I use my washer and dryer at least 3 times a week, and I love the fact that both machines work as they should, every time without a hitch. Further, they get my clothes completely clean and dry them exactly as I want -- totally dry for most things and slightly damp for the items I want to iron. I would never buy another brand.

This machine is so much better than my last dryer. It seems to dry my clothes much faster, and I only need it for one cycle. It has saved me a lot of money on my energy bills every month. It never disappoints. Always get the same quality out of every load. You can fit quite a bit into it, and your clothes wont come out wrinkly. Its a great-looking dryer, and the performance is even better than the looks. I wasnt sure it would be the right fit for me at first, but Im glad I went with the salespersons opinion. It does cost a bit much compared to a lot of other products out there, but believe me when I say the money you will save on your energy bill will make up for that.

I probably paid more than I should have for the washer & dryer. We have relatives who bought LG washer & dryer similar to our Kenmore that cost about $500.00 less. We bought Kenmore because I thought if we ever needed parts or service we wouldnt have any problems getting them.

This dryer is pretty awesome. I love how fast it dries my clothes and if they had wrinkles prior then they get all the wrinkles out too. I never had any issues with this dryer. It never malfunctioned. Always worked the way it did since I first bought it. Its a really reliable dryer. The appearance is pretty basic. But thats okay. It doesnt need to look fancy to do a wonderful job. I like that it isnt real big and bulky. I dont remember the exact dollar I spent but I will say that I already did get my money worth out of it. The value is really good. It is worth it.

Work great. Best brand. We have this set about 10 year. We love this brand and will buy another set broke. We let our friends know about Kenmore. They love it too. This is our second set washer and dryer and fridge and freezer too.

We bought this replace our Whirlpool front load dryer and found that it was a much better quality. It took much less time to dry our clothes and never scorched. It takes less than half the time of my previous dryer and after a year we havent had a single maintenance issue. It is heavy duty drying for many towels and jeans but has never damaged a delicate item as well. Its a great fit for our smaller sized washroom. Lint is easy access and the controls are very easy to understand and set. The door is easy open when hands are filled. Considering you must pay more for better quality this dryer was a great buy. We didnt overpay and still have the same performance of much pricier options. Definitely a great purchase.

My Kemore has never let me down. It is the go to brand that I would buy again. They are up to date and well made. I have owned other brands and they have not compared to my Kenmore. The tub size is good and the programming dials are easy to read and use, with plenty of options for which every type of loads you are doing. The dryer is also big enough to do many pairs of jeans & towels without worrying that they wont dry.

Washer machine is a great value for its price. Would definitely purchase again. With 3.5 Cu Feet it is more than enough room to properly wash a decent sized load of clothes. Have owned since February 2016, without any problems associated with the machines. We usually wash on average 3 to 4 loads per week in our household with no issues. The appearance is relatively plain thus my simple rating of satisfied, but for the price I was more looking for productivity as opposed to cosmetics. The value for the washer and dryer combination to me is what really sold me as opposed to higher end more expensive models. For about $600 less I feel as though I got the same type of product that does the same work.

It is very quiet when working & dries clothes very quickly. The dryer is very good value for money in my opinion. I have had no problems since buying the dryer. My dryer is very reliable and it has been consistent since the day I bought it. I have never had any problems with it. I can fit a full load in if needed. It can fit comforters and pillows as well. It looks basic - clean, white and would fit in with any color scheme or decor. It more or less matches my washer even though it is an older washer. This dryer was actually the cheapest in the whole store, although it works as good as my old more expensive one. I think it has been great value for money so far. I hope it lasts long.

Worked well. No problems---easy to use, quiet and efficient. Would buy these products again and recommend them to anyone have had other washers and dryers over the years but these were the ones I preferred.

I purchased this $2300 refrigerator in 2011. It has had one repair already and is scheduled for another repair this month. During this repair, the man stated the dryer unit failed. He repaired that and then stated that the computer board may need to be replaced as well; he did not do that, as it reset. Well, that was wrong as the freezer continued to not be as cold as it should. We go out of town for 2 weeks and the entire unit lost its cooling power. Get this... The temperature rose to 80 in the inner cabinet as well as the freezer so I had to remove all food and try to clean out the smell.When I called for service, I was told the earliest they could come was 7, yes, 7 days later. Why would they take so long for such a vital part of a household? They are due here in 5 more days as we live with two ice chests and no items that need to be refrigerated. I am not sure what the outcome will be of this visit, but I am seriously considering junking it and buying something else. I can not trust it to work properly. With holidays around the corner, I dont want to lose more food. I am not at all happy with Sears products. I feel that they have just shifted to the cheapest versions possible to maintain the highest profit margins they can. If appliances are so poorly made and require continuous repairs, maybe they should get out of the appliance business.

All clothes were not shrink by using Kenmore. Have features I want and easy to use. The most important thing is save water and electricity. I am very happy when I change my washer and dryer to Kenmore.

It is extremely efficient and holds up a lot better than most smart washers and dryers. I have never had a single bad issue with it and it takes a very short time to dry my clothing. Almost twice as fast as our old dryer. It is quite large and fits all of my clothing in it at one time. I love my dryer. I would say if I was ever in the market for another appliance I would look to this brand first. Its a front load dryer with a see through door and it has a steel drum. You can watch your clothing dry right in front of your eyes. It makes washing and drying your clothes easy. It wasnt the cheapest model that I could find, but that doesnt bother me because sometimes you have to pay a little extra to get a very good value. I dont regret this purchase. I got my moneys worth and more.

Energy saving selection is a plus for me. Dries clothes the first time placing into the dryer. Runs quietly, a breeze to clean out the lint trap. Very reliable, doesnt take long to dry a full load. Even the children can operate it and I know that it will get the job done. Ive owned it for several years with no problems. Matching set has a clean look - easy to keep clean. Very reliable, priced right and looks good. What more can you ask for? No complicated settings. Very nice dryer. I was looking for an economically priced appliance and I found it. Good price, good look, good performance. If I ever need to replace it it will be with the same model and brand.

This washer is awful. Clothes dont smell clean and still have dirt on them no matter what detergent I use. Dryer gets my clothes and bedding dirty from the lint collector which does an awful job. I wouldnt recommend high heat with all the lint that gets past the screen. Horrible design... its a shame these companies cant make their products like they used to. More expensive and less reliable.

It works great when you have a full load and super easy to apply the settings you want. My clothes always end up wonderfully clean as well as amazingly fresh before I put it into the dryer or hang my clothes out to clothes dry. I find that this type of washer that I own is really reliable because I can wash whatever I want whenever I need to without worrying if it will break down on me just like my last washer. I all around love using it. I will admit that the appearance brings me to be satisfied with the product however I would like the appliance to have more color. White and black are such dull colors these days. Its drab. When I first got this washer I though the price was too good to be true. Fortunately when the manager to the store confirmed that the price that was posted was certainly true, I decided to buy it right away.

I love the timed sensors for the clothing being dried. Most dryers have the times setting (which this one does) but it is also very easy to over dry your clothes and then a burnt smell could happen. Delicates setting is perfect with the sensor. I love it. I have actually bought another one for my friend who had a terrible old dryer. Her clothes are no longer a burnt smell. The reliability of this dryer is just simply fantastic. It doesnt overheat. It runs very quiet. I love the front facing dryers. Its easier for me being short to grab and put items in the dryer. I love the circle look to it as well. Having top for some laundry folding space is wonderful too. The value of this product I too believe couldnt be any better. I am simply satisfied and wouldnt go with another dryer. Hopefully the quality and value pay off in the long run.

It did not require as much maintenance as some other brands Ive owned with the amount of use I put a dryer through. Also it seemed to dry clothes with less lint. I put dryers as well as washers through a lot of use. Typically doing a few loads of laundry per day. I was always able to rely on the dryer working without fail. While this has not been the prettiest appliance Ive ever owned it did the job. Besides appearance is one of the lesser requirements when Im searching for appliances. I felt this dryer was of exceptional quality for the price. I had a front load Maytag before purchasing the Kenmore. I have to say the Kenmore lasted much longer and did equally if not a better job.

I have owned and used my Kenmore washer dryer made by Whirlpool since I purchased it new in 2007. These are the front load units and came in pretty colors. Mine is blue. The dryer is gas. I have had zero problems and zero complaints. They are still going strong 10 years later and have provided us, a young family of 4, with dependable service. I would buy another Kenmore/Whirlpool in a heartbeat. Too bad I cant buy more 2007 models in new condition. Knock on wood for another 10 years of dependable service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had my Kenmore washer for 13 years. The poor thing made many moves with us. I finally had to replace it last month. It would fill with water and that was it. It is now out in my husbands workshop because he would like to fix it himself. We will then move it to our second home we just bought. It always dries really nicely and never gives me damp clothes. The controls are easy to use and the size is ideal for our home. I really like it! I have never had a problem fitting a load of laundry into my dryer, even a particularly large load or one full of bulkier items such as pants. The dryer is a nice size, compact and ideal for the space in which we keep it. It is simple but not especially plain-looking, thanks to its smooth design. I think anyone who has a small family and is just starting out will get the most value out of this dryer. It is perfect for a first home or apartment that is small and for a household that has maybe three to four members.

Powerful washer provides the incredible clean that you expect your clothes to be. You cant go wrong with this washer. Kenmore has made me a happy customer for life now. Its very reliable. I have found this washer to be more reliable than all of the other washers I have ever owned. Its a bit on the small side and you have to be careful about the load size but its a great investment. Its white. Its a little bulky. It looks just like every other washer on the market. The only real difference is this seems to clean better. The washer is the perfect size for a small apartment like what I live in. You can make it work room wise. This washer is a must. It does the job well and does not take up as much space as other washers tend to. The dryer portion of the set also covers everything you need.

Dryer was formerly owned. Was used previously for over 5 years and I have used it 4 plus years without any issues. Just clean lint trap after each use, occasionally vacuum lint from under lint trap and you are good to go.

I bought a new Kenmore Elite washer and dryer from Sears back in Feb. 2013 and have had nothing but trouble with it. Within the first two weeks, the dryer blew up and Sears had to bring a new one out. The service men entered my home illegally, and they had a bad attitude. They tore my floor up in my laundry room, then lied and said that it was already like that. The owner of the store came out and thought that he was just going to cut a little piece of linoleum and patch it together but I wouldnt let him. He also had such a bad attitude that I asked him to get out. The washer cannot be leveled and vibrates and jumps around. They said that my floor was weak, but little do they know that there is an extra beam and support in the laundry room area. They are complete liars and scam artists. My last washer, one that I didnt purchase from Sears, nor was it Kenmore Elite, never had a level problem.Now, the service guy came out AGAIN because the control panel on the dryer started malfunctioning. This is all within 5 1/2 months of purchase. So what happens when my warranty runs out? I guess they think that Im just another animal that theyre gonna leech from but its not gonna happen! I called Sears corporate and asked for a refund and they laughed and refused. I told them that I was going to file Lemon Law suit against them but they dont care. Their insurance will pay for it.We bought Kenmore Elite (over $2000.00) because we wanted something that would last us for years. LOL. Looks like we made a big mistake. We have no confidence in Kenmore anymore. Were not rich and cannot run out and buy another washer and dryer, so were pretty much screwed. How could two different companies (Sears, Kenmore) do people this way and get away with it? We will NEVER buy anything from Sears or Kenmore again, and I will start a Facebook campaign against them and warn other people about this cheap junk, and about the rude people at Sears. This is so frustrating!

I have always used Kenmore washers and dryers as they come with great warranties and are a great product you can trust. I have had both gas and electric dryers. I had trouble going to public laundry facilities as the washers and dryers were never any good and sometimes had to rewash as they were not even clean, you will never have this problem with a Kenmore. You can choose from top loading or front loading and very stylish washers and dryers (even stainless steel), all sizes and capacities for all of your needs, you just cannot go wrong when you choose Kenmore. This is my choice of reliable washers and dryers and they are made by a trusted company which believes in their products and stands behind them which is something not everyone does nowadays.

I purchased my Kenmore Heavy-Duty washer and dryer set the next week available after I got married in Feb 1976 (seventy-six). That makes it about mid-March 1976. Here now in Jan 2020 I can truthfully say that I never had one speck of trouble from the set until now when the washer stopped draining. Having a Sears repairman respond to fix the problem revealed that it cannot be repaired. I must now try to find another Kenmore Washer. Admittedly, I did not use it on any routine regularity and once not used at all when in an apartment without a hookup for a couple years. But, I suspect I won't need it to last as many as 44 more years since I'm now 73 years old. It worked just great for me!

I bought a Kenmore Elite washer from Sears on 2014. I was highly encouraged to get the warranty for about $325 for ONE year; which I did. A year and three weeks later, my warranty was expired and the washer started to stop in the middle of the cycle and giving an LE ERROR. The manual says its the MOTOR - turn on and off the washer. If the error continues then call customer service. I called and they told me indeed is the motor, gave me a quote of $260 for the new motor & installation OR to pay $360 for ONE YEAR of warranty and this would cover the parts and installation. The conclusion is that I feel all they want is to keep getting my money & sold me a faulty washer which only worked for ONE YEAR! Its just me and my husband, I took very good care of the washer, and the customer service representative said: Its a factory fault. Theres nothing you did or could do about it. Im extremely MAD! I was considering to buy the dryer, but now I will definitely look for other brands!

I love my dryer. Easy to use, like the settings, like the options, quality dryer. The time it takes to dry a load is sufficient, not too long. Vent is easy to empty. The dryer is very reliable. The size is sufficient for a normal load of clothes. Can count on load of clothes being dry after approximately 40 minutes for a large load. Also clothes come out almost wrinkle free if taken out and hung up immediately after dryer is cut off. Happy with color and appearance. Appearance is not all that important to me for a dryer. My washer and dryer are white in color and do not match but look fine together. I am completely satisfied with the value of my dryer. Satisfied with the price I paid, the way it looks, and the way it dries my clothes.

I purchased a Kenmore Washer & Dryer set used from a neighbor that was moving away, and I was very satisfied with it. It worked well and lasted a long time. I still have the dryer and would still have the washer, but my son took it upon himself to purchase me a brand new washer of a different brand.

I had a Kenmore Washer & Dryer for 13 years and only had to replace 1 part on the washer and my husband did it. So we thought it was time to purchase a new set that might be more energy efficient and thought we would go with the Kenmore brand again. July 2013 we purchased the Kenmore Elite top loading washer and matching dryer, for a lot of money, not bottom of the line. My husband was not happy with the washer right away, he felt his work clothes were not getting clean. I thought it might be the setting they were getting washed on so I tried different combinations. I also realized that I couldnt let items soak in the water overnight, it would drain out. We continued to use them since they were not broken and we had given away our other set. In the last 1-2 months I cant wash a load of anything (it first was only blankets) it stops and says unbalanced load. I had them installed by the company who brought them but I double checked that the washer was level, and it was. I cant get through washing a load of 4 items, same weight without it taking all day, and stopping at the minimum of 4 times. I go and rebalance the clothes and start it again. I called and it is $79 to come out and look, if nothing is wrong, I lose the money. If they find something I get it back but pay for the parts & labor. Or I can purchase a new warranty for $229 for a year which covers certain items. I cant sell it without feeling guilty but it was not a couple of hundred dollars, I even feel guilty giving it to anybody but I dont even want to deal with it anymore. Friends have washers and Love them! The dryer is fine, no complaints. Trying to figure out if I should choose plan A or plan B... My luck is bad.

When drying clothing or blankets, it is very quiet and runs so smoothly. The second thing I most really enjoy and love about the dryer is that like a lot of other ones I had in the past, this one doesnt rock back and forth. I am very happy with my dryers performance. Reliability is so great. I am proud that if anything goes wrong with it, I can rely on customer services warranty. Fortunately I dont think Id ever need their warranty since the dryer is stable so far. I am very very satisfied with the appearance. Its like no other one I have had in the past. It tends to give off a pretty nice look/style unlike the past dryers I have had in the past. Value is great too. I had purchased it the day it was on a special clearance sale. I think I paid like $250, but it doesnt matter, It is definitely worth more than that price and I am glad I have finally found the dryer I was always looking for.

We were looking to upgrade and I needed a washer dryer that could stack. We chose this washer dryer because we like the Kenmore brand. My husband and I looked at several brands and we thought this was the best option for our needs. Its a stackable front loader and its also a high efficiency and I thought it would be better than my old washer. But it doesnt seem to clean smaller loads as well as Id like and we often rewash it. Also, the front loader gets build up in the rubber around the front and cause a smell. Its difficult to clean that area too.

The washer performs as expected. No issues after 4 years. Very cost and energy efficient. Kenmore is a very trustworthy brand and this is just an example of why that is so. Very reliable. Runs quiet for the most part. Using this washer is enjoyable and very simple. Kenmore made a great product. The design is very sharp. The color is appealing and matches my dryer. Im happy with its appearance and I wouldnt change a thing about it. This machine is very cost and energy efficient. Thats the number one reason I chose it. I have no regrets. I have had my washer for years and we have 6 people our house and of course, sometimes a daughter that washes 3 items, it has lasted through kids, grandkids and all!! It has lasted through being overloaded dozens of time plus a rocking rotor and a baby sock being stuck in the drum. I have even washed quilts and rugs. The overall appearance is not that flamboyant yet it does not need to be. I keep my washer/dryer combination clean and polished. I tried to wipe it down weekly. The value has gone beyond the passing point. The washer and dryer combo have stood up to generational use, baby use, grandparent use, cousin use.

It cleans clothes thoroughly. The dryer dries satisfactorily. We have never had problems using either of these appliances. I would recommend them to anyone. They are easy to use and do not run our water and electric bills up and we use them daily. We can depend on our appliances to work whenever we need them. We have had them for years and have never had problems out of them except having to replace some kind of rubber gasket in the dryer one time. But now it works just like it is brand new. I like the white color. It matches my dryer. It is easy to keep clean because of the removing lid feature and the outside is entirely metal so it can be wiped down and bleached even as needed. The washer and dryer we purchased were an excellent product for the price. We received a discount on them and that is what made us decide to go with the brand that we chose and we couldnt be happier.

Works like a dryer should. Havent had any problems. Easy to use and a good overall option. It gets clothes dry and isnt complicated. Its reliable and can fit all needed items but could be somewhat small I guess for someone with a larger family. Im only one person so I dont have much of an issue but I think any dryer is kind of compact if youre doing laundry for more than 1 person. Kind of old looking but appearance isnt my top priority in a dryer. If you want something high-tech looking this might not be your option. Fairly simple. Not a big issue though. Is a good value. Dryers are dryers. It gets the clothes dry and it does it simply. Appearance is decent. Value is good too. There are some which are a better value, there are some that are worse.

I have two kids who play rough and tough outside always leaving me with cleaning mother nature’s finest. It’s not just the detergent you use but the quality of the product and what it can offer as far as economics. The best clean clothes worth my buck is only Kenmore for my family and me. As far as my Kenmore washer and dryer I have never had an issue with what so ever. I pushed these products to the limit and its never affected the performance or how well it cleans. This are not new products and have been used almost daily and still clean as good as the first day with no problems or repairs needed.For me it was a new model at the time. My main catch for the Kenmore was how clean it got the clothes and how long they last. I have to say though the final decision for me was style. Nothing over the top but classy and it’s still chic. I was very pleased with the price. Yes we could have gone cheaper but you get what you pay for. The price was fair especially with how long it last. You get your money’s worth and some.

It was very efficient. It only took once to dry one load. I only had to clean it every two weeks. It was also very energy saving. It was twice as big as the first washer I had. It also saved energy and cut my light bill down. It was very space saving. It only took up half the room my first dryer did. The door was strategically placed so that it didnt take up much room when opened. The dryer itself was $250, reasonable for what you got. The shipping and handling fee was $89, a little high, but worth it. Overall a very good deal.

These HD ones are fantastic. Our washer is top load and the dryer is front load. They handle bigger loads but use less water and detergent/suds which is good for the environment. We have had one for a few years and would only buy them over and over.

This dryer works well. It is somewhat noisy, and the inside turned black around the circle air vents. It dries very well. Definitely a good investment. Ive had it about three years. Only if I put several pairs of heavy jeans in together do I have to add more heat. Otherwise its one heat cycle and Im assured everything is dry. Its not the sexiest looking dryer. Pretty old school, and very 1950s white, but it matches the rest of my appliances I inherited when I moved into the home. I purchased the dryer so I did have options. Reviews were good, so I went with it. Cant beat the price. I believe I paid under $450 with installation. Its a good investment. So far I havent had any problems. The value was a big selling point.

It has very many, many choices how to dry and how long to dry. It includes a power saver, it is easy to clean. I like this machine very much and it is fun to do laundry with it. As I stated previously, this is a very good machine. I am satisfied with its working abilities. I cannot do without it. This dryer machine has a very nice appearance and you can put it in any room you want to put it. It comes in various colors, I think. I have had it in various places where I have lived. I have always bought Kenmore. They are very reliable. Love mine very much. I had one for over thirty years or more ran perfect. I had two very messy girls that loved to play house outside. My kids and husband changed their clothes two to three times a day. My ex did concrete, work my kids were just messy. I would never buy any other brand. I just cannot say enough how reliable this is both washer and dryers are. Mine are white with blue around the knobs. They are an awesome pair of machinery. They run day after day with no issues at all. I would never consider any other brand. They are affordable and in this day of bloated prices on crappy machine. Price wise they are perfect. They are awesome. We need a decent price on things we use daily along with they run so well they give you years of use.

Everyone elses dryer was so expensive but this was really good and I was impressed.

I have great experiences with my Kenmore washer and dryer. I am never had any problems with them nor have I needed repairs. There are multiple cycles to choose from as well as any type of laundry detergent or added clothing cleaning products can be used. The dryer has multiple settings as well.

I bought this washer and dryer set less than a year ago from Sears, first mistake. The dryer works okay however the washer is a piece of junk. The water doesnt fill higher than the clothes. My clothes never come out clean, its very inefficient because we have to re-wash the clothes so I end up using more water and detergent. I wish I could attach pictures.

I had a Kenmore washer and dryer that worked great. They washed and dried my clothes fast. They never left a stingy odor in the clothes. They were easy to use and they lasted a very long time. We are a family of 6 so there is always clothes to wash. We wash every other day. There is uniforms and regular clothes, my husbands worked clothes and every time we washed we had the same great results - clean clothes with a fresh scent. This brand is innovative, smart, energy efficient. Its a brand that I have recommended to my family and they got it and liked it also.

Even though the washer worked well, it developed a leak after a few months that would frustrate us because we had just invested in a new washer. Not counting on the leak, the washer worked well and was somewhat reliable. We liked the easy the washer cleaned the clothes. This was upsetting because of the bad experience we had with the leak. This washer looks like a very modern and functional machine. The appearance led us to keep the machine on the main floor of the house instead of hiding it on the basement. The dryer was expensive but not overly expensive. The repair costs to fix the leak made the machine not have as good a value as it would have. Not the withstanding the leak the value was good.

The best in the market at this current time. I had time searching for the right features and finally found it. Im glad purchased it. It works great. Its the best of the best. I have the best machine and Im really satisfied with it. I want a second machine to get more done. My taste in dryers varied over the years with the new technology coming out. It has a unique appearance that draws your attention. The features work great. It has the top quality mark like I expected when I made the decision to purchase it. The value has a pristine feel. I like the way the machine functions well with multiple loads after one another. It has the best parts in the business.

I have had no problems with the Kenmore washer. I believe I paid around 600 bucks and that included delivery and set up costs. Pretty economical in my opinion. Few dents and scratches due to user error and durable in parts and appearance. I use this washer daily and have washed a lot of loads in it. Good size for larger loads and quiet. A front loader gives easy access to removing clothes. It keeps on kicking and other than the occasional belt service calls have been minimum. Also, minimum problems with no switched cycles and various cycles fits my needs. I would consider purchasing a Kenmore washer in the future and have recommended it to others. Dependable and easy to load and control. I really love it. Thinking about purchasing a Kenmore dryer now that I know it is a quality product which seems easy to service by a qualified technician.

Love my washer and dryer does the work I need without the noise. Cleans and refreshing. Helps the environment too. I have many products to choose from but I felt these were the best products for my home usage. I can load and load it washes fast. My products are covered by a warranty but I dont think Id ever have to use it. Products have been used in the family for years. Love the fact that it comes in different colors. Goes with my laundry room. My company is amazed when I tell them yes Im washing clothes or drying them because of the looks you can barely tell that its on. Product really gives you your moneys worth. The value is so outstanding that your family would be please to keep it in the family for years to come.

There is nothing worse than getting out of the shower and drying your face with a smelly moldy towel. Kenmore smartwash 5+ front load washer smells like mold even after cleaning with bleach solution, washing machine cleaner, and leaving the door open all the time which block the doorway and is very inconvenient. Clothes are left smelling even after rinsing twice and using dryer sheets. I have talked to a repairman. We have extended warranty with no solution to this problem. Unless you are right there to remove from washer immediately, which is ridiculous and cleaning the rubber around the door constantly is a joke. I would never have bought this product if I knew and I am very disappointed. Why hasnt this machine been recalled.

My washer and dryer is Kenmore brands. Model is 20222 and 60222. They are very old and still work for me. Since have them it never made problem to me. I wanted to get a new model Kenmore. I love this brand and would recommend it to my friends. It is very good value for me to have Kenmore. This brand is reputation for long time and good quality, durable.

I like the sleek look with very detailed instructions and large tubs. They get clothes very clean in the washing and they dry quickly and the clothes come out soft and with very few wrinkles. They are stylish and last a very long time and are always dependable. I can always count on Kenmore to give me the results I am looking for and expect in the washers and dryers. I will continue to purchase Kenmore. Kenmore products are reliable and quiet when in use and always do the job.

I have used Kenmore products for years. And when one no longer work after years of use, I would get another. Even though products change with different features the durability never does. I am a firm believer in Kenmore, not only for refrigerator but also for their washer and dryer.

I want a new washer and dryer so bad. A big one. My husband said as soon as ours goes out I can. The only trouble is I have had mine for 24 years. I believe it will outlive me. Why did you make them so good? I am 70 years old. That isnt fair.

I really cant complain about the washers performance. It has always got our clothes clean and never had any issues with it since the time of purchase. This washer is very reliable. My family has had and used it for many years and it still cleans our clothes as good as the time of purchase. No complaints on reliability. Im happy with the appearance. I have since learned of newer models that look a lot newer and sleeker, but at time of purchase it was exactly what we were looking for. I am very happy with the price. It was one of the only washers or dryer names that seemed to really make an effort to create a affordable and quality product.

I purchased Kenmore Oasis washer in 2007. In 2010, the washer began leaking from bottom. My laundry floor never got wet in front of the washer, so I didnt know there was a leak. The washer is on the second story. It was evidently a slow leak. I started smelling a musty smell in my kitchen (directly under the laundry room). Then, I started noticing brown spots on the ceiling in the kitchen. We just had a major snow storm, so I thought the roof had leaked from ice build up. I called the insurance company. They repaired and paid for the damage even though they could not find a roof leak. They cut holes in the ceiling and used huge fans to dry out the ceiling. A few months later, I started noticing a musty smell again and noticed more brown spots in ceiling. I called the insurance company again. This time, we decided to check the bottom of the washer. We found the floor was rotted under the washer. The insurance company had to again do the repair work on the ceiling, dry it out and repair the damaged floor in the laundry room. There was around $9000 damage for the 2 repair jobs that insurance paid for. Sears fixed the washer and found a defective part. The insurance company took the part. They said they were going to file a claim against Sears, because the part was defective and the machine was only three years old. When the repair work was done, I had the repairman put a pan under the washer in case I ever had another leak. Last night, I noticed that the pan is full of water. I called Sears and they said I would have to pay for the service call and all parts. It has just been a year and 3 months since I had the same problem. I explained to the representative that I cant keep paying for repair on the same problem on a washer that is only 4 years old. I asked if there were any recalls. He said he did not know but the repairman might know. This is unacceptable service. I have bought Kenmore products for years and always thought Sears would stand behind their product. I wont buy anything else from Sears. I bought my daughter a washer and dryer from Sears 3 months ago. If I had to do it over, I would have bought it from Lowes.

I have bought several reconditioned Kenmore washer and dryer and they seem to perform efficiently and they are very dependable. My washing area is in the garage and they seem to be able to withstand the cold and dont freeze up.

We have had the dryer for a little over a year and recently the tumbler has been making a lot of noise and other movements while on cycle. Have had to take the back off and replace some parts on the new dryer because they wouldnt cover it in the warranty.

They are about 15 years old and have required minimal maintenance. They are He3 models and have performed very well over the years with lots of settings for almost every need. The Kenmore He3 full size luxury front load washer dryer pedestal set had a luxury price tag that was shocking but I have enjoyed their functionality. I would buy the current models if I have room for them.

The clothes were clean and the machine uses very little detergent. When I spotted treated something it came clean. Also the clothes were spun dry as well. It never broke down. Worked as well as the first day to 3 years later. The washer is very attractive and it doesnt take up too much space and where it is a front load you can store your detergent and spot treatment on top. The price was very reasonable because its such a good size you can do less loads of clothes so you use less water and detergents and because it spins out so well you use less dryer time.

It dries my clothes nicely and has the room I need to fit everything I need in it. Quick dry time also and leaves clothes static and wrinkle free. The dryer has been a long lasting appliance and I havent ever had any problems using it. It leaves my clothes dry and wrinkle free without all the static involved also. The dryer is nice and has a great appearance and overall I like to show it off to guests and family when they come over. It has clean fresh appearance. Overall the value is great and well worth what you pay for. I would recommend the product for the money you pay. It performs at a high level and I like that a lot.

The dryer has lasted a long time. We like the quality and durability. We have a family of 6 and go through lots of laundry every week. The dryer occasionally makes a high-pitched squealing but it comes and goes and does not affect usage.

Cut our electric bill down from our last dryer. We love it and will only own Kenmore. It dries in super fast time and weve never had an issue. It has super clear instructions and buttons, even my kids use it with no problems. We highly recommend this dryer to anyone. VERY VERY reliable. It dries in one third of the time our old dryer took. It has saved us so much money. Kenmore is the best. Most useful investment we have ever bought. Very easy to use and functional. Simple buttons and options. We paid a very very good price for ours. We had a rebate and it was on sale. Weve never been more happy with any appliance. Kenmore is the only way to go when it comes to brand names.

Kenmore Elite HE 4 - Since 2004 I bought the pair. It cost a lot over 2000 but worth every penny. I put a long term warranty on it. Worth every penny. My first front loader in over 20 years and I cant say enough about it. I have it serviced every year to be sure it is running right. I love this machine. I had the matching dryer but it was gas and when I sold my home I moved into an all electric apt. Would love to find that dryer. I had the stand for it. I carry a long term warranty on it. A great machine.

My Kenmore washer cleans clothes well. Its a powerful machine. I got the washer and dryer at the same time, but the dryer died after a year. Washer is still going strong. The washer has a large capacity. Even with a central agitator, my comforter still fits fine. My washer is still working perfectly after a year. The dryer didnt last this long. Both the Kenmore washer and dryer look as they are supposed to. They are white, rectangular, and narrow enough to fit in my tiny laundry room. I am satisfied by the value of my Kenmore washer because it still works as well as the day I got it.

We purchased a Kenmore Calypso Washer & Dryer in 2001/2002 at Sears after salesman highly recommended the new washing technique. We purchased an extended warranty on both, thank goodness. The serviceman had to come out several times regarding both machines, most often the washer. The motherboard went out once or twice, clothes smell, some clothing getting caught under wash tub and marks on clothes. Our darks get white streaks, our whites have gotten horribly gray so much I wont even buy light clothing anymore. I do throw in 1/2-1 cup of baking soda with the loads to help with the smell. The dryer will sometimes take 2-4 cycles to get clothes dry. Finally now my washer went out. After reading all these comments I see there was a recall which I knew nothing about. I had actually extended the warranty a 2nd time before it expired. Sears would have known about a recall at that point. I am very disappointed and will not buy a Kenmore or Whirlpool product again.

They were separate. They were white. We moved from the property and left the washer and dryer. It worked fine while we lived at the residence. My parents both have Kenmore washers and dryers and they also have had good results with them.

We have had trouble with the Kenmore dryer since we purchased it. We complain to Sears and they take up to a month to send a serviceman. They charge for a service call. 3 year old washer and dryer. The dryer has had a problem with an ordered part for 46 days and still no response. Dryer unusable. Now the washer stops in mid-cycle and has to be restarted. I would not give Kenmore even 1 star of satisfaction. I would never purchase another product from Sears of any kind and of any type due to their poor attitude on service. I cant see them in business much longer. They alienate all their customers.

Complete satisfaction with both. I love the washer and dryer. Also have a freezer which I am very Happy with. I find the quality and endurance to be consistent with Sears products. I would be proud to purchase other Kenmore products.

We purchased our Kenmore Elite HE5 Steam dryer 5 years ago. We have been satisfied with the performance. Recently the dryer malfunctioned. It would turn on, but would not begin the drying cycle. Online it was recommended to replace the thermal fuse for under $20. I replaced the fuse and the dryer still didnt work. I scheduled a Sears repair technician to repair the dryer. He determined that the door switch malfunctioned. He said he normally carried on, but was out. After checking he determined that the part was on back order for the next 2-3 months. I called local suppliers and they stated this is problem with the model and there were 15 in front of me waiting for the part. I contacted Sears and they were of no help. Their solution was to wait for the back ordered part or buy a new dryer. Sears was of no help. If anyone has a source for the door switch it would be greatly appreciated.

This was a very dependable dryer. Dried clothes quickly and lasted for years with no problems. It had to be serviced only once all the years we owned and would highly recommend in the future. It worked reliability everyday it was needed. It helped raise three girls and kept their clothes bright and fresh many years. I was sad to see it leave when it was replaced. The dryer looked very good and its paint and looks did very well even though it was in a damp basement on a cement floor. I would recommend this unit to anyone. This dryer was a great value. I wish they still made them as well as this one was. I dont remember what paid but we received many years of service from this dryer.

I had a 16 year old Kenmore that I was very happy with until it spun its last load. Bought the Kenmore 700 series, Triple Action Technology, 5.3 cu ft. washer with matching dryer. The first load was of my work dress pants (black), they came out with soap residue all over them. I called for a tech to come out to look at it, they sent the delivery guys to re-balance the machine. I tried using the he laundry liquid soap to see if that helped. NOPE. Did not make a difference at all. Tried using the deep fill, still no help. I am within my window of 30 days, so I guess I will have to return it. Very disappointed about that.

I would recommend this washer and dryer to anyone who is looking to buy one. It always works and it can hold a heavy load! Mine is a little old but it still works as if it were yesterday that I found it in the house that I bought. You can put anything in this washer and dryer and it will not harm it in any way. It is an old pair but it works efficiently every single time. The overall appearance is excellent especially considering it is old. It does not matter what the washer or dryer looks like as far as I am concerned. The important thing is that it works. It is really hard for me to say the value of these two. One I bought a long time ago and the other came with the house but I would estimate about $400 for each one. They work very well.

My washer doesnt ring out water. Extra water smells like mold in your clothes. I wouldnt recommend this washer and the dryer kept blowing out. Kenmore washer with the side face is not a good product at all.

We purchased a 795-783402.804 under the Kenmore name for our summer home in May 31, 2010. We only use the refrigerator/freezer from May to October. The first year that we came back and opened up, we could not get the refrigerator to work. ERR was the reading where the temperature should have been displayed. I contacted Sears and they informed me that my warranty had just run out. In my defense, it took several weeks to have the repairman come to our area. Then after both my husband and I took off from work and drove the two hours so that we could be here when he arrived, he never showed. We had to again set up another appt. and that is when the repairman said the design of the bottom drawer freezer was a bad design and we had to make sure we closed it from the exact center or the fan would not work properly. This lasted about one month before the same thing happened. Sears sold us the extended warranty (another $300) and after limping through the summer, we arrived this year to the same problem and again our extended warranty had expired. So far this summer, we have had the coils freeze up 4 times. My husband has to take off the back of the freezer after removing the drawer and use a hair dryer to defrost the coils. The amount of food that I have had to throw away is a crime. Not only was this refrigerator/freezer expensive but the customer service was horrible and the problem still exists. Bad design or not, it is not the fault of the consumer. What rights does this consumer have? All I have had offered to me was to purchase another extended warranty! One star rating = angry. That doesnt begin to reflect the feeling I have towards Sears!

Looked nice, thought it would be good being it was a Kenmore. Bought it about one year ago. This is the very worst washer and dryer I have ever had. I will not buy another one. Kenmores in the past were the best. I am buying another one, it will not be a Kenmore. Tried to give it back and a refund, Sears told me I was too late. Not a happy person with this washer and dryer at all... I will be looking for a old fashion washer and dryer, not a sincer kind. One that I can control the level of water, control my options of heat on my dryer. Washer and dryer that is easy to understand instructions. A washer that I dont have to buy a washer cleaner so my clothes dont stink, and so many more not good things... Deal breaker would be a washer and dryer like I have now. One that doesnt twist everything into a knot. One that gets clothes clean. One that I can control whenever I want to repeat a function and more...

3 years never any problems. They run well, look like new, no leaks, no noises, dry well, wash well, no problems, quiet, efficient, and built tough. Great washer and dryers. They are reliable in the fact that they have never broken down, never had to pay any out of pocket costs, no repairs, no leaks. Great product, well made, long lasting, great resale value. White, side by side top loading washer, front loading dryer, electric dryer, 3 prong plug for dryer, still has the blue film on them, look brand new after 3 years. I paid around 600 for the pair and sold them for 1/2 at 300 after 3 years due to moving, so pretty good resale value and probably could have gotten more if I had the time.

I hate, hate, hate this washer! I have found the fastest, most reliable way to use this washer is to only use the normal/casual cycle. If there is ever an inbalance, EVER, you are screwed. The washer asks you to rebalance the wet load after which it adds MORE water which causes the load to remain unbalanced asking you to rebalance the load to which it adds EVEN MORE ** water, and on and on and on. The only solution is to take out all the clothes and hand wring them. There is no spin only cycle only rinse and spin. What kind of machine doesnt have a spin only cycle? This POS! You can tell the designers have never done a load of laundry. The first time this happened it took 5 hours for one load. As I write Im trying to wash a winter jacket. Its taken 3 hours and Ive resorted to stomping out the water in the shower before I put it in the dryer. As for the length of a wash cycle, dont count on washing more than one load per day. There isnt time for more.

It was efficient for the price. My washer and dryer worked fine and I am pleased with them. It worked well with cleaning my clothes and drying them efficiently. The appearance is white. One is a top loader and the dryer is a front loader. They are small enough to be kept in the utility room.

It works every time I use it so I am happy that I havent had to fix the dryer. My washer is me more and I havent had to get that fixed either. I am overall happy with my experience. My washer and dryer both seem to be very reliable. I do laundry every week and it always works for me. Sometimes it makes a loud noise but it seems to fix itself. I consider it reliable. I guess the appearance of my washer and dryer is fine. They are both placed in the basement so it doesnt matter very much. If we move them upstairs I will want more attractive machines. My value on these machines is very good because they were given to my boyfriend and I and we havent had to put any money into them to keep them working.

Washer thoroughly cleans clothes, and dryer makes clothes wrinkle free. I like how the washer and dryer are high efficiency. This washer and dryer combo always do a really great job of getting the the laundry done and smelling fresh. It is an added bonus that it is fast. I am happy with the appearance of the washer and dryer, they are very powerful, but do not take up anymore space than a usual washer and dryer. The value of this washer and dryer are great. I started using this machine Oct 23, 2018 (the date we moved into our newly built home). We purchased an entire home full of appliances including the water softener from Sears. The washer worked ok for about 3 mos before I started calling service. Its still under the 1 yr warranty and I purchased the 3 yrs warranty too. At first they help you over the phone, too much deter, not HE, not the right kind of deter, too much fabric softener, cant use fabric softener, clean it with bleach, clean with vinegar, clean with A-Fresh, your water is too hard, its because you have a water softener, etc, etc! So far they have been here 6 times and their computer says, It is functioning fine and therefore there is nothing wrong with the machine. I ask, So I cant EXPECT to have clean clothes from a new wash machine? The store salesperson says, The tech makes the decision. The tech says, The machine is working fine, and refuses to take it apart to show me there is no stagnant, grimy water sitting in the bottom. This machine makes clothes 10x dirtier than before they went into it. Dont bother talking to corporate escalation dept (877-878-3687). They are well trained in giving you the runaround. One tech named Kyle is actually trying to solve this mystery of the lint-like, slimy, powdery, residue that gets onto (and is very difficult to get off) my clothes. I honestly dont recommend this washer or any other appliance that you may have to deal with Sears. Why cant people/businesses stand behind their products anymore? I bought this machine because in 2008 I purchased a Maytag Bravo that I thought was just like this one. I am told that the old motor was well built and that the government puts such high regulations on the HE washer that its not enough water to actually clean the clothes. If companies know this then why on earth are you selling this machine under the expectation that you will get clean clothes!? Id give the machine a negative 10 and the service department 1 out of 5. Id love for a manager or store owner to call me. Ive left messages on answering machines that say, We will call you back by the end of the day, and they NEVER call you back. I purchased mine in Mishawaka IN but the people Ive talked to on the 800 numbers are not from around this area.

I bought Kenmore because of the trusted name and have in over 10 years not had any problems with my washer or dryer! Kenmore is a trusted name and I recommend its products to everyone.

This is a very reliable washer! It washes clothes perfectly and cleans deep stains. Most of the other washers Ive owned, my clothes had to be washed 2-3 before I put it through the dryer. It holds most of my load! I appreciate that because I tend to do my laundry often and I need many clothes to be washed. However if its overloaded then it gets overpowered. Though its not the most appealing look, it doesnt look like complete trash. Its very suitable for an average home. However, if you are richer I would consider getting the newer titles if you want it match the rest of your decked home.

I have both a washer and dryer made by Kenmore. They were a housewarming gift from my aunt and uncle back in 2003 when we moved into our house, and they are still going strong with no issues ever. I use our washer and dryer a lot, and they have never given me even a minute of trouble. I like it that Kenmore produces products that are built to last. I will continue to purchase Kenmore products in future and I will recommended them to everyone I know. I also like it that my Kenmore washer and dryer are very low maintenance. The only maintenance I ever really do are I clean out the dryer filter regularly and I run the occasional vinegar rinse through the washer to keep it fresh. Other than that, there hasnt been the need for any more maintenance!!! Thank you Kenmore!
