I am very satisfied with this washer I feel like it might have been the best I have had. This brand is very good and very reliable. It had a very good performance and my clothes came out squeaky clean and rinsed. Appearance-wise, it isnt next level appealing but is very eye pleasing for anyone looking for a basic quality. The set matches everything, easy to keep clean and simple but in a good way. This was a great washer and to this day I still use this brand... I would definitely purchase again if I ever need to and would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a good washer and even dryer. The value is great, a great quality price for a very good and useful product. It lasts which is good, doesnt use much electricity and fits a lot so overall saves a lot of money.

Washer thoroughly cleans my clothes. It is an older model and has lasted many years. The clothes dryer has also lasted many years. It still gets hot and dries my clothes quickly. Would buy Kenmore appliances in the future!!

For the price it works great, never had any problems as of yet. Im happy with its performance. My next washer and/or dryer will be the same brand. After all these years I have had this washer and dryer they have never stop working or gave me any problems. This brand is very reliable. The look of them is nothing special. Just plain white with some grey. But the look isnt the reason I bought them. I bought them for reliability. The model I have is on the cheaper end. But even though I bought it cheaply its still one of the best washers I ever have had. Its a great value.

Love my washer and dryer from Kenmore. It is a touch with plenty of cycles and gets my clothes very clean. The dryer is wonderful and has a fluff cycle at the end with is great. Love the spin cycle on the washer. It just about dries the clothes and I also love the fluff cycle at the end too. I got my washer and dryer in the color red which of course I do show everyone.

I owned a Kenmore washer and dryer many many years ago. The first set lasted over 20 years with only a few minor repairs. I was impressed and replaced these with a 2nd set. These lasted less than 10 years. The quality isnt what it used to be. Kenmore is not alone in this as few things are made to last these days. My Kenmore appliances were new over 40 years ago and they were your basic avocado green which by todays standards would be ugly. At the time they were purchased this was very nice. The set I owned so long ago were a great value. I purchased Whirlpool approximately 10-15 years ago because I felt they were a better value.

It does a great job cleaning my clothes. The cycle takes too long, I dont like the stop button (it is easy to break) and its difficult to stop the washer and add an item because the lid locks. Very reliable. I have owned the washer for over four years without any problems. I use the washer several times a week, at different settings. The washer appearance is fine. I was looking for something simple to use and small enough to fit in my laundry closet. There is nothing fancy about this washer but I wasnt looking for anything complicated. I was not planning to buy a washer but my old washer/dryer combination broke down so I was forced to buy new machines. This washer fit well within my budget without sacrificing the features I was looking for.

Kenmore Washing Machine Model # 110.21302013 - From the first week we owned this model, it has not cleaned our clothes as had our previous Maytag machines. This model is only 1 1/2 years old and weve been having problems with it not agitating and/or spinning almost immediately. It makes all the sounds like its doing something, but when you open the door, nothing is happening. Its hit or miss, too. Sometimes, Ill open the door after a cycle to put the wash into the dryer, and everything on the bottom is sopping wet. Ive tried adjusting the clothes thinking it didnt spin because its unbalanced, but even empty it wont spin. Then, two hours later, it might decide to spin. When I emailed Sears, I was sent a generic email response to the effect of, Your washer only has a one year warranty, unless you purchased extended warranty... I hope this information has been helpful. You are important to us so we hope that you will continue to make Sears your first choice for future purchases. Never again!

Had great experience with both washer dryer. Both lasted for over 12 years. Never had them serviced. They always washed my clothes clean. Never had problem with dryer. Until this day they are still in home doing what they do - wash and dry my clothes. Not only do they wash and dry my clothes also wash and dry my mother in laws and her family clothes.

It dries your clothes fast but does NO damage to them. Its quiet when it is running. It lasts a long time. I love it, good brand to buy. It has never gave me any problems for as long as I have owned it and that says a lot to me. You want to buy a good product and I would say this is one. It has a nice sleek modern look to it but I think most washers/dryers look almost about the same so really you cant go wrong with the look of them. You want a product that gives you bang for your buck (a good value) and that also lasts a long time with no problems and that is what I got.

I have found this washer to be more reliable than all of the other washers I have ever owned. Its a bit on the small side and you have to be careful about the load size but its a great investment. Its white. Its a little bulky. It looks just like every other washer on the market. The only real difference is this seems to clean better. The washer is the perfect size for a small apartment like what I live in. You can make it work room wise. This washer is a must. It does the job well and does not take up as much space as other washers tend to. The dryer portion of the set also covers everything you need.

Works like a dryer should. Havent had any problems. Easy to use and a good overall option. It gets clothes dry and isnt complicated. Its reliable and can fit all needed items but could be somewhat small I guess for someone with a larger family. Im only one person so I dont have much of an issue but I think any dryer is kind of compact if youre doing laundry for more than 1 person. Kind of old looking but appearance isnt my top priority in a dryer. If you want something high-tech looking this might not be your option. Fairly simple. Not a big issue though. Is a good value. Dryers are dryers. It gets the clothes dry and it does it simply. Appearance is decent. Value is good too. There are some which are a better value, there are some that are worse.

Ive had my washer and dryer for over three years and have had an overall good experience with this brand. I did experience a problem with the dryer knob and had to replace it but this was at my own fault.

You cannot go wrong with this purchase. Never have had to call for maintenance. Uses minimal detergent and water, easy to use for anybody, even my 12-year-old son. The fronts are easy to read and operate. There are no knobs that you will have to try to turn and it is self-explanatory on how to run these two fantastic machines. They are a little more expensive than what you can find on the market, but when you take into consideration the costs of repair they are worth it in the long run.

I thought I was going to get better performance from the cleaner. It was average. The dryer was ok. But expecting the cleaner to do above average of its function. It did clean the clothes but not in a above average kind of way. It lasted me for few years, except the washer had a problem in the second year of purchasing it. Good thing I had a warranty so the washer was replaced but the hassle of customer service people it was a nightmare but eventually I got a washer. Personally I like newer digital models, and the washers with doors opening from the side but those were too expensive but for my budget and my choice within my budget I was ok with the appearance of the washer and dryer. I wasnt happy with price tag for both washer and dryer, but I needed a washer and a dryer for the house. The price was steep when I purchased it but it seemed really steep when the washer broke down after two years of purchasing it.

I like the ease of turning the washer on to clean my clothing. I like how it has the cleaning functions and how I am able to do a light and deep clean. I also like how the clothes maintain a stronger freshness when using this washer. It is highly effective and works to perfection. I just wish they came in more colors and had more variety. I like all the features this dryer has, especially the extra spin cycle feature. I would recommend noise reduction however, as this dryer is very loud. I loved the Kenmore brand. I have always been a fan of Kenmore washers and dryers and I have many other Kenmore products that work extremely well and that are extremely effective in getting the job done in terms of cleaning my clothing so I purposely chose the Kenmore brand because it had the best design and fit. You want to be able to keep your clothes looking new and not all day every time you wash and dry them. You want to be able to wash and dry your clothes knowing that the machinery is not going to break down any time while youre using them. We have never had to have a service person come up to the house to look at any of our washer dryers that are the Kenmore brand. Its now the year 2016 getting ready to be the 2017. You want top of the line modern appliances that fit with your interior and the modern look of your house. You dont want washer and dryers that look like theyre made in the 1950s. We bought our washer and dryer brand new and even with the payments had them paid off within a year and a half. Very reasonable and didnt even notice the money missing from our banking accounts as the we paid the bills.

Well, it dries clothes faster than any other models I have had. Also very energy efficient. My electric bill has lowered since I purchased this model. I have owned one for about 3 yrs now and I have no problems or had to replace anything. It looks good and matches up well with my washing machine. It has several speeds. Also matches up to any existing appliances you might own. I prefer the front loader instead of the top loader. The style is more attractive. The price you cant beat. For the power you will receive with this dryer, it drys in half the time of your ordinary dryer and will use less energy as well. I would recommend to a family or friend.

The Kenmore washer and dryer set work very well together and does exactly what I need it to do. It washes and dries fast. I dont need specific or special detergent or any nonsense to use these for great fresh clean clothes. I like the simplicity of the washer and dryer and how its not smart or connected. Its easy to use and theres no need for all the whistles and bells. I inherited the washer and the dryer with the house, but they have been excellent appliances and are at least 10-15 years old and still work great. Ive only had to replace the knobs on the top of the dryer but that was about it.

I have had several Kenmore devices and they always long lasting and reliable. Both my washer and dryer lasted for over 15 years with little repairs. The washer cleaned my clothes great and was still working when I replaced with a front loader and new dryer. The pair I have now is great. Purchased in 1999 and they are working great. Ive had a freezer since the 1980s and it is still going strong.

This is a very reliable washer! It washes clothes perfectly and cleans deep stains. Most of the other washers Ive owned, my clothes had to be washed 2-3 before I put it through the dryer. It holds most of my load! I appreciate that because I tend to do my laundry often and I need many clothes to be washed. However if its overloaded then it gets overpowered. Though its not the most appealing look, it doesnt look like complete trash. Its very suitable for an average home. However, if you are richer I would consider getting the newer titles if you want it match the rest of your decked home.

Very quiet, dries quickly and low on wrinkles. Uses less electricity than my previous dryer. Lint trap is easy to put in and out. Easy to read dials. Ending buzzer is loud enough to hear. Very reliable. I have not had one single problem. I would recommend it. Not a bad price but I find many things at Sears can be overpriced. I guess I could have bought a dryer at a lower price but, I live in an area where you cant shop around.

I have purchased Kenmore washers and dryers new as well as used. In my current residence I have both a washer and dryer that are both Kenmore. The dryer was purchased new and the washer was purchased used. I purchased the dryer at Lowes in PA. The price of the dryer was low and it was pretty energy efficient. The washer performs great for being used. It was only $50. The dryer performs all the functions that are needed. I dont like the newer electronic washers for several reasons. First, the cost it too high. Second, the cost of detergent is more as well. Third, I did purchase one and it ended up breaking. I paid a costly repair from a certified repair man and it ended up breaking again. I have also had friends and family members that have had similar experiences with the new electronic washers and dryers. But, mainly the washers.

In June 2010, I purchased a Kenmore front load washer and dryer, model #4027-2900. I understand they were made by LG. I have had nothing but trouble with this washing machine. About six months after I had the washing machine, the rinse water would not spin out and the repairman came out and changed a computer part. Then, I started getting brown streaks all over my clothes. They told me to clean the machine and I told them I did. They have been out several times and cannot give me an answer why this keeps happening. The last man told me to go to the store and get washer cleaner and keep putting it through the cycle until the machine is fully clean. I clean the machine several times a month. I do not get brown streaks on my clothes every wash. I have had Kenmore washers and dryers all my life and I have never had the problems with Kenmore like I have on this machine. The washer and dryer were $850 a piece. I have always bought Sears appliances but I will never buy another Kenmore appliance. This machine has ruined many of my clothes. If you dont catch the stains when the wash is done and you put them in the dryer, the stains are set. I had to throw away many of mine and my husbands clothes. I keep the door open and drain the water from the bottom. I wipe the ring down every time I use the machine. I clean the machine at least twice a month. No matter what I do, the stains still get on my clothes. The repairman said try and only fill the machine half full. I have done all these things and I still get the brown stains. Why get a maintenance agreement when they cant solve my problem?

I was raised in a household of Kenmore appliances. So when I married and started setting up house, it was only natural to get Kenmore appliances. My first washer and dryer were Kenmore. When those quit working, after many years, I got another set of Kenmore washer and dryer. Again I was very happy with them. If they ever needed service, the Sears service people were very good. They made the repair quickly and efficiently. When I went to get my third set of appliances from Sears, I found that the prices had gone up terribly high. I could get the same machines in the Whirlpool brand for about 2/3 of the price. That is what I have now, Whirlpool. Same great product... but less expensive.

I always used a liquid detergent. I never used powders. I always kept the dryer vents cleaned out to prevent fires and to help the dryer be more efficient. Both my washer and dryer lasted more than 15 years. I think the secret is to use liquid detergents and to keep the dryer vent clean especially to the outside. Neither of my appliances had to have any service other than what I just described. Even though I purchased the cheaper or plain models I found that they were easy to keep clean and that their finish held up very well over the fifteen plus years I used them. For the monies I invested and the usage I received for my fifteen years of usage I think I came out very well and not having to spend monies for service or repairs especially speaks to the quality of both machines.

I love my washer and dryer. They work well and hold up well under extreme usage, and they last!! Whether its one load, or ten loads, I know I can count on my washer and dryer to take care of them quickly and efficiently. Doesnt matter how many loads of clothes I have to do, I know I can rely on my washer and dryer to help me get the job done fast and efficiently. Nothing fancy, but fancy isnt what cleans your clothes. They look like a washer and dryer are supposed to look like, top load washer, front load dryer. I know I have more than gotten my moneys worth out of my set, and its still going strong. Believe its gonna last for more years to come. Its the best money I have spent in a long time.

I purchased a new Kenmore Elite Oasis washer and dryer and it has been the worst purchase of my life. The washer always displays LF and I have to re-position the clothes. The bleach stays full in the dispenser. The dryer is defective and always says the lint is full when it is NOT. My check did not bounce, but their product did! I want a refund!!! I will NEVER EVER purchase another Kenmore. They suck!

One of the best washer I came across. It washes good. Gets your clothes clean. I have never had a problem... I would recommended this washer to my family and friends. If this one would ever break down I would buy the same one. It is a very large washer. Fit a lot of clothes in one load and it still washes good and get my clothes sparkling clean... We purchased Kenmore 600s series W&D March 2016. This is the most inefficient large product I ever purchased. Where do I begin. The first thing I did was change my mindset about how a High Efficiency washer operates. I got rid of the old way of thinking with the beloved Kenmore washers & dryers of years ago. Well, there is no comparison. The first problem was low water level and white streaks on dark clothing. I switched from powder detergent to liquid and that fixed the streaking issue. Now, as for water level. My first reaction was, why such a huge tub if it really cannot be used? I used deep fill on occasion and I noticed the rinse cycle repeated itself 3 times before I realized what was happening. No more. I had to manipulate the controls to end that nonsense. The water levels were inconsistent even with same chosen options. I wont mention all the variations but this is what I found works best: I use the Delicates cycle w/ normal Soil. Unfortunately it doesnt spin well so I then use Rinse & Spin option but eliminate two rinses. Ugh! I hate this BS. Dont like that I cant lift the lid while its filling. My friend has the same series and hates it! I heard these have a 10 yr lifespan. I cant wait for mine to kick! Never again... Buh Bye... Kenmore.

Reliable. I have had a Kenmore for over 40 years. When I want to replace my washer/dryer I go to Sears first because I know I will get the top rated products. They have good selection of washer/dryers, their service people are knowledgeable, and I know I am getting a good product.

They came in a house I bought which was 3 years old, so I assume the machines were the same age. I kept the house for 6 more years before selling and the appliances went with the house. In the time I had them, the only problems I had were the centrifugal fabric dispenser needed periodic cleaning as it would develop a heavy coating on it and I did have to replace one heating element in the dryer. Being Kenmore, that was owner serviceable.

When I moved into my house the Kenmore dryer had some years on it. The dryer is still performing well. I would recommend Kenmore products as one of the best out there on the market. It keeps on going drying clothes year after year with no complaints. Kenmore is known for their reliability or to say you get your money worth. It gives the Maytag guy a run for the money. Its yesterdays style and pretty basic in its look. I find it just fine for my taste as long as it gets the job done. Some folks like basic and some like the real high tech. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When its all said and done Kenmore give you a bang for your buck. The builders and engineers were thoughtful in the design and assembly to add value.

I absolutely love it. It works great. I use it a couple of times a day and we havent had any issue with it so far. Some dryers tend to not dry as much when used a lot. Mine is still working great. The Kenmore dryer is also fast and keeps wrinkles out. It makes clothes soft and fluffy. It also doesnt get overheated and make clothes smell burnt. It has plenty of room for the bigger loads. I also loved the price. I couldnt find a better deal. It’s an energy saver, so now I dont have to worry about light bill jumping through the roof. The appearance is very plain and boring though. It needs some color maybe giving the option to choose for a color. That way you can match it up the decor in your home.

Recently purchased a washing machine and dryer of Kenmore. It was the best decision me and my husband made. The washer wasnt the most high-tech washer Ive ever seen, but it does its job. Ive found a lot of newer washers dont last as long but this one has lasted and cleans clothes thoroughly. Traditional white washer. Nothing extra special. It looks like a washer, but it goes with my dryer. It was expensive, but not unreasonable for a washer. It runs well and lasts, so for me it is worth the money. I would buy this washer again but maybe a newer version.

This dryer always returns clothes fully dry as long as you dont overfill it. Lighter settings are excellent for more delicate clothes and all of my elastic clothes have been fine on the lowest setting. I can usually fit everything I need in one load. Works well for single large items like comforters in a pinch (when I cant get to a laundromat). Easier if you dont do a load of all bulky items. It doesnt take up too much space in my garage and its appearance is fine. Plain white isnt my preference but this was on sale, and its decent-looking as far as basic dryers come. I got this item on sale so Id say the value is very good for the price I got it at. Dries my clothes fine. Doesnt ruin anything as long as you pick the right level before running it.

My dryer worked fine until the seal started to mold badly and we had to replace it after only 2 years. I have no idea how a dryer could mold but ours did. Please if you want a long lasting dryer dont buy this one. I could fit all my clothes but I normally had to do two or three rounds of drying before towels and sheets dried. All the regular clothing items did dry but some things would shrink if the setting changed drastically. Very nice to look at. It was a bit larger than expected but we fit it in right next to the washer. The front opening was very useful to look at the clothes inside. Probably not worth very much in my opinion. My friend has a different version and hers breaks down quite a lot. Probably not the best to buy if you want a good dryer.

This dryer had a large enough drum to hold large loads. Consistently dries clothes very well considering the size of loads. Very simple to use and at a good price. Very good machine. Installs simply. Have had no problems the entire life of the machine. Never had It break down and have any issues. Very reliable. I bought this dryer in a traditional white color, Standard color and thats what I prefer over a color or stainless steel. Looks very up to date, stylish and still be simple. This brand and style of appliance is a very good value. One of the best prices in its category. Others you pay a lot for the brand name. On this you pay for the performance.

I received my washer and dryer last year and I love everything about them. Drying time is quick, washing is a breeze. I love these products and I would recommend to family and friends. My washer and dryer are very reliable, I have no complaints about either of them. The dryer dries perfectly and the washer washes beautifully. My washer and dryer are both white, the knobs are at the top on the washer, the dryer is a front loading machine. They complement my laundry room very well, and I love these products. It was a great purchase. The perceived value is 600 for the pair, it was a good deal for the pair and I havent had any complaints about them. Its a great value for the money. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase these items.

It performs very well with even an air dry cycle. It dries the clothes at a very good time frame expected. I can expect my dryer to fit all my drying needs. I can choose from very hot for items such as towels, or permanent press or no wrinkle dry for shirts, etc. The appearance of my dryer is solid white with front loading compartment. It stands the normal size as all dryers basically. Its color reflects a average color of a dryer. My value of the dryer was an satisfactory amount. I cant recall exactly since its been a few years, but I believe it was like 300.00 or around that figure.

I really love the washer and dryer. They are truly high-capacity, which is a great feature for families, and they are very energy-efficient. The control panels are fairly straightforward, so selecting the cycle/features I need is pretty easy for such high-end modern machines. The washer could be easier to clean, however-- the sealing gasket is always dirty and holds little bits of stagnant water unless I am diligent about wiping it clean after every cycle, which is more maintenance that I think a washing machine should really require. The dryer I have no complaints about.

This is my first experience with the front loading washing machine and dryer, but its definitely not looking good for them. I just brought my girlfriends washer and dryer home from her kids place and the washing machine needed to be looked at. After going through everything it ended up being the piece on the back of the drum (The spider gear) That attaches it to the bearing had completely rotted off. The piece is made of a cast iron material attached to the chrome drum. I just wish I could post some pics here of the condition of this piece, it was brought home to replace the old stuff I have. Anyway that is my warning/rant. I would not recommend the Kenmore AST 2 to anyone.

Weve had them for a long time and the dryer is starting to wear out. I mean its fine I guess but its so annoying at this time so who even really knows. SIIIGH. Anyway. I will tryyy to fix you.

Durable, reliable, efficient, love to use these. My washer washes really well and my dryer is phenomenal. I have had them for 3 years and are still going strong. I would recommend Kenmore to everyone. I am pleased so much by this brand.

I have never had a problem. I load the clothes in, add laundry products, walk away and come back to very clean clothes. I never worry if my washer or matching dryer will do their jobs. Highly recommend to others. My washer holds large loads and gets them clean. This saves me time, money and on laundry products. But if you have a small load or delicate the washer is able to handle it as well. A sleek modern design you would be happy to own. Even though I choose classic white there are other color options available. It will make your laundry room look great and you may even look toward to doing laundry. For what you receive a stylish dependable washer and dryer its a very reasonable price. Especially when you consider it will last you for years to come.

We have had both our washer and dryer for over 10 years. They are worry-free appliances with consistent high performance. I would definitely recommend Kenmore products. Very reliable. Able to wash and dry a large volume of clothes at one time. Attractive looking and hard working. The appliance size fits in nicely in our laundry area. They are also very easy to use and pretty quiet to use. Both the washer and dryer were very affordable and I would not hesitate to purchase a Kenmore product in the future. We have had no service issues ever aside from ordering replacement pieces. The appliances are over 10 years old and are used constantly!

A few years ago we purchased a washer and dryer (front -load) for condo living from Sears. Fortunately, before the warranty had expired (1 year) the dryer stopped working and it was replaced. Not pleased with the situation but it happens. At the time of purchase we opted for warranty on both the items but as time passed the cost of the warranty kept increasing and it was decided that we should discontinue the warranty as it was becoming very costly. Not long after the decision was made the washer stopped working. It was not within our budget to replace these costly items and thus I had no other choice but to use public laundry (not hygienic) - therefore we never purchase Kenmore products again! Given the inconvenience that I and my family have had to go through I feel that I should be compensated for this?!

The washer and dryer were priced well. I have saved money on water bills and electric. They work efficiently. I trust the Kenmore brand over the competition.

It dries clothes pretty fast which is nice. It is fairly quiet compared to most other dryers like Maytag and Whirlpool. It gets the job done. It is a fairly reliable dryer, and have had no issues so far. The lint trap does its job very well which makes the drying process happen quicker. Im not too worried about how it appears because it just sits in the garage. If it were inside the house then it would appear okay with the other things I own. I got it on sale which was nice. It makes a big difference when there are good promotions for things like this. I dont think I would have purchased it if it wasnt on sale.

Just works great. Load after load the washer gets my clothes cleaned. Just doesnt seem to wear and tear like others. It will eventually wear and tear but I feel this will last me the value I paid for it. My clothes are getting clean the same way as my very first load. Kenmore has reliability in its name and it shows in their products namely the washer. I feel Im gonna wash at least 1 million loads and each one will be like 1st wash. I am the type to enjoy fashion and this washer just doesnt have a sleek look. I know that people dont want to look at my washer and dryer but if it has a sleek, personal look, I would gladly show it off. I paid about $600 and it is well worth it.

Kenmore washers and dryers exceeded my initial expectations lasting over twenty years! I have gotten my money’s worth with those purchases! However, I have found over the years of being a homemaker that purchasing one of their refrigerators is a totally different circumstance entirely and my main complaint is that their refrigerators should last longer than they do. Over the years I have bought two. The first house I bought the previous owners left theirs for me. Never got many years out of one and that in itself is very, very disappointing. Prices on the refrigerators were way too high. But what is even worse is the interest rate using the store’s credit card charges. I was in a bind as my older refrigerator broke unexpectedly after ten years. I am a senior citizen living on social security so this became a more difficult situation then for most! I did not like that there was no senior citizen discount offered and when all was said and done, it cost much more than I think the true value should have been! But I liked that opening the refrigerator was easy as believe it or not, some I find really need a good tug on the door and usually when an appliance is like that, it takes me a few good tries to pull a door open on it. I am not the weakest person but does someone need to be the strongest one in town to do that simple action with ease? And being a senior citizen, I cannot tell you how much that factor was and is so very much appreciated by me! It was quiet and performed well, has nice space inside for food storage and had the color I wanted to match other appliances in my kitchen. I am hoping my refrigerator serves me well!

Work great. Best brand. We have this set about 10 year. We love this brand and will buy another set broke. We let our friends know about Kenmore. They love it too. This is our second set washer and dryer and fridge and freezer too.

I have had this Kenmore gas (Whirlpool) dryer since 1986! 3 years ago I had to replace the motor, so along with that I replaced the drum belt, rollers and igniter. Parts are readily available and being handy I did all the work. People seem to discard large appliances without even seeing if they can be repaired.

Dryer performance is excellent - I had to replace a timer within a year of purchase but once replaced no other issues. Dryer heats as expected and is perfect size. Dryer is very reliable. I have different cycles for heat so I dont have to worry about shrinking the items I put in there. Dries clothes fast on the hottest cycle. My dryer is a basic white dryer with a dial and push button. The dial has good details on each cycle. You can put your delicate in there or a pair of jeans. Dryer is very good value. Bought for less than $400.00 at the time of purchase and cant complain. It does exactly what I would expect it to do.

We have had trouble with the Kenmore dryer since we purchased it. We complain to Sears and they take up to a month to send a serviceman. They charge for a service call. 3 year old washer and dryer. The dryer has had a problem with an ordered part for 46 days and still no response. Dryer unusable. Now the washer stops in mid-cycle and has to be restarted. I would not give Kenmore even 1 star of satisfaction. I would never purchase another product from Sears of any kind and of any type due to their poor attitude on service. I cant see them in business much longer. They alienate all their customers.

The washer and dryer are very reliable, warranty is awesome. The features are great! Never had an issue and I have owned them for a couple years now. Still going strong. I would recommend this brand to anyone.

I have had it for almost five years and so far they have worked pretty well. I have not had any trouble with either one of them in last five years. The reliability is very good in the way it washes the clothes. For one year I had a warranty on this particular washer. The appearance is fine. It looks good where it is at in the kitchen. It is also functional for everyday use. I live in a small place. The size of the washer and dryer just fit into the space. I use to go to the laundromat. I would spend fifteen to twenty dollars at the laundromat. I think that the washer and dryer paid for itself in the long run including gas mileage.

No agitator; it’s water saver; therefore, clothes come out looking dingy and spotted. The dryer has never worked on the “hot” cycle. I have to do 2 cycles to have the clothes coming out of the dryer looking “dry”.

It came with a great warranty and a service report, which made me feel at ease. I liked how it dried the clothes and didnt make it pill a lot. The design was sleek, shiny, and wonderful. It caught my eyes because of its size and design, making my decision easy in terms of picking this first. I paid a good price for it, and I was surprised at how low it was. Everyone elses dryer was so expensive but this was really good and I was impressed.

I bought Kenmore washer and dryer in 07. I had to have washer repaired 4 or 5 times. The repairpersons always say they have to replace the board. Todays repairman had to get instructions from someone on the phone in order to complete the task. I am washing now and it is making the same sound it did before repair was done. It sounds like a German tank. I am sure I will have further problems. My Kenmore dryer makes a very loud whining noise. I have used Kenmore washers and dryers for 40 years. This is the first time I have had these kinds of problems.

It dissolve detergents fully and dont leave any deposit of laundry detergents. I have an washer that is loaded on top. Its white and takes very little to keep it clean. Very little to clean the insides of the washer and leave a good looking machine outside and inside. Kenmore is a leader in laundry machines. There is an automatic value when a Kenmore product is bought. These are well built machines and they have a good endurance rep.

Bought a new very expensive Kenmore Elite washer and dryer. Excited, consumer reports said great washer, good buy. Absolutely wrong! Clothes are not clean. Wash a load of socks, put in dryer, open dryer, smell dirty socks. Nasty! Wash underwear, same thing when dry, smell like dirty underwear. Nasty! Nasty! Stains do not come out of clothes; dry spots on parts of clothes where they never got wet during wash cycle; clothes come out so wrinkled on heavy duty and normal cycle, the dryer nor an iron can get the wrinkles out, have to wash on hand wash cycle. Towels smell of mildew after one days use. This means they were never got clean in wash cycle. Have to completely fill detergent container with detergent to get even a small load clean. In order to get enough water in the machine, I have to soak the clothes in a bucket and trick the machine so it thinks there are a lot more clothes than there are so it will fill with water. I dont dare leave a load of washed clothes in the washer because they will mildew. Called Sears to complain and ask what could do, Salesman said those machines dont work! Warranty expired. Sell it to someone else at a loss and get a different model. Thats what I did. A doctor and his family bought same model. Saw them at a soccer game! Every one of them smelled of mildewed clothes. I knew exactly what had happened. I was embarrassed for them. I am so frustrated I am at a loss. Sears wont stand behind their product, are rude and basically say it is not their problem. We need a class action attorney! Every one of us needs to join in that lawsuit. I paid almost $2,000 for my washer and dryer and I havent told you about the dryer yet.

I loved the Kenmore brand. I have always been a fan of Kenmore washers and dryers and I have many other Kenmore products that work extremely well and that are extremely effective in getting the job done in terms of cleaning my clothing so I purposely chose the Kenmore brand because it had the best design and fit. I like the design of the refrigerator, how it looks, its nice shape, as well as all of the unique features it has. I also like how the refrigerator cools food and how effective it is at keeping things fresh as well. I like everything about the refrigerator. It is a good refrigerator.

We purchased this set (Washer Model #417.41122410 & Dryer Model #417.81122310) from Sears only about 3.5 years ago. Im not going to fault Sears for these, but the models themselves. Only after a year did the seals from the washer and dryer start failing. Everytime I wash, door slightly pops open and water leaks down the front. The dryer door pop open periodically after cycle starts. I dont fully load either of these machines and this still happens. The dryer interior light keeps going out. Ive replaced it twice already and its out again currently. Its not very easy to get in there to replace as well. We had a basic Kenmore top loader washer and matching dryer set for 12 years in our old house, and I wouldnt be surprised if they were still working! So disappointed, especially since these are our first front loading machines weve used. I will make sure I read all reviews before our next washer/dryer set.

I have had this dryer for 8 years, we have moved it 3 times and only had a repairman out once and he replaced a belt and cleaned out the lint trap and showed us how to clean out around the vent and the vent hose. He said to take the back off of the dryer once every year or two and take a vacuum and suck out all of the back so it doesnt get clogged up again and overheat the dryer.

They were both extremely reliable. They were both spacious. I could do all my clothes in one afternoon. Ive never had a problem with them breaking down. I expect them to last for at least 5 more years. I believe this to last for many more years. The reliability of Kenmore is astounding. I had a good experience with my Kenmore appliance. It worked well and most importantly lasted for 6 years. I did not have to have it serviced at any point during that time. I replaced it because I wanted a front loaded washing machine and dryer.

I have owned and used my Kenmore washer dryer made by Whirlpool since I purchased it new in 2007. These are the front load units and came in pretty colors. Mine is blue. The dryer is gas. I have had zero problems and zero complaints. They are still going strong 10 years later and have provided us, a young family of 4, with dependable service. I would buy another Kenmore/Whirlpool in a heartbeat. Too bad I cant buy more 2007 models in new condition. Knock on wood for another 10 years of dependable service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I bought a Kenmore washer and dryer in August 2013, and was told I would never have problems. The washer doesnt clean anything and always smells. The dyer collects fluff and dust, a fire hazard under the filter. You need to vacuum the area when you remove the filter or the dryer fluff accumulates. So my washing machine is 1 year and one month and has totally died. There is nothing to do but spend more money. I have no more money. My previous washer and dryer lasted 20 years, with 3 kids. I hate Kenmore and will never buy anything from Sears ever again. This should not happen.

I love this washer... great warranty and long lasting product. I have had mine for a few years and never had any problem with either even the paint holds up to many uses and loads. I like the appearance... its compact but yet big enough for large and extra large family laundry loads. Easy to read controls and a very hard and sturdy paint finish. After a lot of physical in-store research and online searches the was the best price around for this great washer and dryer combo. With the great warranty its even a better value.

Price was good, has a large tub so will hold a large load. Dries very well, no need for the restart on large loads to make sure all is dry. My electric bill went down once I got this dryer. Runs very quiet. Good airflow, does not heat up the laundry room.

It was very efficient. It only took once to dry one load. I only had to clean it every two weeks. It was also very energy saving. It was twice as big as the first washer I had. It also saved energy and cut my light bill down. It was very space saving. It only took up half the room my first dryer did. The door was strategically placed so that it didnt take up much room when opened. The dryer itself was $250, reasonable for what you got. The shipping and handling fee was $89, a little high, but worth it. Overall a very good deal.

Purchased a pair of washer and dryer that was on the lower cost level and within three years, both had stop working to the point that it made repair fiscally illogical. The motor went out on the washer, and drum bearing and surround seal went out as well as the element shorted.

I have a family of 5 so I used them daily. The washer broke a belt and was very loud at times. I can not remember all the repairs but I had at least 7 calls for repairs over 10 days. I bought the basic model with no frills. The washer and dryer are both white and easy to keep clean. They look very good in my utility room next to each other. I purchased the base model with no special options. I have been very happy with the washer and dryer, and with the price I had to pay for them. I used the washer and dryer daily, and they were dependable.

The washer washed very well and was quiet. The dryer dries very well. I could dry large load in less than 30 minute. The washer is large enough too to wash what would normally be one and a half loads. I never had issues with either my washer or dryer. I have 3 teenagers who use the appliances also, and they pack it full but it also still work awesome. My washer is the common top fill and my dryer normal front fill. I do like that they are a little larger than the old school ones. The knob are easy to understand and push. I really paid a lot more than I would have if I bought it from Home Depot or Lowes. I bought it from rent a center but I appreciate them financing me so I guess it was economical.

I find the looks of the washer quite appealing, of course its just a standard white washer, sitting in my laundry room, but I do like its looks. My wash has never looked cleaner since I got this washer. I love the washer, works great, clothing is cleaner, very little noise. It is a HE dryer, but the detergent is very easy to find. I find the value very good. Before buying the washer we priced many different brands. But felt this was the best washer with the best price. It gave us the best bang for our buck! I have had the washer over two years. I do a lot of laundry and so far it has never failed me. Works as good today as the first day I got it.

My first washer/dryer set was a Kenmore. They lasted me 28+ years before the washer died. I bought a new Kenmore Elite set that has a large enough capacity for all types of bedding, mattress covers, quilts, etc. It uses HE soap, doesnt require much. Takes longer to wash, but saves on water. I was told that washers lasting anywhere near what the older ones did are a thing of the past. The new ones, if youre lucky, will last 8 years. Mine is currently 2.5 years old, so Ill have to wait and see. Definitely would recommend Kenmore.

It gets the clothes dry in one cycle and it has many settings to fit my various clothes drying needs. Overall it is better than the other dryer I had. It is very reliable. I can set it to dry and then I wont have to keep restarting it. The clothes get dry when I open it up and the timer goes off. It is very sleek and looks like a regular dryer. It is nothing fancy but looks nice and tidy and clean and is not an eyesore. Nothing more to say about that. I would say it was an average price. Not that much more expensive or cheaper than any other dryer that I have seen out there. It was not a major financial setback to buy it.

For the size and price it is the ideal dryer for one or two people in a household. It is a product I would recommend to anyone.
