Very quiet, fast, high capacity, thorough dryer, great options settings, convenient loading and easy unloading, solid manufacture, sturdy and very strong. Functions very well all the time, never has ever not functioning. Very good, very fast and easy to use and very efficient. A very good dryer makes my clothes nice and fluffy. Very sleek and very cool modern yet at the same time very traditional, does not look too bulky and does not look too tiny. Takes up just the right amount of space. Very good price always at Sears because Kenmore is the primary brand at Sears so it is usually on sale. I think that the value for the money is excellent.

I have had Kenmore as my preferred dryer for many years. These appliances do a great job of drying clothes. I would recommend this brand as I have been very happy with their performance and price. Kenmore appliances can usually be seen on sale during any holiday and the savings is great. This is the best value of all brands around. These dryers last many years. I have never had a warranty and I never have any problems until I have had them for at least 8 years. Also, they are nice dryers. I like the look of these appliances. The buttons are sturdy and not cheap at all. They are usually white and are very appealing.

My first washer/dryer set was a Kenmore. They lasted me 28+ years before the washer died. I bought a new Kenmore Elite set that has a large enough capacity for all types of bedding, mattress covers, quilts, etc. It uses HE soap, doesnt require much. Takes longer to wash, but saves on water. I was told that washers lasting anywhere near what the older ones did are a thing of the past. The new ones, if youre lucky, will last 8 years. Mine is currently 2.5 years old, so Ill have to wait and see. Definitely would recommend Kenmore.

Kenmore washers and dryers exceeded my initial expectations lasting over twenty years! I have gotten my money’s worth with those purchases! However, I have found over the years of being a homemaker that purchasing one of their refrigerators is a totally different circumstance entirely and my main complaint is that their refrigerators should last longer than they do. Over the years I have bought two. The first house I bought the previous owners left theirs for me. Never got many years out of one and that in itself is very, very disappointing. Prices on the refrigerators were way too high. But what is even worse is the interest rate using the store’s credit card charges. I was in a bind as my older refrigerator broke unexpectedly after ten years. I am a senior citizen living on social security so this became a more difficult situation then for most! I did not like that there was no senior citizen discount offered and when all was said and done, it cost much more than I think the true value should have been! But I liked that opening the refrigerator was easy as believe it or not, some I find really need a good tug on the door and usually when an appliance is like that, it takes me a few good tries to pull a door open on it. I am not the weakest person but does someone need to be the strongest one in town to do that simple action with ease? And being a senior citizen, I cannot tell you how much that factor was and is so very much appreciated by me! It was quiet and performed well, has nice space inside for food storage and had the color I wanted to match other appliances in my kitchen. I am hoping my refrigerator serves me well!

I love the timed sensors for the clothing being dried. Most dryers have the times setting (which this one does) but it is also very easy to over dry your clothes and then a burnt smell could happen. Delicates setting is perfect with the sensor. I love it. I have actually bought another one for my friend who had a terrible old dryer. Her clothes are no longer a burnt smell. The reliability of this dryer is just simply fantastic. It doesnt overheat. It runs very quiet. I love the front facing dryers. Its easier for me being short to grab and put items in the dryer. I love the circle look to it as well. Having top for some laundry folding space is wonderful too. The value of this product I too believe couldnt be any better. I am simply satisfied and wouldnt go with another dryer. Hopefully the quality and value pay off in the long run.

Had them for 18 to 20 years and only 1 minor problem between both washer and dryer. I do 4 to 5 loads a week. The washer has no surface rust even though it is located in a somewhat, sometimes damp basement.

Kenmore is a great dryer and they are the best appliances out there. I like all of the features of them and I would recommend them and I’d buy them whenever I could.

4It looks better than some of the other options we considered. It was reasonably priced too for what we paid for it. There were some that were less money but this seemed to be a better value. The salespeople at Home Depot were extremely helpful and open. It has a capacity that is enough for our needs. It is also not super bulky and fits neatly in our laundry closet. The dryer is stacked on top of it. Its very reliable and it isnt too noisy. We use it at least once a day and the clothes come out smelling great and thoroughly clean.

Purchased dryer in 2013, just got it paid off and dryer started shutting off after a few minutes and getting error code CE. We have had the venting system cleaned by professional and new vent hose checked and there was no lint blockage. Repairman said it was motor. He put one that didnt work. He came back and put on new heating element... then didnt work. I have been without a dryer for 3 weeks. It will work if I unhook machine from dryer vent. What is the problem. I have seen many other complaints about Sears unable to fix this machine?

The drum bearing of my 8-year old Kenmore washer with matching dryer went out. The cost of the part is $2. Service man quoted $972 to fix. What is Sears thinking? Plain obsolescence! Kenmore is not manufactured to have the bearing replaced. You have to buy the complete drum and spin basket. Ridiculous. Its built to fail in a Frigidaire plant. Dryer is designed to fit only another Kenmore product. So, I also have to buy a new dryer. Needless to say, it will not be Kenmore and it will not be purchased at Sears. I will buy a Meile washer and dryer and never buy from Sears again. No wonder they are failing. I would prefer to support local businesses, but until they realize consumers are tired of paying high prices for Chinese garbage, smart consumers will seek superior quality in brands made in Europe.

My Kenmore washer and dryer are very reliable; I have never had any problems with the washer or dryer. Very quiet also. They are on our first floor, right next to the kitchen, and we barely hear them!

It is a really good washer. It really gets the stains out especially from white clothes and its very good with color clothes as well. It doesnt rip the clothes or damages them. It is really reliable. It hasnt broken down or anything. It keeps the clothes looking like new. Its really good quality for a washer. I would recommend this brand and washer to people. It has a nice appearance. Since its white you might just have to clean it every once in a while so it doesnt get scratches or really dirty. The buttons are easy to control bits and outstanding appearance. The value of the washer is pretty good. I could just imagine the value of the dryer. I would really recommend the washer. It is really good with the clothes. Im hoping to have the dryer pretty soon as well.

August 2016 I went shopping at Sears. I specifically asked to stay away from LG. I know they had many problems and steered clear. The sale associate failed to tell me Kenmores were now made with LG parts. I had my fridge less then 2 years and the compressor and system has failed. It took me 10 days to get a repair guy to come out and 10 more days to schedule for the repair. I can get it under warranty however, I am told I have to pay labor. They obviously are charging me an arm and a leg for labor. I have a Kenmore 13 year old fridge and an old washer and dryer that have lasted. I wanted to stick with what I knew. However, now that they have LG parts you pay the extra money for a small name stuck on the outside of the fridge. I would NEVER buy a Kenmore again, and would recommend others do the same. You are getting an LG fridge. If you want LG they are cheaper with the same parts.

Sleek but simple look. Balanced placement of the knobs and buttons. Doesnt look too techy or expensive and the white color fits in with whatever walls or floors you may have. This washer/dryer is a good balance between simple to use but has enough customizable settings. Does exactly what I want it to without unnecessary bells and whistles. Also, easy to set and the clothes come out looking and smelling clean. Does the right job every time and not once have we experienced a glitch or hiccup. We got our washer dryer for an exceptional price. They have been worth what we paid, performing exactly how we would hope. No problems, no delays or interruptions.

Strong... Fast and everything you would want. Not only does it quickly wash all your clothes. It gives it a special soothing smell that makes it AMAZING. And when I bought it... It was cheaper than other dryers and washers. I love it. It has a Nice... Professional... Cool look. I would look at it and be like DAYUM you is a fine washer. The washer has several different settings which helps depending on the type of load that is being washed. This helps to save time and get a good clean, especially on my husbands nasty welder work clothes. This washer has maintained and worked well despite the rough and tough work clothes along with all the heavy weighted dog towels and even does well on winter comforters. All of this without any major issues and still getting a good clean even on some of the worst dirt my dogs can make. I can say it has a sleek enough design to fit into my kitchen which is where my laundry center is. The value of this washer and the dryer are terrific because they both handle everything I can throw at them without giving me any major issues. My husband is a welder and has some funky work clothes yet they get very clean in a single wash which is a wonderful time saver.

Bought both washer and dryer. Have lasted 5 years. So far no major problems. Very happy with my decision to buy new. I believe that is why they have lasted so long but I also only have a household of 2 so not much wear and tear in that area.

Kenmore Series 500, top loader washer with automatic load sensing - Ordered online, everything went wrong (multiple order numbers) from beginning to end. But, my biggest complaint is the actual washer. It has an automatic water sensor that doesnt give you enough water to completely wash the load. Even after two rinses, the clothes still come out with lint on my black capris (washed separately). They are not thoroughly washed and result in a big tight knot in my washer upon completion. I have tried deep wash, but theres no way to get additional water in it. The water sensor barely gives you enough water to get the clothes damp. I hate it. Give me the old fashioned one with a knob to select water level, and an agitator would be nice too. Not sure what genius decided washing clothes with no agitator and no water would be a great idea!!!

Ive found this brand to be dependable and reliable. Good quality at a reasonable price. We have had very little issues with either the washer or the dryer working properly and are very pleased with both.

Immediately once I bought it I knew that it would be easy to use. After trying it for my first time I was hooked and it did the trick as it washed all of our clothes extremely easily. So far it seems extremely durable and works like a charm. The only downside is that you still have to remember when to get your clothes out. The appearance is what most people seem to want in a washer/dryer, a good aesthetically pleasing coat of white with some chrome around certain spots. Its definitely worth the price even if others say it isnt. I use it almost every day for all of my kids and my wifes clothes so you know it does the job for the price.

Ive always owned Kenmore but this is my best washer thus far. The clothes come out so clean. My favorite is the sanitize cycle. Great when you have animals and kids. Holds a lot more than I realized. It really gets clothes clean and fresh every time. Dog wet on my bedspread. Was so upset was going to just throw it away. Decided to wash. Couldnt believe one, no smell but spin cycle dried so good. Was safe on low in dryer for less than 20 min. Love display front. Modern with the option to lock the door or stop to throw in something I forgot. Easy to clean with a quick wipe down. The front load detergent tray is easy to use and take out. Wasnt sure at first on cost compared to other washers. Was afraid to spend that much. Thought I needed bigger capacity. So glad I bought. Perfect for the price. Huge clean loads.

Very well made. Had them for many years and were used many, many times. They were handed down to my daughter to use with her family. I only had to change belts once on washer and twice on dryer.

Machine at times sounds horrible. Called repair and they claimed, that is the way it is. The nature of the beast. When it stops, get a new one. Unfortunately, my parents machines were still motoring well over 20 years! I have their gas dryer which is over forty years old! Too bad, I listened to my wife, she bought a new one because of appearance!!!

It works well enough and my clothes are always clean after using it. They are both a little loud but for the costs of them it is not an issue. Both machines are very reliable. I have never had an issue with my clothes not being clean or dry after using both of these machines. I would recommend them. The appearance is just fine. They are not the new modern washer and dryer but no one sees them so it doesnt matter. For the costs of both of these machines they are worth it. They are not the high-end kind but they get the job done and perform well in their functions. They are a good value for the money.

The product dries everything very well. It has enough categories to cover all different types of clothes and fabrics. I have never had any problems drying blankets or loads of towels, let alone standard loads of clothes. It is very easy to use, just pick your setting and push the button. The sensors know how long your load needs and will set the timer accordingly. It also has a classic appearance that fits in with any laundry room. While the controls are modern, the body remains fully classical and never grows old. Also, it doesnt use that much electricity and will chime when the load is done. It does its job every time without fail. What more could you ask for in a dryer?

The dryer works awesome. Clothes get dried really fast. Easy to run. Doesnt cost much to run. Looks great. I have it in my main floor bathroom. Not like the older days when you kept ugly washer and dryers down in the cellar so you didnt have to look at them. Dryer was very reliable. I used to set the timer and the clothes would be dry faster than most other dryers I have owned in the past. Also love all the settings on the dryer. Never have to guess on the time you need. Love the appearance of this dryer. I couldnt believe the price I got the set for. I havent seen anything come even close to the price I paid for my set. I shopped all over trying to find something even close to this set and everything I found were at least double the price.

It was a white washer and dryer. The controls were all very easy to interpret and the workings of it were easy. Other than that it was decent. We never needed any maintenance on our washer and dryer. As long as we kept the lint screen clean it worked just fine. Also, not as much bubbling because of soap like some of the earlier top loaders and the clothes came out great. The washer and dryer did very well for us for the price we paid for it and lasted us years! They were both a good value and Id recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.

Dependable, long lasting, power saving. The washer I had was given to me used and lasted for at least 10 years. The dryer saved me on time and money and also lasted at least 10 years. The washer was great as far as large loads of clothes. It did at least 3 pair of pants, 3 shirts and a few weeks worth of underwear in one load. I had a mobile home and the washer and dryer fit like a glove in the area that was made in the hall and it made the space look a lot brighter and more modern. The washing machine and dryer saved me a lot of money a month. It cost about 35 dollars a month to run both of them and saved me twenty bucks a month on gasoline for the car and it usually cost 60-70$ a month going to a laundry mat.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washer and dryer in 2006. I would never buy another one. They are the worst pair I have ever owned. There always seems to be a problem. Just a little frustrating like getting off balance multiple times during each wash, even if I carefully place the clothes around the sides. It is perfectly level also. The sensor of the dryer quit years ago. I cant leave the washer and dryer on without being in the house to try to fix the problem when it occurs, or to check the clothes, to see if they are dry. The pair cost me $1,948.92 in 2006. I had just retired, and hoped this pair would last. I want to be reimbursed, so I can purchase a different pair. I wouldnt even feel honest, if I give them to goodwill.

Kenmore front load connect washer and dryer - My wife is ready to kill me. I talked her into spending a lot of money on our new washer and dryer - man she could kill me. The washer takes long time and clothes still smell mildew and moldy, and we run the cleaner through it 2 times a week. The dryer never seems to get clothes dry and you just have to keep re-running them. I thought by paying a lot more for washer and dryer, we would be worry free - I couldnt be more wrong. I do not recommend them to anyone - better off throwing your money down the drain; own these and you will. And forget Sears to make anything right, you will be wasting your time.

Do Not Buy Kenmore products!!! I purchased all new Kenmore. Elite appliances 3 years ago... plus a front load washer and dryer. Washer had to be replaced 18 months later. Microwave lightbulbs... requires 2... $35 a piece! Now the Elite bottom freezer refrigerator has died... 3 years and thousands of dollars later... same experience as everyone else here. No wonder Sears is going under. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Repairman finally came out and replaced the compressor... 2 days later and unit is not cooling enough. Now I have to go through this garbage again. Repairman said he has at least two of these repairs a day. Compressors are NO GOOD. STAY AWAY FROM KENMORE!!!

Its an easy to use appliance, and in all the years Ive had it and used it there have been no problems with its operation! It does need to be cleaned to keep working well, but its worth it to have such a great washer and dryer. It also had a lot of settings so you can safely wash delicate items or avoid shrinking your favorite shirt! Its an incredibly reliable washer and dryer system. Ive had to clean it out a few times, but its normal. Its also great at washing all size loads. Ive had large loads of towels, and each one had come out clean and then were able to dry easily.They can sit side by side or they can be stacked on top of one another. I have mine sitting side by side and arent too bulky and certainly arent an eyesore. Overall they look sleek, modern, and simple. My washer and dryer systems were an excellent value. For how well they work, how it looks, and how long they have lasted me I got a great value. It also was a good price for all the features they have like being front loading & having multiple washing and drying options.

Dries quickly and is very quiet. It has several settings and different cycles. Can use a buzzer to let you know when its done and also has an automatic dryer buzz. Fits all our needs. A large tub to hold clothes, no problems with it at all, easy to clean lint out of it, front part pulls off to clean. Its white with the buttons visible at the top. Easily can read and bright to see. Easily can be wiped down but stays fairly clean. A very nice looking washer. It is also high capacity with high heat so it decreases drying time. This is a time saver as well as a cost saver. It has lasted under high use with little cost towards repairs.

After washing my dark clothing (no towels or other fuzzy items) they continue to be left with lint, soap or some other residue. Upon instructions from an authorized Kenmore repairman I was told to cut my detergent down to 1 Tsp (small) to 1 Tbl (large). My loads are of medium size but I still only used ONE TEASPOON of HE detergent. No change. Still showing signs of lint/soap on my dark clothes. Again, upon instructions from authorized Kenmore repairman I ran a complete load of darks only WITHOUT ANY DETERGENT AT ALL. The dark clothes from that load again show sign of lint, soap or something else remaining. When now reading reviews for Kenmore washers this seems to be a recurring problem. Wish I had read them first or I never would have purchased this Sears Kenmore Washer Model 25132411. Will someone take responsibility and find out why my new washer is not cleaning my clothes properly?

I had this brand for about 7 years. They worked very well up until the washer knob stopped working unless I put a fork behind the knob to hold it in place. Also when I opened the lid, it would not stop spinning which is dangerous. The dryer did fine until the motor stopped spinning and it wasnt worth fixing. Good reasonably priced brand.

I bought a new Kenmore Elite washer and dryer from Sears back in Feb. 2013 and have had nothing but trouble with it. Within the first two weeks, the dryer blew up and Sears had to bring a new one out. The service men entered my home illegally, and they had a bad attitude. They tore my floor up in my laundry room, then lied and said that it was already like that. The owner of the store came out and thought that he was just going to cut a little piece of linoleum and patch it together but I wouldnt let him. He also had such a bad attitude that I asked him to get out. The washer cannot be leveled and vibrates and jumps around. They said that my floor was weak, but little do they know that there is an extra beam and support in the laundry room area. They are complete liars and scam artists. My last washer, one that I didnt purchase from Sears, nor was it Kenmore Elite, never had a level problem.Now, the service guy came out AGAIN because the control panel on the dryer started malfunctioning. This is all within 5 1/2 months of purchase. So what happens when my warranty runs out? I guess they think that Im just another animal that theyre gonna leech from but its not gonna happen! I called Sears corporate and asked for a refund and they laughed and refused. I told them that I was going to file Lemon Law suit against them but they dont care. Their insurance will pay for it.We bought Kenmore Elite (over $2000.00) because we wanted something that would last us for years. LOL. Looks like we made a big mistake. We have no confidence in Kenmore anymore. Were not rich and cannot run out and buy another washer and dryer, so were pretty much screwed. How could two different companies (Sears, Kenmore) do people this way and get away with it? We will NEVER buy anything from Sears or Kenmore again, and I will start a Facebook campaign against them and warn other people about this cheap junk, and about the rude people at Sears. This is so frustrating!

We bought this replace our Whirlpool front load dryer and found that it was a much better quality. It took much less time to dry our clothes and never scorched. It takes less than half the time of my previous dryer and after a year we havent had a single maintenance issue. It is heavy duty drying for many towels and jeans but has never damaged a delicate item as well. Its a great fit for our smaller sized washroom. Lint is easy access and the controls are very easy to understand and set. The door is easy open when hands are filled. Considering you must pay more for better quality this dryer was a great buy. We didnt overpay and still have the same performance of much pricier options. Definitely a great purchase.

My Washer and Dryer worked great with just the right functions, with a big family and busy schedule, needed a great working washer and dryer that was very reliable and great performance. Im a short person and this machines were just the right height for me, so my laundry was always so easy to do. I bought both washer and dryer at a great value, from the appliance store, these machines lasted me a good 8 years with constant use, normal wear and tear. These machines are very durable. I recommend this product to all families.

For the price it works great, never had any problems as of yet. Im happy with its performance. My next washer and/or dryer will be the same brand. After all these years I have had this washer and dryer they have never stop working or gave me any problems. This brand is very reliable. The look of them is nothing special. Just plain white with some grey. But the look isnt the reason I bought them. I bought them for reliability. The model I have is on the cheaper end. But even though I bought it cheaply its still one of the best washers I ever have had. Its a great value.

I have never been so underwhelmed by a product. I dont notice it.. and thats how it should be. Id only notice it if it was broken, or my clothes werent coming out clean. I only have to do laundry once a week now, since I can get all my clothes in to my washer and then in to this dryer. It is very convenient. Why does a dryer need to look fancy? It looks clean and it fits in my closet and it is functional. It doesnt look chunky or trying too hard. This dryer has not given out on me yet, so I am happy with what I paid. Also, I got a warranty from the store, which is cool. Reliability adds to value.

Its a Kenmore elite - w/ small, short agitator in the bottom of the machine; top loader. Works well except for the fact that lint collects at the top of the machine where the tub meets a metal rim. Its as if there should be a filter bag at this point to catch the lint.

It does a great job cleaning my clothes. The cycle takes too long, I dont like the stop button (it is easy to break) and its difficult to stop the washer and add an item because the lid locks. Very reliable. I have owned the washer for over four years without any problems. I use the washer several times a week, at different settings. The washer appearance is fine. I was looking for something simple to use and small enough to fit in my laundry closet. There is nothing fancy about this washer but I wasnt looking for anything complicated. I was not planning to buy a washer but my old washer/dryer combination broke down so I was forced to buy new machines. This washer fit well within my budget without sacrificing the features I was looking for.

We bought this washer dryer set back in 2014. My stepdaughter overloaded our old washer and burned it up. So there we were no way to wash the clothes. Sorry did not pay the bills. So I went out and purchased this set for 1700.00.

Kenmore series100 - This washer just doesn’t get it done. Our first so called HE washer. The quality is poor. Too many plastic parts. The cleaning ability is abysmal. Even a small load comes out with lint and gunk not rinsed out. Whatever happened to old school washers? Why were they so bad that they don’t make them anymore? Our last machine was 25 years old before I repaired it myself. After 30 years the transmission gave up. Time for something new? Too bad! After 7 months the locking switch device malfunctioned. It was warranty and the repairman said, Get ready to buy another machine in 5 years. What a joke.

My Kenmore fridge did everything it was made to do, awesome performance, it kept things good and cold. I would recommend to anyone. Size of my Kenmore was perfect for my house, it fit right in place. It was not too wide, or too tall. It was just right for what I needed. Size is everything when purchasing a Kenmore refrigerator. Appearance is everything, I had a white one. Love Kenmore products because they last a long time. Like the dryers do too. The costs is very satisfying for the Kenmore refrigerator, considering I bought mine about 10 years ago, costs is very important also but theyre well worth the money you pay for them.

My dryer is quick, efficient, has energy saver features. I like the style of it and the size of loads it can do. I have put many different sized loads in it and the clothes come out wrinkle free. I like that I can change the settings for delicate clothing. One of the reasons I bought this dryer was the design. I needed a front loading washer and dryer for the design of my laundry room/bathroom. I have had many compliments on how they look. I paid a little more than I wanted to on this, but It has all the latest features and it is front loading like my washer. I have owned it for over 2 years and have had no maintenance issues with it.

Dryer has been dependable for years. Gets clothes dry in a reasonable amount of time and we have never had any issues with it. I would definitely buy a Kenmore again. Our Kenmore dryer has been completely reliable. We have not had one issue with it. Weve taken it on two cross country moves and it still works flawlessly. The appearance of our dryer is fine. Its not a showpiece but its pleasant enough. It is white and has clean lines, with blue accents on the dials. I am very happy with the value of our Kenmore dryer. We bought it starting out in our first house without a lot of money, but it has been dependable and we have not had any reason to upgrade even though we could now.

Easy to use and efficient. Dries clothes effectively and is cost efficient. Great product. I would recommend buying this dryer to anyone in need of a good quality product. Cut on every time I need it and always dries clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Can handle large loads of clothes at the time. Looks like any other dryer that I have owned. White with blue numbers. Paint has held up good and is dual vented so you can vent through the floor. Cost about the same as other dryers but seems to be more energy efficient. Electric bill is cheaper after purchasing this dryer.

Those machines took a lot of use and never stop working. We were a family of 5 and so they were used at least 10 times a week. If not for the reliability I dont know how we would have gotten along. The benefits of those machines were greatly appreciated with the usage that my family put on them. I would recommend them to others and if I were living in a house I would get another Kenmore washer and dryer. I didnt care for the square shape or the hideous color, but considering that back in the 70s those were the fashion shades of choice. At that time the prices were very reasonable, today they would be considered as low priced.

I loved my dryer. It performed all the function it said. It never shrunk any of my clothes. As long as you put it on the right setting! I wouldnt buy any other brand for my clothes. The dryer I bought was perfect for my family of 6. It always dried my clothes, and left them wrinkle free. I recommended their product to all of my friends and family. Kenmore has an excellent appearance. I love how everything is organized and label with different settings, so you know which one to use for different clothes. Ive had mine for the last ten years. They are very reliable dryers. I am truly amazed that its still running great. Ive never had any problems with my dryer.

Gets clothes clean. Very easy to use. If you are not into high tech things and dont like change this is for you. It washes clothes and they are clean and the clothes get dried in the dryer. I have no problem in washing everything that I need to wash in my washer and dryer. I put blankets and quilts in them without any problems. The washer and dryer sit side by side. They are plain and simple without a lot of buttons and added functions, just the way I like. They are easy to wipe down and keep clean. Value of having a washer and dryer are you can wash clothes whenever you like and fold them whenever you get around to it. You dont have to go out to a laundromat and worry about having money. At home as long as you have laundry detergent you can wash.

I have always shopped Kenmore appliances before shopping any other brand. My current Kenmore washer and dryer have gone through 22 years of service with very few repairs. I love them and will replace them with Kenmore products when appropriate.

I bought a Kenmore Elite in 2011. Within 3 months, a board went bad and it kept saying SUD - no biggie; it was under warranty. Now, its 2 years and 2 months old. I called Sears for another problem. The drum has gone bad and needs replacing; the drum and other parts are warrantied but the $665 in labor is not. Really??? Do you think they would think about giving you a labor price that is higher than most new washers in their store? Do they expect people to logically agree to these labor prices instead of buying a new washer? This front loading washer with all the bells and whistles was on sale and did not even cost that much to buy!!! I have never had an issue with a washer or dryer. Growing up, we had one for 15 years with no problems. Luckily, I found out my home warranty will pick up the costs but this is a per occurrence thing so if it breaks again, I have no backup to pay for it. What a piece of junk - 2 years old and all these problems. If I have any more problems, I am going out to buy a new non-Sears product washer since it will be cheaper than fixing this junker which will probably have another problem in the next two years. Do not buy Kenmore!!!!! You are wasting your money and it will waste your time constantly having to get it repaired. Im SO Sorry that Sears has gone so downhill and that their service is horrible.

Had both a washer and a dryer awhile ago. They both worked fine and lasted pretty long. When we had to buy ones we bought different brands because they were less expensive and they work just as good. Weve had a lot of Kenmore products over the years.

Very reliable with amazing performance. Impressive style and performance. Clothes get dry faster and retain their original softness. Always dependable getting the job done, even when its a big load of towels getting dry on the first time Ive seen! Towels and they are free to go. With a sleek and sophisticated appearance, there are no worries if someone would happen to see the laundry room. Nice color choice will go with any color scheme. Great performance at any price, but at what this dryer is priced is a steal. Although even double the price would still be worth it for the beginning of summer has started.

I have both a washer and dryer made by Kenmore. They were a housewarming gift from my aunt and uncle back in 2003 when we moved into our house, and they are still going strong with no issues ever. I use our washer and dryer a lot, and they have never given me even a minute of trouble. I like it that Kenmore produces products that are built to last. I will continue to purchase Kenmore products in future and I will recommended them to everyone I know. I also like it that my Kenmore washer and dryer are very low maintenance. The only maintenance I ever really do are I clean out the dryer filter regularly and I run the occasional vinegar rinse through the washer to keep it fresh. Other than that, there hasnt been the need for any more maintenance!!! Thank you Kenmore!

This dryer does a fairly good job of drying clothes, however it does not take lint out of the clothes very well at all and the seal on the dryer door was not put on very well so I had water dripping out of my dryer which certainly was a first! It is definitely not a top of the line dryer, but overall it isnt too bad. It is pretty reliable with getting clothes dry and has a large capacity drum which is really nice. You can easily fit a very large load in it and unless it is something bulky like bedding it will be dry in an hour. The appearance is very appealing. And it was one of a very few dry dryers we saw when we were shopping for dryers that would fit into the space we needed it to fit into. While I am dissatisfied with the fact that it does not remove lint from the clothes very well, I think it is a fairly good buy for what it cost us. Especially because it uses so little energy it is saving us a lot on our power bill.

Price was good, has a large tub so will hold a large load. Dries very well, no need for the restart on large loads to make sure all is dry. My electric bill went down once I got this dryer. Runs very quiet. Good airflow, does not heat up the laundry room.

My last washer/dryer set was Maytag. Had it 13 yrs, never a service call. Left it in our house when we sold it. Went & bought new Kenmore set. After reading some of these reviews about Kenmore...always reliable, run forever etc. Thats what I thought. Had Kenmore in past & was happy. Well...times have changed!! Im not a top of the line person...paying for bells & whistles Im not even going to use. This model 25132 is mid-line but doesnt have the big agitator, but 4.3 capacity for BIG loads.1st mth I hated it...noisy, walking all over when it spun. Called them out. Serviceman said nothing wrong with it...was I using proper detergent. HE!! What!!! Detergent makes it vibrate. I think not. Married 50 yrs. Have never had a new washer do this. BTW was using proper detergent. 3 yr mark agitator plate went out...stripped. Replaced that. Im sure all the shaking & vibrating had something to do with that. Now 3 mths later, vibrating sooo BAD hits the walls, turns sideways etc. Called out service again. Drum is bent again, Im sure from all the banging around. Costly repair. So am just going to take repair money & buy new washer. But reading reviews, seems like every brand has some of the same issues. Repairman said Whirlpool has bought Maytag & other brands therefore everything has gone downhill. Really disappointing!!!

I bought this unit in November 2018. Within a week I k e I was not happy with it. I should have returned n.j dd it right away but really needed a washer/dryer. #1 it is extremely noisy. I call customer service and they sent somebody to come look at it. He even call the tech while he was here and let him listen. He ordered a new clutch ut. It didnt help and told me that is just the way it was. Then I realized just how user unfiendly it is. You have to start filling it, stop it to put detergent in, start again then stop to put clothes in. Then you have to pay attention to when the rinse cycle starts. Stop again to put the fabric softener in. If you dont catch it you are screwed and have to do a rinse and spin cycle!!! I hate this machine and will never buy another Kenmore! If I could sell it I would and get something else. Very unhappy customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE!

I like the sleek look with very detailed instructions and large tubs. They get clothes very clean in the washing and they dry quickly and the clothes come out soft and with very few wrinkles. They are stylish and last a very long time and are always dependable. I can always count on Kenmore to give me the results I am looking for and expect in the washers and dryers. I will continue to purchase Kenmore. Kenmore products are reliable and quiet when in use and always do the job.

Very efficient drying clothes no matter how much clothes are inside. Lint was easy to remove after drying clothes also. It also had plenty of space for clothes. Very durable, never had heating element go out or any other issues. I had a warranty on the dryer but never had to use it. I think it was very good at drying clothes. Dryer was white in color and front loading for adding clothes to it. It has a see through door which you can watch your clothes dry. It has also a metal frame For the price of the dryer I feel it has had great value and last a very long time. I feel its a great dryer with nice features for anyone to use.

The dryer has lasted a long time. We like the quality and durability. We have a family of 6 and go through lots of laundry every week. The dryer occasionally makes a high-pitched squealing but it comes and goes and does not affect usage.

Sears makes a good product in Kenmore washers and dryers. They clean and dry well without being overly expensive. Quiet. Lasts a long time without many repairs. Very reliable. Does not need many repairs. Good size. Can wash good sized loads with no problem. Very seldom breaks. Tough, hard working washers and dryers. Looks like normal washers, tough, clean lines. Comes in several choices of colors and finishes, and comes in several styles and sizes. Washes clothes very well.

I always get the most powerful wash even on the delicate cycle. My clothes always come out clean and after the wash they seem almost dry because the washer sucks up so much water. Its wonderful. It cuts down dryer time which saves money. I have been able to overload the washer, even though I shouldnt in a rush. I was able to wash two queen comforters with pillow cases and sheets from two beds. Yes thats bad to do but somehow they still came out very clean even with little run to move. Its very neat looking. Fits any laundry room from basement rooms to the most high end laundry rooms. Is it the sleekest Ive seen? No but its very simple but shows you care (If that makes sense). I have buy the washer though many tough washers (from overloading) and all the clothes still come out clean and the washer doesnt wobble like others might.

I love my washer and dryer. Ive had them for a while now and they run like brand new! They clean nicely with the washer cleaner. You can buy at Walmart and Ive never had a problem with them smelling like my old washer. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy one. Its a great deal.

Kenmore washers are good at getting most pretreated stains, such as dog paw dirt and organic stuff. Kenmore dryers are superior and get my clothes dry in half the time of my old Maytag! I even had a Filter Queen that I loved but Kenmore beats that all to pieces. Kenmore always has been reliable and I imagine they will remain that way.

We were looking to upgrade and I needed a washer dryer that could stack. We chose this washer dryer because we like the Kenmore brand. My husband and I looked at several brands and we thought this was the best option for our needs. Its a stackable front loader and its also a high efficiency and I thought it would be better than my old washer. But it doesnt seem to clean smaller loads as well as Id like and we often rewash it. Also, the front loader gets build up in the rubber around the front and cause a smell. Its difficult to clean that area too.

This machine definitely gets the job well done! I would use it like there is no tomorrow and I would definitely recommend to family and friends anytime. This washer fits the amount of laundry I want to wash at each time just the way I want them to so that every pieces of clothing can get the right wash. This washer is beautiful both on the inside out and comes in a very great and efficient manner and does the job better than other big brand name washer or dryer. I believe that this dryer is a good and sturdy machine. It comes in handy in a pinch all the time. You know it will get your clothes good and dry quick as promised. My washer is new. It is the one where you just push button on and the lid locks. You can not open the lid. You have a certain button you have to hold for 10 secs to get it opened. The dryer is where you can open it and it stops but you can start it back. The dryer is really old. I have not had any trouble with it. I do not wash as much as some families with kids. I would not have any other brand. I have had Kenmore with all my appliances. I trust all my appliances with Sears Kenmore. They last. The washer is a really big tub and it holds fabric softener. It has a place for Clorox to pour in it. The dryer is nice too. It has a loud buzzer to go off when it is done. You have settings for delicate clothes on dryer and washer.I would recommend these Kenmore products to anyone. I have been using them for 52 yrs. I have only had this is the second washer I have had and this is the second dryer, I am looking for the dryer to go out. I will buy another dryer Kenmore. These appliances are good and they do not cost that much. My washer was 349.00. The appliances are quiet, they are really a good looking product, you can get them in different colors. I think that the white is coming back. Mine is white. You can hardly hear the washer and dryer going at the same time how quiet they are. I am 5 ft.3 ins. and I have to bend real far to get to the bottom of the washer. You can set your clothes on what water temp you want. You can set it on how long you want it to wash, the same with the dryer.

I got my Kenmore 18 years ago and it is still going. Both washer and dryer. Had to call someone out twice because a sock got lodged somewhere weird in the washer and the dryer wasnt heating so I took apart the back and went at it with a vacuum - good as new. I really hope that Kenmore brands today are as good as the ones I bought almost 2 decades ago as I know Im on borrowed time. We have not been gentle with the washer and dryer either. I mean not changing the lint filter for weeks (fire hazard) and jam packing the washer so it goes off balance. This thing is damn near indestructible.

I only had one problem with washer. A leaking component in the front middle needed to be replaced after warranty expired. Cost about $135.00. Still works great after 22 years. No problems with the dryer.

I own the unit that is the washer and the dryer stacked on top (It is all one piece). The washer becomes unbalanced frequently and shakes the whole room. I have to stop it and move the clothing around until I get it balanced. The clothes come out of the dryer very wrinkled. I have tried all different settings, fabric softener and things that you can put in the dryer; but the clothes are still very wrinkled and have to be ironed. I wish I had not bought this appliance.

I purchased a new top of the line Kenmore Elite front load washer and dryer. After four months of use, we noticed that there was a foul smell coming from the inside of the washer. Using bleach with the washer set on the clean cycle, we would attempt to rid the washer of this horrid smell at least once every three days.After a month of stinking clothes, we returned to the Sears store where we purchased these units and were told that all Sears front load washers mildew and that we could purchase chlorine tablets and use in place of the bleach. We were also told that what we were experiencing was nothing new, that this problem plagued this type of washers. I was never warned by the salesperson at Sears that in six months, every load of clothes would stink to high heaven! Sears knew about this problem prior to selling me this faulty unit which is now one year old. They should replace it or give me back a depreciated value.

I find the looks of the washer quite appealing, of course its just a standard white washer, sitting in my laundry room, but I do like its looks. My wash has never looked cleaner since I got this washer. I love the washer, works great, clothing is cleaner, very little noise. It is a HE dryer, but the detergent is very easy to find. I find the value very good. Before buying the washer we priced many different brands. But felt this was the best washer with the best price. It gave us the best bang for our buck! I have had the washer over two years. I do a lot of laundry and so far it has never failed me. Works as good today as the first day I got it.

I bought Kenmore washer and dryer in 07. I had to have washer repaired 4 or 5 times. The repairpersons always say they have to replace the board. Todays repairman had to get instructions from someone on the phone in order to complete the task. I am washing now and it is making the same sound it did before repair was done. It sounds like a German tank. I am sure I will have further problems. My Kenmore dryer makes a very loud whining noise. I have used Kenmore washers and dryers for 40 years. This is the first time I have had these kinds of problems.

When drying clothing or blankets, it is very quiet and runs so smoothly. The second thing I most really enjoy and love about the dryer is that like a lot of other ones I had in the past, this one doesnt rock back and forth. I am very happy with my dryers performance. Reliability is so great. I am proud that if anything goes wrong with it, I can rely on customer services warranty. Fortunately I dont think Id ever need their warranty since the dryer is stable so far. I am very very satisfied with the appearance. Its like no other one I have had in the past. It tends to give off a pretty nice look/style unlike the past dryers I have had in the past. Value is great too. I had purchased it the day it was on a special clearance sale. I think I paid like $250, but it doesnt matter, It is definitely worth more than that price and I am glad I have finally found the dryer I was always looking for.

Mold issues, smells like rotten eggs. Works great but still cant get that smell to go away, thats in the washer. Also had a pump go bad. The dryer seems to be doing great. Was in a class action lawsuit but think we lost. I hope they made these a lot better over the years. Mine was the first front loader out I think.

We bought a Kenmore Connect washer and dryer almost 2 years ago. The washing machine is pure awful. Stains remain, odors continue even after washing. I would absolutely not advise this washing machine. Ive cleaned the drain compartment and the machine more often than recommended. These dirty clothes continue to come out of this waste of money washing machine. Ive tried different HE formulated detergents. No effect. Ive used the prewash and extra rinse cycles with the heavy duty cycle with no improvement. The flip-flop motion used to clean the clothes is a waste of electricity, water and the 2, yes, two-hour cycle. Weve replaced this useless washing machine with a Speed Queen washer. 25 minute long heavy duty cycle pumps out the truly clean clothes. Please do not waste your money on a Kenmore Connect, unless of course you like stains and stink on your clean clothes.

Had this basic washer and dryer almost 30 yrs, have done many things that should not be done to a machine, overloading, washing everything in the house more times than I can count, and they just keep on working.... My mechanical engineer father told me, the less things there are to go wrong, the less they will go wrong. I dont want some fancy annoying beeping machine, all it really needs to do is wash and dry. Wish more manufacturers made reliable products that last at least a generation!

I trusted Kenmore appliances until my recent purchase. I bought a high end washer and dryer, including service plan. Washer has been a pain from the start, five service calls later and still not fixed. The repairman today said he couldnt do anything about it and told my husband to deal with it!! I like the ease of turning the washer on to clean my clothing. I like how it has the cleaning functions and how I am able to do a light and deep clean. I also like how the clothes maintain a stronger freshness when using this washer. It is highly effective and works to perfection. I just wish they came in more colors and had more variety. I like all the features this dryer has, especially the extra spin cycle feature. I would recommend noise reduction however, as this dryer is very loud. I loved the Kenmore brand. I have always been a fan of Kenmore washers and dryers and I have many other Kenmore products that work extremely well and that are extremely effective in getting the job done in terms of cleaning my clothing so I purposely chose the Kenmore brand because it had the best design and fit. The Kenmore washer has surpassed my expectations and is a brand that I love tremendously and dearly.

I decided to buy a top-of-the-line Kenmore washer and dryer. Worked great for 4 months then started breaking. Constant breakdowns on the washer - not so much on the dryer. Purchased at Sears along with extended warranty. As I write this I have been waiting 4 weeks for repairs. Parts are never in stock and it takes 2 weeks for Sears tech to visit. As the repairman said last week I should follow the delivery truck each time a new one is delivered. That says it all.

When I wash my sheets and pillow cases I end up with brown feather-like marks on them. This has happened on brand new sheets. Ive attached a picture so you can see what I mean. The sheets arent ripped but these marks keep appearing - not sure if its the washer or dryer that causes this. I have Kenmore Elite machines purchased in 1999. These marks dont appear on my clothes. They appear on all different brands of sheets.

It performs as normally as any other washer. I like the different options and settings when washing and the fact that it is a front load instead of a top load. I needed something to clean my laundry, and at the time Kenmore is all I could afford because I have just moved to another State and I have never gotten another one since this has held up for about 6 years now, and they were used 5 years before we got the set. I hope they will hold up a lot longer. Just until I pay off some of my other bills, I will use this set as long as it holds up. The washer is a top loader, the dryer has the door on the front, and they both do the job I need them to do. I do about 8 loads a laundry every 2 weeks since there is only 2 of us in the household. They are good for the price we paid for them, and would get them from the same company again when we need to get another set. Hopefully I will not need them for a while.

It has very excellent performance that all dryers should look at. Clothes dry all the time on time. No double drying. It always works, has low energy consumption and no broken parts over time. The belts work. No shaking. Its a beautiful piece of art work. It looks nice with washers. Its priced right to fit your wallet and wont hurt your budget. Compared to other companies, value is above the rest. I would recommend to all customers.
