Purchased a top loading high efficiency low water washer model 110-28133410 from a Sears location with our Sears charge account on 5/17/15 for $900. Never happy with the low water cleaning quality. Had issues with the lid lock which we figured out how to work around. Now in 2020 only five years later transmission is shot (not because of overloading only my husband and myself in the home). Sears service was AWFUL. Finally got an appt. for a service call, took off work, they were suppose to be here by noon, got a text at 11:30 canceling our appt. and rescheduling for 6 DAYS LATER. When I called customer service to say I expect the next initial diagnostic service call to be not charged since now I will have lost two days of work. Would not offer any consideration for their non show. Hired another appliance repair service to be told washer not work fixing. I had believed in supporting businesses that have been around for years, but they were horrible. Canceled my Sears card and will never do business with them or Kenmore again. (Now have a basic Speed Queen. LOVE it!! I have water again!!!)

The Kenmore washer I had was a hard-working, efficient machine. I had no problems with it at all. I bought it at an estate sale when it was about five years old. It performed perfectly for about ten years. I have owned this washer for 10 years and it has been reliable and easy to use. No bells and whistles just exactly the right features. Extra large tub washes big loads with ease. Very reliable, has lasted many years and washes consistently.. Lid switch broke and it was easy to replace with a new part from Sears. It was like $6 part and 10 minutes of work. Clean, white, easy to read knobs stands up to wear and tear easily. Nothing fancy or stylish but exactly what you expect from a washing machine. Cost effective to purchase and operate. It has lasted many years and still running great. The cost of this washer was low in comparison to fancier models.

This was a very nice product. It held a large amount of laundry and did an excellent job cleaning. The only drawback is that it seemed to take longer than regular washers. This product is very reliable. It never seemed to have any problems or get out of line. If the clothes were out of balance it would adjust them itself. I had this product in black and silver and I loved the way it looked. It had a clear top so I could look in at the clothes at any time. It was an excellent washer. The price I paid for this product was a little steep but for the quality of this product and the overall job it does it was a very reasonable price that I paid.

This Kenmore washer is an excellent product. Gets clothes very clean with one wash. I use cold water and a standard amount of detergent and my clothes come out of the wash looking as fresh as the day they were purchased. I highly recommend this washer. Very reliable. This washer has never let me down. My husband gets his clothes very grimy and my Kenmore always gets them clean enough for church on Sunday. Through years of use my Kenmore has stayed looking like new. Every time I use it I am amazed at how good it looks. I have had it for years and even after daily use, it still looks new. A very hardworking washer that will not cost you an arm and a leg. I purchased mine several years ago and dont know the cost of one today.

Kenmore Dishwasher machine does a great job. Comes from a well respected product line that has been around since my grandmother’s time and has never failed to perform its assigned with efficiency. This product line brings back fond recollections of the machines I used as a child. Handles reasonable loads, simple to use, load & clean. Reliable operation without an overabundance of functions that I neither use or need. Handles all the capacity I need in my day to day life with conservative use of water, soap and power. My main concern with any unit is that it easy to load, and handles the washing with as little trouble as possible. Easy to clean, with a spartan appearance that lends itself to my lifestyle and sensibilities. I especially like the clean lines and simple control features without an attempt at being overly stylish or trendy. Simplicity is my driving concern.

I dont use it often but I do like the machine. It is easy to use. Although I prefer easy button option and more details. I wish it will let me select more option and a timer that I can preset. Also, long years warranty will be nice. But its the brand that I always like. The price and the quality are always nice and reasonable. All my family like the brand, I dont think Ill change it anytime soon. In fact, my mom has just purchased a washing machine, it might be the next thing Im get.

I called about my Kenmore Elite HE5t Steam Washer. It keeps going into a SUD, then within a few minutes it goes into an F35 error. I talked with Sears and they told me the only thing they could do is send a repairman to my house to look at it. The cost is $129 plus the part. The part is a water level switch, it costs $85 dollars. It was on back order at the time I looked it up and I will have to wait one week for the part. When it came in, they then told me to call Whirpool. I did, they reconnected me to Sears. It was no surprise since it is an ongoing problem with this model and I have seen it on a few websites already, including this one. They need to recall this product.

There are five settings for water temperature from cold to very hot. It is quiet in operation and easy to clean. I have never needed a service call.

The appearance of the washer is just a simple design with some options to choose your load of laundry, how hot or cold the water is needed, or how you want the laundry to wash your clothes (which is using a gentle setting or a rough setting). Although the washer has a lot of features included and does a lot of things to the laundry to make it fresh and clean, the appliance is too expensive. So I wish the price was lowered down so everyone could afford to buy this brand and model.

Theres nothing fancy about the appearance but I didnt buy it for display in the living room. Its a perfect fit for a laundry room and thats whats important. Its been a very reliable washer. Yes I would recommend kenmore. It has great space and a great look. It goes great with my other appliances that I have. It has a warranty on it also. I also have kenmore washer also. They last a very long time and are dependable.

Dials and doors are placed in convenient locations and add to look of appliance. Price was higher than some competitors model of similar in function and level in line. Cost higher than lower line machines. Reliability and durability balances cost for a good value for cost. They do cost a bit more than others but for the quality of the washer it is well worth the price. I didnt mind paying a little extra once seen how it performs.

The washing machine is good but it has features that are not really used and it would be easier if there were fewer options, for example, like the Deep Wash and the Heavy Duty could probably be merged into one if they are used for the same purpose.

We bought a Kenmore Elite washer on February 17, 2011. It was delivered in March. I was very confident in Sears quality. We were surprised when four months later, the machine began making noise and vibrating badly during the spin cycle. We called Sears repair (machine is warranted). They said that a repair tech would be dispatched (for a new machine). The tech came out. The tech determined that a clutch was needed. He ordered the part to be delivered to our home. Two weeks later, the part came. We called and another tech was dispatched week later. The tech installed the part, but the machine continued the noise and vibration. The tech explained that the repair was the best he could do. A second appointment was scheduled. The tech did not show. I made three calls to finally be told that the tech was called off the route. What happened to the Sears we knew? If they sold a lemon (sometimes it happens), especially a $1,400.00 lemon, they would not hesitate to replace it to make the customers money and business count. Now it appears that Sears expects its customers to endure whatever inferior service they receive. Is this a proper way to treat customers?

Machine was delivered by Sears in 1990 and has sat patiently, and diligently cleaning my clothes, without any maintenance or repairs since that time. That would be 28 years. Every single feature works as well as the day it was delivered.

Very reliable and dependable. Heavy duty. Could hold large loads of clothes/towels. I believe mine lasted for about 15 years. I do not believe I ever had any mechanical problems with either machine. Only got new machines when I moved to a new house. Actually sold the pair used in a garage sale.

The Kenmore Dishwashers reviews were favorable and pricing was okay. It was available to me in my local store. It is built in and I really like the lock and easy opening door. No hard banging when opening. It works great, cleans well and has strong, great working jets. There is No soap residue, it washes to my expectations and is easy to use and load. Also, I agree with most reviews and the price was not too bad.

The front load washing machine is hard to keep clean. Lint and other debris gets trapped in the door seal and smells. Even though the door is wiped every time and the magnet is used (so the door doesn’t close fully) it still stinks. My towels always smell sour once they get wet again. I don’t think this is a Kenmore issue. I think it’s front loaders in general. My next washer will not be a front loader.

Older style top loader with agitator seems to hold up much longer and gets the job done well. Knowing clothes are clean the first time is more important than a high-efficiency machine that might not use enough water to actually get clothes clean without a second time. Smaller than most washers probably, but still able to get a large load of clothing or towels completely clean without seeming like it takes extra loads to get all the work done. Plain white with nothing too fancy or extra about it. Very simple and easy to operate, straightforward in appearance. Has knobs for everything, nothing with a touch button. Bought this almost 7.5 years ago for a great deal and have yet to have any problems with this machine. Cleaning the inside and flushing out the fabric softener dispenser is about all the maintenance thats been needed.

Most of the time it ran just like it should. Once and a while it would jam up or stop working. It was very dependable and got my clothes clean. The one I had lasted many years before I had to replace it. No matter what I put into it, it always did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing a washer. The store only had it in very few colors. It did not look very attractive but, got it for what it can do not its looks. As long as it did its job well, like always, its appearance does not matter. It was a bit on the expensive side but, it lasted so long that it was worth what we paid for it.

Kenmore Series 110 washing machine - My three year old washing machine began making very loud noise during the spin cycle. Turns out the bearings and seals are shot. A four to five hundred dollar repair according to the technician. My last Kenmore lasted 22 years. I want the old model back!

Kenmore Laundry Center Model 417-61712510: Purchased this lemon last year with extended warranty. It has worked less than it has not worked and Ive had numerous technicians sent out and paid for an electrician to verify it is not my electrical. The machine starts and stops and locks my clothes inside in water and detergent. No amount of resetting breakers can get it to work, but I sense there is an internal reset because whenever the tech comes out he opens the metal flap to gain access and does something and then resets the breakers and it works again. It may work for one wash and then acts up and stops again. It will beep within 5 minutes of starting unit. This has been going on since 12/2016, approximately six months after purchase to this date of 8/4/2017. So here I am waiting two weeks for a repairman to come and unlock it while my clothes are in the machine. This has been a nightmare. The amount of service calls has been mind blowing. Always an explanation why it cannot be replaced... read your fine print. Ive spent more time this year doing my laundry at a laundromat than at home. This unit was purchased May 26, 2016 with extended warranty. Hope no one else will purchase this unit.

Washer twisted clothes almost from the beginning. After a period of time washer would be unbalanced. Replaced the suspension rods and found out there was a recall for that problem.

The washer is great for heavy loads. It performs well with large loads and cleans well with all types of cycles. I especially like the way the washer washes in cold water. It gets all my clothes clean the first time. I have never had a problem with reliability. The washer has never given me any problems. It cleans well, has never broken down and I have never had to replace any parts or call a repairman for any type of service for the machine. I love the features of the machine. It has all the cycles you would need - regular, delicates, heavy loads and the machine does a wonderful job on all cycles. I have never had problems getting my clothes cleaned. The price is well worth it for this washing machine.. I have compared it to whirlpool and Maytag which I have had in the past and it works just as well as whirlpool and Maytag and it cost a lot less.

The performance was top quality. I loved this machine. It lasted a long time without breaking. It was pretty good to me. I like this brand a lot. The reliability of this machine was excellent. I thought it was just as good as a general electric one. It was awesome for the record. I coud not have asked for more. The washer was a front loading type of washer. It was very strong in handling clothes to wash and it gave us years of great and quality service. What a great washing machine. In 2011, my family bought a Kenmore washing machine. Since our purchase, the area around the bleach dispenser has began to rust quite noticeably. It is currently 2013 and I contacted Sears with my complaint and as usual they said this problem is not covered. To top it off, I had the extended warranty and still no help from Sears. Sears is quick to sell you an extended warranty to make more money off from you but they back nothing. Years ago, I bought a rototiller from Sears and found the transmission was locked up on it once I got it home. Rather than refund my money, they proceeded to put in 3 additional transmissions to no avail. They would not refund my money and today Im stuck with a piece of junk rototiller.

The unit (Washer/Dryer) have been working well for a long time now just like day one cleaning my tough stains & all with no problem. Even now my kids have no issue washing the game uniform which gives me more extra time to get my things done. But I was really raised on Kenmore products from my mom when I was growing up & the fact that theyre still making great products for me and my family to enjoy is the power of great long lasting products that stand the test of time.

Although it does not fit my comforter, it fits large loads of clothing and gets them really clean. What a nice-looking washer. Its very clean and white, and shiny. Its modern and fits in my basement. It looks really pretty. I consider this a great purchase and a good value because Ive had it for a while and it works well. It didnt cost much and has a great warranty. Model 4027 2900 - The washer has not been getting items as clean as it should. It has finally stopped completing the wash cycle. It now has clothes sitting in it with an OE code. I tried the troubleshooting, nothing worked. I called to try and get it repaired. I can by an extended contract for $319.99 for 1 year and it covers up to 1 year or I can pay a trip charge of $75 plus labor, plus parts which I was informed that often front loader repairs get expensive and the contract is the best route to go. WHAT DO I DO? Low on money, low on confidence with this brand I bought thinking it would last more than 2 years 11 months, and low on patience now. Help!

I purchase this washer about 3-4 years ago and the problem of rust is getting worst. The rust started after 1 year on the lid then it accelerated to inside and now the rust stays on most of the clothes I wash. When we look inside with a flashlight, we see that inside is all rusted and peeling off. I have a baby coming. When I tried to wash the babys clothes the rust stays on the clothes and its hard to take out. I had to rewash them by hand. Im really frustrated since we follow the manual very well to take care of this machine. I cant believe this will happen to a 3-4 years old washer since my mom is currently using a Maytag for over 10 years and it still works fine without rust. I hope to have it repair by Sears as soon as possible.

I like the washer. The only complaint is it doesnt let you set the water level, other than that it does the job. Purchased at sears at one of their sales. Huge basket and you can wash bulky blankets and rugs.

For 75 days I have had a Kenmore washer that has not worked properly. I waited one month for a repairman to say it is broken. A month later a repairman came. The part shipped was damaged. A new part arrived a week later. After four hours, they installed the part only to break another one. Now waiting for a repairman this Friday. I cant use my machine at all now. The Helpline says they cant help.

I was doing a load of laundry when I heard a terrific bam in my laundry room. I went in to see about the loud noises and discovered the front door of the machine open. I felt the clothes and discovered they were soaked and the washer was about 1/8 filled with water. It appeared as if the washer reacted during the spin cycle. Perhaps it did not spin-dry the clothes as it was supposed to. Now I cannot lock the door any longer so therefore the machine cannot function. Has anybody else had this problem? Has there been any recall of my machine for this problem? I would like some feedback.

It worked really well, and I liked it a lot. They washed and dried clothes, and helped me get my laundry done. I couldnt ask for more from a machine that is specially designed to do such, I would totally recommend this to someone. Its big, square and white, with big dials and doors that you can open and close. They wash clothes, and dry them for you, so you dont to dry them outside on a line. Its a very good value and you should totally go buy a set of these.

The washer is very easy to use and is extremely efficient. Compared to my previous washer which I had to wash the load twice, this washer gets it clean the first time. The washer is extremely reliable. It is big enough for large loads and it gets the clothes extremely clean in a reasonable amount of time. The washer has a very clean and modern look. Its not the standard white that most washers are. It has some silver and a black tinted lid. The value for this washer was very competitive compared to similar washers. And the store where I bought it had a rebate which made it even a better value.

I have had no issue with the washer. It works well, no complaints. Just have to make sure that you do not overload the machine and more than it needs to be. This machine will get the job done no matter what it is. This is the one for you. Id recommend anyone to go out and pick this unit up as soon as possible. The overall look is good. It is white but looks cream at certain angles. It is easy on the eyes. It’s not too big and not too small. The overall value was worth the money. Has not given me issues and it works well to this very day.

This washer has had a much larger workload than I intended when I bought it 2 1/2 years ago (7 adults), and it is still as quiet and reliable as the day I hooked it up. And with all the setting levels available, it has always done an outstanding job of actually getting our construction-worker clothes clean as new. Has done an average of eleven loads a week for 2 1/2 years and still runs and cleans like new: even for the three of us construction workers, two car mechanics, and two ladies in the house. Its appearance is modern, but without looking like an airliner cockpit with all those confusing lights and controls that youll never use. After 2 1/2 years of washing for seven adults without a single breakdown, it still performs like new. I think weve already got our moneys worth out of it.

I bought a Sears Kenmore Washer and purchased an extended warranty. This machine has flooded my basement on at least six occasions, three times causing extensive damage. They have replaced the seal three times and the motor twice. They have forgotten to replace the front cover, leaving wires exposed. I have called, and spoken to dozens of people on what must be every department. The only thing in common, is that they refuse to take responsibility for this defective machine.

Works great. It fits all your loads in at once! Its efficient and gets the job done with multiple loads, and its energy-efficient. It saves time and money especially with a busy schedule. Its white, front loader, and fits in my pantry space. Not too big. Cost about $900.

Kenmore 700 series washing machine top load with glass lid - DO NOT buy this washing machine! It doesnt put enough water in to wash anything. I tried to wash 5 pair of VERY dirty jeans and they still had clumps of mud on them. I washed a load of towels and the towels absorbed all the water that was dispensed, and the Tide Pod was not completely dissolved! Even using deep fill it will dispense only 3 of water into the tub. I can get it to fill 3 times dispensing 3 of water each time if I stand there and hit the deep fill button, open and close the lid and who has time for that. I am having Sears come and replace this piece of junk Friday!

After I wash my clothes its clean enough and dries very quick. After I dried it I folded it very easily. Im satisfied with the results of my laundry. No hassles for me and my husband.

Purchased $779 Kenmore Elite Washer model #29272000 in April 2011. In April 2013 sent a letter directly to Sears to complain about the rust all around the bleach dispenser. Did not receive any response. Now, a year later, the rust is far worse. I know from reading online comments, this has been a problem for years and Sears didnt figure out how to stop it and continued to sell this faulty product. The problems with this machine do not end with the rust. We suffer daily with the brutal wash cycle that ruins clothes, does not wash jeans and blankets without the UE error requiring constant adjustment to get the loads done, and bleach residue dispensing when you dont want it to so darks are spotted with white spots.It is bothersome that this expensive appliance is such a sad example of Kenmore and the fact that even though they knew it was a mess, it still was sold for years without correcting any of the problems. I was a faithful Sears consumer and yet now have no interest in a future dealing with them. I want a washer that doesnt harm my clothes AND isnt rusting after only a few years.

9/2012 I purchased the Kenmore Elite top load machine from Sears. Once it was 2 years old, I continuously get the UE error code. It may take 3 tries and 2 hours to rebalance and get the load washed. Additionally, it is beginning to twist clothes tightly and tear seams of towels. I am being told this machine has no service recalls on it. I am responsible for the repairs.I purchased the same machine in 2010, with the EXACT same troubles. After a great amount of research, I discovered these problems were indeed a service recall. It is the exact same machine (only later model) with the exact same troubles! The same machine should not have the same troubles and not be a part of a recall.

Turn knobs are easy to use and cant complain about the looks of the washer. I liked the smooth surface look and feel. Its a basic washer and has very good value for what you get, just would never buy one again and I would not recommend buying this washer due to all the issues I had with mine. I had the washer drum break down at least 2x while I owned. Had issues with manufacturers warranty. This washer is not reliable. Stay away. I would purchase a completely different brand. Never good experience with any Kenmore appliances.

I love my Kenmore washer but after 5 years it Started to have problems so I was thinking of getting another kenmore washer. My mother had one and she loved it so that’s where I got my idea of getting mine.

My washer tears small holes in my clothes. They dont appear to get caught or wrapped on anything so I dont know why it is happening. It doesnt happen all the time and I have only been able to find one other complaint on the internet like mine.

It has front loading system and operation can be seen from the front side of the washer. It has digital display for settings and operation features which makes washer look awesome. For this product I paid around $549.99 (discounted price) and I think the product worth it. It saves quite few bucks in monthly bill and doesnt have very noisy operations.

Is really good, doesnt damage the cloth, doesnt consume too much water, requires average time to work and the noise is low. It is practical and useful. I am happy and satisfied with the level of reliability because that model of washing machine can make all that I need and expect from a washing machine. The size is really good, of course if you need to wash a lot of clothes probably you need another washer, but in my case this is good for me. Simple and practical. The value of the washer is excellent because the price is good and the performance is great. Represents a great balance if we talk about price and performance.

We bought a 110 series Kenmore washer in Jan 2013. Last week we noticed it was slowly dripping water into the tub. I researched and investigated everything and found out it is likely the inlet water valve. So I bought a new one for $50 and will replace it myself since it is easy to do. Were still very dissatisfied though. Our last Kenmore 110 washer lasted almost 20 years without a single repair before the motor burned out. Thats why we bought another Kenmore but maybe we were just lucky with that one.

New owner of a Kenmore High Efficiency Top-Loading Washer. Little different than conventional washers so following instructions as always, seems very important. Our issue is that our clothes come out VERY wrinkled. This possibly wouldnt be a problem but my wife hangs our clothes outside on a clothesline. Therefore she has to iron everything. Being under the 30-day warranty a service tech is coming out to determine whether there is a problem with the washer or a correction can be made in doing our laundry which we hope happens. At this point, Im not entirely certain I want a tech determining what course of action needs to be taken. Sticking with the washer or replacing it which is a warranty option.Updated on 03/06/2015Called Sears within 30 days of purchase to address extremely wrinkled clothing and annoyingly loud machine. Part was ordered and replaced but the tech wasnt interested in seeing a video of our machine bouncing in place even though he checked it for balance. Distressing seeing as how the tech has the authority on the next steps taken as to replacing this brand new machine.This is a purchase I deeply regret!

It easily handles all of my garments, from the bulkiest ones to my most delicate items. This is the most reliable appliance I have ever owned. It is extremely dependable and that is very important to me as I have to do laundry every day. I have never had a problem with its performance and it has never needed one repair. Its physical appearance is absolutely stunning! Its so smooth and sleek. It looks very high tech and like it is of very good quality. It compliments the color scheme in my laundry room perfectly and really brightens up the whole room. This appliance is a very good value. My friends and family, anyone we have over to the house that happens to see it always ask how much I paid for it and are so surprised when I tell them that they ask for more information on it and say they would consider buying one too.

I purchased a Kenmore 600 topload washer in 12/09. I was satisfied with its performance, but it only lasted 2 years. The springs became weak, and when the spin cycle ended, it banged, and cracked the outer tub. Repairs will cost almost as much as buying a new one. I spent considerable time researching consumer reviews and wanting an American-made product, and spent considerable money thinking the investment would last several years. It is sad that even American-made products are built to last until just after the warranty expires. The repairman didnt think these parts are even covered in the warranty. I cant afford another washer, and when I do, it wont be a Kenmore.

Bought the top of the line Kenmore Elite front loader 2017. Worst purchase I ever made! Have tried every tip for getting the clothes to smell good. I spend more time cleaning the machine and over washing clothes than I ever have. I have used every laundry detergent. From the first day the towels stink. Tried baking soda, washing machine cleaners, using less cleaner and adding scented beads. Calling customer service was a joke. Every time they told me to try something or clean the cleanout drain. I told them I already had. They could care less. I curse this machine every time I use it. As soon as water hits a clean towel it smells like it just came out of the hamper. If you go in the Sears store and open up the machine smell inside the front loader. That is what your towels will smell like.

I had bought very expensive towels and it took only washing them 4 times and they were shredding and falling apart. Then my washer frequently has uneven loads so often I will get frustrated and just go to the laundromat. I dont understand my parents have the same one and theirs does not do either one of these. Why???

It does a great job at washing heavy loads. It washes fast and is not too noisy. It also lasts for years. Once you buy a Kenmore you will not need another washer for a long long time. It works very well. It is very heavy duty and built very high quality. It has never broken down. I had it for about 10 years before I needed a new one. It is very clean and modern looking, and easy to use. It has just the right amount of features without being overwhelming and there are no features that are not needed or that I do not use.

It washes the clothes really well and is very quiet. However you cant add anything once it starts which can be inconvenient at times. I seem to always find a stray towel. The Kenmore washer is very durable. I have not had any problems with it performance wise since I bought it. Everything looks like it was made very solid and built to last. The Kenmore washer has a very modern and trendy look. I really like the glass front door. It is especially nice if your home is like mine and you dont have a traditional laundry room. It was a bit pricier than some of the other models I was looking at but overall for the features and look I think it was a very good deal.

The washer constantly smells like mildew, even after cleaning the gasket with bleach, and running an empty load with hot water and bleach. I have heard from several other friends that they have the same issue with this washer. My laundry room always smells like mildew, and clothes have to be removed immediately, or they will need to be re-washed.

Bought a front loader and clothes smelled awful if not dried for 2 cycles. Also the front loaders get mildewy and are hard to keep clean. Once I realized to keep door open when not in use and to wash smaller loads it worked fine.

During the time we used this washer, I was completely happy with its performance. It got my clothes clean and I had no issues whatsoever. It didnt have all the bells and whistles that todays washers have, but I feel like they werent necessary. The washer was reliable and got the job done! Our old washer lasted for years. It was simple, without a lot of dashboard buttons, and I liked the clean, white finish and simplicity of the machine. I definitely was proud to own this washer. The Kenmore washer we owned was a great value for the purchase price. It wasnt a high end purchase, but suited to our budget, and because of the way it performed, I would not have needed to spend any extra money to get what I wanted.

Horrendous customer service. Installation done incorrectly. Salesman only cared about the sale and made guarantees that did not occur. The washing machine is of good quality but is very difficult to clean as parts that are visibly dirty cannot be reached. Would never go Kenmore again.

I highly recommend this machine. Clean design and lines, will fit with any decor, is versatile. The white color cleans up nicely. I’ve had other washer that got dirty easily but not this baby. All clothes come out clean, enough settings to clean anything, easy to use and clean, very reliable and has a small electrical footprint. This machine is great for the money, doesnt have all the bells and whistles but it looks nice and has worked great from day one. Had washer over 2 years now and hasnt needed any servicing or maintenance. I think it would be hard to find a better machine.

We bought a Kenmore Series 600 Triple Action Technology High Efficiency washing machine to replace a tiny, old machine left by previous owners. I wish we had kept theirs. This machine is the worst piece of machinery Ive ever owned! It has shredded two sweaters, doesnt get clothes wet, let alone clean and is a complete waste of my time. Even using the Deep Fill option doesnt guarantee your clothes will all get wet. Your clothes will come out of the washer tied in knots and stretched. There is an option of two rinses, that you would think would at least get your clothes wet, but, alas, it does not. So I have to think the high efficiency adjective was a complete lie. Using more water, extra water, having to wash things two and three times doesnt seem very efficient to me. The engineers who designed this washing machine should be fired. Seriously...go to a garage sale and buy someones grandmas old Maytag or even go find a stream and a rock and you will be much better off than buying this machine.

Wanted to try it instead of Whirlpool. They said it used less water. I dont think it does. I liked the fact that it was a good price. It is said to be a very good brand. I have had Kenmore in the past and they were good. I have had it about three years now. It is a Kenmore and full size. The cost was $495.00. It is a energy saver and the new ones without a agitator in it. Cleans really good so far and I would buy another one.

It never failed us and it did exactly what it was designed to do. It was a very good washer and I never found anything to complain about it. Great reliability, nothing on it ever faltered in its duties as a washer. The only thing that ever happened with one of the water hoses valves started leaking, but that was probably just because I had bought it used so that was on me/previous owner. The appearance was simple and fit well into my washroom. Sleek, simple, easy to follow with your eyes. Goes great with a more modern design washroom. As with anything nowadays things cost a fair bit more than they use to. That being said, though, for the price of a new one with a reasonable lay-a-way plan or something similar for the households that have lower incomes, its a pretty good deal in my view.

Both worked very well for the first few years but the washer had problems toward the end in getting drained all the way. Had to replace some parts. Units worked good til the end and then they became so unreliable and slow that we ended up replacing them both and are happier now. Dont know why or how but they went bad. Appearance was fine. Dont expect that there is a whole lot of room there to change color and style is changing every day so stay informed and Im so sure you got it. Never got my moneys worth out of any washer. Dryers usually last but these seemed to run faster, harder and wear out quickly. I dont think I will buy again.

This is the best washer ever. It runs all day and night without an issue. Even heavy loads seems to get really clean. Dirt comes out and everything is shiny and white. The washer is very reliable and has lasted a long time for me and my family. I suggest anyone who wants this washer to buy one. The gears are really nice. I wish there were other models which were not so white and shiny because it makes everything else look dirty. Please make a duet colored washer. Id pay a little over $100 for this washer again if I wasnt flat broke.

After a few weeks our Kenmore Front Loading Automatic Washer Model 796.4027#90# was making very load noise and shaking the laundry room. We tried to adjust everything we could think of. Did not help at all. Then the leaking all over the floor. I drained the hose after every wash. Sometimes it wouldnt leak and then sometimes it would leak everywhere. This is the worst machine we have ever owned. Ive always wanted a front loader, but I was very upset when I bought it. I didnt get the warranty, because Kenmore has been around for so long and a good company. They really messed up on this product. With the amount of money that you have to pay for a front-loading washer, people should not have to deal with all of the problems that this wash comes with. I will never buy a Kenmore product again.

It was a bit loud but nothing closing the door couldnt handle. I felt it was worth what I paid for it. This was a good device. I didnt have much trouble with it while it was in the house. It did a good job cleaning and needed little maintenance or repair work. I liked it although its a washer. Theyre only going to look so good so youre only going to care so much about it. I cant say I got it for appearances so it didnt really matter to me much on what it looked like. I would say this product was of good value to me for my needs. It lasted me well for a good few years and I found servicing was not frequent. I replaced it recently because I was redoing the kitchen.

The machine worked well, fairly quiet, nice rack system, adjustable wheels for after choosing a new tile, easy to clean and hook up took less than 30 min. It did well as long as it was not oatmeal or cream of wheat. The appearance was fine for the decor of the kitchen was flush with the counter adjustable faceplate i.e. Floor plate so held a flush finish even after tiling the kitchen. The size was OK considering the racking system made it easy to load and the design maximizes the amount of storage space on the machine. That particular model was from a small place I had but got as new and used it a lot. I do construction and have purchased some in the past. The value was good if bought in the right place.

I purchased a Kenmore Top Load washer in 2010. I have hated this machine since the day I bought it. It doesnt clean the clothes if they have any kind of soil on them, I have to run them up to three times to get them clean. The machine has had issues that cost me as much as I paid for the machine to fix twice since I purchased it. It is a lemon. I will never purchase another washing machine from Kenmore again since I cannot afford to fix a machine that shouldnt break so often.

It was fine. I had it when I was a lot younger. Its been a while, but was good when it worked. I might get another one in the future at some point. Good for a big load or a small load. Its important to break up your clothes into lights and darks. Use bleach w/ the whites and use the black colors with other laundry detergent. Good look. I like the feel and overall value of it. It looks like it could achieve a great deal of cleanliness. Id like the price to go down a bit and am willing to buy a used model. Value is important because it shows the overall need of a product. We bought a Kenmore Elite top loading machine less than 5 years ago. The lid started rusting soon after we bought it. It has progressively gotten worse. The whole lid is rusted now. It looks horrible. I take care of all my appliances. I had a previous washer for almost 40 years. I shouldve kept it. It had NO rust anywhere. Kenmore and Sears has cheap, crappy appliances. They are not what they used to be. Think K-Mart quality. DO NOT buy appliances from Sears anymore. If you dont pay through the ** for an extended warranty, you are out of luck. The reason they sell them is because they KNOW their stuff is crap and will not stand behind it. Go to an appliance store where they will stand behind their products. RUN from Sears and Kenmore. Theres a reason they are going out of business.

It has done a lot of washes some overload but keeps on ticking, whilst doing a pretty good job of getting all the clothes clean. We have had this last machine for ten years, or more so we have no complaints. Yes we would buy another new one when the time comes, depending on the deals a sizable at the time.

We have tried liquid, powder, and pod, all HE soap, all of which have been left behind on our clothes. Deep fill seems to gets most of the soap off the clothes but other cycle leaves it streaking across the clothing. If youre looking for a fast washer, this one is not for you. 1hr20min to over 2 hrs. The over 2 hrs normally gets the soap off the clothing but not every time. As you can see with the dress, soap spots all over. I wish I would have thought about taking a picture every time over the last year but then I would have ran out of memory on my phone. The one thing the washer does well is spin the clothing almost dry.

Were outside a lot, play and work hard, so we need deep, thorough cleaning - and this machine gives us that. Purchased Kenmore from Sears Appliance Store 2 years ago. 1 week after the normal warranty ended it stopped working. I had purchased an extended warranty. So they diagnosed and ordered a replacement gear box. A week and half later they came and installed it. It was a remanufactured gear box. Immediately it smelled awful, a horrible industrial grease smell. Within a week it was making a horrible noise. We stopped using it and went out and bought a far superior brand, because I had it with Sears and Kenmore. When the old washer was removed, there was oil all over the floor underneath it. So the remanufactured gear box was total garbage, leaking oil from day one. Poor quality doesnt even begin to describe the washer or the replacement parts. No wonder Sears is looking at selling the Kenmore brand. Its worthless.

Ive had my Kenmore front end loader Elite Quiet Pak smart wash & smart heat for close to if not 10 years. No complaints... No repairs, outside of the fact the washer isnt as quiet as I would like, it does a wonderful job!! Tops in my book, every type of cycle and cleans beyond the the normal washer.

3-year old Kenmore washer caught fire this a.m. Kenmore is made by different manufacturers & this one is made by Whirlpool. Model # 110.2800201, serial # C20732070. Washing a small load when I heard a loud pop and saw that smoke was pouring from unit. Horrible quality.
