The dishwasher washed the dishes and pans very well. Always the glasses got clean without water spots. Rinsed the dishes very good. Always used cascade and will stay with product. A good washer. Always had enough space for the loads of dishes that I had. The pot and pans always came clean. Very little problems with the machine. The front was not very nice, but since the washer worked well, we decided to try this appliance.

We live in a smaller 2 bedroom apartment and it is the perfect size for our small kitchen. It fits a lot of dishes in there too. Love the stylish appearance. Clean with a stainless steel cleaner and you can see yourself in it. Love everything about the look. I wish it was a little cheaper. But for the price it is an amazing appliance! It has worked perfectly for me so far. I did not get a discount or get it on sale.

It is a fine size and fits just like our old one did in the cabinet. I believe it is a standard size and it fits our familys needs. It is not too small or too big. We have a stainless front dishwasher and I like the appearance of it, although I would also like it if it wasnt stainless because all of my other appliances are black. I think it was a great value and worth the money we spent. We got it for a discount because it was damaged. If it had been full price, I would likely be disappointed because it doesnt always clean as well as it should.

This is a very efficient and energy effective dishwasher. My dishes come out very clean and spotless. I am very satisfied with this appliance. The size is very large but that is understandable for the amount of power it has and it holds a lot of dishes which is convenient with a family of 6 in our household. So size is not too much of an issues. This dishwasher is so sleek and modern looking. Its beautiful design goes well with our other stainless steel appliances. I like that there are no buttons on the front which adds to the streamline look for this dishwasher. We received a wonderful deal on our dishwasher from the appliance store. Its value is tenfold with the amount of money we are saving from energy and water. Very efficient and very very satisfied with the value of this item.

The Kenmore Dishwasher was worth the cost. The people at the store were very helpful when talking through which one to get for our house. It was an easy hook up, runs well, with very little noise which is nice. I have little ones in the home that take naps. It was also a nice size and it fits well in area we placed it and does the dishes pretty well, though you will need to rinse dishes before you place them in the washer. Its a nice color and cleans well with little effort. Need to make sure you do monthly cleaning of the inside to keep it running well.

I have always purchased Kenmore items. I like the customer service, they are very good. The expectations for this machine were very high. I would give it about a 75% overall success. I like the color of the stainless steel. It was also a very fast machine, clean dishes very well, didnt leave any soap on the plates or on the glasses. Very impressed. However, the buyers guide was very hard to read. Theres also a few things I dislike about the dishwasher. It took a long time to finish and it was very loud and could not put very much dishes in it.

I couldnt wait to get this pair, the washer and dryer plus the 2 pull-out drawers. Ive had them for several years purchased at Sears, in the mall at Lawton, OK. MY HUSBAND AND I BEGIN to notice a foul odor and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. Finally, I found it inside my washer and my clean clothes smelled like a dirty wet dishrag. I even found about 5 socks in the rubber part and they were so slimy and stunk. I threw them away. When I wash inside the rubber, black gunk comes out on my rag I spent over 2,000.00 on these. Now I’m finding out that everyone I know is having the same problems.If there is a lawsuit on these stinkers please include me. I may have got these in my husband’s name, James **. We got the first ones in dark charcoal and I exchanged them at the Lawton Sears. The first ones I got at Sears first was in Wichita Falls, TX. MALL. I DECIDED ON A LIGHTER COLOR. Thank you.

My dishwasher held up after years of use, and continued to wash my dishes thoroughly. It wasnt the fanciest dishwasher that money could buy, and yet it did exactly what I needed it to do. It fit all the dishes I needed. There were a few rare occasions - holidays - where more space would be nice, but overall, I did not need that extra space. It looked nice enough. My kitchen all had black appliances so the black outside was a plus. The inside of it was good as well, with several racks and placements. Kenmore is a great value. I feel like Kenmore is one of those rare brands that you can pay less and still get a good value. You get what you pay for does not apply to Kenmore.

I have never had a problem fitting anything that needed to be washed. Doesnt get much better than this brand of dishwasher. Appearance is good. The one Im using has a stainless finish, which matches all my other appliances. It also comes in a black finish. The value with this brand of dishwasher is worth it. Having had several dishwashers over the years, I can say this is the best one Ive had. They are not the cheapest, but they are well worth the money.

The only reason I dont have it now is because circumstances would not allow me to travel with it. I was pleased with the amount of space that was in my dishwasher. With six people living in the house, you can imagine that there were quite a few dishes that piled up. Because of the differences in racks, I was able to fit a variety of different dishware during each wash cycle. While it might not be the sleekest dishwasher in the market, it matched the other appliances in my kitchen just fine. What it might lack in aesthetics, it makes up for in performance. For the price that was paid, I feel as though we really got our moneys worth. Our washer really helped make things manageable around the house.

As a retired disabled American veteran with injuries from Vietnam the simple settings for washing dishes makes it easy for me to use. The settings are easy to understand and apply. It has been very dependable too. I have only had a repairman from Sears come to my condo only once and that was to replace the circuit board that had been fried from an electrical surge.

I dont have to wash the dishes before I put them into the dishwasher like Ive experienced with many other dishwashers. The dishes are nice and dry when finished. And it also never has all that extra water puddles or slippery soapy feeling left on the dishes. This white dishwasher goes with half my kitchen so it blends in really well and Im very satisfied with it. Its outdone a couple Ive used in the past few years. This dishwasher is average size. It takes up about a cabinet width of space under the counter. There is plenty of space on the inside for a whole days worth of dishes to fit. My dishwasher is just a plain white color. Its easy to clean and I dont have to worry about streaks like you would on stainless steel. I also dont have to worry that bleach will fade it over time. This dishwasher was a much lower price than other dishwashers. It was budget friendly to purchase. Although it was a cheaper purchase it works just as well as the high dollar one I had before this one.

Various cycles: China, Pots/Pans, light wash, water miser. 2 racks with flatware basket that sits in the bottom rack. Can hold 20 cups/glasses on top rack and 20 plates and more on bottom. Holds pots well, has two rows of prongs that will lie flat for bigger pans to fit. This is an in the counter dishwasher and all that shows is the front. It is white and is yellowing slightly. I have had it for about 15 years. The bottom basket is metal covered in rubber. The prongs are breaking and to replace the basket would be cost prohibitive. I will have to replace the dishwasher. The basket would have been better had it been a good molded all plastic.

We have a built in area of the counter that the dishwasher has to fit into and this fits perfectly. It is large enough to keep us from having to do the dishes every day which is nice. Just look at it, a thing of beauty. It looks great in our kitchen, but so did our last dishwasher. I guess most of them all look alike! We feel weve gotten great value with this dishwasher. The dishwasher is fine for our family of four adults. We can get two to three days between loads but at holiday times we often must load and run twice for an extended family meal. This dishwasher is so quiet one often does not realize it is running. Holds a good amount and easy to load and operate. The silverware tray is occasionally in the way and too large. Kenmore Elite line appliances are not budget models. The value received is middle of the pack for premium lines. Some are better. Many are worse.

When it was purchased, circa 1998, it has a stainless interior, China setting, rinse only cycle, levers that came down for stemware, adjustable top rack, sanitizing cycle, and very quiet. I loved that dishwasher. It was great. The installation could have been better though. My ex didnt know what he was doing and cut a hole in one of the hoses and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced. Overall, for appliances, we always went to Kenmore first. The reliability and warranty were unbeatable. We owned several Kenmore appliances without disappointment.

Fits at least 30 large plates, and at least triple the amount in small plates. Fits about 32 cups on the top shelf. Bowls can be a bit of a trick, but it can fit at least 6 bowls on the top rack as well. Nice, easy to clean. White finish makes it easy to clean and maintain. Has easy to push buttons and settings that allow you choose the type of wash you wish to have. This dishwasher has lasted for years. Great value for the price and workmanship. I have yet to have any service done on this dishwasher besides some regular cleaning.

It has a good value and its average size is perfect for our family and most homes. It is not too big or too small. The dishwashers appearance is very nice. Nothing too fancy, but attractive. It performed very well, runs smooth, gets your dishes clean, and is relatively quiet. The controls are easy to start and stop and has a good design for an excellent price. It also never needed any repairs while we had it.

I also did not like the latch on the door I was not sure if was locked. But I like the hot drying feature, the black face, the racks and silverware racks. Ive had this dishwasher for a while and I love it. My dishes never break and they always come out clean. I dont have to rewash them because of leftover food residue. Its very reliable and easy to use. Even my children love it. My dishwasher perfectly suits my households needs. I normally run it in the morning after breakfast and in the evening after dinner. The only time I have to run it more than once night is when I have holiday or dinner parties. Other than that all my dishware and cooking ware usually fits in one setting. As far as my dishwashers appearance goes, I think it is very nice looking. It blends in with my kitchen and it is very easy to clean. I actually think it makes my kitchen look nicer. My dishes always come out clean. The best part is the inside always stays clean. No build up. I mostly have basic features and I normally use the normal wash cycle, no need to use other features. The size is fine for our family, it takes two to three days to fill it up. Our front is black and has the control in front. I wish the utensil holder was installed to the inside door. We usually have to pull out tray to load them. Its pretty quiet but that was an important factor when we chose it. Also it doesnt seem like it takes a long time to clean.

My children sometimes do the dishes and dont wash them first but the dishes come out sparkling. The machine is super quiet and does not make hardly any noise. Also it is conscious of the water amount needed with the sensor. Love this product. I think that the product for the price is definitely worth it. It looks good inside the cabinets and is very kids friendly with even a lock on it so that buttons cannot be pushed by little fingers. Also, this product is not too small that it fits hardly any dishes but the outside looks small. When you open it up youre amazed at the inside of this dishwasher and the shelves are far enough apart so it holds bulky items. Plus, the appearance is beautiful. The silver color goes great with my dark cabinets and when its wiped down it sparkles, it fits well in the cabinets too. Holds its place and my kids yank on it. It is super sturdy.

The dishwasher has a nice appearance. It is really not one that sticks out but blends nicely with the kitchen door. It is easy to clean the exterior and nice to be able to change the panels on the front of the dishwasher. The value and the price paid for the dishwasher is very fair. I feel as though dishwashers are almost a necessary appliance in order to be able to get dishes clean and sanitized by the heat.

It is a relatable brand with great advertising and its products really do provide the service that they say they should. Its efficient. It washes dishes perfectly clean the first time that I run the dishwasher and it does not take a very long time for the cycles to run through and it is aesthetically appealing as well. The only thing that I would improve is the longevity of the product but even then Im not sure how long they actually last because Ive had mine so long and Ive never had a problem.

I just purchased a Kenmore Dishwasher Model 14012, and the posts that hold up the dinner plates, on the bottom rack, have been reduced in height an inch or so, and now the dinner plates flop over and do not stand up straight. I had a GE dishwasher before this changeover, and the same dinner plates were erect; it appears that Kenmore has decided to scrimp on these posts, and this way they can get an extra bottom rack every 20 or 30 racks that are made. All for profit!!! Customer service was NO HELP at all.

The dishwasher fits most dishes and utensils, but I do have issues with some larger pots, pans, and baking sheets. I usually need to run two full loads after a large family dinner, but I think this is common with most dishwashers. The appearance is smooth and sleek, with no protruding handles, which I like. It cleans easily, and the black color is a nice compromise between the cheaper-looking white and the high-end stainless steel models. The dishwasher was a good value for the price point, and it seems average in water usage. I have not noticed a change in our water bill, so the water usage must be fairly normal since the machine is not high efficiency.

Thats how awesome my dishwasher is. I absolutely most positively love it! Very modern yet it has that retroness to it and I absolutely adore that fact about it! Like when my relatives walk in and they see that, theyre like Wow, that looks awesome! and they also say Where did you get that?! I want one too! I have a family of 6 and this 24dishwasher by Kenmore is perfect. Fits all my dishes after one sitting and cleans them thoroughly. The performance is amazing. Most of the time Im just rinsing and putting inside the washer. No real hard work for. The value is definitely worth it. I believe if you want the best you have to pay for it. I have never had to have any repair work done on it, and find it is one of my most reliable appliances. Both the upper and lower baskets are very roomy. Even with my large family, I can fit all of a weeks dishes--including pots and pans into one load. There is enough space between the two baskets for taller dishes, and enough space up top for taller glasses. The stainless steel front blends nicely with most kitchen decors. Plus, the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. Its black accents match other appliances in my kitchen. Overall, even though its almost 10 years old, it still has a modern look that enhances my kitchens appearance. I have many times over gotten the value for the money paid for this dishwasher. It is economical in its water usage, and its dependability has saved me from spending money to repair or replace it.

Size of the unit allows it to fit into most, if not all under the counter openings in most modern kitchens. Plenty of room to connect hoses and drains, and should not pose a problem during most installations. Normal wash cycle gets the job done if no caked on messes on dishes. Nothing great about this dishwasher, but it does the job for a reasonable price. Mid priced dishwasher unit that provides all of the required dishwashing functions. Even repairs and maintenance can be done at a reasonable price so the overall value is good.

When they did, he told me the refrigerator needed a new motor, fan, and coolant. He said it would cost $1,300.00 to repair. I asked him why it broke after only 2 years. He said he didnt know but that he was fixing them regularly, several a week. Well, after being a loyal customer for many years Sears has refused to help because I didnt buy a warranty! I have bought all of mine as well as my daughters appliances from Sears and never had an issue but its disheartening to find that after all your loyalty, if you do, Sears will not be in your corner. The girl I talked with was actually rude and told me my choices were, I could pay them $1,300 to fix a Refrigerator I just bought, or I could buy a new one, or I could use a cooler for the upcoming summer. She forgot one choice, the one Im taking and that is never shopping with them again, posting negative reviews on social media, and filing complaints with the BBB, CFP and with any other agency I can find.

RIDICULOUS SEARS POLICY that the dishwasher cannot be replaced because we had it for more than 30 days. Technician said he had to order 3 parts... Cost of parts very close to original cost of machine & OVER what we paid for the dishwasher if you add-in the labor cost. I want a new machine, I do not trust the integrity of this machine. What is so difficult to see that this machine is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced and not repaired?Ive had to make time for 2 service calls so far and now the parts on BACK-ORDER! Why cant Sears just deliver a new dishwasher! How do we rent the apartment without a working dishwasher??? Will Sears compensate us for loss of rental income and time taken for service calls? However, its a bit awkward in the way all the dishes sit in the bottom. It is easy to bump into and start. I would make it so it is not so easy to bump into and turn on. But other than that, the Kenmore Dishwasher was a good price for a top rated company. We have had Kenmore before and were really happy with how it held up and how long it lasted, with very minimal repairs.

My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldnt shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. Im done with Sears and Kenmore. I dont even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

I re-piped the home in 2006 so I bought the best hot water heater available, a Kenmore 55 gal 12-year warranty. Sometime during 2010 the tank had a small leak. Sears Technician came out and said I could go pickup another tank at the local store in Ft. Myers, Florida. No problem. Trip to Lowes for a few parts then to Sears for a new tank then bam, it is installed.Sometime towards the end of February 2013 my wife said the tank was leaking on the floor. No big deal, I made 5 phone calls to 800-877-6420 just to setup the 1st tech appointment. A week later the Service-Technician came & said I had a cracked anode-rod, so he order another and rescheduled install appointment for 3/12/14, approximately 2-weeks later. Again no big deal, its a slowww leak somewhere on the top of the tank. But, on Saturday 3/8/14 the tank ruptured sometime in the night. I was awoke around 7:30 am by my neighbor telling me that water was flowing out of my garage and down the street. I shut off the main water valve and started calling the 800-877-6420 number again. Each time I called I was transferred to someone that could not help me. On the 3rd call someone recommended I called back 8:30-9:00 am, maybe the department was not open yet. At this point, I have been waiting for ~ 3 weeks for a hot-water-heater to be repaired. Where is the service? I wanted a Technician visit today but was given an appointment for Monday. I have a wife and 2 kids (6 y.o and 10 month) and it is winter in Florida. Yes its warm during the day. While the wife and I could survive without hot water the kids would not be so happy. Remember, I turned off the main-water-valve to stop the flood, so there is no water to flush toilets, dishes or laundry. The house was built in 1985. I have added valves now so we will be able to isolate the hot water heater in the future. Where is the service? With no water I went to Sears and bought another heater and installed it this Saturday.Service-Technician (very nice) came Monday 3/10/14 and confirmed ruptured tank and changed my $80. The Technician said I may have a faulty ground-wire so since I was paying him I asked him to check it. The wire turned out normal. Why do I need to pay? Whatever, paying $80 is worth getting my $500 back that I paid for the replacement on Saturday. Today is Tues 3/11/14 and I have not been contacted for my tank replacement. Where is the service? If I had not replaced the tank over the weekend we would still be without water (hot or cold). From what I can tell the service issues start with 1) the employees that answer the phones (it really takes more than 1 phone call for service?). 2) The lack of urgency to correct the problem (It takes weeks). 3) The lack of follow through on service. Im told this is season and this is the reason Sears is behind. I would suggest triage service calls.As a side note that is semi funny: When I bought the new hot-water-heater this Saturday I was asked if I wanted a Service protection plan. I declined stating that it takes Sears to long to fix such an important machine. We had to turn off the main-water-valve to the entire house. Where is the service. Think of it this way. Would you like to pay an extra $150.00 on top of the cost of the hot-water-heater and wait 3 plus weeks for service?

This dishwasher has worked like magic. It is quiet and gets off even the toughest foods. Its big enough to do the job and do it well without being big and clunky and looking out of place with the rest of my kitchen. It is beautiful and sleek and I hate to say it but darn near sexy. I am extremely happy with the price I paid and the value I got with this dishwasher. It has worked wonderfully and never gave us a bit of problem in the time we have owned it no matter how much abuse we put it through! I will definitely buy again when the time comes.

It was quiet and got everything clean. I loved this dishwasher. Tough on grease and dried food but I would only recommend liquid dishwasher soap as that worked best in this dishwasher. I could fit large 8 quart pots and pans, along with large dishes, glasses, silverware, other utensils and it still got everything very clean. Did not leave any grease or caked on food on the dishes, silver, glasses or pots and pans. I loved the white color as it made the kitchen appear bright, roomy and cheery. I chose this over a black model because I wanted the kitchen to look bright and happy even though having white showed the dust more which was no problem to me. The value was good considering dishwashers can be quite expensive. If I had to buy all over again, I would choose a Kenmore because they seem to work well and the prices are not out of reach and can fit any budget.

We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

I bought a Kenmore dishwasher approximately 5 years ago. I have had to repair the same problem twice within the last two years and the same problem just occurred again! The soap dispenser door stops opening and it has been burnt on the back of the dispenser unit and the motherboard has burn marks where the dispenser plugs into it. This is the same problem three times now. Ive now spent over a thousand dollars to repair a $400 dishwasher! This third time I was done repairing it out of my pocket so I called the 18004MYHOME number and spoke with a rude alleged customer service representative. I explained my frustrations and acknowledged it wasnt his fault but was hoping Kenmore could repair it for me or offer a discount to buy another Kenmore dishwasher even though I really didnt want to. The guy kept repeating the same things and saying I cant get it repaired for free with a smug tone. I then stated that I have had no problem paying over a thousand dollars at this point just dont feel its right for me to pay again. And said Im buying a new dishwasher and was hoping you could offer anything to make me want to buy Kenmore again. He continued to have an attitude and I asked for a supervisor, he muted me and I kept asking for him to give me his name and transfer me to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I was on a landline so not a random disconnect. Also he had muted me several times throughout the call and would come back on. He was extremely rude and basically I will never want to be a Kenmore customer again. If you cant stand behind your product and realize that after three times of the same thing happening thats not a problem with the product then have customer service agents act disrespectful, rude and hang up on you, then I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company.

I had tried Maytag and it didnt do such a good job. My sister recommended the Kenmore and I tried it and there was no looking back. My cousin tried a Whirlpool and within two months he bought a Kenmore also. I purchased another Kenmore when I needed a new one. The jet sprayers needs to be tweaked a little. It could clean the dishes on the top rack better. Although it dries the dishes good it could be at a higher temperature. I liked the way you didnt have to prewash the dishes. And the way it dried the dishes better than the Maytag I owned previously.

We now have a family of seven. It will fit all plates, cups, silverware, pans or pots used to cook dinner plus any extra dishes from lunch or breakfast. Black, shiny, doesnt stand out too much but just enough to look good with any kitchen color. The color has never faded and the buttons still look great. Its value was so worth what we paid. The appearance, size, continence all makes up for the amount we paid. Also the delay start adds a plus to it.

Kenmore had many of the features that I wanted for the price. The other dishwashers were not on as good of a sale. The prices were great for the features you got. With the jet dry it made my dishes sparkling and I knew they were very clean and sanitized. Although hot to the touch, I didn’t mind waiting a little while before emptying the dishes. The dishes were always super clean! However, the wheels would sometimes get stuck making it hard to pull the drawer out. Longer utensils would fall out of the basket and would get stuck between the trays making it pretty difficult to remove. Space was also an issue. Sometime bigger items on the bottom rack would get stuck on the trays and would make it difficult to empty. Making the racks move easier would really help with a lot of those problems. Also having different sized places on the racks to fit more items.

I have to almost wash everything before I put it in. In addition, I have started to put paper towels under it because it been known to leak. I received poor customer service with a new refrigerator that worked for about 6 weeks! My new refrigerator stopped cooling. (Bottom freezer still worked fine.) I ended up throwing out a lot of food in my refrigerator. A technician was sent to my house who replaced a few parts thinking it was the thermostat. Fridge worked again. A few days before Christmas, we went to visit friends for a few days and returned to find that all of my food that I had bought for Christmas (around $500) was garbage. The fridge was up to 55 degrees and the freezer was at 6 degrees. That was about 6 weeks after the first time the technician came. My frustration was that nobody cared or could even suggest anything for me to do other than wait on a technician! I have been 2 weeks without a fridge and was told yesterday that the technician would order more parts! I have just redone my kitchen and this fridge has been a nightmare! I fear that when I unplug it, I will get water over my new flooring. It is so disheartening to spend so much on an appliance like this and to feel like you just need to garbage it and move on because nobody cares!

When I decided to buy this Kenmore dishwasher, it was because at the time this particular brand and model were for sale and I needed to replace the previous one I had since it stopped working. I liked the size and features. The smartwash really saved me money from the previous model. It gets my dishes clean and dry. However, I would like it to have a sleeker look and the design could be a lot better. It doesnt always get my glasses as shiny as I would like. But its a decent, good appliance.

But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. But I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend buying this product. But buying it used of course. The appearance is nice to look at. I like the black color of this dishwasher. Very nice and matte color. It would look good in each and every kitchen. The value was good, I didnt pay much for it. Cleans dishes thoroughly. Easy to use. With the right dishwashing soap it can remove baked on and stubborn spots. It is very low in the noise department. Not silent but very low. The size of this particular dishwasher is very suitable for my needs. I have to do dishes maybe 3 times a week. I can get all my pans and silverware to fit and even my big plates. I like the stainless steel look. It gives it a more professional feel in my opinion and helps my kitchen look better and makes me feel better about the appearance of it. While this is not the cheapest dishwasher out there it is very good. And remember that old saying you get what you pay for, well thats true in this case.

This dishwasher cost almost $900 dollars and now for the last several months does not clean and the drying section is horrible. It is a Kenmore and was presented as a top of the line product. In calling Sears 800 number is evident that the customer service at Sears does not care. I will never do business with Sears again as their customer service is terrible.

The reason I chose the Kenmore dishwasher is because it was on sale but it is also a well known brand. I like the appearance of it. It also matched my kitchen colors. I thought it had an attached look to it and it looks expensive but it wasnt. I was expecting it to be quiet, fast and efficient and it is. However, the only thing I would probably change about the Kenmore dishwasher is that I wish it had a bigger capacity. Sometimes I have very large pans that I would love to fit but the only way to fit them is to not have a full dishwasher. Other than that, it is really roomy. I might be the only one that has that big of pans so it might not be considered the same opinion as others. I love the fact that it is energy efficient. I can put in a load and in about 30 min they are clean. They dont have any stuck on food. The Kenmore dishwasher had very simple buttons and is not complicated at all. It makes washing dishes very pleasant.

At most we were a family of four and the dishwasher was of sufficient size to only require dishwashing once or twice a week. It is a standard size, nothing special. It is a nice looking dishwasher. It is very easy to maintain. I have never scratched it nor has it ever chipped. The holders inside are brittle and a few have broken. We got it on sale years ago. It was a good value and years of satisfactory service support this assertion.

I did not purchase the dishwasher. It happened to come with the home I purchased. However that being said I was not displeased with the appliance as I knew Kenmore was a trusted brand in appliances. There was an On/off switch for the heat for the dry cycle. It was programmable for delayed wash and the dishwasher was also large capacity with a roomy interior and easy to load dish racks. However, the dishwasher was an older model that did not clean my dishes as well if the dishes were not pre-rinsed and it was very loud sounding. We likened it to a plane taking off. But overall it was Satisfactory.

Size is important to me because I dont need it to take up a lot of room in my kitchen. This dishwashers not too big so it doesnt take up very much room but is big enough to meet me and my familys needs. Also, it doesnt leave any food or water residue on dishes. It is inexpensive to buy and run. Is great for a larger family and runs quietly. The overall value is great. It saves me slot of time and money.
