Cycle is long but very thorough. My only complaint is if there is too much liquid then the cycle is paused until you remove excess liquid. It is the perfect size. I really like how there is a sliding drawer on top for silverware. On occasion I will have larger plates I use for serving and/or dinner parties that will be too tall for the bottom door. The dishwashers appearance is very sleek and minimalistic. The only complaint I have is that fingerprints show up easily so it might not be the best in a home with small children. The Kenmore dishwasher appliance was priced at a reasonable amount in relation to its size and function. I did get it on sale though so I dont exactly know what the original retail price was.

This dishwasher is now close to 10 years old. It still runs and cleans dishes just as well as it did when new. I have never had to have any repair work done on it, and find it is one of my most reliable appliances. Both the upper and lower baskets are very roomy. Even with my large family, I can fit all of a weeks dishes--including pots and pans into one load. There is enough space between the two baskets for taller dishes, and enough space up top for taller glasses. The stainless steel front blends nicely with most kitchen decors. Plus, the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. Its black accents match other appliances in my kitchen. Overall, even though its almost 10 years old, it still has a modern look that enhances my kitchens appearance. I have many times over gotten the value for the money paid for this dishwasher. It is economical in its water usage, and its dependability has saved me from spending money to repair or replace it.

The dishwasher has plenty of room for my dishes, glasses, silverware, and even the larger pieces I have to put in, and it gets them nice and clean on the first time. Also, its a perfect fit for the limited kitchen space that I have. I got the black to match my kitchen decor and it doesnt look cheap. People have asked me where I got it and told me what a nice looking unit I own. I love my dishwasher. It saves me so much time and money. When I initially started the remodel of my kitchen, I wanted non-generic appliances that looked good and were energy efficient. Its high efficiency feature is why I purchased the dishwasher. I also wanted silver or black, so this is the model I ended up with. Its extremely loud during all cycles. The drain on it breaks every other time I used it and it only works without problems half of the time. That said, I dont use it often as I travel frequently, so Im not terribly concerned. Kenmore was recommended by my condo building maintenance guy. He installed it without giving me other options. I would have gone with a different model, but its good enough for me until I sell my condo.

I have a light and heavy selection, heat on or heat off. I really like both of these options. It holds a lot of dishes and that is another thing I like about it. It is a 24 inch built in. It is very easy to move out if ever needed. It sits right next to my sink and has a big counter top above it. It is handy to use especially if my little granddaughter wants to help me. It is all white and matches all other appliances, and my cabinets are white, so it all fits together really well. The buttons are easy to use and see and is not very loud when running. It came in our condo but it is the cheapest one and works well. It is the 24 inch built in one in white and I have had it for 11 years and it still works completely like new.

Outside needs to be cleaned sometimes but it looks great with the overall kitchen decor. Cleaning it with soap and water usually does the trick but doesnt get that dirty that often. Kenmore is a well known brand of kitchen appliances and it did meet my expectations in every way. It was a really good dishwasher and never had any problems whatsoever with it. But, I dislike how water stayed in the bottom of mine after the wash cycle. I’m not sure if it was just a defect in the one I had bought but I loved everything else about it. I also like that it really does good with getting the dishes clean and I feel like they always had a streak free shine and a good heated wash cycle and left my dishes smelling good every time.

It washed dishes, sometimes food would be melted onto the container. The individual cycles were not used much, just the standard, but it did pretty well for its price point. I didnt like the color, should have gone with stainless models. The size was very nice. It had enough space for all of our dishes and cutlery. We were able to for several days and dinners worth of food onto the dishwasher and they almost always came out equally washed and clean. I did not end up liking the color very much. My parents always bought Kenmore products as long as I can remember and I have always used Sears products as they are reliable. My Kenmore refrigerator Is the high point of my kitchen. Thought I was getting a good product. Have bought Kenmore Elite in the past. Paid $2500 for refrigerator in Nov 2016. Less than 2 years later, the fridge is warm. Same story as others. Sears cant come out for 2 weeks. Had another company come out next day and they confirmed the freon was gone. Apparently there is a leak in a sealed unit? Compressor was hot and coils were not. Cant complain to anyone because call center is offshore and they do not understand. I called customer service and they said they would have to transfer me. This happened 4 times before I couldnt take it anymore and hung up. You cant get to Kenmore Corporate. All contact info is pointed to Sears. Is there a class action lawsuit I can join? I have appointment scheduled for them to come out in 2 weeks, but Im afraid they will say it will be $1k or more to fix it. Less than 2 years old. I shouldnt have to fix it. The tech that came out told me my Kenmore is made up of LG parts. If I wanted an LG I would of bought that brand? Why do they do that? Oh and my Kenmore dishwasher crapped the bed a few short months ago too! I replaced it with a Bosch. I will NEVER spend another dime at Sears or on a Kenmore appliance again!

Kenmore Dishwasher is a great size. I have a family of five and I always have enough room. I put the pots and plates on the bottom, and the cups and bowls on the top. I dont even have to rinse dishes off before putting in. They come out sparkling every time and it makes doing dishes so much easier. I love the appearance. I researched and read many reviews before deciding on this dishwasher. It was reasonably priced for a dishwasher with a stainless steel interior, and is extremely quiet when running. It is very basic, but offers an energy saving cycle, which I always use.

It looks clean and it looks good with the rest of my kitchen. It was delivered wrapped in plastic so it has no scuffs or marks on it. And so far, I have managed to keep it scuff and scent free also. Kenmore Elite model 665.12783k311 - For some unknown reason the lower spray arm on the dishwasher came off, and landed on top the hot heating coil. This melted the lower spray arm, and started a fire in my dishwasher. I took pictures and contacted Sears, who referred me to Whirlpool, who referred me back to Sears, and that went on for two hours. This is dangerous, and based on a Google search not the first time. However, as of this post neither Sears nor Whirlpool has contacted me with any interest in finding out WHY this happened.

I chose this dishwasher because I have a few friends and family who own it, and they absolutely love it! It is for sale for a great, affordable price and who doesnt love to save money?! I know I do and I think it is great because it does a great job at getting off all the food. Sometimes my family cant remember to rinse the dishes before putting them in, no matter how many times I tell them. But this dishwasher has clean dishes every time. All my past washers would leave food stuck on. Gross! But one of the things I dislike about it is that it takes a long time and wish it was a bit faster. I have yet to find a great dishwasher that gets all the food off and is super fast. Maybe its just as fast as it goes. Other than that, I absolutely love this washer! Kenmore had many of the features that I wanted for the price. The other dishwashers were not on as good of a sale. The prices were great for the features you got. With the jet dry it made my dishes sparkling and I knew they were very clean and sanitized. Although hot to the touch, I didn’t mind waiting a little while before emptying the dishes. The dishes were always super clean! However, the wheels would sometimes get stuck making it hard to pull the drawer out. Longer utensils would fall out of the basket and would get stuck between the trays making it pretty difficult to remove. Space was also an issue. Sometime bigger items on the bottom rack would get stuck on the trays and would make it difficult to empty. Making the racks move easier would really help with a lot of those problems. Also having different sized places on the racks to fit more items.

My ex-husband purchased it while I was out of town, to surprise me. When it was purchased, circa 1998, it has a stainless interior, China setting, rinse only cycle, levers that came down for stemware, adjustable top rack, sanitizing cycle, and very quiet. I loved that dishwasher. It was great. The installation could have been better though. My ex didnt know what he was doing and cut a hole in one of the hoses and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced. Overall, for appliances, we always went to Kenmore first. The reliability and warranty were unbeatable. We owned several Kenmore appliances without disappointment.

As long as you use quality detergent then the dishwasher is amazing at getting your dishes shiny and no water marks. I never have an issue with it becoming unbalanced and it has lasted me 10 years so far. The chrome with black handle model that I have of the dishwasher has all the perfect prongs inside so you can fit everything and lots of different sized dishes too! The flat chrome with the black handle makes it look modern but still is cheaper than the all chrome one. It is definitely a happy medium. Again with the mixed black and chrome it makes it cheaper than the all chrome but it works just as well. I love the value of this dishwasher.

Our landlord bought a Kenmore dishwasher brand new and it didnt work. The spinning blade on the bottom would not spin. So, after calling customer serviceand scheduling a technician, who was more eager to come for refrigerator repair, said he will talk to the landlord and the parts are ordered. Ordered? This young man would not tell me what would be replaced and when the part would come. After ten days during Christmas and New Year we werent able to use the dishwasher. The parts wouldnt arrive so we heard from customer service that nothing was ordered for our dishwasher. Excuse me? And customer service put me on hold and disconnected me twice. I certainly can say Sears does not care about customer service. A second person came without cloth or so broke our drain and replaced the motor blade leaving the defect motor behind and a very messy kitchen floor. What can I say. We are NOT using the dishwasher because its cycle is over 3 hours and it does not clean and dry properly. Prewash and manual kitchen towel drying is needed. We went back to old fashioned way with five people in the household. I would never buy from Sears. Worst experience ever. And two years living without dishwasher because landlord just bought it new.

Fridge stayed cold very well and freezer stayed really cold very well. Lasted a good amount of years, but eventually the ice dispenser stopped working. Large enough to fit all of the food items and drinks for my family of four. Enough room for main dishes and side dishes on holidays, as well as enough room to store leftover food items among other things. The appearance of this fridge was very sleek looking and fit very well in my modernly decorated home. I liked the silver look and it matched the colors with the rest of the kitchen. The value of it was definitely worth it. The price was very reasonable and it lasted a very long time to make it worth it. It kept everything cold and fresh.

I purchased it from Sears because someone was able to help me understand the features and answer my questions about the differences in the various dishwashers and they were on sale. Energy efficiency is a quality that helps my bottom line money. The fact that save energy is huge. Another feature is being able to choose between Smart wash, pots and pans, Normal or 1 hour wash helps. My last dishwasher did not have a pots and pans feature and I hate washing pots. And the stainless steel front is sleek. However, this is not a very quiet dishwasher. I usually start the dishwasher and go to bed and you can hear the dishwasher upstairs. It would be nice to have the sounds absorbed somehow.

The dishwasher gets the dishes nice and clean. I can easy stack the dishes on the rack and they come out very clean. The power to the dishwasher is very powerful and does a great job with the rinse cycle, where there is no food or residue left on the dishes. The size of the dishwasher could be a little bigger, it a good size but would like more room for cups. It sometimes is hard to put large pots and pans in the dishwasher with other dishes, especially if there is grease on them. I have to wash them before I put them in the dishwasher to make sure the grease comes off. The dishwasher is black, which I love because its easy to keep clean and looking new. The button on the dishwasher is black with white writing to allow you to see when each cycle is happening (rinse, dry, etc). It is easy to wipe off and keep clean and it goes well with the other appliances in the kitchen. The value is okay! I feel it could be better and far as the size. However, when you live in an apartment you cannot pick the dishwasher you really want. When you are buying a home you have more choices or can buy what you want.

It is a very good dishwasher! It does the job well without pre-washing anything. It is the best dishwasher I have ever used and owned! I would definitely buy another Kenmore dishwasher if I had to. Honestly, I wish it would hold more dishes and bigger pots and pans. For an average meal, I can usually run one load and that will be it. Im satisfied with the appearance of this dishwasher although this dishwasher looks like your standard dishwasher. The color and finish are acceptable. The dial does not stand out in a bad way. This dishwasher has plenty of room for all types of dishes, from plates and bowls to mixing bowls to pots and pans to silverware to cups and mugs. I dont have a problem fitting in all my dishes. The dishwasher is relatively speaking very quiet and does an above average job of cleaning every pot, pan, and utensil you place on its racks. There are no obvious overlooked stains that were missed or not thoroughly cleaned by the dishwasher. So far there hasnt been a need to call for any repairs and hopefully, it will continue to perform reliably because it is well past the warranty period and I didnt purchase an extended warranty policy. It was the perfect size to fit in the pre-cut area under our kitchen counter when we got it to replace an old dishwasher. It can accommodate large pots and pans with removable utensil baskets. Spray is adequate to reach cups and small containers loaded on the top tray.It still looks the same as when we got it so I guess thats a good thing because its not falling apart. Fortunately, my other appliances are not stainless steel so it matches the kitchen decor perfectly. When we were shopping for a new dishwasher, my wife was very adamant about not spending more than a few hundred dollars for only a dishwasher so we were very happy that the price of this model fit our budget perfectly.

Works as good as when I first got it. Easy to maintain. In the long run well worth every penny I spent on it.

This dishwasher doesnt clean well. Usually I have to run things through 2-3 times even after pre-rinsing the dishes. I clean it out every few months with a vinegar cycle & utilize pods. The size of my dishwasher is fine and easily fits a number of glasses, bowls, silverware, utensils, plates, pots and pans. I have had no problems fitting large bowls and long grill utensils in either the top or bottom rack. The dishwashers appearance is just OK. It is easy to use based on the design of the panel, however the stainless steel front stains up fairly badly. I feel that the value of the dishwasher compared to what we spent on it is not very good. I have to run dishes through 2 to 3 cycles almost every time. And that is after pre-rinsing them.

I have found this to be a very dependable dishwasher that I can count on to leave my dishes clean. It runs long enough to do a good job but not too long so as to be wasteful. I do worry about efficiency as I have had some dishwashers in the past that run for over an hour, which is too long. Its an average size and good for a couple or small family. I think it is a solid refrigerator. The only problem I have with it is it noisy. The hum is louder than the last refrigerator I owned. However, it was affordable and something I would recommend. It has been running for a really long time without any issues. We use it as an overflow fridge from our main fridge now. It is super spacious and weve never had a problem with it. It holds main dishes but it also holds a lot of leftovers and larger food items. Its pretty but not too big. It just kind of looks like an old fridge. There isnt anything exciting about it. Over the years, the white has gotten really dirty and it looks very dated now. We dont keep it in a main room or entertaining room, just hidden. It has lasted a super long time now so I would recommend it for that reason. Its good.

The dishwasher itself was a little expensive but you save money on water and electricity and it looks very durable. I imagine t would last a while and need very little repair.

My dishwasher fits all needed dishes in it for my 4 people family by the end of the day. Its a perfect fit in my home in size on the inside and out. I dont have to wash the dishes before I put them into the dishwasher like Ive experienced with many other dishwashers. The dishes are nice and dry when finished. And it also never has all that extra water puddles or slippery soapy feeling left on the dishes. Worst dishwasher I ever owned. Doesn’t clean, always have to clean spray wand jets out. The detergent door gasket slid out within the first week. Being that I’m a professional plumber, I would not buy Kenmore anymore and further would not call to have any repairs attempted being it’s not worth the time, aggravation on listing to a “ tech” explain to me that things are not warrantied or listen to opinions that make no sense. Any place Ive moved to live always has at least two appliances that are Kenmore brand. Ive known and used Kenmore appliances for years and feel their products are of good quality. I liked the built in smart wash heated rinse and dry. It also seems to not leave the metallic smell, taste and feel of the type of dishwasher detergent I use. Felt it was more sanitary that way. We take advantage of the annual maintenance visit from Sears and to this day, weve never had a single complaint or issue with the machine. It still works like new. We enjoy the electronic touch qualities of the Kenmore Elite and the stainless interior. The upper shelf is made with plastic parts that continue to break and cause it to come off track. Also, we arent sure if it was how the Sears installer installed it initially, but the water house fell off and flooded the kitchen and under the cabinet only 1 year after it was installed. The very expensive repairman says he sees the clamps fail frequently. It came with lots of useless thing-a-ma-jigs, that fall off and are not needed anyway. Touchscreen, stainless interior, streamline placement of controls, easy clean stainless exterior, quiet, sleek look shows smudges. Could be better design of dish placement. Its always nice to have more room. Modern, no knobs to have to clean around. Sears no longer has a team or repair services like the old days. Calls for help were not helpful. Try to upsell you instead of fixing flaws of dishwasher.

The dishwasher fits a load of dishes no problem. The dishes fit perfectly in there. I can put my crock pot in there the glass part. The silverware have a handy little container that fits perfectly. My tall cups fit in there perfectly. It is sleek and goes perfectly with all the other appliances in my kitchen. Its easy to open, its easy to use. The buttons are very clear to read and theres very many options to pick from. We searched around for different types different sizes and this dishwasher was the perfect size with the perfect components at the price that we wanted.

The Kenmore dishwasher gets the dishes very clean. Its easy to use and quiet. Love the ease of the buttons and the racks that are in the dishwasher fit a lot of dishes. Also fits bigger pans and pots on the bottom rack. However, food chunks always seemed to linger at the bottom of the dishwasher for a while so it would be nice if there was a way to avoid that. Also, the heating elements in dishwashers are annoying because they melt things so it would be cool to find a way around that.

Very quiet dishwasher. Cleans well and attractive exterior. Solid door, high quality interior. The lower basket area could be bigger to accommodate large plates or pots. However we've figured out how to best load that lower basket area and very satisfied with the unit overall.

I used it for around 3 months, and in that time period it did a good enough job. Well I have a family of 5, so usually when I did dishes I had to do 2 loads to fit everything in and get it cleaned. It wasnt too much of a hassle, my family uses a lot of dishware. It definitely looks good in any modern kitchen. My specific dishwasher was silver with black trim on the top. It was compact and it didnt take up too much space. Overall it looked good and even added to the room it was in. I wasnt able to test it enough before I moved, there was a brand new dishwasher at my new house. So I cant say for sure but for what Ive seen Id say it was well worth the money. I didnt have a single problem with it when I used it.

It was an easy hook up, runs well, with very little noise which is nice. I have little ones in the home that take naps. It was also a nice size and it fits well in area we placed it and does the dishes pretty well, though you will need to rinse dishes before you place them in the washer. Its a nice color and cleans well with little effort. Need to make sure you do monthly cleaning of the inside to keep it running well.

The dishwasher works well enough, it saves time from washing the dishes by hand but I do notice a lot of spotting on the dishes after theyve dried, which is kind of annoying. Good size. I can fit about a days worth of dishes into the dishwasher. Sometimes its a bit harder to do everything in one load though if there are a lot of pots and pans that day. Paid big bucks for the Kenmore Elite dishwasher (Model 665.1279) and it has leaked and bulked my hardwood floors. After supposedly repairing my dishwasher it has leaked again and another part ordered. Not only have I been weeks without a dishwasher it is still not repaired and waiting for another part. This dishwasher should have been recalled due to a problem with the motor and other faulty parts. I will never depend on Kenmore for my appliances. Kenmore has failed its customers. Supposedly I was supposed to have a call from damage claim but have not heard. One problem is that Sears has only people that cant understand English and lack communications problems, therefore this presents a problem in getting results. Will never buy another Kenmore product.

The dishwasher work fine with minimal hardware issues, but the power arm broke one time. We got rid of it when we redid the kitchen and upgrade to a stainless steel version. It look good and held up really well through heavy use in a busy kitchen. I didnt really like the opener but it work well and never leaked. However, it wasnt quite big enough to hold a full day worth of dishes for a family of 5. The glass rack was especially small and the plate rack didnt accommodate enough small plates. Its well worth the price especially on sale and I recommend the extended maintenance agreement. Not worrying about the unit breaking is priceless when you have a pile of kid.
