Washed dishes thoroughly and left no food debris after the cycle was finished. Also, does not use an excess of water. I found it to be economical and environmentally sound. I would absolutely recommend this model to anyone who was searching for a new dishwasher. It was slightly compact but served our needs as a small family. We had a total of 3 people living in our home and it did a terrific job at accommodating all of our dishes. It had a clean and sleek design. Not too many frills, just a practical overall design. Great for remodeling your apartment or townhouse. The price was great compared to similarly sized dishwashers that was on the market for other companies. It was not the cheapest, but definitely the best value for the quality received.

Cycle is long but very thorough. My only complaint is if there is too much liquid then the cycle is paused until you remove excess liquid. It is the perfect size. I really like how there is a sliding drawer on top for silverware. On occasion I will have larger plates I use for serving and/or dinner parties that will be too tall for the bottom door. The dishwashers appearance is very sleek and minimalistic. The only complaint I have is that fingerprints show up easily so it might not be the best in a home with small children. The Kenmore dishwasher appliance was priced at a reasonable amount in relation to its size and function. I did get it on sale though so I dont exactly know what the original retail price was.

The performance of my dishwasher is amazing!! It doesnt leave any filth, grime, or spots whatsoever! It even cleans those hard to reach areas that you normally have to get by hand! Very happy! The size of my dishwasher is perfect! I can for everything I need to! The dishwasher is compatible for all sizes of cookware! I have had no issues with the size at all and I own a ton of cookware! Even my largest pans and kettles fit! The appearance of my dishwasher is very nice! It fits well in the kitchen, it blends in with all other appliances in my kitchen as well. It definitely is a eye catcher when people walk into the kitchen. The value of my dishwasher was worth every single penny spent! It has a warranty as well. The company is amazing. I know Ill get my moneys worth out of it because I already am! It saves so much time and space as well.

Nice, efficient size for any kitchen. I can fit any dish, pot, or pan into the machine and it will be clean. I dont have to separate the silverware exactly. Price was good and I got what I paid for. Didnt have to purchase an expensive product to get the cleaning power that I needed to get my dishes clean.

We bought this unit a little over a year ago from Sears. We bought the extended warranty which was only 1/2 - smart of us. We should have bought some other brand of washer. The warranty took care of the electronic brain that failed last fall, but when we complained about dirty dishes, we were told to send them pictures of the food stains. Give me a break!! We practically prewash every dish before it goes in and they come out dingy looking. Weve tried every detergent and every grade of detergent ever sold and no luck. Some are worse than others. We bought this to replace a KitchenAid that was 17 years old and leaking. I should have just repaired it.

In 2016 I purchased a Kenmore Elite 14793 Dishwasher based on years of experience with Kenmore (I have purchased washer and dryers, and refrigerators from them) and never had a issue. 4 months ago, during a load of dishes started drying, I could suddenly smell smoke and plastic burning. Upon inspecting the dishwasher, I found a wheel had fallen off the lower rack and melted and was burning on the heating element. I cleaned the mess up the best I could and saw that the wheels were held onto the rack with a small plastic piece. I contacted Sears parts department and ordered the replacement wheels (one set of two on a plastic mount). The woman I talked to on the phone told me that she had just had another call for the same thing and had other calls on this as well. No good. They know there is a problem and wont correct it. The cost for the wheel assembly was more than $50 with shipping.When I went to remove the rack and replace the old wheel assembly, three more wheels fell off. The small plastic bushing that holds the wheels on were all shrunken and cracked. Obviously they were very cheap and not meant to be used in such a hot environment. Kenmore advised that since there has been no recall and its not under warranty that there is nothing they can do but sell me the parts to fix it. Why would I buy $200 in parts that will not last 3 years. This company no longer produces quality dishwashers and will not stand behind obvious defective parts.

It is a very good product. Its very reliable and will probably outlast a lot of washers I have ever owned for a long time. I have thought about buying several other appliances but this one seems to be the best and durable. The dishwasher is very compact and fits lovely in the area I have placed it. It is great for the kitchen, or basement, and could also fit in a small place on a car port or driveway. The appearance is awesome. The design and all out look of the appliance really makes it look like a very futuristic advanced model. The price is very affordable for any working class household.

The dishwasher doesnt take up the whole kitchen which is nice. It is smaller than a refrigerator and larger than a trash can which is a good size for a dishwasher to be. It could always be smaller, but then it couldnt hold more dishes. The more dishes that get clean, the better, so Id say the size is just right!This dishwasher is on fleek. The color and model are super pleasing on the eye. The manufacturer obviously knew what they were doing when they made this dishwasher. I love it. The value is very good. If you are thinking about buying a dishwasher, you cannot find a better value anywhere else. Give up your search because this is the epitome of value. It is a good dishwasher.

Can easily manage a variety of sizes and is ample enough to hold a couple of days worth for a family of three. Utensils Basket is adequate. Some larger mugs are difficult to place. Style is appropriate for variety of kitchen styles. Works perfectly in our small country kitchen but would also fit beautifully in a more modern decor. Average, affordable price. Before some dishes were still dirty, now everything is clean! This dishwasher is a perfect fit, and its not too small or too big! I love how many dishes can fit in it and how sturdy it seems to be! Not covered by Sears warranty or homeowners insurance. Whirlpool wouldnt cover the damage. I had to hire an atty. After a long drawn out process the dishwasher never cleaned the dishes. It has a touch screen w/ 10 features but they dont do anything differently other than longer or shorter time. It is a regular size. Stainless steel. Kenmore Elite Energy Star. Kenmore is Sears brand but not all the parts are not covered by Sears, standard 1 yr warranty.

I have had a lot of Kenmore products in my home. My refrigerator. My washer and dryer. My hot water heater and both of my microwaves. I like the way I choose to start my Kenmore Dishwasher. You select your cycle, close the door then it goes on. I also like the choice of many cycles. I usually rinse my dishes first so I can use less washing time. However, I would like to be able to put some larger things in the dishwasher. Some of the racks have small adjustments, but I have more than it can handle. It could also be a little quieter. Nevertheless, I have always had a good experience with Kenmore.

It held a lot of dishes and had enough space for breakfast lunch and dinner dishes from a family of 5. But it wasnt so big that it was bulky. The color was beautiful too. Shiny without being too shiny and was very easy to clean. It also wasnt too bright or too dull. It was just right. The biggest thing I was worried about was the price. With two toddlers to take care of I didnt have a lot of money but I was scared if I didnt spend a lot of money I would get something that didnt work good. With this I got something fairly priced that works great.

After 3 years the bottom power wash blade has stopped working, and the appliance repairman said the motor is shot, and its leaking. He suggested buying a new dishwasher! I paid $1100 for this machine. No, I did not purchase an extended warranty. In addition around the same time I purchased a Sears side by side refrigerator that we keep in our garage. The temperature gauge had to be replaced as well. What has happened to Sears quality. I will never purchase another Sears appliance again.

Tonight, my Kenmore Elite 665 model control panel caught on fire. I was upstairs and my two daughters were yelling that something was burning. I came downstairs to find my kitchen full of smoke. The front of my dishwasher, the plastic has melted and there was soot on the stainless steel. We opened the control panel and everything was melted. I can not imagine what would have happened if I were not home. I have tried to call Kenmore but I was transferred 3 times. I want this thing replaced, I know it is not the first time this has happened. We are not the original owners, if it broke fine, but this could have burned our home down or injured someone in my family. Doesnt Sears or Kenmore care about that? I have seen numerous complaints about this same issue online. People have gone to the local news agencies just to get the word out. Do I need to take it that far? I need something done rather quickly to fix this situation. I have photos that I can pass on.

The dishwasher fits a load of dishes no problem. The dishes fit perfectly in there. I can put my crock pot in there the glass part. The silverware have a handy little container that fits perfectly. My tall cups fit in there perfectly. It is sleek and goes perfectly with all the other appliances in my kitchen. Its easy to open, its easy to use. The buttons are very clear to read and theres very many options to pick from. We searched around for different types different sizes and this dishwasher was the perfect size with the perfect components at the price that we wanted.

The dishwasher has a nice appearance. It is really not one that sticks out but blends nicely with the kitchen door. It is easy to clean the exterior and nice to be able to change the panels on the front of the dishwasher. The value and the price paid for the dishwasher is very fair. I feel as though dishwashers are almost a necessary appliance in order to be able to get dishes clean and sanitized by the heat.

It has the push bubbles for controls which is easier to clean than the old-fashioned manual knobs and probably has longer life knobs. On the other hand, heated dry takes a long time. It is noisier than other models because it does not have good thick insulation surrounding the tub or any sound dampening in the motor area on surrounding the tub. Its a Whirlpool in disguise at a better price. It does a good job. Kenmore (Sears private label brand) does not do their own manufacturing but farm out to other makers to create the appliances for them.

It is small to mid-size in my opinion. I think it should be bigger and hold more dishes. Sometimes I feel like I am having to cram dishes in there to make them fit and then they dont come very clean. The color matches well in my kitchen. The dishwasher is white and my cabinets are also. The digital buttons on the front are nice also. I did not purchase this myself so I am not sure what the price is. But I think in the beginning the value wasnt bad. But for it to not hold up well two years later that takes away from the value.

We can get all of our everyday use dishes into the dishwasher. We run it abut every two days when its just our three-person family. We cook and eat almost every meal at home, so it is pretty efficient. Its basic white. The buttons for the settings are easy to read. It fits in with the other white appliances in our kitchen. We like the white, because we painted our kitchen to match our tastes. It was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive dishwasher we looked at. It has done a good job for several years. Not large enough to wash everything form a large meal or if having company over. Okay for the day to day dinners prepared at home. Had to be careful with plastic and rubber utensils as if they ended up too close to the bottom they would melt. I did not like the vents on the front of the dishwasher. Would have looked better if the vent would have been placed somewhere more visually pleasing. I was not fond of the white either. Little hands and white equals dirty! Worked well when I did not want to do dishes by hand but after awhile I just did them by hand to save water, electricity and not hassle with pre-rinsing the dishes before they got washed.

Cleaned well. No complaints thus far. The top shelf when used holds a few plates for about 5-7 adults and several drinking glasses. The bottom shelf holds around 10 plates for me, baking pans and a few other containers still with space left. Honestly the inside does not matter as much as the outside stainless steel. The external has held up so far and is easy to clean and doesnt scratch easily. It was less than $500 at time of purchase from store. Free delivery. I am not sorry for price paid. Good value. More than paid for itself so far especially in terms of time.

I really like how my Kenmore dishwasher has several cycles to wash the dishes. I can do a quick clean, or the ultimate scrub that lasts 99 minutes. It’s the longest cycle that sanitized the dishes. I like that cycle, but dont always need it. I could use one right below it, about 70 minutes, that still scrubs, but maybe not sanitize.

Heated dry cycle ensures sensitization while fully drying dishes. Multiple settings for the wash cycle allows me to wash anything I want and has timer so I can even wash dishes while Im not home. Not as large as I would like but I only have to do dishes once every couple days as a single guy so I guess thats all I need but a family of four may definitely want a larger unit. Pretty standard. Looks stylish depending on what you are going for. It doesnt wow anyone but doesnt look terrible either. Depends on your other appliances as to what would work or not work in your kitchen. Mine came with the place I currently live so the value makes no difference to me but my time is valuable and the time it saves me from having to hand wash is invaluable.

This dishwasher was purchased with our kitchen remodeling project. The stainless steel look matches well with other Kenmore Elite appliances. It is a little darker than the Samsung stainless finish. The dishwasher is fine for our family of four adults. We can get two to three days between loads but at holiday times we often must load and run twice for an extended family meal. This dishwasher is so quiet one often does not realize it is running. Holds a good amount and easy to load and operate. The silverware tray is occasionally in the way and too large. Kenmore Elite line appliances are not budget models. The value received is middle of the pack for premium lines. Some are better. Many are worse.

It does a great job getting the dishes clean in the first wash without having to pre wash them in sink to wash in the dishwasher. A quiet reliable machine. It is a normal size dishwasher, can fit all dinner dishes, pots, pan, plates utilities in one wash. Very nice look, buttons are easy to read and understand. No need to search for what button need to be pressed. Easy to keep clean and wipe down as needed. Great value on this model of dishwasher, energy efficient, and water saver. With this I feel like I am saving by not having to wash my dishes before putting them in the washer.

We have a maintenance contract with Kenmore to repair our dishwasher. The dishwasher died. We called to have it repaired. No repairman appeared on the assigned date. A call to the repair number succeeded only to set up another date a month out. (Previously we had a Kenmore water heater die. We had a maintenance contract on it too. A visit to the Sears store for help just got us a call a plumber answer.) We just ordered a replacement (another brand) from Home Depot.

This is the second Kenmore product I have bought that has not even lasted 5 years. This dishwasher stopped heating up for washing and drying. The repairman said it would cost $380 to repair as the control board needs to be replaced. I saw there is a recall related to the control board on Kenmore dishwashers but my model is not on the list. I will never by Kenmore products again. Model number 665.13262K113.

My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldnt shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. Im done with Sears and Kenmore. I dont even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

We purchased a Kenmore dishwasher about five years ago. Do not buy a Kenmore dishwasher. Parts fail and they leak. Our kitchen floor (new) was ruined. My husband fixed the first leak. This was a small part that cost $5 online. Of course the warranty had just run out??? Two years later and something else is leaking. I guess he is going to have to try and fix it again. Cheap crap, manufactured without adequate quality control (yes I work in shipping/logistics so am aware of the shortcuts). You pay enough for these things but they do not last. My advice is to stay away. There is a reason that Sears is failing and disappearing. Maybe this is why.

The dishwasher was capable of cleaning the toughest of dirty dishes. It was not an energy hog nor does it make a lot of noise. Fortunately for me this dishwasher was already in the house when I purchased it. I am looking forward to upgrading eventually but I havent come close to needing to replace it yet! The size was very good. It was small enough under the cabinet while not taking up too much. The interior was spacious enough for all of my needs. Pots, pans, mugs and pitchers all seemed to fit with ease. The appearance is nice enough; nothing to really make you go wild. It does need a regular wiping down because it seems to be a bit of a dirt magnet. It was obviously worth every penny considering I was fortunate enough to have it already included with the house! I am not sure how much it cost when purchased but, looking at the various models to upgrade, it seems like it would be a decent value.

The dishwasher cleans well with minimal issues. It runs quiet as well. Occasionally the detergent dispenser gets stuck and I have to rerun a cycle. I can put most size of items in the washer without blocking too much of the water flow. Some baking sheets are difficult but if you put them on the side you can tilt them to fit in to the space. Mine has a stainless steel face. It just wipe it water mostly and go behind with a dry cloth. It does scratch easily by the dog. We had a mouse hiding under it and my dog scratched it up near the bottom. I guess it was a good value for the price. It was part of our appliance package with our new house so we didnt buy directly but through our builder.

The performance of our Kenmore dishwasher has been something our family has depended on for years. It has made it easy for us to know exactly what to expect no matter what type of dishes/glassware we put in it. This built-in dishwasher fits in just right for our kitchen size, surrounding cabinets and in proportion to the other appliances. Although ours is a white dishwasher, it has remained very easy to keep clean inside and out! The color has stayed true and has not faded out or yellowed over time. The price we paid for our dishwasher has come back to us many, many times over as it saves on water and can be counted on to clean everything the first time so there is never a need to re-run the same items.

They come out sparkling with absolutely no residue. So impressed with the performance. Highly recommend to anyone. The dishwasher is unbelievably roomy. It can fit the dishes and utensils of a 5 person household easily. It can also fit a few small pans and a large pan. I recommend putting all pots and pans in one load and all cups and bowls in another. It is not the prettiest dishwasher in the world but it is nice and neat and simple in appearance. Its easy to keep clean on the outside and inside. It is a homely looking appliance but it is good and unpretentious. It is a terrific value. For a fair and decent price you will never have to worry about washing and scrubbing and toiling after cooking ever again. It is a wonderful feeling.

We live in a smaller 2 bedroom apartment and it is the perfect size for our small kitchen. It fits a lot of dishes in there too. Love the stylish appearance. Clean with a stainless steel cleaner and you can see yourself in it. Love everything about the look. I wish it was a little cheaper. But for the price it is an amazing appliance! We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

Very compact but theres so much space inside! I feel like I could fit all my fine China in that dishwasher and have them sparkling and stain-free within minutes! Its absolutely orgasmic and pretty intoxicating if you ask me. I love it and so does my family! Its small and compact on the outside but inside I could fit so many things in there, plates, silverware, cups, and even food if Im trying to hide it from my relatives. Thats how awesome my dishwasher is. I absolutely most positively love it! Very modern yet it has that retroness to it and I absolutely adore that fact about it! Like when my relatives walk in and they see that, theyre like Wow, that looks awesome! and they also say Where did you get that?! I want one too! It doesnt break the bank so thats a wonderful thing to know when I buy it, plus the value I DO purchase it for absolutely lives up to its potential as a dishwasher. Ive never had any horrible experiences with dishwashers like this one so there is no bad I can say about it.

Does an excellent job and gets the dishes very clean. Noise level is rather loud. Wash cycle takes about 40 minutes. However, I let my dishes dry without using the drying cycle. Find that I save on electricity and that helps make running my dishwasher more economical.
