I recently bought a Kenmore refrigerator to be exact 5 months ago and its already not working! How is this possible? How can you spend your hard earned money on a product that will break down on you in less than 5 months? I called for repairs and was told why I didnt add a protection plan. WHY should I! I shouldnt have to worry about something so expensive breakdown on me so fast. After throwing away all the food that went bad I had to wait 4 days for a technician. I was greeted with a very smelly, rude and ignorant man that did nothing but tell me that he needed to order a motor and left.I called Sears Repair and was told I had to wait another 3-5 days for the motor to come in and then... Make an appointment for another technician to come in. So what do I do for food? Eat out a can for a week? Will I be reimburse for all the breakfast, lunch and dinners I have to pay for until they fix my broken down expensive new refrigerator? I am beyond disappointed with this issue. I will gladly forward my receipt if requested but at this time I do not have it. Item was bought at Sears (Cottman Plaza) in Northeast Philadelphia PA on 8/7/2016.

I do not think about the refrigerator or its functionality so therefore, I think that it is a good thing. It does what is expected with no interruptions. It is reliable and handles my cold storage needs providing adequate space and well designed interiors for placement and storage for a variety of items.

It worked fine. I didnt use it that often because I was a college student but it never broke and when I wash my clothes they came out wet and then I put them in the dryer and they dried. It was very reliable in that for the nine months I lived in the house that had one it never broke. I never had to call a repairman person. It didnt look ugly. I was very pleased with its value. It came with the house and the rent was low. It probably wasnt very expensive.

I have had several dishwashers. MY best one was a Kenmore - 30 years ago. Well, I dont know what has happened but this last Kenmore dishwasher is a piece of JUNK! Not only have the wheels on the arms broken 3 times (that pull the top rack in and out) but it does not clean. Filth and small granules of food are stuck on the inside of cups and glasses, plates feel sticky. When trying to troubleshoot, it looks like the spray arms are not working/moving. For what I have spent in replacing parts it hardly seems worth it to invest anymore in this thing. Very Disappointed. When I went out looking to replace it, was told that any American Made Dishwasher is only made to last 5-7 years tops! And that is why they push the extended warranty. Well I think that this throw away attitude and lack of quality from manufacturers is pathetic. I have been told to look at European models, specifically Miele. In needing other new appliances I Will NOT Be Looking at any Kenmore (Whirlpool) products! Kenmore is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

The Kenmore washer and dryer I have is dependable and works well. I love the low maintenance. They were reasonably priced and purchased from Sears. The washer cleans well and is easy to use. The dryer works well, too, and is quiet. The washer is a front loader and white in color.

Had both a washer and a dryer awhile ago. They both worked fine and lasted pretty long. When we had to buy ones we bought different brands because they were less expensive and they work just as good. Weve had a lot of Kenmore products over the years.

I like the style of the models and nothing bothered me and Ive had the dryer 13 years and the washer 1 year replaced another brand. If it was a bad deal I wouldnt have bought it and they are known to have great appliances and always works and good and doesnt fall apart. Kenmore works and doesnt let you down, and you can count on them to help you with your appliances and set you up with top of the line products that you can count on.

My fridge has had icicles forming on the inside of the freezer door and freezer frame. It is caused from the factory not making it airtight. They will not replace these fridges. They will only send a repair man to fix everything by using silicone all around the whole thing. It is apparent all these models 970R424123 Serial number BA54922901 Model type AD-18 were made with the same problem. Very dissatisfied with fridge and service. All people should be posting their dissatisfaction with this product which is owned by Electrolux!!!

We bought a new Kenmore side by side and paid extra for the indoor ice maker model #106.51332710. One year and 1 month to the date it was delivered the ice maker quit working so I called customer service. We have water but no water to the ice tray. They were not willing to stand by their product and send a tech out unless it was on my dime. Now Im sorry. We are a family of 4. This was not overused for it to die on such a short time span. Its ridiculous. I now know 2 other people that have had this exact problem so apparently this is nothing new. Dont waste your money you will be paying for repairs just out of the year you purchased it. What happened to customer service or just doing whats right?!?!

The product has never had any problems with maintenance so far. The food is also always cold at the exactly right temperature, and its very spacious inside the fridge. I also like the amount of side space in the refrigerator, because it gives me room for my condiments and is plenty of room for me to store my items that I need to. Mostly everything fits inside of the fridge. Only things that are slightly tall have problems with fitting inside the fridge. I love the sleek black or shiny grey color of these fridges. Mine is a shiny grey and it looks very unique. It also matches well with the rest of my kitchen, and the handle and ice dispenser are built very well inside of the fridge. The value is more than worth it. This fridge is very durable, a nice design and look, has plenty of space for mostly anything, and is just better than most fridges in general. And the price isnt all that bad either, which is why I own this fridge.

Our washer is great! We love it! I would definitely recommend this washer and dryer to others. We fit a full-size comforter in it no problem and it continues to run great too! I can do large loads in it that include towels and blankets as well! Our washer and dryer fits perfectly in our basement and is attractive enough to not hide. Its sleek but practical design is also what I love about it. It just looks great! The value is great because the cost is perfect and lasts years without any maintenance. It was well worth to buy this washer and dryer because it is cost efficient and lasts years without any problems. Now that eases the mind!

We own a Kenmore Model 795.78764 and it is without a doubt the worst appliance we have ever owned. The seals on the French doors are deteriorated and the freezer on the bottom wont close properly so it fills with frost and water to the point we need to chip it out monthly. The vegetables freeze and wastes a lot of money with ruined food. Wish we could afford something else. Will never own a Sears anything ever again.

My Kenmore dishwasher has done an excellent job cleaning dishes but was a little louder than I anticipated. Im not talking about having to shout over it. Just a little loud motor. I have the 24 inch built-in dishwasher. Sharp looking exterior. Enough room inside for my dishes, mixing bowls, and pots. Enamel colored slots have typical separations. Sharp looking exterior. As mine is a built in, I only see the front of the dishwasher but am quite impressed. Purchased mine in white. Appears to be easily wiped clean. I felt as if I received great value for the money. I have had a very positive experience so my opinion may be a bit biased. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

I like the way it gets my clothes clean. It is very efficient and does not use a whole lot of water when washing. If I had to make another purchase for a washer or dryer I know that I would choose the same one as I have. I have had my current washer and dryer for about two months and so far I must say that I am very happy. I would recommend this product to my friends and family and the cost is still reasonable. The whole set that I have is white. The washer is loaded from the top and so is the dryer. I love the way that the combination works out with the color of my home. I did a little shopping around and a few different stores before I made a final decision on the set that I have now. I found it for various prices in each store but I ended up paying about six hundred for the whole set.

We�€�ve had to replace the same part (hub) 5 times within the last 3 years. It will not spin the clothes. Do not buy this washer. It is junk. Our second washing machine is many years old and we never have to repair it. This is going in the garbage.

It not the best at getting clothes clean. Doesnt agitate well but it does save on water and soap. The spin cycle twists the clothes and wrinkles them. I had to repair the washer three times and I had to buy an extended warranty three times to help cover the breakdowns. Several other items have broken. The design is stylish and sleek looking. The see through top helps when the load is imbalanced. The locking lid is also helpful and the operating knobs nice too. The cost was on the high end compared to other brands and when compared to the problems and extra money I had to spend on warranties made this a bad value.

We purchased a 795-783402.804 under the Kenmore name for our summer home in May 31, 2010. We only use the refrigerator/freezer from May to October. The first year that we came back and opened up, we could not get the refrigerator to work. ERR was the reading where the temperature should have been displayed. I contacted Sears and they informed me that my warranty had just run out. In my defense, it took several weeks to have the repairman come to our area. Then after both my husband and I took off from work and drove the two hours so that we could be here when he arrived, he never showed. We had to again set up another appt. and that is when the repairman said the design of the bottom drawer freezer was a bad design and we had to make sure we closed it from the exact center or the fan would not work properly. This lasted about one month before the same thing happened. Sears sold us the extended warranty (another $300) and after limping through the summer, we arrived this year to the same problem and again our extended warranty had expired. So far this summer, we have had the coils freeze up 4 times. My husband has to take off the back of the freezer after removing the drawer and use a hair dryer to defrost the coils. The amount of food that I have had to throw away is a crime. Not only was this refrigerator/freezer expensive but the customer service was horrible and the problem still exists. Bad design or not, it is not the fault of the consumer. What rights does this consumer have? All I have had offered to me was to purchase another extended warranty! One star rating = angry. That doesnt begin to reflect the feeling I have towards Sears!

In September 2014 we purchased a brand new Kenmore 26.2 cu ft French door refrigerator, purchased at Sears as a replacement for a Frigidaire refrigerator that had a damage ice/water dispenser. The refrigerator was installed October 13, 2014, and 2 days ago, the ice maker suddenly stopped producing ice. We had always have problems with low ice production, that would not keep up with 2 teenage boys using ice all day long, but it had never stopped producing ice completely.To my surprise the warranty on the refrigerator is for 12 months. I did not purchase the extended warranty since I had never had problems with Kenmore appliances, and believed it would not get damaged. My mistake perhaps was not to notice that the warranty was for only 12 months!! In my previous refrigerator there was access to the ice maker, and one could manually reset the system so if an ice cube was stuck you could easily fix the problem yourself. With this refrigerator, the ice maker is in to top, not accessible or removable except for a trained technician. Its really disappointing that an almost new appliance would have a faulty system. It makes me rethink what brand to buy next time Im in the market for appliances.

I love all the Kenmore brands. Ive always shopped Sears for my washer and dryer or my dishwasher or fridge, microwave. My washer and dryer works like a charm. They work great. I wont buy anything but a Kenmore. Used this brand for years. My mother always bought Kenmore when I was younger. Kenmore is a well-known brand. They look great even after having them for a couple of years now. They are a classic. They never get old. A great value. Love shopping for the Kenmore brand. They are the best. Kenmore and I go way back in time together. Money well spent.

I love my Kenmore refrigerator. It has so much room and can have so much food in there. The controls are easy to control and the freezer does not give my food freezer burn. The shelves were easy to take out and made it very easy to clean, inside and out.

My Kenmore washing machine does an excellent job. It is quiet and very easy to use. My clothes are always clean and I do not require as much soap as the other machines I have had in the past. Although my washing machine is a top loader and I have been told front loaders are better, I have used them in the past and I find the machine I have now is just as good or better than the front loading machines I have used in the past.

It only lasted us about a year and quit on us. It should work longer than that. What a rip-off. I had a refrigerator from Hotpoint that lasted me 14 years. Why cant a dryer last that long? It was a simple washing machine. It did not have all the digital stuff on it, which is the way I like them. I dont like all of those digital stuff on it. That makes it complicated. Not a very good value if you pay all that money and it only works a year. I would expect a digital one to break easier but this was one of the simple ones with just knobs on it. It should not have stopped when it did.

We bought a 110 series Kenmore washer in Jan 2013. Last week we noticed it was slowly dripping water into the tub. I researched and investigated everything and found out it is likely the inlet water valve. So I bought a new one for $50 and will replace it myself since it is easy to do. Were still very dissatisfied though. Our last Kenmore 110 washer lasted almost 20 years without a single repair before the motor burned out. Thats why we bought another Kenmore but maybe we were just lucky with that one.

The Kenmore side by side refrigerator-freezer is the worst product I have ever purchased. After two years, the ice maker had to be replaced. Now at four years, the sensor for the self-defrost mechanism had to be replaced. This self-defrost unit cost $2,600+, and it is not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Sears se niega a retirar el horno del mercado y se ha ofrecido a realizar una llamada de servicio a nuestro cargo, lo que ni siquiera garantiza que se pueda arreglar correctamente. Si esto fuera un coche, estoy seguro de que tendría que ser retirado del mercado, pero no creo que haya leyes de consumo adecuadas que cubran los electrodomésticos. Sears no respalda sus productos.

Gama Kenmore Modelo 790.94452701 - La placa de control se quemó 3 veces en 7 años. Teníamos miedo de dejar el horno encendido y salir a la calle por miedo a que se quemara la casa. Las dos veces que se quemó hizo que el horno se calentara a más de 500 grados. Cada vez que se quemaba había cables quemados y humo. Sustituir la placa es fácil, pero no es barato y resulta muy incómodo. Decidimos comprar una nueva cocina en lugar de arreglar nuestra Kenmore por cuarta vez. Basta con decir que no es una Kenmore.

Compramos un Kenmore Power Miser 12 en Sears, uno de los mejores que tenían con 12 años de garantía en piezas y suministro de un nuevo calentador en caso de fuga. El viernes pasado encontré mi sótano inundado. El WH goteaba agua y salía óxido por debajo de la tapa y otros lugares. Paré el agua y corté la electricidad, luego llamé a Sears. Dijeron que Sears nos llamaría en 24 horas para concertar una cita. Sin embargo, nadie llamó. Lo mismo sucedía una y otra vez desde el sábado, el domingo y el lunes. Esta mañana (martes) me han dicho que no tienen técnicos en mi zona para comprobarlo. (Es irrisorio - vivo en un suburbio de NYC y a 1 milla de la tienda Sears en Yorktown Heights). Me dijeron que buscara un técnico autorizado para confirmar que el calentador de agua no se puede reparar y que entonces lo pueden reemplazar. Cuando les pedí más detalles sobre cómo arreglar las cosas, cómo el técnico les hará saber que el calentador realmente necesita ser reemplazado, me desconectaron. Incluso después de otros 40 minutos en el teléfono no pude volver a mi caso. Sabiendo que los clientes no pueden esperar demasiado tiempo con fugas en el calentador de agua, los frustran pero sin hacer nada, diciéndoles mentiras que s.b. les ayudaría. I am so unhappy with this washing machine. It simply does not rinse the soap residue from dark fabrics. The last batch of dark colors, navy, black, jeans, etc. came out with white soap marks all over. I rewashed with no soap and added a rinse cycle. Still bad! I washed a king size teal colored blanket. After three rinses, I hauled the wet thing to the Sears store and showed them all the soap residue. They told me I used too much soap! Now I use a fraction of the soap and still get the residue. Dont buy this...

I too spent my hard earned dollars to purchase a Kenmore bottom mount refrigerator. Within two years of purchase it began leaking water onto my kitchen floor. Not only is this problematic in terms of actually having cold storage for our food but a hazard. Having been unaware of the problem, I took a major dive on the kitchen floor when I slid in the puddle of water. One more reason to BEWARE of purchasing from Sears. Seems like Sears will not change their irresponsible practices until a law suit forces them to do so.

It was very useful. I liked the amount of power it had. It dried my clothes quickly. However, it made my house very hot. Every time I went upstairs, I could feel the heat from the dryer. Im not sure if it is the dryers problem or my own. It is reliable. It is not the best Ive ever had, but it is fine. I liked how it dried things very efficiently, but like I said before, Im not happy about how hot it made my house. It is quite attractive. It looks very modern and its the best-looking dryer Ive ever owned. I have other issues with it, but not appearance. The value is average. It is not the best, like many of the other features of this. However, I dont have a huge problem with it.

Exactly what I needed for a dryer and washer. Great choice for being my first time buying them and they work perfectly many years later. I really have not had a need to upgrade but plan to just to get all the new buttons and features available in the current machine.

I purchased Kenmore Elite washer in 2010 and truly wish I had read these reviews before my purchase. I have always purchased my appliances from Sears and felt that after spending almost $1000, that I had a great washer. Yes, my bleach compartment has rusted and also the machine was leaking. Had to purchase rods. Also, it doesnt wash any better than any less expensive model. Clothes wrinkle as others have commented. Also found out that it is really made by LG and Kenmore just put its name on the product. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WASHER!

Kenmore Refrigerators have good temperature control and nice drawers. Overall cubic feet is fine but side by side really limits overall size especially for large containers. Much too narrow of a door. It has good options with adjustable shelfs. Overall performance has been good but very frustrating that ice maker broke after a few years. Value is ok but considering how much these costs the ice maker should not break. Should at minimum have a lifetime or very long warranty on the ice maker.

It is the best washing machine I have ever owned. Cycles are done much faster than I ever would have to possible. It easily handles all of my garments, from the bulkiest ones to my most delicate items. This is the most reliable appliance I have ever owned. It is extremely dependable and that is very important to me as I have to do laundry every day. I have never had a problem with its performance and it has never needed one repair. Its physical appearance is absolutely stunning! Its so smooth and sleek. It looks very high tech and like it is of very good quality. It compliments the color scheme in my laundry room perfectly and really brightens up the whole room. This appliance is a very good value. My friends and family, anyone we have over to the house that happens to see it always ask how much I paid for it and are so surprised when I tell them that they ask for more information on it and say they would consider buying one too.

It works every time I use it so I am happy that I havent had to fix the dryer. My washer is me more and I havent had to get that fixed either. I am overall happy with my experience. My washer and dryer both seem to be very reliable. I do laundry every week and it always works for me. Sometimes it makes a loud noise but it seems to fix itself. I consider it reliable. I guess the appearance of my washer and dryer is fine. They are both placed in the basement so it doesnt matter very much. If we move them upstairs I will want more attractive machines. My value on these machines is very good because they were given to my boyfriend and I and we havent had to put any money into them to keep them working.

The refrigerator is beautiful. It is top of the line and I would seriously recommend that to other consumers like me. It has so much space and storage, so great! The size is perfect for holding a lot of stuff. The storage is crazy. It is really light and moveable, just in case you move. Youll be surprised the difference in a picture and real life. The appearance of this refrigerator is great. Its so shiny you can see yourself from it. Its slick and hot, I cant get over the look. You have to get this! The value is a lot. They came with my house and were 8 years old. 6 years later they are still working great. I have a Kenmore fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, electric washer and dryer. I would highly recommend these products to home buyers who want quality products that will last. I have not had to call a repairman for any of these products. When it finally comes time to replace these appliances I will replace them with Kenmore products because of how great my current appliances have been.

The washer does well. It has a nice capacity load and is a lot quieter than older models. You just have to make sure the lid is closed securely. I like the washer but had to replace the circuit board after just two years of washing, just hope this isnt a constant issue with it. If it is it might be cheaper to replace the washer. The washer is sleek. It fits well in any space you choose to place it. It really is stylish looking it is really different looking from older washers and others looking at it like it. As I bought the washer new I certainly did not expect to have problems with it after just two years of washing with it. I hope this problem doesnt persist.

Overall, it was a good refrigerator with decent space and storage options, but we had to have it fixed 3 times in 2 years. Also, the freezer was very difficult to open and close. I loved the shelving design because I could easily fit all of the essentials and still have space where it was needed for odds and ends and everything still fit comfortably. It has a very modern appearance, so it fit well in my remodeled kitchen. The only con was that it was difficult to clean and often showed dirt and streak marks on the outside. Overall, considering what I paid for the refrigerator, I feel it was a good value. The appearance and size were both great. It met our needs very well.

Purchased a Kenmore washer from Sears for $399.99 1 year+4 months ago. Service tech. says transmission has gone out. To repair, Sears wants $502.56 + service call of $79; $581.56 to repair a washer they sell new for $399. There are only two of us in this household (me 70 and my wife 68). We dont do a lot of laundry. This machine is a piece of junk. DO NOT buy Kenmore!

It is very quiet and runs very good. Would be one of my first choices to get if I had to get another. Keeps my stuff very cold and runs great. Its the perfect size. Fits just where I need it to. Its not too big or too small. Its a nice-looking fridge. It is white in color. Great appearance. It was just the right price. I would suggest all my friends get it.

I am completely dissatisfied with the Kenmore Washer I purchased in September 2013. It tangles and twists my clothes even on the delicate cycle. It does not clean our clothes well at all. I have to wash our underwear twice. I have to constantly reset it to wash our towels and bedding. I have also noticed rust around the edges of my bleach fill. The softener does not empty correctly. I have called sears for help many times since we have the Kenmore connect. They can never seem to help me. Many of the reps dont even know what Kenmore connect is. We keep getting error code LE. I was told this error means something is wrong with my motor. I hope not since we have only had it for 3 years. The dry is loud. It didnt start that way. I have no positive comments. This machine cost a lot. I had a Maytag prior to this machine that worked wonderfully for 12 years.

All my appliances have been Kenmore. Its always been a product I have trusted. My parents and my sister always buy Kenmore. We built our home and my husband and I had to decide where to shop for our kitchen. We both agreed Sears. When my dad had to replace his stove I told him to go to Sears.

It washed the dishes very well. I never had a dirty plate again! Its quiet. I would never use another brand again. Kenmore has the best dishwashers ever. It fit into the space well and I had no issues with the size at all. I tell people about this dishwasher all the time and how helpful it is when I dont want to wash stuff by hand. Its white color matches the kitchen well and went with all the other appliances I have. Im not one for stainless steel so white fit perfectly. It was worth way more than it cost in the long run because it was so useful and handy. It cleaned my dishes quickly and got the job done.

I really liked the ice and water dispense feature. The fridge always stayed at the proper temperature. The fridge was never loud. I liked the stainless steel finish that was pretty smudge resistant and fit very well into my kitchen decor. The fridge was pretty spacious. The shelves could be removed and replaced to my needs and specifications. The fridge fits perfectly into the nook it was intended for under my shelves. I liked the look of the water and ice dispenser. It was big enough for most glasses, but the over feature was more recessed and discreet. Not too gaudy and shiny. After careful research, the Kenmore fridge seemed to be the best value for the money I wanted to spend. It had the size and features I wanted without breaking the bank.

I bought a $1700 Kenmore French door fridge from Sears 5 years ago. Long story short, compressor went, $800 to repair it and was told the damage caused by the compressor failing may jeopardize other components of the refrigerator in the near future. It�€�s going in the trash tomorrow. Do NOT buy KENMORE products and steer clear of SEARS for selling CRAP! Tech said to stay away from Samsung as well and LG when it comes to refrigerators. The appearance is whitish grayish. It is stainless steel, looks like a normal refrigerator and it looks modern too. The value was good and it was worth it since it was a good warranty. I think this is one of the best units I have ever had. It was very surprising how quick and efficient it is. I am very satisfied with all of the options that are available and how quickly it handles each cycle. It is a good looking washer, and the display is easy to read. I would say that this washer is an excellent value. It does a great job which means I dont find myself rewashing certain items. It seems to be very energy efficient which really helps out in the long run. It was definitely worth paying more for this washer than trying to save a few dollars getting a discount washer. I certainly feel like I have gotten my moneys worth.

Washer machine is a great value for its price. Would definitely purchase again. With 3.5 Cu Feet it is more than enough room to properly wash a decent sized load of clothes. Have owned since February 2016, without any problems associated with the machines. We usually wash on average 3 to 4 loads per week in our household with no issues. The appearance is relatively plain thus my simple rating of satisfied, but for the price I was more looking for productivity as opposed to cosmetics. The value for the washer and dryer combination to me is what really sold me as opposed to higher end more expensive models. For about $600 less I feel as though I got the same type of product that does the same work.

It is nice looking and practical. Easily accessible. Easy for kids to open and get what they need. Very organized set up. Kenmore Elite Oasis Washer - We have always bought Sears Kenmore appliances, and purchased the maintenance contract. The repairmen that have been sent out on a lid locking problem have not been able to resolve this issue. This started in August, and the last two appointments have been cancelled the day of the appointment (when my wife called the 800 number to find out what time the repairman would be at our house). Currently the laundry room is stinking, the entire first floor of our home because the water is stagnant and will not drain. The 800 number has made an appointment for our washer to be repaired on December 8th. This is the longest we have ever had to wait the first floor of our home should really smell great by then.

It cleans my clothes amazingly well. It uses less water too. This washer is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a new washer. My washer is still going strong. No breaks. Ive had no problems with it yet and Im thinking that I will not have any for a long time. I rate this ten out of ten. This washer is beautiful. Sleek in design and wonderful to look at. Wouldnt have it any other way. Perfect and flawless designing. It is definitely worth the price. The price is so cheap compared to what it actually worth. This is a question I dont like answering but I will say this. A Kenmore Refrigerator is just a working machine just as the other brands. At this time I cant honestly say one brand is more better than the next brand. I just need a refrigerator and what I have right now is working very well.

It lasted for 15 years and functionally couldve lasted a few more years I am sure, but we just wanted an upgrade and the appearance of the old one was getting pretty battered. I never had any problems with my Kenmore and probably would have gotten another one except my friend was able to get me a fantastic deal on another brand.

Compramos este refrigerador de 3500.00, y en los primeros 2 años que lo tuvimos, el compresor se estropeó. Tuvieron que reemplazar el compresor dos veces, luego el refrigerador no enfriaba, acumulaba hielo detrás de la sección de productos, lo limpiaron, el congelador comenzó a hacer lo mismo. Acabaron sustituyendo la placa base. Hasta ahora, desde que sustituyeron el segundo compresor, tenemos que llamarlos una vez al mes. ¡¡¡¡RIDÍCULO!!!! No creo que sus expertos del servicio técnico tengan ni idea de lo que están haciendo. Después de reemplazar la placa base el mes pasado, septiembre, ahora estamos a finales de octubre y tenemos que llamarlos de nuevo porque la temperatura en el refrigerador es demasiado caliente. Diré que el frigorífico GE de 500.00 que tuvimos que comprar para mantener las cosas frías después de que nuestro frigorífico de 3500.00 se estropeara la primera vez, y no quisieron repararlo durante 9 DÍAS.... nunca ha tenido ningún problema.

My washer works fantastic. Easy to use, nice and simple, just like me. Top loading works great because of the location in my basement. Make sure its up off ground elevate. Its just two of us, but I do laundry every other day. When I work outside which is just every day, I change twice a day so I have more than I should. The washer gets my clothes very clean and I dont have to worry about ruining clothing. Im sure you can get other colors, but I got white. Its easy to clean, matches everything durable, its just plain white. The knobs are a dark color which makes the washer stand out. The washer is energy efficient. Saves time, saves me money, it adjust the water level perfectly, shuts down when too much is loaded. I would recommend this washer to anyone that doesnt need a fancy one.

It worked good. I just wished my clothes would get cleaner. Its like it didnt wash on heavy and soiled clothing. It didnt do good at moving stains that were embedded. It always worked when I needed it to. It never broke down on me or anything. I could depend on it to work. My clothes fit but not as good as I needed them to. The drum was pretty small and my clothes were smashed. It had a nice sleek look in classic white. It goes with the color of everything. It was a classic washer with modern updates. It looks fairly high-end for the price, and it fits nicely in small spaces. It was a good value for me. It got the job done. You cant expect it to do everything and fit everything but its a good dependable, sleek and sturdy washing machine.

Has enough settings for all different materials I wash and dry. The wrinkle guard actually works despite my initial disbelief. Comes with a good warranty in case it ever breaks down or needs repairs or replacement. The container part is big enough for most loads, but may not dry properly if it is overloaded. Front loading door does make things a bit awkward. It looks like a dryer. It fits in the space where you would expect a dryer to go. The white color is typical for a dryer. Its mostly a no frills dryer, so probably is overpriced for what it can do. The wrinkle guard is nice but is not worth the extra charge.

El lavavajillas Kenmore limpia toda mi vajilla y no deja ni una sola marca ni ningún rasguño en mis platos. El rendimiento de este producto es genial. El tamaño del lavavajillas es grande pero no estorba. No bloquea nada en la cocina ni en el lugar donde lo pongas. Es bonito y parece un lavavajillas. He visto algunos que no lo parecen. El valor es grande. Pagué un buen precio por él y lo he tenido durante 3 años. No he tenido ni un solo problema. Todo el mundo debería comprar este producto.
