Nice easy to use dishwasher that is quiet and cleans dishes rather fast. Takes packet, liquid, or powdered detergent. Is very quiet and runs through a cycle in under 30 minutes. Fits at least 30 large plates, and at least triple the amount in small plates. Fits about 32 cups on the top shelf. Bowls can be a bit of a trick, but it can fit at least 6 bowls on the top rack as well. Nice, easy to clean. White finish makes it easy to clean and maintain. Has easy to push buttons and settings that allow you choose the type of wash you wish to have. This dishwasher has lasted for years. Great value for the price and workmanship. I have yet to have any service done on this dishwasher besides some regular cleaning.

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

I think it is a solid refrigerator. The only problem I have with it is it noisy. The hum is louder than the last refrigerator I owned. However, it was affordable and something I would recommend. The design matches with my dishwasher and other appliances beautifully. I would buy it again if I was on a tight budget.

This dishwasher is now close to 10 years old. It still runs and cleans dishes just as well as it did when new. I have never had to have any repair work done on it, and find it is one of my most reliable appliances. Both the upper and lower baskets are very roomy. Even with my large family, I can fit all of a weeks dishes--including pots and pans into one load. There is enough space between the two baskets for taller dishes, and enough space up top for taller glasses. The stainless steel front blends nicely with most kitchen decors. Plus, the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. Its black accents match other appliances in my kitchen. Overall, even though its almost 10 years old, it still has a modern look that enhances my kitchens appearance. I have many times over gotten the value for the money paid for this dishwasher. It is economical in its water usage, and its dependability has saved me from spending money to repair or replace it.

Kenmore was one of several I looked at and this one was the best they had to offer for the price. It also was delivered the next day and they took away my old dishwasher at no extra charge. The dishwasher I had was very good and clean the dishes very good without having to wash the dishes first. It left quite a shine on the dishes when using a liquid washer. It was 36 in by 48 in high with wheels so that I could roll it around. It very Durable and lightweight. The kitchen was very small but got the job done. It was very light - maybe a white or a off white in color but very good looking dishwasher that I would recommended to family or friends. I know they would like it. It was very rate highly by myself and other that visit my house. The price was very reasonable and very well adjusted. The price was very low and I like that.

It cleaned the dishes very well with limited rinsing and extra work involved. This dishwasher was wonderful. My electric bill was low as well while using it. I would recommend this dishwasher to others and would love to own another one day in the future. This dishwasher was able to fit most things I needed washed. I was able to fit large pots inside, as well as pans like cookie sheets if I loaded it. Plates, bowls, silverware and other things fit nicely on top. This dishwasher was almost all black. This kept it looking cleaner in my opinion. It was a nice blend in my kitchen and went well with my other appliances. This dishwasher was extremely cost effective. My mother has always owned Kenmore appliances and has very good luck with them. That is why I buy Kenmore and I have always been satisfied with their appliances including the dishwasher. It was a large capacity and lots of room for all my dishes and even my largest pots and pans. No need to prewash dishes and everything including pots and pans came out clean. Very easy to load and I liked where the silverware rack was located.

The appearance is very sleek and simple. It fits in mostly with everything. I am pretty sure is available in other colors such as stainless steel. It fits very well in my kitchen. It is just the right size for most kitchen and it aint big and gawky. Very compact. I had some hard dishes to get clean and it cleaned it spotless. It also didnt take very long for it to complete its cycles. I am very happy with its performance. My perceived value is very satisfied with it. It is a good dishwasher but Im not too crazy about it. It does not wash the dishes perfectly. Even if you pre-wash the dishes, do not see any crazy results. Its size is ok, fits perfectly and for the family of 4 it is just enough space in it. Im not too crazy about the appearance. Nothing special just white. A little old looking not too modern design. But still good enough. The value of the dishwasher is very good. It does not cost a fortune. I would say a good value for what it does. In some stores is really cheap.

I have had my current dishwasher for over thirty (30) years and honestly have had no major problems with it. The lower basket needs to be replaced since there is probably five to six (5-6) prongs that keep the dishes in place. Due to how old this product is Sears (Kenmore) has difficulty finding a replacement part for the dishwasher. Any suggestions? This the first and only dishwasher I have ever owned. My prior dishwasher were my right hand and my left hand. These as well as my Kenmore run a close first and second. Kenmore is a far better product than ninety-five (95%) of ANY manufactured product on the market today. Keep up the great manufacturing you do Kenmore. HUGE kudos to both Sears and Kenmore.

Compared to my previous dishwasher it runs much more quietly, it leaves less streaks in my glasses and silverware and dries out the dishes much better. Ultimately I cant make a bigger comparison here as its roughly the same size of my previous washer, but I can say that even with pretty full loads I have had no trouble loading up to capacity and felt I didn’t have enough space. I am a one who tends to appreciate minimalist design so I like uniform colors and the sleek metal look tends to match the décor of my kitchen very well. It was a fairly priced washer, I mean it didnt seem to be any more expensive or cheap than most of the comparable models when we purchased it.

Heated dry cycle ensures sensitization while fully drying dishes. Multiple settings for the wash cycle allows me to wash anything I want and has timer so I can even wash dishes while Im not home. Not as large as I would like but I only have to do dishes once every couple days as a single guy so I guess thats all I need but a family of four may definitely want a larger unit. Pretty standard. Looks stylish depending on what you are going for. It doesnt wow anyone but doesnt look terrible either. Depends on your other appliances as to what would work or not work in your kitchen. Mine came with the place I currently live so the value makes no difference to me but my time is valuable and the time it saves me from having to hand wash is invaluable.

Sears and Kenmore both made it easy for me to cross them off my list for future appliance purchases. If I cant trust them with a small appliance like a microwave, I know I wont be able to trust them with a large purchase. No one should have to replace a microwave after just two years, especially when its kept in pristine condition. My microwave was great when it worked, easy to clean and large interior. Then it started rotating and heating when I opened the door (dangerous). Then when door was closed, food was placed inside and you would expect it to heat something, it would instead countdown and nothing happened. Only thing that worked was the timer.For months I contacted Kenmore on FB privately showing them video of both issues and their response was basically, Im sorry for your troubles, theres nothing we can do. I have a dishwasher with another company that messed up and they actually cared about making things right. I wouldve easily bought a replacement, but the dont care attitude keeps me from replacing my Kenmore microwave with another Kenmore microwave. After just 2 years, Id expect more.

We have a maintenance contract with Kenmore to repair our dishwasher. The dishwasher died. We called to have it repaired. No repairman appeared on the assigned date. A call to the repair number succeeded only to set up another date a month out. (Previously we had a Kenmore water heater die. We had a maintenance contract on it too. A visit to the Sears store for help just got us a call a plumber answer.) We just ordered a replacement (another brand) from Home Depot.

It is a great dishwasher; it leaves no food residue and removes even cooked on grease; I am extremely satisfied. There is however room for improvement though little is needed. It is big enough to holds larger pots and pans though I think it could be bigger as we go through so many dishes its unreal. People with larger families will not like this dishwasher as much as people with no families or small families will. It has a very neat clean appearance. It is easy to clean and fits in well with almost any style or color of kitchen. I love that it always looks so very clean even with minimal cleaning. I found it to be a fair value for its brand and size; it couldve been a little bit cheaper but you always happen to pay more for a good quality value and product and the warranty.

My ex-husband purchased it while I was out of town, to surprise me. When it was purchased, circa 1998, it has a stainless interior, China setting, rinse only cycle, levers that came down for stemware, adjustable top rack, sanitizing cycle, and very quiet. I loved that dishwasher. It was great. The installation could have been better though. My ex didnt know what he was doing and cut a hole in one of the hoses and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced. Overall, for appliances, we always went to Kenmore first. The reliability and warranty were unbeatable. We owned several Kenmore appliances without disappointment.

No problems fitting in pots and pans. Top shelf held dishes, bowls and glasses. Plain front standard white. Easy to clean and did not stain. User controls were tilted at an angle towards the user. The drain was easy to clear when needed. Better value than an entry level washer. It did perform at a reasonable volume while also cleaning the dishes. Had no issues with dishes coming out dirty.

This dishwasher is awesome! It can get any dried food off of any dish we put in it! It fits cookie sheets, large bowls, we can put lots of plastic that we recycle in the top shelf and it cleans so well! I love this dishwasher! This dishwasher has lots of space so we can really fill it up! It holds at least 20 plates and a ton of silverware and cooking utensils. I use a lot of different dishes when I cook and this dishwasher can hold and clean all of them! This dishwasher Is beautiful. The front cleans very easily, but I wipe off with a wet washcloth then spray some window cleaner and wipe clean with paper towels and it looks brand new again! This dishwasher is very valuable I cant put a dollar sign on it. Since it cleans so well! It would be hard to replace with anything any better! We have had the dishwasher for 4 years and it cleans anything!

It has a large capacity so I only use it once a week putting dishes in it all week and even then it usually is not full. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It is much bigger inside than I thought it would be when I first saw it. It is big enough to hold a weeks worth of dishes without looking crowded. It does look plain on the outside but the controls are clear and easy to understand and use. I had no problem figuring out how to set it. I like that it is very well designed inside and outside. I didnt have to choose this model myself as it came with the apartment. However, I went to a couple of stores that sell dishwashers so I could see what it would have cost if I had bought it. It is well worth what it would have cost me to buy it new as it is very well designed and has a lot of room inside for a lot of dishes and even when it is packed full it still gets all the dishes clean.

My old old Kenmore dishwasher bit the dust and I decided to buy another....knowing full well there are only actually about 3 companies that manufacture dishwashers and Kenmore is not one of them. Depending on model and item Kenmore appliances are made by LG, Whirlpool or Frigidaire. A crap shoot. I also purchased a new frig and the salesperson was very clear that “today’s appliances last from 5-7 years.” Wow. That’s encouraging.That said, I will begin with the positives, I bought a Kenmore Elite, a “smart dishwasher” that uses considerably less water than the dishwasher it replaced. Environmentally important to me, but also personally important as we use a water softener/conditioner and the iron removing rock salt we use to make our water passable is spendy stuff. And less water going into our septic system as well. It is also surprisingly quiet. As in, “is this thing running?” The black stainless is nice to look at and doesn’t fingerprint easily. It also cleans well and I love the third rack with the portion that lowers. Great for serving utensils.Here’s my REAL complaint. The bottom rack is shoddily made and the crappy plastic wheels have no actual “track” to run on. The entire rack constantly shifts from left or right and when the rack is full it is very heavy to adjust while searching for the “sweet spot” where the rack will smoothly roll. I keep looking at the manual (a sketchy little booklet at best) to see if there is something I’m missing. How can such a basic thing be so difficult? Pulling the rack out and pushing the rack back in is impossible and the entire rack shifting from side to side is almost guaranteed. Any suggestions? Could there be something missing from the bottom of the rack? Or is is just cheap manufacturing and crappy engineering? I need to figure this out. In truth I’m guessing the manufacturers attitude is to chill out. It’ll need to be replaced in 5 years anyway. Get over it. If NOT for the bottom rack problem I would be happy.

I like that it really cleans all of my dishes and not just partially like most dishwashers I have used before in my life. It also lets me control the speed which is nice because you want to have some control over how fast it goes. I really liked what this brand had to offer as far as features and just overall capability. It is something I could see myself using for the next 10 years and getting the best quality out of it. But I would like if it could fit more dishes. I also would like if it was stainless steel at a cheaper price than what you would have to spend for that feature.

I always had very clean clothes and dishes. Food stayed cold and my freezer had plenty room and food stayed frozen. I would recommend Kenmore to everyone!! These appliances have been around for years and I do not know of any family and friends that had any problems.

It cleans the cookware and dishes. Does not need a lot of information and instructions to operate. Does a good job of cleaning food stuff from the dishes and cookware. It fits well in the counter space provided. The cabinet makers provided the hole for the dishwasher, and it just fit right into the spot. It looks good and the finish is easy to clean. It does not show dirt or smudges at all. It works well and does a good job. The life of the item is yet to be determined.

I had tried Maytag and it didnt do such a good job. My sister recommended the Kenmore and I tried it and there was no looking back. My cousin tried a Whirlpool and within two months he bought a Kenmore also. I purchased another Kenmore when I needed a new one. The jet sprayers needs to be tweaked a little. It could clean the dishes on the top rack better. Although it dries the dishes good it could be at a higher temperature. I liked the way you didnt have to prewash the dishes. And the way it dried the dishes better than the Maytag I owned previously.

We purchased a top of the line dishwasher 2 years ago (Kenmore Elite). All of our appliances are Kenmore. It was around $700-$800. It quit advancing the washing cycle. It would cost us $600 just for the part to fix it and Kenmore pretty much told us sorry about your luck. Needless to say, we will purchase future appliances from Lowes or Home Depot.

My dishwasher`s performance is satisfactory. So far I had no issues or any troubles with it. It works good and is fully functional as promised in the description. I am pretty happy with the size of the dishwasher. It can fit all of my needed items and still has some space in it. I cant recommend it to everyone. It really depends on your personal needs. I am satisfied with the appearance of the dishwasher. It doesnt look like an exclusive design or anything like that, pretty basic, but it does the job, and that what matters to me at the end of the day. I am happy with the price to value ratio for this machine. I believe it is not overpriced, just the right priced for all the features/job that can be done with it.

It held up well and was reliable. The dishes came out clean every time. It was not too loud when it cleaned the dishes. I also liked how the dishwasher looked. It fit in with the decor of my kitchen. The dishwasher was metallic and shiny. The look was modern and it was very big. I was able to wash a full load every night. It had a compartment for dish cleaners.

This particular dishwasher is small enough to fit comfortably in any home or apartment but large enough to fit all of my pots, pans, cake pans, silverware utensils and bowls, plates and cups. The dishwasher that I had was white with a cream colored plastic along the top where the buttons are that had trimmed as gold, silver or black and also has vents on the front. Its a very nice washer and very easy to clean. I definitely got my moneys worth and I actually purchased it from somebody so we got a little bit cheaper. I would definitely recommend somebody buying this new or used.

My dishwasher has always done a great job of cleaning my dishes. The dishes dry nicely and I can count on the dishes to be clean. The dishwasher operates quietly. 24 dishwasher with a interchangeable front panels. It is nice to be able to interchange the panels to adapt to changing colors in the kitchen. The dishwasher has a nice appearance. It is really not one that sticks out but blends nicely with the kitchen door. It is easy to clean the exterior and nice to be able to change the panels on the front of the dishwasher. The value and the price paid for the dishwasher is very fair. I feel as though dishwashers are almost a necessary appliance in order to be able to get dishes clean and sanitized by the heat.

Kenmore is a well known brand of kitchen appliances and it did meet my expectations in every way. It was a really good dishwasher and never had any problems whatsoever with it. But, I dislike how water stayed in the bottom of mine after the wash cycle. I’m not sure if it was just a defect in the one I had bought but I loved everything else about it. I also like that it really does good with getting the dishes clean and I feel like they always had a streak free shine and a good heated wash cycle and left my dishes smelling good every time.

It works very well. My dishes get clean on the first run and its not very loud like others Ive owned. Its easy to operate with very little bells and whistles. Even the 7 year old can run it. This dishwasher is average size. It takes up about a cabinet width of space under the counter. There is plenty of space on the inside for a whole days worth of dishes to fit. My dishwasher is just a plain white color. Its easy to clean and I dont have to worry about streaks like you would on stainless steel. I also dont have to worry that bleach will fade it over time. This dishwasher was a much lower price than other dishwashers. It was budget friendly to purchase. Although it was a cheaper purchase it works just as well as the high dollar one I had before this one.

It work great. I have had for a year and I use it every night and it get my dishes so clean and smell so good. I love it. Matches my kitchen and works well with my space limit and I dont have to wash them by hand. I can fit all my dish in it in one laid so I would say it is pretty big and rookie and a good size for my family. Great appearance. This dishwasher has worked like magic. It is quiet and gets off even the toughest foods. Its big enough to do the job and do it well without being big and clunky and looking out of place with the rest of my kitchen. It is beautiful and sleek and I hate to say it but darn near sexy. We always tend to stick with the Kenmore brand. I am very happy with my Kenmore dishwasher and my whole family is very satisfied. Good quality dishwasher. Clean, convenient, easy to use, brand name, no problems, easy for the whole household to use, multiple dishwashing settings. There is nothing I would change! The washer works extremely well as does the dryer. Very satisfied. I have had the washer and dryer for the last five years. I have never had a problem with the washer or dryer or dishwasher I currently own. I have owned the washer, dryer for over a year. The washer cleans the clothes very well. My dryer works extremely well. It usually takes approximately one half hour to dry a medium size load. My utility bill is extremely low because I use washer and dryer up to ten times a week. I am able to wash and dry blankets in the washer and dry them in dryer, so I am so glad I dont have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry.

Cycle is long but very thorough. My only complaint is if there is too much liquid then the cycle is paused until you remove excess liquid. It is the perfect size. I really like how there is a sliding drawer on top for silverware. On occasion I will have larger plates I use for serving and/or dinner parties that will be too tall for the bottom door. The dishwashers appearance is very sleek and minimalistic. The only complaint I have is that fingerprints show up easily so it might not be the best in a home with small children. The Kenmore dishwasher appliance was priced at a reasonable amount in relation to its size and function. I did get it on sale though so I dont exactly know what the original retail price was.

My dishes come out very clean and sanitized. The dishwasher holds a nice sized load and it does not have to be loaded perfectly. Its energy efficient and runs quietly. Its a little small, but I can still fit all my dishes in easily. I dont put pots or large pans in the dishwasher so there is enough room for dishes and glassware. If I try to overload it, the dishes dont get clean. This is a very basic looking dishwasher so it does not have much appeal. However its simplicity allows it to blend in with the surrounding decor easily. It would be nice if it had a handle across the front instead of just a dial. Its reputation alone makes it a great value. You do not get all of the bells and whistles with this one but you get a reliable dishwasher that does a great job.

Have had this brand dishwasher for years, always been extremely reliable, sturdy and lasting. Honestly I dont think that I would ever choose a different name brand item for my familys needs. Works wonderfully. When we moved into our new home, there was a place in the kitchen already cut out for the dishwasher, it fit perfectly with no problems, its not too bulky at all. Love the flow. Has a beautiful finish. It was way more than I expected.

The fridge keeps everything at the correct temperature and its spacious. Adjustable clear glass shelving is also a nice feature because it makes it so easy to take apart and clean. Removable door shelves are dishwasher safe and also adjustable. Its great for people that have children. For a family of three I would prefer a larger refrigerator with more freezer room, but the refrigerator does look nice and fits great in a smaller kitchen. Nice shine on the white surface. The clear coating makes it extremely easy to clean with just hot water. More stubborn stains clean quite well with a spray cleaner. For the size its worth the price. Overall I was happy with the Kenmore dishwasher, the price was fair, and it performed the way that I needed it to. The only reason I dont have it now is because circumstances would not allow me to travel with it. I was pleased with the amount of space that was in my dishwasher. With six people living in the house, you can imagine that there were quite a few dishes that piled up. Because of the differences in racks, I was able to fit a variety of different dishware during each wash cycle. While it might not be the sleekest dishwasher in the market, it matched the other appliances in my kitchen just fine. What it might lack in aesthetics, it makes up for in performance. For the price that was paid, I feel as though we really got our moneys worth. Our washer really helped make things manageable around the house.

It has met the expectations of what I need to get done. It has adjustable racks and power wave technology to get the dishes 80% cleaner. It is a much quieter dishwasher than most, on 50 decibels. It also has 12 place settings room. It is an efficient machine and I enjoy having it. I like the dishwasher but would have liked it better in black. I do not like the stainless steel background. To me it uses a lot, and I mean a lot of water. It takes too long to wash a load after dinner and drying them after washing them takes a while.

I would not get another water heater from Sears. My hot water heater is seven years old and started leaking with two years left on the warranty. I had no hot water and had water all over the basement floor and called a local plumber to replace the tank so we can shower, wash dishes etc. When I called the warranty department, the service rep. notified me that because I had the tank changed with a new one, the warranty for the existing tank is void, even though I have the pictures of standing water in the basement and the defective water tank is still in the basement. Please, what should I have done? Have the water tank leak and do more damage to my basement and have no hot water for a week until your tech gets there? This is a joke of a hot water heater warranty. Go buy your next hot water tank from Lowes or Home Depot, you are much better off.

Washes large loads of dishes clean and very efficiently in very little time... It seems very easy to load and unload and to stack several layers. Cost was extremely reasonable too. The size of my dishwasher is nearly perfect for the size of my kitchen. It meets my needs and cleans enough dishes for at least a weeks worth of servings. Its a cool slate gray that gives a modern look to the kitchen and blends in quickly with the rest of the kitchen. It makes very little noise & washes everything completely clean. This dishwasher is really worth its value... It is very modern looking and works within a very efficient wash cycle that lasts less than thirty minutes.

Kenmore is recommended to me by someone that bought the brand and was very satisfied by it and I decided to try the brand. The capacity of the dishwasher is of a good quantity and very practical for many plates and cups. It is very convenient and the thoroughness of the washing. It is much better than other brands. But it does not rinse out correctly when the dishwasher is too full and the spacing between the units is cramped up. The stains remain on the glasses and it does cause an inconvenience at times.

I am satisfied with what the dishwasher cost. We got a good deal. It saves time and money. My husband will put in a load of dishes in the dishwasher to help out. I love that. I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher model #665.13963K014 which I purchased new in 2011 alongside a Kenmore Elite refrigerator which has failed 3x in 4 years. However, this dishwasher is EXCELLENT. No troubles, everything comes out clean virtually every time (unless I load something wrong, usually). My wife and I love it. It is so quiet that you cannot hear it in the next room and you could even miss hearing it in the kitchen if you didnt listen for it. Wonderful! I dont know who makes this for Sears, but it is a quality appliance in my opinion.

Real good at getting dishes clean and spotless if you use a decent detergent. Runs through cycles quickly and quietly. It also holds a considerable amount of dishes pot and pans. Fits real snug and never leaks. The size is real helpful. It has two racks and slide it in and out. Pulled quite a few dishes pots and pans get some real clean every time. A lot of silverware and stuff can be put in the separate thing. I love it. The appearance looks great and Id recommend it to anybody because he can get multiple colors and you cant even tell its there. Easy to use controls and no chips on the inside like anything that made a good quality material. I think it was a real good deal and it was affordable. I was able to finance and cant beat the price.

It worked and washed really good, no spots or anything. Great service. The experience was to have my dishes spotless was amazing, never had anything this amazing. It was a good size, just some faults here and there but overall, really good and compact size for my home. Doesnt take a lot of space. Looked clean and really well-polished. Although the dishwasher seems to function well the dishes do not appear to be cleaned thoroughly. I feel like this so purpose of the dishwasher is to clean the dishes and about 50% of my dishware appears cloudy dirty and not to the level of cleanliness I would expect from a machine that washes dishes. It may be a combination of dishwasher itself or the product used within the dishwasher. I consider most dishwashers to be rather bare and ugly because its built to perform and not to decorate one’s house. But I have no complaints regarding its appearance. If it was any bigger it would look ridiculous in our kitchen. Seems at times to be too small or too big depending on the need. But its regular standard size, one that mustve been thought through and researched by the Kenmore manufacturers.

It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It leaves little to no spots on glasses. You need to scrape the dishes real good as to not leave a lot on them. It has enough room to hold all the dishes I use on a typical day. Cannot always fit all dishes in it if I have a lot of company over and use a lot of pots. The color fits in to the decor of my kitchen. Easy to see all controls but small enough not to be overpowering. The overall set up is easy to use. At the time of purchase it was the best value for the money I was willing to spend. Came in a variety of colors and does a good job for the price.

It is able to wash all of the dishes to get rid of heavy stains. It can fit a lot of my dishes, even my pots and pans. The time it takes to wash them is almost perfect. The settings are simple to understand and I can set them to my preferred preferences. Its like I have another person washing my dishes. It is big enough to hold my dishes but not too big where it takes too much space. It fits perfectly right next to the sink, where I can easily and effortlessly transfer my dishes from the sink to the dishwasher.

It has 3 different wash settings. Heavy, normal, or 1 hour. Its quiet. The heated dry dries the dishes pretty well, better than other dishwashers that Ive used with a heated dry setting in the past. I dislike that sometimes it doesnt clean even the smallest stains. When I take dishes out the dishwasher a lot of the time some of the dishes still come out with stains or tiny bits of food particles that I didnt see when I rinsed them off before I put them into the dishwasher. But it meets most of my expectations. Its not the best dishwasher that Ive ever owned but its also not the worst dishwasher that Ive ever owned either, about a 6 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

It has been running for a really long time without any issues. We use it as an overflow fridge from our main fridge now. It is super spacious and weve never had a problem with it. It holds main dishes but it also holds a lot of leftovers and larger food items. Its pretty but not too big. It just kind of looks like an old fridge. There isnt anything exciting about it. Over the years, the white has gotten really dirty and it looks very dated now. We dont keep it in a main room or entertaining room, just hidden. It has lasted a super long time now so I would recommend it for that reason. Its good.

The reason I chose to purchase these particular Kenmore Dishwasher was because the store was having a sale on the product and it fit my budget and requirements. I like the easy to use buttons, all the different kind of settings to clean and dry the dishes, prewash, and the easy open and lock of the door. However, I dislike the noise it makes when the dishes are washing. I wish it were quiet and when it switched cycles it didnt click or make noises as well. I also wish when they dried it would leave less spots on the dishes.

The unit does a reasonable job with the daily dishwashing needs. The unit does not perform as well with heavier greased up pots and pans. The unit also falls short if it is filled to its normal capacity.

There was an On/off switch for the heat for the dry cycle. It was programmable for delayed wash and the dishwasher was also large capacity with a roomy interior and easy to load dish racks. However, the dishwasher was an older model that did not clean my dishes as well if the dishes were not pre-rinsed and it was very loud sounding. We likened it to a plane taking off. But overall it was Satisfactory.

The Kenmore Elite Dishwasher has been one of my favorite ones because it cleans dishes so well and you dont have to run it several times to get the food off of the dishes. I would like to see Kenmore design a dishwasher where the top rack was not so shallow, maybe move it down and give it a little more room for taller things go on top, such as your taller glasses and cups. I chose Kenmore because I knew it was an appliance that I could depend on and would be something that I didnt have to replace again for a long time. They always have met my expectations since I first started buying Kenmore.

We have a 5 yr. old Kenmore Dishwasher that slowly leaked from the seal of the motor/pump assembly. We couldnt see any evidence of this until it had been leaking for some time as laid out by the forensic inspector from the insurance company. The dishwasher did about $30,000 in damage that our homeowners insurance wont cover. We have Sears Home Warranty that says it is secondary. We are hoping someone else has had success getting this covered. Our repair person said it is common with this model. How do I find anything in writing that speaks to this from the corporation?

I am an owner of the Kenmore Elite dishwasher that I have bought in 2004 (8 years ago) from Sears Canada (model 666.16462300; SER FR1509082). Ive been told that the dishwasher was made by Whirlpool. It has been a good dishwasher aside that the door was noisy. Last night when I turned it on there was a black smoke with smell of burned rubber and flames coming out from the top of the door and one can see sparks behind the buttons as well. I just want owners of the same dishwasher be aware of the potential fire hazard. If we weren’t home when it happened, we could have lost our house. Multiple times I have tried to contact both Sears and Whirlpool to file a complaint and to ensure a follow up, but nobody is interested to come and look at the dishwasher to establish what the issue was unless Im willing to pay for it. I dont care about repairing the old one. I just want my dishwasher incident investigated for safety of other consumers.

The machine runs forever. What I mean is even the cycle listed as 1 hour runs for 3 hours. I have also noticed that lately its cleaning ability has diminished. I have to almost wash everything before I put it in. In addition, I have started to put paper towels under it because it been known to leak. My last dishwasher worked really well but it was so old that there were no replacement parts when it needed repair.
