The machine runs forever. What I mean is even the cycle listed as 1 hour runs for 3 hours. I have also noticed that lately its cleaning ability has diminished. I have to almost wash everything before I put it in. In addition, I have started to put paper towels under it because it been known to leak. My last dishwasher worked really well but it was so old that there were no replacement parts when it needed repair.

I built my house and this Kenmore dishwasher was the dishwasher I chose due to its energy, efficiency and sleek appearance. It was also in sale which was a plus. I also had a Kenmore refrigerator and was very satisfied with it. The dishwasher has been very durable so far, I like the brushed stainless steel appearance. I also like the sleek finishes. Its powerful and energy efficient. I like that it is quiet in my open concept home. I have been very satisfied with it overall but I would appreciate if it was even quieter, or the drying was better as the hot cycle tends to leave small puddles of water on the dishes. Also, I would like it more if it were even bigger and had more capacity. Having adjustable shelves and fingerprint free surface would be a plus as well.

It works very well. Hasnt given me any issues at all. It washes and dries them very quickly. I can everything in it with ease. I will always purchase this brand. It fits pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, containers, cups, etc. I never have an issue getting what I need in there and washed. It dries them all well too. Its sleek and matches my other appliances perfectly. It fit perfectly in place of my old dishwasher. It will work great in anyones kitchen. Its extremely valuable. This product works like it is supposed to and is easy to use. I am always happy with the quality of cleanliness of the dishes after I use this product. It has always performed as expected and I would recommend. This dishwasher fits perfectly in the space in my kitchen. It is not too big and not too small. I am usually cooking large meals and I am able to fit all the dirty dishes into the dishwasher without over packing it. The dishwasher has a very sleek and modern look. When I first made the purchase, the value seemed appropriate. However the performance isnt what it used to be, resulting in needing to do more wash cycles to clean the dishes. The size is fairly sufficient although there have been plenty of occasions where I would like the capacity to be bigger. I often have to do more than one load. Your periods is fine for the most part. It would be nice if the color could be changed somehow to accommodate other appliance colors. Happy with the results and the performance has been satisfactory withholding a few occasions when the dishes are not clean enough. Works fairly well.

Bought a Kenmore Sears 600 series. Awful machine. Uses 4 inches of water even with deep fill. It snags clothes and/or makes holes in the clothes even my shag throw rugs. I have small holes in New dish towels, snags in the towels and wash cloths, snags and holes in knit tops. The only way you can get more water into the tub is use the bulky/bedding and that takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Had the repairman out 3 times. One said, You have to fill the washer. Cant do small loads. 2 pair coveralls and 1 pair of mens jeans isnt enough. Then thats the way it should be sold!!! Use only full loads!!! My daughter has the same washer. Same thing for her. Snags and holes. It took a while to figure out where the damage was coming from. One more repairman coming today. Hes wasting his time and mine. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!

My children sometimes do the dishes and dont wash them first but the dishes come out sparkling. The machine is super quiet and does not make hardly any noise. Also it is conscious of the water amount needed with the sensor. Love this product. I think that the product for the price is definitely worth it. It looks good inside the cabinets and is very kids friendly with even a lock on it so that buttons cannot be pushed by little fingers. Also, this product is not too small that it fits hardly any dishes but the outside looks small. When you open it up youre amazed at the inside of this dishwasher and the shelves are far enough apart so it holds bulky items. Plus, the appearance is beautiful. The silver color goes great with my dark cabinets and when its wiped down it sparkles, it fits well in the cabinets too. Holds its place and my kids yank on it. It is super sturdy.

This dishwasher is awesome! It can get any dried food off of any dish we put in it! It fits cookie sheets, large bowls, we can put lots of plastic that we recycle in the top shelf and it cleans so well! I love this dishwasher! This dishwasher has lots of space so we can really fill it up! It holds at least 20 plates and a ton of silverware and cooking utensils. I use a lot of different dishes when I cook and this dishwasher can hold and clean all of them! This dishwasher Is beautiful. The front cleans very easily, but I wipe off with a wet washcloth then spray some window cleaner and wipe clean with paper towels and it looks brand new again! This dishwasher is very valuable I cant put a dollar sign on it. Since it cleans so well! It would be hard to replace with anything any better! It worked well for the first 2 years. Now it doesnt seem to clean as well. It cleans most of the dishes most of the time. I usually have to run it through 2 cycles to wash off the residue it leaves behind. It has a lot of room for plates, cups, bowls and silverware. The appearance of this dishwasher is excellent. Kenmore is recommended to me by someone that bought the brand and was very satisfied by it and I decided to try the brand. The capacity of the dishwasher is of a good quantity and very practical for many plates and cups. It is very convenient and the thoroughness of the washing. It is much better than other brands. But it does not rinse out correctly when the dishwasher is too full and the spacing between the units is cramped up. The stains remain on the glasses and it does cause an inconvenience at times.

The dishwasher cleans well with minimal issues. It runs quiet as well. Occasionally the detergent dispenser gets stuck and I have to rerun a cycle. I can put most size of items in the washer without blocking too much of the water flow. Some baking sheets are difficult but if you put them on the side you can tilt them to fit in to the space. Mine has a stainless steel face. It just wipe it water mostly and go behind with a dry cloth. It does scratch easily by the dog. We had a mouse hiding under it and my dog scratched it up near the bottom. I guess it was a good value for the price. It was part of our appliance package with our new house so we didnt buy directly but through our builder.

I think it is a solid refrigerator. The only problem I have with it is it noisy. The hum is louder than the last refrigerator I owned. However, it was affordable and something I would recommend. The design matches with my dishwasher and other appliances beautifully. I would buy it again if I was on a tight budget.

I bought this Kenmore as the signs at Sears said no pre-scrubbing was necessary with this model. This was not a true fact as ever since Ive bought it my silverware and my plates come out with food on them if I do NOT scrub prior to loading into the dishwasher. I am so unhappy with this product but I know Im stuck with it and as a low-income Senior Citizen I felt like I was lied to. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS as it is NOT what they advertise.

We never expected to wash dirty dishes as we always pre-rinsed them but the dishwasher worked well and was relatively quiet and never broke down. The dishwasher held all our dishes and we never ran it everyday but rather about once a week for two of us. The dishwasher can hold a large load if it is filled properly and does a nice job on the dishes. We never put dishes that had food on them in the dishwasher and never expected it to clean food that was caked on. Our dishwasher was white and looked sleek and fit perfectly with the rest of the white appliances in the kitchen. Clean and smart is how I would describe it. Based upon our experience with the dishwasher, we received good value from it and the way it performed. It was not the most expensive model we could have bought but it was a model that we felt gave us more bang for our buck.

It functions, cleans my dishes nice, quickly, efficiently. My only issue is it rusts very easy. I need to continuously paint over the rust with a product for that every few months/washes. Its big enough. Not too big. It can easily hold the dishes for a family of four, with give or take a little bit of room left for surplus dishes. It does not take up too much space. What I got was reasonably priced. For the functionality, its good. I think however next time Id purchase a more premium quality one to avoid rusting out so quickly.

Cleans dishes thoroughly. Easy to use. With the right dishwashing soap it can remove baked on and stubborn spots. It is very low in the noise department. Not silent but very low. The size of this particular dishwasher is very suitable for my needs. I have to do dishes maybe 3 times a week. I can get all my pans and silverware to fit and even my big plates. I purchased a Kenmore Elite dishwasher with an extended warranty, and was installed on 6/27/11. It stopped working, so I called the service to request an appointment on 9/2/2011, but no one showed up or called. On 9/12/11, I requested another appointment, again, no one called/showed up. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes, to no avail. We have scheduled another appointment, but I realized that they are totally unreliable. I may have to go outside for repair, and bill Sears. The dishwasher is less than 3 months old. Our previous washer (not a Sears), lasted over 18 years without any problem!

Works well just needs a little more--not sure what it is but it feels like its missing something. I enjoyed using it but felt like it wasnt cleaning enough still. It had a good size compartment. Not what Im used to but it holds what I need to fit into it. Could use a few more holding slots for a free dishes. Has a good clean look, nice materials and very presentable to all the company Ive had over. Pleasure to look at. Great job. Would definitely recommend! Its a great dishwasher. Overall Im very satisfied with it and I would highly recommend it to anyone that may need to buy one. We bought this Kenmore Elite Ultraclean Dishwasher 665.1278 Model for 900.00 dollars back in July of 2014. After one year of use the heating element in the door panel went out. When we called out a service repairman he told us this was one of two of the most expensive parts to replace and that these parts wear out quickly. We went ahead and paid for the repair that ended up costing us over 200.00, then decided to buy a one year warranty just in case. By the time the one year warranty was up the same door panel heating element went out along with some type of gear in the door panel. I cant believe we paid 900.00 for what was supposed to be the best of the best of Kenmore dishwashers back then only to have it break down on a yearly occurrence. I would not recommend this dishwasher. This has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we are not going to buy Kenmore in the future for ANY appliance. Period.

It does get things clean, but sometimes theres water stains left on it. Or discolored plates that have to be washed AGAIN. Other than that, I am satisfied with the product. However, I would like a more powerful one, one day. The size is great. A bigger one could be amazing! But, I wont lie, Im pleased with the current size. :) It gets pretty much all my needed dishes cleaned within one load and nothing left over! Its okay. Its pretty boring and standard looking (but, I guess since it mainly does get the job done, how can I complain? LOL!) Kenmore was the dishwasher that came in the home I was renting. I liked all the various settings that could be used with it. The dishes also always came out very clean and tidy. I never had to put them back in again and rewash them which I cant say for other brands of dishwasher I have used. But I disliked how long it took to clean all the dishes. It felt like it took forever to just get that one load of dishes done. Also the drying cycle never fully dried the dishes so I would have to towel dry everything when it was done.

I was recommended a Kenmore dishwashing machine by a close family friend. She loves hers, and it has met her expectations as well as my own. I like the sleekness of the design as well as the overall performance of this brand of appliance. I trust this brand very much. I would improve the noise level on the dishwasher, I feel that whenever it was running I was unable to concentrate on anything else. I often had to wait until late at night before going to bed to start the dishwasher, so that I was able to hear the television. It did not, however, interfere with my sleep. The timer is doing great. It is easy to use and operate. Perfectly fit in our tiny kitchen. But some cant hardly remove hard grease and dirt. Longer the time in cleaning and rinsing and sanitize more properly. It can help save water while using the unit.

DO NOT BUY KENMORE DISHWASHERS. Ours (Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher) quit working after 20 months of use. We did not buy the extended warranty because we thought it should last at least 5 years before anything would break. Wrong. I have called the customer care phone numbers several times. Did not get anyone that speaks fluent English. Very frustrating. And they keep forwarding you to a different area.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I found out had we bought the 5 year warranty it would only cover the services call(s) 100%. Had you needed new parts for you appliance you would get $25% off of the part but you the customer would have to pay 75%. Our particular part that is bad costs $156 plus tax and shipping so we still would of ended up paying like $140 dollars to maybe get it up and running again. Sears stores are closing but they still plan to sell Kenmore online so do not make the same mistake we did. Enough said.

I like it, works great. Had it for 2 years and 6 months. I got new dishwasher when I got this house, has a whole of settings. I used it maybe twice a week. I think you will like it. The size is great, I measurement the hole from where the old dishwasher was out and it fits perfectly. It looks great, stainless steel is my favorite. I didnt choose Kenmore it kinda choose me, it was already in the first house we purchased. It worked like a charm. We never had to have it repaired. It never broke down. Not noisy, well built, but it seems like bottom rack leaves dishes a little spotty. I kind of would wish it had more shelves instead of the basic top and bottom shelves that most dish dryers have. When you use this Kenmore product, youll find that it has the same basic design of most Kenmore dish dryers. Lets start with the top rack, well I feel like it has a tight feeling to it. I cannot fit my Stein on the top rack due to height issues. For the bottom is very roomy and tons of space. I was able to put dishes and frying pans all in the bottom rack which surprised me. I believe its a well-crafted piece of machinery, with its digital numbers, it comes down to the kitchen if it does not match the cabinets or if it does. Nonmatching color makes it stand out if youre into that kind of thing but if that not a problem then it is pretty impressive. Overall it helps more than expected which if you value your time then this gives you your bang for your buck.

When I initially started the remodel of my kitchen, I wanted non-generic appliances that looked good and were energy efficient. Its high efficiency feature is why I purchased the dishwasher. I also wanted silver or black, so this is the model I ended up with. Its extremely loud during all cycles. The drain on it breaks every other time I used it and it only works without problems half of the time. That said, I dont use it often as I travel frequently, so Im not terribly concerned. Kenmore was recommended by my condo building maintenance guy. He installed it without giving me other options. Our Kenmore Dishwasher occasionally has problems but its worth its value. I wouldnt want any other brand. It is effective at what it does and it is built to last. It can clean my dishes relatively quick and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I hope this one lasts a while. It is a great product since Kenmore makes good products. I have only had Kenmore for the past 5 years after switching brands and Ive seen a drastic improvement in quality and efficiency. Its a normal size for a dishwasher and it gets the job done. I can always do multiple loads if necessary. Its a very good looking dishwasher and it hardly gets dirty, and if it does, its easy to clean. It blends perfectly with my kitchen cabinets and other appliances. Its just like any other washer, yet cheaper and better. I didnt overpay for this washer. I think its one of the better ones and I would gladly pay this price again, because it is so durable.

The performance of our Kenmore dishwasher has been something our family has depended on for years. It has made it easy for us to know exactly what to expect no matter what type of dishes/glassware we put in it. This built-in dishwasher fits in just right for our kitchen size, surrounding cabinets and in proportion to the other appliances. Although ours is a white dishwasher, it has remained very easy to keep clean inside and out! The color has stayed true and has not faded out or yellowed over time. The price we paid for our dishwasher has come back to us many, many times over as it saves on water and can be counted on to clean everything the first time so there is never a need to re-run the same items.

When I decided to buy this Kenmore dishwasher, it was because at the time this particular brand and model were for sale and I needed to replace the previous one I had since it stopped working. I liked the size and features. The smartwash really saved me money from the previous model. It gets my dishes clean and dry. However, I would like it to have a sleeker look and the design could be a lot better. It doesnt always get my glasses as shiny as I would like. But its a decent, good appliance.

The appearance is very sleek and simple. It fits in mostly with everything. I am pretty sure is available in other colors such as stainless steel. It fits very well in my kitchen. It is just the right size for most kitchen and it aint big and gawky. Very compact. I had some hard dishes to get clean and it cleaned it spotless. It also didnt take very long for it to complete its cycles. I am very happy with its performance. My perceived value is very satisfied with it. I havent had it very long but I am sure it will last long. It seems to be built very durable. Everyone should be satisfied.

It works wonderfully! It cleans thoroughly with few dishwashing marks or dish detergent film. Dries fairly well, wish it was a little better but could be worse so no complaints. Size is wonderful, holds lots of dishes and cutlery. Still have to do a couple of loads but having a huge family that is expected. But I love this dish washer! Very nice, slick design. Color is beautiful and easy to clean. Smears do not appear and if they do they super easy to wipe away. Its just very nice looking and super easy to clean and keep clean. Value is very exceptional. With all the features offered, slick clean look, and the size in which can hold tons of dishes/cutlery the value is just exceptional for everything that is offered!

It is powerful and exceptionally easy to use. It is intuitive and the dishes come out sparkling clean with no need to rewash or rinse. It is also energy efficient and uses less water than other dishwashers. It is quite large and accommodates all of my dishwashing needs. I can also comfortably fit several pots and pans, as well as at least a days worth of dishes. It looks very sleek and modern. I think it comes in several different finishes and colors and there are enough options to fit in any kitchen. The dishwasher itself was a little expensive but you save money on water and electricity and it looks very durable. I imagine t would last a while and need very little repair.

I really enjoy the option to either heat dry or air dry the dishes. I think that is a fantastic idea. I also enjoy the timer so I can load it at night and it will wash by itself right after breakfast even when Im not home! I would like a pre-soak option because as much as I do love the sprayers there are somethings I make need a soak. I would also love if it would hold a large quantity of soap and dispense itself. I have always loved Kenmore products because of the reliability. Also, the price is another reason. I spent a lot of time comparison shopping and always come back to Kenmore.

I thought it was a decent dishwasher. It was reasonably timed and my dishes always came out clean. I didnt have to worry about soap build up with this dishwasher. The size was medium. I was able to fit all my plates on top and most of my pots on the bottom shelf. I liked the silverware holder. I thought it was convenient. I really liked the dishwashers color. It matched the rest of my appliances and the knobs were easy and functional. I thought it would be cool if the color was blue. I feel like I got my money worth the product. Last an average amount of time and I washed a ton of dishes in it plus the color and style was great with a unique little touch.

It cleaned the dishes very well with limited rinsing and extra work involved. This dishwasher was wonderful. My electric bill was low as well while using it. I would recommend this dishwasher to others and would love to own another one day in the future. This dishwasher was able to fit most things I needed washed. I was able to fit large pots inside, as well as pans like cookie sheets if I loaded it. Plates, bowls, silverware and other things fit nicely on top. This dishwasher was almost all black. This kept it looking cleaner in my opinion. It was a nice blend in my kitchen and went well with my other appliances. This dishwasher was extremely cost effective. It didnt break the budget and was well worth its price. This dishwasher would fit most budgets nicely.

It worked pretty good. I always rinse before I set them in though. So I didnt really try it full potential. It work fast as well but I hate the drying spot on dishes though. It was the average size dishwasher that comes in a typical apartment. I could fit the day worth of dishes in there so it worked for me. But Im single living alone so I would recommend something larger for family. It had a nice appearance. It did blend well kitchen scenery and the rest of kitchen appliances. Sleek and modern would be the best words to describe it. I feel like I got the money out of it. I did not have any maintenance issues with it. It was easy to maintain. 4 full-suites of Kenmore kitchen appliances purchased for apartment complex sat unopened in boxes at job site for 2 months due to construction delays. 3 dishwashers were installed without incident. 4th dishwasher immediately sparked and started smoking when connected (by licensed electrician). RIDICULOUS SEARS POLICY that the dishwasher cannot be replaced because we had it for more than 30 days. Technician said he had to order 3 parts... Cost of parts very close to original cost of machine & OVER what we paid for the dishwasher if you add-in the labor cost. I want a new machine, I do not trust the integrity of this machine. What is so difficult to see that this machine is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced and not repaired?Ive had to make time for 2 service calls so far and now the parts on BACK-ORDER! Why cant Sears just deliver a new dishwasher! How do we rent the apartment without a working dishwasher??? Will Sears compensate us for loss of rental income and time taken for service calls? Customer Service call center in the PHILIPPINES are nothing more than answering machines, have no authoritative powers or common sense.

My dishwasher fits all needed dishes in it for my 4 people family by the end of the day. Its a perfect fit in my home in size on the inside and out. I dont have to wash the dishes before I put them into the dishwasher like Ive experienced with many other dishwashers. The dishes are nice and dry when finished. And it also never has all that extra water puddles or slippery soapy feeling left on the dishes. This white dishwasher goes with half my kitchen so it blends in really well and Im very satisfied with it. Its outdone a couple Ive used in the past few years. I have no reason to get rid of such amazing piece in my home but I will be moving on to a new one after this dishwasher is at its end.

I have had no problems with this dishwasher. It takes care all the food scum on the plates and is extremely useful for large pans and cookie trays. I am able to load quite a bit. We are a family of four and my children are constantly using cups and never washing them out. Im extremely happy! I wish it came in a different color, however Im grateful that the previous owners left this behind. It is outdated. However there is no rust or broken items on it. The wear and tear on it has lasted. I would not hesitate in buying or replacing this dishwasher with the same brand.

It is able to wash all of the dishes to get rid of heavy stains. It can fit a lot of my dishes, even my pots and pans. The time it takes to wash them is almost perfect. The settings are simple to understand and I can set them to my preferred preferences. Its like I have another person washing my dishes. It is big enough to hold my dishes but not too big where it takes too much space. It fits perfectly right next to the sink, where I can easily and effortlessly transfer my dishes from the sink to the dishwasher.

Have had this brand dishwasher for years, always been extremely reliable, sturdy and lasting. Honestly I dont think that I would ever choose a different name brand item for my familys needs. Kenmore Elite model 665.12783k311 - For some unknown reason the lower spray arm on the dishwasher came off, and landed on top the hot heating coil. This melted the lower spray arm, and started a fire in my dishwasher. I took pictures and contacted Sears, who referred me to Whirlpool, who referred me back to Sears, and that went on for two hours. This is dangerous, and based on a Google search not the first time. However, as of this post neither Sears nor Whirlpool has contacted me with any interest in finding out WHY this happened.

Has a high quality about it. I can put all dishes and silverware in my 24-inch Kenmore dishwasher and let it go to work. They come out sparkling and fresh. It’s help on the hands and arms. My Kenmore is a chrome color, modern, top of the line and state of the art dishwasher. It fits all my needs. The value is good. I purchased it from Sears store and I got it for a bargain. Instead of paying 900$ dollars I end up pay 600$. I would recommend it to all who is interested in purchasing a dishwasher. Get it! Its a lifesaver.

It cleans the dishes and pots and pans thoroughly. It runs quietly when started. The dishwasher doesnt take forever to run its cycle. It doesnt take a lot of dish soap compared to our old dishwasher. The size of our dishwasher is great. It can fit all of the dinner dishes in it and the pots and pans that it took to prepare dinner with. Im very pleased with the size of my dishwasher. The appearance of my dishwasher is nothing that fancy as its not a fancy model. Its just plain white. Im not really impressed with its looks. I would have preferred to have purchased a black model. I feel for the price we got what we paid for a basic running model dishwasher. Nothing fancy but nothing thats gonna break down on us either. We got good value for our money.

The reason I chose the Kenmore dishwasher is because it was on sale but it is also a well known brand. I like the appearance of it. It also matched my kitchen colors. I thought it had an attached look to it and it looks expensive but it wasnt. I was expecting it to be quiet, fast and efficient and it is. However, the only thing I would probably change about the Kenmore dishwasher is that I wish it had a bigger capacity. Sometimes I have very large pans that I would love to fit but the only way to fit them is to not have a full dishwasher. Other than that, it is really roomy. I might be the only one that has that big of pans so it might not be considered the same opinion as others. I love the fact that it is energy efficient. I can put in a load and in about 30 min they are clean. They dont have any stuck on food. The Kenmore dishwasher had very simple buttons and is not complicated at all. It makes washing dishes very pleasant.

I have other Kenmore products and have always been satisfied with the products. I also like that there are many different options and price points that I can choose from. I also like that the company stands behind their products. I like that there are many different washing options in the dish washer. I also like that it fits a lot of plates and is great for hosting large functions. The adjustable top rack is really handy too. I also love their smart wash option and how quietly the machine runs. The one thing I have to complain about is that the pulse if the water is not as strong as I would like, but that could be because I use the smart wash option to save water. But I have noticed that there is food debris left in the plates.

I purchased 3 Kenmore appliances in January. The refrigerator is a basic top mount freezer, lower refrigerator. It was installed in late January. For over a month the freezer has had ice buildup inside, causing the freezer door to push out. I am now on the 3rd service call--actually 4th. The first call to repair, sent a dishwasher repair person--so much for out-sourcing our calls. The gentleman who came the first time, said a part had come off the top of the freezer. Being the saving person I am, I had found and saved said part. He installed and caulked it. (Also convinced me to buy a service agreement--thank you for that.) That made it worse.Second visit he caulked all around the edges of the freezer. Again this made it worse. The ice buildup is also causing my refrigerator to run more often. I am up to 3rd visit this am. Thus I have wasted 4 days of my time waiting upon repair. The refrigerator was on sale and cost 564.29. Each of the repair visit receipts have been for 220.32. Thus this visit exceeds the cost I paid. I have always purchased Sears appliances--and I am old--64. I am most disappointed and would like a new refrigerator.

I did not purchase the dishwasher. It happened to come with the home I purchased. However that being said I was not displeased with the appliance as I knew Kenmore was a trusted brand in appliances. There was an On/off switch for the heat for the dry cycle. It was programmable for delayed wash and the dishwasher was also large capacity with a roomy interior and easy to load dish racks. However, the dishwasher was an older model that did not clean my dishes as well if the dishes were not pre-rinsed and it was very loud sounding. We likened it to a plane taking off. But overall it was Satisfactory.

The Kenmore dishwasher is built 2015. We got a digital control panel and has automatic wash and drying cycles. It is also stainless steel and very modern looking. However, I dont like that the Kenmore dishwasher does not have the option just to steam dry or just dry heat the plates. It has to run a complete cycle until you use this feature. Nevertheless, Kenmore Elite is always the brand I try to buy with all my kitchen and home appliances. They are the brand that I trust and has good ratings and customer services.

The dishwasher washed the dishes and pans very well. Always the glasses got clean without water spots. Rinsed the dishes very good. Always used cascade and will stay with product. A good washer. Always had enough space for the loads of dishes that I had. The pot and pans always came clean. Very little problems with the machine. The front was not very nice, but since the washer worked well, we decided to try this appliance.

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

The black color fits in very well with the other appliances in my kitchen. It is a very very good value and it is also well worth the price. I highly recommended that you try this brand for your moneys worth and cleaning quality.

Our landlord bought a Kenmore dishwasher brand new and it didnt work. The spinning blade on the bottom would not spin. So, after calling customer serviceand scheduling a technician, who was more eager to come for refrigerator repair, said he will talk to the landlord and the parts are ordered. Ordered? This young man would not tell me what would be replaced and when the part would come. After ten days during Christmas and New Year we werent able to use the dishwasher. The parts wouldnt arrive so we heard from customer service that nothing was ordered for our dishwasher. Excuse me? And customer service put me on hold and disconnected me twice. I certainly can say Sears does not care about customer service. A second person came without cloth or so broke our drain and replaced the motor blade leaving the defect motor behind and a very messy kitchen floor. What can I say. We are NOT using the dishwasher because its cycle is over 3 hours and it does not clean and dry properly. Prewash and manual kitchen towel drying is needed. We went back to old fashioned way with five people in the household. I would never buy from Sears. Worst experience ever. And two years living without dishwasher because landlord just bought it new.

This dishwasher has worked like magic. It is quiet and gets off even the toughest foods. Its big enough to do the job and do it well without being big and clunky and looking out of place with the rest of my kitchen. It is beautiful and sleek and I hate to say it but darn near sexy. I am extremely happy with the price I paid and the value I got with this dishwasher. I have to say I am more than disappointed with your product. I had all G.E appliances and had so many problems with them, that I changed them all out to Kenmore. Sept 2016, I purchased a dishwasher. Service call to put in was 4 months later (I had some construction going on). It seemed beautiful, quiet, and really cleaned the dishes until about a year later, it cleaned less and wasnt really sure if it was working properly. It continued to get worse and I called SEARS to service it with the protection plan I purchased. I was told it was the sum motor and would be over $500 to fix. The service man said do you hear this sound, it sounds like it’s trying to start (like a swishy sound), and I said yes, it always sounded that way. He said it could have been a defect. In getting ready to contract it to be fixed, SEARS argues there was no plan; however it states it on my receipt (Dishwasher Order #9-------) Sears Protection Agreement (purchased separately). Stuck with BROKEN DISHWASHER!

The first wash brought my utensils and dishes back to life - everything was clean and shiny. It is a great machine for the price we paid. Have had this for about a year now, no complaints or problems with it. Size is perfect for my household. Although there was absolutely nothing wrong with our dishwasher, we decided to get the one that matched our other appliances. We werent sorry! This is an excellent appliance. Its quite running and does a great job of cleaning the dishes. Its easy to operate.

Very compact but theres so much space inside! I feel like I could fit all my fine China in that dishwasher and have them sparkling and stain-free within minutes! Its absolutely orgasmic and pretty intoxicating if you ask me. I love it and so does my family! Its small and compact on the outside but inside I could fit so many things in there, plates, silverware, cups, and even food if Im trying to hide it from my relatives. Thats how awesome my dishwasher is. I absolutely most positively love it! Very modern yet it has that retroness to it and I absolutely adore that fact about it! Like when my relatives walk in and they see that, theyre like Wow, that looks awesome! and they also say Where did you get that?! I want one too! It doesnt break the bank so thats a wonderful thing to know when I buy it, plus the value I DO purchase it for absolutely lives up to its potential as a dishwasher. Ive never had any horrible experiences with dishwashers like this one so there is no bad I can say about it.

Any place Ive moved to live always has at least two appliances that are Kenmore brand. Ive known and used Kenmore appliances for years and feel their products are of good quality. I liked the built in smart wash heated rinse and dry. It also seems to not leave the metallic smell, taste and feel of the type of dishwasher detergent I use. Felt it was more sanitary that way. However, a glass front window would be nice and feature to add. For the most part, I am happy with my Kenmore purchase as this is a brand I often use when shopping for household appliances. You pay for what you get.

My wife and I built a brand new home two years ago and supplied it with all Kenmore or Kenmore elite appliances. As of today the appliances are barely 2 years old and the washing machine has broke, needs a new control panel and drain pump that is going to take a week or more to come in so we have no washer for at least a week. The dishwasher shuts off mid cycle so I have to have somebody come out for that. The tech told me it is probably an issue with the temp of the water so I have to run the hot water at the sink until it gets hot then run the dishwasher. Really? For two years it worked just fine and now that it is malfunctioning that is the solution they give me? The top of our refrigerator freezer door completely cracked and got worse over time until it eventually all fell off into pieces. This happened by simply opening and closing the door. It looks terrible in our brand new $330k home. When I called Kenmore they said that is cosmetic and wont be taken care of. I am beyond disappointed. We spent thousands of dollars and thought that Kenmore was a great brand until this.Update: The control panel Kenmore is sending me for my washer is now delayed by UPS and UPS is now telling me I may not have the part until late next week. Maybe later. So we will possibly go into 2+ weeks without a washing machine. I have called the Kenmore 1-800-4-my-home number several times and I get nowhere. One agent actually told me if the part does not arrive within 21 days then they will explore other options. As if a two year old washing machine breaking and sending us to the laundromat for 3+ weeks is acceptable. Terrible service!!!

I re-piped the home in 2006 so I bought the best hot water heater available, a Kenmore 55 gal 12-year warranty. Sometime during 2010 the tank had a small leak. Sears Technician came out and said I could go pickup another tank at the local store in Ft. Myers, Florida. No problem. Trip to Lowes for a few parts then to Sears for a new tank then bam, it is installed.Sometime towards the end of February 2013 my wife said the tank was leaking on the floor. No big deal, I made 5 phone calls to 800-877-6420 just to setup the 1st tech appointment. A week later the Service-Technician came & said I had a cracked anode-rod, so he order another and rescheduled install appointment for 3/12/14, approximately 2-weeks later. Again no big deal, its a slowww leak somewhere on the top of the tank. But, on Saturday 3/8/14 the tank ruptured sometime in the night. I was awoke around 7:30 am by my neighbor telling me that water was flowing out of my garage and down the street. I shut off the main water valve and started calling the 800-877-6420 number again. Each time I called I was transferred to someone that could not help me. On the 3rd call someone recommended I called back 8:30-9:00 am, maybe the department was not open yet. At this point, I have been waiting for ~ 3 weeks for a hot-water-heater to be repaired. Where is the service? I wanted a Technician visit today but was given an appointment for Monday. I have a wife and 2 kids (6 y.o and 10 month) and it is winter in Florida. Yes its warm during the day. While the wife and I could survive without hot water the kids would not be so happy. Remember, I turned off the main-water-valve to stop the flood, so there is no water to flush toilets, dishes or laundry. The house was built in 1985. I have added valves now so we will be able to isolate the hot water heater in the future. Where is the service? With no water I went to Sears and bought another heater and installed it this Saturday.Service-Technician (very nice) came Monday 3/10/14 and confirmed ruptured tank and changed my $80. The Technician said I may have a faulty ground-wire so since I was paying him I asked him to check it. The wire turned out normal. Why do I need to pay? Whatever, paying $80 is worth getting my $500 back that I paid for the replacement on Saturday. Today is Tues 3/11/14 and I have not been contacted for my tank replacement. Where is the service? If I had not replaced the tank over the weekend we would still be without water (hot or cold). From what I can tell the service issues start with 1) the employees that answer the phones (it really takes more than 1 phone call for service?). 2) The lack of urgency to correct the problem (It takes weeks). 3) The lack of follow through on service. Im told this is season and this is the reason Sears is behind. I would suggest triage service calls.As a side note that is semi funny: When I bought the new hot-water-heater this Saturday I was asked if I wanted a Service protection plan. I declined stating that it takes Sears to long to fix such an important machine. We had to turn off the main-water-valve to the entire house. Where is the service. Think of it this way. Would you like to pay an extra $150.00 on top of the cost of the hot-water-heater and wait 3 plus weeks for service?

Its simple but amazing. The fact it helps, I use dishes a lot and it helps keep my kitchen 98% clean without the hassle. It helps me not have to wash them by hand. Im allergic to the soap. This dishwasher makes life so much easier for me and Im thankful for that. Im always on the go. Where my dishwasher is at is absolutely perfect. It fits in where its easier to put dishes in and still have room. Its by the sink so that makes sense. Its easy to maintain and keep going. I havent really had any issues with it but the few times I did, it was a easy fix but its very valuable. It works good and Im overall satisfied with my Kenmore dishwasher.

The appearance is nice. The color is a nice matte grey so it doesnt clash with kitchen themes. It fits well with other colors and does not stand out. I would recommend this color and not the black. It is a nice size. There are two pull out shelves. The distances between them is no even, the top one is very close to the top roof of the dishwasher so you can only put small items up there. The bottom one has a lot of room for plates, and could use more room for bigger items such as pots and pans. The silverware sections is perfectly sized. Sometimes it doesnt get everything clean but after a second wash everything comes out spotless. Sometimes if you run the dishwasher with just vinegar it gets clean and that washer runs better. It is a great dishwasher and is well worth the value. Some say you get what you pay for but with this Kenmore dishwasher I feel like you what you pay for and more, because it is just that great and worth it. It is very reliable.

Will not clean if the washer is filled. Galway is iffy. It has quit cleaning for months on end leading to it being a waste of space. Can take multiple washes around the racks to get something clean. Would be nice if it were larger as dishes dont always get done on a daily basis in the house & with 2 people always in the house and 2 part time livers makes it a mess. Its there to do a job it does halfway majority of the time. Doesnt match kitchen much so its pretty bleh. Expected a lasting dishwasher, instead I have to give it breaks for months for it to work again. Expected something that will do its job. A sink & sponge does better half the time.

I like very, its very good, always works well and is very efficient, is a leading brand in the market and works in an environment friendly manner, apart it does not damage the dishes and is very clean. Is very different from others I know. Dishwasher and its external appearance is very good, very consistent modern style of my kitchen, and is not noisy, and much access inside.

The size of the dishwasher is very nice, it fit perfectly in my kitchen and you can accommodate a lot of dishes and all kinds of cups. Very pretty simple but great. Space is good and color is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend it any time cause its good. Its very sophisticated and easy to match with colors kitchen. I love this kind of dishwasher. Very functional and easy to use. The best dishwasher I ever had. Noiseless and fast cleaned. This dishwasher is cheap in price but good in quality for a small family. Works very well. Ill update when it breaks down to let others know how long it lasts with regular use and care. Very good size. Can place pots, dishes and almost all your dishes for a family of four. I bought a Kenmore dishwasher approximately 5 years ago. I have had to repair the same problem twice within the last two years and the same problem just occurred again! The soap dispenser door stops opening and it has been burnt on the back of the dispenser unit and the motherboard has burn marks where the dispenser plugs into it. This is the same problem three times now. Ive now spent over a thousand dollars to repair a $400 dishwasher! This third time I was done repairing it out of my pocket so I called the 18004MYHOME number and spoke with a rude alleged customer service representative. I explained my frustrations and acknowledged it wasnt his fault but was hoping Kenmore could repair it for me or offer a discount to buy another Kenmore dishwasher even though I really didnt want to. The guy kept repeating the same things and saying I cant get it repaired for free with a smug tone. I then stated that I have had no problem paying over a thousand dollars at this point just dont feel its right for me to pay again. And said Im buying a new dishwasher and was hoping you could offer anything to make me want to buy Kenmore again. He continued to have an attitude and I asked for a supervisor, he muted me and I kept asking for him to give me his name and transfer me to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I was on a landline so not a random disconnect. Also he had muted me several times throughout the call and would come back on. He was extremely rude and basically I will never want to be a Kenmore customer again. If you cant stand behind your product and realize that after three times of the same thing happening thats not a problem with the product then have customer service agents act disrespectful, rude and hang up on you, then I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company.

It is super easy to use and works great. It gets the dishes cleaned fast and efficiently. It leaves no soap residue and gets the dishes freshly cleaned. I believe it fits all of the dishes used in a day plus some extra. Its well rounded. It doesnt take a lot of soap to do the job done. It fits all of my needs. This dishwasher doesnt stand out as much as other ones do but it gets the job done. Its a plain white color nothing out of the ordinary. I believe this brand does cost a great deal. Everyone that may have this kind of dishwasher might agree but, also may say its well worth the money.

This seems to be a basic model without a lot of the features some other dishwashers have. I have to pre-rinse my dishes or I will end up with food particles all over my clean dishes. As long as I do that it works fine. I like the size of this dishwasher. I can usually fit all of my plates, saucers and bowls on the bottom rack without a problem. The top rack fits lots of glasses and cooking pots. I like the smooth white finish of this dishwasher. It is easy to wipe down and looks clean and simple. I bought it because it matches my Kenmore refrigerator perfectly. This dishwasher was a very good value in comparison to most other dishwasher models with special features and/or finishes. I didnt need all the bells and whistles, so this one was just right.

It came with the apartment that I rented and it matches the rest of the appliances. It is a basic dishwasher though and not like the fancier brands and models. This dishwasher has certain limitations, it doesnt do too much and sometimes it floods. Its good for washing dishes but I wish it would fit more dishes and wasnt so loud. However, I like that it has hot and cold and it has a rinse cycle feature.
