If you think you are buying a TRUE Kenmore product you are not. If you buy a refrigerator you are buying an LG refrigerator. Read the reviews on LG made products before you buy one. They are abysmal. I have a 4 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator, made by LG, that has been out for over 3 weeks. Sears will not replace it and so far they havent been able to fix it. Terrible customer service and a subcontractor technician who is actually a part changer. They dont come out to fix the refrigerator but to troubleshoot and order parts they think might be the problem. What a joke. After 3 techs and numerous parts ordered and installed I still have no refrigerator. The latest possible fix date is the 26th of July. The refrigerator failed on the 25th of June.

I have always been happy with my Kenmore washer and dryer. My family has used both for many years with minimal problems. They have outlasted other appliances in our home and continue to do a great job with multiple daily use. I have never had a problem with the dryer running a full cycle and the clothes still being wet, which I have experienced with other dryers. The washer has always run smoothly. Id recommend Kenmore appliances and will most likely purchase the same brand when it finally comes time to replace my current washer and dryer.

Kenmore appliances are very reliable and economical to operate. I would recommend them to everyone. I had a washer and dryer (Kenmore) years ago and wish I had of bought them again. They last a very very long time.

I love the timed sensors for the clothing being dried. Most dryers have the times setting (which this one does) but it is also very easy to over dry your clothes and then a burnt smell could happen. Delicates setting is perfect with the sensor. I love it. I have actually bought another one for my friend who had a terrible old dryer. Her clothes are no longer a burnt smell. The reliability of this dryer is just simply fantastic. It doesnt overheat. It runs very quiet. I love the front facing dryers. Its easier for me being short to grab and put items in the dryer. I love the circle look to it as well. Having top for some laundry folding space is wonderful too. The value of this product I too believe couldnt be any better. I am simply satisfied and wouldnt go with another dryer. Hopefully the quality and value pay off in the long run.

The performance is good. It work seamlessly. I like the service it is providing. Keep the fruits and vegetable fresh for long time. It is better than other refrigerators available in the market. It have a good size. It have enough space to accommodate my vegetables, food items. We can keep lot of curries inside it. Still we will have space for more items. And the freezer box is also quite big. The look is great. The color is light black, but it does not fade with time. I like this color and it matches with my kitchen. This color was not available with other brands. That was one of the reason I selected this model. It provides a good value. Size is big. Keep the food cool. It have large box for ice and the freezer keeps it quite cold. We can keep food for long duration and it will not get destroyed or rotten.

It does its job, freezes and keeps all our food fresh. Never had any problems with it ever since I bought it from Best Buy about a year and a half ago. My fridge has a great size and it can fit about a months worth of groceries in it. I love the trays to keep the meat and cheeses fresh and it also came with ice boxes too to make ice making easier because before we would never ever have ice. It looks great.

I bought my top-loading Kenmore model 2125 in August of 2012. I always buy a pretty basic washer thinking the less gadgets to go wrong on it, the better. WRONG!! This washer has been a nightmare. It literally started malfunctioning two days after the one-year warranty expired. The problem is the computer. It senses and then goes to wash and then quits. One has to unplug it and re-start it over and over. It takes about 4 hours to do a load of laundry when this happens and it happens all too often. I was sitting next to an appliance repairman at a show and told him about my washer and he said the only good washer made today is the Speed Queen. When my Kenmore finally drives me to put a bullet through it, I will find a place that sells Speed Queens and look into them. Does anyone know anything about this washer?? Has there been a recall on the Model 2125?

I have been a Kenmore brand customer for decades. Purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator 5 years ago and it died last week. Called Sears and was told the earliest appointment they had available was two weeks in the future. They provided the name and number for another repair company who might be available sooner. When I called that company, they wanted to charge me nearly $300 for a service call. I promptly hung up the phone on that rip off artist. I called Sears back to ask how much they charge for a service call and was told $99. I could not believe that Sears would provide a referral to such a company. I finally found a local company who for $89 plus an extra emergency fee of $45 came out the next day to diagnose the problem. Turns out the compressor died. While the fridge no longer has a store warranty, the compressor has a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty. So I call Sears to order a new compressor. I am told that they cannot work off of a diagnosis provided by another company so I am back to a two week wait for one of their technicians at a cost of $99 for the service call, to come out and tell me what another company already has. Then after that the part has to be ordered and the repair scheduled. Plus I have to pay for labor charges to have the new compressor installed, which I am sure will come to hundreds of dollars. While I am tempted to purchase a new fridge I decided against it. If the new compressor lasts 1-2 years it allows me to defer the price tag of a new refrigerator for at least 12 months. This piece of crap ran nearly $3k with delivery and install. We were told by the repair guy to stay away from Kenmore, LG, Samsung and Frigidaire because they are all a bunch of crap with a lot of issues. Apparently these brands just stick their names on products manufactured by other companies. Needless to say I will never purchase another Kenmore appliance or the other brands noted by the repair technician.

I dont really have to prewash my dishes, I always rinse them, I always have. Its a good dishwasher. I dont worry about leftover residue on my dishes after washing. I have 2 children and I have no problem getting all my dishes in the dishwasher. This includes sippy cups and tops. I cook a lot and it fits my casserole dishes, sauce pans and skillets.It is plain but it gets the job done. Appearance isnt everything to me so Im totally fine with it. I like plain and simple. If you dont need all the frills and fancy things that you get sometimes in appliances, this dishwasher would be good for you. I dont have a lot of extra cash laying around but I think this dishwasher was reasonably priced. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I would rather pay for a little more for a product and know that Im getting a good quality product.

We purchased a Kenmore Stainless door side by side refrigerator from Sears.com. They delivered five units before we finally got one acceptable. Not right just acceptable. The bodies of the units were so out of square, one door would be between a half to one inch higher or lower than the other and there was dried expanding spray foam sticking out up to three inches past the metal front plate. The real bad part about it was as long as the refrigerator was all packed up with the foam shipping blocks and strapped down, it looked fine. They would get it in the house, start unpacking it and thats when everything would go to hell. We eventually found out that the model we purchased manufacturing facility had been moved to Mexico. We purchased it in 2009 and because of all the problems we had, Sears gave us a five-year parts and labor extended warranty that we have had to use frequently. Both door seals have gone bad. It took three refrigerator doors and four freezer doors delivered to our home before we got one that didnt look like it had been through Wold War III and you could tell they came from the warehouse that way. Also the plastic surround on the shelves keep breaking. Were on our third shelf. Now, the unit has quit cooling and supposedly has a bad evaporator and drier tube, model# 106.59123801. Im wondering if anybody else has had same problems. According to Sears, this is supposed to be one of the most reliable units Kenmore makes. Thats a joke!

I havent had any major issues. I do struggle with cleaning it if something has spilled and hasnt been cleaned up immediately. I also think that because I have an older style, the placement of items in the fridge is more difficult.

La pongo en marcha, con optimismo, en un ciclo normal. Oigo que deja de funcionar, la encuentro llena de agua. Hago un drenaje, giro. Parece lógico, ¡está lleno de agua! Normalmente no funciona. Desenchufo, vuelvo a arrancar, aclaro y centrifugo. Funciona. Pero mi ropa no se ha lavado. Desenchufo, reinicio el lavado exprés unas cuantas veces. Esta noche lavo a mano la ropa de mis hijos. Gracias a Dios la secadora funciona siempre. Creo que ni siquiera gastaremos los 75 dólares en el técnico. Nunca más, Kenmore. Es difícil creer que esta máquina no haya sido retirada del mercado.

Where I pour in the bleach and under the top lip of washing machine is rusting! I run my washer through cleaning cycling but these areas are bad and I feel like it should not be doing this, especially so soon! I would figure they would make it more adaptable for the bleach area! We bought our washer from Sears in Statesboro, GA!

I like it because its built in with ice maker and water. Good shape and nice color and its good for the house. So satisfied the model. Good size to the house and its fit for the goods on it. The size is enough and fit to the household and more stuff to out on it and very satisfied to put in the house. The overall appearance is really good and I really like it. So satisfied the shape brand and built in all in all very nice for me. My family like it too so thats why I choose this. The value is good... in all refrigerator this is the brand, shape, and color that I like and very good model and Im sure my family like it and use it.

It is nice fridge.. Had a sufficient place to keep all! The temperature can be set at whatever we require! It keeps the temperature constant! Keep the items so fresh every time! The features of this refrigerator is simply superb! It is so elegant and matches with the color of my interiors! The aisles inside are built with quality! Easy to use!! It makes the ice so fast and produces more ice cubes!

La máquina funcionó bien, bastante silenciosa, buen sistema de rejilla, ruedas ajustables para después de elegir una nueva baldosa, fácil de limpiar y el enganche tomó menos de 30 min. Lo hizo bien siempre y cuando no fuera avena o crema de trigo. La apariencia estaba bien para la decoración de la cocina estaba al ras con la placa frontal ajustable del mostrador es decir, la placa del suelo por lo que mantuvo un acabado al ras incluso después de alicatar la cocina. El tamaño estaba bien teniendo en cuenta que el sistema de estanterías facilitaba la carga y el diseño maximiza la cantidad de espacio de almacenamiento en la máquina. Ese modelo en particular era de un lugar pequeño que tenía pero lo conseguí como nuevo y lo usé mucho. Me dedico a la construcción y he comprado algunas en el pasado. El valor era bueno si se compraba en el lugar correcto.

We have had it for about a year now and normally our other freezers would start having issues, but this one has not and keeps everything super cold. It has a lot of space and it is easy to store things. With all the drawers it makes organizing so easy. And I like that its wire, it makes it easy to clean. It is very clean in appearance. I like the white color, it keeps it classic. The inside is also white as is the wire shelves and the shelves on the door. It was a great price. Normally we have our freezers break after about three years and half to buy a new one so it was great that this one wasnt very expensive.

The freezer storage drawers really need to be redesigned... Or the hardware that holds them must be redesigned. Either way, the first drawer from the bottom cant be used. The size was fine for our family of four. Any bigger would have been unnecessary. However, it would have been nice if the water dispenser was higher for bigger glasses. The appearance was fine, as we needed stainless steel to match the other appliances. However, it never really looked clean... Very streaky. The value was good for that specific appliance. If we wanted the fancier Viking or Wolf, it wouldnt have worked with our budget. Kenmore offered the same as Whirlpool or Maytag which cost more.

It saves me time and money and is great for all families especially big families. I love the fact that I can make anything and at the end of the day, I dont have to clean dishes. The size is almost perfect. My family size is big so I love the fact that I can put many dishes into my dishwasher. I can cook lots of things because my dishwasher can handle lots of dishes. It is amazing! The appearance isnt really a big deal to me just as long as it gets the job done. I love the fact that my dishwasher is silver so it blends in with anything. My dishwasher value is perfect. I love its incredible cleaning skills. I love the color. I love the size. Id totally go recommend it to anyone. Its great.

El tubo de alimentación de la parrilla en la parte trasera del horno tiene un agujero que se formó cuando un pedazo de algo aterrizó y reaccionó con el aluminio. Encendí la parrilla... el tubo de alimentación emitió gas a través del tubo... la parrilla se encendió y whoosh una gran llama de un buen pie de altura y seis pulgadas de ancho surgió de la parte posterior del horno... por suerte yo estaba de pie justo allí. Apagué el quemador y el horno. La llama se apagó en unos 5 segundos... ¡suficiente para asustarme! Mi gama es un buen 10 años en el servicio ... no es un problema que se encuentran hasta esto. ¡¡¡Mi opinión... se debería enviar un boletín a todos los propietarios para que revisen el tubo de alimentación de la parrilla!!! Si no hubiera estado allí, toda la casa podría haber ardido en llamas de propano. Tenemos este horno desde hace 5 años. En los 5 años que lo hemos tenido ha tenido un mínimo de 2 reparaciones. Lo limpio con el limpiador automático y algo se quema en el horno. La última vez tuve que esperar varias semanas por la pieza y pedir una segunda cita para que vinieran 2 técnicos a sacar el horno de la pared. Es tan obvio que hay un defecto en este horno. Una vez más, cometí el error de usar el limpiador automático de hornos y me quedé otra vez sin horno. Es tan frustrante y Sears me sugirió que lo buscara en Google. No es el tipo de servicio que espero. No volveré a comprar un producto de Sears. Muy decepcionante.

My husband and I purchased a Kenmore Elite HE top load washer in May 2013. The clothes never seemed to be as clean as before and the cycles seem to take too long. After a short time it started flashing the out of balance code constantly, next the washer would shut down, it continued to get worse. I called Sears after a load of towels took 14 1/2 hrs to wash. We had bought the extended warranty that would cover repairs, and laundry service if needed, so they sent out a tech after waiting 10 days. He told me the washers really had a design flaw, plus Sears had sent a part out ahead of time that was totally useless. He ordered a new part, try to do what he could but washer was just as bad with stopping and lucky to even get one load done in a day. He came back after 2 weeks, put the new parts on, first load after he left stopped. I called Sears back and assured me the washer needed struts to prevent being out of balance. Struts came, put on after 2 weeks waiting, put a queen size set of sheets in to wash, it stopped. That load went for over 31 hrs! I called Sears and told them about the problem, they said a new part was ordered and told to hang in there. Really after 6 weeks and it still not working. I told them it was time to replace and they said no and that my laundry benefit with my warranty was only a courtesy and would only cover up to $25.00 a week up to $100.00 max. They dont acknowledge the fact of my inconvenience, the cost of power and water of a washer running for such extended periods of time, but they are not willing to help anymore than that with laundry expense. When I brought up the fact 6 weeks of laundry for a family of 5 would cost more than $100.00, the very rude manager on duty threaten to take the courtesy of the table. There definitely needs to be a class action lawsuit against Sears so consumers can get their money back.

Very cold and insulated well. I have this unit outdoors and it stays cold. I also like the rack height. The frost free feature is important to me and provides easy maintenance. You can fit a lot in this unit. The space is better than the chest freezer I replaced. I like how every area keeps the same temperature as well. Very nice unit. The outside is white which matches my other outdoor appliances. The style is also plain and easy to clean. I wanted something simple in design and not hard to keep up. This unit fits that need. For the price I was very happy. It blew me away compared to something I was looking at from Costco. I knew what I wanted and this fit that expectation but at first avoided it because I thought it might have been out of my price range.

My letter to sears customer service: I am writing to you today to express my sincere displeasure with the quality of customer service I have received from Sears. As you are probably aware, I purchased a new, top of the line Kenmore Elite refrigerator from my local Sears store in May of 2012. Since then, this refrigerator has stopped working twice. Both times I called Sears to repair it and both times I was told it needed a new PCB (part number EBR 73093602) and a new Duct assembly (part number ADJ 73252202). The first service call was covered by the manufacturers 1 year warranty, the more recent call was not.The technician who was sent on the most recent occasion mentioned to me that the problem I am experiencing is a known defect and has been assigned Service Bulletins. This was confirmed by the customer service representative that I spoke to on the phone. The CSR went on to give me the actual SB numbers of CREF20121236 and CREF20131371. Knowing now that this is a documented recurring problem, I had reasonably expected Sears to stand behind their product and cover the cost of the repair. Apparently I was wrong. After numerous phone calls and being transferred form one representative to another, the best resolution I was offered was a 10% discount off the cost of the repair. I find this totally unacceptable.My refrigerator has been inoperative for 2 weeks now, and will remain so for at least another week as that is when the parts arrive and the next service appointment is scheduled. Again, this is totally unacceptable. In the interim, Ive been forced to incur the additional expense of renting a refrigerator to avoid further loss of food due to spoilage. My experience with Sears up to this point has been extremely disappointing to put it mildly. The unwillingness to stand behind their products, especially knowing of the recurring defect, is deplorable. Going forward I plan to leave numerous online reviews, documenting the issue Ive mentioned above. I think most people expect more from Sears. Thank you for your time. Started getting PF error. Wife called for support. No one could provide support nor did they want to. Said it was against policy to provide troubleshooting, but they would be happy to set up an appointment for around $129. The washer only has a 1 yr warranty. Anything that you pay more than $500 for should cover parts for at least 3yrs. The staff at Sears stated, you should have got the extended warranty babe, nothing is made like it used to and your lucky if it last 3 yrs. I was able to reset and get it going for a few days but it has stopped working again. Believe there is an issue with the control panel.

My refrigerator (Model 795.77569600) displayed this error code last fall which I had fixed in October of 2012. In March of 2013, I had the same problem. Tech support is useless and only wants to send someone to fix it again and at my expense again. They are badly mistaken. I will fix it with a new one made by someone else. Junk, junk, junk!

I purchased a Kenmore Oasis Elite in May 2006. We have no children at home, just two retired people. Within a year the hinges on the lid had to be replaced. Rust has been developing. Recently, the tub would hit against the frame when spinning. The repairman replaced the computer board, still didnt work. Another visit and he replaced the pump, still didnt work. Company replaced the steal tub (drum), still didnt work. The repairman stated that it probably would not last more than a year because the struts needed replaced. No surprise, one load of wash and the banging of the tub continued. Spoke with a Sears representative today. He stated that many people were very happy with the machine and it has lasted without any problems and I must have gotten a bad machine. I told him that if I got a lemon they should replace it. He said it was no longer under warranty and nothing could be done. Please never buy any Kenmore appliances from Sears.

I had purchased a Single door Kenmore refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom about two years ago. I bought it from Sears and had a really good experience with them and was able to find a refrigerator in my price. I have never had any problems with my Kenmore. It has held up really well in the last two years. I would recommend this brand if you want someone affordable and good quality.

Since owning this refrigerator we have never had a problem with it. Keeps food equally cooled and frozen. Very quiet which has been a big plus for us. Easy accessibility for our children. Size has been a big plus for this model and one of the reasons we made the purchase. Compartments are very spacious which allows for more room in other areas. We love the stainless steel finish. Gives it a modern design which accents our kitchen very well. Also easy to clean because of the appearance. We have had many compliments on the look and feel of the unit. Happy with the value. We did a lot of shopping around before choosing this particular unit. Seems to save more energy cutting down on our electric bill as well. For the quality of the refrigerator it is a great value for the money.

The washer is easy to use because you can change your wash load settings and youre able to put as much laundry in the appliance. There are multiple settings and your clothes will always smell fresh. The washer is always available to use and it is made from powerful material so that the water doesnt go to the outside cover and initiate water rot. You can also combine whites only with colored pieces of clothing without worrying about the colors bleeding into the whites. The appearance of the washer is just a simple design with some options to choose your load of laundry, how hot or cold the water is needed, or how you want the laundry to wash your clothes (which is using a gentle setting or a rough setting). Although the washer has a lot of features included and does a lot of things to the laundry to make it fresh and clean, the appliance is too expensive. So I wish the price was lowered down so everyone could afford to buy this brand and model.

Just had a tech from Sears come over after a week to order a part (circuit board). Guess what? It doesnt match anymore as new Kenmore/Whirlpool parts are not backward compatible. I was told to throw this $3K ref on the curb side and get a new one as it is unlikely repairable. I have never had refrigerator break down like this that cannot be repaired or issues with parts. Leave alone I had to pay $85 for the service call twice with no benefit.

I have a Kenmore refrigerator and it is only 3 to 4 yrs old and I keep getting a bad chemical odor once to twice a year. It is so strong that I can taste it in the food that I keep in it and when I open my door I can smell the odor in the kitchen for a bit. Every time I scheduled service on it, the odor wouldnt be as strong and the service guy would tell me its from bad food! Really? Like I dont know what bad food smells like. I still have this problem and dont know how to resolve this.

I have friends and family over a lot, so I have dirty dishes and pots often. I never have to worry about the dishes coming out with food still on them, or my pots. Being single it is perfect for me. Even though I entertain a lot, it handles the big loads, sometimes with space left for more, and I rarely have to worry about a second load. I love the color I chose, gold or yellow because my kitchen is yellow, my stove is yellow, my refrigerator is yellow, my walls are too! It matches just perfectly. This is my first one, and I have never been so done with handwashing. It was worth every dime I paid for it! A definite asset to anyone, you will never handwash again.

I had an old Kenmore fridge that lasted for 20 years. I replaced it because it became so noisy but it was cooling perfectly. The new one I got Nov. 2013 is the 18.3 cu ft with two doors (Sears.ca item number 463642104). Two weeks ago, the freezer stopped working (everything inside melted) then few days later the whole fridge was not cooling. It is plugged and it looks like its working but it is not cooling. I called a technician and he said there is a gas leak and that should not happen with a less than 3-year old fridge. Tracking a leak and replacing the gas is very expensive and you are better off buying a new fridge. I called Sears and of course I am on my own because it has been more than 12 months.

I love my dryer. Easy to use, like the settings, like the options, quality dryer. The time it takes to dry a load is sufficient, not too long. Vent is easy to empty. The dryer is very reliable. The size is sufficient for a normal load of clothes. Can count on load of clothes being dry after approximately 40 minutes for a large load. Also clothes come out almost wrinkle free if taken out and hung up immediately after dryer is cut off. Happy with color and appearance. Appearance is not all that important to me for a dryer. My washer and dryer are white in color and do not match but look fine together. I am completely satisfied with the value of my dryer. Satisfied with the price I paid, the way it looks, and the way it dries my clothes.

It comes in handy with those hard to clean dishes and easy to use. Most of all its a good value for your money. I would highly recommend this product. The sizes is just right. I was able to install the washer with little to no problems. I would recommend this product to any who is in need of a dishwasher. I love the appearance of the dishwasher. It looks sleek modern and advanced. The build design is a step above the rest. The price of the dishwasher was outstanding. I think I couldnt find a better dishwasher at a better price. The product is worth the price.

I only have one complaint - is the front load washer gets a bad smell. I have tried a lot of products but none really help. The water stays in the rubber ring and molds. So the next time I will buy a top load.

Sometimes it doesnt seem to get the dishes done or clean. Doesnt get them dry. Sometimes I have to redo them even with using the products that it recommends. Its just two of us in the house, it takes a couple of days to get enough to wash. Its small enough for my very small kitchen, it fits in a small space and it is easy to hook up to the garage disposal. Its white and plain. I didnt want anything with too many buttons or too hard to clean. It cleans off without too much effort and I like that. I can just use a cloth to clean the front off. It wasnt high priced so it was easy to purchase. It was very heavy to carry in the house. I liked it cause of its low price since that is how I shop.

I was very pleased with my Kenmore refrigerator and I never had a problem with it at all. I had it for about 20 plus years and I had five children who used it all the time with no problems or complaints.

My Kenmore dishwasher has done an excellent job cleaning dishes but was a little louder than I anticipated. Im not talking about having to shout over it. Just a little loud motor. I have the 24 inch built-in dishwasher. Sharp looking exterior. Enough room inside for my dishes, mixing bowls, and pots. Enamel colored slots have typical separations. Sharp looking exterior. As mine is a built in, I only see the front of the dishwasher but am quite impressed. Purchased mine in white. Appears to be easily wiped clean. I felt as if I received great value for the money. I have had a very positive experience so my opinion may be a bit biased. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

The lights in the refrigerator compartment would not shut off and it is starting to overheat and smell like burning plastic or wires. I placed a call to Sears for service and was told initially that the issue would not be covered. I explained to the representative that this could have been a serious problem resulting in property loss or death if a fire resulted. I told them that I had noticed many other complaints posted on the Internet referring to the same issue.I asked to be transferred to the recall department and spoke with a lady, who explained to me, after placing my call on a brief hold, that there was, in fact, a recall (Model: SF-46-515-R5). The telephone number I had called was 1-800-469-4663. I was told that it was a recall from LG. Apparently, they had made the refrigerator for Sears Kenmore Brand. The parts are on back order and when they are shipped, I will be notified and the service will be done free of charge.

My Kenmore washer lasted over 15 years with no problems. I still have the dryer. I never has to call a repair man. The next washer I purchased lasted 8 years and I had to call the repair man several times. It was not a Kenmore.

The performance is great, not a single problem with it. Everyone should buy this washer. Kenmore washers are amazing. Its reliability is great. Its just perfect. Not a single problem with it. I’m happy with it, so is my mom and soon to be wife loves it too. I love the front loading white washers. They are really dependable and work fine. Beyond that I think that the sound is incredibly quiet and efficient. Id say that it is a very good piece of technology. It is a highly valuable item and I was very happy when I was able to purchase it at a great price!

Very good product. The refrigerator was a plain Jane white and it looked clean. It was just right for our little family but our family got larger and it started to get cramped and thats part of the reason we bought another one. But its performance stood up. For over 6 years it was time for an upgrade but it has done a good job. It was a fair value for the time most refrigerators were in that price range at the time and it was a reputable company with a good name.

Its a good basic refrigerator. Nothing too fancy but good enough to deal with our everyday life. Not good if you have a large family or entertain a lot, as you will run out of room very fast. Its good enough for a family of 4. If you entertain a lot or have people who looove food, get a bigger fridge. Otherwise, this is good enough. Its plain so it wont stand out too much if you live in a crappy place. Can decorate it with magnets or drawings etc. Easy to clean the outside too. It was a good price I suppose. The fancier you go, the more broke you will be.

For the price it works great, never had any problems as of yet. Im happy with its performance. My next washer and/or dryer will be the same brand. After all these years I have had this washer and dryer they have never stop working or gave me any problems. This brand is very reliable. The look of them is nothing special. Just plain white with some grey. But the look isnt the reason I bought them. I bought them for reliability. The model I have is on the cheaper end. But even though I bought it cheaply its still one of the best washers I ever have had. Its a great value.

The refrigerator ran good and the ice maker and the water dispenser was very good. I like the stainless look of the refrigerator and was a very good fit with my other appliances. The size of my refrigerator fit perfect and fit into the space I had for it. it was not too overly large but inside space was very good to fit all food product of ours we buy into. The appearance was very pleasing to the eye and I got a lot of compliments from family and friends and relatives about it. The inside looked very nice and the drawers also were nice to the eye. The value was very good. At first we did not want a new refrigerator and were deciding on a used one but once we looked over the Kenmore and the purchase price there was no turning back and we had to buy the new Kenmore.

Purchased in July, 2013 for almost $3,000. April, 2015, compressor went out. Since it was out of warranty, we had to pay for new compressor. That lasted 3 months, then another 2 times replaced the compressor. Then, in August, 2015, the computer went out. At our expense, once again, we have replaced the computer. Since that time, refrigerator has constantly had temp fluctuations. Refrigerator part goes between 45-55 degrees. Same repair company told us we have a freon leak. It has been charged 4 times & today they said they cant find a leak so it has to be something else - but they dont know what it is. Pretty sad to have been a faithful Sears customer for over 40 years & now Sears tells us - Oh well...too bad!

Our Kenmore washer and dryer are quiet and reliable. We have been so satisfied with all of our Kenmore products that we have owned. They carry a great and dependable warranty and offer quick friendly service if needed. The service reps that delivered our appliances were friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable on their products. They took their time to explain the operation of their product and answer any questions we had. Sears will be the first place we look for any household product we may need.

I loved my Kenmore. Very reliable. It handled a family of 7 very easily. They were the large capacity style machines and worth every dime. I would recommend the Kenmore appliances to anyone looking for dependable washers and dryers.

It constantly had issues and was cheaply put together. The doors had to be duct taped together because the cheap plastic pieces constantly broke and they were way overpriced to buy new just to have them break a couple months later. I had to replace the heater thing in the freezer within the first few years and then not too long after that the dial that controlled the temps.

I can no longer use the rinse aid feature. Does a poor job cleaning. It has great features, but they dont work anymore. Stopped working in less than a year. Totally adequate. Looks fine. Just doesnt work all that well. It was great when it worked. Made a big difference in the way dishes looked and its been very disappointing ever since.

I have owned other appliances from other companies and would have issues after just a few months of owning the product. The biggest issue with other appliances that we have had is that it will stop cooling and our food would be ruined. As a mother of twins and a teenage daughter, this is a really big deal for us. We switched and since then, its been great. I dont have to worry about coming home to find that everything is ruined.We could use a bigger fridge since we are a large family but I think as long as we dont have to worry about our food being ruined, we are perfectly content. We have the typical type fridge. Freezer on top and fridge on the bottom... very similar to the fridges that our parents used as we were growing up just newer. We are not rich at all. We have twins and teens and that is enough to break the bank. We were very limited on how much we could spend on appliances. Considering we have gotten ours at a very affordable price and no issues, its priceless.

I bought a brand new Kenmore 795 silver front, freezer top/fridge bottom unit in June, fully warrantied. It went out today (quit cooling) and they not only dont seem concerned about such a quick malfunction, they say they dont work on Sundays, are booked on Monday, and cant get out until Tuesday. Its very frustrating to lose a weeks worth of groceries when the warranty proclaims Call anytime, day or night. This is something to consider before buying from Sears or Kenmore.

Its a very dependable, high quality dishwasher and it works great. I would recommend it to anybody. I would even go out and buy an extra one for my house. I love my dishwasher. Its very large on the inside and fits just right in my kitchen. Has all the necessities I need and I couldnt ask for a better dishwasher. Its just right for my cabinets. My dishwasher is black, matches my counters and its easy to clean. Its also very bright. It never shows dirt or scum or grime. Its perfect and I would even recommend it to family and friends. Its very well worth its value. Its actually worth more than its value, it worth a whole lot more than what I paid for it. Its a great product for its price.

It washes the clothes nicely without taking much time and without making much noise as was the case with my previous washer. The delicate wash keeps my clothes safe and there is also a separate dispenser for the fabric softener and bleach. Since it has been purchased recently, cant tell much about the reliability but havent had any problems till now and expect that will not have any issues in future too. Would have loved if there was an option of black or silver grey. I have the basic white which is not very attractive and also doesnt match with the other appliances in the house. Have compared with most of the other brands for which I have other appliances. This one has a better value for money than most of the other brands.

The fridge was powerful and long lasting. It lasted many years with little maintenance. Perhaps because it was an inlet model, it wasnt as energy efficient, but that would be my only criticism.
