to have a service person come up to the house to look at any of our washer dryers that are the Kenmore brand. Its now the year 2016 getting ready to be the 2017. You want top of the line modern appliances that fit with your interior and the modern look of your house. You dont want washer and dryers that look like theyre made in the 1950s. We bought our washer and dryer brand new and even with the payments had them paid off within a year and a half. Very reasonable and didnt even notice the money missing from our banking accounts as the we paid the bills.

Loved the design. The water and ice component made life easy. Definitely would recommend this product to others. I was able to fit enough food for a family of 4. During the holidays, the turkey and ham was able to fit with a gallon of milk and leftovers. It was very sleek design. Modern and can fit in any kitchen and home. The stainless steel is a great design. The two side-by-side doors come in handy. It is an expensive refrigerator but it is competitive and worth the money. Stands high above other refrigerators. Great value for what you get.

I always have plenty of room, even after a stock-up shopping trip. Organized to make good use of adjustable shelves and bins. Goes very well with the design and aesthetics of my kitchen. Stands out as being high quality and enhances the overall appearance of the kitchen. Excellent value. We looked at numerous brands, and even those that were higher priced didnt compare in quality, durability, or appearance.

This Kenmore top loading high Efficiency low Water washer #2130 is a piece of crap, always having problems with the balance. The machine is level on all sides. And we tried all to fix this problem to no avail. Bought at sears in Elliot Lake outlet store 6 months ago.

Never had a problem with this model. I enjoyed using it, and it always got the job done. Very satisfied. This model lasts a long time as well. Fits a weeks worth of laundry in one load. Never been unable to do laundry except for in power outages and thats expected to happen. Very reliable to me. Not an elegant design. Not very sleek. Looks like an average machine for a typical price. Simple and easy to clean. White matches my decor. Paid typical price for it. Didnt expect any specialty features, didnt get any. Im okay with that. Does the job I expect it to. Much laundry has been done in this machine. Worth it!

I purchased a Kenmore washer at 6pm on 8/11/11, took it home and did not work. I called back to the store and I was told to get online and troubleshoot. I could not get a service tech as the purchase was new; not in the system yet. I called repair tech on 8/12 but could not get an appointment until the afternoon of 8/15. The store manager is not available until 1:00 on 8/12. At 2:47 no call was received from the manager. I called executive office and said they were sending a tech this evening. I purchased tires (4) from Sears; truck shook bad. I was told to take it to Dobbs and if they said the tires were bad that Sears would replace them.

My Kenmore Elite top loading washer does not adequately submerge my clothes, especially comforters in the bulky/bedding setting with water. Nor does it agitate and move the clothes around to wash them. The drum simply goes back-and-forth so the same clothes that were on the top at the beginning of the cycle are still on the top at the end of the cycle. Bulky items never change position at all. Furthermore, I do not use bleach, but the bleach container has eroded and rusted all around it. I am not satisfied with how this washes my clothes.

The overall quietness of it is great. Cant even tell its on. And it keep every compartment cooled/chilled just to what the setting is set at. I love it! It has such great storage and adjustable drawers and shelves. I couldnt ask any more from such a great unit! Please never change how well you make this fridge. It is a very sleek design and well polished looking. I love the stainless steel look to it! Never change how you do what you do. Its perfect in every way. As prices though, it could always be lower. The more money saved is always something the customer would like to have. Plus it leaves more money to spend on other things.

I bought a Kenmore Elite washer from Sears on 2014. I was highly encouraged to get the warranty for about $325 for ONE year; which I did. A year and three weeks later, my warranty was expired and the washer started to stop in the middle of the cycle and giving an LE ERROR. The manual says its the MOTOR - turn on and off the washer. If the error continues then call customer service. I called and they told me indeed is the motor, gave me a quote of $260 for the new motor & installation OR to pay $360 for ONE YEAR of warranty and this would cover the parts and installation. The conclusion is that I feel all they want is to keep getting my money & sold me a faulty washer which only worked for ONE YEAR! Its just me and my husband, I took very good care of the washer, and the customer service representative said: Its a factory fault. Theres nothing you did or could do about it. Im extremely MAD! I was considering to buy the dryer, but now I will definitely look for other brands!

Im on my third Kenmore and have been fairly lucky with it. This model has a tendency for the drawers to fall out but other than that its been good. Its got a big top freezer and lots of storage space in the fridge part. The switch that operates the light doesnt work anymore but everything else works fine. I guess its 15 yrs. old.

Kenmore is my favorite brand. The design is spectacular and the appearance is unique. In addition, it has a perfect size. My food and drinks are well located for its size. It has different types of freezers and a great variety to choose from. I recommend it to my friends and my family. I love Kenmore.

I bought our 1st kenmore fridge about 15 years ago. It served us very well. Never had a problem with it until about three years ago the old girl just finally gave up. We had such good luck with that one we went out, got a new one. I would highly recommend Kenmore appliances.

I have to say I am more than disappointed with your product. I had all G.E appliances and had so many problems with them, that I changed them all out to Kenmore. Sept 2016, I purchased a dishwasher. Service call to put in was 4 months later (I had some construction going on). It seemed beautiful, quiet, and really cleaned the dishes until about a year later, it cleaned less and wasnt really sure if it was working properly. It continued to get worse and I called SEARS to service it with the protection plan I purchased. I was told it was the sum motor and would be over $500 to fix. The service man said do you hear this sound, it sounds like it�€�s trying to start (like a swishy sound), and I said yes, it always sounded that way. He said it could have been a defect. In getting ready to contract it to be fixed, SEARS argues there was no plan; however it states it on my receipt (Dishwasher Order #9-------) Sears Protection Agreement (purchased separately). Stuck with BROKEN DISHWASHER!

These units are a separate matched pair, Kenmore Elite ref and freezer. I purchased these units in Jan. 2011 but didnt plug them until Sept. 2011 because I remodeled the kitchen. Neither unit worked properly. From the start, the freezer would not get below 22 deg. The repairs finally got the freezer working. The ref has never gotten below 39 deg. with temp control on 7. The compressor has been replaced, thermostat, the timer and then rechecked at another appointment but it still will not cool. On 24 Nov., it was 48 deg, on the 25th, 42 deg. Today it is 40. deg. I have had at least 7 or 8 appointments for these units. On Nov. 24, 2012, I had to purchase another Kenmore ref as a back up because I cannot depend on this unit, which I could not afford because I am on a fixed income (disabled). I talked to lemon service, 1 800 927 7836, today. Their service records are not accurate. One comment from the Tech repairman stated I didnt want any more service. This is not correct. He said he didnt know what else to do. I need to be contacted about more info. Please.

Purchased a Kenmore washer from Sears for $399.99 1 year+4 months ago. Service tech. says transmission has gone out. To repair, Sears wants $502.56 + service call of $79; $581.56 to repair a washer they sell new for $399. There are only two of us in this household (me 70 and my wife 68). We dont do a lot of laundry. This machine is a piece of junk. DO NOT buy Kenmore!

This dishwasher is quiet and gets the job done but not amazing. I really like it for the moment but plan on upgrading in the near future. Has been a good size but now that my children are getting older, I think we need to upgrade to a higher capacity dishwasher, hopefully sooner than later. I really like the appearance. Looks nice in my kitchen. But I think next time I will choose something different just to have a change with remodeling our kitchen. The price was reasonable but you get what you pay for, so if its too cheap, you will be sorry, and if you pay a lot, you will have a quite nice cleaning dishwasher.

I had a Kenmore washer and dryer over 20 years ago. They were satisfactory, but I dont know if they are now state of art. Most of the American made washers and dryers, unfortunately are not of the quality of Samsung, LG and the European producers.

I have owned by Kenmore Washer and Dryer for over 20 years. It has been reliable and I have had only a couple minor issues with them, but not bothersome enough to call for repair. Occasionally, in the washer, a load will become unbalanced and because I am not strong enough to adjust the feet on the bottom, I just rearranged the clothes inside the washer to stop the loud banging noise. With the dryer, the only issue I have is that it seems that the heat sensor might be off a little because it feels to me like the dryer is always drying on a high setting not matter what setting I select. To deal with this on my delicate fabrics, I dry them on touch-up which is a somewhat cool setting. But I would say for owning these appliances for over 20 years, I am very satisfied with them.

Uses low water and cleans well. The dryer dries fast and is very quiet. Easy to balance. The washer cleans very well with low spin rumble. I love this washer... great warranty and long lasting product. I have had mine for a few years and never had any problem with either even the paint holds up to many uses and loads. I like the appearance... its compact but yet big enough for large and extra large family laundry loads. Easy to read controls and a very hard and sturdy paint finish. After a lot of physical in-store research and online searches the was the best price around for this great washer and dryer combo. With the great warranty its even a better value.

It always works very well - we never had a problem with it. It is small for the growing family but it works great all the time. We have never had a problem with it and it runs well. Great, never worried that we would open the door to spoiled food. The refrigerators size is a downfall with a growing family. We usually use it as a second fridge to have enough room for the familys food. Always looks great. Easy to wipe down, easy to clean soap and water. Great looking all the time. The kids can get handprints and mud dirt and grime all over and it still wipes down with paper towels easy. The price we paid for the fridge and how long weve owned it has been a tremendous value. The price at the time was a bit over what we could afford at the time but we knew it was something that would last quite some time and it has been well worth it.

Cocina Kenmore 9240 - Cambiamos los electrodomésticos de nuestra cocina hace un año. El primer problema es el tiempo de precalentamiento de este horno. El horno necesita de 25 a 30 minutos para precalentarse. El servicio técnico me dijo que esto se debe a que no hay bobinas en la parte inferior de los nuevos hornos, por lo que tardan más. ¡¡¡¡¡Qué dolor!!!!! ¡¡¡Por favor, denme las bobinas antiguas y déjenme precalentar en 10 minutos!!! Luego utilicé la función de autolimpieza. El calor era tan intenso (840 grados) que literalmente derritió los gabinetes resurgidos al lado del horno. El técnico de reparación dijo que esto era muy común para este horno, y que el vendedor debería habernos informado sobre esto. ¡¡¡¡Adivina qué - lo hizo!!!! Ahora tengo que pagar para reparar mi nueva cocina. Sears no lo haría. ¡¡¡¡Si usted tiene gabinetes de cocina revestidos - aléjese de los hornos Sears!!!!

My washer/dryer has always worked and never gave me any problems, always gets the job done. Ive had it for at least 8 years. They are very good quality and last a long time. I shouldnt even be needing a new washer/dryer for the next couple years, even though Id had mine for 8+ years.

I am so unhappy with this washing machine. It simply does not rinse the soap residue from dark fabrics. The last batch of dark colors, navy, black, jeans, etc. came out with white soap marks all over. I rewashed with no soap and added a rinse cycle. Still bad! I washed a king size teal colored blanket. After three rinses, I hauled the wet thing to the Sears store and showed them all the soap residue. They told me I used too much soap! Now I use a fraction of the soap and still get the residue. Dont buy this...

It cools quickly and is easy to clean. The door shelves have plenty of room. I like the milk shelf. I like the two crispers with adjustable humidity. It is a good size for us. The milk indentation on the door is good and allows the milk to stay put. The shelf height is good for our needs. I like the color. It is black and looks good in the kitchen. It doesnt show dirt or smudges on the door. It fits nicely into our kitchen. It was a good value for the money. Weve had it about six months and have not had any problems. I would highly recommend it for an average sized family who needs a basic roomy refrigerator.

This washer has never given me any issues and is very easy to use. It is standard size and capacity and the standard color white. I have had this washer for many years and will buy Kenmore appliances in the future. This washer has always worked as expected and never given me any major issues. I have had to on occasion replace a belt or what not but have not had any major issues with this appliance. It looks like every other washer that I have ever owned. Kenmore offers a good value as you get a high quality name brand product for a value price. The service at sears where you purchase it is also typically very good.

On July 25, 2011, I first called Sears to report that my Kenmore Elite H5t washing machine was not working. The error code was an F35, which means the overflow switch needed to be replaced. An appointment was scheduled for August 3, 2011. My daughter sat home for hours waiting for the tech to arrive, which they never did. They claimed that they called both my home and cell. No such calls were placed, as I have caller ID at home and my cell identifies the phone number. When asked why they never showed up, I was told by Sears Service that the appointment that I received was a forced appointment not a saved. I was a bit taken back by their answer. Wow! I had no idea that an appt took on a totally whole new meaning; where was I when this took place.Anyhow, I had to reschedule another appt for August 10, 2011 and made sure I requested a saved appt this time. I further told Sears Service that there was not only an F35 code but now an F20 code as well, which means an inflow water restrictions. I told Sears that there was no water restriction into the machine nor was there a drop in water pressure. When the Sears Tech arrived on August 10, 2011, he replaced the overflow switch and told my daughter that the machine was fixed. Yet, when I attempted to do a load of wash on August 12, 2011, the machine was showing the F20 again. I called Sears Service again and told them that the Sears Tech never fixed the problem with the F20 on August 10, 2011. Sears Service informed me that there were no notes on my file of the Tech performing a diagnostic test, in which he should have done to determine what was causing the F20 code. So I had to schedule another appt for August 22, 2011. Mind you, I made sure I asked if this appt was a saved or forced appt. I was now told by Sears Service that they had away with the forced appt sometime in the beginning of August 2011. I was like this is unbelievable. When the Sears Tech (Jeff-excellent tech) arrived on August 22, 2011, I told him that I believed that it was the PC Board that needed to be replaced because the display panel was showing all sorts of characters and shapes. He did a diagnostic test and confirmed that the control board did need to be replaced and would order the part and that another Sears Tech would be back on August 31, 2011 to install the control board. I told Jeff that I would be contacting Sears Service to confirm said appt. I did such on August 24, 2011 and all was confirmed with the Sears Service Dept for August 31, 2011.Well, August 31, 2011 came and guess what? Once again, the Sears Tech never showed up or even called leaving my daughter waiting for hours again. By this point, I was livid and demanded to speak with a Sears Service Manager. The Manager apologized and offers me a laundry credit for every 7 days that Im unable to use my machine but fails to tell me that there is a cap on this laundry credit of $100. I informed the Manager that the time constrains that Sears places on its customers waiting for a Sears Tech to arrive is unreasonable and especially for people who are key employees of their company cant leave their job or are made to wait for hours for Sears to show up. More so, it put my daughters new job at risk because she had to request 3 separate times off from her job for a Sears appt; of which 2 of the times Sears never showed up and the other time the Tech never fixed the machine. Her employer told her in a joking fashion that she was making a lot of demands for a new employee requesting so much time off. The Sears Service Manager apologized and now offered me a Saturday appt. This was news to me, as I was told in the past that appts were only scheduled between Monday-Friday.Now an appt for Saturday, September 10, 2011 was scheduled for a Sears Tech to install the control board between 8am-12pm. At 9:37am the morning of my appt, Sears left a message on my home phone that they were experiencing a high volumes of delays in the field and would not be at my home during the scheduled time but later. I immediately contacted Sears Service requesting to speak with a Manager but each time I was disconnected. By the fourth call, Sears Service assured me that I would not be disconnected. Well, they did not disconnect me. However, what they did was, instead of connecting me to a Manager, they connected me to another irate customer that was also holding for a Manager.I finally gave up! The Sears Tech (Jeff) finally came that day and replaced the control board and did a complete diagnostic test of the entire machine and told me that all was good. I proceeded to do wash by the third load the machine was now displaying an F17 code. I contacted Jeff on his cell and informed him of this error code F17. He told me that there is no such thing as an F17 with this washing machine. I was like Jeff I do know how to read and it says F17. I took a picture my washing machine with the F17 code flashing for proof (date and time of picture was 9/10/11 @ 5:37pm). Jeff told me to stop the machine and restart the wash cycle, I did and the same thing again an F17; the wash just stops in the middle/end of the cycle leaving the machine full of water with wet clothes. Jeff told me that I would have to make another appt with Sear Service.At this point, I am so livid, I contacted Sear Service and told them to just give me a new machine and be done with it already. They informed me of their lemon law that the machine has to have 4 separate problems within a 12 month prior, before they will even consider replacing it. Heres the kicker, ultimately even after the 4th time, its up to their discretion if they want to replace the machine or not. I am so done with Sears!

I only have one complaint - is the front load washer gets a bad smell. I have tried a lot of products but none really help. The water stays in the rubber ring and molds. So the next time I will buy a top load.

It kept my food the correct temperature and was easy to fit lots of things in. Never had a problem. The freezer had a light too which was nice. I hate not being able to see in the freezer late at night when Im hungry.

I can no longer use the rinse aid feature. Does a poor job cleaning. It has great features, but they dont work anymore. Stopped working in less than a year. Totally adequate. Looks fine. Just doesnt work all that well. It was great when it worked. Made a big difference in the way dishes looked and its been very disappointing ever since.

The washer and dryer was durable. It last a long time with no problems. It got my clothes very clean and it never broke down. I would recommend this washer to a friend. I have always been happy because it gave me no problems. It performed great, economic on water use and energy efficient, stable, cleans well. Has different cycles. The appearance was nice and the capacity is very large so you can get laundry done in a timely manner. Its energy efficient. It is a great value whatever price you pay and of high quality.

Compramos un refrigerador Kenmore de Sears en abril de 2015 y en las últimas semanas comenzó a tener un problema con la refrigeración. Sear Kenmore Elite Range 79032363E410 - El horno no mantiene la temperatura en absoluto. Una vez canceló el programa por sí solo. El horno está fuera de 20-30 grados. El técnico me dijo que comprara un medidor de temperatura normal para el horno y lo hice. Estaba a 50 grados. Mi horno ha sido reparado 4 veces. Han sustituido las bobinas, la placa base e incluso el encendedor superior, etc. Me dijeron que una vez más y podría tener uno nuevo. He hecho que vengan una vez más a reparar porque sigue haciendo lo mismo. Compré la garantía extendida y me alegro de haberlo hecho. Este es el peor horno. Hace un par de años compramos un refrigerador y congelador Kenmore Elite y funcionó muy bien durante un año, pero el año pasado tuvimos que gastar más de 700 dólares para reemplazar una pieza y ahora tuvimos que gastar 95 dólares para que alguien viniera a revisarlo porque dejó de funcionar de nuevo y dijeron que ahora tiene una fuga de refrigerante. Si hubiera sabido que íbamos a tener que poner tanto dinero nos habríamos limitado a comprar otra marca y nos habríamos ahorrado la molestia de tener continuamente a alguien en casa para que nos revisara el frigorífico. Los gastos que hemos pagado para que nos arreglen las cosas ni siquiera incluyen la cantidad de dinero que hemos tirado debido a la pérdida de comida cuando dejó de funcionar las dos veces.

Rápido, rápido, silencioso, hace el trabajo, se ve bien y funciona muy bien. Me encanta mi lavavajillas. No puedo esperar a actualizar todos mis electrodomésticos si esta es una buena marca de larga duración. Tamaño perfecto, no ocupa mucho espacio pero puede contener una buena cantidad de vajilla, espacio perfecto para todo, demasiado bonito, aspecto interior y exterior. El lavavajillas es bonito, elegante y de aspecto limpio, encaja muy bien con los demás electrodomésticos y da un toque de elegancia a toda la cocina. Una muy buena relación calidad-precio, son de larga duración e incluso después de años de uso son problemas menores que se arreglan de forma barata, rápida, sencilla y fácil, por lo que nunca pierden realmente su valor.

Compré esta lavadora de carga superior Kenmore serie 700 en Sears hace menos de un año. Pensé que la compra de una lavadora que ahorraba agua era consciente del medio ambiente; sin embargo, para mi sorpresa, terminé usando más agua tratando de limpiar la ropa. Esta lavadora no sólo no limpia la ropa sino que no es fiable en el día a día. Acabé usando la ropa en dos ciclos sólo para limpiarla. El agua apenas cubre la ropa incluso en la configuración de llenado profundo. A menudo se desnivela el tambor atando la ropa en nudos y ahora no funciona en absoluto. Esto es el epítome de la ineficiencia. No recomiendo este producto a nadie. Normalmente soy muy fácil de complacer pero Kenmore ha manchado su nombre con esta máquina. Le di una calificación de una estrella porque era la más baja disponible, pero le habría dado 0 estrellas si hubiera sido una opción.

Mi última lavadora y secadora fue Maytag. Lo tuve 13 años, nunca una llamada de servicio. Lo dejamos en nuestra casa cuando la vendimos. Fuimos y compramos un nuevo juego Kenmore. Después de leer algunos de estos comentarios sobre Kenmore ... siempre fiable, correr para siempre, etc. Eso es lo que pensé. Tenía Kenmore en el pasado andamp; era feliz. Bueno... ¡los tiempos han cambiado! No soy una persona de alta gama... pagando por campanas yamp; silbatos que ni siquiera voy a usar. Este modelo 25132 es la línea media, pero no tiene el gran agitador, pero la capacidad de 4,3 para cargas GRANDES.1st mth lo odiaba ... ruidoso, caminando por todas partes cuando giraba. Los llamé. El servicio técnico dijo que no había nada malo en ella... que estaba usando el detergente adecuado. ¡¡¡ESTÁ BIEN!!! ¡¡Qué!! El detergente lo hace vibrar. Creo que no. Casado 50 años. Nunca he tenido una nueva lavadora hacer esto. Por cierto, estaba usando el detergente adecuado. La placa del agitador de la marca de 3 años se rompió... se desprendió. Reemplazado eso. Estoy seguro de que todas las sacudidas y las vibraciones tuvieron algo que ver con eso. Ahora, 3 meses después, la vibración es tan mala que golpea las paredes, se vuelve hacia los lados, etc. Llamé al servicio técnico de nuevo. El tambor está doblado de nuevo, estoy seguro de todos los golpes alrededor. Reparación costosa. Así que voy a coger el dinero de la reparación y comprar una lavadora nueva. Pero leyendo los comentarios, parece que todas las marcas tienen algunos de los mismos problemas. Reparador dijo Whirlpool ha comprado Maytag andamp; otras marcas por lo tanto todo ha ido cuesta abajo. ¡¡¡Realmente decepcionante!!!

Después de usar lavadoras de carga superior toda mi vida. Mi esposa y yo decidimos actualizar a un nuevo conjunto de Kenmore de carga frontal, y secadora a juego. Esta tiene que ser la lavadora más lenta, con un tamaño de carga promedio de una hora o más. Huele a moho todo el, y seguimos las instrucciones de limpieza del fabricante. Incluso dejamos la puerta completamente abierta cuando no está en uso. No consigue limpiar la ropa, ni siquiera con cargas pequeñas. Nunca la hemos cargado más de la mitad, y no se comprime. La tenemos desde hace unos 4 meses y ojalá volviéramos a tener nuestra vieja y desgastada secadora de carga superior. Aunque la secadora funciona bien, nunca recomendaría esta lavadora a nadie.

Kenmore tiene una gran reputación, además muchos amigos y familiares me la recomendaron. Crecí con esta marca en mi casa y no es tan cara como otras marcas. No necesito colores extravagantes ni nada por el estilo. Sólo quería algo fiable, barato y que pudiera hacer el trabajo. Me gustan mucho todas las características de mi nuevo lavavajillas. Consigue que mis platos estén súper limpios y tiene varios ajustes en él, incluyendo el súper pesado para mis ollas y sartenes. Sin embargo, me gustaría que fuera más fácil de limpiar. Tiene un ajuste de autolimpieza pero tengo que comprar un jabón especial que sólo viene en un tamaño.

The Kenmore washer and dryer were excellent appliances. At the time that I owned them our family was comprised of seven people so the machines were given quite a workout. Soccer and baseball uniforms needed to be cleaned along with towels and work clothes, all with different cleaning requirements. My Kenmore washer and dryer were up to the tasks. I was always satisfied with the quality of cleaning the machines did.

The lights in the refrigerator compartment would not shut off and it is starting to overheat and smell like burning plastic or wires. I placed a call to Sears for service and was told initially that the issue would not be covered. I explained to the representative that this could have been a serious problem resulting in property loss or death if a fire resulted. I told them that I had noticed many other complaints posted on the Internet referring to the same issue.I asked to be transferred to the recall department and spoke with a lady, who explained to me, after placing my call on a brief hold, that there was, in fact, a recall (Model: SF-46-515-R5). The telephone number I had called was 1-800-469-4663. I was told that it was a recall from LG. Apparently, they had made the refrigerator for Sears Kenmore Brand. The parts are on back order and when they are shipped, I will be notified and the service will be done free of charge.

Nice and clean washing dishes machine. Works very fast and smells great. I love it. Hasnt break yet so I would recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for one. This fit my need, very small and compact. It cleans very well. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a machine that clean dishes well. The design and appearance is very nice. I like the color I chose which was white, very sleek and nice and appealing and attractive. The color is the best because it wont get dirty. I would recommend this because of the value and such you get great quality out of the price you are paying for a machine like this.

The model number of these two Kenmore refrigerators is 106 71194101; S/N for the one in our kitchen is EM2815239, the S/N for the one in our basement is EM3413223. The refrigerator in our kitchen started depositing water in the cabinet area, coming out of the tower. I placed a container under the tower to catch the water and this continued for a week, when we finally called the service department. The service representative knew immediately what was wrong with the refrigerator. He said it was frozen up and was depositing the water that should be going into the defrost pan into the cabinet area via the tower. He said it was a faulty design of this particular model refrigerator. He tore the entire freezer area apart and there was ice accumulated on the coils and under the bottom pan of the freezer area. This cost us $140 (a senior discount). Just a couple of weeks ago, this refrigerator again started to deposit water in the cabinet area, so we knew what the problem was and we tore the freezer area apart, as the service representative had done and removed all the ice that had once again accumulated in the freezer area. These refrigerators are supposed to be frost-free and this is getting to be quite a job, as in the last week, we also found water had accumulated in our basement refrigerator. Quite a large amount of water was in the cabinet as we do not get into this refrigerator daily. So once again, we had to put all the food in coolers and dismantle the freezer and had to use a hair dryer, due to the fact that the ice had become very thick around the tower and we could not remove the bottom pan until we melted it. This is getting very annoying and a lot of work having to remove all the food from the freezer and trying to keep it frozen, so it wont spoil. We have been very loyal customers of Sears. We have always had Sears washers and dryers, many tools have been purchased by my husband, lawn mowers, blowers, etc. Actually, I worked for Sears in the Credit Dept. Canton, OH after my graduation in 1948, until I was married in 1949. I was a very active shopper from the catalog, for our children, when I was working, made if very convenient to use. Just had to pick up the items at the catalog dept. I still buy many things of clothing for our grandchildren and great-grandchildren from Sears. We are so disappointed in these 2 refrigerators. I would like to know if you have any suggestions as to how the poor design of these refrigerators can be corrected so they do not freeze up. Thank you. I had purchased a Single door Kenmore refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom about two years ago. I bought it from Sears and had a really good experience with them and was able to find a refrigerator in my price. I have never had any problems with my Kenmore. It has held up really well in the last two years. I would recommend this brand if you want someone affordable and good quality.

Prefiero que sea más fuerte o que suene una melodía para poder escuchar cuando está listo.
