Kenmore is a great company. They always make the best products and this dishwasher is one of them. Ive owned it for approximately five years. It has a good value and its average size is perfect for our family and most homes. It is not too big or too small. The dishwashers appearance is very nice. Nothing too fancy, but attractive. It performed very well, runs smooth, gets your dishes clean, and is relatively quiet. The controls are easy to start and stop and has a good design for an excellent price. It also never needed any repairs while we had it.

I didnt choose Kenmore it kinda choose me, it was already in the first house we purchased. It worked like a charm. We never had to have it repaired. It never broke down. Kenmore had the spray arm which I thought was the best in cleaning. I never had to rinse the dishes off and they are always were clean.

Kenmore is a well known brand of kitchen appliances and it did meet my expectations in every way. It was a really good dishwasher and never had any problems whatsoever with it. But, I dislike how water stayed in the bottom of mine after the wash cycle. I’m not sure if it was just a defect in the one I had bought but I loved everything else about it. I also like that it really does good with getting the dishes clean and I feel like they always had a streak free shine and a good heated wash cycle and left my dishes smelling good every time.

I have had very good experience with all my Kenmore appliances and with any services with them. Thank you for a good product. I have had both washer, dryer, dishwasher and a lawnmowers for the past thirty years with the best experience with the salespeople to the servicemen. No one has ever disappointed me.

Effectively and quickly cleans my dishes even if Ive let them pile up. Its gotten a bit worse over time as it sometimes leaves specks of filth behind, but that could be due to switching detergents. Overall, Im satisfied. It fits under the counter next to the sink, so it doesnt take up too much space. It doesnt stand out and its white color matches my kitchen quite nicely. Ive gotten into a habit of washing dishes by hand to save water, but if Ive been lazy, then it helps me easily catch up, which, when considering that it has lasted a while, makes it a worthwhile investment.

It cleaned well and it was easy to use. Efficient as well. I was able to clean all of my dishes with no hassle. I would recommend. The size was good of this dishwasher. It fit all of dishes, cups, glassware. No complaints on this matter, I am pleased with the size. I think the description is nice, stainless steel always looks modern and adds elegance to any kitchen. It also matched my other appliances and refrigerator. I have happy with the price and longevity of my dishwasher. It was a good purchase and cut down my time of washing dishes and cleaning.

I have to say I am more than disappointed with your product. I had all G.E appliances and had so many problems with them, that I changed them all out to Kenmore. Sept 2016, I purchased a dishwasher. Service call to put in was 4 months later (I had some construction going on). It seemed beautiful, quiet, and really cleaned the dishes until about a year later, it cleaned less and wasnt really sure if it was working properly. It continued to get worse and I called SEARS to service it with the protection plan I purchased. I was told it was the sum motor and would be over $500 to fix. The service man said do you hear this sound, it sounds like it’s trying to start (like a swishy sound), and I said yes, it always sounded that way. He said it could have been a defect. In getting ready to contract it to be fixed, SEARS argues there was no plan; however it states it on my receipt (Dishwasher Order #9-------) Sears Protection Agreement (purchased separately). Stuck with BROKEN DISHWASHER!

I really have no complaints about this machine other than it is kinda loud. Dishes seem to come out clean. Performs as I thought it might. I have a family of three and dishwasher seems to hold everything from plates, bowls, glasses and even skillets. There isnt anything that I have tried to put in that doesnt fit. Appearance fits into my home decor and helps keep my kitchen sleek and clean looking. Nice addition to my kitchen. People have commented on the looks of it. Good priced and a good value compared to my other dishwasher. Gets my dishes cleaner than my old one and would recommend this to family or friends.

Kenmore is a brand that I know and trust from my youth into my adult age. With that and my understanding and research of other brands, I decided to move forward with the brand I trusted most. All of the features of the dishwasher appeal to me as I had a dumb basic dishwasher previously that could barely operate, so just the basic fact that this operated was a huge improvement over my previous dishwasher. It is cheap and simple but it could improve to work more towards automation and clean smart washing of dishes to allow for varying loads which use the most efficient water based on load. And on smart cleaning, if it could sense and focus on items which it may see as the most dirty for more cleaning than the other dishes.

Kenmore had many of the features that I wanted for the price. The other dishwashers were not on as good of a sale. The prices were great for the features you got. With the jet dry it made my dishes sparkling and I knew they were very clean and sanitized. Although hot to the touch, I didn’t mind waiting a little while before emptying the dishes. The dishes were always super clean! However, the wheels would sometimes get stuck making it hard to pull the drawer out. Longer utensils would fall out of the basket and would get stuck between the trays making it pretty difficult to remove. Space was also an issue. Sometime bigger items on the bottom rack would get stuck on the trays and would make it difficult to empty. Making the racks move easier would really help with a lot of those problems. Also having different sized places on the racks to fit more items.

My dishwasher fits all needed dishes in it for my 4 people family by the end of the day. Its a perfect fit in my home in size on the inside and out. I dont have to wash the dishes before I put them into the dishwasher like Ive experienced with many other dishwashers. The dishes are nice and dry when finished. And it also never has all that extra water puddles or slippery soapy feeling left on the dishes. This white dishwasher goes with half my kitchen so it blends in really well and Im very satisfied with it. Its outdone a couple Ive used in the past few years. I have no reason to get rid of such amazing piece in my home but I will be moving on to a new one after this dishwasher is at its end.

Kenmore dishwasher was the best price at the time. My mom had the same one and also liked it. Though, I did not like the seal on the door. It leaked once in a while. I also did not like the latch on the door I was not sure if was locked. But I like the hot drying feature, the black face, the racks and silverware racks. I felt it did a good job and was a good value and it saved energy use. I think it was a fine purchase and I would buy one again.

My dishes are clean when they come out. I was afraid that there would be food residues and other stains, but that did not happened. It has a great number of water jets that get the dishes wash at every angle. Its just the right size, plenty of space inside to fit large plates and pots and pans. The bottom shelves makes it easy to wash large baking sheets and the separators help organize and allow you to fit many dishes in there. It had a very advanced top of the line sleek look that do not disappoint. It looks more like a work of art than a dishwasher. I felt like I bought something straight from the future. What I got for the price I got was not bad. I expect it will last me a long time and work hard for my family. The price couldve been less which would have been awesome. But I got what I paid for.

This dishwashers performance is far better than average and performs well by getting dishes clean in every direction. The jets clean both sides of what needs cleaned and not using only one jet like other models. The size is favorable. The unit size is standard 24 inch width. The interior size of the unit. The wire basket top shelf is sufficient for everyday cleaning needs. The appearance of this dishwasher is favorable with a black colored, smooth surface for easy cleaning as the time may be needed for cleaning the surface. Very good value for the price paid for. Cleaning both sides in every direction of your cleaning inside the washer as the jets clean the items placed inside this dishwasher more effectively than other brands.

It worked great and I had no problems with it. It did a very thorough job and I would recommend it to others. The dishes came out sparkling. This dishwasher fit everything. There was room in it for a full load after meals. This was the best dishwasher I have ever had. The way everything fit inside was great. It was very appealing to me when I first saw it. The way it looked caught my eye immediately. It stands out from the rest. My friends compliment on it all the time. At first I thought it was just a typical dishwasher. The value of it has been seen. I like the power spray. It always cleans the dishes the best without any dirty spots on the dishes. Also everything smells fresh all the time. The time spent washing is very short which is great. I wish it would use less water to save as much as possible. The dishes always come out really hot which can burn you if not careful. I like the Kenmore brand because it is the most trustworthy brand. I own many different appliances by Kenmore so it was an easy choice to make. Kenmore always has great customer service too.

Great... Sound quiet. The large racks hold all my items for my family. Cleans great. No spotty glasses. Looks fabulous in the kitchen. Easy to use. The two racks are large enough to hold my family of 6s dishes and meal preparation dishes. Not a need to rinse them first. They come clean very easily. Silverware holder is deep and nice to hold them. Looks great in my modern remodeled kitchen. Cabinets match it wonderful. Fingerprints wipe off very easily and not spotty on the silver door. Was a large purchase, but think its a great value and should last my family for many future years. It is a home investment and it was a great value for what we got.

The dishwasher has plenty of room for my dishes, glasses, silverware, and even the larger pieces I have to put in, and it gets them nice and clean on the first time. Also, its a perfect fit for the limited kitchen space that I have. I got the black to match my kitchen decor and it doesnt look cheap. People have asked me where I got it and told me what a nice looking unit I own. I love my dishwasher. It saves me so much time and money. Ive had other brands of dishwashers before because I was too cheap to get something good and I got what I paid for with those other ones, would have to rewash dishes many times before they came clean even if I rinsed them off really well before putting them in. With my Kenmore, I literally dont even have to rinse my dishes before putting them in and they come out clean with the first wash, saves so much energy and money. This size is perfect for me even though there are only 2 people in my household. Sometimes we arent the best at getting dishes done right away and they accumulate fast. It fits everything great and I usually only need to do one wash per time.Definitely looks sleek and modern. I like that its not white and doesnt get dirty on the front easy. Ive had white ones before that just get dirty to the point that no cleaner can even get whatever is on it off. This one cleans up really nicely and easily. Some models are a little more pricey but the quality is worth it. I wish I hadnt wasted money on other dishwashers in the past because they didnt get the job done right, this one was worth the price and still not as expensive as a lot of the other brands on the market. Very reasonably priced.

Ive had this dishwasher for a while and I love it. My dishes never break and they always come out clean. I dont have to rewash them because of leftover food residue. Its very reliable and easy to use. Even my children love it. My dishwasher perfectly suits my households needs. I normally run it in the morning after breakfast and in the evening after dinner. The only time I have to run it more than once night is when I have holiday or dinner parties. Other than that all my dishware and cooking ware usually fits in one setting. As far as my dishwashers appearance goes, I think it is very nice looking. It blends in with my kitchen and it is very easy to clean. I actually think it makes my kitchen look nicer. I think its a great buy for its value. It wasnt ridiculously expensive as I thought it would be to purchase a dishwasher. It works great and has all the feature I was hoping for. I always had very clean clothes and dishes. Food stayed cold and my freezer had plenty room and food stayed frozen. I would recommend Kenmore to everyone!! These appliances have been around for years and I do not know of any family and friends that had any problems.

Never had any problems with this dishwasher, it performed like brand new until we moved and had to leave it behind. Its a good looking dishwasher, nothing unattractive about it really. Its all white minus the details, and fit in well with the other appliances except my stainless steel fridge, but thats mine and not purchased to have matched the appliances of the house we were in at the time. Id say it was just big enough to fit most of our dishes, but not so large as to be bulky or an eyesore. It could have been a little bigger, but overall I was satisfied with the size of this machine. Id say it was a great value. It ran smoothly, it looked good, it never had any issues, so for me it was a winner. Our current dishwasher is nowhere near as awesome and constantly has mechanical issues.

It looks nice and it matches with everything in our kitchen. Purchase this dishwasher if you have lighter cabinets. It doesnt take up too much room because its not too big. It fits almost all of our dishes. Even if we use all of our dishes and have so many guests that we use all of the dishes. It is efficient and still cleans thoroughly with everything in there. It gets out the toughest food residue. We use it once a week and also when there are a lot of people at our house for a special gathering, family occasion or holiday. Its an excellent dishwasher and its worth the amount of money that it costs. Its a good product that lasts a really long time. We havent had to replace it yet.

This washer was a very good one. It was strong enough to thoroughly clean the dishes and was quiet. I would recommend this as a good choice. I had no problem fitting in my dishes in this dishwasher. There was enough room to include my pots and pans and dishes at the same time. The machine fit in well with my decor and was easy to keep clean. It was the same color as my other appliances in my kitchen and I was very satisfied with the appearance. Because the dishwasher was sized well, worked well and looked well plus was very reliable it had a big value to me. I cannot praise the machine enough the five years I used it.

Its really good, runs very well, cleans all my dishes. Never really had any problems or any time where the dishes were not clean otherwise everything has been pretty good about it. I am able to fit a lot of dishes in it, but I also dont want to overfill it because then Im afraid some of the dishes wont come out clean. The Kenmore dishwasher was in my house when I bought it. It is just a plain dishwasher with a couple of buttons. Its nothing fancy. It has a little tray for your silverware and has a rinse cycle wash. Its OK but you have to rinse off the dishes really good so I wash them by hand. Not even an exter wash. It holds most of my dishes but it doesnt hold my big frying pans and pots. It will hold my cookie sheets if I can slide it in between the dishes. I would like to get a newer model sometime in the future.

In 2016 I purchased a Kenmore Elite 14793 Dishwasher based on years of experience with Kenmore (I have purchased washer and dryers, and refrigerators from them) and never had a issue. 4 months ago, during a load of dishes started drying, I could suddenly smell smoke and plastic burning. Upon inspecting the dishwasher, I found a wheel had fallen off the lower rack and melted and was burning on the heating element. I cleaned the mess up the best I could and saw that the wheels were held onto the rack with a small plastic piece. I contacted Sears parts department and ordered the replacement wheels (one set of two on a plastic mount). The woman I talked to on the phone told me that she had just had another call for the same thing and had other calls on this as well. No good. They know there is a problem and wont correct it. The cost for the wheel assembly was more than $50 with shipping.When I went to remove the rack and replace the old wheel assembly, three more wheels fell off. The small plastic bushing that holds the wheels on were all shrunken and cracked. Obviously they were very cheap and not meant to be used in such a hot environment. Kenmore advised that since there has been no recall and its not under warranty that there is nothing they can do but sell me the parts to fix it. Why would I buy $200 in parts that will not last 3 years. This company no longer produces quality dishwashers and will not stand behind obvious defective parts.

Kenmore is a well known, affordable brand. I felt that I would get a sturdy machine and the best value for my money. I live in an apartment and its just me so I didnt need anything heavy duty. My dishes are always cleaned wonderfully as long as I pre-rinse and remove most of the food from the dishes beforehand. The drying cycle works better than the last whirlpool I had also. But, I wish the pressure was a bit more, although Im not sure if that is an issue with my water or not. The drying cycle dries everything perfectly except for plastic items. I would have also planned the silverware holder to be a bit more sturdy.

It fits well in the counter space provided. The cabinet makers provided the hole for the dishwasher, and it just fit right into the spot. It looks good and the finish is easy to clean. It does not show dirt or smudges at all. It works well and does a good job. The life of the item is yet to be determined.

This dishwasher cleans well. The only problem I have is the dishwasher not completely drying. When I go to empty it, the dishes have water sitting on them and I have to dry most of them off if not all. The size fits well under my counter. The size of it also fits the dishes well in it. It could be a little bigger but the size it is works fairly well. The appearance of this dishwasher is great. It is all black. The all black can sometimes cause issues with fingerprinting though. Fingerprints on the dishwasher are extremely noticeable. I feel like what I paid for the dishwasher it should dry better. That should be part of the dishwasher that should work well. I should not have to dry the dishes off after every wash.

Appearance is the same of all dishwashers. But it is very good. So many features and buttons. Performance is also good but it takes long time to dry. Otherwise is perfect size, but stainless steel is cheap. Cannot use any cleaner. I use Glass Plus and I saw lots of ugly spots. Drying problem is there as well. But size is perfect. And it runs very perfect. Enough space I have. I can organize all dishes and cups and I can do full load. Good value but is worth it. Everybody is looking for performance not for price.

Works great! Gets even dried dirt and food off. Everything is very sanitary and the glasses are clear. Drying does take a while, but other than that I am more than pleased. Holds daily dishes for a family of 4 with no problems. Racks fold up and down to accommodate odd sizes or extras. Plenty of room for silverware and utensils. Fits great with the rest of the kitchen. I have both stainless and black appliances and this brings them all together quite nicely. It blends in while at the same time looks great. It must have been worth it because I have been quite pleased and have never had any issues with it.

The dishwasher came pre-installed in the home we purchased so we did not have a say in the purchase. But we kept it because of its energy efficiency and the knowledge we had of Kenmore being awesome products. My Kenmore had an energy efficient rating which saved money by heating the water internally instead of using hot water from the water heater. It was also a great name brand we knew and trusted. However, the racks in the dishwasher needed to be bigger and easier to organize. New dishwashers have a silverware rack built in which would have been great. The shelves also needed to be further apart for large glasses.

It works well and is very reliable. It fits about everything we need to wash with the exception of a few huge pots. It also has some things in the dishwasher that flip around to different positions to accommodate different things. Its black, it looks good. We got it on sale for a good price and have had it three years with no breakdowns. It cleans well and were happy with it.

Bought a Kenmore 665 series dishwasher less than 3.5 years ago for $600. For the past 6-8 weeks I’ve been trying to determine why it works intermittently, usually just filling, heating, and draining, while not washing and not even dissolving the soap, and other times working ok... And I’m pretty good at researching and repairing. We were getting error codes in the diagnostics and replaced parts. Now we rarely get error codes but usually it doesn’t wash or dissolve at all even when there are no codes. A repairman costs half of a new machine and the worst part is that it’s not even 4 years old. We gave up and have a Bosch ordered, hoping for better luck. Note that Whirlpool makes Kenmore...

I am satisfied at how clean everything is. I would describe my dishwashers performance as very nice. I would recommend it because it washes those dishes right up! The dishwasher doesnt take up the whole kitchen which is nice. It is smaller than a refrigerator and larger than a trash can which is a good size for a dishwasher to be. It could always be smaller, but then it couldnt hold more dishes. The more dishes that get clean, the better, so Id say the size is just right!This dishwasher is on fleek. The color and model are super pleasing on the eye. The manufacturer obviously knew what they were doing when they made this dishwasher. I love it. The value is very good. If you are thinking about buying a dishwasher, you cannot find a better value anywhere else. Give up your search because this is the epitome of value. It is a good dishwasher.

It had plenty of room for the smaller items but not a ton of room for pizza pie pans. I just had to wash those by hand and leave the rest for the dishwasher. Other than it left a few tough dishes dirty, I never had a problem with this model at all. It lasted quite a while and didnt need much maintenance. The overall value of this piece of equipment was very good. It didnt cost a lot and did the job fairly well. So I was satisfied and glad to save some time.

It can be a little complicated fitting certain cups on the top rack but overall its a pretty good size for a small home. It is a little on the homely side. I prefer chrome exterior or black, because the white shows dirt and grime a little too much for my taste. But as long as youre using the right dish soap or dishwasher fluid then it works like a dream. Clean it regularly if you start to have problems. Im looking at upgrading soon.

This dishwasher had very good reviews from my friends and my family member. They told me about how it does an awesome job and I needed to try it for myself. It was easily accessible and had numerous settings, which I loved! Hard power jet cleaned dishes quickly and easily. The design was sleek and elegant. The only problem I had was with the person installing it. Besides that, I never had any problems out of it. It got the job done and more so!

Personally, it is a little too large for the kitchen Im currently in. But I wouldnt have a problem with the size if I was in a larger kitchen. It holds more than normal. The appearance was what sold me. It has a clean front with controls on the inside. Its the most incognito dishwasher around. Id recommend over other styles. Value is superb. Didnt clean the best but it cleaned. Sadly it was a good washer for glasses but it didnt do well on the plastic. It was a reasonable price and did a great job for the price. Fits a whole sink full of dishes and pots and pans and big baking dishes all at one time. It is best to limit how much is in the washer so that you can get the best results. It was very nice looking and it also went with every other appliances in my kitchen. It was very new and digital. It had a fresh it looked to me that you knew it was a dishwasher. If I wanted a better product I would have had to spend more money so the value that I have received for my product was good.

Kenmore was one of several I looked at and this one was the best they had to offer for the price. It also was delivered the next day and they took away my old dishwasher at no extra charge. Another plus in this purchase and another good reason to purchase this brand. I enjoyed this dishwasher very much and I would recommend it to anyone who shops at Sears.

Have purchased several Kenmore Elite appliances over the years, but it appears the quality control and service is declining. Bought a Consumer Report highly rated KE dishwasher. CR has subsequently noted consumer complaints about the dishwasher. Mine is still under warranty and it stopped working. The control panel needs to be replaced and being told the part is on back order and no idea when it will be available, but no earlier than four weeks! Thinking maybe because I am still under warranty, I am back in line to those who are out of warranty and need to pay for the part. It is inconvenient when an appliance is not working for a week or two; crazy that any company thinks it is acceptable to sell appliances that cannot be repaired for a month or more.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

I have had no problems with this dishwasher. It takes care all the food scum on the plates and is extremely useful for large pans and cookie trays. I am able to load quite a bit. We are a family of four and my children are constantly using cups and never washing them out. Im extremely happy! I wish it came in a different color, however Im grateful that the previous owners left this behind. It is outdated. However there is no rust or broken items on it. The wear and tear on it has lasted. I would not hesitate in buying or replacing this dishwasher with the same brand.

Have had this brand dishwasher for years, always been extremely reliable, sturdy and lasting. Honestly I dont think that I would ever choose a different name brand item for my familys needs. Works wonderfully. When we moved into our new home, there was a place in the kitchen already cut out for the dishwasher, it fit perfectly with no problems, its not too bulky at all. Love the flow. Dishwasher is very fast when washing each individual dish. The dishes come out sparkly clean and with little to no residue on them. Button placement on the outside of the machine are clearly marked and show an ease of access when deciding what to do next. Nicely sized with no issues regarding placement. The metallic, lustrous finish is just one of the many appearances on this machine. Its shape is neither bulky nor small. It is a moderate rectangular of medium size, perfect for any sized kitchen. The dishwasher is a bit on the pricey side. That does not make it not worth it, but in fact worth more than every penny. The appearance, value, size, etc. all make the machine look rather fancy and worth exactly what it is valued at.

So far my Kenmore built in dishwasher has met my initial expectations. It has multiple different cycle settings and it has auto dry feature that I really like. I only wish it would dry the dishes better.

I did not purchase the dishwasher. It happened to come with the home I purchased. However that being said I was not displeased with the appliance as I knew Kenmore was a trusted brand in appliances. There was an On/off switch for the heat for the dry cycle. It was programmable for delayed wash and the dishwasher was also large capacity with a roomy interior and easy to load dish racks. However, the dishwasher was an older model that did not clean my dishes as well if the dishes were not pre-rinsed and it was very loud sounding. We likened it to a plane taking off. But overall it was Satisfactory.

We live in a smaller 2 bedroom apartment and it is the perfect size for our small kitchen. It fits a lot of dishes in there too. Love the stylish appearance. Clean with a stainless steel cleaner and you can see yourself in it. Love everything about the look. I wish it was a little cheaper. But for the price it is an amazing appliance! It has worked perfectly for me so far. I did not get a discount or get it on sale.

I really love this fridge. The double doors make it very easy to grab and put away groceries. Not to mention all the space for larger dishes and groceries. The freezer part is very deep so you’re about to put a lot of stuff in.

I had great experiences with other Kenmore appliances, but this dishwasher was not on par with the past appliances from them. It works fine but the Kenmore products I had before were superb. It was not as fast as my previous washer and the racks are spaced a little oddly. It is manageable but it is an irritating thing. It is something that needs improvement. But, it is quiet and effective. I like that is HE. It has been very reliable, I havent had any problems with it except that it was damaged when it first arrived. Although that was the retailers fault and they immediately replaced it.

Kenmore Dishwasher has a nice size. It fits an overflowing sink full of dishes with plenty of room for my larger pots and pans as well. It is easy to load and unload. It is cute. It collects a lot of dust and other particles from my four-year old daughter but nothing a little bleach cannot clean up. Otherwise it is very nice. You cannot beat the price for the performance you get. It is very affordable and gets the job done right the first time. No rewashing dishes over and over and no spots. Works great, cant beat that for sure. Kids can use it easily as well. No hassles, no fuss, just clean dishes every day!

Cleans dishes and pots great. Its very easy to use and never had a problem or issue with this product. Very reasonably priced for this type of product. Kenmore brands are great quality products. For the price of this dishwasher the appearance is very comparable to other brands although its a little tough keeping the fingerprints off the door. I would have preferred a larger one however I did not have the space available for it in my home. However everything fits into the dishwasher with ease. I would highly recommend this product.

I think it is exactly what is needed in my house. I think the value of this dishwasher is ok. It was priced a little high when we bought it from a local retailer. They did not have any sales going on at the time of purchase.

We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

Very easy to use and works without any problems and also have many extra features that are very helpful at saving time, water, and energy. Standard 24 in but the inside is designed for large capacity load. Very easy to load a whole days dishes at once and not have any problem. Outside is black, inside is stainless steel. Very easy to clean outside with inside very easy to use cleaning cycle and it is very quick cleaning so you can use it again. When on sale this is an excellent product. Cannot beat the price for all the features that you get. Can get it in a couple of days and very easy to install and use right away.

Self use and is very self efficient and the lid is smooth and very fast to use at home. The price of the machine is cheap and everything. The size is great to use in the very household. Water use is good. Self use is awesome. No more using the outside place. The dishwasher appearance is movable and easy to install in a house that has no stairs. I would recommend this product. Im satisfied with the appearance of this dishwasher although this dishwasher looks like your standard dishwasher. The color and finish are acceptable. The dial does not stand out in a bad way. This dishwasher has plenty of room for all types of dishes, from plates and bowls to mixing bowls to pots and pans to silverware to cups and mugs. I dont have a problem fitting in all my dishes. It does exactly what a dishwasher should: cleans dishes without pre-washing. Its efficient, not too loud, and easy to use. This specific dishwasher is a good value when compared to all dishwashers. It isnt ridiculously expensive, but its also not cheap or poorly made. I would recommend this dishwasher and If youre in the market for a dishwasher, this is a good value for your money.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite dishwasher serial number FO2117032 in June 2010. Within the year warranty period, some of the labels on the control panel fell off. Sears replaced the panel at no charge. Then about 3 weeks ago, one of the labels fell off. I called Sears repair and spoke to 2 different representatives and they both told me that I would have to pay $129 for labor and diagnosis and the part would be extra. I told them that since this was the 2nd time that this had happened, it must be a defective part. They told me to call another number to see if there was a recall of that part. My husband called and there was no recall. He also was told we would have to pay for service and the part. I feel this is Sears responsibility because some of the other labels are loose also. We feel that the front panel design is defective and will continue to happen.

My old old Kenmore dishwasher bit the dust and I decided to buy another....knowing full well there are only actually about 3 companies that manufacture dishwashers and Kenmore is not one of them. Depending on model and item Kenmore appliances are made by LG, Whirlpool or Frigidaire. A crap shoot. I also purchased a new frig and the salesperson was very clear that “today’s appliances last from 5-7 years.” Wow. That’s encouraging.That said, I will begin with the positives, I bought a Kenmore Elite, a “smart dishwasher” that uses considerably less water than the dishwasher it replaced. Environmentally important to me, but also personally important as we use a water softener/conditioner and the iron removing rock salt we use to make our water passable is spendy stuff. And less water going into our septic system as well. It is also surprisingly quiet. As in, “is this thing running?” The black stainless is nice to look at and doesn’t fingerprint easily. It also cleans well and I love the third rack with the portion that lowers. Great for serving utensils.Here’s my REAL complaint. The bottom rack is shoddily made and the crappy plastic wheels have no actual “track” to run on. The entire rack constantly shifts from left or right and when the rack is full it is very heavy to adjust while searching for the “sweet spot” where the rack will smoothly roll. I keep looking at the manual (a sketchy little booklet at best) to see if there is something I’m missing. How can such a basic thing be so difficult? Pulling the rack out and pushing the rack back in is impossible and the entire rack shifting from side to side is almost guaranteed. Any suggestions? Could there be something missing from the bottom of the rack? Or is is just cheap manufacturing and crappy engineering? I need to figure this out. In truth I’m guessing the manufacturers attitude is to chill out. It’ll need to be replaced in 5 years anyway. Get over it. If NOT for the bottom rack problem I would be happy.

Plus, there is enough room to hold several days worth of dishes. It fits well in my kitchen without taking up too much cabinet space. Its sleek and looks classy. The clean look goes well any time of the year with any aesthetic changes I make based on upcoming holidays, events, etc. It is worth the money for the quality. The features help pay for itself over the years. If bought again, I would make the same purchase.

My Kenmore dishwasher features high capacity top and bottom racks, and is capable of holding a variety of shapes and sizes of dishes and utensils. It gets dishes clean, saves time and money due to energy efficiency. A great looking model with practical features. I got a great deal - good value for features I wanted, good looking unit. However, I wish the outside door was magnetic. The model is rather loud while in use, and makes it hard to watch television nearby. Sometimes spots remain on glassware too. But overall, my expectations have been met, and I would likely buy this brand again in the future.

This dishwasher came with the house. I was pleased that it was a Kenmore brand, and it has proved to be a great appliance. It does its job, it is quiet and effective. Ive yet to find any reason to replace it. I will look at Kenmore when I do have to though. The racks are well made so placement of my dishes is easy. Basket for silverware is a breeze to use. The top rack has plenty of room above it for tall glasses and other items that require the top rack. Spacing on the racks is good, items rarely fall through to the bottom rack. But, the placement of the handle where you open the door is not what I would have done. I break a nail almost every time I open it. Other than that there isnt much I would alter about this dishwasher.

Any place Ive moved to live always has at least two appliances that are Kenmore brand. Ive known and used Kenmore appliances for years and feel their products are of good quality. I liked the built in smart wash heated rinse and dry. It also seems to not leave the metallic smell, taste and feel of the type of dishwasher detergent I use. Felt it was more sanitary that way. However, a glass front window would be nice and feature to add. For the most part, I am happy with my Kenmore purchase as this is a brand I often use when shopping for household appliances. You pay for what you get.

The dishwasher washes well provides there are no stuck on or crusted food items. I wish it dried better, but I can simply leave the door open when it is done running and allow the dishes to air dry. The dishwasher fits most dishes and utensils, but I do have issues with some larger pots, pans, and baking sheets. I usually need to run two full loads after a large family dinner, but I think this is common with most dishwashers. The appearance is smooth and sleek, with no protruding handles, which I like. It cleans easily, and the black color is a nice compromise between the cheaper-looking white and the high-end stainless steel models. The dishwasher was a good value for the price point, and it seems average in water usage. I have not noticed a change in our water bill, so the water usage must be fairly normal since the machine is not high efficiency.

The Kenmore dishwasher does everything that I need a dishwasher to do which is to clean my dishes so I do not have to do them by hand. As a retired disabled American veteran with injuries from Vietnam the simple settings for washing dishes makes it easy for me to use. The settings are easy to understand and apply. It has been very dependable too. I have only had a repairman from Sears come to my condo only once and that was to replace the circuit board that had been fried from an electrical surge.

Prior to buying my Kenmore dishwasher, I had heard a lot of great reviews from friends and family which made my decision on what brand to buy easier. And Im glad I did because the Kenmore dishwasher I owned was very easy to navigate to clean and the dishwasher had a sleek look that was visually pleasing. I also enjoyed how fast and efficiently it cleaned my dishes and plates. I noticed my plates were super clean every time. Although I liked the Kenmore dishwasher and its many aspects, if they made it with more room it would be easier to load plates to clean.

Its nice to look at, doesnt make a lot of noise and does the job well. It washes the dishes so you dont have to, making life much easier. I have kids so anytime I can make well used is worth it for sure. I can fit everything I use in there. Cup, plates, spoons, forks, knives, bowls and cups and coffee cups and wash them with water and soap. Its easy, put them in dirty, and come out clean. I love my dishwasher. I use it everyday. Its a nice looking dishwasher. It goes with my kitchen. Its not in the way. It helps me save time and money. Its a space saver and does what it does well while looking beautiful. Its a great value for anybody who can afford one.

Not only is it old it is loud and it has a problem shutting off after the wash cycle. It is an ongoing problem. Most of the time after it finishes wash cycle it remain on and we have to throw the circuit breaker to get it to turn off. It does a good job cleaning the dishes and holds a good sized load.

The storage space of the dishwasher is great and allows for ample quality of wash. I was able to almost all my dish sizes in the appliance. My Crock-pot was the only problem I had fitting in the appliance but with a little push I fit it on the bottom rack. Dishwasher allows for many different washing options and wash cycles worked well when used. Had problems with opening and closing it and it wouldnt latch very well when closed but dishwasher is easy enough to use. I like the color of the dishwasher and inside color goes well with outside color. I also like that buttons are not noticeable. The handle is also very appealing to the eye. Had machine for some time now and its value is great.

I dont really have to prewash my dishes, I always rinse them, I always have. Its a good dishwasher. I dont worry about leftover residue on my dishes after washing. I have 2 children and I have no problem getting all my dishes in the dishwasher. This includes sippy cups and tops. I cook a lot and it fits my casserole dishes, sauce pans and skillets.It is plain but it gets the job done. Appearance isnt everything to me so Im totally fine with it. I like plain and simple. If you dont need all the frills and fancy things that you get sometimes in appliances, this dishwasher would be good for you. I dont have a lot of extra cash laying around but I think this dishwasher was reasonably priced. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I would rather pay for a little more for a product and know that Im getting a good quality product.

It may not be a fancy looking dishwasher but I am a simple person and it goes good with the rest of my kitchen. I like tube white color and the metal trim. It is not a very expensive dishwasher and for how much I paid for it it is well worth it not only cheap. But it works great. I would recommend this kenmore to anyone.

I received poor customer service with a new refrigerator that worked for about 6 weeks! My new refrigerator stopped cooling. (Bottom freezer still worked fine.) I ended up throwing out a lot of food in my refrigerator. A technician was sent to my house who replaced a few parts thinking it was the thermostat. Fridge worked again. A few days before Christmas, we went to visit friends for a few days and returned to find that all of my food that I had bought for Christmas (around $500) was garbage. The fridge was up to 55 degrees and the freezer was at 6 degrees. That was about 6 weeks after the first time the technician came. My frustration was that nobody cared or could even suggest anything for me to do other than wait on a technician! I have been 2 weeks without a fridge and was told yesterday that the technician would order more parts! I have just redone my kitchen and this fridge has been a nightmare! I fear that when I unplug it, I will get water over my new flooring. It is so disheartening to spend so much on an appliance like this and to feel like you just need to garbage it and move on because nobody cares!

Cleans dishes thoroughly. Easy to use. With the right dishwashing soap it can remove baked on and stubborn spots. It is very low in the noise department. Not silent but very low. The size of this particular dishwasher is very suitable for my needs. I have to do dishes maybe 3 times a week. I can get all my pans and silverware to fit and even my big plates. I like the stainless steel look. It gives it a more professional feel in my opinion and helps my kitchen look better and makes me feel better about the appearance of it. While this is not the cheapest dishwasher out there it is very good. And remember that old saying you get what you pay for, well thats true in this case.
