This fridge was cheap and it shows in its looks and performance. Its a great value for people just starting out and without a lot of needs. If I had known how it would act, we would have paid more for the next model up. It is a plain white fridge with a textured finish that is difficult to keep clean. It is moderate in size and sticks out past the cabinets. It is just a normal fridge with no bells or whistles. The size is ok for a kitchen but we need an outside fridge to hold extra milk and food. The cheese drawer is very small and the produce drawers dont really have humidity control. Since the freezer and fridge share a thermostat the fridge often freezes things if we want to keep the freezer cold enough to make solid ice.

Kenmore Elite Kenmore refrigerator (Model number 59676522500) required frequent service calls. It would have been nice if the repairmen told us that they were repairing the same part over and over again. It is a horrible design flaw. The copper tubing that goes from the compressor to the evaporator runs through the drain pan. The moisture corrodes the tubing causing loss of Freon. The repair is expensive (Sears wanted $900). If we had known the other four repairs were caused by this design flaw, we would have continued the extended service plan which had expired shortly after the last repair. So, this $2,000 refrigerator wasnt built to last even a year. It was repair every year since purchase. It is now 5.8 years old and needed to be repaired again. Youd think they would fix the problem, not just put band aids on it.

Simple to use and very convenient. I have a big family and my washer is like my nanny and best friend. I love it! Dont know exactly what Id do without it. My husband likes it too. I have never had a problem with my washer. My clothes are always clean. Its not noisy. It doesnt run my water bill up too high. Its spacious. My washer is white. It is square. It is pretty. It is clean. It looks wonderful in my house. Its stylish. Im so happy I bought it!! The value is outrageous. Its worth more than I paid for it in my personal opinion. I would have paid more. I know people who love my washer and would have paid much more.

All the Kenmore appliances that weve owned, especially the refrigerator, have lasted long past the usual life expectancy of appliances. I think we had the refrigerator about 25 years with only 1 or 2 service calls. Our Kenmore clothes dryer is nearing 20 years and still works great!.

Bought a new Kenmore washer in 2014. From the time we bought it it was throwing out a cafe F51 didn�€�t know what it was ( yes ignorance on my part) however if you turned it off and then back on it worked fine. Now it has stopped working completely! I call customer service and ask if it was under recall after telling the lady my name and address five different times. She said no. I ask to speak with her manager and she said she didn�€�t have one. Wow. I am talking to the owner of the company! So I said I would like to speak to a supervisor and reluctantly she placed me on hold and when the supervisor got on the phone she also stated that the washer was not under any recall. I ask her how she would know that without knowing what the serial number and model numbers were and quickly she ask for them. Put me on a brief hold and wouldn�€�t you know it same answer! No recall. However it has been giving this code since we bought it. Their solution to the problem is that I pay $99 for someone to come out in a week and see if it is under recall and if not then I can pay to have a washer fixed that was broke when we bought it. Gotta love them! I am not a happy customer!

Its easy to operate. I have lots of allergies to detergents and with the HE washer we always use the extra rinse cycle. Perfect for our home space wise and no excuses for dirty laundry with my girls doing their own laundry. Quilts & bulky items Ive always taken to the laundromat or dry cleaners; cant risk messing up the drum. I have a pre-teen and a toddler in my home, so we have a lot of laundry. This washing machine has survived a long life in this household and I use it to do an average of 5 loads per week, in a good week. It can handle baby clothes covered in spit up, a pre-teens laundry load after changing clothes 10 times per day and even the bedding in our house without problems. With simple controls, it doesnt take a college degree to operate which means I can put other people to work on the laundry and they cant give me the excuse that they dont know how to use the washing machine. This washer has worked nicely for my family of five - we can run it all day with no problems. However, any hair, be it pet or human, that is on our clothes tends to stick underneath the inside rim of the washer, and when I swipe a paper towel around the bottom and sides of the washer, I often find more hair.

Not really getting too cold but I see I am having what I have read about with multiple reviews on their Elite, 2 Door with bottom freezer are having. The freezer coils, freezing over. It seems to show an Error code of FF. The coils, for various reasons, freeze over. Mine is a little over 4 yrs. I have read where some say they are regular happenings that they defrost every year almost. Then you have the problem of finding someone to work on them, A lot of the local repair stores in my area would not touch them claiming getting parts are hard so I wound up calling Sears new A&E repair service since their brick and mortar stores are almost closed.They came and then told me they usually had no problem working on them but then I had to wait a few days to get the part they claimed was faulty, the thermistor, and then it took me a week or a little more to have them come back to install the part. So if you dont have a backup fridge, this may not be the fridge for you. They are LG so you might as well consider them also. Same fridge and same problems. The bottom line is they are hard to find repair stores to work on them, they are hard to get parts for and then they may even be hard to get the parts installed on them. In the meantime, mine did continue to run but I had a few things that thawed out the first time the problem showed itself. I would not recommend them as a good purchase.

It was a great fridge. Kept up on making ice even when it was so hot and humid outside. Always kept beer or soda cold and not just cold but just the right coldness. Kept our fruit and veggie good for a long time. It seemed longer than our old fridge one did. We are a big family of 6 with 3 boys one girl so we would do most of the shopping one time a month besides odds and ends and it would hold 400-500 of meat and everything else as well. It was a basic look fridge with the freezer on top, the ice box on bottom. It looked good next to our white walls. We got it from my mother when we first moved out to the state we live in. We had it for 3 years and then when we moved we updated to a bigger one and sold that one for 100 bucks.

My old washing machine broke. I had it for 15 years, never had to fix it. I kept looking at these beautiful washers in the store that would wash the whole bed spread. No more going to the laundromat to wash my bed spread I thought. So I bought the Kenmore elite wondering how it would clean my clothes with no agitator in it. I was told it was new technology. I dont know why I assume the makers knew what they were doing. I hate my washer for so many reasons. It doesnt clean my clothes very good, even a small load. When I put a large load in it, it knots the clothes up so bad I cant hardly get them apart. They are so wrinkled theyre almost permanently wrinkled. When I wash a bedspread it gets off balance and stops, so I have to pull the heavy thing out and restart many times until it finally finishes. That might not be so bad if it actually got clean. My dark cloths keep having a white residue on them and I can only guess that the light cloths do too. My whites are getting more and more dingy and whatever goes in with a spot comes out with a spot. Now Im looking for an older set like I had before on Craigslist and I dont know what to do with my 2000 dollar waste of money set because how can I sell it in good conscience knowing what a bad washer it is. The dryer I have had no problems with.

I usually pack clothes and towels in to my washing machines, this fits large loads and fits all of my washing needs. I would prefer for the washer to drain and dry without needing to prop the door open. Looks great and fits in any laundry room or laundry area of a home. Be sure to prop door open, detergent door as well... Will get musty otherwise. Kenmore value is always prevalent as the quality is usually very high. All parts have worked well and havent had any issue with the value of the product.

We were finally able to purchase all new and matching appliances. We did our homework and it seemed the Sears Kenmore products were the best rated, what a mistake. As I write this we have a tech out for the second time working on the refrigerator. It doesnt make ice, now the fan started malfunctioning, now its not cool inside but there is ice collecting. At this point if I could afford it I would try and sue Sears. My dream kitchen is turning into a nightmare! Not only have we had to endure the cost of repairs we dont have a functioning refrigerator that is barely 2 years old!

We trusted the Kenmore name but never again. We purchased our Kenmore Elite refrigerator in February of 2013. On April 28th of 2015, the refrigerator stopped working. Since then, we have had 8 different Sears repairmen at our home and as of May 29, 2015, the refrigerator still isnt working and the 9th repairman is scheduled for June 8, 2015. There have been several calls and chats with representatives that have all ended the same. The representatives refuse to connect you with a supervisor. We have been promised phone calls from someone that could resolve or escalate the issue and that hasnt happened either. They have ordered parts 3 different times and replaced various items and still the appliance doesnt work.We have called the Sears store manager in Cerritos, CA and he promised to take action and call us back...never heard from him again. So far, everyone we have spoken or chatted with at Sears seems to think it is acceptable that someone should spend 3 grand on a refrigerator, have it last barely two years and take over a month to try and repair...They dont care. We will never purchase anything else from Sears or anything with the Kenmore name again. If you are looking for an appliance, I would not consider Sears or anything with the Kenmore name.

It washes all my clothes and keeps them smelling fresh for longer. It is also gentle on softer fabrics and doesnt cause intimates to fall apart. It is also very convenient and easy to use. It provides the best value for what its worth. The machine has been working for 2 years and has not had any serious malfunctions and works as if its brand new. It looks modern and new. Every time I have people over, people are always complimenting and talking about how good the washer looks in the room. Fits the house perfectly. Totally worth the price. I would not pay anything less for a better value. If I had the option to choose another dryer, I would still choose the same brand.

We bought a Kenmore Refrigerator Model #25360082412 in April 2016 that went dead in July first week. We called Sears as it was covered by a Master Service Agreement for which we had a hefty fee. It took them two weeks to come and inspect. The technician acted friendly, blamed Sears products (�€�very poor quality�€�) and also said that the compressor has gone bad. He also said that in such cases, fridges should be replaced with a new one whereas Sears is pressurizing them to get it fixed. He said he has to order the parts and not sure when the parts would come. When contacted Sears, the reply was that they need to send another technician to confirm what is wrong. Another technician came yesterday and the same scenario all over. It takes awfully long time to get hold of a person to get an answer and the person we were able to get connected said this morning that the first technician had written in his comments that we had refused the repair work. Only after three failures Sears would replace the fridge and that has not happened in our case according to him. We are waiting for the parts to come and have an appointment in ten days to get it installed, assuming the compressor arrives by then. The service by Sears is extremely bad. When you call, you get someone in Philippines who have no knowledge or understanding of appliance breakdowns and mere note takers. In a nutshell, we still have no fridge after six weeks.

I bought the Kenmore Elite model # 795.74025.410. It is the 29.8 cu. ft. French door bottom-freezer refrigerator. We are happy with the active finish, room and layout, but that is the end of it. The excessive noise I can live with, the lack of ice capacity too, even resetting it a couple times a week so that the water/ice dispenser works, But ice build up to the point that drawers cant even close? You want to buy a Kenmore product? That will be ok, just buy the extended warranty for as long as you want the unit to last. I for one did not buy it, and sure enough 1 year past its purchase date (just past its manufacturer warranty) and found out about all the ice it was building on the walls and behind the drawers. We had to take all of the food out and de-ice it like it was my parents fridge in 1970s.

To wash the inside of refrigerator I removed crisper drawers fairly easily (had a little problem getting them out). When trying to get them back in, they wont go in. I worked with it for 2 hrs. I even stood the drawer on the counter and tried to attach the shelf to the drawer. The refrigerator itself works Wonderfully (hard to get a new water filter... any ideas?). I just cant get the drawers back in. I did it a couple times before and it was very tricky, but neither me nor my wife can get it back in this time. Satisfied, but not happy until I get this figured out.

The water stops coming out every once in awhile. One time a part broke, but other than that its done what weve needed from it. The space inside is good and we like the adjustable shelving. When we make a trip back from Costco, it can a little cramped in the freezer, but each month we manage to squeeze everything in there. I like the modern stainless steel look in any refrigerator. So did my wife. The controls were easy to understand. It is good modern-looking refrigerator. We bought it at Best Buy and for the money we spent for it, it did what we wanted it to do. There were better model with more doodads but this one had everything we needed.

I had a Kenmore Washer & Dryer for 13 years and only had to replace 1 part on the washer and my husband did it. So we thought it was time to purchase a new set that might be more energy efficient and thought we would go with the Kenmore brand again. July 2013 we purchased the Kenmore Elite top loading washer and matching dryer, for a lot of money, not bottom of the line. My husband was not happy with the washer right away, he felt his work clothes were not getting clean. I thought it might be the setting they were getting washed on so I tried different combinations. I also realized that I couldnt let items soak in the water overnight, it would drain out. We continued to use them since they were not broken and we had given away our other set. In the last 1-2 months I cant wash a load of anything (it first was only blankets) it stops and says unbalanced load. I had them installed by the company who brought them but I double checked that the washer was level, and it was. I cant get through washing a load of 4 items, same weight without it taking all day, and stopping at the minimum of 4 times. I go and rebalance the clothes and start it again. I called and it is $79 to come out and look, if nothing is wrong, I lose the money. If they find something I get it back but pay for the parts & labor. Or I can purchase a new warranty for $229 for a year which covers certain items. I cant sell it without feeling guilty but it was not a couple of hundred dollars, I even feel guilty giving it to anybody but I dont even want to deal with it anymore. Friends have washers and Love them! The dryer is fine, no complaints. Trying to figure out if I should choose plan A or plan B... My luck is bad.

My Kenmore dishwasher was probably one of the best brands of dishwashers Ive ever used! Ive had a couple different ones and they all work great! Theyre very easy and simple to use and understand, look good, and get the job done. My dishwasher was big in size on the inside, meaning it held a lot of my dishes. I could fit all my cookware, plates, pots, cups, and silverware in there with no problems. Also, even with all that stuff in there it still managed to clean all of it! The couple Kenmore dishwashers Ive owned all looked nice in appearance. Even the older ones are still nice looking! The new stainless steel dishwashers are super nice looking! They go with any kitchen. They have white, black, and stainless steel. The value for the Kenmore dishwashers is awesome. For what you pay for them you get your moneys worth. They work great, space efficient, fit a lot of dishes, look good, and theyre not uber expensive!

If you have nice clothes you want better dependable washers and dryers to keep your clothes nice. You want to be able to keep your clothes looking new and not all day every time you wash and dry them. You want to be able to wash and dry your clothes knowing that the machinery is not going to break down any time while youre using them. We have never had to have a service person come up to the house to look at any of our washer dryers that are the Kenmore brand. Its now the year 2016 getting ready to be the 2017. You want top of the line modern appliances that fit with your interior and the modern look of your house. You dont want washer and dryers that look like theyre made in the 1950s. We bought our washer and dryer brand new and even with the payments had them paid off within a year and a half. Very reasonable and didnt even notice the money missing from our banking accounts as the we paid the bills.

I would recommend this washer and dryer to anyone who is looking to buy one. It always works and it can hold a heavy load! Mine is a little old but it still works as if it were yesterday that I found it in the house that I bought. You can put anything in this washer and dryer and it will not harm it in any way. It is an old pair but it works efficiently every single time. The overall appearance is excellent especially considering it is old. It does not matter what the washer or dryer looks like as far as I am concerned. The important thing is that it works. It is really hard for me to say the value of these two. One I bought a long time ago and the other came with the house but I would estimate about $400 for each one. They work very well.

I bought this fridge brand new and have had it for 9 years with no problems. Then out of nowhere my son and I came in the house in the middle of the day and my son smelled something burning. He looked towards the fridge and smoke was coming out of the ice maker. We got up and opened the freezer door of the fridge, and there was a full blown fire coming from around the ice maker mechanism. We put the fire out and unplugged the fridge. What kept running through our minds was, what if we werent home or what if this had happened at night while we were all sleeping. After I took the ice maker mechanism off I could see that there were bare wires that might have caused the fire. Very scary.

I liked my Kenmore fridge because it was spacious and looked sleek. It was also bought at a good price and did not take any money to keep up with it. I had no major issues with it while I had it.

Neutral white color, clean-looking glass and drawers inside fridge. Sleek-looking. No complaints! Great fridge for reasonable cost. Not much change in electric bill adding this as a secondary garage fridge. I got it with a coupon too so it was a great value.

Plenty of room for all our cleaning needs. I love the black. It goes well with my kitchens decor. Easy to clean and attractive. When we visited the store and saw the floor model it stood out very easily against some of the other models. It was an easy sell and we are very pleased. I cant say enough about the value for the money spent. We got a great deal on this unit and the store had several in stock. I have never regretted making this purchase. Money well spent on an investment.

I love the timed sensors for the clothing being dried. Most dryers have the times setting (which this one does) but it is also very easy to over dry your clothes and then a burnt smell could happen. Delicates setting is perfect with the sensor. I love it. I have actually bought another one for my friend who had a terrible old dryer. Her clothes are no longer a burnt smell. The reliability of this dryer is just simply fantastic. It doesnt overheat. It runs very quiet. I love the front facing dryers. Its easier for me being short to grab and put items in the dryer. I love the circle look to it as well. Having top for some laundry folding space is wonderful too. The value of this product I too believe couldnt be any better. I am simply satisfied and wouldnt go with another dryer. Hopefully the quality and value pay off in the long run.

It was spacious, kept everything fresh at the right temperature. It never ran out of ice and the shelves were big enough for watermelons and gallons of milk. Everything was able to be organized effectively. The freezer could have been bigger but I love frozen pizza. It was very sleek and shiny. It definitely had a modern feel to it and I enjoyed the sleek design. It is the closest thing to a fridge from the future. The fridge is a very good value. For the type of refrigerator you get, it is very cheap. The materials it is made of feel expensive. I also couldnt find a better fridge for the price.

Model 59672389411 - I bought this ref for $1999.99. Sears wanted me to buy a 799.99 5 year extended warranty. This was almost half the cost of the ref so I choose not to. I have never bought extended warranties before and have never needed to on appliances. I bought the ref on 7/10/15 and it stop working on 1/28/2017 that is 18 months later. Both the coolant lines were leaking. Repairman said he would have to replace them and the compressor. This is pretty much the complete sealed system. Cost would be $911.79. Again half the cost of the ref and I would only get 90 day warranty on that. I have called every number I can find for Sears. 1-888-507-9312 Sears corporate advocate who referred me to 1-888-536-6673 who referred me to 1-800-549-4505 Sears national customer hotline who told me there is nothing they can do. Before those calls I called 1-888-536-6673, 1-847-286-2500, 1-800-469-4663, and was given the e-mail address shc@customerservice.sears.com. No one at any of these numbers would help. I am just SOL. I have to throw this refrigerator in the land fill. I am appalled over this!!! Sears should be accountable for their products. I wanted to get in touch with the person who manufactured the ref because they should be accountable for the parts they make but no one will tell me who it is. I found a site that said Amana was the manufacturer. When I called them they would not say they made the parts. The consumer is being ripped off by Sears. As you can read in all the other reviews some thud is going on with the ref manufactured after 2015. I still do not have a ref and it is 3/12/2017. Because I am so mad I am going to report Sears to every agency I can find. Do not buy their products!!!

There is nothing worse than getting out of the shower and drying your face with a smelly moldy towel. Kenmore smartwash 5+ front load washer smells like mold even after cleaning with bleach solution, washing machine cleaner, and leaving the door open all the time which block the doorway and is very inconvenient. Clothes are left smelling even after rinsing twice and using dryer sheets. I have talked to a repairman. We have extended warranty with no solution to this problem. Unless you are right there to remove from washer immediately, which is ridiculous and cleaning the rubber around the door constantly is a joke. I would never have bought this product if I knew and I am very disappointed. Why hasnt this machine been recalled.

Crisper keeps veggies crisp, milk dont freeze, items on door stay colder, freezer has more than enough room for what i need it for and it is easy to keep clean. I can store more food and left overs in me refrigerator than most other people I know without it getting so cluttered I cant find anything. It match what I wanted instead of me matching its color. It is silent running and really easy to keep clean and it fit the space I had to put it in. It was not the highest priced one out there but has features that gave it a higher value. The finish alone was worth it to me. Overall nicely priced.

I purchased a Whirlpool built HE Oasis Washer, Kenmore brand but Whirlpool constructed. It really is a piece of junk. I paid right at $1,000 in the fall of 2008 and within three months, I needed a service call. Then right after the one year warranty, I needed several parts replaced and now one year after, it has three error codes. Everyone is recommending the LG machines for everything because they last much longer! I am certainly not going to throw my money away on a Whirlpool appliance any longer. I went through the same thing with our refrigerator and microwave. I bought Whirlpool in 1980 and swore by it. I didnt replace an appliance (purchased washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher) all at the same time in June of 1980. All appliances lasted for 15+ years. Now, Whirlpool doesnt make anything to last! Large appliances are much too expensive to have to replace every three to five years!

I would recommend it to any customer that is looking to purchase a new washer set. They were able to deliver it on time. It comes with a warranty and offers a great deal of thing. It had no marks no scratches on i. All the knob were and still are working properly. Washes well, easy to use, dishwasher runs very quietly. There are lots of options to choose from which will help with the cycle you need to run based on the dishes you have used and how dirty they are. Silverware holder is in the bottom rack which doesnt allow you to get as many plates are large items, I usually run my dishwasher about every 3-4 days and we are a family of 4. I am not fond of the black plastic at the top with the stainless steel look, I would rather have the entire thing stainless to match the rest of the items in my kitchen and also having the buttons in the front allow little hands to be reaching and touching them, which may cause some of the cycles to mess up. I would say these are great for the value, they last 8-10 yrs depending on the use and how much they are used. My last Kenmore lasted 11 years, the racks started breaking and rusting up.

Sometimes it seems like the clothes wash faster than the older washing machines. This washing machine is very reliable. Older washing machines we had in the past would give us problems within a few years. But this one we have almost 3-4 years now and havent had one problem yet. I love the appearance on this because it a newer looking washing machine and doesnt look like the old ones. Sometimes I forget that this is a washing machine. The value was great. We didnt spend too much on it to the point where we had to think twice about getting it. Once we saw the machine and the price our mind was made up.

I thought I would never have good smelling towels again and the washer did the trick. It can really hold a lot of clothing inside. Overall very happy with it. Its performance is long lasting. This washer is very reliable I can always count on it to wash all of my heavy loads of clothing exactly when I need it. I hardly ever have any technical issues with it. This washer has a generally attractive appearance. When I originally bought this washer it was on sale and I think I am satisfied with the value of it. The warranty is great and its worth the money to have fresh smelling clothes.

We bought this HE Kenmore Elite top load washer several years ago. First we noticed that the thing just didnt clean the clothes well--- whites were coming out gray, etc. Then it started getting loud during the spin cycle. I dont mean noisy-- I mean LOUD. I looked on the Internet and found many complaints about this-- apparently the bearings are often defective and go bad quickly. The cost to replace is more expensive than just replacing it with a standard washer that actually cleans clothes. As I sit here typing the thing has gotten so loud that Im certain OSHA would require hearing protection to be near it. Were now beginning to notice tears in sheets and table clothes. Not only is it deafening and cleans poorly, its now actually damaging our clothes and linens! I hate the thing--- I mean HATE it. It was a total waste of money and were just trying to get enough use out of it to make buying a new washer cost-effective. A horrible, horrible piece of poop. The Kenmore brand used to be reliable-- its no wonder Sears is on the ropes and possibly failing. It deserves its fate.

It works fine, but I do feel like I have to run a load of clothes through more than once to get them completely dry. This is costing us more on our energy bill. It always works when I need it. Ive only once had an issue with it, but that was because my husband was spinning the drum the wrong way and the belt came off. Its a dryer that hides in the closet. I dont really need it to be that pretty, but for the price we paid for it, it looks just fine. I have no real complaints. Weve had it for a few years, and it has been doing just fine. I did have to have it serviced twice, once because I felt it wasnt getting hot enough and seemed like something was wrong, and the other was my husbands fault for breaking it.

Elite - Difficult to retrieve clothes from the bottom of the washer. I had to build a special platform for my wife to retrieve the clothes from the washer! The units were very expensive, but I would like to assume this would infer a level of quality. They seem to work well, although somewhat odd from what we were used to before.

We purchased this refrigerator (Kenmore Refrigerator Model 970-420423) on April 26, 2012, and it is the noisiest fridge Ive ever seen. The motors keep constantly running. Apparently, it has 3 motors in it, and with requiring so much pressure, every time we open the fridge portion, the top freezer pops open and often. It doesnt close completely, leaving a gap of about 1/4. If a person is gone all day, they can easily find that the freezer section has been open 1/4 all day. Were so dissatisfied with our purchase and because it takes awhile to realize its problems, Sears would only send a repairman out to check it out. He says the material they use to insulate the fridges now does not do anything to soundproof them. He gave the reasons for the freezer door popping open which doesnt help us any. Were very sorry we purchased from Sears. We wont trust them again. This product is supposed to be made by Maytag, so, watch out.

Large with lots of storage! Keeps food cold and frozen. Need good pressure water line for ice and water to work properly. Fits perfectly with our lifestyle and amount of food we buy. Fits everything you need for a large family. Plenty of shelving and drawers, inside and in doors, fridge and freezer. Shelves are spaced well for milk and soda. Deep meat and vegetable drawers. Its lovely. We chose black over chrome, the layout is appealing. Side by side doors looks very nice. The shelves and drawers are spacious and good looking. Good price. Black also cheaper than chrome. Fits so much its worth it to be able to plan so far ahead for meals and holidays. Makes entertainment easy.

Kenmore Dishwasher machine does a great job. Comes from a well respected product line that has been around since my grandmother�€�s time and has never failed to perform its assigned with efficiency. This product line brings back fond recollections of the machines I used as a child. Handles reasonable loads, simple to use, load & clean. Reliable operation without an overabundance of functions that I neither use or need. Handles all the capacity I need in my day to day life with conservative use of water, soap and power. My main concern with any unit is that it easy to load, and handles the washing with as little trouble as possible. Easy to clean, with a spartan appearance that lends itself to my lifestyle and sensibilities. I especially like the clean lines and simple control features without an attempt at being overly stylish or trendy. Simplicity is my driving concern.

Would recommend this washer. I have found this washer to be very reliable and have had no repair issues. It gets my clothes very clean and I have had no problems in that regard. The capacity is satisfactory and meets my family of 4 needs in every way. I have been very happy with the modern appearance of this washer. It complements my decor and works well in my laundry room. The visible features are user-friendly and work well. While this was a more expensive washer to start, I have found the water and energy efficiency more than make up for the initial higher cost and I am pleased with the overall savings.

I am an owner of the Kenmore Elite dishwasher that I have bought in 2004 (8 years ago) from Sears Canada (model 666.16462300; SER FR1509082). Ive been told that the dishwasher was made by Whirlpool. It has been a good dishwasher aside that the door was noisy. Last night when I turned it on there was a black smoke with smell of burned rubber and flames coming out from the top of the door and one can see sparks behind the buttons as well. I just want owners of the same dishwasher be aware of the potential fire hazard. If we weren�€�t home when it happened, we could have lost our house. Multiple times I have tried to contact both Sears and Whirlpool to file a complaint and to ensure a follow up, but nobody is interested to come and look at the dishwasher to establish what the issue was unless Im willing to pay for it. I dont care about repairing the old one. I just want my dishwasher incident investigated for safety of other consumers.

I wasnt pleased with new front loader. After writing complaints Sears came through and I now can say they stand by their products. Thank you!

I purchased a kenmore elite washer and dryer approximately 15 months ago, with a 1 year warranty. And immediately this LE sign came up on the washer. I figured that it was way more technologically ahead than my prior machine so I figured I wasnt using right. The past 15 months my wife has had to run the clothes through the machine twice. Because they would wash then the machine would shut down right before the machine would start its final spin, the clothes would be loaded with water and require a 20 minute run to complete the process. I now had to find out the hard way that there was a serious issue with it and paid 400 dollars for an extra year warranty. On top of all this, Sears continues to take their sweet time and changing the service date.My prior machines lasted me 12 years. This washing machine was personally my worst investment. And the biggest waste of money, time and patience. And I will never purchase nor recommend kenmore to anyone!

Great performance! Doesnt use much electricity, stays cold, is very quiet, easy to clean, overall a very good purchase. Always makes ice so I never run out. Great size for the price, accommodates all the food I need to buy and I never run out of room. Generally I have room left over which is great to have for the things I occasionally splurge on. Very sleek and stylish appearance. Easy to clean, fits in with my other appliances. Doesnt scuff or dent very easily which is great around kids. Good value for the price. Most of my family and friends think I paid a fortune for the refrigerator but I didnt. Appears very high end.

Although it is just your basic dryer, it works well. It doesnt have the bells and whistles, it does do what it is intended for which is drying clothes. It was a dependable machine that never needed servicing. The machine is capable of holding a large load very easily. It will also easily handle small loads. It can handle delicates as well as heavy duty loads. Cant go wrong with this machine. Modern sleek lines. Looks nice in any home. I would highly recommend this machine for all your laundry needs. It doesnt get any better than this. All machines are costly. You get what you pay for. You can get cheaper machines but you would be sacrificing quality for saving a few dollars.

Gets extremely dirty clothes clean in one wash. Low energy so my utility bills arent high. Great look, and easy to use buttons. Not extremely loud like my previous washer. Definitely big enough to fit all my standard washes. Sometimes my king size comforter can feel like a tight squeeze and the wash isnt the absolute best but it definitely works. Definitely looks great. People always notice it when they see my laundry room. Definitely a nice looking unit not a dated look of some washers. For the cost with the energy costs, its look, and how good the washes are this washer is definitely worth the buy. For its price its hard to beat the combination of looks and features.

Compramos la lavadora Kenmore 110.26132410 en marzo de 2016. Ha sido la lavadora del infierno. Primero me di cuenta de la enorme cantidad de pelusas que había en el filtro de la secadora (la misma secadora que tenía con la antigua lavadora) cuando lavaba toallas, y éstas se iban deshilachando y desgastando. Luego me di cuenta de que había agujeros en algunas toallas, como si se las hubiera comido la lejía. Había utilizado sólo la cantidad de lejía indicada en el manual y la había puesto en el dispensador de lejía. Finalmente, antes de que se agotara mi garantía de un año, llamé a un técnico. No encontró nada malo, pero se dio cuenta de que la lejía de mi estantería era del tipo sin salpicaduras. Me dijo que la lejía se iba al fondo de la bañera y que podía quedarse ahí y no mezclarse lo suficiente con el agua y, por tanto, llegar a las toallas. Me sugirió que utilizara la lejía de tipo líquido. En el manual no se menciona el uso de la lejía líquida. Diré que no ha habido nuevos agujeros en mis toallas, pero mis toallas han seguido desgastándose a un ritmo inusualmente alto, y el filtro de pelusas de la secadora sigue estando completamente lleno después de cada carga. Estoy muy contento con mi Kenmore. Es un nombre de confianza y es un gran electrodoméstico para tener. Lo compré porque era asequible y fácil de conseguir en todos los rangos de ingresos. También tiene una gran apariencia. Ha tenido muchas miradas y funciona bien. Me gusta su estilo y apariencia. Es perfecto tal y como es. Por favor, no lo cambien y suban el precio. Horrible.. Don�€�t buy Kenmore! We are on our second compressor for this 2 year old piece of junk, and now it stopped working AGAIN! Each time it has taken 6 weeks to get repaired... each time they replace the compressor with another faulty compressor because that�€�s what the warranty covers. We are cutting our losses and going fridge shopping for a more reliable brand. If I could give zero stars I would.

Good size and works great. Have not had any issues yet except the one time a shirt got caught in the door. It ruined it when it started spinning. Its been very reliable so far. I think we bought the warranty but no need to use it yet for either washer or dryer. It looks like all the other front load machines. Looks nice. No issues. Can stack to save space. Ours is white and it looks very good. I dont remember the exact price but I think it was fairly reasonable to buy. We didnt buy the most expensive machine but it does everything that we need.

Efficient Dishwasher--cleans well. Rack is appropriate for a variety of sizes. Could be quieter. Exterior is easy to maintain. Nice, sleek appearance. Can easily manage a variety of sizes and is ample enough to hold a couple of days worth for a family of three. Utensils Basket is adequate. Some larger mugs are difficult to place. Style is appropriate for variety of kitchen styles. Works perfectly in our small country kitchen but would also fit beautifully in a more modern decor. Average, affordable price. Easily comparable to higher end machines. I find this dishwasher to be a good value for the money based on the overall style and function. Weve had no problem with the machine.

Kenmore me lo recomendó alguien que compró la marca y quedó muy satisfecho con ella y decidí probar la marca. La capacidad del lavavajillas es de una buena cantidad y muy práctica para muchos platos y tazas. Es muy cómodo y la minuciosidad del lavado. Es mucho mejor que otras marcas. Pero no se aclara correctamente cuando el lavavajillas está muy lleno y el espacio entre las unidades es estrecho. Las manchas se quedan en los vasos y a veces es un inconveniente.

I bought two Kenmore Energy star refrigerators one for my use and one for my rental unit. The energy use is very low as stated by the company, less than a sixty watt bulb. Both refrigerators keep food warm and cozy in the fridge section, and the freezer sections are always below the freezing point. If you keep the doors closed and the thermostat set at max cold you get very stable temperatures as shown in the picture. Freezer +/- 32 and Fridge +/- 15. This review is relevant for 6000 and 7000 series of Kenmore top freezer models, hope it helps.

Nuestro refrigerador Kenmore Elite de 4 y 1,2 años dejó de funcionar el 7 de junio de 2018. Llamé a Sears y me dijeron que no podían llegar a nuestra casa para repararlo hasta el 6,13. Sacó otro de su camión, lo instaló y tampoco funcionó. Dijo que habría que pedir otro y entregarlo en mi casa, y que podría volver el 6,20, la siguiente fecha disponible, para instalarlo. Hoy, recibí un correo electrónico de Sears diciéndome que estaban intentando confirmar que habíamos recibido la pieza, cosa que hicimos el viernes 6,15. Cuando les llamé, me informaron de que tenían que pedir otra pieza, pero que no la entregarían hasta el 6,20, antes del final del día, y que nuestra cita de servicio tendría que ser reprogramada para el 6,26, lo que significa que íbamos a tener que pasar otra semana sin un frigorífico que funcionara. Esta es la primera vez que oigo hablar de esta otra parte, y nadie pudo decirme por qué o para qué era. Hablé con varias personas, todas en Filipinas, y no fueron de ayuda ni se preocuparon. Los consumidores no deberían ser tratados de esta manera. ¡¡¡AYUDA!!!

Tengo una lavadora Kenmore y es muy duradera. Limpia muy bien mi ropa. Hago por lo menos una vez a la semana o a veces más unas 7 u 8 cargas de ropa sin contar que tenemos 5 personas en la casa así que los otros dos adultos la usan también. No he tenido ningún problema con ningún tipo de manchas en mi ropa por parte de la lavadora. La lavadora es muy fácil de usar y tiene códigos cuando tiene un problema. Todavía no hay problemas con ella. La tengo desde hace un año. Si alguna vez tengo que comprar otra lavadora, Kenmore será la marca que compraré.

It works very well. I can put in large loads with no issues. I wish there was a spot for fabric softener. However, everything works splendidly. We have had this product for 2 years and it has never given us any issue at all. It can wash really dirty items without a leftover smell. It looks like a normal washer. Its great for someone on a small budget that wants a washer that will last a long time. Its also easy to clean. We got this at a very good price and is very affordable and reliable. For something we will be using for years to come with a little one, this was the perfect washer for us.

Bought a fridge from Sears in October online. Said in stock on site. They took the money right away then sent email it was back ordered a month. Finally it arrives and theres a small dent in the side (I didnt want the hassles of sending it back). Then we started noticing the milk spoiling quickly. The ice cream in freezer hard as a rock. I put a thermometer in the fridge and it�€�s +15 c (good thing no food poisoning) but had to throw out all our food the week before Christmas. Talking with Kenmore�€�s customer service in Bangladesh or who knows where, is exasperation. Still waiting after 5 days for repairman. Kenmore did say theyd reimburse perished food. Overall pretty shabby.

It works better than any fridge Ive ever used. There is tons of space in the fridge. It makes ice rapidly. And it looks amazing. Overall the performance cant be beat. The refrigerator part has more than enough space for all of my needs! It has great shelf storage in the door, and even better shelf size and spacing in the main area. The downfall would be the freezer part. It is very narrow and I cant stock up on as much as I would like to. The fridge is eye catching and sleek. It fits in with my decor of my kitchen and isnt a bothersome sight. It doesnt seem to get full of hand prints like previous fridges we have used, and it also cleans nicely. The value of this fridge is outstanding. The price for a high performance appliance was well worth it. I expect my fridge to last a very long time and always make me happy.

Kept the food at the right temperature and make it easy to place food item in the right places. The ice maker was the reason I purchased the refrigerators. The refrigerators size was large enough to for the space that it was in. Large that accommodated all the item I need weekly. The refrigerators appearance was clean and chrome so it was easy to keep it clean on the outside. The price was what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay for and could pay off in less the two years. Would buy the same item again.

Kenmore siempre ha sido genial y estas lavadoras y secadoras lo siguen siendo. El mejor rendimiento que he tenido nunca. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta empresa a todos mis amigos y familiares. Ahora conseguir un buen lavado nunca ha sido mejor y la mejor parte es que todo ahorra energía. El valor de este producto es increíble. Well built and designed to work for a long time. My family loves ours. Had it for over 10 years. Would recommend one to anyone, small or big family. The size and space inside and out fits our lifestyle, plenty of storage space in lunch meat and vegetables drawers, lots of shelf space. Sits tall and straight and very level, built solid to withstand the family who opens and shuts it often. Easy to keep clean. Just wipe and go. The price range fit nicely within our budget, very affordable. You get what you pay for. Very competitive price, cant beat it. Very nice.

Works great, very durable. Repairs have been minimal. Dryer has not needed repairs since I bought it. Washer had a relay switch go out. Repair was not costly.

Compré un frigorífico Kenmore hace 2 años. Ahora el compresor se ha estropeado. Esperando que el técnico lo arregle. No volveré a comprar Kenmore nunca más.... Pagué menos por otros modelos de refrigeradores y duraron más que esta basura... ¡¡¡¡Por no mencionar que la comida se estropeó ugh!!!! Debería haber una demanda colectiva contra este producto Kenmore.

My refrigerator is nearly 2 years old. Almost a year ago it developed a loud vibrating noise at certain times it was running. Ive had Sears service people visit three times and whenever they were here, the noise wasnt happening, so they said that they couldnt do anything about it. One of them tightened some screws, to no avail. So I constantly put with the noise. The only recourse I have is to keep calling Sears and hope they will arrive when the noise is occurring, or luck out and get a technician who will actually look into the workings of the unit to try to get the noise to occur. Is anyone having this type of problem with their Model 71033?

I never wrote a review about anything ever, but have felt compelled to let everyone know never to buy this machine. After reading everyone�€�s reviews, I realized that I am not alone. 700s washing machine is a terrible purchase and a waste of money. I thought I was doing something wrong at first but after manipulating all the buttons, I still can�€�t seem to get ANY of my wash loads clean! Kenmore should replace all these bad washers or at least consider giving us a portion of our money back for all the aggravation it has caused. DO NOT PURCHASE 700s WASHER.

Kenmore 596 fridge now close to five years old. Within year one, ice maker broke (repaired twice and then replaced). Year two, water leaking on the floor caused by automatic defrost clogged drain plug. Replaced drain plug, defrosted ice dam and fixed ice maker - Sears repair bill = $225. Ice maker stopped working two weeks later. Year 4 - compressor dies. Sears repairman here 3 times over 3 weeks - freon leak - unrepairable. Repairman had to request approval for new fridge. We need to wait 36 hours for answer. 20 days without fridge. Unacceptable.
