Have my Kenmore washer & dryer for 11 years now. The dryer is on Custom Cycle. I use always Normal Cycle, Med. Low Temp, More Dry and Wrinkle Rid. After the cycle is done I do the Touch-up for 15 min. and then my loads are dry. The front loader washer is another story. After the warranty expired a problem with the settings started so I was not able to use the Custom Cycles here anymore. Every time the wash cycle would stop before the rinse cycle, so I had to touch a shorter cycle with cold water and start all over again. What I do now is touch all the buttons one by one 3 times till I am back on the cycle combination I want and now it works fine for about 90%. Annoying but you learn to live with it.

Cut our electric bill down from our last dryer. We love it and will only own Kenmore. It dries in super fast time and weve never had an issue. It has super clear instructions and buttons, even my kids use it with no problems. We highly recommend this dryer to anyone. VERY VERY reliable. It dries in one third of the time our old dryer took. It has saved us so much money. Kenmore is the best. Most useful investment we have ever bought. Very easy to use and functional. Simple buttons and options. We paid a very very good price for ours. We had a rebate and it was on sale. Weve never been more happy with any appliance. Kenmore is the only way to go when it comes to brand names.

Love my washer and dryer. Works great for my husbands dirty work clothes and all my daughters clothes that she gets dirty. Also love the large load for blankets and towels have plenty of room.

This is a great dryer that has outlasted every one that I have seen. Good quality is more expensive but worth it. This has never failed to do its job every time... Its high quality. It always gets hot quick and dries my clothes quickly. And it will cool down when it detects the clothes are dry. A signal will let you know its done also. I can always count on it to work right. I had a white one... It went well with everything I had. Regardless of the color, it did the job well. I wouldnt care what color it was if it was by the same brand. Like I said it was a little more expensive than the others but worth it. You get what you pay for... Thats the truth. This was a good value for the good job it does.

Kenmore appliances always perform well and they have an excellent warranty. Never had an issue. You cannot go wrong with a Kenmore washer or dryer or any other plans for that matter. I have found Kenmore appliances to be extremely durable and reliable. I have had my Kenmore vacuum cleaner for over 15 years and its still going which is why I didnt hesitate to get a Kenmore washer. There is nothing different about the appearance of the Kenmore. What is different is the quality the warranty and the durability of the product. You will not be disappointed. The value and the quality of Kenmore is well worth the price. You cannot go wrong for something that is as reliable and durable as a Kenmore.

I purchased a new Kenmore Elite Oasis washer and dryer and it has been the worst purchase of my life. The washer always displays LF and I have to re-position the clothes. The bleach stays full in the dispenser. The dryer is defective and always says the lint is full when it is NOT. My check did not bounce, but their product did! I want a refund!!! I will NEVER EVER purchase another Kenmore. They suck!

Washer (MODEL NO: 41740412702) is rusting in bleach container area, and now in washing machine basket. It is also rusting on the outside. Bought in 2010, now 5 years old. Cost for washer/dryer stack-able was $1258.42. Will never buy Kenmore again!

Works like a dryer should. Havent had any problems. Easy to use and a good overall option. It gets clothes dry and isnt complicated. Its reliable and can fit all needed items but could be somewhat small I guess for someone with a larger family. Im only one person so I dont have much of an issue but I think any dryer is kind of compact if youre doing laundry for more than 1 person. Kind of old looking but appearance isnt my top priority in a dryer. If you want something high-tech looking this might not be your option. Fairly simple. Not a big issue though. Is a good value. Dryers are dryers. It gets the clothes dry and it does it simply. Appearance is decent. Value is good too. There are some which are a better value, there are some that are worse.

I have no complaints other than it doesnt control lint as well as the old one did. Overall its pretty good. I pre-soak bad stains and it does a good job of washing them out. It hasnt asked yet but this is a stacker washer dryer unit...about 15 years old now.

We like that it is a frontload washer and dryer. Also, you can stack the washer and dryer if you chose to. The amount of detergent we save is amazing. Kenmore is a name that you can depend on. We havent had any problems with either the washer or dryer.

I got a Sears Kenmore model 92702 due to space limits. This model is a space saver in that the dryer is stacked on top of the washer. It has been many years since purchase, so price is not remembered, but I got it because it was the model that fit my needs. One of the most important reason for getting this is space and where it would fit, next is the various different wash and dry options. It has worked very well over the years. I have had it 15+ years. My next unit if and when, I will be looking for the energy efficiency factor, then at what it has to offer in load capacity. This model I got has five wash cycles, three load levels, and three water temps to use. The dryer part has three drying cycles, which is great for my needs.

I bought my appliances refurbished when I bought my house over three years ago and they are still in perfect condition. I have absolutely no complaints about my washing machine or my clothes dryer. I absolutely love the see thru top.In all my years I have not owned a washer that works so good ever. Im so glad I bought it. Best ever. The other is her and her husband) to use it and both were tickled with it. I LOVE the see-through lid! Its the first thing that drew me in to consider it. When I saw it was a Kenmore, I was sold. Ive owned several Kenmore in the past and they have always outlasted other brands. I bought mine from Lowes and it was on a good sale. The price was a little high for me but the sale helped a lot. I also bought the matching dryer. The set was on sale.

Recently purchased a washing machine and dryer of Kenmore. It was the best decision me and my husband made. Our clothes are a lot cleaner, they do not stink any more and the machines are energy efficient which is great for us saving money on water and power. The washer and dryer both let me know when the clothes are done so they do not sit in there long. Washer and dryer are both very quiet which is a huge plus. Comes with a great warranty. I was raised in a household of Kenmore appliances. So when I married and started setting up house, it was only natural to get Kenmore appliances. My first washer and dryer were Kenmore. When those quit working, after many years, I got another set of Kenmore washer and dryer. Again I was very happy with them. If they ever needed service, the Sears service people were very good. They made the repair quickly and efficiently. When I went to get my third set of appliances from Sears, I found that the prices had gone up terribly high. I could get the same machines in the Whirlpool brand for about 2/3 of the price. That is what I have now, Whirlpool. Same great product... but less expensive.

This is a very reliable washer! It washes clothes perfectly and cleans deep stains. Most of the other washers Ive owned, my clothes had to be washed 2-3 before I put it through the dryer. It holds most of my load! I appreciate that because I tend to do my laundry often and I need many clothes to be washed. However if its overloaded then it gets overpowered. Though its not the most appealing look, it doesnt look like complete trash. Its very suitable for an average home. However, if you are richer I would consider getting the newer titles if you want it match the rest of your decked home.

It take only thirty minutes to dry small to medium loads and an hour to dry large to ex-large loads. An excellent dryer. It last a very long time more than 3 years tops. The appearance is what I like about it because of the door and the way it opens up. I dont like the newer dryers. I would recommend it to my family and friends because of the value you put your money into. It is worth the price to have a nice name brand dryer like this one.

Our Kenmore Washer is 20 years old and has never caused us an issue. Its reliability convinced us to buy a second Kenmore dryer when the first one shut down. The first dryer was very good but I think dryers, in general, dont last as long.

I had this brand for about 7 years. They worked very well up until the washer knob stopped working unless I put a fork behind the knob to hold it in place. Also when I opened the lid, it would not stop spinning which is dangerous. The dryer did fine until the motor stopped spinning and it wasnt worth fixing. Good reasonably priced brand.

Dries a full load of clothes in 45 minutes or less. Also has wrinkle guard capability that surpasses any other that I have seen. Plus it bears the Kenmore name which means quality! Have not had a single problem with this dryer. It works consistently every single time no matter what size load is put in it. Would recommend to anyone interested in the older, front load style dryer. I cant say that it is pretty or even attractive but it looks way better than the rusty piece of junk that I had before I purchased this one. Looked nice, thought it would be good being it was a Kenmore. Bought it about one year ago. This is the very worst washer and dryer I have ever had. I will not buy another one. Kenmores in the past were the best. I am buying another one, it will not be a Kenmore. Tried to give it back and a refund, Sears told me I was too late. Not a happy person with this washer and dryer at all... I will be looking for a old fashion washer and dryer, not a sincer kind. One that I can control the level of water, control my options of heat on my dryer. Washer and dryer that is easy to understand instructions. A washer that I dont have to buy a washer cleaner so my clothes dont stink, and so many more not good things... Deal breaker would be a washer and dryer like I have now. The Kenmore brand is usually a good product, little to no issues with it until we had it for about 7 years. Then, it wouldnt ring out like it was supposed to. A part went out on the dryer that needed replacing. We couldnt find anyone to come out and replace it so my husband and I had to replace the part by ourselves.

I own the unit that is the washer and the dryer stacked on top (It is all one piece). The washer becomes unbalanced frequently and shakes the whole room. I have to stop it and move the clothing around until I get it balanced. The clothes come out of the dryer very wrinkled. I have tried all different settings, fabric softener and things that you can put in the dryer; but the clothes are still very wrinkled and have to be ironed. I wish I had not bought this appliance.

I loved my dryer. It performed all the function it said. It never shrunk any of my clothes. As long as you put it on the right setting! I wouldnt buy any other brand for my clothes. The dryer I bought was perfect for my family of 6. It always dried my clothes, and left them wrinkle free. I recommended their product to all of my friends and family. I bought a Kenmore front load dryer in Sept of 2014, have not had it for even 2 years yet. My issues started to happen 2 months after I bought it. First it was not turning off even when you press the cancel button. Had a tech come out and fix it. Today the dryer shocked me, burnt the closing door button and now it doesnt turn on at all. Called Kenmore and they will not replace it because my warranty is expired. I believe a dryer shouldnt shock you at all. Not even 2 years I had this dryer and its broken. I have a dryer thats 15 years old and runs to this day without any repairs. Shame on you Kenmore for not standing by your products. Will not be a returning customer!

The hubless model ties anything long (pants, shorts, sheets) into knots. Bought it for the price and water efficiency, but regret the hubless. De-wrinkling the tangled mess is a must by dryer or line dry plus iron.

I have always used Kenmore washers and dryers as they come with great warranties and are a great product you can trust. I have had both gas and electric dryers. I had trouble going to public laundry facilities as the washers and dryers were never any good and sometimes had to rewash as they were not even clean, you will never have this problem with a Kenmore. You can choose from top loading or front loading and very stylish washers and dryers (even stainless steel), all sizes and capacities for all of your needs, you just cannot go wrong when you choose Kenmore. This is my choice of reliable washers and dryers and they are made by a trusted company which believes in their products and stands behind them which is something not everyone does nowadays.

The washer has a problem with balance and a load often needs to be distributed manually during the cycle; the dryer is not very effective when multiple towels are included in the load. The performance is pretty consistent from load to load = the need for rebalancing of the wash happens routinely, and having wet towels at the end of a drying cycle recurs pretty often. The washer and dryer were not bought at the same time, so one is white and one is beige; other than that, they fit my laundry room well and are not too obtrusive. Considering I have had the washer and dryer for 10 and 8 years, respectively, they have been great values. But given the improved current technologies, if I were in the market today, they would not be considered good values based on their performance.

Love my washer and dryer front loaders. Clean well, but long cycles. Never any problem and very reliable. I have the stackable kind and have drawers underneath. Only had one service call in nine years and it was for a door latch that was from the kids slamming the door of the washer. They are water and electricity efficient. Mine are black and look very up to date and modern. I love the front look and they are very easy to get into. Mine are standing on two drawers that are great for storage and also bring up the machines a bit so I dont have to bend over to put in and take out clothes. Mine are over 9 yrs old and still look wonderful. Well they were $1000 each 9 years ago, but the fact that I have had no problems with them, and I hope they last another 10 years, then it was a good value.

It gets the clothes dry in one cycle and it has many settings to fit my various clothes drying needs. Overall it is better than the other dryer I had. It is very reliable. I can set it to dry and then I wont have to keep restarting it. The clothes get dry when I open it up and the timer goes off. It is very sleek and looks like a regular dryer. It is nothing fancy but looks nice and tidy and clean and is not an eyesore. Nothing more to say about that. I would say it was an average price. Not that much more expensive or cheaper than any other dryer that I have seen out there. It was not a major financial setback to buy it.

My washing machine never has a problem getting stains out of my clothing. Ive never had to put heavily soiled clothing in for more than one cycle. Ive owned Kenmore machines for a very long time and Ive never had a problem with reliability. Any part that breaks down has always been able to be easily replaced. The appearance of my washing machine fits in nicely with my other modern appliances. It matches the look of my dryer, refrigerator and other appliances. My washing machine was a very good buy. I considered it to be quite cheap for the value. It has always been very reliable and well worth the money.

I liked this dryer. The knobs are cool and easy to understand. Theres plenty of space inside for plenty of clothes. The temp is easily adjustable and easy to plug into the wall. This dryer is slick looking, the door opens perfectly from top to bottom and the colour is nicely chosen. And then the lint trap is easy to remove and nice looking too. This dryer worked every time I used it and each setting works very nice. This is very reliable. The heat cycle is awesome. Also, the price is good and it has a good warranty for parts and labor. Ive had it for two years now and it doesnt show any signs of weakness. Im very happy with this product.

Now considering replacement as continued use over 8 years necessitates a new unit. Washer leaks through the front door, have to keep a towel on floor. Lint in dryer builds up too fast and is hard to clean. Sears now closed doors, no manufacturing agent available.

Can I put a negative star above? I purchased Kenmore elite washer and dryers on 11/06. I had nothing but problems for five years from the main circuit board on washer, with codes that even Sears phone tech couldnt even identify. I replaced two water pumps on the washer from coins getting into the pump. Now, the dryer continues to beep when running. It will even flash times when it is not even being used. I have to unplug the dryer when we arent using it so it wont keep beeping. I will never buy another washer or dryer from Sears again. The old style washer and dryers are by far better and more long lasting than these two.

I have a front load extra large capacity washer with sensors that determines load size and how long, strenuous or light the wash cycle will be. So far, I don't have to worry about what I am washing - heavily soiled items, denims, delicates or bulky linens, this washing machine has done a perfect job. Love it!

The dryer works awesome. Clothes get dried really fast. Easy to run. Doesnt cost much to run. Looks great. I have it in my main floor bathroom. Not like the older days when you kept ugly washer and dryers down in the cellar so you didnt have to look at them. Dryer was very reliable. I used to set the timer and the clothes would be dry faster than most other dryers I have owned in the past. Also love all the settings on the dryer. Never have to guess on the time you need. Love the appearance of this dryer. I couldnt believe the price I got the set for. I havent seen anything come even close to the price I paid for my set. I shopped all over trying to find something even close to this set and everything I found were at least double the price.

It was a white washer and dryer. The controls were all very easy to interpret and the workings of it were easy. Other than that it was decent. We never needed any maintenance on our washer and dryer. As long as we kept the lint screen clean it worked just fine. Also, not as much bubbling because of soap like some of the earlier top loaders and the clothes came out great. The washer and dryer did very well for us for the price we paid for it and lasted us years! They were both a good value and Id recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.

Nothing beats a Kenmore for durability and reliability. I got my dryer over 17 years ago, and have not needed one single service call on it. It may not be quite as efficient as it once was, but what is? When I put my clothes in and press the shart button, I know without a doubt that it will start and run. I never have to worry that this is the day for it to break down. Also, it has a good appearance. Finally, considering what I originally paid for it and how long Ive had it, Id say its been an amazing value. I can only hope all my appliances would last this long.

You can load your washer, go about other thing. Transfer clothes on dryer when done. Takes care of itself, you just load, put in detergent, start, come back when its done. You dont have to sit and wait. Take clothing out of washer, put in dryer, use dryer sheets if your choice. Start dryer. Lets you know when its done. Easy to use, easy to maintain. Not our first Kenmore washer and dryer and wont be our last. My last set lasted over 10 years, expect this to do the same. I would not use any other brand, I love the reliability, the ease of repair if needed and the great service that they give.I dont really look at the machines, I rate them on how they perform. All our Kenmore appliances are trustworthy, hardworking, easy to use. You dont have to pay big buck to get a great washer and dryer. There are just 2 humans, 2 dogs, and 2 birds. So we dont need the largest or the front loader. We are very happy with our washer and dryer, it takes care of our needs including the dog beds, bird covers and works great like a Trojan.

Kenmore devices seem to last longer and I have less problems with them. They are worth the money you pay for them and are reasonably rated with other types of washers and dryers. They dont break down a lot and when they do the parts are easy to get and it easy to get them worked on. Thankfully my fiancé has a lot of experience with plumbing so he usually fixes things himself.

My Kenmore fridge did everything it was made to do, awesome performance, it kept things good and cold. I would recommend to anyone. Size of my Kenmore was perfect for my house, it fit right in place. It was not too wide, or too tall. It was just right for what I needed. Size is everything when purchasing a Kenmore refrigerator. Appearance is everything, I had a white one. I bought a Kenmore Elite washer from Sears on 2014. I was highly encouraged to get the warranty for about $325 for ONE year; which I did. A year and three weeks later, my warranty was expired and the washer started to stop in the middle of the cycle and giving an LE ERROR. The manual says its the MOTOR - turn on and off the washer. If the error continues then call customer service. I called and they told me indeed is the motor, gave me a quote of $260 for the new motor & installation OR to pay $360 for ONE YEAR of warranty and this would cover the parts and installation. The conclusion is that I feel all they want is to keep getting my money & sold me a faulty washer which only worked for ONE YEAR! Its just me and my husband, I took very good care of the washer, and the customer service representative said: Its a factory fault. Theres nothing you did or could do about it. Im extremely MAD! I was considering to buy the dryer, but now I will definitely look for other brands!

Well built and lasted us 15 years and we bought the washer and dryer used. Never had a problem. Always washed clothes clean and the dryer dried clothes very quickly. I would recommend the Kenmore brand to my friends and family.

The washer machine cleans clothes very well and even has a great soak cycle and the dryer dries in record time with a very minimum amount of wrinkles. This washer machine and dryer was just what I was looking for and well worth the purchase. I have not had any problems with either machine. It has exceeded my expectations. What initially caught my attention of the washer machine and dryer was that they both displayed a very modern and chic look. They both complimented my house very well. Its not a machine you have to hide. This product was well worth the value. I am a very frugal person so with that being said I was hesitant to purchase either product but I have to say after buying and using both modern appliances my verdict is they are well worth the purchase.

Purchased a Kenmore Washer Top Loader 4 years ago. Needed replacing about 1 year ago but used it and tried to limp by as buying a new washer was not in the budget. However it soon became impossible to continue with this piece of equipment. It failed to spin and drain after the wash cycle. We finally had to give it up. Sometimes wed have to spin and drain 3 or 4 times to get the water out of the clothes and dryer ready. To fix this piece of junk it would be more cost effective to buy new. So today went out and had to do just that. We have other Sears appliances and theyre not much better. Dishwasher needed fixing after 2 years. Needed a new pump. I do not think Sears is making top notch equipment any longer. My first washer and dryer lasted well over 20 years. It was a Sears which was why we went with that brand again. I refuse to buy anymore appliances from Sears again. If you do have to buy, make sure you purchase an extended warranty at the time of purchase. YOU WILL NEED IT!!

My experience has been wonderful. The clothes come out very clean and they wash in record time! The kenmore dryer is perfect for large quantities of laundry and it gets all lint off of my clothes. I would recommend anyone to buy this brand of appliance.

I can always count on it to work whenever I need clothes dried fast! It has never broken once, and it has outlived my washer which was more expensive. A sleek very professional look that fits in well, doesnt take up too much space and has great coloring! The buttons are nice and easy to use always! It is well worth the price! Will last for a long time and I would definitely get one if you are looking for a good priced dryer that will last a long time.

It always dries really nicely and never gives me damp clothes. The controls are easy to use and the size is ideal for our home. I really like it! I have never had a problem fitting a load of laundry into my dryer, even a particularly large load or one full of bulkier items such as pants. The dryer is a nice size, compact and ideal for the space in which we keep it. It is simple but not especially plain-looking, thanks to its smooth design. I think anyone who has a small family and is just starting out will get the most value out of this dryer. It is perfect for a first home or apartment that is small and for a household that has maybe three to four members.

The dryer works great. The different settings allow for the complete dryness or just throw wrinkled clothes to smooth them out. The wrinkle setting works amazing. It has worked every time. Very reliable.... Always drys clothes in the right amount of time. Any time I had an issue it was easy to fix. I like the appearance. It is sleek and classic. I do wish they had color options though. It would be nice to have options so it could be a modern laundry room. Very worth the money. Its reliable and compares well to other dryers that are slightly above this price. Again it is really worth the money.

Since we purchased the Kenmore Elite washer and dryer, the dryer has not functioned properly. It has never dried clothing completely. A large quantity of clothing cannot be placed to dry either, as the clothes are left completely wet. A year later and it has not gotten better. Sears sales and customer service are worthless to call. We are very frustrated with the entire experience!

This machine is so much better than my last dryer. It seems to dry my clothes much faster, and I only need it for one cycle. It has saved me a lot of money on my energy bills every month. It never disappoints. Always get the same quality out of every load. You can fit quite a bit into it, and your clothes wont come out wrinkly. Its a great-looking dryer, and the performance is even better than the looks. I wasnt sure it would be the right fit for me at first, but Im glad I went with the salespersons opinion. It does cost a bit much compared to a lot of other products out there, but believe me when I say the money you will save on your energy bill will make up for that.

It dry fast and does not consume a lot of energy, is a little bit big so I guess if they designed smaller would work perfectly in my lifestyle. I have no problem so far, did not have to spend to fix it yet, which I believe accomplish the product promise. Its not about if is cute or not, but I prefer smaller design. And if I can get it in black color would match better the house decoration. It was not expensive and had save me a lot of money in the last year, thats why I am considering get the watching machine as well, hopefully works as well as the dryer.

We have been a owner of Kenmore products over the year including the clothes washer and dryer. The earlier machines were never as good as our latest model. For the past ten years, our Kenmore set has been serving us well and hope to get another 10 years or more. The features on our washer is easy to understand and use. Very energy efficient and gentle on the clothes, just wish that Sears Canada had to go out of business.

The Kenmore brand has been a good brand for me. Ive had my washer and dryer for over 10 years and have only had to make a service call one time under warranty. Since the warranty has been up, I have not had to make any service calls. The only thing that has bothered me is the odor which smells like mildew coming from the washer after the lid has been closed for a while. I solved this odor problem by sprinkling baking soda over the bottom of the washer tub. The clothing that gets washed in the machine does not smell like mildew. My parents had Kenmore appliances for years. They owned their own home so it was possible for them to buy appliances as they were needed. As a renter, I have to abide by landlord rules and get permission for the purchase of some appliances. It wasnt until I moved here early in the 2000s that I even had a washer and dryer hookup in a rental unit. Since my parents had good luck with Kenmore appliances, I decided that my washer and dryer would be Kenmore.

We bought this washer dryer set back in 2014. My stepdaughter overloaded our old washer and burned it up. So there we were no way to wash the clothes. Sorry did not pay the bills. So I went out and purchased this set for 1700.00.

This Kenmore dryer model has wonderful symmetry and looks pristine sitting amongst my other laundry appliances. Nice style with a lot of interior room, but doesnt take up a large amount of floor space. This dryers value is the best deal for its size and functionality. It has never broke down. Its smart washer and dryer to have. I love the big cycles that it can capacitate. I have a good size one. It is silver. It is a kind of chrome style. Its very shiny. It is very appealing. I like this clover because it is great. It has a large drum for maximum use. It is a washer and dryer that I would recommend. Im not really sure what else you want me to say about it. I think that this is a great value for what I got. It is very durable. I have had it for quite a couple of years. I love the way it performs and could not ever see myself with it.

Gets the laundry done. Parts had to be replaced twice. Takes longer to dry and wash. But it does what it does. Sometimes there are residues. It fits lots of clothes, jeans and towels. But it does leave soap residues sometimes, which kind of sucks. Its very simple and easy to use. All basic functions. Its basically load and select and start. Not very technical compared to others. Not a lot of buttons or knobs. Its worth it. Just like everything else, if you take care of it, it will last and be worth what its valued. It could be lowered since all these new and improved washers and dryers are coming out.

Very efficient and it saves money on my electric bill, but sometimes the drying sensor will stop the dryer before everything is completely dry. My dryer can hold a large load of towels with ease, which is very convenient so I can do fewer loads of laundry each week. Plus all the options on the dryer make drying anything easy. While most people hide their laundry room because of the clunky-looking machine that look decades out of date, my laundry room looks clean and up to date. While many would say the newer front loaders are too expensive, l find in the long run that its worth every penny because of how much I am able to save of water and electricity.

Both washer and dryer are large capacity loaders, energy efficient, they have multiple heat settings, affordable priced. I would recommend them. I can load this washing machine and dryer to the max and the clothes come out clean and bright, they dont take long to dry. I can dry on low as efficiently as if it were on regular and save money. Plain white enamel, they have simple knobs with 3-4 different laundry and dry settings. They both hold large capacity laundry batches. They are valuable to me as they were not expensive and they keep the cost down per load because they are both energy efficient. They both have special features as far as bleach dispenser and fabric softener dispensers go.

These appliances came with the new house purchased over 10 years ago and I am still using both to this day without any problems. The washing machine is a top loader with the standard features and the dryer is a front loader electric dryer. Being an electric dryer I dont use it as much, only for large items such as sheets and hard to dry items especially in the winter time.

Numerous Fdl, F11 and vibration problems: I purchased the machine in mid 2005 with five-year extended warranty. I had the CCU on both washer and dryer replaced. I complained numerous times over the course of five years about vibration and tub actually banging against the case. Each time, the technicians would stonewall me saying they could not replicate the problem. I repaired the CCU again and vibration has gotten worse. Finally, I heard about class action lawsuit going forward, but now after three years out of extended warranty, I am ready to give up and buy an LG or Samsung. So my laundry pair lasted 8 years and cost me over $2,000. My previous set cost half that and lasted 14 years. No more Sears for me, sad to say. Frustrating, to say the least.
