Kenmore had many of the features that I wanted for the price. The other dishwashers were not on as good of a sale. The prices were great for the features you got. With the jet dry it made my dishes sparkling and I knew they were very clean and sanitized. Although hot to the touch, I didn’t mind waiting a little while before emptying the dishes. The dishes were always super clean! However, the wheels would sometimes get stuck making it hard to pull the drawer out. Longer utensils would fall out of the basket and would get stuck between the trays making it pretty difficult to remove. Space was also an issue. Sometime bigger items on the bottom rack would get stuck on the trays and would make it difficult to empty. Making the racks move easier would really help with a lot of those problems. Also having different sized places on the racks to fit more items.

It cleaned well if you rinsed dishes before, not the best one Ive had. It could be better. It wasnt awful for the price. It was a decent sized dishwasher it took about a week to fill and it was to fit larger items as well. It was a sleek design. It looks nice and it stays clean. I love the look of it. Its so nice and it fits in my kitchen nice. Very good aesthetics. It was expensive and it sucks sometimes but oh well it works and it is okay but not great value. It could be much better.

I used it for around 3 months, and in that time period it did a good enough job. Well I have a family of 5, so usually when I did dishes I had to do 2 loads to fit everything in and get it cleaned. It wasnt too much of a hassle, my family uses a lot of dishware. It definitely looks good in any modern kitchen. My specific dishwasher was silver with black trim on the top. It was compact and it didnt take up too much space. Overall it looked good and even added to the room it was in. I wasnt able to test it enough before I moved, there was a brand new dishwasher at my new house. So I cant say for sure but for what Ive seen Id say it was well worth the money. I didnt have a single problem with it when I used it.

Works with no problems and Ive never had a problem. Glad it came with the house. I never thought doing dishes would be so easy. Im not sure how long it will work but think for years and then Ill get another one. Can hold my households dishes in for the day, I wait until night to use it. Five people live here, two adults and 3 kids so we use a lot of dishes throughout the day. Looks good. It dont try to stand out and just fits in. The price wast much and Id say it has a good value. Id pay about 45% more if I knew how much Id like it before I got it to be added to kitchen.

It is energy efficient. Quiet. It powerfully cleans my dishes without a hitch. Its a gorgeous addition to our family kitchen. Its spray arm is powerful and scrubs heavily crusted plates without leaving behind any residue, at least that has been my experience. I fit up to a setting of eight though its capacity is up to ten plate settings. Its compact but powerful cleans dishes that are piled up. It is gorgeous, sleek, compact (but tall) and surface is easy to clean. It isnt bulky, giving it a modern and efficient appearance. Its about 36 inches tall and it is very deep. It is very inexpensive for what it can do. It is energy efficient with many settings to accommodate your loads. It is also easy to self install if you dont want Sears service people (or anybody else) to assist with installation.

It washed the dishes well and it lasted pretty long.

I really have no complaints about this machine other than it is kinda loud. Dishes seem to come out clean. Performs as I thought it might. I have a family of three and dishwasher seems to hold everything from plates, bowls, glasses and even skillets. There isnt anything that I have tried to put in that doesnt fit. Appearance fits into my home decor and helps keep my kitchen sleek and clean looking. Nice addition to my kitchen. People have commented on the looks of it. Good priced and a good value compared to my other dishwasher. Gets my dishes cleaner than my old one and would recommend this to family or friends.

Kenmore Dishwasher has a nice size. It fits an overflowing sink full of dishes with plenty of room for my larger pots and pans as well. It is easy to load and unload. It is cute. It collects a lot of dust and other particles from my four-year old daughter but nothing a little bleach cannot clean up. Otherwise it is very nice. You cannot beat the price for the performance you get. It is very affordable and gets the job done right the first time. No rewashing dishes over and over and no spots. Works great, cant beat that for sure. Kids can use it easily as well. No hassles, no fuss, just clean dishes every day!

I have had several dishwashers. MY best one was a Kenmore - 30 years ago. Well, I dont know what has happened but this last Kenmore dishwasher is a piece of JUNK! Not only have the wheels on the arms broken 3 times (that pull the top rack in and out) but it does not clean. Filth and small granules of food are stuck on the inside of cups and glasses, plates feel sticky. When trying to troubleshoot, it looks like the spray arms are not working/moving. For what I have spent in replacing parts it hardly seems worth it to invest anymore in this thing. Very Disappointed. When I went out looking to replace it, was told that any American Made Dishwasher is only made to last 5-7 years tops! And that is why they push the extended warranty. Well I think that this throw away attitude and lack of quality from manufacturers is pathetic. I have been told to look at European models, specifically Miele. In needing other new appliances I Will NOT Be Looking at any Kenmore (Whirlpool) products! Kenmore is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I always had a bunch of dishes to do and this dishwasher never let me down. It worked great and got the dishes spotless every time. Not one time did it ever break down on me. It held a lot of dishes and had enough space for breakfast lunch and dinner dishes from a family of 5. But it wasnt so big that it was bulky. The color was beautiful too. Shiny without being too shiny and was very easy to clean. It also wasnt too bright or too dull. It was just right. The biggest thing I was worried about was the price. With two toddlers to take care of I didnt have a lot of money but I was scared if I didnt spend a lot of money I would get something that didnt work good. With this I got something fairly priced that works great.

Cleans dishes pretty good but still need Jet Dry as an added helper. The silverware rack can be moved but I do not feel like the silverware gets cleaned as good as it should same with the glasses on the top rack. Dishwasher is average size for a portable. It is a solid black polish with the butcher block top. The top piece that spins to wash the upper dishes needs some better improvements to clean the dishes better and the silverware rack also needs some improving since it seems like the silverware always has a couple pieces that get missed in the wash cycle.

Kenmore Dishwasher looks like any dishwasher, simple clean look. But looks are deceiving. It cleans way better than it look though I am not a fan of the knob- I wish it had buttons. The cycle also seems to take a bit longer than expected and a little noisy. I hardly rinse the dishes. It can fit lunch and dinner plates, utensils, and cups. I can also put in pots, pans, and cutting boards. I love the space and height of the dishwasher. Plenty of room for. The price is okay. Kenmore is a great brand, the value is worth it. The dishwasher has been in the house for over 10 years! Its a great product that will last, if well taken care of.

I chose this dishwasher because I have a few friends and family who own it, and they absolutely love it! It is for sale for a great, affordable price and who doesnt love to save money?! I know I do and I think it is great because it does a great job at getting off all the food. Sometimes my family cant remember to rinse the dishes before putting them in, no matter how many times I tell them. But this dishwasher has clean dishes every time. All my past washers would leave food stuck on. Gross! But one of the things I dislike about it is that it takes a long time and wish it was a bit faster. I have yet to find a great dishwasher that gets all the food off and is super fast. Maybe its just as fast as it goes. Other than that, I absolutely love this washer! I would highly suggest buying one.

It performs really well. The dishes come out clean and shiny - they also smell good! I wasnt sure when I first bought the dishwasher whether or not it would perform well, but I have found that it is one of the best, if not the best, dishwasher I have ever had or used. My dishwasher is about 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. It holds a lot of dishes, so I am very satisfied with it in that matter. It fits well in my kitchen, but it doesnt take up too much space, even though it is quite roomy on the inside. I love the color of it - it is black and silver, so it blends in with my other appliances (e.g. my refrigerator). It is quite shiny, too, but not too much of a shine. I would say that the value of the dishwasher is about $350, which is quite a bargain when it comes to dishwashers. This dishwasher is especially useful and high functioning, so it makes it even more of a bargain.

It does great on washing dishes and silverware. Sometimes pot and pans have to be laying down to get cleaned, others times not. I make sure I rinse all dishes before putting them in so food doesnt stick if I dont run it right away. It fit perfect next to the sink and it has different settings on it for different washings. It is about 36 inches wide and I think 48 inches tall. I got a dishwasher that is black with white writing on it and the knob turns to what setting I want. It does have a delay cycle to use if you dont want to start it right away and a dry cycle. It is a great dishwasher. It has a separate basket for silverware that you can take out of machine and 2 racks for dishes. Top one is great for cups and glasses. The bottom one I use for the rest. On the door it has where you add detergent and rinse stuff.

This dishwasher cleans dishes ok. I still need to a good rinse because food residue may still be on my dishes. It is quiet in a small townhouse. It does not have many settings. This dishwasher is big enough for one person. If you have more than one person, it will fill up fast. If I had to do it again, I would go for an upgraded dishwasher. The dishwasher shows dirt, but it is easy to clean. This dishwasher is not the prettiest, but it gets the job done when it is used. The color matches my refrigerator. This dishwasher is okay. When I first made the purchase, the value seemed appropriate. However the performance isnt what it used to be, resulting in needing to do more wash cycles to clean the dishes. The size is fairly sufficient although there have been plenty of occasions where I would like the capacity to be bigger. I often have to do more than one load. Your periods is fine for the most part. It would be nice if the color could be changed somehow to accommodate other appliance colors. Happy with the results and the performance has been satisfactory withholding a few occasions when the dishes are not clean enough. Works fairly well.

It washed a full load of dishes, plates, spoons, pots and pans so good and dried them. I would like for whoever want one to get one. I liked mines so much. Its was full size that fitted under my sink and it was silver and had a full speed wash load and hot or cold wash load and you didnt have to use a lot of dishwashing soap for it. The overall of my dishwasher was good for me when I had dinner parties, birthday parties, sleepovers for my kids. Just loved it so much. You should get one build in. The value was good for me. I only 3600 for it and my husband installed it for me so I saved a lot of money on my dishwasher and Im going to get another in my new home next week so its was good for my family.

Kenmore is a brand I have used before, and I find Kenmore to be a reliable, trustworthy brand compared to some of its competitors. Looking at some of the reviews of this model made it an easy choice to make. Very easy to use. Dishes come out very clean and does an amazing job of drying the items inside, without leaving puddles of water like so many other dishwashers Ive had do. It has high quality and will be durable and last a long time. It has easily surpassed my expectations in every way imaginable.

Model 665.1396 Although this dishwasher cleaned very well and is super quiet, the first year the something needed to be replaced under warranty. The second, a part of the rack dry rotted and I bought the part on eBay for $25 and fixed it. The third year, the thermocouple went and again I replaced it myself. $50. This is the fourth year weve had this and the control panel wont light and looks like it is one of two $130 parts. I give up and will be looking for a new dishwasher. I wont cry when Sears goes out of business. Raise your quality manufacturing standards and stand behind your products. So obvious, I dont know what CEOs get paid for.

It has been running for a really long time without any issues. We use it as an overflow fridge from our main fridge now. It is super spacious and weve never had a problem with it. It holds main dishes but it also holds a lot of leftovers and larger food items. Its pretty but not too big. It just kind of looks like an old fridge. There isnt anything exciting about it. Over the years, the white has gotten really dirty and it looks very dated now. We dont keep it in a main room or entertaining room, just hidden. It has lasted a super long time now so I would recommend it for that reason. Its good.

This dishwasher had very good reviews from my friends and my family member. They told me about how it does an awesome job and I needed to try it for myself. It was easily accessible and had numerous settings, which I loved! Hard power jet cleaned dishes quickly and easily. The design was sleek and elegant. You would figure paying this much for this product - it would be amazing... It is just average. It cleans ok, but it is very quiet. However we have had sears out 3 times to fix the jet dry dispenser. It is still not fixed and is not out of warranty. It dumps the entire thing each run of the dishwasher. So we dont used the spot free dispenser any more. Sad for such an expensive unit. Size fits perfect to my laundry room, very convenient. Happy with the purchase. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Quiet and gets the job done quickly. Dishes come out shining and all the food particles are gone. Very nice. The Kenmore Dishwasher was highly feasible, worked really well, cleaned really good and left very little soap suds or spots on the dishes. It was also strong, could count on it to clean good the first time most occasions. However, the motor played out on it and it generally never seemed like it was gonna lasts, cleaned powerfully and well until the motor burned out and was expensive. I buy most all of my brands from Kenmore, had sufficient space and generally worked well over than the motor not lasting that long as other dishwashers, but definitely gave the dishes a powerful clean.

I had tried Maytag and it didnt do such a good job. My sister recommended the Kenmore and I tried it and there was no looking back. My cousin tried a Whirlpool and within two months he bought a Kenmore also. I purchased another Kenmore when I needed a new one. The jet sprayers needs to be tweaked a little. It could clean the dishes on the top rack better. Although it dries the dishes good it could be at a higher temperature. I liked the way you didnt have to prewash the dishes. And the way it dried the dishes better than the Maytag I owned previously.

In 2016 I purchased a Kenmore Elite 14793 Dishwasher based on years of experience with Kenmore (I have purchased washer and dryers, and refrigerators from them) and never had a issue. 4 months ago, during a load of dishes started drying, I could suddenly smell smoke and plastic burning. Upon inspecting the dishwasher, I found a wheel had fallen off the lower rack and melted and was burning on the heating element. I cleaned the mess up the best I could and saw that the wheels were held onto the rack with a small plastic piece. I contacted Sears parts department and ordered the replacement wheels (one set of two on a plastic mount). The woman I talked to on the phone told me that she had just had another call for the same thing and had other calls on this as well. No good. They know there is a problem and wont correct it. The cost for the wheel assembly was more than $50 with shipping.When I went to remove the rack and replace the old wheel assembly, three more wheels fell off. The small plastic bushing that holds the wheels on were all shrunken and cracked. Obviously they were very cheap and not meant to be used in such a hot environment. Kenmore advised that since there has been no recall and its not under warranty that there is nothing they can do but sell me the parts to fix it. Why would I buy $200 in parts that will not last 3 years. This company no longer produces quality dishwashers and will not stand behind obvious defective parts.

This dishwashers performance is far better than average and performs well by getting dishes clean in every direction. The jets clean both sides of what needs cleaned and not using only one jet like other models. The size is favorable. The unit size is standard 24 inch width. The interior size of the unit. The wire basket top shelf is sufficient for everyday cleaning needs. The appearance of this dishwasher is favorable with a black colored, smooth surface for easy cleaning as the time may be needed for cleaning the surface. Very good value for the price paid for. Cleaning both sides in every direction of your cleaning inside the washer as the jets clean the items placed inside this dishwasher more effectively than other brands.

When it is running you can barely hear it (very quiet.) It is 4 years old. Never and never had a problem with it. It cleans very well and is It is well worth the money I paid for it. Sears named it correctly ELITE. I would recommend buying the Kenmore Elite stainless steel dishwasher.

I bought this Kenmore as the signs at Sears said no pre-scrubbing was necessary with this model. This was not a true fact as ever since Ive bought it my silverware and my plates come out with food on them if I do NOT scrub prior to loading into the dishwasher. I am so unhappy with this product but I know Im stuck with it and as a low-income Senior Citizen I felt like I was lied to. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS as it is NOT what they advertise.

Great dishwasher, very nice, and works well. Recommend it to anybody. I recently purchased it, and have noticed a MASSIVE difference from my other one. Before some dishes were still dirty, now everything is clean! This dishwasher is a perfect fit, and its not too small or too big! I love how many dishes can fit in it and how sturdy it seems to be! This thing really is amazing! Its looks really nice, and kinda futuristic! I like how it looks different from everything else. Its quite cool actually! I love it so much! I would get another if I could.

It cleans the dishes very well. I can let it sit for 2 days without rinsing. The buttons are on the front which I LOVE instead of on the top. It has worked like a top and I am really going to hate it when I have to replace it. The new ones look pretty cheap (not the price) and look like they will hold up maybe a year.

I initially chose Kenmore for my dishwasher because of the well known quality of the brand and knowing I would be getting a good dishwasher. Most, if not all, of the dishwashers I have owned have been Kenmore. They are excellent at getting the dishes clean. However, the features that I would like improved upon would be to decrease the amount of water left on the dishes after going through a cleaning cycle. Making sure that the dishes come out drier. Overall, Kenmore dishwashers have always been a very reliable and quality brand that has beyond exceeded my expectations.

Compared to my previous dishwasher it runs much more quietly, it leaves less streaks in my glasses and silverware and dries out the dishes much better. Ultimately I cant make a bigger comparison here as its roughly the same size of my previous washer, but I can say that even with pretty full loads I have had no trouble loading up to capacity and felt I didn’t have enough space. I am a one who tends to appreciate minimalist design so I like uniform colors and the sleek metal look tends to match the décor of my kitchen very well. It was a fairly priced washer, I mean it didnt seem to be any more expensive or cheap than most of the comparable models when we purchased it.

I built my house and this Kenmore dishwasher was the dishwasher I chose due to its energy, efficiency and sleek appearance. It was also in sale which was a plus. I also had a Kenmore refrigerator and was very satisfied with it. The dishwasher has been very durable so far, I like the brushed stainless steel appearance. I also like the sleek finishes. Its powerful and energy efficient. I like that it is quiet in my open concept home. I have been very satisfied with it overall but I would appreciate if it was even quieter, or the drying was better as the hot cycle tends to leave small puddles of water on the dishes. Also, I would like it more if it were even bigger and had more capacity. Having adjustable shelves and fingerprint free surface would be a plus as well.

It has a large capacity so I only use it once a week putting dishes in it all week and even then it usually is not full. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It is much bigger inside than I thought it would be when I first saw it. It is big enough to hold a weeks worth of dishes without looking crowded. It does look plain on the outside but the controls are clear and easy to understand and use. I had no problem figuring out how to set it. I like that it is very well designed inside and outside. I didnt have to choose this model myself as it came with the apartment. However, I went to a couple of stores that sell dishwashers so I could see what it would have cost if I had bought it. It is well worth what it would have cost me to buy it new as it is very well designed and has a lot of room inside for a lot of dishes and even when it is packed full it still gets all the dishes clean.

This dishwasher cleans well. The only problem I have is the dishwasher not completely drying. When I go to empty it, the dishes have water sitting on them and I have to dry most of them off if not all. The size fits well under my counter. The size of it also fits the dishes well in it. It could be a little bigger but the size it is works fairly well. The appearance of this dishwasher is great. It is all black. The all black can sometimes cause issues with fingerprinting though. Fingerprints on the dishwasher are extremely noticeable. I feel like what I paid for the dishwasher it should dry better. That should be part of the dishwasher that should work well. I should not have to dry the dishes off after every wash.

I am an owner of the Kenmore Elite dishwasher that I have bought in 2004 (8 years ago) from Sears Canada (model 666.16462300; SER FR1509082). Ive been told that the dishwasher was made by Whirlpool. It has been a good dishwasher aside that the door was noisy. Last night when I turned it on there was a black smoke with smell of burned rubber and flames coming out from the top of the door and one can see sparks behind the buttons as well. I just want owners of the same dishwasher be aware of the potential fire hazard. If we weren’t home when it happened, we could have lost our house. Multiple times I have tried to contact both Sears and Whirlpool to file a complaint and to ensure a follow up, but nobody is interested to come and look at the dishwasher to establish what the issue was unless Im willing to pay for it. I dont care about repairing the old one. I just want my dishwasher incident investigated for safety of other consumers.

I chose Kenmore Dishwashers because have a good reputation when it comes to their appliances. They deliver and install and I was able to find a good price. The reviews that I read during my research process were mostly positive. Also, I had a Kenmore dishwasher in an old apartment and I was satisfied with it. I like that it has different cycles for specific needs for dishes. The heat dry and the antibacterial option were great for sterilizing baby bottles, etc. I appreciated the non-drip tray for the dish liquid. I did not like how long it took to wash the dishes on the majority of the cycle options. Most of the time I couldnt hear the Done beep that is provided. Id rather it be louder or a music type of tune to be played so I can hear when its ready.

Gets the dishes clean, even the baked on, stuck on cheese from our baked ziti. Theres never dishes or glasses that have residue or residual food on them. Normal sized dishwasher. A lot of space on the inside, plenty of space to get 2 days worth of dirty dishes in it. Maybe more if youre an expert loader. Goes with our kitchen very nicely. Cant go wrong with black. Not sure how much I can say about the appearance other than we like it and it works for us. Obviously it costs money. A little cheaper than some of the other brands we looked at. You get what you pay for and were happy with our choice.

As long as you use quality detergent then the dishwasher is amazing at getting your dishes shiny and no water marks. I never have an issue with it becoming unbalanced and it has lasted me 10 years so far. The chrome with black handle model that I have of the dishwasher has all the perfect prongs inside so you can fit everything and lots of different sized dishes too! The flat chrome with the black handle makes it look modern but still is cheaper than the all chrome one. It is definitely a happy medium. Again with the mixed black and chrome it makes it cheaper than the all chrome but it works just as well. I love the value of this dishwasher.

Cleans well, adequate top rack positions, 1 to 9 hours delay start, adequately quiet, very durable. My dishwasher is about 14 years old. My racks are beginning to rust. Higher model has rust proof racks.

Its really works well. I recommend it to everyone so if youre looking for a dishwasher this is the one for you... It fits all your dishes without stuffing it in there like most dishwashers... You should go buy this. Its worth every penny. It runs smooth and won’t run up your bills.

The Kenmore Dishwasher is easy to use and works well. Weve had it for a few years now and it still works great. It cleans the dishes with no problem. Very seldom do we have to re-wash the dishes when we pull them out. It is big enough that we can do a whole load from one regular size family meal, although we do have to wait a while in between if we have more dishes than room. It has a classic and smooth look. It can go in anyone’s kitchen in the end no matter what. It doesnt stand out but at the same time it gets noticed. The value wasnt so much that it broke the bank but we did have to save up for it and I do hope we dont have to buy a new one anytime soon as we couldnt afford that.

This dishwasher cleans really caked on dishes, pots, and pans without rinsing them first. It saves on water, but it has a sprayer nozzle that really does the job the first time! It has a bottom and a top rack that seem rather wider than my replaced one. Also, each rack is long enough for you to place dishes for up to 6 people. On the bottom there is ample space for pots and pans and a big silverware tray. I chose the stainless steel look because I love the shine of it when I clean the front. It fit perfectly in the space that we had our old dishwasher without any problems. Once I used it the first time I knew we had chose the best dishwasher, because it is very energy-efficient and does not use a whole lot of unnecessary water. The spray nozzle is the benefit of using less water because it is so powerful and it cleans everything spotless.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite dishwasher with an extended warranty, and was installed on 6/27/11. It stopped working, so I called the service to request an appointment on 9/2/2011, but no one showed up or called. On 9/12/11, I requested another appointment, again, no one called/showed up. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes, to no avail. We have scheduled another appointment, but I realized that they are totally unreliable. I may have to go outside for repair, and bill Sears. The dishwasher is less than 3 months old. Our previous washer (not a Sears), lasted over 18 years without any problem!

Sometimes I have to prewash some dishes depending on what kind of food was on them. The dishwasher works better with nonsticky dishes. The size is about average. Its not very big but I can fit a good-sized load in it. Its the right size for my kitchen. I like the size. Its white so it matches my other appliances in the kitchen. I like my appliances in white or silver typically. It just looks clean and still looks new. We got this for a great value. I depend on it very much so it was worth every penny. I never had a dishwasher before this one and it saves me a great deal of time.

Have had this brand dishwasher for years, always been extremely reliable, sturdy and lasting. Honestly I dont think that I would ever choose a different name brand item for my familys needs. Works wonderfully. When we moved into our new home, there was a place in the kitchen already cut out for the dishwasher, it fit perfectly with no problems, its not too bulky at all. Love the flow. Has a beautiful finish. It was way more than I expected.

My Kenmore dishwasher features high capacity top and bottom racks, and is capable of holding a variety of shapes and sizes of dishes and utensils. It gets dishes clean, saves time and money due to energy efficiency. A great looking model with practical features. I got a great deal - good value for features I wanted, good looking unit. However, I wish the outside door was magnetic. The model is rather loud while in use, and makes it hard to watch television nearby. Sometimes spots remain on glassware too. But overall, my expectations have been met, and I would likely buy this brand again in the future.

It works very well. My dishes get clean on the first run and its not very loud like others Ive owned. Its easy to operate with very little bells and whistles. Even the 7 year old can run it. This dishwasher is average size. It takes up about a cabinet width of space under the counter. There is plenty of space on the inside for a whole days worth of dishes to fit. My dishwasher is just a plain white color. Its easy to clean and I dont have to worry about streaks like you would on stainless steel. I also dont have to worry that bleach will fade it over time. This dishwasher was a much lower price than other dishwashers. It was budget friendly to purchase. Although it was a cheaper purchase it works just as well as the high dollar one I had before this one.

The performance of our Kenmore dishwasher has been something our family has depended on for years. It has made it easy for us to know exactly what to expect no matter what type of dishes/glassware we put in it. This built-in dishwasher fits in just right for our kitchen size, surrounding cabinets and in proportion to the other appliances. Unbelievable. I just received my stainless steel refrigerator. 2 days later, I cleaned it using their cleaner, and now RUST SPOTS EVERYWHERE! Are you kidding me? I saw the reviews online from 4 years ago - why was this problem not addressed? Very disappointed, especially for the price. Also, my dishwasher is doing the exact same thing. Previously, I had GE Profile - NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. To top it all, Sears is stating that I should have called within 72 hours - seriously? Very poor on their part. Im getting a replacement, but very leery.

Tonight, my Kenmore Elite 665 model control panel caught on fire. I was upstairs and my two daughters were yelling that something was burning. I came downstairs to find my kitchen full of smoke. The front of my dishwasher, the plastic has melted and there was soot on the stainless steel. We opened the control panel and everything was melted. I can not imagine what would have happened if I were not home. I have tried to call Kenmore but I was transferred 3 times. I want this thing replaced, I know it is not the first time this has happened. We are not the original owners, if it broke fine, but this could have burned our home down or injured someone in my family. Doesnt Sears or Kenmore care about that? I have seen numerous complaints about this same issue online. People have gone to the local news agencies just to get the word out. Do I need to take it that far? I need something done rather quickly to fix this situation. I have photos that I can pass on.

We find it absolutely amazing that our Kenmore Ultra Wash is still the ORIGINAL one we purchased when we bought our house, which was in 1995. It still works fine, 25 YEARS LATER..!! I also don’t even think we EVER had to call a repairman for it. I asked my wife and she also never recalls having it repaired for any reason. Lucky..?? Guess so as I believe the average lifespan for a dishwasher is 10 years..?? I could be wrong. Anyway, it works just fine and dishes still are coming out clean and glasses have no spots. My dishwasher was able to hold all of the dishes I needed washed. Kenmore Dishwasher is a great size. I have a family of five and I always have enough room. I put the pots and plates on the bottom, and the cups and bowls on the top. I dont even have to rinse dishes off before putting in. They come out sparkling every time and it makes doing dishes so much easier. I love the appearance. It is stainless steel just like all the other appliances in my kitchen. And, the price is so worth every penny! You could get a cheaper dishwasher but that is exactly what it will be. Never had any problems with this dishwasher, it performed like brand new until we moved and had to leave it behind. Its a good looking dishwasher, nothing unattractive about it really. Its all white minus the details, and fit in well with the other appliances except my stainless steel fridge, but thats mine and not purchased to have matched the appliances of the house we were in at the time. Id say it was just big enough to fit most of our dishes, but not so large as to be bulky or an eyesore. It could have been a little bigger, but overall I was satisfied with the size of this machine. Id say it was a great value. It ran smoothly, it looked good, it never had any issues, so for me it was a winner. Our current dishwasher is nowhere near as awesome and constantly has mechanical issues.

Its a great dishwasher. Overall Im very satisfied with it and I would highly recommend it to anyone that may need to buy one. My dishwasher came pre-installed when I moved into my house so I didnt have the choice of picking one out. But I was still happy overall with the choice the owner went with. My dishwasher seems small to me for my family of 5 people. I wish it was honestly bigger it doesnt seem to hold much. So a lot of times I just wash the dishes by hand if there is a lot of them. Kenmore is a well known brand of kitchen appliances and it did meet my expectations in every way. It was a really good dishwasher and never had any problems whatsoever with it. But, I dislike how water stayed in the bottom of mine after the wash cycle. I’m not sure if it was just a defect in the one I had bought but I loved everything else about it. I also like that it really does good with getting the dishes clean and I feel like they always had a streak free shine and a good heated wash cycle and left my dishes smelling good every time.

I have heard many good things about Kenmore and many of my close friends have Kenmores. I have always heard and seen good reviews on that type of dishwasher on TV and in stores. I like how the sprayer never failed and how the cleaner depositor always released. Never had an issue with the cleaner not being applied to the dishes after a full wash. One more things was how the dishes always came out dry and not full of water. My previous washer always left tons of water in the washer and on the dishes. However, I dislike that the handle did not work very well and stuck a lot. You also did not always get a clean load. Left splotchy marks on the glasses. I did not like the way the rack are set up because I couldnt fit many dishes inside the washer when I need to do a full load. Also the silverware holder was very small and not shaped like normal washers. But overall, very delightful and superbly wonderful.

Easily to load and your dishes come out clean. The time cycle saves you on your water bill and you do not use a lot of water. Your dishes are dried in no time. I am not sure of the actual size, I just know that it fit well in the space provided. It was the right size and I was able to get a lot dishes and even some pots in it. The appearance was attractive with easy to open door and buttons that made it easy for you to operate. It was white with black buttons. The dishwasher came with the house so I guess it costs was 300.00. It was made well and it was energy efficient and used less hot water. Consider the size, the name brand, and size and most of all its features, that was good price. We never had to have it repaired or serviced.

Have purchased several Kenmore Elite appliances over the years, but it appears the quality control and service is declining. Bought a Consumer Report highly rated KE dishwasher. CR has subsequently noted consumer complaints about the dishwasher. Mine is still under warranty and it stopped working. The control panel needs to be replaced and being told the part is on back order and no idea when it will be available, but no earlier than four weeks! Thinking maybe because I am still under warranty, I am back in line to those who are out of warranty and need to pay for the part. It is inconvenient when an appliance is not working for a week or two; crazy that any company thinks it is acceptable to sell appliances that cannot be repaired for a month or more.

Every dish, every utensil or silverware price that comes out is sparkling clean no residue and it doesnt take long to go through the process either and it does a great job. It had a defective water pump w/in a few months of purchase. This defect was known by the water pump manufacturer Whirlpool Corp. It leaked under the floor & into crawl space. Not covered by Sears warranty or homeowners insurance. Whirlpool wouldnt cover the damage. I had to hire an atty. After a long drawn out process the dishwasher never cleaned the dishes. It has a touch screen w/ 10 features but they dont do anything differently other than longer or shorter time. It is a regular size. Stainless steel. Kenmore Elite Energy Star. Kenmore is Sears brand but not all the parts are not covered by Sears, standard 1 yr warranty.

This dishwasher runs fairly quiet. It is a great value for the money. The settings are easy to operate and can be operated by my preteen. The wash cycles remove food without major pre-rinsing. The capacity is above average. It has plenty of space for dishes, pots, and pans. It also has what I consider a sufficient compartment for silverware. It is a very sleek model. It has a very clean and modern look. I have the stainless steel and I am extremely pleased with its top dollar appearance. It looked very similar to a Bosch model but was significantly cheaper. It was a great value for all the features it includes. You definitely get maximum rewritten for your investment. And Kenmore is a brand I trust.

I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 2 years ago and it just died. It took the company 2 weeks to get a repairman to my home. When they did, he told me the refrigerator needed a new motor, fan, and coolant. He said it would cost $1,300.00 to repair. I asked him why it broke after only 2 years. He said he didnt know but that he was fixing them regularly, several a week. Well, after being a loyal customer for many years Sears has refused to help because I didnt buy a warranty! I have bought all of mine as well as my daughters appliances from Sears and never had an issue but its disheartening to find that after all your loyalty, if you do, Sears will not be in your corner. The girl I talked with was actually rude and told me my choices were, I could pay them $1,300 to fix a Refrigerator I just bought, or I could buy a new one, or I could use a cooler for the upcoming summer. She forgot one choice, the one Im taking and that is never shopping with them again, posting negative reviews on social media, and filing complaints with the BBB, CFP and with any other agency I can find.

I didnt choose Kenmore it kinda choose me, it was already in the first house we purchased. It worked like a charm. We never had to have it repaired. It never broke down. Kenmore had the spray arm which I thought was the best in cleaning. I never had to rinse the dishes off and they are always were clean.

Our dishwasher came with the new house so it fits perfectly in our kitchen. It doesnt stick out too far from the cabinets either so it is the right fit for us. We didnt purchase it for the looks. We would rather focus on the function, not the appearance. With that being said, its not an eyesore either. We have absolutely no issues in the years that we have had it. Dishes are always cleaned to our satisfaction. Outside of the use we have been very happy with it. We believe we got good value for our money. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles nor did we need any. We just want to get what we spend.

It does its job but I hardly ever use it because I always seem like I am cleaning the dishes and other cookware again when the dishwasher is done. It’s a standard size for the dishwasher. I, however, would measure the space that you want the dishwasher to go in. It matches all of my other black appliances. Maybe someday different colors will be available in a special order. I did some research on this. I got a good deal but I wish it cleaned my dishes a little better. If you want something more economical this is good.

The machine runs forever. What I mean is even the cycle listed as 1 hour runs for 3 hours. I have also noticed that lately its cleaning ability has diminished. I have to almost wash everything before I put it in. In addition, I have started to put paper towels under it because it been known to leak. My last dishwasher worked really well but it was so old that there were no replacement parts when it needed repair.

Purchased a Kenmore Elite 14742N513 dishwasher a month ago. Our 22 yr old Kenmore started leaking so we replaced. 3 weeks now from purchase and 3 service visits later plus a part replacement, still no decent wash - soap remained at the bottom of the tub, residue on dishes and it did not even dry the load! What a waste of time! Luckily, we purchased a service warranty from Sears and well be able to ask for a replacement... see how that goes.

We bought this Kenmore washer new on 07/25/2011. Less than 5 years ago. It is already making a terrible sound and we looked it up to see what it could be. Basically what is wrong with it is expensive and would be cheaper to buy a new washer. We have always used Kenmore because they last a long time, all our other washer lasted over 10 years. I spoke with a gentleman who knows washer and he said they are made to break now. I will be switching to Maytag. I guess they still will run the 10 yrs or more. So mad that it is not about the quality anymore but about quantity. Kenmore used to be the best. We have already changed our dishwasher and just love our new Maytag.

Works great! Gets even dried dirt and food off. Everything is very sanitary and the glasses are clear. Drying does take a while, but other than that I am more than pleased. Holds daily dishes for a family of 4 with no problems. Racks fold up and down to accommodate odd sizes or extras. Plenty of room for silverware and utensils. Fits great with the rest of the kitchen. I have both stainless and black appliances and this brings them all together quite nicely. It blends in while at the same time looks great. It must have been worth it because I have been quite pleased and have never had any issues with it.

The Kenmore dishwasher has been great and it works fantastic. Most dishwashers have your dishes come out with spots on it but not this one. It is a 24 inch built in dishwasher and it fits quite a bit of dishes about 12-15 plates and plenty of glasses. It has two racks and a utensil holder. It is stainless steel with black. The buttons are all digital and it has a black handle underneath. The buttons light up and it plays music or whatever you set it to to go off when its done. Its of great value. It costs about 300.00 and I believe that is a reasonable price for the quality of this product. This product is also much better than others not only because of the style, quality and efficiency but the cost as well. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is in the market for a dishwasher.

This dishwasher seems to take a long time to wash the dishes. You have to rinse everything off well before loading the dishwasher. Dishes are still wet when the dishwasher is done.

I chose Kenmore dishwasher based on reviews, features, looks, and price. I didnt want the cheapest dishwasher but one budget friendly but still a good brand. It also seemed like it was highly rated. The Kenmore dishwasher gets the dishes very clean. Its easy to use and quiet. Love the ease of the buttons and the racks that are in the dishwasher fit a lot of dishes. Also fits bigger pans and pots on the bottom rack. However, food chunks always seemed to linger at the bottom of the dishwasher for a while so it would be nice if there was a way to avoid that. Also, the heating elements in dishwashers are annoying because they melt things so it would be cool to find a way around that.

I decide to look online and see what was the best deal and dishwasher brand for me. The features that I like about the dishwasher is that it actually cleans thoroughly.Other dishwashers leave residue on the dishes but this one does not. However, I dont like that it does not hold more dishes that I want it to. Although, all in all, it works well. The reason why I chose Kenmore is because I heard a lot of good things about it from family members and the reviews were great as well. I also thought the pricing was a good value for it. I also love the stainless steel color that they had. I love my Kenmore dishwasher because it is reliable, works fast and does a great job. This dishwasher totally met my expectations!

Works well just needs a little more--not sure what it is but it feels like its missing something. I enjoyed using it but felt like it wasnt cleaning enough still. It had a good size compartment. Not what Im used to but it holds what I need to fit into it. Could use a few more holding slots for a free dishes. Has a good clean look, nice materials and very presentable to all the company Ive had over. Pleasure to look at. Great job. Would definitely recommend! Overall it has a pretty good price, not too expensive and not too cheap. After all you do get what you pay for so a high price comes with great results.

It does its job but you have to practically wash the dishes first. It does take the load of having to do dish but it could be better. I have had a few issues but that could have also been my roommate placing the dishes in incorrectly. This model is perfect for one person but for numerous people its a bit hard not to fill it up quickly. The size of the racks are a tad bit too small for my taste. Its the typical white, fridge texture on the outside. It isnt the best to look at but honestly, who cares about looks when what matters is that it gets its job done. The value of this dishwasher isnt the best Ive ever seen but it still works. Yes the shinier dishwashers probably work better but for how long can they keep that up?

It works well and is very reliable. It fits about everything we need to wash with the exception of a few huge pots. It also has some things in the dishwasher that flip around to different positions to accommodate different things. Its black, it looks good. We got it on sale for a good price and have had it three years with no breakdowns. It cleans well and were happy with it.
