We bought a Kenmore Connect washer and dryer almost 2 years ago. The washing machine is pure awful. Stains remain, odors continue even after washing. I would absolutely not advise this washing machine. Ive cleaned the drain compartment and the machine more often than recommended. These dirty clothes continue to come out of this waste of money washing machine. Ive tried different HE formulated detergents. No effect. Ive used the prewash and extra rinse cycles with the heavy duty cycle with no improvement. The flip-flop motion used to clean the clothes is a waste of electricity, water and the 2, yes, two-hour cycle. Weve replaced this useless washing machine with a Speed Queen washer. 25 minute long heavy duty cycle pumps out the truly clean clothes. Please do not waste your money on a Kenmore Connect, unless of course you like stains and stink on your clean clothes.

We purchased a Kenmore Calypso Washer & Dryer in 2001/2002 at Sears after salesman highly recommended the new washing technique. We purchased an extended warranty on both, thank goodness. The serviceman had to come out several times regarding both machines, most often the washer. The motherboard went out once or twice, clothes smell, some clothing getting caught under wash tub and marks on clothes. Our darks get white streaks, our whites have gotten horribly gray so much I wont even buy light clothing anymore. I do throw in 1/2-1 cup of baking soda with the loads to help with the smell. The dryer will sometimes take 2-4 cycles to get clothes dry. Finally now my washer went out. After reading all these comments I see there was a recall which I knew nothing about. I had actually extended the warranty a 2nd time before it expired. Sears would have known about a recall at that point. I am very disappointed and will not buy a Kenmore or Whirlpool product again.

Looked nice, thought it would be good being it was a Kenmore. Bought it about one year ago. This is the very worst washer and dryer I have ever had. I will not buy another one. Kenmores in the past were the best. I am buying another one, it will not be a Kenmore. Tried to give it back and a refund, Sears told me I was too late. Not a happy person with this washer and dryer at all... I will be looking for a old fashion washer and dryer, not a sincer kind. One that I can control the level of water, control my options of heat on my dryer. Washer and dryer that is easy to understand instructions. A washer that I dont have to buy a washer cleaner so my clothes dont stink, and so many more not good things... Deal breaker would be a washer and dryer like I have now. One that doesnt twist everything into a knot. One that gets clothes clean. One that I can control whenever I want to repeat a function and more...

Exactly what I needed for a dryer and washer. Great choice for being my first time buying them and they work perfectly many years later. I really have not had a need to upgrade but plan to just to get all the new buttons and features available in the current machine.

Both washer and dryer are solid, give great performance. Annual maintenance is all it takes. Clothes come out nice and clean. Just a little of baking soda and vinegar to clean the washing machine so that keeps smell very clean and fresh. Very pleased with unit. The dryer also requires little care other than cleaning lint from the screen. Once a year maintenance for pipe cleaning is all you need.

Kenmore Front Loading washer and dryer, 7 years. Like the front loading and water/electricity efficiency. The dryer is humidity intolerant according to the service department. Control boards have been replaced twice since we bought it. Having to repair a brand new dryer is not something that we expected. Will not purchase from Kenmore again. The control boards are NOT cheap. The feature list for the washer and dryer are long. Many different cycles for both the washer and dryer and the washer has custom cycles. The dryer is not as efficient as it should be and sometimes takes multiple cycles to dry items such as jeans and blankets. This does not however make up for the multiple repairs on the dryer within the first 2 years of ownership.

This dryer may cost some money but it is worth it. I havent had a problem with it in 3 years and I got it second hand so its even older than 3 years. We use this dryer every day and it is reliable. It still works wonders for drying my familys clothes and I havent had any complications thus far. We have the white one and it looks very classy. It is also quiet and a very nice size dryer. You can fit lots of clothes in one load.

It is a really good washer. It really gets the stains out especially from white clothes and its very good with color clothes as well. It doesnt rip the clothes or damages them. It is really reliable. It hasnt broken down or anything. It keeps the clothes looking like new. Its really good quality for a washer. I would recommend this brand and washer to people. It has a nice appearance. Since its white you might just have to clean it every once in a while so it doesnt get scratches or really dirty. The buttons are easy to control bits and outstanding appearance. The value of the washer is pretty good. I could just imagine the value of the dryer. I would really recommend the washer. It is really good with the clothes. Im hoping to have the dryer pretty soon as well.

I had a Kenmore washer and dryer that worked great. They washed and dried my clothes fast. They never left a stingy odor in the clothes. They were easy to use and they lasted a very long time. We are a family of 6 so there is always clothes to wash. We wash every other day. There is uniforms and regular clothes, my husbands worked clothes and every time we washed we had the same great results - clean clothes with a fresh scent. This brand is innovative, smart, energy efficient. Its a brand that I have recommended to my family and they got it and liked it also.

I purchased a Kenmore Dryer in June 2012. I put a load of wash in it and it had this very loud grinding noise. I took the top off to see if the belt was broke, but all looks intact. I spun the drum to see if maybe something was lodged in there and it did not make any harsh noise. I never overload the dryer (my son broke one before by doing that. I know the expense). The warranty just expired - go figure. I called Kenmore to see what I can do and they said they can have someone over that same day. That was very impressive. However, they said it would cost me $97.00 just to have the service man ring my doorbell, and depending on what is wrong with the dryer it could cost almost $500. I only paid $450.00 for it. So, I said no to the service call. I am on a low budget I could not afford that. I put the dryer on lay-a-way for six months thats how low my budget is. I purchased a Kenmore washer and dryer because of the reputation and good products they sell. Ive always purchased Kenmore appliances. I am very disappointed in this product and extremely dissatisfied with Kenmore. Is there anyone out there that can help me.

Kenmore is a great brand. Very high quality. We had a dryer for over 10 years and still works great. They are also more reasonable than other brands of washers and dryers. I would definitely buy Kenmore appliances again.

Bought both washer and dryer. Have lasted 5 years. So far no major problems. Very happy with my decision to buy new. I believe that is why they have lasted so long but I also only have a household of 2 so not much wear and tear in that area.

I really love the washer and dryer. They are truly high-capacity, which is a great feature for families, and they are very energy-efficient. The control panels are fairly straightforward, so selecting the cycle/features I need is pretty easy for such high-end modern machines. The washer could be easier to clean, however-- the sealing gasket is always dirty and holds little bits of stagnant water unless I am diligent about wiping it clean after every cycle, which is more maintenance that I think a washing machine should really require. The dryer I have no complaints about.

It washes the items the first time and takes up very little water. It is basically dry when you put them in the dryer making the dryer work less and getting clothes done quicker. It should hold up for at least 5 years before needed minor repairs as long as you treat it right and not abuse it. You should have no problems out of it for a long time. You can do less loads per day which in the long run saves water and power. It also runs in less time, but gets them just as clean as a normal washer would. It basically pays for itself! I dont know what else to say about it besides that it is a good washer and you would be happy to have it in your home.

In June 2010, I purchased a Kenmore front load washer and dryer, model #4027-2900. I understand they were made by LG. I have had nothing but trouble with this washing machine. About six months after I had the washing machine, the rinse water would not spin out and the repairman came out and changed a computer part. Then, I started getting brown streaks all over my clothes. They told me to clean the machine and I told them I did. They have been out several times and cannot give me an answer why this keeps happening. The last man told me to go to the store and get washer cleaner and keep putting it through the cycle until the machine is fully clean. I clean the machine several times a month. I do not get brown streaks on my clothes every wash. I have had Kenmore washers and dryers all my life and I have never had the problems with Kenmore like I have on this machine. The washer and dryer were $850 a piece. I have always bought Sears appliances but I will never buy another Kenmore appliance. This machine has ruined many of my clothes. If you dont catch the stains when the wash is done and you put them in the dryer, the stains are set. I had to throw away many of mine and my husbands clothes. I keep the door open and drain the water from the bottom. I wipe the ring down every time I use the machine. I clean the machine at least twice a month. No matter what I do, the stains still get on my clothes. The repairman said try and only fill the machine half full. I have done all these things and I still get the brown stains. Why get a maintenance agreement when they cant solve my problem?

I have a Kenmore washer 11045986 400 and dryer that matches. Washer has broke for the third time and the dryer has a short in circuit board. I cannot wash clothes and these machines were very expensive and sears wants to charge me over 300 dollars for a service call when I already paid for the same problem.

These dryers dry large load in half the time and theres a lot of room in it. I have never had an issue with this. It is also a very lite weight dryer. Always works. I have had it for a few years now. Its amazing. I love this dryer. I will continue to buy this brand for all my houses and or apartments. It is very nice looking, a lovely shiny white color, perfect for use in the kitchen, blends in nicely. I just all around love this brand and this dryer. Thank you. All other brands just dont dryer the same and are small enough to store in smaller houses and or apartments. I will continue to use and love this product.

Immediately once I bought it I knew that it would be easy to use. After trying it for my first time I was hooked and it did the trick as it washed all of our clothes extremely easily. So far it seems extremely durable and works like a charm. The only downside is that you still have to remember when to get your clothes out. The appearance is what most people seem to want in a washer/dryer, a good aesthetically pleasing coat of white with some chrome around certain spots. Its definitely worth the price even if others say it isnt. I use it almost every day for all of my kids and my wifes clothes so you know it does the job for the price.

I use my washer and dryer at least 3 times a week, and I love the fact that both machines work as they should, every time without a hitch. Further, they get my clothes completely clean and dry them exactly as I want -- totally dry for most things and slightly damp for the items I want to iron. I would never buy another brand.

Ive had my Kenmore washer and dryer for 2 years. Its the very first washer and dryer Ive ever had. Ive never had a problem with them. I wash 3 to 4 loads of clothes weekly. They have a nice capacity for my family and I clothing to be washed. They wash clothing fast and get them nice and clean.

We purchased top of the line Kenmore washer and dryer, although the wash is good, every new towel that was washed and dried have been ruined, they look like they went thru a war. This set has stainless steel inserts about 2 years old.

I was drying my clothes in my Kenmore dryer and was fixing to go to bed. When I walked in my kitchen, I heard a loud noise and smelled something burning. I realized that my dryer was on fire. I quickly unplugged it and realized that the side panel was burnt, my clothes smelled like smoke. I have had this dryer, approximately 5 years. I just did not realize how dangerous the malfunction of a dryer could be. The worry that I have is what would have happened if I had not walked back in there before retiring for the night. Shouldnt there be a safety switch, in which it turns itself off in the event of an incident like this.

Had great experience with both washer dryer. Both lasted for over 12 years. Never had them serviced. They always washed my clothes clean. Never had problem with dryer. Until this day they are still in home doing what they do - wash and dry my clothes. Not only do they wash and dry my clothes also wash and dry my mother in laws and her family clothes.

I was raised in a household of Kenmore appliances. So when I married and started setting up house, it was only natural to get Kenmore appliances. My first washer and dryer were Kenmore. When those quit working, after many years, I got another set of Kenmore washer and dryer. Again I was very happy with them. If they ever needed service, the Sears service people were very good. They made the repair quickly and efficiently. When I went to get my third set of appliances from Sears, I found that the prices had gone up terribly high. I could get the same machines in the Whirlpool brand for about 2/3 of the price. That is what I have now, Whirlpool. Same great product... but less expensive.

This model was the best one Sears had under the Kenmore label. It has a matching dryer which I also purchased. It is one of the newer low water washers which took some getting used to. Over time I have learned a lot in regard to what and what not to do in order to operate this machine as a high efficiency washer. When I mastered a few of the "mystery tricks" then this seemingly "monster washer" became my friendly servant. I learned by the various "wish-wash" sounds when the wash cycle needed a bit more water, and by redistributing the clothes up around the sides of the rim, more water would be added by the machine. Also, though it is a super heavy-duty washer, I've learned not to load it too full or it will keep going back to the rinse cycle (over and over) and never go forward to spin.

Its easy to use. Its easy to clean. It gets your clothes very dry. Love the settings options. I definitely recommend this product. Its also spacious. The whole family loves to use it. Kids are finally doing laundry. Its very durable with very easy to replace parts if ever necessary. I would say this product is very reliable. It was always there when I needed it. It actually has the same style as a lot of in home dryers. Its nothing too over the top just enough to get the job done. I wouldnt say this particular product is for show. Its to do exactly when it says. Perceived value was as suspected. Nothing more nothing less. You get exactly what you pay for. No complaints. If I thought I didnt like the value I would have returned the product. Its worth the purchase.

It gets the clothes dry in one cycle and it has many settings to fit my various clothes drying needs. Overall it is better than the other dryer I had. It is very reliable. I can set it to dry and then I wont have to keep restarting it. The clothes get dry when I open it up and the timer goes off. It is very sleek and looks like a regular dryer. It is nothing fancy but looks nice and tidy and clean and is not an eyesore. Nothing more to say about that. I would say it was an average price. Not that much more expensive or cheaper than any other dryer that I have seen out there. It was not a major financial setback to buy it.

My Kenmore clothes washer and dryer were one of the best sets Ive ever owned. They both performed excellent. All my clothes were well washed and dried in one cycle. I never had any rust or burn spots on any of my clothes and the machines were very easy to use.

I own the unit that is the washer and the dryer stacked on top (It is all one piece). The washer becomes unbalanced frequently and shakes the whole room. I have to stop it and move the clothing around until I get it balanced. The clothes come out of the dryer very wrinkled. I have tried all different settings, fabric softener and things that you can put in the dryer; but the clothes are still very wrinkled and have to be ironed. I wish I had not bought this appliance.

I purchased this one because there wasnt a way to install a vent for the dryer in the laundry room. I have owned Kenmore appliances my whole adult life. My parents only purchased Kenmore appliances. My washer broke in less than a year. It doesnt get overly used as its only my daughter and I using it. The machine had the drain pump replaced, 2 motherboards just to mention a few. The washer and dryer by Kenmore were amazing. Easy to use and really did a great job washing my familys clothes. The washer machine has every setting you need for all the different fabrics of your clothes. The dryer was also amazing. Never had a problem with my clothes not being dried all the way.

Very dependable and washes the clothes thoroughly. The rinse cycle of my machine is quiet and each load stays perfectly balanced. Each load of laundry comes out perfectly ready for the dryer. My wife and I agree that the amount of clothes needed is met by our washer. The washer has never failed on any of the cycles. This includes the final spin cycle which has never been out of balanced. First impression of the machine boasts simplicity and easy to operate for beginners. The machiness instructions for cycles around the knob is the right size to see. The washer was reasonably priced. Fact is it fit our budget and the quality of the washer was amazing. Plus the warranty attached to the washer cost was minimal and covered repairs if needed.

Sears Kenmore front loading washer and dryer with service agreement. Machines frequently broken. Under service agreement it takes a minimum of 3 weeks to get machines repaired and sometimes as long as 6. Service appointments are in 8 hour window disrespecting time of the consumer. I will not purchase any additional Kenmore appliances as I am tired of frequent breakdowns and long time until the machines are repaired.

Its easy to clean, runs quietly. Very durable, great value. Have owned for over 7 years. I would recommend this Kenmore if you are on a strict budget. Also energy efficient for me. The Kenmore does not require a lot of space. I have three people in my household including a 3 year old so there enough space for all the different items we refrigerate. I choose the white color to match any color and it fits well in my kitchen. Does not attract hardly any dust or lint. Easy to clean. Has sturdy door handles. Because its energy efficient I save on my monthly electric bill. Also my food stay fresher longer. All drinks get cool quick and stay cool so my grocery bill is manageable.

I love this Kenmore washer and dryer. Ive had them going on six years and they NEVER gave me a problem. Ive had these for 6 years. Ive washed large and small loads. They come clean with just one wash. When drying clothes, it dries clothes within minutes. They are white with a large wash load. The washer door is on top. The dryer door is on the front. The knobs are easy to reach and simple to set. Every washer and dryer is expensive. This set was very affordable and at a great price. I bought the set at Sears. I was able to catch it on sale.

It works every time I use it so I am happy that I havent had to fix the dryer. My washer is me more and I havent had to get that fixed either. I am overall happy with my experience. My washer and dryer both seem to be very reliable. I do laundry every week and it always works for me. Sometimes it makes a loud noise but it seems to fix itself. I consider it reliable. I guess the appearance of my washer and dryer is fine. They are both placed in the basement so it doesnt matter very much. If we move them upstairs I will want more attractive machines. My value on these machines is very good because they were given to my boyfriend and I and we havent had to put any money into them to keep them working.

My dryer is quick, efficient, has energy saver features. I like the style of it and the size of loads it can do. I have put many different sized loads in it and the clothes come out wrinkle free. I like that I can change the settings for delicate clothing. One of the reasons I bought this dryer was the design. I needed a front loading washer and dryer for the design of my laundry room/bathroom. I have had many compliments on how they look. I paid a little more than I wanted to on this, but It has all the latest features and it is front loading like my washer. I have owned it for over 2 years and have had no maintenance issues with it.

Ive never had any issues with Kenmore. It always does a good job drying - at times if I am drying a large item (like a comforter) I dry it twice. Its not fancy - but its got a simple and clean look and I like that. Its very simple with not many settings options - but its not ugly or old looking. We were looking for a budget dryer after having a more expensive one and having lots of issues with it. We feel like we get a ton of bang for our buck with our simple Kenmore. However, I wish it had more temperature options and more time options - maybe a fluff cycle. Overall its a good, sturdy and reliable dryer!

I have owned Kenmore products for many years.... With years of excellent service, I wouldnt own anything else! It is very easy to get service for my machine, if anything were to go wrong. I have nothing but high regards for Kenmore. My previous Kenmores gave me 15 yrs of service or better, now you cant go wrong with that. My laundry comes out the same every time, perfect. I will not change from Kenmore. Kenmores have always had a very nice look... easy to take care, the exterior is so easy to keep clean and the interior is beautiful. You will get many, many years of great service from your Kenmore washer or dryer... I have always bought in pairs. The value of my Kenmore products are not replaceable to me, I use them at least 3 times a week. I can totally depend on them to get whatever job my laundry has to throw at it!

This dryer has AMAZING performance. I have very large comforters and had to always bring them to laundromats because of the size, until I bought this. It is very efficient on energy and spacious enough to wash some of the largest items. The reliability of this unit is SPECTACULAR! I have never had a single issue with it, not one. Others I have owned I have had issues with a few years into owning it. The appearance of this is great! Its attractive and elegant. It was a little more expensive than others in its class but with the savings in the energy usage and the physical size of the washer as far as what can fit in it, it is WELL worth the extra cost than others in its class! Value wise I HIGHLY recommend it!

The price was reasonable and the features of the Kenmore was getting my approval. The Kenmore washer has a fast clean cycle and was very good at cleaning dirt off of my loads. It washes things to perfection without damaging my clothes. The Kenmore dryer was very fast at drying my clothes and the heat didnt destroy my soft delicates. Some dryers are too harsh with the drying process. This Kenmore dryer was an energy efficient product.

These HD ones are fantastic. Our washer is top load and the dryer is front load. They handle bigger loads but use less water and detergent/suds which is good for the environment. We have had one for a few years and would only buy them over and over.

This machine definitely gets the job well done! I would use it like there is no tomorrow and I would definitely recommend to family and friends anytime. This washer fits the amount of laundry I want to wash at each time just the way I want them to so that every pieces of clothing can get the right wash. I purchased Kenmore Oasis washer in 2007. In 2010, the washer began leaking from bottom. My laundry floor never got wet in front of the washer, so I didnt know there was a leak. The washer is on the second story. It was evidently a slow leak. I started smelling a musty smell in my kitchen (directly under the laundry room). Then, I started noticing brown spots on the ceiling in the kitchen. We just had a major snow storm, so I thought the roof had leaked from ice build up. I called the insurance company. They repaired and paid for the damage even though they could not find a roof leak. They cut holes in the ceiling and used huge fans to dry out the ceiling. A few months later, I started noticing a musty smell again and noticed more brown spots in ceiling. I called the insurance company again. This time, we decided to check the bottom of the washer. We found the floor was rotted under the washer. The insurance company had to again do the repair work on the ceiling, dry it out and repair the damaged floor in the laundry room. There was around $9000 damage for the 2 repair jobs that insurance paid for. Sears fixed the washer and found a defective part. The insurance company took the part. They said they were going to file a claim against Sears, because the part was defective and the machine was only three years old. When the repair work was done, I had the repairman put a pan under the washer in case I ever had another leak. Last night, I noticed that the pan is full of water. I called Sears and they said I would have to pay for the service call and all parts. It has just been a year and 3 months since I had the same problem. I explained to the representative that I cant keep paying for repair on the same problem on a washer that is only 4 years old. I asked if there were any recalls. He said he did not know but the repairman might know. This is unacceptable service. I have bought Kenmore products for years and always thought Sears would stand behind their product. I wont buy anything else from Sears. I bought my daughter a washer and dryer from Sears 3 months ago. If I had to do it over, I would have bought it from Lowes.

Very reliable with amazing performance. Impressive style and performance. Clothes get dry faster and retain their original softness. Always dependable getting the job done, even when its a big load of towels getting dry on the first time Ive seen! Towels and they are free to go. With a sleek and sophisticated appearance, there are no worries if someone would happen to see the laundry room. Nice color choice will go with any color scheme. Great performance at any price, but at what this dryer is priced is a steal. Although even double the price would still be worth it for the beginning of summer has started.

It can handle a good size load of laundry. The results are above average. I would not expect anything less from Kenmore. Its not very loud either. Its nice to wash laundry and not have to hear loud noises. Kenmore has always been a reliable brand for years. My model is no different. I go through laundry rather quickly and I can count on it to get the results I need for a clean and pleasant wash.It is white with a smooth finish. It has all the gadgets you need and more. My favorite feature is the wrinkle guard. Sometimes I just dont have the time to iron so it comes in handy wrinkle-free right out of the dryer. Its valuable because it saves time. Time is very valuable in my household. Some other models take longer to get the same results. This one is fast and effective and meets my daily or weekly needs.

Purchased July 2011. Motor died March 2012. Rotary belt needed service January 2013. Now with lid open machine with begin new wash cycle on its on for the past week or so. There is a short in the electronics. We need to unplug the machine and then plug it back in between loads. There are 2 of us and do about 3 to 4 loads of easy laundry a week. So now after 4 years our efficient washer will be added to the local landfill. We grew on Kenmore and will never buy another. The heating element in the dryer purchased at the same time is fading. After reading reviews were not alone.

I love my dryer. Easy to use, like the settings, like the options, quality dryer. The time it takes to dry a load is sufficient, not too long. Vent is easy to empty. The dryer is very reliable. The size is sufficient for a normal load of clothes. Can count on load of clothes being dry after approximately 40 minutes for a large load. Also clothes come out almost wrinkle free if taken out and hung up immediately after dryer is cut off. Happy with color and appearance. Appearance is not all that important to me for a dryer. My washer and dryer are white in color and do not match but look fine together. I am completely satisfied with the value of my dryer. Satisfied with the price I paid, the way it looks, and the way it dries my clothes.

Weve had our Kenmore washer and dryer for 20 years or more and have been completely satisfied with them. The washer has had to be repaired occasionally, but its never been very expensive - much better to repair it than having to buy a new one.

It did an OK job, one of the cheaper models they have. My next buy would be a better dryer, more cycles to use. I would recommend this dryer for someone who doesnt dry big loads. It is a very reliable dryer. Mine lasted for 12 years. I now do less laundry than I did back then. I have lighter loads that require less drying time. There was nothing outstanding about the design. It was white to match my washing machine. For the money it worked really well. There are better dryers and there are worse dryers. Depends on the use of the dryer for what money you want to spend.

We bought our washer and dryer brand new and even with the payments had them paid off within a year and a half. Very reasonable and didnt even notice the money missing from our banking accounts as the we paid the bills.

All the Kenmore appliances that weve owned, especially the refrigerator, have lasted long past the usual life expectancy of appliances. I think we had the refrigerator about 25 years with only 1 or 2 service calls. Our Kenmore clothes dryer is nearing 20 years and still works great!.

Kenmore is a brand well spoken for. I was able to purchase the washer and dryer. The washer is an exceptional washer of clothes. The machines are easy to clean. If parts have to be replaced easy to find. I love the brand and the name is dependable and reliable. The representatives are knowledgeable and attentive to your needs in what type of appliance will work for you.

It was a clothes washer and I liked that it had a large capacity, also various settings according to the clothes materials. I particularly liked the fact that when the cycle was completed it buzzed and continued to buzz every ten minutes until the door was opened. I also liked that when the cycle was on it was quiet, did not make much noise while running. The dryer supplied all the features that I needed and I was satisfied with the drying cycles. The dryer machine was included in my house purchase and I felt that the quality and ease of using the machine was good. It met my expectations. The replacement dryer that I have was a gift to me and is a GE, but if I were to purchase a new dryer I definitely would consider Kenmore.

My Kenmore Calypso is 14 years old. No work EVER done on it. If it broke down tomorrow I cannot complain. My appliance repairman came out to work on my ice maker and he said I must be the only pet on planet Earth that has not had a problem with that washer but again no problems. My dryer is a Whirlpool with knobs. No electronics, it is 10 years old electric dryer. No problems ever.

The dryer performed as expected, and generally got all of the clothes dry. Occasionally if there was more than a standard load or a heavy item, I had to put some things back for 10 or 15 minutes. I bought scratch and dent at an outlet, but it didnt affect performance and really looked good too as the dents werent readily visible. I was happy with the purchase. Most of the time, it fit everything I needed it to. I found it to be very reliable. I never had any problems with it as there were no maintenance issues. I would recommend it to others. Considering it was scratch and dent, it looked very good and would have looked good if bought at the regular store too. The dents were located where you wouldnt notice them unless you were specifically looking for them. It had the appearance of a normal dryer. While it didnt have all the bells and whistles, I felt that its performance was at least as good as the higher end machines. It was a great value as it got the clothes dry, but didnt cost an arm and a leg.

I absolutely love it. It works great. I use it a couple of times a day and we havent had any issue with it so far. Some dryers tend to not dry as much when used a lot. Mine is still working great. The Kenmore dryer is also fast and keeps wrinkles out. It makes clothes soft and fluffy. It also doesnt get overheated and make clothes smell burnt. It has plenty of room for the bigger loads. I also loved the price. I couldnt find a better deal. It’s an energy saver, so now I dont have to worry about light bill jumping through the roof. The appearance is very plain and boring though. It needs some color maybe giving the option to choose for a color. That way you can match it up the decor in your home.

I love them! They have been so good. There are five people in my family, so we do a lot of laundry. I dont remember what we had before the ones we have now but I wouldnt go back! As of now we really havent had too many problems. One big one is sometimes the washing machine will get off balance and wont finish a load. We have to unplug and redo the load. Other than that they have been great. When I grow up Im going to buy my own Kenmore washer and dryer. If it was up to me I would suggest that everyone should get one.

The washer has a problem with balance and a load often needs to be distributed manually during the cycle; the dryer is not very effective when multiple towels are included in the load. The performance is pretty consistent from load to load = the need for rebalancing of the wash happens routinely, and having wet towels at the end of a drying cycle recurs pretty often. The washer and dryer were not bought at the same time, so one is white and one is beige; other than that, they fit my laundry room well and are not too obtrusive. Considering I have had the washer and dryer for 10 and 8 years, respectively, they have been great values. But given the improved current technologies, if I were in the market today, they would not be considered good values based on their performance.

Purchase a kenmore washer and dryer in september 2012 from sears. Today august 17 noticed rust forming around the perimeter of the bleach dispenser. First amazed that this should happen to a kenmore. Then after reading similar messages on the web, disappointed that Kenmore has not done anything to correct the problem. And by disavowing any responsibility for the issue under warranty, by doing this I have the impression that they knew of this issue some time ago. I will try and correct the problem but like many others have found.... rust never really goes away. May be the last time I buy a Kenmore and products from whatever manufacturer actually makes the machine. There was a time, if in nothing else, you could trust a Kenmore.

Worked fine for price. It was easy to fix and order parts for when I had problems to fix. Online parts were easy to find so overall worth it. It was reliable. I would recommend the purchase. I was happy with it. Its sleek mean dryin machine. I didnt buy the Ferrari model, more like the Honda Accord. Overall its white just like 99% of all dryers so its got that going for it, which is nice. It has value. For the price its as good as any dryer out there. Dries like no other dryer type ever seen. I owned a front load washer and dryer. I enjoyed the large amount of clothes that I could wash and dry. Even comforters were no problem for these machines. Unfortunately when the belts went out, it was not possible to have them repaired. The cost of repair would have been substantial. It was more feasible to buy a used washer, not a front load unfortunately. Keep up your extended warranty if you can afford it, and this will be the best washer and dryer you will ever own.

It works super well 99.9% of the time. The dryer is pretty plain but overall it is nice. I think maybe this model could be offered in a few different colors. There is other models that offer different colors so maybe have the same option for this one. I really enjoy this dryer. It wasnt too expensive. It also has held its value very well.

The washer washed very well and was quiet. The dryer dries very well. I could dry large load in less than 30 minute. The washer is large enough too to wash what would normally be one and a half loads. I never had issues with either my washer or dryer. I have 3 teenagers who use the appliances also, and they pack it full but it also still work awesome. My washer is the common top fill and my dryer normal front fill. I do like that they are a little larger than the old school ones. The knob are easy to understand and push. I really paid a lot more than I would have if I bought it from Home Depot or Lowes. I bought it from rent a center but I appreciate them financing me so I guess it was economical.
