The performance of the dishwasher is good. This product is very nice. Easy to maintain and use. Loving it. Would recommend it to others as well. It doesnt fit all my products but its ok as the cost is less for the product. Appearance is very ordinary but product is good. The perceived value is great. Useful product.

There was a Kenmore dishwasher in the house we bought. One morning, I discovered that our Kenmore dishwasher was broken. We replaced it with another Kenmore dishwasher. It had a timer. I really like a timer, so that my dishes will be washed while I sleep. Dishwashers are very handy. One can wash dishes, and if someone is sick, the dishes will be sterilized. This cuts down on the spread of germs.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite dishwasher serial number FO2117032 in June 2010. Within the year warranty period, some of the labels on the control panel fell off. Sears replaced the panel at no charge. Then about 3 weeks ago, one of the labels fell off. I called Sears repair and spoke to 2 different representatives and they both told me that I would have to pay $129 for labor and diagnosis and the part would be extra. I told them that since this was the 2nd time that this had happened, it must be a defective part. They told me to call another number to see if there was a recall of that part. My husband called and there was no recall. He also was told we would have to pay for service and the part. I feel this is Sears responsibility because some of the other labels are loose also. We feel that the front panel design is defective and will continue to happen.

I thought it was a decent dishwasher. It was reasonably timed and my dishes always came out clean. I didnt have to worry about soap build up with this dishwasher. The size was medium. I was able to fit all my plates on top and most of my pots on the bottom shelf. I liked the silverware holder. I thought it was convenient. I really liked the dishwashers color. It matched the rest of my appliances and the knobs were easy and functional. I thought it would be cool if the color was blue. I feel like I got my money worth the product. Last an average amount of time and I washed a ton of dishes in it plus the color and style was great with a unique little touch.

Cleans deep down stuck on dirt and odors. Super fast washing and drying. It never leaves a spot. I remember my grandmother always having one in her home so it makes me feel connected. Plenty of space for large pots, skillets, casseroles and pans. I can usually fit my wash load in the machine. There are nifty shelves, basket and shape overall. I can fit many large items into the dishwasher. The dishwasher is sleek, modern, shiny and up to date. I love the beautiful black color and digital face. Easy to clean and resists scratching. I dont have to really clean the dishwasher much. Fantastic smooth feel to it also. I am completely happy with the price paid for my dishwasher. I love this brand! Their products are precise, beautifully designed, and very modern to fit with any decor. The performance is amazing. I never see spots or food left behind and I dont have to wait hours for the machine to do its duty.

Simple function, cleaned dishes really well, easy to use, energy-efficient and fast drying time, easy to load, very little leaking, easy for children to load and unload. It was big enough to hold and clean my familys everyday dish use. It sometimes had to separate the really dirty pots and pans from the dinnerware. It blended well into the rest of the kitchen. Easy wipe down. Really up to date looking but not standing out. Easy to match with my existing appliances. I thought it was a little pricey but the price was worth the quality of the machine. Very little maintenance cost and upkeep. I guess paying for the brand is worth it.

I only use the normal or pots/pans settings overnight because they are so long. I cook a lot, so during the day I use the 1 hr quick wash with heat drying. I like the sanitized option and I wished it worked for the 1 hr wash cycle. I wish the dishwasher was quieter, it sounds close the noise my dryer makes.

It cleaned very well. The dishwasher gave me no issues. It could clean lightly dirty dishes as well as dishes with very dirty, baked on foods and grease. It was very good. I could fit a day’s worth of dishes into the dishwasher. Keep in mind that I have a household of five. I could clean things like platters, large and small dishes. I really liked how the dishwasher looked. It was beautiful and fit into the look of my kitchen very well. I loved the black color. IT matched my modern kitchen and black marble counter top. The value was very easy. The installation was free. It didnt use a lot of water which saved me time and money. Also because I could fit everything in one load, I used less electricity and water.

This is the second Kenmore product I have bought that has not even lasted 5 years. This dishwasher stopped heating up for washing and drying. The repairman said it would cost $380 to repair as the control board needs to be replaced. I saw there is a recall related to the control board on Kenmore dishwashers but my model is not on the list. I will never by Kenmore products again. Model number 665.13262K113.

Prior to buying my Kenmore dishwasher, I had heard a lot of great reviews from friends and family which made my decision on what brand to buy easier. And Im glad I did because the Kenmore dishwasher I owned was very easy to navigate to clean and the dishwasher had a sleek look that was visually pleasing. I also enjoyed how fast and efficiently it cleaned my dishes and plates. I noticed my plates were super clean every time. Although I liked the Kenmore dishwasher and its many aspects, if they made it with more room it would be easier to load plates to clean.

Adequate, but there are better models out there. I would spend more on a better washer. Doesnt clean as well when fully loaded. It is too small - even for a 1 person household it is not quite big enough. The dishwasher came with the house.

The appearance is very sleek and simple. It fits in mostly with everything. I am pretty sure is available in other colors such as stainless steel. It fits very well in my kitchen. It is just the right size for most kitchen and it aint big and gawky. Very compact. I had some hard dishes to get clean and it cleaned it spotless. It also didnt take very long for it to complete its cycles. I am very happy with its performance. My perceived value is very satisfied with it. I havent had it very long but I am sure it will last long. It seems to be built very durable. Everyone should be satisfied.

I always had very clean clothes and dishes. Food stayed cold and my freezer had plenty room and food stayed frozen. I would recommend Kenmore to everyone!! These appliances have been around for years and I do not know of any family and friends that had any problems.

I live in an apartment so space was a concern. I researched reviews and chose what I believed was the best dishwasher for the price. Kenmore has met my initial expectations. The dishwasher is Easy to use and has ample loading space. In general, Im very satisfied with the features of my dishwasher. My only complaint is that it possibly needs more spraying power as it Occasionally does not fully wash utensils when there are a lot of them.

It works well in general. It was a good deal for the price and seems like it will last a long time. The silver is easy to clean. Im a fan of this brand in general. Their products last and their prices are great. The Kenmore dishwasher has plenty of room. On a huge holiday style meal I can most of the utensils and plates in without any issues. It is really almost too big for just a few plate family meal in general. This Kenmore dishwasher is a good looking appliance. I have the silver metal colored model. It has stayed in very good shape since I got it. It is easy to clean for the most part. The dishwasher works great, we have never had any problems with it. I love it. Very cheap and great quality. It fits most all of our dishes. It was a great choice for picking out this one, we have 9 people in the home. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone with a big family. It looks great. I was kind of upset because I didnt know that I bought this product used. There were a lot of things that needed to be fix even though the seller didnt tell me that something was wrong. But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. Sometimes I have water marks on my glasses which does not make Sarah a very happy camper but other times it ok. Good at getting off stains. Well idk about all of yall but it fits perfectly in my house as if it were built specially for me so thats definitely a plus. So thats good and it holds a lot. I just love that I couldnt ask for a better looking dishwasher. Its sleek and looks like the latest and greatest thing out there. SUCH a good bang for your buck. The price is phenomenal and I would definitely do it all over again next time I get a new one. I was just so pleased with it all together.

I like very, its very good, always works well and is very efficient, is a leading brand in the market and works in an environment friendly manner, apart it does not damage the dishes and is very clean. Is very different from others I know. Dishwasher and its external appearance is very good, very consistent modern style of my kitchen, and is not noisy, and much access inside.

Typical dishwasher, nothing fancy. Pretty noisy, pot setting takes a long time to wash but cleans unrinsed dishes very good. This dishwasher is average, nothing fancy here, washes dishes fine. Just too noisy. Sears service is going downhill. They dont listen to what your problem is, and you first have to talk to their voice mail instead of a real person, and even then youre lucky if they can understand what youre saying and vice versa. Wouldnt recommend Sears to anyone.

Definitely reliable and sturdy. Lasts a long time if treated well. Also cleans really well with spotless dishes. Personally I loved my dishwasher. The dishwasher was kind of small on the top task. Could definitely use more space for pots and pans and larger than normal cookie sheets. Not the most attractive dishwasher. If you want performance, go for this one but if you want appearance then something else would be for you. Definitely a great value. Great performance for a great price. The dishwasher stopped working and no one seems to know why it stopped working. I havent been able to use the dishwasher in a long time. I now have to hand wash my dishes and I am not too happy about it. I am looking to replace my dishwasher. I plan to get a different brand. I wont be purchasing Kenmore dishwasher in the future. The dishwasher size is fine. I am able to wash all of my dishes at once. The dishwasher fits perfectly in my kitchen. I do not have any complaints as to the size of the dishwasher. The dishwasher size and appearance is good. It is very sleek and attractive. I really like the appearance of the Kenmore dishwasher. I am dissatisfied with the value of the dishwasher. The dishwasher is no longer able to be used therefore there is no perceived value to me as it is useless. Kenmore needs to do better with creating stable and sturdy merchandise

If you want a dishwasher that cleans everything, buy this one. I have tried many others and they do not do what Kenmore does. Very satisfied. All of my dishes and pots and pans and glasses and silverware fits when I use it. A lot of other brands do not have the space this dishwasher has for me.

The fridge keeps everything at the correct temperature and its spacious. Adjustable clear glass shelving is also a nice feature because it makes it so easy to take apart and clean. Removable door shelves are dishwasher safe and also adjustable. Its great for people that have children. For a family of three I would prefer a larger refrigerator with more freezer room, but the refrigerator does look nice and fits great in a smaller kitchen. Nice shine on the white surface. The clear coating makes it extremely easy to clean with just hot water. More stubborn stains clean quite well with a spray cleaner. For the size its worth the price. This refrigerator will last a long time. Ive had mine for years and love it.

The performance of this dishwasher is far beyond my wildest dreams. Excellent cycles and great washing abilities. It is whisper quiet and always shows the finest in quality and performance. This dishwasher holds a large amount of pots and pans and far exceeds what you realize you can get inside and get a great wash and rinse. It was capable of holding all of my dishes, including all of my utensils. It was able to clean everything quite well, and it worked very quietly. It was easy to load, and unload. Nothing complicated. Near the end of its run, it began to have a hard time cleaning all of the dishes. It also did not always clean EVERY dish, and had trouble reaching all of the utensils, sometimes. Kenmore has met my expectations. I chose it because it was easily recognizable and relatively cheap. It also worked very well. Overall, I was quite happy with the product.

Its nice to look at, doesnt make a lot of noise and does the job well. It washes the dishes so you dont have to, making life much easier. I have kids so anytime I can make well used is worth it for sure. I can fit everything I use in there. I bought a Kenmore dishwasher approximately 5 years ago. I have had to repair the same problem twice within the last two years and the same problem just occurred again! The soap dispenser door stops opening and it has been burnt on the back of the dispenser unit and the motherboard has burn marks where the dispenser plugs into it. This is the same problem three times now. Ive now spent over a thousand dollars to repair a $400 dishwasher! This third time I was done repairing it out of my pocket so I called the 18004MYHOME number and spoke with a rude alleged customer service representative. I explained my frustrations and acknowledged it wasnt his fault but was hoping Kenmore could repair it for me or offer a discount to buy another Kenmore dishwasher even though I really didnt want to. The guy kept repeating the same things and saying I cant get it repaired for free with a smug tone. I then stated that I have had no problem paying over a thousand dollars at this point just dont feel its right for me to pay again. And said Im buying a new dishwasher and was hoping you could offer anything to make me want to buy Kenmore again. He continued to have an attitude and I asked for a supervisor, he muted me and I kept asking for him to give me his name and transfer me to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I was on a landline so not a random disconnect. Also he had muted me several times throughout the call and would come back on. He was extremely rude and basically I will never want to be a Kenmore customer again. If you cant stand behind your product and realize that after three times of the same thing happening thats not a problem with the product then have customer service agents act disrespectful, rude and hang up on you, then I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company.

It is very good and cleans well. I like the delay start and different cycles. Hot Water Rinse. Various cycles: China, Pots/Pans, light wash, water miser. 2 racks with flatware basket that sits in the bottom rack. Can hold 20 cups/glasses on top rack and 20 plates and more on bottom. Holds pots well, has two rows of prongs that will lie flat for bigger pans to fit. This is an in the counter dishwasher and all that shows is the front. It is white and is yellowing slightly. I have had it for about 15 years. The bottom basket is metal covered in rubber. The prongs are breaking and to replace the basket would be cost prohibitive. I will have to replace the dishwasher. The basket would have been better had it been a good molded all plastic.

Kenmore Elite model 665.12783k311 - For some unknown reason the lower spray arm on the dishwasher came off, and landed on top the hot heating coil. This melted the lower spray arm, and started a fire in my dishwasher. I took pictures and contacted Sears, who referred me to Whirlpool, who referred me back to Sears, and that went on for two hours. This is dangerous, and based on a Google search not the first time. However, as of this post neither Sears nor Whirlpool has contacted me with any interest in finding out WHY this happened.

My dishes always come out clean even if I dont rinse beforehand. I can just load it up and turn it on, with no hassle at all. It really makes my life a lot easier. The size is great. If you know how to properly load it up, it can actually fit quite a few dishes. It fit like a glove when I had it installed and never feels too bulky for my kitchen. I love the look of my dishwasher. It is so modern and was what I was picturing when I went out to search for one. The controls are great and stress free. You just turn it on and forget about it until you have to unload it. Ive had my dishwasher for a while now and its still like new. Ive never had a problem with it and the quality is just as great as when I bought it.

It works wonderfully! It cleans thoroughly with few dishwashing marks or dish detergent film. Dries fairly well, wish it was a little better but could be worse so no complaints. Size is wonderful, holds lots of dishes and cutlery. Still have to do a couple of loads but having a huge family that is expected. But I love this dish washer! Very nice, slick design. Color is beautiful and easy to clean. Smears do not appear and if they do they super easy to wipe away. Its just very nice looking and super easy to clean and keep clean. Value is very exceptional. Kenmore dishwashers pretty efficient and it says it saves water. Ive been very happy with it so for real. Its over a year old now and it still doing pretty good. I would purchase this brand again. It took a while to get used to using it but other than that its been a pretty fine machine and I would definitely recommend it to someone else. They have definitely met my expectations. I have used Kenmore products for years and I just like them for their reliability and the price is reasonable. I am very pleased with it.

Worst dishwasher I ever owned. Doesn’t clean, always have to clean spray wand jets out. The detergent door gasket slid out within the first week. Being that I’m a professional plumber, I would not buy Kenmore anymore and further would not call to have any repairs attempted being it’s not worth the time, aggravation on listing to a “ tech” explain to me that things are not warrantied or listen to opinions that make no sense. Garbage brand.

Bought a dishwasher about 1 yr ago. Worst washer I ever had. If I dont wash the dishes first they dont come out clean and they are never dried. I would never buy another one. I dont know if it has a defect but I cant figure out whats wrong.

Kenmore Dishwasher is a great size. I have a family of five and I always have enough room. I put the pots and plates on the bottom, and the cups and bowls on the top. I dont even have to rinse dishes off before putting in. They come out sparkling every time and it makes doing dishes so much easier. I love the appearance. It is stainless steel just like all the other appliances in my kitchen. And, the price is so worth every penny! You could get a cheaper dishwasher but that is exactly what it will be. Along with cheaper price you will get poor quality and problems. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to everyone.

The dishwasher is relatively speaking very quiet and does an above average job of cleaning every pot, pan, and utensil you place on its racks. There are no obvious overlooked stains that were missed or not thoroughly cleaned by the dishwasher. So far there hasnt been a need to call for any repairs and hopefully, it will continue to perform reliably because it is well past the warranty period and I didnt purchase an extended warranty policy. It was the perfect size to fit in the pre-cut area under our kitchen counter when we got it to replace an old dishwasher. It can accommodate large pots and pans with removable utensil baskets. Spray is adequate to reach cups and small containers loaded on the top tray.It still looks the same as when we got it so I guess thats a good thing because its not falling apart. Fortunately, my other appliances are not stainless steel so it matches the kitchen decor perfectly. When we were shopping for a new dishwasher, my wife was very adamant about not spending more than a few hundred dollars for only a dishwasher so we were very happy that the price of this model fit our budget perfectly.

It does a good job. Haven’t had it but a year but it is very nice clean looking, does a great job of cleaning dishes. The compartments inside are nice and easy to use and hold a lot of dishes very well. It’s very good size, fits the space I have for it very well, not bulky and doesnt take up too much space in the kitchen. Works very well with the dimension that we wanted. Love the appearance. It’s really what first sold me on it as I wanted something simple not too messy with lots of buttons on the outside, sleek blends into the kitchen space very nicely. Bought it on a small sale but from talking to other owners it sounded like I got a great deal, and definitely not going to complain about that.

I am greatly satisfied with my Kenmore products! My clothes are clean every time and I have no complaints there. My dishes are actually very easy to wash. I feel that both products are energy and time efficient. That is always a plus!

This dishwasher was easy to use & understand. It cleaned well & was easy to maintain. Parts were easy to clean & replace if needed. I would highly recommend to anyone. It fit great in my kitchen and didnt take up too much space. I do wish that it was slightly bigger to hold more dishes & wash them all at once. It looks like a typical modern dishwasher. It has a nice clean finish, with a fancy edge. Looked nice enough & cleaned well enough, but I feel like cheaper models could clean just as well for much cheaper cost. I would sacrifice some looks for quality & decreased price point.

Its a little better to wash dishes and just need a better soap to use. Its a good Kenmore, kind of quiet with no noise. Gets dishes clean. 1340 size. Good for all dirty dishes. The Kenmore dishwasher cleans all my dishes and doesnt leave a single mark or any scratches on my dishes. The performance of this product is great. Kenmore is a well known, affordable brand. I felt that I would get a sturdy machine and the best value for my money. I live in an apartment and its just me so I didnt need anything heavy duty. My dishes are always cleaned wonderfully as long as I pre-rinse and remove most of the food from the dishes beforehand. The drying cycle works better than the last whirlpool I had also. But, I wish the pressure was a bit more, although Im not sure if that is an issue with my water or not. The drying cycle dries everything perfectly except for plastic items. I would have also planned the silverware holder to be a bit more sturdy.

This dishwasher runs fairly quiet. It is a great value for the money. The settings are easy to operate and can be operated by my preteen. The wash cycles remove food without major pre-rinsing. The capacity is above average. It has plenty of space for dishes, pots, and pans. It also has what I consider a sufficient compartment for silverware. It is a very sleek model. It has a very clean and modern look. I have the stainless steel and I am extremely pleased with its top dollar appearance. It looked very similar to a Bosch model but was significantly cheaper. It was a great value for all the features it includes. You definitely get maximum rewritten for your investment. And Kenmore is a brand I trust.

I didnt choose to buy the Kenmore dishwasher, it came with the condo that I purchased. The best feature I really liked about it was the fact that I didnt have to wash the dishes. I never had a problem with the dishwasher and it was very quiet. However, there were times with the dishwasher where I had to run the dishwasher twice in order to get my dishes clean. Also, sometimes the dishwasher would leave water spots. But I believe the Kenmore has met my expectations of keeping my dishes clean. Very nice equipment.

Purchased a Kenmore Elite 14742N513 dishwasher a month ago. Our 22 yr old Kenmore started leaking so we replaced. 3 weeks now from purchase and 3 service visits later plus a part replacement, still no decent wash - soap remained at the bottom of the tub, residue on dishes and it did not even dry the load! What a waste of time! Luckily, we purchased a service warranty from Sears and well be able to ask for a replacement... see how that goes.

Cleans dishes thoroughly. Easy to use. With the right dishwashing soap it can remove baked on and stubborn spots. It is very low in the noise department. Not silent but very low. The size of this particular dishwasher is very suitable for my needs. I have to do dishes maybe 3 times a week. I can get all my pans and silverware to fit and even my big plates. I like the stainless steel look. It gives it a more professional feel in my opinion and helps my kitchen look better and makes me feel better about the appearance of it. While this is not the cheapest dishwasher out there it is very good. And remember that old saying you get what you pay for, well thats true in this case.

I purchased this dishwasher because it had great reviews from Consumer Reports! After 3 years the bottom power wash blade has stopped working, and the appliance repairman said the motor is shot, and its leaking. He suggested buying a new dishwasher! I paid $1100 for this machine. No, I did not purchase an extended warranty. In addition around the same time I purchased a Sears side by side refrigerator that we keep in our garage. The temperature gauge had to be replaced as well. What has happened to Sears quality. I will never purchase another Sears appliance again.

Reliable, quiet, does the job and gets everything clean, energy efficient. I have no complaints and would recommend this dishwasher to anyone interested. This easily holds all the dishes that we use including large pots, pans and casserole dishes, lots of silverware, gets everything clean with no complaints. This dishwasher is brushed stainless steel, very attractive and easy to clean. I like the handle because there are no sharp point to tangle on clothes. I am very happy with the job that this dishwasher has done. Got it on sale at a good price and feel it is more than worth what we paid for it.

I am happy with my Kenmore Elite and think it is top quality. Have had no problems with it and it works steadily with little noise. My Kenmore Elite fits all the dishes/glasses/pans I wash in it and I use it all of the time. I simply put dishes in it after scraping off food and wash when it has a number of dishes to do usually daily or semi daily. Dishes are always cleaned very well and dried. Very seldom see spots. Dishwasher looks good and I like the interior being stainless steel. My Kenmore Elite fits the decor of my kitchen perfectly in bisque beige. It is a perfect size and has removable areas for thorough cleaning accumulated food particles that might accumulate from time to time. All parts are working fine and ultra quiet when operating. Perceived value of my Kenmore Elite is more than I paid for it when you realize that you will receive many years of fine working from this appliance for the small price you originally paid for it. You get your moneys worth from this appliance in the long run so it is worth a little extra for more features too.

Had serviceman and plumber look at dishwasher. Keeps water in bottom after it has finished cycling. I no longer use it. I wash dishes by hand. No answer on what the problem is. I thought the idea of having a steam cycle was good. This would work for someone who has an autoimmune disease and would help with germs. Everything is hidden in the top of dishwasher so nothing shows on outside. I like the look. I would tell others about the look and how much I like it to others. I had the choice of a Bosch and a Sears dishwasher. The prices were similar. I have always thought Sears stood by their products so I went with it instead of Bosch. I am left to wonder.

It works well. I like it and it looks great in my kitchen. My dishes always come out very nice and clean and is quite quiet. I was worried that it wouldnt fit in the very space I had wanted it to go but it did fit there and looks great. Im very happy with it. It fits in with my whole kitchen theme as I have the black theme going with all my appliances so this was exactly what I wanted and I was able to find it with this product. The price for this is great as it works so very well.

It is a massive machine that can fit in any kitchen. This is an amazing looking product. Who else would want a product as amazing looking as this. It is cool looking and everyone should get it. My Kenmore dishwasher has done an excellent job cleaning dishes but was a little louder than I anticipated. Im not talking about having to shout over it. Just a little loud motor. I have the 24 inch built-in dishwasher. Sharp looking exterior. Enough room inside for my dishes, mixing bowls, and pots. Enamel colored slots have typical separations. Sharp looking exterior. As mine is a built in, I only see the front of the dishwasher but am quite impressed. Purchased mine in white. Appears to be easily wiped clean. I felt as if I received great value for the money. I have had a very positive experience so my opinion may be a bit biased. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

My dishwasher fits all needed dishes in it for my 4 people family by the end of the day. Its a perfect fit in my home in size on the inside and out. I dont have to wash the dishes before I put them into the dishwasher like Ive experienced with many other dishwashers. The dishes are nice and dry when finished. And it also never has all that extra water puddles or slippery soapy feeling left on the dishes. This white dishwasher goes with half my kitchen so it blends in really well and Im very satisfied with it. Its outdone a couple Ive used in the past few years. I have no reason to get rid of such amazing piece in my home but I will be moving on to a new one after this dishwasher is at its end.

It was easily accessible and had numerous settings, which I loved! Hard power jet cleaned dishes quickly and easily. The design was sleek and elegant. The only problem I had was with the person installing it. Besides that, I never had any problems out of it. It got the job done and more so!

It is very easy to move out if ever needed. It sits right next to my sink and has a big counter top above it. It is handy to use especially if my little granddaughter wants to help me. It is all white and matches all other appliances, and my cabinets are white, so it all fits together really well. The buttons are easy to use and see and is not very loud when running. It came in our condo but it is the cheapest one and works well. It is the 24 inch built in one in white and I have had it for 11 years and it still works completely like new.

It always cleaned my dishes well without much re-cleaning items. It was good for sanitizing also and I was happy with the results. I would like a more powerful scrubbing action for my pots and pans. The size was perfect for me, I could add dishes for a few days and wash all at once without wasting detergent or my time. It was perfect for small loads as well that I wanted cleaned quickly. The appearance matched my kitchen and worked overall with my coordinating furniture. The front was easy to keep clean and washed easily with a sponge. The texture was good for not leaving fingerprints. The value of my dishwasher was excellent, it is a good brand that is high quality and I was sure of its lasting a while. The cost was less than the other brands.

This dishwasher was purchased brand new in 2013. By 2016 we had to completely replace the core mechanical guts of this dishwasher. And now in January 2019 it is failing again. When it works it does a great job. But what kind of appliance which cost $1000 has a life expectancy of three years before needing its entire motor assembly to be replaced. And then two years after that it is not working. Kenmore is garbage! No wonder Sears is going under. Apparently Kenmore is made by Whirlpool. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not buy a Kenmore dishwasher before reading the plethora of bad reviews.

Kenmore is a brand that I know and trust from my youth into my adult age. With that and my understanding and research of other brands, I decided to move forward with the brand I trusted most. All of the features of the dishwasher appeal to me as I had a dumb basic dishwasher previously that could barely operate, so just the basic fact that this operated was a huge improvement over my previous dishwasher. It is cheap and simple but it could improve to work more towards automation and clean smart washing of dishes to allow for varying loads which use the most efficient water based on load. And on smart cleaning, if it could sense and focus on items which it may see as the most dirty for more cleaning than the other dishes.

I received poor customer service with a new refrigerator that worked for about 6 weeks! My new refrigerator stopped cooling. (Bottom freezer still worked fine.) I ended up throwing out a lot of food in my refrigerator. A technician was sent to my house who replaced a few parts thinking it was the thermostat. Fridge worked again. A few days before Christmas, we went to visit friends for a few days and returned to find that all of my food that I had bought for Christmas (around $500) was garbage. The fridge was up to 55 degrees and the freezer was at 6 degrees. That was about 6 weeks after the first time the technician came. My frustration was that nobody cared or could even suggest anything for me to do other than wait on a technician! I have been 2 weeks without a fridge and was told yesterday that the technician would order more parts! I have just redone my kitchen and this fridge has been a nightmare! I fear that when I unplug it, I will get water over my new flooring. It is so disheartening to spend so much on an appliance like this and to feel like you just need to garbage it and move on because nobody cares!

Quick, fast, quiet, does the job, looks nice and work great. I love my dishwasher. I cant wait to update all my appliances if this is a good long lasting brand. Perfect size, doesnt take up much space but can hold a good amount of dishes, perfect space for everything, too nice, inner and outer appearance. Nice, sleek, clean looking dishwasher, fits in nicely with other appliances and pulls my whole kitchen together, it gives it that nice sleek look. A very good value for money, they are long lasting and even after years of use are minor issues that cheap, fast, simple, easy fixes so they never really lose their value.

It functions, cleans my dishes nice, quickly, efficiently. My only issue is it rusts very easy. I need to continuously paint over the rust with a product for that every few months/washes. Its big enough. Not too big. It can easily hold the dishes for a family of four, with give or take a little bit of room left for surplus dishes. It does not take up too much space. What I got was reasonably priced. For the functionality, its good. I think however next time Id purchase a more premium quality one to avoid rusting out so quickly.

The dishwasher is very good. The only thing is I found dishes need to be rinsed off quite well before being washed. But using a strong cleaner helped. The dishwasher is a perfect size for a small family. Even cooking larger meals the dishwasher can hold everything just fine. No complaints about the size. Although not a fan of black appliances, this dishwasher can look appealing in most any kitchen. Easy to clean and looks classy. Stainless would be better however. For how well the dishwasher works and cleans, it is priced well. Could be a little less but since it is pretty powerful, its priced at a good value.

The value of my dishwasher now that I have had it a few years is priceless. If I had known what I was getting and how good it was (YES), I would have paid a lot more for it. I have had other dishwashers and to me they was all the same until I got this one. They are not the same.

It had plenty of room for the smaller items but not a ton of room for pizza pie pans. I just had to wash those by hand and leave the rest for the dishwasher. Other than it left a few tough dishes dirty, I never had a problem with this model at all. It lasted quite a while and didnt need much maintenance. The overall value of this piece of equipment was very good. It didnt cost a lot and did the job fairly well. So I was satisfied and glad to save some time.

I had tried Maytag and it didnt do such a good job. My sister recommended the Kenmore and I tried it and there was no looking back. My cousin tried a Whirlpool and within two months he bought a Kenmore also. I purchased another Kenmore when I needed a new one. The jet sprayers needs to be tweaked a little. It could clean the dishes on the top rack better. Although it dries the dishes good it could be at a higher temperature. I liked the way you didnt have to prewash the dishes. And the way it dried the dishes better than the Maytag I owned previously.

4 full-suites of Kenmore kitchen appliances purchased for apartment complex sat unopened in boxes at job site for 2 months due to construction delays. 3 dishwashers were installed without incident. 4th dishwasher immediately sparked and started smoking when connected (by licensed electrician). RIDICULOUS SEARS POLICY that the dishwasher cannot be replaced because we had it for more than 30 days. Technician said he had to order 3 parts... Cost of parts very close to original cost of machine & OVER what we paid for the dishwasher if you add-in the labor cost. I want a new machine, I do not trust the integrity of this machine. What is so difficult to see that this machine is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced and not repaired?Ive had to make time for 2 service calls so far and now the parts on BACK-ORDER! Why cant Sears just deliver a new dishwasher! How do we rent the apartment without a working dishwasher??? Will Sears compensate us for loss of rental income and time taken for service calls? Customer Service call center in the PHILIPPINES are nothing more than answering machines, have no authoritative powers or common sense.

It works wonderfully. There have never been any issues and it has always worked like it did when I first got it. Its quiet and it cleans even the dirtiest of dishes. Its compact for a dishwasher. It was smaller than the spot that my house had allocated for a dishwasher and I had to put it on something to make it sit a little higher than it did. Its sleek and really nice looking. It matches the rest of my appliances perfectly and it looks like someone took their time in designing the look of the dishwasher. It was the perfect price and it was so worth it. I have never had a single issue with it and it was definitely worth what I paid for it!

We looked at different stores and different brands, but Sears had the Kenmore dishwasher on sale. I liked that it had a cutting board top, but I had to rub oil on it a lot to keep it looking good. I liked that it was movable and I could load it in the dining room and move it to the kitchen to run. I also liked that it opened from the top, it held a lot of dishes, not very noisy when running, and was easy to load dishes into it. I also had other Kenmore brand appliances and knew that they were a good dependable brand. But I disliked that when you hooked it to the faucet that you could not use the sink while it ran. It also would have been good to have the hose longer, and have the hook up to the faucet have it so you could still use the faucet. I also had to have the dishwasher tight up to the counter and I would have liked to have a longer electrical cord that plugged into the wall.

It works well on dishes and glass - virtually no streaking. Does an inadequate job on pots and pans, best to do these by hand. Fairly quiet and has never leaked. At most we were a family of four and the dishwasher was of sufficient size to only require dishwashing once or twice a week. It is a standard size, nothing special. It is a nice looking dishwasher. It is very easy to maintain. I have never scratched it nor has it ever chipped. The holders inside are brittle and a few have broken. We got it on sale years ago. It was a good value and years of satisfactory service support this assertion.

Never had any problems with this dishwasher, it performed like brand new until we moved and had to leave it behind. Its a good looking dishwasher, nothing unattractive about it really. Its all white minus the details, and fit in well with the other appliances except my stainless steel fridge, but thats mine and not purchased to have matched the appliances of the house we were in at the time. Id say it was just big enough to fit most of our dishes, but not so large as to be bulky or an eyesore. It could have been a little bigger, but overall I was satisfied with the size of this machine. Id say it was a great value. It ran smoothly, it looked good, it never had any issues, so for me it was a winner. Our current dishwasher is nowhere near as awesome and constantly has mechanical issues.

I have had several dishwashers. MY best one was a Kenmore - 30 years ago. Well, I dont know what has happened but this last Kenmore dishwasher is a piece of JUNK! Not only have the wheels on the arms broken 3 times (that pull the top rack in and out) but it does not clean. Filth and small granules of food are stuck on the inside of cups and glasses, plates feel sticky. When trying to troubleshoot, it looks like the spray arms are not working/moving. For what I have spent in replacing parts it hardly seems worth it to invest anymore in this thing. Very Disappointed. When I went out looking to replace it, was told that any American Made Dishwasher is only made to last 5-7 years tops! And that is why they push the extended warranty. Well I think that this throw away attitude and lack of quality from manufacturers is pathetic. I have been told to look at European models, specifically Miele. In needing other new appliances I Will NOT Be Looking at any Kenmore (Whirlpool) products! Kenmore is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I am an owner of the Kenmore Elite dishwasher that I have bought in 2004 (8 years ago) from Sears Canada (model 666.16462300; SER FR1509082). Ive been told that the dishwasher was made by Whirlpool. It has been a good dishwasher aside that the door was noisy. Last night when I turned it on there was a black smoke with smell of burned rubber and flames coming out from the top of the door and one can see sparks behind the buttons as well. I just want owners of the same dishwasher be aware of the potential fire hazard. If we weren’t home when it happened, we could have lost our house. Multiple times I have tried to contact both Sears and Whirlpool to file a complaint and to ensure a follow up, but nobody is interested to come and look at the dishwasher to establish what the issue was unless Im willing to pay for it. I dont care about repairing the old one. I just want my dishwasher incident investigated for safety of other consumers.

Went out shopping over 20 years ago to Sears with limited money for dishwasher. Sales told me this was truly the best. Took him at his word and in all these years I have never had to pay for any repairs and still is efficient. It is very quiet, you can choose heat of water, and stop drying process and let air dry, has a special cycle to clean dishwasher. The dishes come out spotless without any extra rinses. The outside is still beautiful shiny black too. I love it. I would bet I have a miracle dishwasher, I dont know if it is as energy efficient as todays new one but I would never get rid of it.

It was a marvelous dishwasher. Very fast and efficient and left everything sparkling clean. The best dishwasher Ive ever owned. Would definitely recommend. It was very spacious and I never had an issue with loading it with my many dishes. It had large space and I could put several pots in it without an issue. I loved how sleek and modern it looked. It fit in well with the overall design of my home. I dont like old looking appliances and this one met my standards. The reliability and efficiency of this dishwasher is very well worth the price you pay! It pays for itself in mere months. This model was very valuable to to me.

Fridge stayed cold very well and freezer stayed really cold very well. Lasted a good amount of years, but eventually the ice dispenser stopped working. Large enough to fit all of the food items and drinks for my family of four. Enough room for main dishes and side dishes on holidays, as well as enough room to store leftover food items among other things. The appearance of this fridge was very sleek looking and fit very well in my modernly decorated home. I liked the silver look and it matched the colors with the rest of the kitchen. The value of it was definitely worth it. The price was very reasonable and it lasted a very long time to make it worth it. It kept everything cold and fresh.

Long ago, I thought that a Kenmore dishwasher was a nice one, but I was real disappointed with the quality of the product and chose another brand when we replaced our dishwasher. But the buttons on the Kenmore dishwasher were easy to read, therefore making it easy to operate. It seemed to do a good job cleaning the dishes and for a low cost dishwasher we were pleased. The main thing that we did not like about this dishwasher was the fact that it did not have the stainless steel insides, like the nicer Bose that we now own. So it stained very easy and was hard to clean.

Big enough for a small family, but if you have a lot of people living in the house you may need something a bit bigger. It is big enough to hold large dishes, smaller pots and pans. Appearance you would probably expect from a new appliance. It is white and therefore shows dirt but is easy to clean and actually doesnt get dirty often. The price was very affordable even for a smaller dishwasher if you shop at the right place. It is a more of a basic model but has enough punch for the price.

You can also manage the temperature and speed during each cycle which make it very convenient. For this type of dishwasher I feel that the price was reasonable. I say this because with all the built-in technology this dishwasher should have cost more.

I love Kenmore Appliances! We have owned three Kenmore dishwashers, both of which we purchased. Our first one was for an apartment we were renting in 1979 when our son was born. I wanted one specifically to sterilize bottles. It was roomy and did a good job, but was rather noisy. Our second one was for our first house and replaced another brand. It was quieter and very roomy. The 3rd was even roomier and quieter and had soft touch buttons and a digital display. We try to buy Kenmore appliances whenever possible. The brand is synonymous with quality. They are dependable, stylish and provide great value for the price. Kenmore offers the latest features, and the sales people are unfailingly friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have looked at the Kenmore Elite models and when our current KitchenAid (came with the house and was new) gives out, we will replace it with a Kenmore. I like the adjustable racks and would like it if the cycle was even MORE environmentally friendly. I like having options on the length of the cycle and how much water is used. I would also like it if all surfaces in the dishwashers were stainless steel.

This dishwasher is always reliable. It has never had any issues or needed difficult repairs. I highly recommend getting this machine. The variety of cycles are all time efficient and the machine was easy to figure out right away. I love the size of my dishwasher. It fits just right in my kitchen and still has room for all my dishes. I havent found a dish in my kitchen yet that doesnt fit and still get clean in this machine. My dishwasher looks great in my kitchen. Its not overly flashy and showy, its just a good looking sleek machine that matches great with all my other appliances. No quality dishwasher comes cheap but this one is well worth the cost. Its not the most expensive one out there but also far from the cheapest.

I liked the dishwasher we used. It worked very well and cleaned the dishes for the most part perfectly. I didnt have to rewash the dishes and I didnt have any problems with the machine itself. This dishwasher is very small, can fit almost anywhere. But the inside has enough space for a good sink full of dishes for those that like to rinse and go. No need to remove countertops. It can be hooked up under the sink. There arent many buttons, so it is simple and easy to use. Great for set it and forget it. No need to wipe dry, the dishes are spotless when the wash cycle is over. When it was running it was silent unlike most dishwashers, the dishes were clean. The dry time wasnt long. I really like the safety lock during the wash cycle. The value is very worth it, not over priced. Good size inside and out. It comes in white that goes with everything. When having a dinner party people can rinse their dish, leave it in the dishwasher. Turning it on during movie night is no interruption, it is a silent wash.

My Kenmore dishwasher is over 10 years old and still cleans as well as the first day. Only complaint is the silverware container has been replaced twice. But overall, great dishwasher.

It worked pretty good. I always rinse before I set them in though. So I didnt really try it full potential. It work fast as well but I hate the drying spot on dishes though. It was the average size dishwasher that comes in a typical apartment. I could fit the day worth of dishes in there so it worked for me. But Im single living alone so I would recommend something larger for family. It had a nice appearance. It did blend well kitchen scenery and the rest of kitchen appliances. Sleek and modern would be the best words to describe it. I feel like I got the money out of it. I did not have any maintenance issues with it. It was easy to maintain. I used it for around 3 months, and in that time period it did a good enough job. Well I have a family of 5, so usually when I did dishes I had to do 2 loads to fit everything in and get it cleaned. It wasnt too much of a hassle, my family uses a lot of dishware. It definitely looks good in any modern kitchen. My specific dishwasher was silver with black trim on the top. It was compact and it didnt take up too much space. Overall it looked good and even added to the room it was in. I wasnt able to test it enough before I moved, there was a brand new dishwasher at my new house. So I cant say for sure but for what Ive seen Id say it was well worth the money. I didnt have a single problem with it when I used it.
