It gets the job done. It does a good job cleaning the dishes and also drying them. There usually is not a spot left on the dishes or glasses. The size of the dishwasher is appropriate. It fits enough dishes, glasses, and silverware. I cannot complain about the size. It also fits nicely in the area that we have it in the kitchen. The appearance of the dishwasher is nice. It is made nice and it is sturdy. I cannot complain about the appearance. The dirt also comes off nicely when you clean it. The value of the dishwasher was nice. I think the price that I paid was a fair price especially for what the dishwasher does. I cannot complain about the price that I paid.

Sometimes I have to prewash some dishes depending on what kind of food was on them. The dishwasher works better with nonsticky dishes. The size is about average. Its not very big but I can fit a good-sized load in it. Its the right size for my kitchen. I like the size. Its white so it matches my other appliances in the kitchen. I didnt choose to buy the Kenmore dishwasher, it came with the condo that I purchased. The best feature I really liked about it was the fact that I didnt have to wash the dishes. I never had a problem with the dishwasher and it was very quiet. However, there were times with the dishwasher where I had to run the dishwasher twice in order to get my dishes clean. Also, sometimes the dishwasher would leave water spots. But I believe the Kenmore has met my expectations of keeping my dishes clean. Very nice equipment.

It always cleaned my dishes well without much re-cleaning items. It was good for sanitizing also and I was happy with the results. I would like a more powerful scrubbing action for my pots and pans. The size was perfect for me, I could add dishes for a few days and wash all at once without wasting detergent or my time. It was perfect for small loads as well that I wanted cleaned quickly. High speed gets my dishes clean the way I expect them to be. You wont find many dishwashers can do what Kenmore can. I dont like washing dishes so lol. I loved it. Easy to use. Gave me so much extra time since I didnt have to wash all the dishes by hand. Loved it so much for real.Trust me. Perfect size. Two shelfs top and bottom. One for bowls and cups and the other for like pots, pans and plates and a little spot for all your forks, spoon and knifes. Everything fit in. It looked nice. I had no problem with it. I liked how it came in black. It matched everything else in my kitchen which made me one very happy camper but yea it looks good. I have a better model now but this one still did wonders. This dishwasher is good; however, the dishes need to be pre-washed because they dont come clean if they have a lot of food still on them. It fits some of my dirty dishes but for a regular size family that eats meals at a home, the dishwasher needs to be a little larger. It is plain white which blends in with everything well and has a nice look and feel to the buttons, though I wish it looked a little more professional. Its mid-level and needs to be a little bit less; however, for the cost, it is a decent dishwasher that does get the dishes clean and does its job.

It cleaned OK at beginning for a few months then the heating element quit working and also after awhile didnt clean well. We were disappointed in it. It fit my needs as far as size very much. I really like the inside the way it was setup. I could get a days worth of dishes in it very easily. I really wished it cleaned better. This worked well when we first got it. Stopped working not even a year later. The heating element went up in it!!! Wouldnt recommend this brand. This works well for a small family. I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher model #665.13963K014 which I purchased new in 2011 alongside a Kenmore Elite refrigerator which has failed 3x in 4 years. However, this dishwasher is EXCELLENT. No troubles, everything comes out clean virtually every time (unless I load something wrong, usually). My wife and I love it. It is so quiet that you cannot hear it in the next room and you could even miss hearing it in the kitchen if you didnt listen for it. Wonderful! I dont know who makes this for Sears, but it is a quality appliance in my opinion.

Its simple to operate and it saves on energy and cleans efficiently and is durable... There is little to no mess after you take your dishes out and it also is efficient with the use of cleaning agents. It doesnt make my kitchen look cluttered and also all of the wires and tubes for the water are hidden out of sight to make for a more safe area without having to worry about tipping over anything. The appearance of it I think has a very modern and sheen look... I chose it because it pretty much matches my other appliances... I would definitely recommend this product to others. I think I got a great value for the money I paid for it. There are many expensive brands as well as the one I have but its well worth the money.

Cleans dishes pretty good but still need Jet Dry as an added helper. The silverware rack can be moved but I do not feel like the silverware gets cleaned as good as it should same with the glasses on the top rack. Dishwasher is average size for a portable. It is a solid black polish with the butcher block top. The top piece that spins to wash the upper dishes needs some better improvements to clean the dishes better and the silverware rack also needs some improving since it seems like the silverware always has a couple pieces that get missed in the wash cycle.

In ten years weve never had a issue. We bought our Sears Kenmore dishwasher about 10 years ago and we also purchased and have maintained the extended warranty. We take advantage of the annual maintenance visit from Sears and to this day, weve never had a single complaint or issue with the machine. It still works like new. It is large capacity interior, which will take care of a large amount of dishes, silverware, glasses and pots and pans. The door is easy to open and controls are in a handy location. My Kenmore Dishwasher has a white exterior with silver trim around the top. It matches other kitchen appliances that I have. Everything is well-coordinated which gives good decor. I dont remember just how much I paid for the Kenmore Dishwasher but it was priced right. I purchased at Sears and got financing which made it nice.

I use the dishwasher daily and find it to perform very well. I load it and turn it on at night to have perfectly clean dishes the next day. The size is the average of any full size dishwasher. But being a family of 6 and as the primary cook in the house, we go through a lot of dishes in one meal and we have to do a minimum of 2 loads per meal to clean all of our dishes so I would improve on how much you can load in the dishwasher and make the top rack a little more sturdy so it can hold a little bit more weight to it.

Purchased a Kenmore Elite 14742N513 dishwasher a month ago. Our 22 yr old Kenmore started leaking so we replaced. 3 weeks now from purchase and 3 service visits later plus a part replacement, still no decent wash - soap remained at the bottom of the tub, residue on dishes and it did not even dry the load! What a waste of time! Luckily, we purchased a service warranty from Sears and well be able to ask for a replacement... see how that goes.

When I initially started the remodel of my kitchen, I wanted non-generic appliances that looked good and were energy efficient. Its high efficiency feature is why I purchased the dishwasher. I also wanted silver or black, so this is the model I ended up with. Its extremely loud during all cycles. The drain on it breaks every other time I used it and it only works without problems half of the time. That said, I dont use it often as I travel frequently, so Im not terribly concerned. Kenmore was recommended by my condo building maintenance guy. He installed it without giving me other options. I would have gone with a different model, but its good enough for me until I sell my condo.

I have always grown up with Kenmore appliances. My parents used them without any trouble and Ive used them without any trouble. I have used dishwashers and several smaller appliances. When there was an issue their warranty took care of everything. I like that my is fridge stainless steel, side by side, charcoal filter, and good size for me to store my groceries. I also like the controls on the front of the refrigerator. It is easy to clean and put back together.

It cleaned well enough but dishes were never dry coming out and it smelled musty. I think dishwashers use more water than necessary and it is faster to wash by hand. Not large enough to wash everything form a large meal or if having company over. Okay for the day to day dinners prepared at home. Had to be careful with plastic and rubber utensils as if they ended up too close to the bottom they would melt. I did not like the vents on the front of the dishwasher. Would have looked better if the vent would have been placed somewhere more visually pleasing. I was not fond of the white either. Little hands and white equals dirty! Worked well when I did not want to do dishes by hand but after awhile I just did them by hand to save water, electricity and not hassle with pre-rinsing the dishes before they got washed.

For being a mediocre dishwasher the value was good. It came with my apartment so I cant complain and as long as I did regular maintenance, it worked. It washed the dishes but only mediocrely. It would constantly leave spots on the glass and leftover food on my dishes so it needed constant maintenance. Also, it was smaller than I needed. I like to make casseroles but I would have trouble fitting both my casserole dish and regular dishes together. However, I like the sleek design and it fit well with the decor of my kitchen. It had a very modern feel and it was easy to maintain the appearance.

Didnt clean the best but it cleaned. Sadly it was a good washer for glasses but it didnt do well on the plastic. It was a reasonable price and did a great job for the price. The dishwasher I had was very good and clean the dishes very good without having to wash the dishes first. It left quite a shine on the dishes when using a liquid washer. It was 36 in by 48 in high with wheels so that I could roll it around. It very Durable and lightweight. The kitchen was very small but got the job done. It was very light - maybe a white or a off white in color but very good looking dishwasher that I would recommended to family or friends. I know they would like it. It was very rate highly by myself and other that visit my house. The price was very reasonable and very well adjusted. The price was very low and I like that.

My Kenmore dishwasher has done an excellent job cleaning dishes but was a little louder than I anticipated. Im not talking about having to shout over it. Just a little loud motor. I have the 24 inch built-in dishwasher. Sharp looking exterior. Enough room inside for my dishes, mixing bowls, and pots. Enamel colored slots have typical separations. Sharp looking exterior. As mine is a built in, I only see the front of the dishwasher but am quite impressed. Purchased mine in white. Appears to be easily wiped clean. I felt as if I received great value for the money. I have had a very positive experience so my opinion may be a bit biased. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

I have been very happy with this dishwasher. I have had it for approximately 10 years and it’s still going strong! Cleans well and runs quietly. My only complaint would be the length of a run cycle. However, I think it is average for a energy efficient dishwasher.

DO NOT BUY KENMORE DISHWASHERS. Ours (Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher) quit working after 20 months of use. We did not buy the extended warranty because we thought it should last at least 5 years before anything would break. Wrong. I have called the customer care phone numbers several times. Did not get anyone that speaks fluent English. Very frustrating. And they keep forwarding you to a different area.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I found out had we bought the 5 year warranty it would only cover the services call(s) 100%. Had you needed new parts for you appliance you would get $25% off of the part but you the customer would have to pay 75%. Our particular part that is bad costs $156 plus tax and shipping so we still would of ended up paying like $140 dollars to maybe get it up and running again. Sears stores are closing but they still plan to sell Kenmore online so do not make the same mistake we did. Enough said.

The performance is great. It has different settings so you can wash longer or shorter time periods and my dishes come out clean, thats the most important thing. I like the size of our dishwasher. It is big enough for a pretty big load of dishes but its compact enough to fit in an average kitchen space. I do like the appearance of our dishwasher. It works well on dishes and glass - virtually no streaking. Does an inadequate job on pots and pans, best to do these by hand. Fairly quiet and has never leaked. At most we were a family of four and the dishwasher was of sufficient size to only require dishwashing once or twice a week. It is a standard size, nothing special. It is a nice looking dishwasher. It is very easy to maintain. I have never scratched it nor has it ever chipped. The holders inside are brittle and a few have broken. We got it on sale years ago. It was a good value and years of satisfactory service support this assertion.

The dishwasher is relatively speaking very quiet and does an above average job of cleaning every pot, pan, and utensil you place on its racks. There are no obvious overlooked stains that were missed or not thoroughly cleaned by the dishwasher. So far there hasnt been a need to call for any repairs and hopefully, it will continue to perform reliably because it is well past the warranty period and I didnt purchase an extended warranty policy. It was the perfect size to fit in the pre-cut area under our kitchen counter when we got it to replace an old dishwasher. It can accommodate large pots and pans with removable utensil baskets. Spray is adequate to reach cups and small containers loaded on the top tray.It still looks the same as when we got it so I guess thats a good thing because its not falling apart. Fortunately, my other appliances are not stainless steel so it matches the kitchen decor perfectly. When we were shopping for a new dishwasher, my wife was very adamant about not spending more than a few hundred dollars for only a dishwasher so we were very happy that the price of this model fit our budget perfectly.

The Kenmore Dishwasher was worth the cost. The people at the store were very helpful when talking through which one to get for our house. It was an easy hook up, runs well, with very little noise which is nice. I have little ones in the home that take naps. It was also a nice size and it fits well in area we placed it and does the dishes pretty well, though you will need to rinse dishes before you place them in the washer. Its a nice color and cleans well with little effort. Need to make sure you do monthly cleaning of the inside to keep it running well.

The microprocessor control becomes confused at times because some buttons emulate several features. That causes the dishwasher microprocessor to scramble at times. Very frustrating having to wait for it to internally reset! Not enough buttons to properly control the dishwasher features.

Its really good, runs very well, cleans all my dishes. Never really had any problems or any time where the dishes were not clean otherwise everything has been pretty good about it. I am able to fit a lot of dishes in it, but I also dont want to overfill it because then Im afraid some of the dishes wont come out clean. Fits nicely in my kitchen and matches the rest of my stuff in the kitchen. Its really nice. It has stainless steel, makes some music noise when the wash is done with the dishes. It performs very well. Makes life real easy. Stops the wife from **. Very satisfied overall. Easy to fill. Dishes come clean the first time. Its convenient. Fits right under my counter. Makes it so easy to load. Less stress on the back. For me its the perfect size. My dishwasher is white, and blends well with my kitchen, and since my formica counters are white, it looks like it belongs there. I have had my dishwasher about a year now. Works as good as when I first got it. Easy to maintain. In the long run well worth every penny I spent on it.

Make and model not accessible to me at this time. I never have to rewash with this dishwasher. If anything comes out unclean, its usually my husbands fault. We bought it used about 2 years ago. It works like a new dishwasher. We love it.

It has 3 different wash settings. Heavy, normal, or 1 hour. Its quiet. The heated dry dries the dishes pretty well, better than other dishwashers that Ive used with a heated dry setting in the past. I dislike that sometimes it doesnt clean even the smallest stains. When I take dishes out the dishwasher a lot of the time some of the dishes still come out with stains or tiny bits of food particles that I didnt see when I rinsed them off before I put them into the dishwasher. But it meets most of my expectations. Its not the best dishwasher that Ive ever owned but its also not the worst dishwasher that Ive ever owned either, about a 6 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

This dishwasher was already in a home I bought and when I saw it was a Kenmore I was skeptical. Much to my surprise, its the best dishwasher Ive ever had and Im 64 years old. It has 5 cycles and 5 options but the normal wash with heat dry is all Ive ever needed. It gets everything sparkling clean. The interior is stainless which I had never had before but its easy to wipe clean. The outside is sleek and unobtrusive. The controls are easy to see. Its practically silent. I only hear it for a minute or so as it cycles through.

Having a family of 5 and cooking 3 meals a day, I needed a dishwasher like this. We live in the country and are on a well, so conserving water in the summer time when rain is minimal is a must in our house. This dishwasher gets the job done, and saves us time and money. Easily have enough space to put all my dishes from a meal, pots and pans, and all the glasses from the day in this thing. I needed a dishwasher that I could easily fit all my dishes from dinner in, and get them all done in one load, and this dishwasher gets the job done. It is sleek and high tech looking. It is defines my kitchen and makes it look well put together.I love the stainless steel front. It is easy to clean or wipe off. It is a head turner when my friends or family come over. I would have to say, if you are looking for quality and efficiency at the same time, this one is going to be the best bang for your buck. It was not the cheapest model we could have went with, but it saves more money being an HE dishwasher and is well worth the extra dollars spent.

Kenmore Dishwasher is a great size. I have a family of five and I always have enough room. I put the pots and plates on the bottom, and the cups and bowls on the top. I dont even have to rinse dishes off before putting in. They come out sparkling every time and it makes doing dishes so much easier. I love the appearance. It is stainless steel just like all the other appliances in my kitchen. And, the price is so worth every penny! You could get a cheaper dishwasher but that is exactly what it will be. Along with cheaper price you will get poor quality and problems. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to everyone.

Kenmore Dishwasher has a nice size. It fits an overflowing sink full of dishes with plenty of room for my larger pots and pans as well. It is easy to load and unload. It is cute. It collects a lot of dust and other particles from my four-year old daughter but nothing a little bleach cannot clean up. Otherwise it is very nice. You cannot beat the price for the performance you get. It is very affordable and gets the job done right the first time. No rewashing dishes over and over and no spots. Works great, cant beat that for sure. Kids can use it easily as well. No hassles, no fuss, just clean dishes every day!

This dishwasher is very good. It was not too pricey, to begin with. It never breaks and has never been broken so no maintenance has been required. It leaves the dishes very clean. It also does not make too much noise and does not take a long time for each cycle like other dishwasher machines. It fits perfectly in the designated area and the inside is very spacious and has special places for each type of dish. Its appearance is elegant, simple, clean and looks like new even after owning it for a few years.

I previously had a Maytag which stopped working immediately after the warranty expired. When attempting to have it repaired, I was shocked to discover that the repair would cost more than purchasing another dishwasher. Thats when I purchased a Kenmore. The performance is very good. It cleans the dishes without spots or residue left over. The machine works well and we havent had any problems. The size is adequate. We can wash all of our dishes. Sometimes the tray for the silverware isnt enough but we have four kids who like to use spoons and forks. The appearance is nice. It flows with the rest of the kitchen. Looks modern and fits nicely into our kitchen cabinets. Doesnt look as if it is going to break. It is worth the money we paid. There are higher priced models but this one does the job and is affordable. It has also lasted so it has value in its longevity.

Ive always trusted Kenmore. The products last very long and are really strong. This product meets my expectation by far. Its well worth it. Its looks very sleek and sharp. The space is very good. The buttons and way its made is very easy to use and smooth to load and unload. It is very quiet and fast, dries my dishes very well and goes good with the rest of my kitchen. Self wash is great. Very easy to put dish detergent in. Kenmore is the best and its cheap to use. The price was a little expensive, but definitely worth its value. However, it would be better to try to make it a little taller. Make it have a window to watch the cleaning action.

The Kenmore dishwasher works great, it gets off even stuck on food that I thought would be dried on. I bought a rinse aid for the dishwasher because my water is hard and it left spots but it left no spots after that and even the harder things to clean with the little crevices and grooves came out clean. It has a few different settings to help meet the exact needs of the dishes you are washing in each load. I have a family of 5 and we do two loads a day and can fit everything into the dishwasher (since the kids hate hand washing). I am able to fit several cups, bowls and larger utensils on the top rack and then the silverware, plates and larger items on the bottom rack without issue. When Im not looking the kids even sneak pots into the dishwasher with the dinner dishes without incident. This dishwasher looks nice in the kitchen and matches well with my other appliances. It has a sleek look and doesnt seem to hold smears and fingerprints like some other appliances that Ive had in the past. This dishwasher also has stood the test of time in my kitchen and gets used more than daily. For the price it was a great investment in not hearing the kids whine about having to hand wash the dishes. I believe this was a great purchase and would do it again.

Our landlord bought a Kenmore dishwasher brand new and it didnt work. The spinning blade on the bottom would not spin. So, after calling customer serviceand scheduling a technician, who was more eager to come for refrigerator repair, said he will talk to the landlord and the parts are ordered. Ordered? This young man would not tell me what would be replaced and when the part would come. After ten days during Christmas and New Year we werent able to use the dishwasher. The parts wouldnt arrive so we heard from customer service that nothing was ordered for our dishwasher. Excuse me? And customer service put me on hold and disconnected me twice. I certainly can say Sears does not care about customer service. A second person came without cloth or so broke our drain and replaced the motor blade leaving the defect motor behind and a very messy kitchen floor. What can I say. We are NOT using the dishwasher because its cycle is over 3 hours and it does not clean and dry properly. Prewash and manual kitchen towel drying is needed. We went back to old fashioned way with five people in the household. I would never buy from Sears. Worst experience ever. And two years living without dishwasher because landlord just bought it new.

It cleaned everything very well and never gave me problems. The dishes were even dried very well afterwards. I put minimal work into doing the dishes with this machine. The size of the machine was perfect. It fit in my kitchen very well and didnt stick out too much. It looked great in the kitchen as well. It had a shiny color to it. It pleased the eye very well and everyone complimented it when they came over. I have never bought any better machine since then. It is perfect. It gets the job done without any problems. It works fantastic and looks great in the kitchen. It isnt very loud which is a great thing.

We bought a Kenmore because it was discounted deeply at Lowes. It had been a floor model, bought and then returned; so it was around 75% off. We went with the intention of saving money and ended up with a nice Kenmore. It met our expectations fully. It had several useful settings. There was even an option to sterilize the dishes with really hot water. I like the setting but it left soap spots on everything, so the cooler setting was ultimately better. Also, there were lots of little cubbies to put small items. Its hard to find bad things about a machine that worked perfectly for several years. The top rack would slip off the track and be a pain to put back, but that was about it.

There are shelves that are easy to move and switch so it has extra room. The look of the dishwasher fits in with the rest of my appliances. It has a great impressive look that makes my kitchen feel up to date and modern. I got an excellent price and rebate on the product. There was no surprise charge or free mail in and got refunded one hundred dollars. Everything was upfront on paper to see. Left with no questions needing answered.

This dishwasher is awesome! It can get any dried food off of any dish we put in it! It fits cookie sheets, large bowls, we can put lots of plastic that we recycle in the top shelf and it cleans so well! I love this dishwasher! This dishwasher has lots of space so we can really fill it up! It holds at least 20 plates and a ton of silverware and cooking utensils. I use a lot of different dishes when I cook and this dishwasher can hold and clean all of them! This dishwasher Is beautiful. The front cleans very easily, but I wipe off with a wet washcloth then spray some window cleaner and wipe clean with paper towels and it looks brand new again! This dishwasher is very valuable I cant put a dollar sign on it. Since it cleans so well! It would be hard to replace with anything any better! We have had the dishwasher for 4 years and it cleans anything!

Any place Ive moved to live always has at least two appliances that are Kenmore brand. Ive known and used Kenmore appliances for years and feel their products are of good quality. I liked the built in smart wash heated rinse and dry. It also seems to not leave the metallic smell, taste and feel of the type of dishwasher detergent I use. Felt it was more sanitary that way. However, a glass front window would be nice and feature to add. For the most part, I am happy with my Kenmore purchase as this is a brand I often use when shopping for household appliances. You pay for what you get.

I have a family of 5 and this dishwasher was good for that amount of people. It got a workout on holidays and family gatherings. Most pots and pans fit well and were cleaned to my standards. Easy to clean inside and out. Mine was white and the surface was very easy to keep clean. No fingerprints. Just wiped it down with a soapy towel and dried it off. I ran it empty to clean the inside. After comparing prices and brands, the Kenmore stood out as the best value. I have not regretted buying this dishwasher, it has delivered in all areas, cost, reliability, getting my dishes clean and overall satisfaction.

Have the dishwasher for 10 years until I moved. There were no problems. Did the dishes nicely. Clean them. Was happy with the results. The dishwasher fit my needs. I did the dishes nicely. I never had any service problems with the item. I would highly recommend it to all of my friends or family. The appearance was okay. Nothing special. Would give it about a five out of ten. The value of the dishwasher was good. The cost was average compared to other brands. Came with a good warranty or guarantee. It is a must-have for any home or apartment.

We looked at different stores and different brands, but Sears had the Kenmore dishwasher on sale. I liked that it had a cutting board top, but I had to rub oil on it a lot to keep it looking good. I liked that it was movable and I could load it in the dining room and move it to the kitchen to run. I also liked that it opened from the top, it held a lot of dishes, not very noisy when running, and was easy to load dishes into it. I also had other Kenmore brand appliances and knew that they were a good dependable brand. But I disliked that when you hooked it to the faucet that you could not use the sink while it ran. It also would have been good to have the hose longer, and have the hook up to the faucet have it so you could still use the faucet. I also had to have the dishwasher tight up to the counter and I would have liked to have a longer electrical cord that plugged into the wall.

The dishwasher is not noisy during its operations. It is relatively energy efficient. The dishwasher washes quite well and dries as well. It has not shown any sign of malfunction since two years of steady use. The dishwasher has satisfactory size. It takes comfortably my dishes. The dishwasher fits perfectly well in my kitchen space. The height is good but the breadth could be improved. The appearance of the dishwasher is attractive and looks cool. It has good finishes which is able withstand rust. The dishwasher indicators are appealing. The dishwasher is properly priced and yields high return on investment. However, the manufacturer has to be mindful of the competitions lower price for about the same product.

Had the dishwasher for 3 years and now the pump is out. Pump is over $200. That is a third of what I paid for it. The gasket material around the door started to leak and it will get a very bad smell. We have all Kenmore appliances. All bought new in last 6 years and all have been very poor in quality.

It can be a little complicated fitting certain cups on the top rack but overall its a pretty good size for a small home. It is a little on the homely side. I prefer chrome exterior or black, because the white shows dirt and grime a little too much for my taste. But as long as youre using the right dish soap or dishwasher fluid then it works like a dream. Clean it regularly if you start to have problems. Im looking at upgrading soon.

I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 2 years ago and it just died. It took the company 2 weeks to get a repairman to my home. When they did, he told me the refrigerator needed a new motor, fan, and coolant. He said it would cost $1,300.00 to repair. I asked him why it broke after only 2 years. He said he didnt know but that he was fixing them regularly, several a week. Well, after being a loyal customer for many years Sears has refused to help because I didnt buy a warranty! I have bought all of mine as well as my daughters appliances from Sears and never had an issue but its disheartening to find that after all your loyalty, if you do, Sears will not be in your corner. The girl I talked with was actually rude and told me my choices were, I could pay them $1,300 to fix a Refrigerator I just bought, or I could buy a new one, or I could use a cooler for the upcoming summer. She forgot one choice, the one Im taking and that is never shopping with them again, posting negative reviews on social media, and filing complaints with the BBB, CFP and with any other agency I can find.

Great. It was what I needed. Get all the dishes done at once, make the job a lot easier. Always can depend on it when you are behind on your dishes to get the job done. A great way to make sure everything gets done on time: Start it up at night. When you wake up in the morning your dishes will have that fresh clean smell and ready to be used. Its get tough spots undone. Bad and good experience at that same time because the quality was not what I thought it would be. It still got the job done.

The dishwasher cleans well with minimal issues. It runs quiet as well. Occasionally the detergent dispenser gets stuck and I have to rerun a cycle. I can put most size of items in the washer without blocking too much of the water flow. Some baking sheets are difficult but if you put them on the side you can tilt them to fit in to the space. Mine has a stainless steel face. It just wipe it water mostly and go behind with a dry cloth. It does scratch easily by the dog. We had a mouse hiding under it and my dog scratched it up near the bottom. I guess it was a good value for the price. It was part of our appliance package with our new house so we didnt buy directly but through our builder.

I have had several dishwashers. MY best one was a Kenmore - 30 years ago. Well, I dont know what has happened but this last Kenmore dishwasher is a piece of JUNK! Not only have the wheels on the arms broken 3 times (that pull the top rack in and out) but it does not clean. Filth and small granules of food are stuck on the inside of cups and glasses, plates feel sticky. When trying to troubleshoot, it looks like the spray arms are not working/moving. For what I have spent in replacing parts it hardly seems worth it to invest anymore in this thing. Very Disappointed. When I went out looking to replace it, was told that any American Made Dishwasher is only made to last 5-7 years tops! And that is why they push the extended warranty. Well I think that this throw away attitude and lack of quality from manufacturers is pathetic. I have been told to look at European models, specifically Miele. In needing other new appliances I Will NOT Be Looking at any Kenmore (Whirlpool) products! Kenmore is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I received poor customer service with a new refrigerator that worked for about 6 weeks! My new refrigerator stopped cooling. (Bottom freezer still worked fine.) I ended up throwing out a lot of food in my refrigerator. A technician was sent to my house who replaced a few parts thinking it was the thermostat. Fridge worked again. A few days before Christmas, we went to visit friends for a few days and returned to find that all of my food that I had bought for Christmas (around $500) was garbage. The fridge was up to 55 degrees and the freezer was at 6 degrees. That was about 6 weeks after the first time the technician came. My frustration was that nobody cared or could even suggest anything for me to do other than wait on a technician! I have been 2 weeks without a fridge and was told yesterday that the technician would order more parts! I have just redone my kitchen and this fridge has been a nightmare! I fear that when I unplug it, I will get water over my new flooring. It is so disheartening to spend so much on an appliance like this and to feel like you just need to garbage it and move on because nobody cares!

It worked pretty good. I always rinse before I set them in though. So I didnt really try it full potential. It work fast as well but I hate the drying spot on dishes though. It was the average size dishwasher that comes in a typical apartment. I could fit the day worth of dishes in there so it worked for me. But Im single living alone so I would recommend something larger for family. It had a nice appearance. It did blend well kitchen scenery and the rest of kitchen appliances. Sleek and modern would be the best words to describe it. I feel like I got the money out of it. I did not have any maintenance issues with it. It was easy to maintain. The quality of it match the dollar price.

Kenmore appliances are fantastic. Great quality that always work and clean my dishes to perfection. Would recommend to anyone. The way that my dishes come out after being washed is like diamonds. Kenmore are just an overall great brand.

Horrible product. Will not start when you push start? WHY?? You think it will start but it wants to think???? STUPID. I will not buy Kenmore again. I want a product that I CONTROL, NOT the other way around. I do NOT want a SMART dishwasher. I want one that does what I want when I want.

The reason I chose to purchase these particular Kenmore Dishwasher was because the store was having a sale on the product and it fit my budget and requirements. I like the easy to use buttons, all the different kind of settings to clean and dry the dishes, prewash, and the easy open and lock of the door. However, I dislike the noise it makes when the dishes are washing. I wish it were quiet and when it switched cycles it didnt click or make noises as well. I also wish when they dried it would leave less spots on the dishes.

There is no way as a working couple we were going to be able to keep up on all our dirty dishes. We barely keep up with the dirty dishes now. Then with the baby and having to constantly clean his bottles a dishwasher was a must. It is crazy how much dirty dishes a family of three can accumulate over the course of a few days. I like the top rack that has the fold down parts for the wine glasses. I like how I can fit my baby bottles in nicely. I also like how I can fit the cage on top with all the baby parts. The bottom is awesome too. Its has the fold down tabs and removable silverware thingy. I wish that the dishwasher fit the pots and pans more nicely. Its just kind of awkward placing them on the bottom level. The handle always covers the silverware part. You almost have to just do a separate wash for just the pots and pans but I never have that many to justify a spectate wash. I also think its kind of weird that the buttons fit underneath the counter.

I chose Kenmore dishwasher based on reviews, features, looks, and price. I didnt want the cheapest dishwasher but one budget friendly but still a good brand. It also seemed like it was highly rated. The Kenmore dishwasher gets the dishes very clean. Its easy to use and quiet. Love the ease of the buttons and the racks that are in the dishwasher fit a lot of dishes. Also fits bigger pans and pots on the bottom rack. However, food chunks always seemed to linger at the bottom of the dishwasher for a while so it would be nice if there was a way to avoid that. Also, the heating elements in dishwashers are annoying because they melt things so it would be cool to find a way around that.

It is very quiet, gets the dishes clean and dries them without many spots. I like the flexibility of the two racks to accommodate wine glasses and pots and pans. This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had. It has a smart wash cycle as well as the normal cycle, rinse and hold cycle and you can turn off the heated drying as well. It is not as large as some other dishwashers I have had but I understand that is because of the extra insulation to make it as quiet as it is. Mine is stainless steel and has all the buttons hidden on top of the lid. This makes it easy to see them without bending over.

Washes well, easy to use, dishwasher runs very quietly. There are lots of options to choose from which will help with the cycle you need to run based on the dishes you have used and how dirty they are. Silverware holder is in the bottom rack which doesnt allow you to get as many plates are large items, I usually run my dishwasher about every 3-4 days and we are a family of 4. I am not fond of the black plastic at the top with the stainless steel look, I would rather have the entire thing stainless to match the rest of the items in my kitchen and also having the buttons in the front allow little hands to be reaching and touching them, which may cause some of the cycles to mess up. I would say these are great for the value, they last 8-10 yrs depending on the use and how much they are used. My last Kenmore lasted 11 years, the racks started breaking and rusting up.

Im very happy with the best dishwasher Ive ever had. Its one of the best purchase Ive ever seen in the world. Kenmore is the perfect size to fit just about anywhere in the kitchen and it will save you tons of space. The value is greatly above average for me. I am extremely happy with the way it operates and it looks extremely expensive even though it wasnt that expensive to purchase at all. The look is very impressive to anyone who comes into my home. I dont have any complaints. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a dishwasher.

It is a solid dishwasher that can be used a lot and doesnt break down. It has high capacity and looks like it would last a long time. It cleans really well and is not too loud.

We bought a Kenmore Dishwasher in October at Sears because we believed at the time there was no consumer retailer with a more trusted name that a consumer could rely upon. NEVER AGAIN. We will NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL. Our brand new Kenmore worked middling well for the first few weeks, then we began to notice our dishes were not getting clean. We carefully went over the manual and adjusted several things: added more Jet-Dry so the dispenser was full, adjusted the knob for the Jet-Dry to maximum; moved the silverware holder so the soap dispenser would have no interference. But even with that, the dishes were not washing properly. A repairman came to the house on December 28th. He made a few adjustments, and left. We tried again, and once again, our dishes did not clean. The soap dispenser ejected the soap, but the soap landed at the very top of the dishwasher and sat there like a lump of coal. It did not dissolve. So I called again. Now, I had to wait until January 10th. Today. Thirteen days for a repairman. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was nothing anyone could do. Sears is apparently short on repairmen. So today I received a call from Sears. My repair had been injured on the job. My appointment was cancelled. Next available date-- JANUARY 22ND. My brand new dishwasher that had NEVER worked properly was going to have to wait now ANOTHER TWELVE DAYS. AND THERE WAS NOTHING NO ONE COULD DO!!! I spoke to at least FIVE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. And you are speaking to day players here. No one in a position of power. Customer no-service. No with a STAKE in SEARS. No one who gives a damn about you, or the company. The last woman I spoke with told me to stop yelling. I wasnt yelling, I told her. I was adamant. And so, welcome to Corporate America. This is what happens when companies get too big TO CARE. I cant even give the thing back b/c their return policy is 30 days. NOTHING BREAKS DOWN IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS! So we are stuck. Even if this damn thing gets fixed, it is a vastly inferior machine than we had before. So, stay away. Just stay away from sears altogether.Updated on 02/05/2018: Whatever you do, do not buy from Sears. We are on repairman THREE. As soon as he arrived, he got on the phone. Repair via telecommuting. Dishwasher bought in late October worked for 2 weeks. It is now February. The motor stopped working in two weeks. First repairman who was condescending diddled with the computer and did not discover the broken motor. Repairman two did, but parts had to be ordered. Repairman Three is here now, telecommuting. Any bets on if I get a working dishwasher? Customer service is ineffectual and rude. I went to Sears because Sears used to a name that could be trusted. No more. Stay away.

Dishwasher is tough on grime and stains. Powerful spray that leaves dishes sparkling clean. Dependable performance over the years while in use every other day for cleaning household ware. Inside dishwasher there are nice compartments to hold household dishes comfortably. Could use even more racks to maximize space but does hold a good amount but could be better. I dont really have to prewash my dishes, I always rinse them, I always have. Its a good dishwasher. I dont worry about leftover residue on my dishes after washing. I have 2 children and I have no problem getting all my dishes in the dishwasher. This includes sippy cups and tops. I cook a lot and it fits my casserole dishes, sauce pans and skillets.It is plain but it gets the job done. Appearance isnt everything to me so Im totally fine with it. I like plain and simple. If you dont need all the frills and fancy things that you get sometimes in appliances, this dishwasher would be good for you. I dont have a lot of extra cash laying around but I think this dishwasher was reasonably priced. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I would rather pay for a little more for a product and know that Im getting a good quality product.

The value is proportional to the cost. Although getting this model on sale would be nice, the price is not too bad. Installation is easy with professional help, which also does not cost very much.

The Kenmore dishwasher is self cleaning. Always gets the job done. No hassle or gimmicks. It has high efficiency and various cycles of washing, rinsing and drying and select water levels feature. Im not too picky about the dishwasher as long as it does its job. Although I would like automatic shut off when the dishes are done and something to tell me when the dishes are ready to be out away or dried. All in all, quality and service are great. Products are always long lasting and their company has been around for a very long time. They are very reliable and reputable. Always consistent with their product.

When I first made the purchase, the value seemed appropriate. However the performance isnt what it used to be, resulting in needing to do more wash cycles to clean the dishes. The size is fairly sufficient although there have been plenty of occasions where I would like the capacity to be bigger. I often have to do more than one load. Your periods is fine for the most part. It would be nice if the color could be changed somehow to accommodate other appliance colors. Happy with the results and the performance has been satisfactory withholding a few occasions when the dishes are not clean enough. Works fairly well.
