I use the dishwasher daily and find it to perform very well. I load it and turn it on at night to have perfectly clean dishes the next day. The size is the average of any full size dishwasher. It fits perfectly in the space allotted under the counter tops. I have it located between the sink and refrigerator. It is sleek in the black color which matches my other appliances that are black. I had looked at sterling silver options but found that the black was more suiting. I got a great deal on the dishwasher and have only had to do a minor repair once. The value is great for what I got it for and for how long I have had it in use.

Bought a dishwasher about 1 yr ago. Worst washer I ever had. If I dont wash the dishes first they dont come out clean and they are never dried. I would never buy another one. I dont know if it has a defect but I cant figure out whats wrong.

The dishwasher was large enough to fit my family of six dishes and the pots and pans too. It even fits more than that and never leaves residue or stuck on food. It fit right into my kitchens decor and blended nicely with the other appliances in the big kitchen. The outside is easy to clean and wont scratch either. The Kenmore dishwasher is easy to clean or wipe dirt from and blends nicely with the other appliances in the kitchen too. They have great colors to choose from.

Its washed the dishes really well. Never had to double wash. I loved it and I definitely had no complaints. Just use the right dishwasher detergent. It fit well in the spot it was place. It was a replacement dishwasher. And it was money well spent. I would buy it again if I had and would chose that one. Very shiny and brand new and very efficient. Great value for my money. Very valuable and would not compare it to any other dishwasher.

It washed dishes, sometimes food would be melted onto the container. The individual cycles were not used much, just the standard, but it did pretty well for its price point. I didnt like the color, should have gone with stainless models. The size was very nice. It had enough space for all of our dishes and cutlery. We were able to for several days and dinners worth of food onto the dishwasher and they almost always came out equally washed and clean. I did not end up liking the color very much. It was not the color I originally wanted, but I bought it on sale so I went with it. Inside and out, I would have preferred something like a stainless steel look for the dishwasher. I was happy with the value, especially because I was able to buy it on sale. The dishwasher never broke down or needed repair so it was a quality purchase. I would recommend it again if it was a dishwasher that was on sale.

Im satisfied with the appearance of this dishwasher although this dishwasher looks like your standard dishwasher. The color and finish are acceptable. The dial does not stand out in a bad way. This dishwasher has plenty of room for all types of dishes, from plates and bowls to mixing bowls to pots and pans to silverware to cups and mugs. I dont have a problem fitting in all my dishes. It does exactly what a dishwasher should: cleans dishes without pre-washing. Its efficient, not too loud, and easy to use. This specific dishwasher is a good value when compared to all dishwashers. It isnt ridiculously expensive, but its also not cheap or poorly made. I would recommend this dishwasher and If youre in the market for a dishwasher, this is a good value for your money.

I was kind of upset because I didnt know that I bought this product used. There were a lot of things that needed to be fix even though the seller didnt tell me that something was wrong. But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. But I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend buying this product. But buying it used of course. The appearance is nice to look at. I like the black color of this dishwasher. Very nice and matte color. It would look good in each and every kitchen. The value was good, I didnt pay much for it. The only problem that I had was like I said I didnt know I was buying it used and it came with a lot of problems so I put more into this product than expected but I am very happy that I bought it because it gets the job done.

Is a very practical machine. You only have to do is program the dishwasher and wait 30 min and thats it. Your dish come always clean and dry. The machine fits me very well because I have a smaller space and I like it very much. I think is a good machine for me, because my house require a small space. Its no a luxury dishwasher but its good enough for me, because combines perfectly in my kitchen. The machine its not expensive device. I found it in a good value, and I just feel very happy to bought in a very good price. I will recommended to my friends.

I received poor customer service with a new refrigerator that worked for about 6 weeks! My new refrigerator stopped cooling. (Bottom freezer still worked fine.) I ended up throwing out a lot of food in my refrigerator. A technician was sent to my house who replaced a few parts thinking it was the thermostat. Fridge worked again. A few days before Christmas, we went to visit friends for a few days and returned to find that all of my food that I had bought for Christmas (around $500) was garbage. The fridge was up to 55 degrees and the freezer was at 6 degrees. That was about 6 weeks after the first time the technician came. My frustration was that nobody cared or could even suggest anything for me to do other than wait on a technician! I have been 2 weeks without a fridge and was told yesterday that the technician would order more parts! I have just redone my kitchen and this fridge has been a nightmare! I fear that when I unplug it, I will get water over my new flooring. It is so disheartening to spend so much on an appliance like this and to feel like you just need to garbage it and move on because nobody cares!

It washes the dishes cleanly and does not leave any residue. It is most efficient in its usage of water. The racks inside the dishwasher are easy to take out and clean by hand, if one wishes. The dishwasher is a bit large for my kitchen, but it does hold all the dishes needed after cooking and a meal. The size is not too much of a problem. The appearance is very chic. The black door does not show dirt very well, which is good if one has company. The overall design is clean and simple. The value of the dishwasher is very much worth it. I would recommend this to anyone. The use I get out of it is more than worth the price.

Heated dry cycle ensures sensitization while fully drying dishes. Multiple settings for the wash cycle allows me to wash anything I want and has timer so I can even wash dishes while Im not home. Not as large as I would like but I only have to do dishes once every couple days as a single guy so I guess thats all I need but a family of four may definitely want a larger unit. Pretty standard. Looks stylish depending on what you are going for. It doesnt wow anyone but doesnt look terrible either. Depends on your other appliances as to what would work or not work in your kitchen. Mine came with the place I currently live so the value makes no difference to me but my time is valuable and the time it saves me from having to hand wash is invaluable.

I used it for around 3 months, and in that time period it did a good enough job. Well I have a family of 5, so usually when I did dishes I had to do 2 loads to fit everything in and get it cleaned. It wasnt too much of a hassle, my family uses a lot of dishware. It definitely looks good in any modern kitchen. My specific dishwasher was silver with black trim on the top. It was compact and it didnt take up too much space. Overall it looked good and even added to the room it was in. I wasnt able to test it enough before I moved, there was a brand new dishwasher at my new house. So I cant say for sure but for what Ive seen Id say it was well worth the money. I didnt have a single problem with it when I used it.

Very good. I can use the time as this does the job, because I simply request to leave the dishes there, and this does it all. I like the shape of your design, elegant and casual time, but the way that your system is structured is a bit unusual compared to other models. It should perhaps include a function that allows more easily remove stubborn stains. The previous model used, a little faster drying my dishes, but just do not feel bad with this purchase. It is very efficient and I like its design. Its size is very good, just the place for a house like mine, just as I do not care much whether it is large or small, because the ideal is bigger to wash more. I really like its size.It is appropriate color, it combines with my kitchen, and is efficient for its so great as not hinder me at all. Its design is what seems to me the best, maybe main reason for purchase. It is a great design that is very nice, and just perfect for color in general is sleek and modern. I like that and more. Got dishes and pots and pans very clean and dried very well also. And ran very quietly, hardly ever heard it running. It was standard size --held a lot of dishes and pots and pans. Could almost fit every thanksgiving dinner stuff in--in one wash. Never had a problem with it cleaning or drying. Wish I still had it. It was standard size white in color. Came with our place. Big enough for our family of five. I would recommend it to anyone who hates to wash dishes. I cant say what it cost, it came with our trailer, but it was worth its weight in gold to me. Never had one issue with it. Always worked very well.

I have a Sears Kenmore. It is an excellent dishwasher.

It does a good job. Haven’t had it but a year but it is very nice clean looking, does a great job of cleaning dishes. The compartments inside are nice and easy to use and hold a lot of dishes very well. It’s very good size, fits the space I have for it very well, not bulky and doesnt take up too much space in the kitchen. Works very well with the dimension that we wanted. Love the appearance. It’s really what first sold me on it as I wanted something simple not too messy with lots of buttons on the outside, sleek blends into the kitchen space very nicely. Bought it on a small sale but from talking to other owners it sounded like I got a great deal, and definitely not going to complain about that.

This is a very basic looking dishwasher. It is not top of the line stainless steel but it gets the job done. The reason for purchasing this model was the price point. It is a good value and gets the job done. The size of this dishwasher fit nicely in my already small kitchen without taking up too much extra space. It was not too bulky or wide. While the run was rather long, the dishwasher itself worked OK. I did not have to do a lot of prewashing before loading into dishwasher.

Had serviceman and plumber look at dishwasher. Keeps water in bottom after it has finished cycling. I no longer use it. I wash dishes by hand. No answer on what the problem is. I thought the idea of having a steam cycle was good. This would work for someone who has an autoimmune disease and would help with germs. Everything is hidden in the top of dishwasher so nothing shows on outside. I like the look. I would tell others about the look and how much I like it to others. I had the choice of a Bosch and a Sears dishwasher. The prices were similar. I have always thought Sears stood by their products so I went with it instead of Bosch. I am left to wonder.

Sit around the campfire, kiddos, while I tell you a story. Once upon a time, my familys previous dishwasher bit the dust. It was old, and on its deathbed anyway. We go to Sears, to look at dishwashers. We find one that looks VERY promising. A couple of weeks later, we purchase it, and it takes my dad pretty ALL. THE. REST. OF. THE. DAY. to install it. It works like a charm for the next year or so. Then the middle rack starts losing a couple bolts, and gets all lopsided. It actually becomes hard to put stuff on the left side of it, and we can only put lightweight stuff on it now, because anything heavier would completely break it.For the next couple weeks, my dad has been trying to contact people from Sears, and from Kenmore, to get spare parts for it so he can fix it. The first order gives him parts, but for THE TOP RACK. The second order? Well, my dad is having a HECK of a time trying to get THAT one to show up. Oh, and its been ALMOST A MONTH since the first order. Yep. Now you might think that were just acting like entitled spoiled brats, but come on now. Why should it take almost a month and a half for us to get some spare parts so my dad can fix the dishwasher? Just, why? And so, Im only giving this two stars. Just two. You guys bring us the parts we ACTUALLY need, I might give it three more. Thanks for your time.

Great. It was what I needed. Get all the dishes done at once, make the job a lot easier. Always can depend on it when you are behind on your dishes to get the job done. A great way to make sure everything gets done on time: Start it up at night. When you wake up in the morning your dishes will have that fresh clean smell and ready to be used. Its get tough spots undone. Bad and good experience at that same time because the quality was not what I thought it would be. It still got the job done.

The dishwasher works great, we have never had any problems with it. I love it. Very cheap and great quality. It fits most all of our dishes. I always grew up with Kenmore products in our house. My grandparents always wanted to buy the best quality of everything. I carried on that tradition and have always stuck with the Kenmore name. However, after my last 3 appliances going out on me, THAT WERE ALL KENMORE, I will never buy Kenmore again! I also got terrible customer service that could not do anything. My 1 1/2 year old Kenmore refrigerator freezes everything on the top 2 shelves, no matter how high I put the temp, AND the ice hardly makes any ice. You get about 8 cups every 24 hours!!!My Kenmore Elite Dishwasher (was a great dishwasher while it ran), BUT all of a sudden it started making a VERY loud noise and it is so loud, you cant hear someone talking in the kitchen, I have never heard anything like it from a dishwasher! My Kenmore Elite Microwave suddenly made a really loud pop noise and it smelled like it caught on fire! Customer Service said there was a recall on the refrigerator, so they made an appointment for a technician to come out. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! So I called back and they said now the computer would not allow them to make an appointment for me. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get to supervisors to help me. NO HELP!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU KENMORE!!! I will never buy another Kenmore item.

We enjoy the electronic touch qualities of the Kenmore Elite and the stainless interior. The upper shelf is made with plastic parts that continue to break and cause it to come off track. Also, we arent sure if it was how the Sears installer installed it initially, but the water house fell off and flooded the kitchen and under the cabinet only 1 year after it was installed. The very expensive repairman says he sees the clamps fail frequently. It came with lots of useless thing-a-ma-jigs, that fall off and are not needed anyway. Touchscreen, stainless interior, streamline placement of controls, easy clean stainless exterior, quiet, sleek look shows smudges. Could be better design of dish placement. Its always nice to have more room. Modern, no knobs to have to clean around. Sears no longer has a team or repair services like the old days. Calls for help were not helpful. Try to upsell you instead of fixing flaws of dishwasher.

It cleaned the dishes very well, it was not noisy. The cycles worked just as was advertised according to the settings. It worked great. It was the correct size for my family. It accommodated all of my items and it always cleaned everything on the items. I never had to rewash an item. I liked this dishwasher. The color was just right for my kitchen and pleasing to the eye. It also fit in with the kitchen and was easy to clean also. I assume the value was great. This dishwasher was included with the house when I purchased because it was built in and didnt see a need to replace it because it looked fine and worked fine.

It works well and is very reliable. It fits about everything we need to wash with the exception of a few huge pots. It also has some things in the dishwasher that flip around to different positions to accommodate different things. Its black, it looks good. We got it on sale for a good price and have had it three years with no breakdowns. It cleans well and were happy with it.

When youre raising a brood of boys that eat constantly, your Kenmore dishwasher never stops running! Keeping my dinnerware spotless for years too! I cook almost every meal at home for 4 people. I load breakfast, lunch AND dinner dishes throughout the day/evening with a little room to spare for a midnight snack. THEN, I turn it on before bed, ready for the next days meal. Wash, rinse, repeat! Dependable and reliable. Until the day I moved out of our 18 year residency of our first home, our Kenmore dishwasher kept the appearance of new! I hated to leave her behind! Any brand dishwasher, (Kenmore) that can last 18+ years IS A GREAT VALUE! My ex still lives in that home, my son recently out of the service, moved back in. I love my dishwasher. Its fantastic and cleans my dishes with very little effort. There is never any residue left on my dishes and it has excellent settings. It fits all my before and after dinner dishes quite well. The silverware holder is sturdy and doesnt move around a lot like a lot of other dishwashers I have owned in the past. Its black, which matches all of my kitchen appliances. The buttons and displays are easy to read and navigate. It blends into my kitchen rather than being obvious. I got it on sale at Lowes so I got a really good deal - but other than the cost of the dishwasher, it adds value to my kitchen because it saves me time.

The Kenmore dishwasher is an awesome dishwasher. Even if you put the dishes in there dirty, they still would come out clean and believe me we put some of the dishes in there pretty dirty. The dishwasher were great just the way it was and it was very appealing to the eye as well as very attractive. I choose Kenmore over the other brands because Kenmore has a great reputation of producing well put together machines and machines that were very good over a duration of a long period of time.

The features I like most about my Kenmore dishwasher is the large capacity, the power scrub option, and the quietness of the machine. It has been a very good piece of kitchen equipment for me. It was already built-in to the kitchen of the home I purchased. I am happy with it, but I would like to have the cycle time be less (i.e., make the dishwasher more energy efficient). The longer the dishwasher takes to complete a full cycle, the more energy is being used and I like efficiency!

I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher in June of 2018. The dishwasher is now leaking. I called customer service and spoke with two people who could barely speak English. There is a 1 year manufacturers warranty on the product but I was told that if the technician that came out determined that the problem was not covered under the warranty I would have to pay a $150 service fee! What kind of warranty is that? I will never purchase an appliance from Kenmore or Sears ever again!!! Horrible experience!

The Kenmore Dishwasher is easy to use and works well. Weve had it for a few years now and it still works great. It cleans the dishes with no problem. Very seldom do we have to re-wash the dishes when we pull them out. It is big enough that we can do a whole load from one regular size family meal, although we do have to wait a while in between if we have more dishes than room. It has a classic and smooth look. It can go in anyone’s kitchen in the end no matter what. It doesnt stand out but at the same time it gets noticed. The value wasnt so much that it broke the bank but we did have to save up for it and I do hope we dont have to buy a new one anytime soon as we couldnt afford that.

Nice easy to use dishwasher that is quiet and cleans dishes rather fast. Takes packet, liquid, or powdered detergent. Is very quiet and runs through a cycle in under 30 minutes. Fits at least 30 large plates, and at least triple the amount in small plates. Fits about 32 cups on the top shelf. Bowls can be a bit of a trick, but it can fit at least 6 bowls on the top rack as well. Nice, easy to clean. White finish makes it easy to clean and maintain. Has easy to push buttons and settings that allow you choose the type of wash you wish to have. This dishwasher has lasted for years. Great value for the price and workmanship. I have yet to have any service done on this dishwasher besides some regular cleaning.

This dishwasher was purchased brand new in 2013. By 2016 we had to completely replace the core mechanical guts of this dishwasher. And now in January 2019 it is failing again. When it works it does a great job. But what kind of appliance which cost $1000 has a life expectancy of three years before needing its entire motor assembly to be replaced. And then two years after that it is not working. Kenmore is garbage! No wonder Sears is going under. Apparently Kenmore is made by Whirlpool. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not buy a Kenmore dishwasher before reading the plethora of bad reviews.

I bought this dishwasher about 3 years ago and this is the first dishwasher I have that never had a problem with it breaking or malfunction. It was on the smaller side but I could usually get all of my dishes in one cycle compared to my last washer. It had more room for dishes and less aesthetics to make it wider and to up less space. It was simple but easy on the eyes, it didnt need a lot of aesthetics like most dishwashers to make it look cluttered. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone that need something simple but nice-looking and gets the job done. For the price, this is a large and reliable dishwasher that I have. Never had a problem with this washer unlike all the other brands that I had that broke in the first 6 months.

It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It leaves little to no spots on glasses. You need to scrape the dishes real good as to not leave a lot on them. It has enough room to hold all the dishes I use on a typical day. Cannot always fit all dishes in it if I have a lot of company over and use a lot of pots. The color fits in to the decor of my kitchen. Easy to see all controls but small enough not to be overpowering. The overall set up is easy to use. At the time of purchase it was the best value for the money I was willing to spend. Came in a variety of colors and does a good job for the price.

This model is an 2002 Kenmore Elite dishwasher. Still works OK. Needs to be replaced but very dependable. Will look at another Kenmore, or Whirlpool.

It was on sale, is the main reason i purchased this Kenmore dishwasher. It was between this and a LG, but Kenmore was 100 dollars cheaper, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. It worked very well. Everything always came out super clean, and the dryer function was top of the line. Never had any issues with spots on glasses, plates, or silverware. I will probably use it until it dies out, which knowing their products, will be a long long time from now.

This dishwasher gets the job done. The dishes come out clean and look brand new, and the dishwasher is easy to clean. Id highly recommend this dishwasher. This dishwasher is a pretty good size. I would suggest getting a bigger one if you have more/bigger dishes. Im happy with this product for my dishes, but not completely satisfied. I usually dont care about the appearance of appliances, but this dishwasher is a lovely model. This dishwasher is good for its value. It was worth it, and Id highly recommend getting it. Compared to my previous dishwasher it runs much more quietly, it leaves less streaks in my glasses and silverware and dries out the dishes much better. Ultimately I cant make a bigger comparison here as its roughly the same size of my previous washer, but I can say that even with pretty full loads I have had no trouble loading up to capacity and felt I didn’t have enough space. I am a one who tends to appreciate minimalist design so I like uniform colors and the sleek metal look tends to match the décor of my kitchen very well. It was a fairly priced washer, I mean it didnt seem to be any more expensive or cheap than most of the comparable models when we purchased it.

It does not always clean as well as I would like it to as sometimes it leaves hard water on the dishes and makes them look like they arent clean. It is a fine size and fits just like our old one did in the cabinet. I believe it is a standard size and it fits our familys needs. It is not too small or too big. We have a stainless front dishwasher and I like the appearance of it, although I would also like it if it wasnt stainless because all of my other appliances are black. I think it was a great value and worth the money we spent. We got it for a discount because it was damaged. If it had been full price, I would likely be disappointed because it doesnt always clean as well as it should.

This washer was a very good one. It was strong enough to thoroughly clean the dishes and was quiet. I would recommend this as a good choice. I had no problem fitting in my dishes in this dishwasher. There was enough room to include my pots and pans and dishes at the same time. The machine fit in well with my decor and was easy to keep clean. It was the same color as my other appliances in my kitchen and I was very satisfied with the appearance. Because the dishwasher was sized well, worked well and looked well plus was very reliable it had a big value to me. I cannot praise the machine enough the five years I used it.

Bought a Kenmore 665 series dishwasher less than 3.5 years ago for $600. For the past 6-8 weeks I’ve been trying to determine why it works intermittently, usually just filling, heating, and draining, while not washing and not even dissolving the soap, and other times working ok... And I’m pretty good at researching and repairing. We were getting error codes in the diagnostics and replaced parts. Now we rarely get error codes but usually it doesn’t wash or dissolve at all even when there are no codes. A repairman costs half of a new machine and the worst part is that it’s not even 4 years old. We gave up and have a Bosch ordered, hoping for better luck. Note that Whirlpool makes Kenmore...

We never have to worry about our dishes not being clean. They are perfect after each wash. The dishwasher is so quiet, I sometimes have to check if its on or not. This dishwasher has a lot to offer and comes in different forms suitable for different kitchens. I loved the spray feature because it assured me the dishes would be clean. I love how the dishwasher is updated and has exquisite features that makes it easy for my children to use but secure enough for them not to break.

Never had any problems with this dishwasher, it performed like brand new until we moved and had to leave it behind. Its a good looking dishwasher, nothing unattractive about it really. Its all white minus the details, and fit in well with the other appliances except my stainless steel fridge, but thats mine and not purchased to have matched the appliances of the house we were in at the time. Id say it was just big enough to fit most of our dishes, but not so large as to be bulky or an eyesore. It could have been a little bigger, but overall I was satisfied with the size of this machine. Id say it was a great value. It ran smoothly, it looked good, it never had any issues, so for me it was a winner. Our current dishwasher is nowhere near as awesome and constantly has mechanical issues.

This dishwasher is mediocre. It cleans okay. I have never had rewash anything as long as I fill both soap dispensers. The big problem I have is with the door. I have to slam it shut or sooner or later it stops working until I slam it again. Which is a pain when I go to empty the clean dishes and the start button light is flashing on and off!

Gets the job done. The dishes come out clean. Rarely theres dishes which have marks, but for the most part 9/10 performance. Nothing is perfect, but this is somewhat on its way. Performance is high function and relatively easy to perform at its best. Every glass and dishware I have put in comes out sparkly clean. The size of dishwasher is amazing. I can nearly fit whatever dishes I have used at dinner. The most surprising event was in thanksgiving I was able to fit all the plates in this washer and still is effective. We bought a Kenmore Dishwasher in October at Sears because we believed at the time there was no consumer retailer with a more trusted name that a consumer could rely upon. NEVER AGAIN. We will NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL. Our brand new Kenmore worked middling well for the first few weeks, then we began to notice our dishes were not getting clean. We carefully went over the manual and adjusted several things: added more Jet-Dry so the dispenser was full, adjusted the knob for the Jet-Dry to maximum; moved the silverware holder so the soap dispenser would have no interference. But even with that, the dishes were not washing properly. A repairman came to the house on December 28th. He made a few adjustments, and left. We tried again, and once again, our dishes did not clean. The soap dispenser ejected the soap, but the soap landed at the very top of the dishwasher and sat there like a lump of coal. It did not dissolve. So I called again. Now, I had to wait until January 10th. Today. Thirteen days for a repairman. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was nothing anyone could do. Sears is apparently short on repairmen. So today I received a call from Sears. My repair had been injured on the job. My appointment was cancelled. Next available date-- JANUARY 22ND. My brand new dishwasher that had NEVER worked properly was going to have to wait now ANOTHER TWELVE DAYS. AND THERE WAS NOTHING NO ONE COULD DO!!! I spoke to at least FIVE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. And you are speaking to day players here. No one in a position of power. Customer no-service. No with a STAKE in SEARS. No one who gives a damn about you, or the company. The last woman I spoke with told me to stop yelling. I wasnt yelling, I told her. I was adamant. And so, welcome to Corporate America. This is what happens when companies get too big TO CARE. I cant even give the thing back b/c their return policy is 30 days. NOTHING BREAKS DOWN IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS! So we are stuck. Even if this damn thing gets fixed, it is a vastly inferior machine than we had before. So, stay away. Just stay away from sears altogether.Updated on 02/05/2018: Whatever you do, do not buy from Sears. We are on repairman THREE. As soon as he arrived, he got on the phone. Repair via telecommuting. Dishwasher bought in late October worked for 2 weeks. It is now February. The motor stopped working in two weeks. First repairman who was condescending diddled with the computer and did not discover the broken motor. Repairman two did, but parts had to be ordered. Repairman Three is here now, telecommuting. Any bets on if I get a working dishwasher? Customer service is ineffectual and rude. I went to Sears because Sears used to a name that could be trusted. No more. Stay away.

I initially chose Kenmore for my dishwasher because of the well known quality of the brand and knowing I would be getting a good dishwasher. Most, if not all, of the dishwashers I have owned have been Kenmore. They are excellent at getting the dishes clean. However, the features that I would like improved upon would be to decrease the amount of water left on the dishes after going through a cleaning cycle. Making sure that the dishes come out drier. Overall, Kenmore dishwashers have always been a very reliable and quality brand that has beyond exceeded my expectations.

It fits just right in my kitchen and still has room for all my dishes. I havent found a dish in my kitchen yet that doesnt fit and still get clean in this machine. My dishwasher looks great in my kitchen. Its not overly flashy and showy, its just a good looking sleek machine that matches great with all my other appliances. No quality dishwasher comes cheap but this one is well worth the cost. Its not the most expensive one out there but also far from the cheapest.

The sleeves are a good distance apart and hold lots of dishes, doesnt seem like it wastes water, powerful clean, sleek looking, quiet. However, it uses too much dish soap and water, too loud, poor cleaning abilities, dont fit very many dishes and sleeves are too short or too close together. But Im happy with it, it does the job well and I would purchase a Kenmore dishwasher again. Definitely met my expectations, good price, had good reviews and I liked the look of it.

Kenmore was usually my first brand of choice because of their association with the Sears brand name. I love their return and service policies. Very customer friendly and open to suggestions. I loved the top jets as it would blast off all stuck on grime, also the silverware rack was the most convenient location in any dishwasher I used. The automatic soap fill was great. It was built in perfectly so I really had no complaints about any feature of this type of dishwasher. Very hard this day and age to be very happy with a product.

Cleans dishes and pots great. Its very easy to use and never had a problem or issue with this product. Very reasonably priced for this type of product. Kenmore brands are great quality products. For the price of this dishwasher the appearance is very comparable to other brands although its a little tough keeping the fingerprints off the door. I would have preferred a larger one however I did not have the space available for it in my home. However everything fits into the dishwasher with ease. I would highly recommend this product.

We bought this unit a little over a year ago from Sears. We bought the extended warranty which was only 1/2 - smart of us. We should have bought some other brand of washer. The warranty took care of the electronic brain that failed last fall, but when we complained about dirty dishes, we were told to send them pictures of the food stains. Give me a break!! We practically prewash every dish before it goes in and they come out dingy looking. Weve tried every detergent and every grade of detergent ever sold and no luck. Some are worse than others. We bought this to replace a KitchenAid that was 17 years old and leaking. I should have just repaired it.

Works with no problems and Ive never had a problem. Glad it came with the house. I never thought doing dishes would be so easy. Im not sure how long it will work but think for years and then Ill get another one. Can hold my households dishes in for the day, I wait until night to use it. Five people live here, two adults and 3 kids so we use a lot of dishes throughout the day. Looks good. It dont try to stand out and just fits in. The price wast much and Id say it has a good value. It performed well. Got the dishes nice and clean. Compact but packs enough punch to get the job done. Add rinse solution to help get rid of spots. It is smaller but works well. Big enough for a small family, but if you have a lot of people living in the house you may need something a bit bigger. It is big enough to hold large dishes, smaller pots and pans. Appearance you would probably expect from a new appliance. It is white and therefore shows dirt but is easy to clean and actually doesnt get dirty often. The price was very affordable even for a smaller dishwasher if you shop at the right place. It is a more of a basic model but has enough punch for the price.

I like very, its very good, always works well and is very efficient, is a leading brand in the market and works in an environment friendly manner, apart it does not damage the dishes and is very clean. We needed a new dishwasher as our previous one stopped working and this Kenmore Dishwasher was on a yard sale site that was accepting offers and was readily available. I love the color, how plush it was with my cabinets and how easy it is to load and unload, and how quiet it is when washing a load of dishes and the heated dry option. Quieter than our previous dishwasher. But being a family of 6 and as the primary cook in the house, we go through a lot of dishes in one meal and we have to do a minimum of 2 loads per meal to clean all of our dishes so I would improve on how much you can load in the dishwasher and make the top rack a little more sturdy so it can hold a little bit more weight to it.

Does a good job of washing the dishes and getting them dry. There is no soap residue and they come out spotless. I am very happy with the job this machine does and would consider purchasing another in the future when needed. It is the perfect size for me and my husband. We are home alone most of the time. This worked well when we first got it. Stopped working not even a year later. The heating element went up in it!!! Wouldnt recommend this brand. This works well for a small family. Holds a lot of dishes and glasses and pots and pans. Will hold glass Pyrex dishes well and larger pots and pans. Our model was white. The buttons lasted well. The dial was a bit outdated. Hard to keep clean. Easy to wipe down. Would have liked a more modern feature other than the dial. For the price we paid for the item, it should have lasted much longer than not even quite a year. I feel that we way overpaid for this item. Wouldnt purchase this brand ever again.

It actually removed dried and baked on food! It was quiet and easy to operate. I would definitely look for a similar model when upgrading. It is affordable for us and we love it. It came with the apartment that I rented and it matches the rest of the appliances. It is a basic dishwasher though and not like the fancier brands and models. This dishwasher has certain limitations, it doesnt do too much and sometimes it floods. Its good for washing dishes but I wish it would fit more dishes and wasnt so loud. However, I like that it has hot and cold and it has a rinse cycle feature.

The Kenmore dishwasher was in my house when I bought it. It is just a plain dishwasher with a couple of buttons. Its nothing fancy. It has a little tray for your silverware and has a rinse cycle wash. Its OK but you have to rinse off the dishes really good so I wash them by hand. Not even an exter wash. It holds most of my dishes but it doesnt hold my big frying pans and pots. It will hold my cookie sheets if I can slide it in between the dishes. I would like to get a newer model sometime in the future.

The dishwasher works okay, but after 60 days, it did not want to come on. We had to call a repairman to get it working again. I sometimes wish we didnt get it. The size is fine for me. It not too large or too small for our kitchen. We dont eat at home often so we dont need a large dishwasher. We only have a small amount of dishes to wash. We have black colored appliances in our kitchen. The color of the dishwasher fits in perfectly. It has a modern look which enhance the appearance. Im not happy about the value. For the money we paid we should not have problems in 60 days. The fact we had to call for repair so fast, has made we question how well it was made.

Kenmore had many of the features that I wanted for the price. The other dishwashers were not on as good of a sale. The prices were great for the features you got. With the jet dry it made my dishes sparkling and I knew they were very clean and sanitized. Although hot to the touch, I didn’t mind waiting a little while before emptying the dishes. The dishes were always super clean! However, the wheels would sometimes get stuck making it hard to pull the drawer out. Longer utensils would fall out of the basket and would get stuck between the trays making it pretty difficult to remove. Space was also an issue. Sometime bigger items on the bottom rack would get stuck on the trays and would make it difficult to empty. Making the racks move easier would really help with a lot of those problems. Also having different sized places on the racks to fit more items.

You would figure paying this much for this product - it would be amazing... It is just average. It cleans ok, but it is very quiet. However we have had sears out 3 times to fix the jet dry dispenser. It is still not fixed and is not out of warranty. It dumps the entire thing each run of the dishwasher. So we dont used the spot free dispenser any more. Sad for such an expensive unit. Size fits perfect to my laundry room, very convenient. Happy with the purchase. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Quiet and gets the job done quickly. Long ago, I thought that a Kenmore dishwasher was a nice one, but I was real disappointed with the quality of the product and chose another brand when we replaced our dishwasher. But the buttons on the Kenmore dishwasher were easy to read, therefore making it easy to operate. It seemed to do a good job cleaning the dishes and for a low cost dishwasher we were pleased. The main thing that we did not like about this dishwasher was the fact that it did not have the stainless steel insides, like the nicer Bose that we now own. So it stained very easy and was hard to clean.

Kenmore is a well-known and reliable name with a good reputation so I trust it. I also bought it on sale and it got the area I needed it to nicely. The price was right and warranty on par with what I expect. It was always pretty. It has definitely met my expectations. My dishwasher is spacious but not intrusive. It is stylish and cleans really well. I would like if it were a tad sleeker, quieter and the cycles were a little shorter though. But overall Im quite happy.

This has to be the WORST dishwasher I have ever owned. Its not even three years old and we have had to repair it 3 times already!! Its cost me more than the dishwasher was even originally worth. The initial time we fixed the spinning jets and got an entire new control board at the insistence of Sears repair. They said to fix and not replace. Then we had to fix the baskets since they are cheap and fall apart. The next issue is that it wont lock into place so cant use it. I will NEVER EVER buy a Kenmore appliance again. This Kenmore Elite dishwasher has a nice sleek appearance and does a good job in getting the dishes clean but it has a lot of plastic parts. After 2.5 years of use, the plastic wheels broke, the upper basket plastic parts began to deteriorate and had to be replaced. I felt for the price I paid, I should not have had to repair and replace parts so soon after initial purchase.

It is a brand I trust and have owned before. It was recommended to me by friends and by family who have used it for years and have had no complaints. We have a very large family that cooks a lot and appreciate not having to wash dishes after preparing such a large meal for our families. Easy to use and gets everything clean which is very important. In my family we have a lot of parties and use the dishwasher a lot for these large special occasions that are very important to my future. We bake BBQ fry so much cooking. I have found this to be the best dishwasher I and my family has ever used. A little hard to load larger pieces in the machine. The one thing that would be better would be if I could fit larger pieces in the dishwasher with more ease. I cook a lot and need room for large dishes.

Typical dishwasher, nothing fancy. Pretty noisy, pot setting takes a long time to wash but cleans unrinsed dishes very good. This dishwasher is average, nothing fancy here, washes dishes fine. Just too noisy. Sears service is going downhill. They dont listen to what your problem is, and you first have to talk to their voice mail instead of a real person, and even then youre lucky if they can understand what youre saying and vice versa. Wouldnt recommend Sears to anyone.
