Ive had our washing machine and dryer for over 10 years and cant say enough great things about it! Its a champ! Our household does roughly 10 loads of laundry a week and its never had a bit of trouble with such heavy usage! Ive never had to call and have it repaired or serviced in any way!!!

Always worked good. Had no problems with it. Easy to work with. Kids could do it too, easy instructions. It had a warranty. We are a big family. It tell me when its done. We use it almost everyday. Dries good, never had to do loads twice in dryer. Looks good, easy to move around, good color on it. Nice people to deal with. We will buy another one someday. We got a good deal on it, was on sale. Nice salesman, good delivery.

All my appliances have been Kenmore. Its always been a product I have trusted. My parents and my sister always buy Kenmore. We built our home and my husband and I had to decide where to shop for our kitchen. We both agreed Sears. When my dad had to replace his stove I told him to go to Sears.

Does what it says it will do, gets the clothes clean and doesnt require special detergent. Did not need any repairs. Will take a large enough load to wash what I need it to wash. I have a family of 4 and typically do 3 loads of laundry a week. It will comfortably accommodate a full-size comforter. Classic styling in white. Washer and dryer match, but if I needed to replace one or the other, I wouldnt have to buy them both again. Easy to clean surfaces. Price paid for this washer and dryer is a fair price based on what it does and what I need it to do. You can buy more expensive models that have advanced features for more money. This one is pretty basic.

Very efficient, didnt use a lot of water or power and was very quiet. It was very simple to use and even did large loads quickly. I was very satisfied with this washer. It was very reliable, it last about 15 years before we had to replace it. It never gave us trouble at all, and we never had to replace any parts on it. It was very nice looking. It was bright white and matched the paint in our utility room. It had smooth corners and looked very modern and appealing. Wouldnt change anything about it. This was a very good, reliable washer for the price. It was on the lower budget price side but it still gave us many years of use for the price.

It washes the clothes nicely without taking much time and without making much noise as was the case with my previous washer. The delicate wash keeps my clothes safe and there is also a separate dispenser for the fabric softener and bleach. Since it has been purchased recently, cant tell much about the reliability but havent had any problems till now and expect that will not have any issues in future too. Would have loved if there was an option of black or silver grey. I have the basic white which is not very attractive and also doesnt match with the other appliances in the house. Have compared with most of the other brands for which I have other appliances. This one has a better value for money than most of the other brands.

Having a family of 5 and cooking 3 meals a day, I needed a dishwasher like this. We live in the country and are on a well, so conserving water in the summer time when rain is minimal is a must in our house. This dishwasher gets the job done, and saves us time and money. Easily have enough space to put all my dishes from a meal, pots and pans, and all the glasses from the day in this thing. I needed a dishwasher that I could easily fit all my dishes from dinner in, and get them all done in one load, and this dishwasher gets the job done. It is sleek and high tech looking. It is defines my kitchen and makes it look well put together.I love the stainless steel front. It is easy to clean or wipe off. It is a head turner when my friends or family come over. I would have to say, if you are looking for quality and efficiency at the same time, this one is going to be the best bang for your buck. It was not the cheapest model we could have went with, but it saves more money being an HE dishwasher and is well worth the extra dollars spent.

Compré en 2005 una nevera, un microondas, un lavavajillas y un horno en Sears. Todo Kenmore. Bueno, veamos. This is a great product. I have never had any problems with any Kenmore refrigerator. It keeps all of your items nice and cold. Its quiet while running. Easy to open and shut doors. I love a Kenmore refrigerator.

It does its job, freezes and keeps all our food fresh. Never had any problems with it ever since I bought it from Best Buy about a year and a half ago. My fridge has a great size and it can fit about a months worth of groceries in it. I love the trays to keep the meat and cheeses fresh and it also came with ice boxes too to make ice making easier because before we would never ever have ice. It looks great.

Great performance and keeps stuff cool and fresh. Easy to use and definitely one of the best appliances that I have used. Never had any problems. Large size that is able to fit everything that I buy because it is easy to use and I have no problems using it all. Definitely worth the price paying for it. Would recommend to anyone. I got my Kenmore 18 years ago and it is still going. Both washer and dryer. Had to call someone out twice because a sock got lodged somewhere weird in the washer and the dryer wasnt heating so I took apart the back and went at it with a vacuum - good as new. I really hope that Kenmore brands today are as good as the ones I bought almost 2 decades ago as I know Im on borrowed time. We have not been gentle with the washer and dryer either. I mean not changing the lint filter for weeks (fire hazard) and jam packing the washer so it goes off balance. This thing is damn near indestructible.

Worked great! Never had any problems with it at all. With a family of seven, it could have been roomier. Maybe more shelving or deeper shelving. More compartments maybe as well. Seemed like I always needed more room for bottles and jugs, etc.. My refrigerator looked great! It really wasnt anything too fancy but yet it had a clean sleek design to it. It was white in color rather plain but it matched and has very clean looking. I believe it was a fantastic value including style, design, price and especially dependability. I would most definitely recommend it for sure.

Very good. This is my second set. Very reliable. Works hard for my large family. We do load it twice a week and have never had a complaint or problem. I purchased a Kenmore elite washer HD3 in March 2011. After more than 17 months, the main control unit stopped working. Sears charged me $503.00 for it plus tax and labor to a total of $688.24 for repair when the control unit at appliance parts is only $255.00.I paid a new washer to repair the one that is only 16-monts old. A rip off by Kenmore (making such washer) and Sears charging such an amount to fix an appliance bought at Sears store. Stay away from Sears and Kenmore.

Love it. Reliable and no problems at all. Durable, long lasting and one of the best brands for appliances around. Would recommend without hesitation. Fits everything and more. Love the freezer on the bottom. Enough room to organize food for everyone. Fits lots of items on the inside door, very roomy. Could have a little more design to the front. But comes in a few color choices. Needs a little more lift. But not bad for an appliance. A little expensive but worth the price in the long run. I have never had to replace a refrigerator. Mines over 13 years old and still going strong with no problems.

I purchased the Kenmore Elite top load washer in October 2013. Yes, a little late to complain now but I just finally bought another new washer and it made me think to do a review. DO NOT purchase this washer. Since the day we bought it, it has maybe been in balance no more than 10 times! It usually takes 2 hrs to wash a load. It has become the norm for us to switch it to drain and spin after fixing the out of balance 3 or 4 times per load. This is NOT an exaggeration. We tried everything possible to figure out why. We checked the level with a leveler. We did small loads. We did medium loads. And we did large loads. NOTHING made a difference. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent on an appliance. We cant even sell it cheap to someone because they would be knocking at our door after only 2 loads. Please check others reviews with the same issue before thinking of purchasing this washer.

The washer worked well enough. Clothes went in dirty and came out clean. The dryer also worked. Clothes were dried usually in one cycle, unless we put in an especially heavy load.

Never had any issues with it; its energy efficient and keeps frozen foods frozen and cold food cold. The price is also reasonable for such a reliable appliance. Its a good size for two people; it holds several beverage packs, has large crispers and there is enough space to arrange items if you really want to load it up. Its a typical two door appliance with a top freezer - it is kind of generic looking but its functionality is optimal. We really like it... For this size and model, Kenmore provides the best value - the price is very low compared to similar brands. This is a functional appliance and well worth the price.

Dishwasher worked fine. Got dishes clean and functioned well. No issues with spots and did not miss any areas. Worked quickly and efficiently. Long life. Had it for several years. I was able to wash a days worth of dishes from four people. Never had to worry about having dishes needing to be held over for the next load. Now if it could put the dishes away too... It was a nice dishwasher that fit in nicely not sticking out. Just fit in nicely with the rest of the kitchen appliances. Ran quiet and blended in as a dishwasher should. It was priced well for the features. There are more expensive dishwashers and cheaper dishwashers out on the market. It was reasonably priced for the features.

Installation was easy and well explained in the instructions provided. It distributed the heat evenly, and gives a large cooking capacity, some parts are easy to clean and dishwasher safe, high end quality and craftsmanship.

Gets my stuff very clean. I cant say how well it works. I never got to worry about stains, they are gone. Washer has been a life saver to me and my family. My mom used to have one. She said the fridge worked for at least 10 years. It was my childhood fridge. It has gone through a lot during those years. It has gone through an earthquake, several power outages. It has been fixed several times but usually it wouldnt break down usually for several years at a time. It was beige in color. It had a freezer on the top and a nice roomy fridge.

Purchased a french door, bottom freezer Kenmore Elite refrigerator. It is one year old and just out of warranty. I have replaced 2 control boards and another is out. It has been out of service for 8 weeks. Three repair visits and it is still not working. Sears does not stand behind their product. I have spent over $500 in parts and service call and it is still not running. Repairman leaves and I cannot get another appointment for 2 weeks! Most expensive refrigerator I have ever purchased and lasted the least amount of time. I have confirmed with other repairmen I know that say Kenmore is not what it used to be and cant be trusted. Run from Kenmore!

Every dish, every utensil or silverware price that comes out is sparkling clean no residue and it doesnt take long to go through the process either and it does a great job. The dishwasher fits a load of dishes no problem. The dishes fit perfectly in there. I can put my crock pot in there the glass part. The silverware have a handy little container that fits perfectly. My tall cups fit in there perfectly. It is sleek and goes perfectly with all the other appliances in my kitchen. Its easy to open, its easy to use. The buttons are very clear to read and theres very many options to pick from. We searched around for different types different sizes and this dishwasher was the perfect size with the perfect components at the price that we wanted.

I havent had any major issues. I do struggle with cleaning it if something has spilled and hasnt been cleaned up immediately. I also think that because I have an older style, the placement of items in the fridge is more difficult.

Very reliable and good looking. We have always used Kenmore washers and dryers. They seem to use less energy and weve never had to call a technician. The washer is for large capacity and the clothes seem rotate in the tub better than other models Ive seen. Our clothes come out cleaner with less detergent and less wrinkles. The dryer removes lint very nicely and the permanent press cycle works great for wrinkle free dry clothes.

It worked wonderfully. It is high quality. People really enjoyed their Kenmore refrigerator. It is an upright freezer, it is good for a small to large family, it is good to put in pantry or cellar. It has one door, 3 or 4 shelves. It has shelf on doors, plenty of room for extra meat or vegetables. You could place just about anywhere. Its energy efficient, too. The price range would be about 600.00 to about 2,000 dollars with 5 year warranty which would replacement parts and labor to fix it or a refund or replace with same make and model. I would recommend, it was a great idea to buy and use.

Washer (MODEL NO: 41740412702) is rusting in bleach container area, and now in washing machine basket. It is also rusting on the outside. Bought in 2010, now 5 years old. Cost for washer/dryer stack-able was $1258.42. Will never buy Kenmore again!

Kenmore 795.71023 Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - I purchased this refrigerator in 2011, and it stopped working late last year (no longer kept food cold and/or frozen; eventually, there was no cooling whatsoever). The first local repairman came out in January and said it was probably the compressor, and did not do any testing because he said that it would void the warranty. He charged me $59 and said to call Sears. I called Sears and was shocked to discover that this compressor only had a one year warranty (and no, I did not purchase the extended warranty).After researching this fridge and the specific LG compressor, I am even more shocked by the poor quality and track record of this compressor. After the initial $1,400+ purchase, am I really supposed to spend another $700-$900 dollars to have this fridge fixed, having owned it for only 4 1/2 years? My previous fridge was a Kenmore and was still in working condition after 19+ years, which is why I purchased this brand. All I have been offered is the ability to make a service call, minimum charge of $95. Really?

My Kenmore fridge performed very well. It is always quiet and is very energy efficient. I would recommend this fridge to anyone that needs a reliable fridge. The Kenmore fridge was a bit on the small side for my size of family but is the right size for other families. It fits everything that it needs to. The overall appearance of the Kenmore fridge is awesome. It is beautiful to look at and very easy to clean. The black fridge hides fingerprints and always looks clean. The size of the Kenmore fridge is great for the price. It is a very good value for the appearance and size of the fridge. The black fridge is definitely worth the reasonable price that was paid for it.

We bought our home in Loxahatchee Florida, with great joy and began furnishing and decorating. Because of limited space, we purchased the Kenmore Stacked Laundry Center, #61532. It is just my husband and I, so we do 3-4 loads of laundry per week. Just the other day, only 1 year and 9 months from our purchase of this brand new appliance, water started showing up on our laundry room floor. We check hoses, drain pipe, etc. and all are secure. So I call Sears for service and was told that the warranty is only for one year, so I would have to pay for repairs. Okay, how bad could it be??? Well, the technician came out and took one look at it and after hearing what we said was wrong, said oh, yea, this happens to these all the time, apparently Sears is peddling this appliance that has a transmission problem. And, worse, after spending $1,200 on the initial purchase, this would be $900 to fix!!! How shameful that Sears, a company that my mom worked for for 20+ years and my parents swore by the Kenmore brand is putting out a product that they KNOW is faulty and has not performed properly for any consumer. They wont credit us, they wont take it back, we are stuck with this monstrosity. We are tired of this kind of wanton callous concern for the end user. How is there not a recall on this item???

Kenmore does everything you need as to washing dishes. It�€�s an excellent name brand I love, very trustworthy and dependable. You have to love its size because I surely do. All it takes is for me to load the dishwasher all at once. It�€�s a one-stop shop. The appearance is outstanding�€� its more advanced new technology is something that I would stick by. Many people think of the name and think, �€�oh its expensive�€��€� when actually you get a great deal depends on where you get one at. Its worth the price.

I have two Kenmore he5t frontloading washers, we are a family of 6. I hate them. My clothes dont come out clean and I have small holes appearing in my clothes. Im wondering if it is not filling with enough water. Not sure where the holes are coming from. I can only find one other person that also notices these small holes in the clothes...

Sears and Kenmore, once a reputable and reliable company selling quality products such as Kenmore, are now in my opinion in cahoots with each other and have degraded to scam artists out to rip off consumers. I am now completely skeptical with their business practices. I purchased a Kenmore 50 gallon 12 year water heater from Sears last year in June 2013 for $730. My second water heater purchase from them because my last water heater lasted for 9 years and never gave me any problems so I figured why not buy from them again. The 1 year warranty expired so I called my plumber to come out and fix the issue of the thermostat shutting down due to high temperatures for some reason. (The heat dial was never changed or adjusted.) My plumber came out and said he couldnt fix it because it was an electronic thermostat that he wasnt familiar with so I called Sears to ask about the product I purchased and that my plumber couldnt fix the problem. The Sear representative said that if I were to use another outside technician that the parts would not be warranted by Kenmore. (Okay why?) So I called Kenmore to ask about their warranty on the parts and was given the runaround with the automated system which always led me back to a Sears customer service representative. It was frustrating that I couldnt speak with someone from the Kenmore manufacturer.Since time was going by, I had no other choice but to get a Sears service technician out there to fix the problem because my tenants had no hot water. Sears said that any of the parts would be warranted and replaced without charge but there would be labor costs. When the Sears technician arrived, he notified me that the thermostat needed to get replaced with a new thermostat. I asked him what kind/brand was the old thermostat and what kind/brand is the new one because I wouldnt want the same one if the last one was defective or unreliable. He then went on to tell me that he wasnt actually going to be replacing the thermostat, but resetting it and needed to flush out the system due to build up of sediment. He also suggested that this sort of maintenance should be done every year. This ended up costing me around $280 for the reset and flush.I have never had to do this in the past with my water heater appliance. Not only am I pissed that this wastes a ton of water, but I�€�m also upset that a product like this was even designed and made. When did I buy an oversized Brita Filter for my house that needed flushing? The technician suggested that I purchase the Sears warranty so it wouldnt cost so much in the future. I ended up succumbed to buying a warranty because I supposedly have 9.5 years left on this product.I will never purchase a Kenmore product without reading the Consumer Affairs report on it. I did some investigation and further found out that my situation wasnt a special case. There were a number of complaints from other consumers who experienced the same exact thing. I filed a complaint (#**) with Sears and I will also report this to the Federal Trade Commission as suggested from another consumer post. I feel that this was worth sharing with others in case anyone is in the market of buying a new water heater. DO NOT BUY KENMORE or SHOP AT SEARS.

The washer and dryer was durable. It last a long time with no problems. It got my clothes very clean and it never broke down. I would recommend this washer to a friend. I have always been happy because it gave me no problems. It performed great, economic on water use and energy efficient, stable, cleans well. Has different cycles. The appearance was nice and the capacity is very large so you can get laundry done in a timely manner. Its energy efficient. It is a great value whatever price you pay and of high quality.

My Kenmore was an excellent refrigerator and provided me with many years of good service. I never had to call upon a service repairman at all for any kind of issue or problem. I used this refrigerator for well over 12 years before moving to my current location where one was already provided for my use. Upon selling my previous duplex, I included the Kenmore as part of the deal. That was over 6 years ago and the family who purchased it is still using it today. They love it as they have continued to use it and have also had no problems with it either. That is nearly 20 years with no problems! What else could anyone ask for or expect in a quality appliance? For these reasons, I highly recommend Kenmore refrigerators as an excellent choice when one is looking for just the right refrigerator appliance... Not only are they functional, attractive, and highly durable, but they also meet the needs of diverse family sizes and needs.

I always used a liquid detergent. I never used powders. I always kept the dryer vents cleaned out to prevent fires and to help the dryer be more efficient. Both my washer and dryer lasted more than 15 years. I think the secret is to use liquid detergents and to keep the dryer vent clean especially to the outside. Neither of my appliances had to have any service other than what I just described. Even though I purchased the cheaper or plain models I found that they were easy to keep clean and that their finish held up very well over the fifteen plus years I used them. For the monies I invested and the usage I received for my fifteen years of usage I think I came out very well and not having to spend monies for service or repairs especially speaks to the quality of both machines.

My washer came apart in my basement... pictures enclosed. Not sure what happened other than I was washing a King size sheet set. We believe it was at the beginning of the spin/rinse cycle. I heard nothing. Weve had it two years this past July so Im assuming the warranty is finished?

Purchased a Sears Kenmore refrigerator for $1300.00 and the gasket on fridge door and freezer door is faulty after 4 years. Cracked and pulled away from all 4 corners on freezer door and fridge door. I paid 300.00 for the extra warranty and it has expired 4 mos prior to my complaint. Service on the phone is 0, no call backs. Told me to purchase another warranty $. In the past I have purchased a number of LG Sears Kenmore appliances and had 100% good experience. The gasket is split-torn away and I can see the foam inner of the doors. Just install a new gasket or lose me forever as a customer.

It was pretty good. They used to make great stuff but they got cheap later on. Now I dont like the brand as much anymore. I will probably buy another brand. I like a fridge that is easy to put everything into. Companies are cheap. The bars on the door break easy. Racks are hard to adjust and they are cheap. It was fine to look at. But companies make cheap crap products anymore and wonder why we dont like them. Cheap crap is stupid. Make good quality stuff please! The stuff made these days is junk shipped from China and you want people to think there is quality? That is just stupid. Get over it and realize it is junk!

It worked and washed really good, no spots or anything. Great service. The experience was to have my dishes spotless was amazing, never had anything this amazing. It was a good size, just some faults here and there but overall, really good and compact size for my home. Doesnt take a lot of space. Looked clean and really well-polished. The colors are simple and basic, fit my home perfectly. I also loved how easy it is to operate it, really good product. Leaning a little bit towards expensive, but overall good value for everything I get. Thank you for the really good price that your company put out there.

There are several perks to this refrigerator. 1: It is durable. I have 3 kids and even with them and husband going in and out of it all the time, nothing ever broke or came loose or stopped working. 2: It is very sleek and beautiful 3: There was enough room to store a months worth of groceries for my rather large family. Fits well with a standard sized kitchen but also looks great in my larger sized kitchen. It also comes in different colors to match whatever decor you happen to have. This appliance is sleek and beautiful. It matched my other Kenmore appliances perfectly and its coating is very resistant to staining or fingerprints, unlike many other refrigerators we looked at. For the price we paid, we received an extremely durable, lasting refrigerator. I would recommend it to anyone of my friends who need something that is going to stand the test of time and tons of use!

All clothes were not shrink by using Kenmore. Have features I want and easy to use. The most important thing is save water and electricity. I am very happy when I change my washer and dryer to Kenmore.

The washer quit draining and shows F51 and F34 codes. Following the trouble shooting info the company tried to hide from the customers inside, the washer showed the machine control board needed to be replaced. A quick internet search showed hundreds of complaints about the same thing. A recall was set up for some washers, but many others with the same problem are not included in it. If someone pays for a top end product, they should not receive a poorly designed/built pile of junk. This washer should be sold for $100 at Wal-Mart, and even then it might not be a good deal.

Its ok and satisfied with this refrigerator. It works great and has all that I want. Ample storage space for refrigerator and freezing purposes. Also good space on doors for condiments and large sized bottles for beverages and soda. Great exteriors and stainless steel is easy to maintain and easy to clean and polish and keep it up like new and easy to wipe the stains and finger spots. It was not overly expensive and was well within budget, plus we got some incentives with this purchase, so it was a great value when combined with the incentives.

It was a refrigerator worth what I paid for it. Bought it 7 years ago and havent had any problems with it. Thinking of upgrading to a side-by-side and will definitely be a Kenmore. We bought this model when all the kids left home and fits our needs, but since couponing will be upgrading for a bigger freezer. Really like the big shelf space and size of door space. Definitely recommend. I like that this model doesnt take up a whole lot of space. When we bought it we lived in a mobile home and didnt have a lot of kitchen space so this particular model was perfect size. This refrigerator was not really expensive and that was a major factor when selecting it, besides size. We have had it for seven years and never any problems so very well worth the price, and I look to get about one third of what I paid when I go to sell it.

It was the first washer I bought and used it for many years. In the market to buy another one. Great product. Bought a different brand that didnt hold up as well. Definitely prefer the Kenmore brand to the last washer I had. My Kenmore dryer is very old but it still works. May have to get a set.

It did not require as much maintenance as some other brands Ive owned with the amount of use I put a dryer through. Also it seemed to dry clothes with less lint. I put dryers as well as washers through a lot of use. Typically doing a few loads of laundry per day. I was always able to rely on the dryer working without fail. While this has not been the prettiest appliance Ive ever owned it did the job. Besides appearance is one of the lesser requirements when Im searching for appliances. I felt this dryer was of exceptional quality for the price. I had a front load Maytag before purchasing the Kenmore. I have to say the Kenmore lasted much longer and did equally if not a better job.

This is the best fridge that I have owned. Ive had 0 issues in the couple of years of owning it. Side by side is an excellent addition to my home. The freezer portion is a little small for my needs, but I make do. I bulk freeze a lot of items. The fridge side is perfect and has enough options for adjustability to fit everything I need for a family. I love the stainless steel appearance. It holds up well to abuse. The brushed looks helps hide minor scratches. The only issue I have is keeping fingerprints off the stainless steel. I am very pleased with the value of this fridge. The size vs the value was just right for my family of four. The added value of the water dispenser is a great addition.

I like that I can set the washer to start later, like an hour or two up to 12. That way I can go grocery shopping and when I get back the washer will still be on. My complaint is that Im not supposed to cover the center (theres no stick anymore) where theres a metal button. If it gets covered, like when I wash sheets and blankets, it wont drain. Itll actually take more time by re-rinsing and not draining so my sheets and blankets come out soaking wet. They never spin dry either. Id like there to be an option to spin only. Right now I have to select rinse and spin, which uses more water. That kind of defeats the purpose of it being HE.

Purchased a Kenmore Fridge from Sears which is manufactured by Electrolux. Purchased it in June 2016. Have had the repairman out four times for the same issue of not staying cold. They do not want to replace the fridge. They want to send repair person out a fifth time. It will be over a month without a fridge. This is not acceptable.

Great. I love the way it was easy to access, always kept my food in good eating conditions, and really easy to keep clean. The freezer part managed to keep the food frozen until we actually needed to use it, and the ice cream was always ready to eat, not too soft and not too hard when it came time to eat the ice cream. And the multi pull out drawers made it very easy to store whatever it was we bought from the store on a daily basis.

It is quite adequate. There are 3 drawers for fruits, vegetables and meats. And the shelves are adjustable. It lasted a long time with little need for repair. Im very happy with it.

I purchased an expensive Kenmore Elite electric stove/oven in 2009 and have had many problems and have spent much money on repairs. Until recently I was unaware of the numerous complaints and lawsuits filed with similar issues. My top burner does not turn off, but remains on and on high. The burner has also turned on by itself when not being used. I have called with my concern for the safety of my family as I believe this to be a fire hazard. I believe this appliance should be recalled, but I have been told that my appliance does not have the model # of the ones that are recalled. We are waiting for another service member but in the meantime worry about the hazard this poses to my family! Sears has offered no help or concern as they believe my appliance is not one of the many recalled. I fear for the safety of my home and family.

My Kenmore refrigerator has been nothing but a consistent performer. I have never had to have it repaired or serviced. It looks great and comes with a great warranty. I bought it over ten years ago and it works just as well as the first day I owned it.

I always grew up with Kenmore products in our house. My grandparents always wanted to buy the best quality of everything. I carried on that tradition and have always stuck with the Kenmore name. However, after my last 3 appliances going out on me, THAT WERE ALL KENMORE, I will never buy Kenmore again! I also got terrible customer service that could not do anything. My 1 1/2 year old Kenmore refrigerator freezes everything on the top 2 shelves, no matter how high I put the temp, AND the ice hardly makes any ice. You get about 8 cups every 24 hours!!!My Kenmore Elite Dishwasher (was a great dishwasher while it ran), BUT all of a sudden it started making a VERY loud noise and it is so loud, you cant hear someone talking in the kitchen, I have never heard anything like it from a dishwasher! My Kenmore Elite Microwave suddenly made a really loud pop noise and it smelled like it caught on fire! Customer Service said there was a recall on the refrigerator, so they made an appointment for a technician to come out. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! So I called back and they said now the computer would not allow them to make an appointment for me. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get to supervisors to help me. NO HELP!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU KENMORE!!! I will never buy another Kenmore item.

Purchased dryer in 2013, just got it paid off and dryer started shutting off after a few minutes and getting error code CE. We have had the venting system cleaned by professional and new vent hose checked and there was no lint blockage. Repairman said it was motor. He put one that didnt work. He came back and put on new heating element... then didnt work. I have been without a dryer for 3 weeks. It will work if I unhook machine from dryer vent. What is the problem. I have seen many other complaints about Sears unable to fix this machine?

My Kenmore Refrigerator is small and white with a freezer on top and a fridge on the bottom. Its an apartment size refrigerator but fits one month worth of groceries. Ive had it for for 9 years and and it runs every day. It is very well made and uses less electricity. Its easy to clean and perfect for one person.

Kenmore Elite 74043: Lo compré en 2015, el 6 de abril me di cuenta de que ni el frigorífico ni el congelador enfriaban. Había comprado la garantía extendida. Un técnico de reparación de Sears vino el 12 de abril y pidió 4 piezas. Un conjunto de secador, 2 bobinas de evaporador y un compresor. Hoy es 3 de mayo y 3 de las piezas han llegado finalmente, pero una de las bobinas estaba muy mal embalada y creo que puede estar dañada. Si llamas al número 1-800 te atiende alguien en el extranjero y no te pueden decir nada sobre dónde están tus piezas. Primero me dieron como fecha de reparación el 18 de abril, luego el 24, luego el 26 y luego el 4 de mayo. Cuando el Departamento de Repuestos llame no pienso reprogramar la reparación, pienso comprar otro frigorífico y discutiremos cómo me va a reembolsar Sears mi nuevo frigorífico. No me extraña que tengan problemas.

Its a good size and works very good for many washes. It cleans well and not too big in size. I took the time to look for a washer that will last. It does the job by cleaning the first time really good. It can hold lots to clean which lessen the amount of washes. Overall I have been very happy with the overall quality. The appearance is ok. I mean its not too bulky and does not stick out of place. Easy to store in a area or any area for proper use. I think the color is good looking and seems to be lasting well. I think for the value it give you the best wash for buck. Also its not the top but works like the best in the market. I got a good warranty with and that made it even more happy to buy.

I recently bought a Kenmore refrigerator to be exact 5 months ago and its already not working! How is this possible? How can you spend your hard earned money on a product that will break down on you in less than 5 months? I called for repairs and was told why I didnt add a protection plan. WHY should I! I shouldnt have to worry about something so expensive breakdown on me so fast. After throwing away all the food that went bad I had to wait 4 days for a technician. I was greeted with a very smelly, rude and ignorant man that did nothing but tell me that he needed to order a motor and left.I called Sears Repair and was told I had to wait another 3-5 days for the motor to come in and then... Make an appointment for another technician to come in. So what do I do for food? Eat out a can for a week? Will I be reimburse for all the breakfast, lunch and dinners I have to pay for until they fix my broken down expensive new refrigerator? I am beyond disappointed with this issue. I will gladly forward my receipt if requested but at this time I do not have it. Item was bought at Sears (Cottman Plaza) in Northeast Philadelphia PA on 8/7/2016.

It comes in handy with those hard to clean dishes and easy to use. Most of all its a good value for your money. I would highly recommend this product. The sizes is just right. I was able to install the washer with little to no problems. I would recommend this product to any who is in need of a dishwasher. I love the appearance of the dishwasher. It looks sleek modern and advanced. The build design is a step above the rest. The price of the dishwasher was outstanding. I think I couldnt find a better dishwasher at a better price. The product is worth the price.
