This refrigerator was good quality, it was reliable. Would of enjoyed one of the stainless steel models with the sleeker look and more modern design, but this fridge was fine. It was easy to keep clean even though its white. Also, it was a good size for my family (myself, husband, and one child). There was plenty of room and extra for everything we need. I tend to cool a few big meals on Sunday to last a few days and need to store it in large tupperware or pots and that can take up a lot of room but I had it with this fridge. We had it for years with no problems and I didnt feel like this fridge option was overpriced. I like this brand and its a trusted name so I felt comfortable with what we were purchasing. I would recommend this fridge and this brand.

Its a good basic refrigerator. Nothing too fancy but good enough to deal with our everyday life. Not good if you have a large family or entertain a lot, as you will run out of room very fast. Its good enough for a family of 4. If you entertain a lot or have people who looove food, get a bigger fridge. Otherwise, this is good enough. Its plain so it wont stand out too much if you live in a crappy place. Can decorate it with magnets or drawings etc. Easy to clean the outside too. It was a good price I suppose. The fancier you go, the more broke you will be.

It looks great, regulates template properly, easy to clean. There is not a lot of frost build up so the freezer holds food great. I have had mine for 6 years and would recommend it to anyone. Easy to move if needed.

I purchased a Kenmore for several reasons. It is a brand that has great name recognition. I was looking for a smaller width refrigerator and the Kenmore line had a size I needed and had all the special features I was looking for even though it was a smaller size. The water filter is easy to change because of its location. Glass shelves are important too. They are easy to clean and so much better than the wire shelving. The vegetable drawers are deep and I like the fact that they are clear. The refrigerator is super quiet too. The ice maker really does a good job too. The location of the ice bin on the door is a feature I appreciate. Im able to see the quantity of ice and I can also remove the bin easily if needed! I just really wish they would have several lights in the freezer. For some reason I always manage to block the light with my placement of the frozen items. I also am not happy with the bottom door shelf. I find that the depth is a little too small.

It did the job of keeping the food cold. I liked the design of it. It also has lots of space. The fridge has plenty of adjustability and it has that modern look to it. Its huge. Has plenty of drawers. And the little slots on the side of the door are reasonable. Its a pretty tall fridge itself and it also has an special feature. Has that touch screen pad on the front where you can get ice and water. Also you can adjust the temperature on the pad too. Its worth the cost. You get whats need and you get that pricey look. Plus its black and shiny so its well worth it.

Kenmore Elite Bottom Freezer Refrigerator: Three years ago we moved to Key West, refurbished our home and purchased a complete line of Kenmore appliances from the local store. Two days ago we awoke to a large puddle of water on the kitchen floor. Upon further examination, we discovered that our freezer portion of our refrigerator stopped working and that all of our food had thawed. We immediately called the repair # listed on the back of our Sears/Kenmore instruction manual. After an hour and a half run around between departments, we were cut off. We then called back, explained what had just happened and were told someone would call us back within 24-48 hours to set up a repair. When they returned the call the rude CSR told us that they have no one in our area to work on our refrigerator and that there was nothing they could do for us. In other words, the 3 year old $2700 refrigerator was junk. From what I have read online this refrigerator has a known history of this type of problem. I can not believe what I thought was a reputable company can sell a product, offer a warranty and then completely wash their hands off it when there is a problem. We will never again buy anything from Sears and I hope everyone else learns from our hard lesson.

My Kenmore Refrigerator was a floor model and it was on sale. The refrigerator is spacious and works to its capacity. The shelves can be adjusted. It had an overhead freezer and ice making machine. It fits in the wall space and it only stopped functioning once in four years. However, the bottom gaskets keep breaking and the freezer ices over sometimes. Also, I would make an extra meat compartment and would put a bigger thermometer in the back of the refrigerator so I can read it. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with the Kenmore refrigerator and it has met my initial expectations.

Keeps food cold, have plenty of shelves, drawers and compartments, does not cost much to run. My electric bill has reduced a little bit. I would recommend this product. The size of the refrigerator is the perfect size for me and my little one, but I also have a 14 cubic foot freezer for stocking up when things I use go on sale. The price was right, crisper drawer works well.The refrigerator looks like a regular refrigerator. The surface is easy to keep clean even with the finger prints left by the toddler. It is easy to move to clean behind so dust doesnt build up. I think it was a good value for the money I paid for it, on sale of course. I try never to pay full price unless absolutely necessary, friend and family days are usually the best time to buy.

Feeling super aggravated at the moment. Bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator from Sears last year. Now not even a year later the bottom freezer has stopped working completely. Ive called for service and it took a month for someone to come out. Then parts had to be ordered. Another month for that wait. The man who came out to put the new part in had no clue what he was doing. When he left he said give it 24hours and it should be working. Nope nothing. So I called in yet another service appointment which was a month away and was set for today. Three oclock rolls around no call. I finally call them and get a live person. Guess what. The guy called in sick and no one bothered to call and yup you guessed it they want to change the service date to August 23 another month. I live in Mississippi and the heat index is currently 108. No joke. I depend on the ice. My freezer once made for my 2 huge bloodhounds and other animals to stay cool. Ive talked to some nice people at Sears today and some not so nice people but at the end of the day Im still left unsatisfied and completely shocked. Sears you disappointed me once with a window AC unit that took 3 months to get replaced in the hottest part of summer. I swore then that Id never be duped again. I decided to give you one more shot and am still left with long irritated calls and no resolution. So to other consumers please just go with another company if you want fast reliable service or appliances that work...

Not only is this smaller refrigerator easier to fit into smaller homes and apartments, it is super energy efficient! Inside is plenty of room for storing a good amount of food. I can get several items on each shelf and the side compartments hold all my condiments. The vegetable and fruit drawers hold an amazing amount of food. We shop by the month as to stock up and save gas and this refrigerator does the job! This nice clean-looking refrigerator is sleek and very tall. It cleans easily and is a nice addition to any home kitchen decor. I love the way it compliments my other appliances. I got a lot of bang for my buck with this refrigerator. Not only is it extremely cost effective both in what it costs and what you will save every month on your power bill as opposed to a bigger model. It holds a lot so you can stock up on food and that saves gas on trips to the store.

Its a good refrigerator except sometimes the bottom of the freezer forms ice then causes it to leak. And the water then sometimes freeze too and that causes it to not work at all. It looks like a big fridge. It does hold 30 dozen eggs and still has a little space left. The appearance is nice but the design of it makes it small inside. Its nice to have the extra but takes too much space up. Its not worth the value when you see how much space you are losing due to the poor design of the inside of the fridge. So would I spend the money again? No I wouldnt.

I bought a Kenmore refrigerator in 1990 when I got married. Used it every day until it broke. It lasted until 2011. Great refrigerator and bought another one. Hope this one lasts just as long.

Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator model #795-5102 - I purchased this refrigerator in October 2010. I just now noticed that a crack in the inside wall going from the back of the freezer to the front. I was told that I could get a $500 credit if it was decided that it was a workmanship defect. The refrigerator is like in a new condition. Im very angry and dissatisfied with Sears. The refrigerator cost over $1000. What do they think $500 will do for a new fridge? My last fridge lasted me over 10 years, not less than 2. No remedy to this. Sears is not what they used to be. I will never buy anything from them again.

We have had no problems with our fridge. It has been nice to have a fridge with an ice maker and has been service free. Would buy another if needed.. It is hard to say anything more. It is a appliance that has been of good service and have not had to do anything with it.

I researched this fridge thru Consumer Reports and it got a pretty good rating. But I dont know why!! I purchased this in June of 2017. THIS IS THE WORST FRIDGE I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!! There is only ONE TEMP CONTROL for the Freezer and fridge. If you want the freezer colder, then you have to make the fridge colder, too!! Plus the knob is right where you put tall items on the top shelf of the fridge. So, it was constantly being knocked out of position. I had to TAPE THE CONTROL KNOB IN PLACE!!! And, now, the freezer has a collection of frost/ice along the bottom of the freezer door!! Plus, on occasion, there is water on the floor in front of the fridge. I need to keep a thermometer in the refridge to make sure that the temperature remains accurate. And once in a while it warmer than it should be. I will say that the space of the 21CUSF is a very nice size. The bins and shelves are fine quality and roomy. But I am greatly disappointed in the performance! I could understand these type of things happening to a 5, 8, 10 or 15 year old refrigerator. Not one that is 2-1/2 years old! My trust in KENMORE has been destroyed. Its NOT THE QUALITY PRODUCTS OF THE OLD DAYS. If I can get rid of this fridge, Ill spend the money and buy an L.G. SO LONG KENMORE....

My Kenmore refrigerator has been nothing but a consistent performer. I have never had to have it repaired or serviced. It looks great and comes with a great warranty. I bought it over ten years ago and it works just as well as the first day I owned it.

Keeps things cold, a lot of room. Keeps veggies fresh. Fits great in my house. It has a Lot of storage room. Easy to clean. Good seal when closed. It has not given me any problems. Fits perfectly into my house. Holds a lot of food. Ample freezer room for my family. Ample room for veggies and meats. I am very happy with storage size and could not ask for more. I do not have to worry about overstuffing. Nice clean appearance. Very sleek and modern. Fits in and makes my kitchen look up to date. No one has complained about how it looks. I am happy with the handles and its modern fit in my home. Excellent value. A clean sleek look with lots of room with all the added features. The food storage is amazing and keeps my food at the right temperatures. I would not even think about buying another type. I have had no troubles with its functioning and I would recommend this fridge to everyone.

Very high quality. Love the water features. That space is impeccable. The only thing I dont like is that the filter needs to be changed for the water dispenser. We’re a householder for 2 adults and 2 children and its wonderful for the little snacks. I love the drawer and the shell station and the fridge, I mean freezer. I always have room. Its very easy to keep clean and wipe down. Spray a little Windex on a paper towel and youre all done. I thought it would retain water spots and it doesn’t, so overall Im very impressed. I like it because the groceries you can order the products you can put in the drawer and have it sent at your own humidity. They last longer and it works wonderful with my fruit.

I needed a smaller refrigerator from todays giants as it needed to fit into the space designated for a refrigerator. I like that the freezer is on the bottom. What I dont like is that a piece broke off a few years ago and it doesnt shut properly all the time. Probably could get it fixed. Also, bottom freezer is huge but gets messy when looking for items. Love having ice!

Kenmore has below average craftsmanship. I wanted a refrigerator that had the freezer on top and fit into my space. I did not want an ice maker as I live in a 4th floor condo and did not want to worry about leakage to the apartment below. The door handle broke off after 1-3 months of use. I received about 6 handles from Sears while it was under the one year warranty but when the year was up Sears only option was to buy the extended warranty. The refrigerator has worked well but design flaw of the handle was very disappointing.

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator less than 2 year ago with the price of $2500. It looks very nice. But, until I use it, I found that the inside design is so difficult to clean. And, it just stopped working after 8 months. I was told it is the compressor issue by technician. So I spent $300 purchased a new compressor, and $450 labor to get it back to work. During the past year it seems to be working OK, but I found thick layer of ice always accumulate on the back wall. And, it just stopped working again. During the past year I dare not even making ice with the refrigerator. This is the worst refrigerator experience that I ever had! This brand just has no quality at all.

I bought what I THOUGHT was a top of the line fridge called the Kenmore Elite but it seems that Sears forgot that elite means best and not worst. Just after 3 years the compressor died. It took 3 weeks to get the tech out so I had to buy a temp fridge. Cost me over $600 to fix. I have come to learn they are being sued for knowing about the bad compressors and selling them anyway. STAY AWAY FROM KENMORE!

Kenmore has been great. The fridge has worked the way that its supposed to. The settings are great and really easy to use so that makes it very convenient and easy on the bills. Also the electric bill has been stable since it is an energy saver also.

I like the Kenmore brand and have other appliances so all of them match. The fridges stainless steel makes it look sleek and clean. It goes well with all my other appliances. Its quiet and my children are able to open it with ease and thats a big help. Also, it was a really good deal and I have a card to Best Buy so that helped with making smaller payments instead of one big payment at once. However I dont like that Its not magnetic and I cant put up pics or things my kids made up on the fridge. Its also very annoying to clean and fingerprints get all over. You can wipe it down as much as you want but the lines are going to show and next time someone opens the fridge the prints are there.

I wish the freezer space was a little bigger but overall I am happy with this size of fridge. This is a very reliable brand of refrigerator and the size is good. So far so good. My freezer part is very cold and my fridge is very cold as well, and its very spacey as well. My door can be used on either the right or left side so that is a plus as well for me and my family.

So the Kenmore Elite refrigerator that we purchased not so long ago is now breaking down. By breaking down I mean the ice machine part is physically breaking apart. I just found a huge piece of plastic in my glass. Please be aware if you own one!! Just imagine if the plastic was smaller...

I love my Kenmore Fridge. I still use it as an extra fridge in my basement since we bought a new one, but has worked very well since we bought it. Never had any problems with it and is easy to keep and maintain.

I bought my Kenmore refrigerator back in October 1999 and it still works so good today Dec 2018 that it will start freezing stuff in the refrigerator area after 3-5 days. Plus the freezer works great. My only complaint is the freezer is too small of a portion of the refrigerator. They should have taken more of the refrigerator to make the freezer bigger. I do have to limit how much freezer stuff I get. Frozen stuff that can be thawed prior to using. I will put that on my top shelf of the refrigerator if needed as that shelf will freeze stuff in one day and the items placed on the top shelf of the refrigerator usually will remain frozen or have lots of ice in it like a slushie. The only time I have had problems with the Kenmore was around 10-15 years ago. I kept adjusting the temperature in the refrigerator so things wouldnt freeze up but then it started keeping things too warm and started acting up. I dont have the refrigerator on the highest setting today. It has numbers 1-7 and 7 is the coldest and I keep it on 6. Ever since I stopped changing the temperature dial then no more problems. The refrigerator only cost me $399 and its well worth the money that I have paid for the refrigerator.

It didnt last long. It broke down after a couple years and of course the part it needed cost more than the fridge was worth. I would not recommend at all! Its cheaply made and was very noisy!

Works good, holds a lot. Ice maker and cold water are nice features to have. Quality product. Would be happy to purchase Kenmore products anytime. Takes up a big space but understandable with all it holds. Takes care of the needs of my family and has great features. I would highly recommended it to my friends and family. Its a huge metallic box. It is stainless steel. The freezer is humongous as well. Can easily fit a whole side of beef if you remove the shelves.

The product has never had any problems with maintenance so far. The food is also always cold at the exactly right temperature, and its very spacious inside the fridge. I also like the amount of side space in the refrigerator, because it gives me room for my condiments and is plenty of room for me to store my items that I need to. Mostly everything fits inside of the fridge. Only things that are slightly tall have problems with fitting inside the fridge. I love the sleek black or shiny grey color of these fridges. Mine is a shiny grey and it looks very unique. It also matches well with the rest of my kitchen, and the handle and ice dispenser are built very well inside of the fridge. The value is more than worth it. This fridge is very durable, a nice design and look, has plenty of space for mostly anything, and is just better than most fridges in general. And the price isnt all that bad either, which is why I own this fridge.

The performance is amazing. It does and has everything you would want and need from a refrigerator. The size is perfect. It had storage for everything you could possibly need. It has all kinds of compartments and different areas of storage. The appearance is great. You look at refrigerators and usually see the same style. This one is unique and innovative. It has all the looks and style you could ever want in a refrigerator. The value is perfect. Nowadays you would think a refrigerator like this would cost over a thousand dollars, but it doesnt. The freezer compartment on top does not work correctly... Sears replaced door gasket and that did not fix the 1/8 gap of daylight along the bottom of the freezer compartment seal which makes it impossible to use the freezer compartment. They ordered a new door and a second seal; door is back ordered; perhaps as much as 2 months. Understand there is no visual damage to this unit. It is brand new from the box. The store made both doors to hinge on the left side and reboxed the refer. I bought this new fridge 2 1/2 month ago and they think they are doing a good job. They say they cant replace the unit with a new one, its their policy to fix it. All I want them to do is exchange the unit now. I do not want to wait 2 month for my new refer... I hauled it in my truck. Give me a unit that is not defective. Since they apparently wont and this is becoming a real issue my policy is to rip all the cards that say Sears up and to NEVER shop at Sears for anything not even a $5 dollar item, not a pair of socks or a gallon of paint.

Got this refrigerator brand new. It broke down after only 2 years. It took the guy 3 times to fix it partly because I dont think they knew what they were doing. Now the strip that supposed to keep the doors closed and the cold air in is coming off so if I dont keep checking it the food in my freezer starts melting.

We havent had any problems. Everything is in working order. Cools and freezes fine. Works well, and we really love the ice maker and water dispenser. It is large enough to hold everything we need. 2 liters, gallons of milk, and twelve packs fit just fine in the fridge side. It is usually never even full... even the freezer. It looks fine. Just a regular refrigerator. It blends in well with our other appliances. It is white, so it has to be wiped down regularly to get rid of handprints and such. It does what we need it to for the price we paid. We are happy with the value.

Kenmore has definitely met my expectations. It was the existing refrigerator in the house when I purchased it. The product is sound, reliable, and built very well. It is more than 15 years old and still works great. But I would improve the interior spacing and use stronger plastic for the shelves. My refrigerator is white and I would offer other custom colors besides the standard Black, white, and stainless steel. But the Overall Performance and reliability is excellent and the size is perfect for the space.

I like that the temperature is just right. It keeps food cold and doesnt freeze it. The shelving is plentiful. Theres room for my groceries. My food and drinks fit properly, I dont have to lay my drinks sideways, they actually stand up. The shelves are wide enough for heavy bags of fruit. And the drawers are large enough to fit food in the bottom also. Its black so it matches my other kitchen appliances. It looks nice in my house. It has a classic yet updated look. I always get compliments on how nice it looks. It was very affordable and in my budget. It didnt cost me a ton and break my bank. I didnt have to put it in layaway to purchase. It was delivered to my home free of charge. It got cold as soon as it plugged into the wall.

Kenmore was the brand used in our apartment and that was my first Kenmore experience. When we moved to our house we purchased the same model. Bonus it was on sale. I like the ice maker and bright lights. It is easy to clean which is awesome since we have a toddler who touches everything. The fridge runs quietly even when making ice. But always could use more freezer room. Not really sure how to have that without getting a bigger model. All in all we enjoy it.

Kenmore was the cheapest when comparing it to other brands that had the same features. Kenmore is a trusted brand and this fridge was on sale. I was more concerned with the price and the value than what specific features it has. I like the features and the space in this refrigerator. There is plenty of space especially in the freezer which is great for my needs. But I wish it had sturdier shelving units and maybe it coming in different colors.

Lot better than most, lasts longer, energy saving, has lot of storage, doesnt take much room. I would recommend this product to anyone who hasnt had it. Seems to fit just about any size kitchen. Kenmore came in the house we bought. I would purchase it in the future though. We are about to start looking for a new home soon and I am hoping to upgrade all appliances in the home. This is a product I will definitely consider if the home does not already come with upgraded appliances. There are a lot of things that are great about this fridge. I like that the doors are side by side and the amount of space in the doors. However, we have a family of five. While I like that it is not bulky I always want more space. But that would be true for any refrigerator. I always need more storage in the freezer so we have always had to own two refrigerators. I have looked at the refrigerators that are not side by side and have the bottom compartment for freezer space but I dont like have to pile items on top of one another. This is also true for freezers found above the fridge. With the doors side by side it makes it easier for organisation. I also think its easier to find products and to grab them quickly. So for everything I need in a fridge this one hits all the marks and is the best you can get for the circumstance. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to someone. Its a great product!

We bought a Kenmore refrigerator from Sears in April of 2015 and in the last few weeks it started having a problem with cooling. We called a Kenmore appliance repair 800 number and a repair person came out within 3 days. They checked it, cleaned the coils and charged us $294. The refrigerator did not improve and in fact stopped cooling at all. We called the Kenmore repair number again and this time it took them at least 10 days to come back and when they finally returned we were told that the compressor was out and that it would cost $941 to repair. That is absolutely unacceptable for an expensive refrigerator to be 4 years old and stop working when the average life expectancy should be between 14 to 17 years. This speaks volumes about the poor quality of this product. I think that Kenmore should be embarrassed to have a product that doesnt even come close to living up to the standard that it claims. As a consumer, I have no respect for a company that only thinks of themselves with no concern for the hard earned dollars that are required to purchase their product. Consumers! Save yourself the hassle and money and purchase a different brand.

I too spent my hard earned dollars to purchase a Kenmore bottom mount refrigerator. Within two years of purchase it began leaking water onto my kitchen floor. Not only is this problematic in terms of actually having cold storage for our food but a hazard. Having been unaware of the problem, I took a major dive on the kitchen floor when I slid in the puddle of water. One more reason to BEWARE of purchasing from Sears. Seems like Sears will not change their irresponsible practices until a law suit forces them to do so.

If I can give less than a 1 I would do it. I have a refrigerator from Kenmore and It didnt last for a week and it broke down. I called them and they want me to pay for it to fix it even though its not my fault. The Kenmore Refrigerators compressors are LG and LG compressors people have court issues on it because they break easily. Dont waste your money on those kinds of refrigerator.

It hasnt given us any real problems over its lifespan other than it makes a very loud thumping sound when shutting off. It still runs perfectly though. It is definitely big enough for a regular sized family of 3 or 4 people. The only time there isnt enough room is when we are hosting a gathering. It has a very basic appearance and is white in color. I wouldnt say theres anything special about the appearance but that isnt why we bought this model. It is more of a bargain refrigerator so I think its a great value. I want to say it was around $1000? No repair bills of any kind so we cant complain.

I purchased a $2000 Kenmore 3-door bottom fridge, Model# 79571304012, manufacture date of 2011.12. About 3 months after the warranty ran out, we noticed a loud noise coming from the freezer. We noticed a large ice buildup along the back wall. We knocked it off and the noise stopped. That lasted for a couple of weeks. The noise was back along with the ice buildup. Tried this a few more times over the next month or two. Then, the noise got really loud and we noticed that the freezer wasnt cooling properly. We then noted that after the ice was removed once again, the freezer was doing okay, but the refrigerator was getting warm. Well, by the next day, we lost all of our food and it was not working at all. We called a repairman and he charged us $250 to remove the door and replace some part. Now, one year later, it has started this same cycle - DO NOT BUY THIS! It is roomy and nice, but this has been a headache!!!

The refrigerator was on sale and Kenmore has a good reputation. They have been around for a long time. It kept things cold and was quiet. Moreover, it was pretty. However, the ice would get stuck sometimes and it was a pain. Ice would fall out onto the floor. It would beep. I think it was faulty in that department. It happened a little too often to be normal.

No problem at all after years of working great. The one problem is the shelves have broke (one 2 glass shelves). It is very easy to clean both the inside and out. I wish that it was a little bigger in the inside. But other than that I can say I am happy with the purchase of the Kenmore. I love the outside. It does not show fingerprints at all, and always looks great and clean. That is all I have to say about the Kenmore. I think it is a great value for the Kenmore, and it is very friendly for your electrical power bill. We purchased it because it is something that runs all the time.

Condensation water keeps leaking from the bottom to floor, causing water damage. After cleaning the whole fridge the leakage issue will appear again in one week. Should have a built in water pan. Horrible design!

Kenmore is a great appliance. I really enjoy the self-defrost. The price was reasonable. I had the refrigerator for three years now and its not a problem so far. I would gladly recommend this appliance to a friend or family member. The good thing - If something to happen I have maintenance insurance.

We tried a different brand a couple of summers ago and it just would not keep the temperature cold in the freezer or the refrigerator so we took it back. We like that with Kenmore, the drinking water dispenser is inside the refrigerator so instead of being on the door on the outside I don’t have water stains on the front of my fridge. The thing that I dislike is that the glass shelves do not fit tightly in the frames. On occasion when I have been cleaning out the fridge I worry that I am going to drop the glass on the floor.

I had this unit before having children, so I had to upgrade. The fridge served us well up to that point... Never an ounce of problems with it. I just needed double doors and more space so I bought a new one. Got a great deal on this refrigerator! It was quite inexpensive but it served all our purposes. It was bright white and easy to keep clean. I loved the color cause it matched our other appliances. The unit provided my husband & I with plenty of space... Veggies & fruits in drawers and room for big watermelons on shelf. Kenmore is a great brand & our second refrigerator is also a Kenmore... Were very happy with it, too.

I love this fridge because it is large and roomy and Kenmore is a very trustworthy brand. Love this brand and I would recommend to anyone. It is quite large but not so big it becomes awkward and bulky. It is the perfect size for a family of 6 people and I am happy to recommend it. It is a white and modernized for a modern or a traditional family. It is very much an awesome thing. Great stuff everyone. I think the frost proofing is a feature that most people really cannot live without. Everyone thinks they can do without it but it really comes in handy.

We got a really good deal on our Kenmore refrigerator and the price definitely was a driving factor in this purchase for us. My parents had a Kenmore in the house I grew up in so I knew it would be reliable. I like the ice machine and the power freeze option. There is also plenty of room for storage and the shelves allow for many different ways of organizing your food. However, I would maybe have the freezer set up a little bit differently and I wish there were more shelf so that stacking food was a little bit easier because now things seem kind of jumbled.

I bought my refrigerator a few months ago and I absolutely love it! Its very spacious and keeps everything fresh and cold. The glass shelves make it easy to wipe out and keep clean. The refrigerator is a very high quality product and its very useful as well. I really enjoyed my product and still using it. The size is very big and room and its enough space to put everything you need to put in it and I will buy it again. I will also recommend this to anyone that is willing to buy one. Purchased a Kenmore Elite 7957205.110 in March of 2012. 13 months after purchasing, received an error 15 - cost over $500 to repair. Tech explained that the CPU wasnt designed properly to maintain the proper fan speed and that the new card would correct that flaw. Now only 20 months later, Im having the same issues. The KitchenAid fridge it replaced worked for 12 years without a problem. Im not investing anymore money into the crap. Time to replace it. No more Kenmore/LG appliances for me.

I got the black model, and I love it - very shiny - only downside is that it does show spills and splashes a lot. Inside, it is very bright and clean looking. Overall, very slick! I have no complaints about the size, has more than ample space for a 3-4 person family - the freezer is more than adequate for two weeks of frozen goods - and while my fridge is usually very stocked, I dont run out of room! Fridge works fantastically - I set everything around the middle setting and havent had to adjust it too much. It stays cold and frozen - cleans easily - and hasnt broken down yet! Also, not overpriced and you get your moneys worth with this model!

Pathetic. We purchased the fridge in 2005. Kenmore Elite Cabinet Depth French Door Fridge model 795.7519240. The vegetable drawers have been a pain forever. They always come off their tracks and are awkward to put back on. No matter how careful we are, it happens. Also the cold water supply main switch control from the main board wire broke because it swings when the door opens and closes. It is in the molded insulation of the door, so a new wire had to be routed under the rubber gasket and a hole drilled through the insulation to bring the new wire to the control board (The factory wanted to sell us a new door!). Sad, sad when the fridge it replaced had been working almost 20 years without a hitch.

Kenmore refrigerator is a good brand with an excellent and reliable reputation. It is also energy efficient and has fair pricing. Additionally, it has adjustable shelving, water dispenser, and ice cube maker. The black style finish makes a nice appearance. However, it should replace plastic drawers with glass, more usable space in the freezer, and better finish on refrigerator since its hard to clean in certain areas.

Great product that you can trust. Never had to replace anything on it and still works like the day we got it. Have had the refrigerator for at least ten years and still goes strong. A little worn from the years but works great.

Quality, reliable, and built as solid as sears. Top notch performance. Been using it for over 5 years and never had any issues with it. Everything works beautifully. The freezer can hold all the familys poultry and meat for all our get together. Very big space for the dairy, veggies and baked goods. It is exactly what I need. Size was to store all the refrigerated goods, roomy right temperature. Fits well in the kitchen without being in the way of anyone or thing. Its just the right size for self or family, is very nice, beautiful, white color. Easy handle to open and shut. It is worth the value I paid for. Its nice appearance, easy to handle and take care of. Nothing complicated in using. It comes with owners manual of operation.

I chose Kenmore because my mom has one. I liked the brand and it had features I was looking for. The price was good for the type of appliance it is. It is practical, easy, and slim. It has gallon door bins, adjustable shelving and door bins, 25 cu. ft. of capacity, frost-free freezer, built-in water filter, ice maker, can fit tall bottles and wide ones, tight sealing doors, humidity-controlled and clear crisper drawers, and adjustable spill-proof glass shelving. However, the stainless-steel is hard to keep clean, fingerprints are always on the fridge or smudges. And sometimes the drawers come out fast or fall out of the door, and small items slide around the door if there are gaps.

I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator with a bottom freezer in September 2017. Ive had the technician over twice already. The problems associated with this are loss of food; inconvenience and the mental stress I go through each time I call because I have to wait a minimum of seven (7) days for an appointment. When I complained to the customer service rep I was told that they only label appliances non functioning after FOUR visits.This is a very poor business model from a company whose main product is appliances. So here I am once again in the middle of summer with a refrigerator that is not sending cold air up from the freezer to the refrigerator so I dont even have cold water. Shameful. I would not recommend anyone purchase appliances from them unless they have a guarantee to have service in 24 hours from when the request is made. And yes! I did pay $241 for an extended coverage and the service still sucks.

Much like the other reviews, I have had several problems with my refrigerator and lost a significant amount of food and money because of it. I spent all of last summer without a fridge because the technicians couldnt figure out that it was not the compressor (after 3 times coming to my house). It was some unit in the back that had burned and the coolant was leaking out. After paying over $500 to fix that, I am now waiting on hold for an hour because its not working again! It hasnt even been a year. And once again I lost food. I will not be purchasing from Kenmore or Sears again!

LOOK GREAT and loved this Kenmore Elite fridge for 14 months, then spent $99 twice to correct design flaws in the ice maker over the next 9 months. At 30 months, compressor failed. Parts under warranty but labor will be $520, obscene cost except when you consider how many repair trips it may take to get poor quality parts to work. $100/month for cold food. Off to the dump.

This model and similar line of models is satisfactory for small families - 2 adults and young minor children who likely will need assistance in accessing food storage. The refrigerator is plain, basic appliance, white. No particular special finish and sparkle; it does what its suppose to do. Door handles are pouched in doors; cheaper to manufacture, less materials, and also give a cleaner, more modern design than those bulky handles sticking out from door frame. I bought it because it was convenient and priced right for my spending plan. Its reasonably priced at Sears. But like everything, NOT MADE IN AMERICA components and not sure about the final assembly point. You get what you pay for... Cheap labor in Mexico helps keep down price; thats good for consumer. For price difference in moving up to larger model, better off to buy a cheap stand alone freezer. Its often sold at Wal-Mart and works well enough to cover storage times like the holidays - rather than work that freezer half-full. Of course if you have a family of growing teens, youd probably be better moving up to larger capacity to meet your food storage needs.

My only objection is whoever designed this model that I have did not design for good storage space otherwise I just love it. Really like the door. It has cold air from the freezer and keeps milk and other drinks really cold.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite 2012 and in three months it stopped working and the repairman came various times. So many times we were given a new Elite refrigerator. I was tickled pink until I had the same issues with the new one. The ice maker stopped working. The unit would frost over. Finally we were informed that all of these refrigerators have the same issues. Sears honors the warranty I paid for but cannot rectify the issue. We have changed the fan and the computer board many times. Every 3 or so months something goes wrong with the unit. I have never had a refrigerator that cannot be repaired. In Miami we owned the old style Elite and it was great. Sorry to say we sold it with the house. The repairman from Sears was here two weeks ago and repaired the water dispenser. Now its another fan. I imagine once the warranty ends we must buy another but not a Kenmore. I used to love Kenmore.

I enjoy our Kenmore fridge. It has plenty of space for a lot of groceries. If I had to say on anything negative it would be how hard it is to clean out ice drawer. It has made the ice have a funny taste and theres even been debris - maybe rust.

Kenmore has great products at fair prices. Ive always bought all my products from Sears. First great service and prompt delivery. But let me say the small Sears stores are a franchise. So they may not all be up to par. My refrigerator is basic. No frills. Plain white. Glass shelves. Does the job.

Its a great refrigerator. Meets all my needs and more. Worth way more than I paid for it. Keeps food fresh and makes food last for a very long time. Freeze and refrigerates stuff in a timely manner without any problems. Has a great overall design. Very easy to understand and really easy to use. Theres no other refrigerator like it. Its 100% top of the line and really easy to install.

Model 10673206300 - mom and I purchased this in 2005. Was told by salesman that this should last without problems for 15 to 20 yrs. Explained to clerk that week - really needed something to suit our needs. We are both disabled and live on a fixed income. We purchased the warranty and early on in 2005, the drawers had to be replaced. For the past month the fridge has leaked off and on. We attempted to repair but was unable. Called sears today - they want $75.00 to diagnose and was also told it would probably be $200.00. Or I could sent Sears $39.99 monthly and pay only $60.00 for the diagnosis. I was struck by the fact that the first question asked by automated system is ...is fridge leaking? Lets me know that sears is aware of this defective product. NEVER AGAIN Will I BUY FROM SEARS.

We bought a really expensive, top of the line, Kenmore Refrigerator 7 years ago. The kind with the display on the front that lets us specify how many oz/cups of water to dispense, etc. Recently the whole front display stopped working. We also have a valid warranty. After waiting two months and 3 visits from the repairman, were told they cannot fix our display on our refrigerator. They could fix it if we had a black refrigerator, but they no longer make that part in white to go on a white refrigerator (They did offer to put the black part onto our white refrigerator which takes up a substantial part of the front and would look ridiculous to have a white + black refrigerator in our all white kitchen). Top of the line refrigerators are supposed to last more than seven years. And their warranty is crap. They used to be rated high for customer service which is why we bought a Kenmore and paid extra for the warranty, but now it seems theyre all too happy to collect money, but when it comes to replacing parts with the correct replacement parts, they cant deliver.

I loved my Kenmore! Very reliable, sturdy, and even though its not the newest item in my kitchen, it works still very well after all these years! Its one with the Freezer box on the bottom, and its a slide out. The top is very roomy, and there is plenty of space for all of my groceries. The top gets a little cold, sometimes freezes my items on the top shelf, but thats due to when I turn the air up too much.

Excellent refrigerator. Runs quiet, have had it for a year and no problems. Freezes very well. Keeps food cold. Love the design. Its easy for me to get to, since I am in a wheelchair. I would recommend. I buy groceries for a month. All my groceries fit in my refrigerator and my freezer. And it is just an awesome refrigerator. I love it. People cannot believe that I got this size in a stainless steel finish. They are always commenting on how pretty it is. How stylish it is. And they are amazed at how quiet it is. The value is OK. I bought it at Home Depot and then found one later, cheaper. But, the other company didnt deliver like Home Depot. And I got an extra two year service agreement for next to nothing..

The only reason I chose this Kenmore refrigerator was because it was cheap. I bought it used since I know it would be cheaper than buying it at the store. I spend only 500 dollars on it and I really like it. As long as its not making my food bad I am happy.

The refrigerator is quiet, produces great ice. Food stays fresh for a long period of time. I have not had any issues with the refrigerator. The size is enough to satisfy the needs of the family. Lunch meats, drinks, snacks, fruit, and other items can all be stored separately for ease of access. The refrigerator is black and matches well with the rest of the appliances I own. The handles make it look like a high-end appliance. Having the freezer at the bottom allows for more room for food items that are used more often. I feel I received my moneys worth for this appliance. Having an appliance I can trust at a competitive price is important to me. The appliance serves the needs of the family and durable, reliable, and has lasted many years without any repairs.

My Kenmore refrigerator works fine and Ive had it for years (7) so far. No problem with either cooling or freezing. My indoor water and ice maker work really well. They stand up to a lot of hard use. Kids, friends, husband, and me all use it. It had been durable. Easy to change the filters also. Im happy with the fridge. We also got a really good deal on it as Sears had a sale. I would recommend it to anyone.

Id really recommend this refrigerator because it makes the food and drinks so cool (cold) and so good to drink and the food makes it so it doesnt get soggy and all that. It can fit all my items I got from the grocery store and it can fit all the things I look at and I put it in and it fits well as a gazelle in a farm. OMG, this is the best refrigerator ever! It is the biggest refrigerator ever. I love this refrigerator! The value is $2250 so for that price is good for a refrigerator. :D I love this refrigerator so much!

I chose and always use Kenmore because it has always worked for me for a really long time and has always met my standard. Its very reliable and I love how big and spacious it is. But the thing I disliked about it was that the freezer and the bottoms drawers are kinda small. Could have been a little bigger. And I wish there were more colors to choose from. Other than that, its the best refrigerator brand Ive ever owned.

I like the stainless steel outside, which is easy to keep clean, but the door doesnt hold a full dozen eggs. So I have mixed feelings about our refrig. Next time I buy a refrigerator, I will definitely make sure the door is the right size.

Fridge died after just 7 years. The compressor only has a 10-year warranty but when the compressor goes out it causes other damage that costs in the thousands to repair so warranty is worthless. Repairs cost as much as the new fridge; ELITE line.

This refrigerator was a perfect size for my house. Our very old and outdated fridge just went out and then we found this one. We actually got a great deal and it was a great purchase. I recommend this to anyone. Affordable and modest. I wouldnt recommend if you have like ten kids but great size for the average family. Perfect amount of freezer space along with fridge space. This refrigerator looks like an average fridge. It is sleek and very pleasing to the eye. I would totally recommend. I got a white one, just the regular kind. It kind of reminds me of the one my gran used to have. So its good, nothing fancy. I would say I got what I paid for. Very reasonable price with all the needed features. It was large enough for me and my husband and fit well in our kitchen. It is also nice and quiet not like our old fridge. So I got the bang for my buck.

I purchased a Kenmore Refrigerator May 2016, 2 months out of warranty and the ice maker doesnt work. Its outrageous to me that a $675 refrigerator has a broken part after only 14 months that will take hundreds of dollars to evaluate and repair. Kenmore appliances are not made to last. I will never purchase another Kenmore appliance again!

We purchased four Kenmore applications 3 years ago… to my disappointment the refrigerator stopped working and I did not get an extended warranty. I thought if I was investing my hard earned money on a name like Kenmore it would last longer than that. But to my amazement even when I’m paying to have it fixed I have to wait 1 weeks to get it fixed. We took time off to get it fixed just to get a call at 4:00 that he’s not coming. Now we have to wait another 8 days before they come. I do not recommend anyone to purchase Kenmore appliances. We are not happy nor are we satisfied with their service or products.

Kenmore Elite Kenmore refrigerator (Model number 59676522500) required frequent service calls. It would have been nice if the repairmen told us that they were repairing the same part over and over again. It is a horrible design flaw. The copper tubing that goes from the compressor to the evaporator runs through the drain pan. The moisture corrodes the tubing causing loss of Freon. The repair is expensive (Sears wanted $900). If we had known the other four repairs were caused by this design flaw, we would have continued the extended service plan which had expired shortly after the last repair. So, this $2,000 refrigerator wasnt built to last even a year. It was repair every year since purchase. It is now 5.8 years old and needed to be repaired again. Youd think they would fix the problem, not just put band aids on it.

It is very roomy, gets very cold, love the ice maker and water filter, I loved the refrigerator. Very nice colors, great performance, low maintenance. Love the adjustable shelves, great freezer space, roomy drawers, fits well in my kitchen, great height, wide and a lot space. Very classy, very stylish, wonderful colors, great wear, great size, accentuates the kitchen and other appliances, nice, beautiful, pretty, durable, solid, appealing.

Ive had no issues with my fridge. It works just as well as it did when we 1st bought it. I always have a full fridge and no matter what item is in there it always stays nice and cold & maintains a great temperature. The freezer never causes freezer burn & always keeps our food frozen and safe. I love the light on the door where the ice cubes come out. Its easy to find in the dark. It produces a steady stream of ice when needed but also provides a nice cold cup of water that tastes amazing. My fridge is the perfect size for smaller kitchens, although it would work just as well in a larger one. We are able to easily store everything that is brought home from the store, plus leftovers, from take out & dinner at home. Its big enough to hold my family of 4s food and beverages for 2-3 weeks. My refrigerator is a sleek dark silver with black handles. It is very current. I love that its not all white or all black. It looks great with the rest of my kitchen equipment. I believe you get what you pay for with regards to almost anything you can buy. That is not the case when it regards my fridge. There are certainly cheaper and more expensive models & I know without a doubt that its a good value when comparing it to other models. They also have a good warranty to back up the quality they claim to have & I have never used it, or needed it. It is nice to know that its there just in case.

We bought a Kenmore refrigerator 2.5 years ago. Last week the freezer completely thawed. Took a week for the Sears repairman to come out to diagnose the problem. We have a Freon leak, which is $1000 to fix. Was told it’s LG made and have problems like this all the time. Called customer care and it directs you to schedule a repair. Horrible service and no one stands behind their work. So now we have a refrigerator that doesn’t keep cool, and have to buy another.

This is an LG refrigerator with the Kenmore nameplate. The ice capacity is a joke at about 2 lbs per day. It takes forever to make ice even when you use the Ultra Ice feature. It is very cheaply made as well. I pulled the drawer in the freezer open one day and a wheel from each side broke off when it reached the end of the track. The freezer also frosts food really bad and you have to throw it away after a few months. Very dissatisfied with this refrigerator which is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned!! And I paid $1600 for it five years ago.

I really like how it kept food at the right temperature that we set it to. However, we never figured out how the ice machine works so that part wasnt as useful for us. It fit all of the things we needed and bulk boxes of food fit in without a problem. The freezer portion was smaller than the fridge though. The fridge looked nice, but I wish I had ordered it in white because the color that we ordered did not fit in with our kitchen decorations after we remodeled the house. We considered getting another fridge, but this one was working fine so we kept it. It was on sale when I bought it so I feel like it is a good deal for a fridge. The fridge works really well for the price we paid for it.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Model Number 795.5107. Weve had the refrigerator replaced 3 times, and each time, we have the same indentations on the freezer side door panel. The refrigerator is stainless steel. The first time we had it delivered, we thought the delivery crew had damaged it. Upon receiving the second refrigerator, we saw the same indentations on the door panel. Third time is not a charm. We still have the same refrigerator. Sears has only offered to send me another one. Ive asked that they inform the manufacturer that they are producing damaged panels and they have yet to remedy the problem. I paid good money for a damaged refrigerator.

Very efficient and quiet and also very easy to use with little or no help at all. Its great. I will/wish all of your appliances worked as quietly as that brings to memory when my fridge went kaput. You can fit pots and pans and skillets and soil washers. It also will allow you to put in coolers if theyre not of great size and does get those clean especially after camping and fishing. It has a really Sleek look. Very small in size and fits in the smallest Corner in my kitchen but still is very easy to access. It was the best one that we saw for sale at the time especially for the small size. Besides having a very Sleek look and being small enough to fit in the corner of my kitchen the value seems fantastic as it has a really new look although it is not too old. I really do love it.

I had one and it failed after 8 months. It took me two weeks and multiple visits to try to repair before Sears finally decided to replace it. I had to spend many hours on the phone yelling to get anything done and was without a refrigerator for 3 weeks.

It was a good refrigerator. We have used many but this was one of the best ones - we all like it. My husband, my son and all family loved this refrigerator a lot. I think it could be a little better to size so that people in small apartments done have trouble fitting them in their small kitchens so I would not recommend it a lot but performance was really good so we loved it a lot. We liked it but nowadays so many new models and designs are available that people have more to choose from and I guess people will love the latest designs. I wish we had these options then. The refrigerator is a good value for money. Lot of my friends also bought it and they all say that its good. When at my home we all loved it for performance as well as the overall value for money that we got.

If it work I like it. I like my food cold and my beer cold and more. It got 2 door. It make ice. It get really cold. It look nice. I get a drink from it. It nice when you need a cold drink. My refrigerator is white and has two black handles. It is modern looking and cleans very well. The space is large and holds quite a bit of food. It has clear glass shelves and two crispers. Since I bought it used, the value is probably about $300 on the market. But it works as well or better than a brand new one. To me it is more valuable than buying a new one which may not work as well.
