This Kenmore Elite dishwasher has a nice sleek appearance and does a good job in getting the dishes clean but it has a lot of plastic parts. After 2.5 years of use, the plastic wheels broke, the upper basket plastic parts began to deteriorate and had to be replaced. I felt for the price I paid, I should not have had to repair and replace parts so soon after initial purchase.

My mother has always owned Kenmore appliances and has very good luck with them. That is why I buy Kenmore and I have always been satisfied with their appliances including the dishwasher. It was a large capacity and lots of room for all my dishes and even my largest pots and pans. No need to prewash dishes and everything including pots and pans came out clean. Very easy to load and I liked where the silverware rack was located.

I had great experiences with other Kenmore appliances, but this dishwasher was not on par with the past appliances from them. It works fine but the Kenmore products I had before were superb. It was not as fast as my previous washer and the racks are spaced a little oddly. It is manageable but it is an irritating thing. It is something that needs improvement. But, it is quiet and effective. I like that is HE. It has been very reliable, I havent had any problems with it except that it was damaged when it first arrived. Although that was the retailers fault and they immediately replaced it.

Some visitors even commented on how nice the piece looked in our kitchen which I found interesting. Price was about what youd expect to pay for a dishwasher and I felt like the Kenmore brand was a quality brand that spoke for itself.

The features I like most about my Kenmore dishwasher is the large capacity, the power scrub option, and the quietness of the machine. It has been a very good piece of kitchen equipment for me. It was already built-in to the kitchen of the home I purchased. I am happy with it, but I would like to have the cycle time be less (i.e., make the dishwasher more energy efficient). The longer the dishwasher takes to complete a full cycle, the more energy is being used and I like efficiency!

My Kenmore dishwasher was in the house when we purchased it. It is the best of its kind versus the price. The dishwasher has plenty of room for all of my dirty dishware and silverware to fit. My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldnt shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. Im done with Sears and Kenmore. I dont even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

Service on the dishwasher was good, they came out the next day and fixed the door and it has been working great ever since. I would recommend it to anyone. The serviceman knew his job. Like I said it was fixed in about 15 minutes. Thank You and God Bless Us- all...

It worked as I expected it to. Had other Kenmore brands & I was pleased with the product. I would recommend this product to others. Its a reliable brand with a very well-known name. The size was standard & fit perfectly where it needed to go. It performed well for its size & held a lot of dishes. Worked well by getting everything clean. Lots of room to load lots of dishes. It looked like a regular dishwasher. It fit in with my decor & functioned properly. Kenmore is a reliable & stylish brand. It was expensive. Kenmore is a good brand but they could work on offering better priced products. Theres a lot of cheaper brands available that would have worked just as well.

This dishwasher is a thing of legend. Its magnificent mechanism, leaves my dishes clean, sterilized and ready for action. The way it sanitizes my cutlery makes me swoon and wanting to use again and again. There is not much more I can say about this machine except that I wish it was portable. Ninety-nine percent of my dishes fit in this machine. This machine is worth its price in gold and I would spend that money again.

Runs smoothly, not super loud, always cleans everything. The dishwasher has been running great. I never have had any issues with the dishwasher. The size fits my area in the kitchen great. I love that the size is not too big but yet it fits really well. I have enjoyed the washer machine. The metal has fit well together with my whole kitchen. I would like the buttons on the front though. That is the only problem I have had. The washer seemed a little expensive for my budget and thought it works well but yet the price definitely works for how they uses. I just think for the middle class it might be much.

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

It does its job but you have to practically wash the dishes first. It does take the load of having to do dish but it could be better. I have had a few issues but that could have also been my roommate placing the dishes in incorrectly. This model is perfect for one person but for numerous people its a bit hard not to fill it up quickly. The size of the racks are a tad bit too small for my taste. Its the typical white, fridge texture on the outside. It isnt the best to look at but honestly, who cares about looks when what matters is that it gets its job done. The value of this dishwasher isnt the best Ive ever seen but it still works. Yes the shinier dishwashers probably work better but for how long can they keep that up?

The performance of our Kenmore dishwasher has been something our family has depended on for years. The Kenmore we had was in our townhouse when we purchased it. It was a few years old and didnt have the features we wanted in a dishwasher. It was not a very efficient machine but did the job...for a while. Thats the only good thing about it, but we didnt dislike anything it did. It was an entry model, no bells or whistles. It did not have special racks that moved, it didnt have fold down racks and two washing wands, it only had one small utensil holder and no place for larger items. We soon replaced it and now have a Bosch dishwasher and are very pleased. I am sure Kenmore has better models now, but we wanted a Bosch.

It works well and fast and washes all the dishes fast. It also comes at a cheap price for me, and it is very good value. It can fit basically all of my items. I myself use a lot of plates, bowls, and many utensils to cook and I can fit them all in one wash. It doesnt really look much because dishwashers werent really built to look too nice... Its silver and just ordinary.

Good machine. Dishes are always clean. It is water smart. Holds more dishes than most. Very quiet. Does not need a lot of dishwasher soap but still gets the dishes clean. Racks are large enough to hold most of my pans. It has two very large shelves. Only problem is that there is no place for the silverware. Quiet and gets the job done quickly. Dishes come out shining and all the food particles are gone. Very nice. If kept up the work put into fixing up was worth it. Easy to keep clean inside and out. It got the dishes clean enough, but sometimes required a little extra hand wash on some it couldnt get. Aside from that, it was a great performing dishwasher and I had no other complaints. The dishwasher could fit normal dinner dishes; i.e plates, bowls, cups, etc. very well. However, when it comes to pots and pans, this dishwasher would not be my number one choice. The dishwasher had a very nice, smooth, and shiny exterior surface. It did not scratch too easily. When you open up the dishwasher, the racks have a nice color that matches the rest of the dishwasher. For the amount I paid for this dishwasher, it definitely did enough. I got plenty of bang for my buck, as you hip young fellas say nowadays.

Had the dishwasher for 3 years and now the pump is out. Pump is over $200. That is a third of what I paid for it. The gasket material around the door started to leak and it will get a very bad smell. We have all Kenmore appliances. All bought new in last 6 years and all have been very poor in quality.

The price was right and warranty on par with what I expect. It was always pretty. It has definitely met my expectations. My dishwasher is spacious but not intrusive. Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

The Kenmore dishwasher was rather quiet which is nice compared to some other models. However, I wish there were more space and that it sterilized dishes. I also wish the dishwasher had a better drying mechanism because my dishes are still rather wet. These newer models are supposed to be more energy efficient but we never noticed a change in water or electric bill. But overall, the dishwasher met our expectations for the price. It cleaned the dishes fairly well, was a cost effective option that met our needs and would choose again for future purchase. We have not had any mechanical issues which is also a plus.

This dishwasher came with the house. I was pleased that it was a Kenmore brand, and it has proved to be a great appliance. It does its job, it is quiet and effective. Ive yet to find any reason to replace it. I will look at Kenmore when I do have to though. The racks are well made so placement of my dishes is easy. Basket for silverware is a breeze to use. The top rack has plenty of room above it for tall glasses and other items that require the top rack. Spacing on the racks is good, items rarely fall through to the bottom rack. But, the placement of the handle where you open the door is not what I would have done. I break a nail almost every time I open it. Other than that there isnt much I would alter about this dishwasher.

We have a 5 yr. old Kenmore Dishwasher that slowly leaked from the seal of the motor/pump assembly. We couldnt see any evidence of this until it had been leaking for some time as laid out by the forensic inspector from the insurance company. The dishwasher did about $30,000 in damage that our homeowners insurance wont cover. We have Sears Home Warranty that says it is secondary. We are hoping someone else has had success getting this covered. Our repair person said it is common with this model. How do I find anything in writing that speaks to this from the corporation?

As long as you use quality detergent then the dishwasher is amazing at getting your dishes shiny and no water marks. I never have an issue with it becoming unbalanced and it has lasted me 10 years so far. The chrome with black handle model that I have of the dishwasher has all the perfect prongs inside so you can fit everything and lots of different sized dishes too! The flat chrome with the black handle makes it look modern but still is cheaper than the all chrome one. It is definitely a happy medium. Again with the mixed black and chrome it makes it cheaper than the all chrome but it works just as well. I love the value of this dishwasher.

It washed dishes, sometimes food would be melted onto the container. The individual cycles were not used much, just the standard, but it did pretty well for its price point. I didnt like the color, should have gone with stainless models. The size was very nice. It had enough space for all of our dishes and cutlery. We were able to for several days and dinners worth of food onto the dishwasher and they almost always came out equally washed and clean. I did not end up liking the color very much. It was not the color I originally wanted, but I bought it on sale so I went with it. Inside and out, I would have preferred something like a stainless steel look for the dishwasher. I was happy with the value, especially because I was able to buy it on sale. The dishwasher never broke down or needed repair so it was a quality purchase. I would recommend it again if it was a dishwasher that was on sale.

It stopped working after two washes and a technician came to repair it and told me that there was a shortage which wiped the whole electrical system. The power to the dishwasher is very powerful and does a great job with the rinse cycle, where there is no food or residue left on the dishes. The size of the dishwasher could be a little bigger, it a good size but would like more room for cups. It sometimes is hard to put large pots and pans in the dishwasher with other dishes, especially if there is grease on them. I have to wash them before I put them in the dishwasher to make sure the grease comes off. The dishwasher is black, which I love because its easy to keep clean and looking new. The button on the dishwasher is black with white writing to allow you to see when each cycle is happening (rinse, dry, etc). It is easy to wipe off and keep clean and it goes well with the other appliances in the kitchen. The value is okay! I feel it could be better and far as the size. However, when you live in an apartment you cannot pick the dishwasher you really want. When you are buying a home you have more choices or can buy what you want.

The dishwasher has a nice appearance. It is really not one that sticks out but blends nicely with the kitchen door. It is easy to clean the exterior and nice to be able to change the panels on the front of the dishwasher. The value and the price paid for the dishwasher is very fair. I feel as though dishwashers are almost a necessary appliance in order to be able to get dishes clean and sanitized by the heat.

Did the job and never had any maintenance performed while living at the address. Consistent with other Kenmore appliances. Very reliable. Standard capacity accommodates the average kitchen utensils. No problems fitting in pots and pans. Top shelf held dishes, bowls and glasses. Plain front standard white. Easy to clean and did not stain. User controls were tilted at an angle towards the user. The drain was easy to clear when needed. Better value than an entry level washer. It did perform at a reasonable volume while also cleaning the dishes. Had no issues with dishes coming out dirty.

Cleans dishes pretty good but still need Jet Dry as an added helper. The silverware rack can be moved but I do not feel like the silverware gets cleaned as good as it should same with the glasses on the top rack. Dishwasher is average size for a portable. It is a solid black polish with the butcher block top. The top piece that spins to wash the upper dishes needs some better improvements to clean the dishes better and the silverware rack also needs some improving since it seems like the silverware always has a couple pieces that get missed in the wash cycle.

Cleans pots and pans as well as dishes thoroughly. Rarely dishes need to be washed again. Removes scum grease and burns very well. Often I do not need to select pot and pan washing. I can just select normal wash. Although it is rather small in size it is perfect for me. I live alone and only need to use maybe 2 times weekly if I have guests. The black faced dishwasher matches other appliances and is built in. It is sleek and although I have had problems with the closing latch it works well. Looks great and serves my needs.

Good product. Has Eco-Friendly Wash Cycle, has Quick Cycle, Delicate Cycle, and Steam Wash. It also has Fan Dry, air dry and heated dry... Dishwasher is just the right size for any occasion. I have never had a problem fitting anything that needed to be washed. Doesnt get much better than this brand of dishwasher. Appearance is good. The one Im using has a stainless finish, which matches all my other appliances. It also comes in a black finish. The value with this brand of dishwasher is worth it. Having had several dishwashers over the years, I can say this is the best one Ive had. They are not the cheapest, but they are well worth the money.

All it takes is for me to load the dishwasher all at once. It’s a one-stop shop. The appearance is outstanding… its more advanced new technology is something that I would stick by. Many people think of the name and think, “oh its expensive…” when actually you get a great deal depends on where you get one at. Its worth the price.

It is quiet and cleans well and really does not need much maintenance and all clean products work well. It is easy to use and does not need any instructions to use. You can easily figure out how to operate it by just touching the panel. My favorite thing is that it is quiet and I never notice any smells coming from it after a few years. The silverware tray is easily removable for larger pot and pans and I can fit small plate in the top very easily. I like that it has so many nooks and hooks so your wine glasses are safely cleaned. It is easy to read and cleans well and keeps it appearance after years of use. It is blends well with other appliance and cleans easily and has an easy to see time schedule. It was a fair price and really like the extended warranty even though we did not need it. We did have a problem once before with a different dishwasher being loud and have a warranty recall and were pleased with this one.

I was kind of upset because I didnt know that I bought this product used. There were a lot of things that needed to be fix even though the seller didnt tell me that something was wrong. But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. But I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend buying this product. But buying it used of course. The appearance is nice to look at. I like the black color of this dishwasher. Very nice and matte color. It would look good in each and every kitchen. The value was good, I didnt pay much for it. The only problem that I had was like I said I didnt know I was buying it used and it came with a lot of problems so I put more into this product than expected but I am very happy that I bought it because it gets the job done.

I can no longer use the rinse aid feature. Does a poor job cleaning. It has great features, but they dont work anymore. Stopped working in less than a year. Totally adequate. Looks fine. Just doesnt work all that well. It was great when it worked. Made a big difference in the way dishes looked and its been very disappointing ever since.

Sometimes I have to prewash some dishes depending on what kind of food was on them. The dishwasher works better with nonsticky dishes. The size is about average. Its not very big but I can fit a good-sized load in it. Its the right size for my kitchen. I like the size. Its white so it matches my other appliances in the kitchen. I like my appliances in white or silver typically. It just looks clean and still looks new. We got this for a great value. I depend on it very much so it was worth every penny. I never had a dishwasher before this one and it saves me a great deal of time.

The best thing I like is the stainless steel inside of this dishwasher. However, we have had problems with debris being left in cups/glasses, especially if they are put on the bottom rack. For the most part Im happy with the size of the dishwasher. Frying pans and large pots fit on the bottom rack...just doesnt leave much room for any dishes if they are very large. We have a black outside on the dishwasher which I have found to be very nice for hiding dirt. Most stains are not very noticeable and it clears very easy with a quick wipe down. This was a little more expensive than the other dishwashers but it was worth the money because it consistently works hard with large loads and a large family.

This dishwasher is mediocre. It cleans okay. I have never had rewash anything as long as I fill both soap dispensers. The big problem I have is with the door. I have to slam it shut or sooner or later it stops working until I slam it again. Which is a pain when I go to empty the clean dishes and the start button light is flashing on and off!

Its fast wash and gets very hot. Dishes are always spotless. Plenty of room for everything. It takes the gel packs which is much easier. Its not too loud at all. I cant complain. Its the perfect size for my household. It doesnt take up too much room. But it fits our daily dishwashing needs. And there are spots for silver, bowls, flat dishes and its not all clanging against each other. Looks modern, suits my kitchen perfectly with my other items in the kitchen. Its easy to keep clean. I spray Windex on it and wipe it down and it shines nicely. I actually get comments on the look. It was a little costly but everything is going up in price. Times are tough but for the machine it was worth it. Other brands were much more expensive for similar sizes. It works great so I cant complain about it and the price was worth it.

I am happy with my Kenmore Elite and think it is top quality. Have had no problems with it and it works steadily with little noise. I purchased this dishwasher because it had great reviews from Consumer Reports! After 3 years the bottom power wash blade has stopped working, and the appliance repairman said the motor is shot, and its leaking. He suggested buying a new dishwasher! I paid $1100 for this machine. No, I did not purchase an extended warranty. In addition around the same time I purchased a Sears side by side refrigerator that we keep in our garage. The temperature gauge had to be replaced as well. What has happened to Sears quality. I will never purchase another Sears appliance again.

The Kenmore dishwasher was a sleek design and dark in color, so it didnt get dirty easily or stick out against the rest of my kitchen. We used it everyday for nearly five years before its performance started to diminish. It usually cleaned well, and as long as it was loaded well, it could handle the usual days amount of dishes. However, its size was meant for a smaller family and I have five people living in my home.

The Kenmore dishwasher cleans the dishes well. Sometimes I still have to rinse but not too often. Plus, it’s not as loud as my neighbor’s washer. It’s got to be quiet so as not to wake up the kids. I have two children under five years of age so I don’t have the time to be washing stuff by hand or worrying if the washer will get all the dishes clean. Also, I like things to match in my kitchen and I wish they came in more vibrant or unusual colors. I would pay more for a washer if they would come in more interesting colors other than white. I am an owner of the Kenmore Elite dishwasher that I have bought in 2004 (8 years ago) from Sears Canada (model 666.16462300; SER FR1509082). Ive been told that the dishwasher was made by Whirlpool. It has been a good dishwasher aside that the door was noisy. Last night when I turned it on there was a black smoke with smell of burned rubber and flames coming out from the top of the door and one can see sparks behind the buttons as well. I just want owners of the same dishwasher be aware of the potential fire hazard. If we weren’t home when it happened, we could have lost our house. Multiple times I have tried to contact both Sears and Whirlpool to file a complaint and to ensure a follow up, but nobody is interested to come and look at the dishwasher to establish what the issue was unless Im willing to pay for it. I dont care about repairing the old one. I just want my dishwasher incident investigated for safety of other consumers.

The dishwasher came pre-installed in the home we purchased so we did not have a say in the purchase. But we kept it because of its energy efficiency and the knowledge we had of Kenmore being awesome products. My Kenmore had an energy efficient rating which saved money by heating the water internally instead of using hot water from the water heater. It was also a great name brand we knew and trusted. However, the racks in the dishwasher needed to be bigger and easier to organize. New dishwashers have a silverware rack built in which would have been great. The shelves also needed to be further apart for large glasses.

Its a great dishwasher. Overall Im very satisfied with it and I would highly recommend it to anyone that may need to buy one. My dishwasher seems small to me for my family of 5 people. I wish it was honestly bigger it doesnt seem to hold much. So a lot of times I just wash the dishes by hand if there is a lot of them. The appearance is nice and the buttons on the outside are very easy to use. I thought it would be difficult figuring it out as this is only the 2nd dishwasher Ive ever owned before. This easily holds all the dishes that we use including large pots, pans and casserole dishes, lots of silverware, gets everything clean with no complaints. This dishwasher is brushed stainless steel, very attractive and easy to clean. I like the handle because there are no sharp point to tangle on clothes. The dishwasher I had was very good and clean the dishes very good without having to wash the dishes first. It left quite a shine on the dishes when using a liquid washer. It was 36 in by 48 in high with wheels so that I could roll it around. It very Durable and lightweight. The kitchen was very small but got the job done. It was very light - maybe a white or a off white in color but very good looking dishwasher that I would recommended to family or friends. I know they would like it. It was very rate highly by myself and other that visit my house. The price was very reasonable and very well adjusted. The price was very low and I like that.

Kenmore Dishwasher has a nice size. It fits an overflowing sink full of dishes with plenty of room for my larger pots and pans as well. It is easy to load and unload. It is cute. It collects a lot of dust and other particles from my four-year old daughter but nothing a little bleach cannot clean up. Otherwise it is very nice. You cannot beat the price for the performance you get. It is very affordable and gets the job done right the first time. No rewashing dishes over and over and no spots. Works great, cant beat that for sure. Kids can use it easily as well. No hassles, no fuss, just clean dishes every day!

I absolutely loved the dishwasher and it was amazing. I shopped around at Lowes for a really long time looking for a great dishwasher to place into my apartment and found Kenmore Dishwashers. I really liked the way it looked. The washer itself wasnt very heavy and I installed the whole thing myself. It was installed the same day and worked great. The built-in detergent tray was big enough to fit a lot of powder. However, I would improve the interface on the front of the washer. It doesnt seem very user-friendly. The metallic gray also didnt look too great in my apartment. But overall, very amazing indeed!

We find it absolutely amazing that our Kenmore Ultra Wash is still the ORIGINAL one we purchased when we bought our house, which was in 1995. It still works fine, 25 YEARS LATER..!! I also don’t even think we EVER had to call a repairman for it. I asked my wife and she also never recalls having it repaired for any reason. Lucky..?? Guess so as I believe the average lifespan for a dishwasher is 10 years..?? I could be wrong. Anyway, it works just fine and dishes still are coming out clean and glasses have no spots. I should be in a commercial with this baby..!!

It works wonderfully! It cleans thoroughly with few dishwashing marks or dish detergent film. Dries fairly well, wish it was a little better but could be worse so no complaints. Size is wonderful, holds lots of dishes and cutlery. Still have to do a couple of loads but having a huge family that is expected. But I love this dish washer! Very nice, slick design. Color is beautiful and easy to clean. Smears do not appear and if they do they super easy to wipe away. Its just very nice looking and super easy to clean and keep clean. Value is very exceptional. With all the features offered, slick clean look, and the size in which can hold tons of dishes/cutlery the value is just exceptional for everything that is offered!

I have heard many good things about Kenmore and many of my close friends have Kenmores. I have always heard and seen good reviews on that type of dishwasher on TV and in stores. I like how the sprayer never failed and how the cleaner depositor always released. Never had an issue with the cleaner not being applied to the dishes after a full wash. One more things was how the dishes always came out dry and not full of water. My previous washer always left tons of water in the washer and on the dishes. However, I dislike that the handle did not work very well and stuck a lot. You also did not always get a clean load. Left splotchy marks on the glasses. I did not like the way the rack are set up because I couldnt fit many dishes inside the washer when I need to do a full load. Also the silverware holder was very small and not shaped like normal washers. But overall, very delightful and superbly wonderful.

I like the overall design of the dishwasher! When it was used it cleaned perfectly and there was so much space. It had many different functions you could use. It was also economical and saved water. The only thing I would improve would be the amount of time it took to wash the dishes seemed to take awhile. Overall its been great. If I had to choose to buy another I would probably buy the same one again.

We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

We bought the Kenmore appliance because its a brand we are used to and is reliable and the quality is by far better than other brands. The washing machine washes the dishes really great. It very reliable. Never breaks down and the glasses and cups are clean and clear and the color looks great in the kitchen. Easy to load and the utensils come out shiny and clean. Plenty of space for every pot, pan or serving trays. They all fit in nice and very neatly. The washer could be more energy efficient and made from recycled materials, the hinges can be of better quality, more rust resistant and could come with a lifetime warranty. The washers door could be more stain resistant and maybe have a glass window on the front of the washer so one can see if the machine is working properly. Our family has used Kenmore for years and year and I cannot recall having any.

Water heats well... Dishes are not just cleaned but sterilized. Glasses look great as do utensils. Its reliable, easy to use. Convenient. I can get pots and large dishes (like platters) in without problems. Tall glasses fit better on the bottom shelf and I place large serving and cooking spoons, knives and forks flat in the shelf. Nice, clean lines, lights are easy to see and the dials are easy to read. Like the way it compliments my other appliances. Husband likes it well, also as he often loads it. Does a good job w/ economical time and limited water usage. It quickly pays for itself w/ the economical usage and quickness in cleaning.

We bought this Kenmore washer new on 07/25/2011. Less than 5 years ago. It is already making a terrible sound and we looked it up to see what it could be. Basically what is wrong with it is expensive and would be cheaper to buy a new washer. We have always used Kenmore because they last a long time, all our other washer lasted over 10 years. I spoke with a gentleman who knows washer and he said they are made to break now. I will be switching to Maytag. I guess they still will run the 10 yrs or more. So mad that it is not about the quality anymore but about quantity. Kenmore used to be the best. We have already changed our dishwasher and just love our new Maytag.

The dishwasher was capable of cleaning the toughest of dirty dishes. It was not an energy hog nor does it make a lot of noise. Fortunately for me this dishwasher was already in the house when I purchased it. I am looking forward to upgrading eventually but I havent come close to needing to replace it yet! The size was very good. It was small enough under the cabinet while not taking up too much. The interior was spacious enough for all of my needs. Pots, pans, mugs and pitchers all seemed to fit with ease. The appearance is nice enough; nothing to really make you go wild. It does need a regular wiping down because it seems to be a bit of a dirt magnet. It was obviously worth every penny considering I was fortunate enough to have it already included with the house! I am not sure how much it cost when purchased but, looking at the various models to upgrade, it seems like it would be a decent value.

Kenmore is a great dishwasher. It does its job by providing me with clean dishes. However, it leaks and smells sometimes but we rent and it came with it so it may have had a problem before. Plus, its a perfect size. It fits all my dishes and glasses accordingly and chests every inch of them. It even hold my wine glasses because I drink a ton of wine. Its stainless steel and very sleek/Looking. It Matches with my kitchen and the button are on the top part hidden so no one can see it. Im sure it was decently priced for what it does and how it looks in the kitchen.

When it is running you can barely hear it (very quiet.) It is 4 years old. Never and never had a problem with it. It cleans very well and is It is well worth the money I paid for it. Sears named it correctly ELITE. I would recommend buying the Kenmore Elite stainless steel dishwasher.

If you want a dishwasher that cleans everything, buy this one. I have tried many others and they do not do what Kenmore does. Very satisfied. All of my dishes and pots and pans and glasses and silverware fits when I use it. A lot of other brands do not have the space this dishwasher has for me.

Very compact but theres so much space inside! I feel like I could fit all my fine China in that dishwasher and have them sparkling and stain-free within minutes! Its absolutely orgasmic and pretty intoxicating if you ask me. I love it and so does my family! Its small and compact on the outside but inside I could fit so many things in there, plates, silverware, cups, and even food if Im trying to hide it from my relatives. Every dish, every utensil or silverware price that comes out is sparkling clean no residue and it doesnt take long to go through the process either and it does a great job. The dishwasher fits a load of dishes no problem. The dishes fit perfectly in there. I can put my crock pot in there the glass part. The silverware have a handy little container that fits perfectly. My tall cups fit in there perfectly. It is sleek and goes perfectly with all the other appliances in my kitchen. Its easy to open, its easy to use. The buttons are very clear to read and theres very many options to pick from. We searched around for different types different sizes and this dishwasher was the perfect size with the perfect components at the price that we wanted.

I really love this fridge. The double doors make it very easy to grab and put away groceries. Not to mention all the space for larger dishes and groceries. The freezer part is very deep so you’re about to put a lot of stuff in.

I purchased a new home a little over a year ago. My ice maker and water dispenser quit working in my Kenmore refrigerator. Now a month later my Kenmore dishwasher does not drain. Repairman came out $175.00 and it is still not working. I will never purchase a Kenmore product.

This dishwasher cleans really caked on dishes, pots, and pans without rinsing them first. It saves on water, but it has a sprayer nozzle that really does the job the first time! It has a bottom and a top rack that seem rather wider than my replaced one. Also, each rack is long enough for you to place dishes for up to 6 people. On the bottom there is ample space for pots and pans and a big silverware tray. I chose the stainless steel look because I love the shine of it when I clean the front. It fit perfectly in the space that we had our old dishwasher without any problems. Once I used it the first time I knew we had chose the best dishwasher, because it is very energy-efficient and does not use a whole lot of unnecessary water. The spray nozzle is the benefit of using less water because it is so powerful and it cleans everything spotless.

The dishwasher doesnt drain well and the settings are constantly resetting themselves. After using it for 2 years this dishwasher needs to be replaced because it does not work well at all. It is small to mid-size in my opinion. I think it should be bigger and hold more dishes. Sometimes I feel like I am having to cram dishes in there to make them fit and then they dont come very clean. The color matches well in my kitchen. The dishwasher is white and my cabinets are also. The digital buttons on the front are nice also. I did not purchase this myself so I am not sure what the price is. But I think in the beginning the value wasnt bad. But for it to not hold up well two years later that takes away from the value.

The dishwasher doesnt take up the whole kitchen which is nice. It is smaller than a refrigerator and larger than a trash can which is a good size for a dishwasher to be. It could always be smaller, but then it couldnt hold more dishes. The more dishes that get clean, the better, so Id say the size is just right!This dishwasher is on fleek. The color and model are super pleasing on the eye. The manufacturer obviously knew what they were doing when they made this dishwasher. I love it. The value is very good. If you are thinking about buying a dishwasher, you cannot find a better value anywhere else. Give up your search because this is the epitome of value. It is a good dishwasher.
