Had this basic washer and dryer almost 30 yrs, have done many things that should not be done to a machine, overloading, washing everything in the house more times than I can count, and they just keep on working.... My mechanical engineer father told me, the less things there are to go wrong, the less they will go wrong. I dont want some fancy annoying beeping machine, all it really needs to do is wash and dry. Wish more manufacturers made reliable products that last at least a generation!

This was a very dependable dryer. Dried clothes quickly and lasted for years with no problems. It had to be serviced only once all the years we owned and would highly recommend in the future. It worked reliability everyday it was needed. It helped raise three girls and kept their clothes bright and fresh many years. I was sad to see it leave when it was replaced. The dryer looked very good and its paint and looks did very well even though it was in a damp basement on a cement floor. I would recommend this unit to anyone. This dryer was a great value. I wish they still made them as well as this one was. I dont remember what paid but we received many years of service from this dryer.

All the Kenmore appliances that weve owned, especially the refrigerator, have lasted long past the usual life expectancy of appliances. I think we had the refrigerator about 25 years with only 1 or 2 service calls. Our Kenmore clothes dryer is nearing 20 years and still works great!.

Kenmore Elite Oasis gas dryer - We bought this dryer in 2006. We got it home and hooked up and it would not work. Call Sears had to fight to get them to bring us another one. Within the first years they had to come fix it. Then They say I only bought 2 protection plans on it. I know it was more. It flashes from 40 on normal cycle to F and keeps doing it. Do not buy this dryer. Everything in my house is from Sears. No more Im done with them. They lost a loyal customer. Its model # 110. The flashing F must mean its over heating cause now that it has cooled down its not doing it. But not drying clothes either. Like I said never again buying from Sears. Its buyer beware.

The best in the market at this current time. I had time searching for the right features and finally found it. Im glad purchased it. It works great. Its the best of the best. I have the best machine and Im really satisfied with it. I want a second machine to get more done. My taste in dryers varied over the years with the new technology coming out. It has a unique appearance that draws your attention. The features work great. It has the top quality mark like I expected when I made the decision to purchase it. The value has a pristine feel. I like the way the machine functions well with multiple loads after one another. It has the best parts in the business.

All of my washers and dryers are front load and have multiple selections on each one like the washer, hand washable, delicate, normal, casual, heavy duty, sanitary. The dryer has multiple selections also as delicate, casual, normal, bulky items, heavy duty and you can breeze the level of heat on the dryer. These have both lasted me 5 years and still going, so the quality and the reliability are very excellent. I have not had any problems with any overloading on water or breaking down on the dryer. Neither one has had any problems at all.The way both of them look they are both front-loaders and it helps with easy access of the clothes and it doesnt make noise like the top loaders when they end up going out. Theyre white, got a clear window that you can look through to see if its being overloaded or if its done or whatever. These washers have been very helpful. The price cost was not much at all. It did cost a little but it was not enough to make it to where I would not want to buy it.

This dryer had a large enough drum to hold large loads. Consistently dries clothes very well considering the size of loads. Very simple to use and at a good price. Very good machine. Installs simply. Have had no problems the entire life of the machine. Never had It break down and have any issues. Very reliable. I bought this dryer in a traditional white color, Standard color and thats what I prefer over a color or stainless steel. Looks very up to date, stylish and still be simple. This brand and style of appliance is a very good value. One of the best prices in its category. Others you pay a lot for the brand name. On this you pay for the performance.

I had it for several years and I didnt have a single problem with it. Best investment I ever made. Unfortunately after a long while it did break down. This washer or dryer was insanely reliable. In the time span that I owned this machine, it didnt break down a single time. There is nothing more reliable than this. This looked very modern in my house. It was very stylish. The best part about it is it is one of the only washer or dryers out there that look good and perform well. There is no other machine out there that you can get more out of your money for. It is relatively cheap and performs as if it were the most expensive washer our there.

Kenmore is a brand well spoken for. I was able to purchase the washer and dryer. The washer is an exceptional washer of clothes. The machines are easy to clean. If parts have to be replaced easy to find. I love the brand and the name is dependable and reliable. The representatives are knowledgeable and attentive to your needs in what type of appliance will work for you.

Both washer and dryer is white. Both washer and dryer is compact so it can be store just about any place. Both washer and dryer is small. The value of both the washer and dryer is very good. The washer and dryer was bought at a good price and for the price it works as good as the expensive ones.

Both worked fine for over 10 years. The most that I had to spend for repairs was a $5.00 V Belt for the washing machine. As far as the dryer is concerned I never had to repair anything once I plugged it in.

Dryer was formerly owned. Was used previously for over 5 years and I have used it 4 plus years without any issues. Just clean lint trap after each use, occasionally vacuum lint from under lint trap and you are good to go.

I have had Kenmore devices for a few years now. Kenmore appliances have always been simple to use! Never had a problem with having to repair my Kenmore washer and dryer. Clothes always came out exceptional! Overall great company who makes great products.

I love the timed sensors for the clothing being dried. Most dryers have the times setting (which this one does) but it is also very easy to over dry your clothes and then a burnt smell could happen. Delicates setting is perfect with the sensor. I love it. I have actually bought another one for my friend who had a terrible old dryer. Her clothes are no longer a burnt smell. The reliability of this dryer is just simply fantastic. It doesnt overheat. It runs very quiet. I love the front facing dryers. Its easier for me being short to grab and put items in the dryer. I love the circle look to it as well. Having top for some laundry folding space is wonderful too. The value of this product I too believe couldnt be any better. I am simply satisfied and wouldnt go with another dryer. Hopefully the quality and value pay off in the long run.

I have the same issue as J. of Waukeegan, IL (2/17/15) and I am sure many others that my Kenmore HE washer does not clean clothes. Although I have tried all different detergents (all HE) and all size loads and all settings including deep wash, two rinses, super wash and so on, the laundry comes out with white marks, dry spots (the section of the clothes that are folded do not get wet), and full of lint, fuzz and dog hair. My laundry comes out of the washer dirtier than it goes in. It is truly disgusting. I have contact customer service and sent them pictures and they eventually agreed to send a service representative. But the representative only tested if the washer was going through its cycles properly, he did not test to see how it washed clothes. I showed him the dirty clothes that came out the wash and the only recommendation that was given was to do three loads without detergent and then use only a small amount of detergent for all future washes. We have been only using the small amount of detergent as the representative indicated, however, we followed his instructions of running the three washes without detergent anyway and as we expected, it did not have any affect on the functionality of the washer. I am certain that this model just does not allow enough water to wash the clothes and since it is on a sensor we cannot adjust the amount of water. Before the representative was sent I clearly explained that the washer was working as it was designed, the problem was that it was designed poorly. Yet the representative was sent to only see if the washer was functioning as designed and made no effort to see if it actually washed clothes or to understand the problem (it was not the representatives fault, he was very polite and tried to help, he just wasnt allowed to do anything more). I am so highly disappointed that Sears will not help me but also so disappointed that they can have such a bad product AND they are not interested in understanding its product flaws and improving their product line.

I love the washers ability to have a small load or extra large load and choice of cycles from delicate to heavy duty. The dryer has several choices as well from delicate and air dry to heavy duty. Kenmores last and last with no service needed in over 10 years. Kenmores are the most reliable washers and dryers on the market. My friends have other brands and they have to call service as the dryer drum goes out or the washer stops agitating. Ive never had such problems with my Kenmore set. The knobs are easy to turn and are pretty, if you like knobs! You can get ivory or white. They have perfectly matched sets so look great wherever you place them, be it in a laundry closet, kitchen or basement. These Kenmore sets can be had for such a bargain price some may think they are cheap. What a wonderful bargain for something thats going to last and last.

Machine at times sounds horrible. Called repair and they claimed, that is the way it is. The nature of the beast. When it stops, get a new one. Unfortunately, my parents machines were still motoring well over 20 years! I have their gas dryer which is over forty years old! Too bad, I listened to my wife, she bought a new one because of appearance!!!

My Kenmore washer and dryer were both very satisfactory products. Used the washer and dryer for 10+ years. The only reason I no longer have the washer and the dryer is because I sold my home and the buyer really wanted both the washer and dryer as part of the sale. The washer was of good size that accommodated large loads of laundry.

This dryer is great. Super easy to use and very simple. Its nothing fancy and gets the job done and gets my clothes dry. The dryer is very quiet as well, which means I can run it at night without disturbing anyone. It can hold a large amount of towels as well as queen sized sheets at the same time. I go through a lot of towels, so knowing that I can dry them all at the same time and not have to divide it up into two loads is the best. The appearance is great. Its white and matches my washer. It blends in with the other appliances that I have and fits perfectly with the theme of my apartment. The value is great. I definitely believe that it is worth the price that I paid for it. I have had it for a few years and it is still going strong.

My experience was absolutely delightful. I liked everything with the Kenmore refrigerator. I never had any regrets or disappointments with it. The person that purchased said they got it at a very reasonable price. Everyone is very pleased. I would definitely purchase this brand refrigerator if the need was to arise. Since receiving the refrigerator as a gift, I have obtained a matching washer and dryer.

Kenmore washers are good at getting most pretreated stains, such as dog paw dirt and organic stuff. Kenmore dryers are superior and get my clothes dry in half the time of my old Maytag! I even had a Filter Queen that I loved but Kenmore beats that all to pieces. Kenmore always has been reliable and I imagine they will remain that way.

I bought a Kenmore washer and dryer. They were brand new. Ive had them since May 2014. I really like the performance of each machine. The washer has a cycle on it that allows you to rinse and spin. Comes in handy when you forget the Downy. I have had two different sets of washer and dryers. The first one was a Whirlpool. My second set is Kenmore. Out of the two, Im very happy with my Kenmore.

Washer continues to stop because its unbalanced. Takes all day to wash one load and end up having to hang in my shower to dry enough to put in dryer. Service says nothing wrong but I can pay for repair to come out and look at it. They know this is a problem with these machines. Plenty of complaint.

The washer washed very well and was quiet. The dryer dries very well. I could dry large load in less than 30 minute. The washer is large enough too to wash what would normally be one and a half loads. I never had issues with either my washer or dryer. I have 3 teenagers who use the appliances also, and they pack it full but it also still work awesome. My washer is the common top fill and my dryer normal front fill. I do like that they are a little larger than the old school ones. The knob are easy to understand and push. I really paid a lot more than I would have if I bought it from Home Depot or Lowes. I bought it from rent a center but I appreciate them financing me so I guess it was economical.

I bought this set the Kenmore Elite front load washer and dryer model 41100/81100. So disappointed. They are an expensive set paying $1500 a piece! 2 Years old about six months ago I had a repairman in to change the rubber molding on the washer. It stains no matter what you do! I tried wiping it out after each use leaving the door open to dry out (which I shouldnt have to do these things). The smell is awful. I have bought cleaners, bleached it, vinegar any trick possible to get my clothes not to stink! My towels are garbage. Now they smell like mold... My dryer just went down too! Only works about 10 minutes. Shuts off with error message! I wont even call the repairman this time. Not going to throw more money out my window! As soon as Im able this set will be on the street in the garbage pile! I paid a little more to get the Kenmores for their reputation of being quality! I wont be purchasing anything from Sears again!

I have always bought Kenmore. They are very reliable. Love mine very much. I had one for over thirty years or more ran perfect. I had two very messy girls that loved to play house outside. They made mud pies. Needless to say they became very dirty. My washer and dryer ran all the time. Very reliable machine. I ran mine everyday. My kids and husband changed their clothes two to three times a day. My ex did concrete, work my kids were just messy. I would never buy any other brand. I just cannot say enough how reliable this is both washer and dryers are. Mine are white with blue around the knobs. They are an awesome pair of machinery. They run day after day with no issues at all. I would never consider any other brand. They are affordable and in this day of bloated prices on crappy machine. Price wise they are perfect. They are awesome. We need a decent price on things we use daily along with they run so well they give you years of use.

I am a mother of 5 and grandmother so our washer and dryer has gone thru a lot. We have had them for over 35 years and other than a few minor repairs, have had no problems with them. Our daughters come over to visit and at times the little ones have an accident and bingo--they are needed again. If we have to get another set, it would definitely be a Kenmore.

Top-notch. Has worked very well without problems and we feel that we have been very lucky. Easy to use as long as follow instructions and do not overload with too many clothes. We have followed the instructions very carefully and because of that we have been lucky and can count the problems we have had on one hand. Has been very reliable on a consistent basis. It is very plain looking, not too much to make it any different than any other washer or dryer. Easy to get into and get clothes out. Value has been incredible as we have only had to use service people a few times. Price we paid so long ago would be impossible to replace for half the price we paid.

It was very efficient. It only took once to dry one load. I only had to clean it every two weeks. It was also very energy saving. It was twice as big as the first washer I had. It also saved energy and cut my light bill down. It was very space saving. It only took up half the room my first dryer did. The door was strategically placed so that it didnt take up much room when opened. The dryer itself was $250, reasonable for what you got. The shipping and handling fee was $89, a little high, but worth it. Overall a very good deal.

I bought the washer dryer set a year ago and I have never had any problems and dont anticipate any problems. Most of the washers I have owned in the past my t-shirts have ended up with holes in them after owning the washer after a month. My idea of my current washer and dryer is they are the best so that I have owned. After a year I still dont have holes in my clothes from the washer or dryer. The machines are well built and there were many colors to choose from. They are sturdy and made to American quality. They are quiet operating and very energy efficient. The quality and workmanship of the machines are well worth the price. When you can wash your clothes without having to replace them before the clothes should need replacing.

I love this machine. This dryer is flexible to help me do everything I need it to do. The wrinkle guard feature is as good as an extra set of hands. There is nothing better than knowing that your garments are in the best of places to get dry. No matter what setting I use to get a variety of fabrics dry under the best of circumstances it drys my heavy jeans and towels to perfection. I can also rely on the machine to gently dry fine washables on gentle air, no heat cycles. My Kenmore appliance has brought us years of good service. And this machine has been with our family for a long time and it still looks like a modern dryer. I have no complaint about the wear and tear. It looks great and hides its age quite well. And I still find it to be quite energy efficient.

First off, I grew up with Kenmore products. Got a Kenmore sewing machine in 1989, and it still works great. Bought a cheap Kenmore washing machine & dryer in 1994, and had those until 2008. Replaced a few parts here and there, but never an ounce of problems really. ONLY got rid of them because when I first bought them, we were a family of 3, and by end of 2008, we were a family of 9. Bought a Kenmore 800 washer in 2008. Had to call for repair within a year. Never ever had more problems again. Until tonight. Sounds like its whining or whiny. I did find a YouTube vid. Help!

My parents have used Kenmore appliances and us 5 girls use Kenmore appliances as they hold up good and a good value. Never need to call a repairman out to fix any of the items we bought. I have moved 3 times in the past 10 years and the tub of the washer does not go out of balance when moving. I have great experiences with my Kenmore washer and dryer. I am never had any problems with them nor have I needed repairs. There are multiple cycles to choose from as well as any type of laundry detergent or added clothing cleaning products can be used. The dryer has multiple settings as well.

After 52 years of great performing Maytag sets, we decided to buy into the HE type washer. The $1400.00 combined price for the Kenmore Elite top-of-the-line set was an immediate disaster (Jan.1911). From day one, both the washer AND the dryer left clothes with a nasty odor. We wiped the washer dry, left washer and dryer doors open when finished, tried bleach, vinegar, baking soda, Tide and Affresh washing machine cleaners to no avail, for (3) years.Fortunately, we bought the extended warranty for the washer ONLY and after the first year, the clutch went out. Then we had the infamous recall to fix spinning problems which resulted in increasing an already unbearable cycle time. Service Calls could not help with the odor situation and we could no longer put up with barely washed and dried smelly laundry and pitched a brand new beautiful looking washer and dryer set out the door. Replaced with a wonderful Speed Queen, American-made set.

I dont have to worry about wrinkles with the wrinkle guard. It has enough time on the timer where I do not have to keep restarting it. Its big enough to put in comforters and jeans. Its big enough to dry several pairs of jeans, blankets, wrinkle guard is perfect. My dryer looks sleek, modern. Its easy to clean inside and outside. My dryer shares space in the kitchen area and I dont have to cover it or hide it when company comes over. I was very satisfied with the price of my dryer. It was under 250.00. Very economical. I would buy another one or have it fixed if I ever had a problem with my current dryer.

I bought a Kenmore Elite washer from Sears on 2014. I was highly encouraged to get the warranty for about $325 for ONE year; which I did. A year and three weeks later, my warranty was expired and the washer started to stop in the middle of the cycle and giving an LE ERROR. The manual says its the MOTOR - turn on and off the washer. If the error continues then call customer service. I called and they told me indeed is the motor, gave me a quote of $260 for the new motor & installation OR to pay $360 for ONE YEAR of warranty and this would cover the parts and installation. The conclusion is that I feel all they want is to keep getting my money & sold me a faulty washer which only worked for ONE YEAR! Its just me and my husband, I took very good care of the washer, and the customer service representative said: Its a factory fault. Theres nothing you did or could do about it. Im extremely MAD! I was considering to buy the dryer, but now I will definitely look for other brands!

Love my washer and dryer does the work I need without the noise. Cleans and refreshing. Helps the environment too. I have many products to choose from but I felt these were the best products for my home usage. I can load and load it washes fast. My products are covered by a warranty but I dont think Id ever have to use it. Products have been used in the family for years. Love the fact that it comes in different colors. Goes with my laundry room. My company is amazed when I tell them yes Im washing clothes or drying them because of the looks you can barely tell that its on. I have a Kenmore washer and dryer. The pair is working on its 25th year of providing clean and dry clothes! Had other brands in years past and not any compare when it comes to longevity! It was the first washer I bought and used it for many years. In the market to buy another one. Great product. Bought a different brand that didnt hold up as well. Definitely prefer the Kenmore brand to the last washer I had. My Kenmore dryer is very old but it still works. May have to get a set.

Do not buy this item. We spent a lot of money in the pair washer/dryer and the washer started to rust around the bleach compartment within months (even though I have never used bleach on my clothes). I wished I had read the reviews online. There are hundreds of reviews where people complain about the rusting on this machine. Im planning on talking to a lawyer, and open a Class Action Lawsuit. This machine should be on their list of recall items and people should be compensated. My friend had the upper part replaced but started rusting again within months after use. Sears appliances (Kenmore) are not what they used to be. I am actually closing my credit card I have with them. Very disappointed! Advice: Dont buy this washer, it will RUST!

I love my washer and dryer. Ive had them for a while now and they run like brand new! They clean nicely with the washer cleaner. You can buy at Walmart and Ive never had a problem with them smelling like my old washer. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy one. Its a great deal.

I had my washer and dryer for 8 years and they never let me down. I have 2 boys that are very messy and are rough on clothes so for them to hold out and work as good as they did was a blessing for a single mom who cant just go buy new things. When it came time to do laundry I was ready cause I knew I wouldnt have to do anything over again and again. No putting it back in for another ten mins and was always done right. I would buy them over and over again, I would make sure my family got them cause they work like a cleaning beast.

Satisfactory, no special features but the price was appropriate and the job gets done at the end of the wash day. The dryer was easy to use and Kenmores customer was responsive and helpful. No issues as of yet, but I have not owned the dryer long enough to make an educated assessment. Based on price it has lasted long enough to justify it. Does not stand out with appearance, there is no trim and it is a very plain dryer but for the price that is an acceptable compromise. Door opens down can be a bit inconvenient. The value of this Kenmore brand is unbeatable. The reliability and features are missing but the price on sale can be fantastic and I am willing to overlook certain things for a good price.

I like the way it gets my clothes clean. It is very efficient and does not use a whole lot of water when washing. If I had to make another purchase for a washer or dryer I know that I would choose the same one as I have. I have had my current washer and dryer for about two months and so far I must say that I am very happy. I would recommend this product to my friends and family and the cost is still reasonable. The whole set that I have is white. The washer is loaded from the top and so is the dryer. I love the way that the combination works out with the color of my home. I did a little shopping around and a few different stores before I made a final decision on the set that I have now. I found it for various prices in each store but I ended up paying about six hundred for the whole set.

Have these units (Kenmore Washers) for over 10 years. Have Sears protection policy. In year 2 dryer failed. They could not fix and gave me a brand new dryer! Covered under Sears Cap 10 protection agreement. Cost is about $500 a year. If they can not repair in 4 tries they give you a new unit!

I love this Kenmore washer and dryer. Ive had them going on six years and they NEVER gave me a problem. Ive had these for 6 years. Ive washed large and small loads. They come clean with just one wash. When drying clothes, it dries clothes within minutes. They are white with a large wash load. The washer door is on top. The dryer door is on the front. The knobs are easy to reach and simple to set. Every washer and dryer is expensive. This set was very affordable and at a great price. I bought the set at Sears. I was able to catch it on sale.

Always been a fan of this brand washer/dryer combination. My parents and grandparents supported this brand. The load capacity of the washer is substantial, and the dryer holds ample sizes of laundry. Each has a very low repair cycle, and noise level is minimal. As previously stated, reliability and low repair needs is a huge plus for these machines. Drying time is seemingly shorter to achieve maximum results. These products are very smartly designed and look good in any laundry room facility. Various color schema is available and appealing. Easy access and loading qualities are helpful to all using the machines. These machines are a great economic deal. The value certainly matches any reasonable price accorded. We have always found these products comparable if not less expensive than rival brands.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite front loading automatic washer model 796-4100. Its a washer and dryer in one. I purchased this one because there wasnt a way to install a vent for the dryer in the laundry room. I have owned Kenmore appliances my whole adult life. My parents only purchased Kenmore appliances. My washer broke in less than a year. It doesnt get overly used as its only my daughter and I using it. The machine had the drain pump replaced, 2 motherboards just to mention a few. It was torturous trying to get it repaired. Hours and hours spent on the phone. I wont ever purchase another Kenmore appliance. Sta

The Kenmore washer and dryer set work very well together and does exactly what I need it to do. It washes and dries fast. I dont need specific or special detergent or any nonsense to use these for great fresh clean clothes. I like the simplicity of the washer and dryer and how its not smart or connected. Its easy to use and theres no need for all the whistles and bells. I inherited the washer and the dryer with the house, but they have been excellent appliances and are at least 10-15 years old and still work great. Ive only had to replace the knobs on the top of the dryer but that was about it.

Kenmore has some amazing products that will not disappoint. I’ve purchased the washer and dryer and they lasted 15 years or more with a minimum repairs. My laundry is clean the first time and my dryer gets the job done. Kenmore is the only purchase I would make for my laundry needs and my kitchen needs... Excellent.

I bought the front load washer and dryer. They are both large capacity machines which is great. However the washer begins molding within the first few uses unless we leave the door open after use. It also collects coins, hair clips and a wide variety of items in the pump and lines which caused its replacement the first year. Will never purchase another front load washer. The Dryer has been wonderful, but we have had to replace the heating coils after two years. Dries a large load very quickly though.

Its been a great and dependable product. If and when I did have problems it was easy to service the machines because of how well known the brand is. Kenmore products are also easy to find so when I want to upgrade my washer or dryer it easy to find replacement for they are sold at most retailers. I have had my machine for about 5 years and had no problems.

My daughter gave me her brand new Kenmore Elite Oasis washer and dryer. The appliances were reinstalled by professional tradesman who has installed hundreds of appliances. Right from the beginning the washer did not clean clothes properly. There were clumps of dirt and pints on the clothes, requiring repeated washings. The spin cycle would show unbalanced sign and stop. It did not matter if the clothes were redistributed or some or most taken out, the machine was just hung and it took most of the day to spin one load dry. I had to wring my clothes by hand on many occasions and put it in the dryer half wet. Not long after it was not spinning, it started to make clucking sounds as if someone was changing gears improperly. Then it started to leak. All over the laundry room. I cleaned all connections, replaced the hose screens, had it balanced etc. It would leak a little, but on second wash it leaked all out again. Called Sears and was told I was on my own as they did not honor any defects and warranty was past. This in my opinion is criminal. Selling defective products and doing nothing to fix the problems. Shame on you Sears! Needless to say I wont be fixing this washer, as I have also been told it is futile to do so.

Its easy to clean, runs quietly. Very durable, great value. Have owned for over 7 years. I would recommend this Kenmore if you are on a strict budget. Also energy efficient for me. The Kenmore does not require a lot of space. I have three people in my household including a 3 year old so there enough space for all the different items we refrigerate. I choose the white color to match any color and it fits well in my kitchen. Does not attract hardly any dust or lint. Easy to clean. Has sturdy door handles. Because its energy efficient I save on my monthly electric bill. Also my food stay fresher longer. All drinks get cool quick and stay cool so my grocery bill is manageable.

I have had my Kenmore washer and dryer for almost 2 years. I have only had to have one repair on my washer and it was a fluke accident. I have been very pleased with both machines and would buy the same ones again.

Uses low water and cleans well. The dryer dries fast and is very quiet. Easy to balance. The washer cleans very well with low spin rumble. I love this washer... great warranty and long lasting product. I have had mine for a few years and never had any problem with either even the paint holds up to many uses and loads. I like the appearance... its compact but yet big enough for large and extra large family laundry loads. Easy to read controls and a very hard and sturdy paint finish. After a lot of physical in-store research and online searches the was the best price around for this great washer and dryer combo. With the great warranty its even a better value.

2 years without a problem. Simple controls. Have dials so push buttons dont go bad. All I have to do is select the soil, water temp, and fill the tub. The machine even knows how much water to put in by how full the basket is. I had been shopping for a new set for some time. Most brands nowadays you have to have a degree in engineering to operate them. I needed something I could hook up and go. I dont want to spend a lot of time figuring out how to run the appliance. My set is so simple to use. No electronic parts/push buttons. Just turn the dial to your preferred setting and water temp. The water level in the machine is determined in the machine by the amount of clothes put in. So simple. Clothes come out clean. The dryer is just as simple and the clothes come out almost wrinkle free. No fuss. Able to get all the weekly laundry done in one day.

Kenmore washers and dryers exceeded my initial expectations lasting over twenty years! I have gotten my money’s worth with those purchases! However, I have found over the years of being a homemaker that purchasing one of their refrigerators is a totally different circumstance entirely and my main complaint is that their refrigerators should last longer than they do. Over the years I have bought two. The first house I bought the previous owners left theirs for me. Never got many years out of one and that in itself is very, very disappointing. Prices on the refrigerators were way too high. But what is even worse is the interest rate using the store’s credit card charges. I was in a bind as my older refrigerator broke unexpectedly after ten years. I am a senior citizen living on social security so this became a more difficult situation then for most! I did not like that there was no senior citizen discount offered and when all was said and done, it cost much more than I think the true value should have been! But I liked that opening the refrigerator was easy as believe it or not, some I find really need a good tug on the door and usually when an appliance is like that, it takes me a few good tries to pull a door open on it. I am not the weakest person but does someone need to be the strongest one in town to do that simple action with ease? And being a senior citizen, I cannot tell you how much that factor was and is so very much appreciated by me! It was quiet and performed well, has nice space inside for food storage and had the color I wanted to match other appliances in my kitchen. I am hoping my refrigerator serves me well!

My Kenmore is a plain-looking white dryer, nothing fancy. It has one button for the setting and one button to push and start the actual dryer. If I usually want something to dry very quickly, I usually put it on the extremely hot setting and it takes less time to dry. Although it doesnt fit all my needs, it gets the job done and is better than drying clothes outside or going to the laundromat. If you are looking for something simple to dry clothes in, this is for you.

Very durable. Last long time. Big loads for well. Easy access to the inside. And the dryer also dries fast and easy to clean the inside. Dryer button are easy to read. I can leave my washer or my dryer on when I step out of the house for something fast and when I return itll already be done. I always wash all the bed sheets, towels, and heavy duty stuff and its been working the same for years. Appearance is very simple and easy to read. My niece, who is a child, can put clothes too was because she is able to read that buttons. Back when we purchased the washer and dryer it was on of the cheapest one we could find that had what is the basics that we needed. And still until this day we havent had to buy a newer one.

We have purchased the Kenmore Elite in July 2011 at Sears. First, the clothes were washed okay. Then I started to notice that the clothes do not look clean and doesnt smell fresh. I decided to rinse them with my hands before putting them into a dryer. The results were astonishing! The water is dirty, soupy and brownish in color. I have to rinse clothes three to four times until the water gets clean. My elbows and shoulders started to ache.

I loved this product from the first time I used it. It made me very happy that I could had put more loads in it without any problems. If you have a big family Im pretty sure you know how difficult it is to get all clothes dried. I depended so much on this product and it helped me out when I needed. It was really reliable to get clothes dry on time especially if I forgot to get them started. I really liked the appearance of this dryer. For 35 years I have purchased Kenmore washers/dryers for 3 households and have been very satisfied. Last week I bought Kenmore model 23102 washer and am very dissatisfied. 1. Warm water is COLD. Cold water is cold as it should be; hot water is hot as it should be. 2. Water fills EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW. 3. One day after delivery I called for service; was told had to wait 4 days. Why would Sears not prioritize immediate service on a new delivery? So I waited 4 days, then waited 3 hours (taking off work) for technician to come. First he doesnt know where to look on the machine for the serial and model number. Then he finds it and starts to diagnose the washer. He immediately tells me this model WILL NOT FILL ANY FASTER-this is how it is designed, and that the WARM setting is just as it is. I say my other Kenmore that was just replaced gave WARM water that was warmer than cold and not as hot as hot. He tells me this model does not work that way. Essentially hes saying THERE IS NO WARM WATER TEMPERATURE. He says it works on a thermostat vs. older models mixed cold and hot water. He goes to his truck and comes back with a thermometer of some kind. He tests the warm water, then drops it in the water which killed it, so he couldnt actually verify the difference between the temperatures, but BOTTOM LINE HE SAYS THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE TO GET WARM WATER. Then he says this IS the warm setting in Florida, which is nonsense, because WARM on the previous washer and 2 other washers I have access to in friends homes, give WARM water. I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE OR SEARS.

Never had service issues with washer or dryer and operating system was good until I had a flood in basement that ruined the motors and they could not be repaired. I replaced them with Kenmore appliances again.

We bought this washer in ginger color and it started to rust in the top around the soap dispenser. We contacted Sears and we were told that rusting was not covered in their warranty, and they wanted us to buy their additional warranty policy. The washer has continued to rust and it looks terrible. I believe that they didnt put a protective seal on the paint. The washer and dryer are in an inside laundry room.

I am so very frustrated. I bought a stacked Kenmore washing machine/dryer in the Bahamas in 2013... I used the machine a couple times and left six weeks later for Europe where I spend six months of the year. I returned six months later and the washing machine did not work... for the nine months that I had it, it did not work most of the time. We are two people in a household. We replaced the same parts twice to no resolve... the parts have never work. I paid $2,500 for this machine. Parts cost $500. The Kenmore washer/dryer serial number is RS01725C Model 2661532210.... Very satisfied. I have the matching washer and I have been able to purchase replacement parts for it on amazon. Simple to repair. I have never experienced any mechanical issues with my washer or dryer that would impede their reliability. I have had my set for years without any major mechanical or operational issues. It looks like any other standard front loading dryer. Its white. Buttons are simple to use. Although I did have an issue with one of the knobs falling off. My set was given to me. I did research what the retail price would be per unit. 499 seems fair. For the overall performance of the machines over the years, if I had to, I would purchase them myself for the suggested selling price.

Bought an apartment washer and dryer and ever since day one it did not perform well. Timer went out, a main washer engine part went bad and had to be replaced. Very poor service provided by Sears. Every six months the washer or dryer would have issues. Cost more to repair in the years than buying a new one.

It fits everything that we need it to and space is never an issue. I have 3 kids so were always stocked up on food which is fresh and frozen. It looks very modern. Their products are always of a modern look and style. They definitely keep up with the times. The value is always more than worth it. The products hold up over time and I would match them up against any other on the market from fancy to run of the mill.

This dryer is amazing because it cut down tremendously on my drying time, saving me both time and energy and also money on my electricity bill. It also efficiently dries everything without me having to run the dryer more than once. Very reliable, no matter what Im drying, even very large loads of laundry. They were separate. They were white. We moved from the property and left the washer and dryer. It worked fine while we lived at the residence. My parents both have Kenmore washers and dryers and they also have had good results with them.

I love them! They have been so good. There are five people in my family, so we do a lot of laundry. I dont remember what we had before the ones we have now but I wouldnt go back! As of now we really havent had too many problems. One big one is sometimes the washing machine will get off balance and wont finish a load. We have to unplug and redo the load. Other than that they have been great. When I grow up Im going to buy my own Kenmore washer and dryer. If it was up to me I would suggest that everyone should get one.

Cleans very good and its the best on the market. Everyone should own this model. Not loud at all and gets job done in a fast manner. Great product. Gets clothing dry very fast and is not loud either. Has wrinkle prevent and air fluff. Also is energy preferred. Dryer also has cool down mode timed dry. Very clean. Looks very expensive but the price is outstanding compared to others. Love the features on this washer and dryer. We have had ours for a year and half and I would not trade for world. The value of the product is amazing compared to others. The Kenmore brand has been a good brand for me. Ive had my washer and dryer for over 10 years and have only had to make a service call one time under warranty. Since the warranty has been up, I have not had to make any service calls. The only thing that has bothered me is the odor which smells like mildew coming from the washer after the lid has been closed for a while. I solved this odor problem by sprinkling baking soda over the bottom of the washer tub. The clothing that gets washed in the machine does not smell like mildew. My parents had Kenmore appliances for years. They owned their own home so it was possible for them to buy appliances as they were needed. As a renter, I have to abide by landlord rules and get permission for the purchase of some appliances. It wasnt until I moved here early in the 2000s that I even had a washer and dryer hookup in a rental unit. Since my parents had good luck with Kenmore appliances, I decided that my washer and dryer would be Kenmore.
