Any place Ive moved to live always has at least two appliances that are Kenmore brand. Ive known and used Kenmore appliances for years and feel their products are of good quality. I liked the built in smart wash heated rinse and dry. It also seems to not leave the metallic smell, taste and feel of the type of dishwasher detergent I use. Felt it was more sanitary that way. However, a glass front window would be nice and feature to add. For the most part, I am happy with my Kenmore purchase as this is a brand I often use when shopping for household appliances. You pay for what you get.

Very compact but theres so much space inside! I feel like I could fit all my fine China in that dishwasher and have them sparkling and stain-free within minutes! Its absolutely orgasmic and pretty intoxicating if you ask me. I love it and so does my family! Its small and compact on the outside but inside I could fit so many things in there, plates, silverware, cups, and even food if Im trying to hide it from my relatives. Thats how awesome my dishwasher is. I absolutely most positively love it! Very modern yet it has that retroness to it and I absolutely adore that fact about it! Like when my relatives walk in and they see that, theyre like Wow, that looks awesome! and they also say Where did you get that?! I want one too! It doesnt break the bank so thats a wonderful thing to know when I buy it, plus the value I DO purchase it for absolutely lives up to its potential as a dishwasher. Ive never had any horrible experiences with dishwashers like this one so there is no bad I can say about it.

Ive had this dishwasher for a while and I love it. My dishes never break and they always come out clean. I dont have to rewash them because of leftover food residue. Its very reliable and easy to use. Even my children love it. My dishwasher perfectly suits my households needs. I normally run it in the morning after breakfast and in the evening after dinner. The only time I have to run it more than once night is when I have holiday or dinner parties. Other than that all my dishware and cooking ware usually fits in one setting. As far as my dishwashers appearance goes, I think it is very nice looking. It blends in with my kitchen and it is very easy to clean. I actually think it makes my kitchen look nicer. I think its a great buy for its value. It wasnt ridiculously expensive as I thought it would be to purchase a dishwasher. It works great and has all the feature I was hoping for. Also Kenmore is a very well known and great brand.

It is very good and cleans well. I like the delay start and different cycles. Hot Water Rinse. Various cycles: China, Pots/Pans, light wash, water miser. 2 racks with flatware basket that sits in the bottom rack. Can hold 20 cups/glasses on top rack and 20 plates and more on bottom. Holds pots well, has two rows of prongs that will lie flat for bigger pans to fit. This is an in the counter dishwasher and all that shows is the front. It is white and is yellowing slightly. I have had it for about 15 years. The bottom basket is metal covered in rubber. The prongs are breaking and to replace the basket would be cost prohibitive. I will have to replace the dishwasher. The basket would have been better had it been a good molded all plastic.

Sears and Kenmore both made it easy for me to cross them off my list for future appliance purchases. If I cant trust them with a small appliance like a microwave, I know I wont be able to trust them with a large purchase. No one should have to replace a microwave after just two years, especially when its kept in pristine condition. My microwave was great when it worked, easy to clean and large interior. Then it started rotating and heating when I opened the door (dangerous). Then when door was closed, food was placed inside and you would expect it to heat something, it would instead countdown and nothing happened. Only thing that worked was the timer.For months I contacted Kenmore on FB privately showing them video of both issues and their response was basically, Im sorry for your troubles, theres nothing we can do. I have a dishwasher with another company that messed up and they actually cared about making things right. I wouldve easily bought a replacement, but the dont care attitude keeps me from replacing my Kenmore microwave with another Kenmore microwave. After just 2 years, Id expect more.

We bought a Kenmore Dishwasher in October at Sears because we believed at the time there was no consumer retailer with a more trusted name that a consumer could rely upon. NEVER AGAIN. We will NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL. Our brand new Kenmore worked middling well for the first few weeks, then we began to notice our dishes were not getting clean. We carefully went over the manual and adjusted several things: added more Jet-Dry so the dispenser was full, adjusted the knob for the Jet-Dry to maximum; moved the silverware holder so the soap dispenser would have no interference. But even with that, the dishes were not washing properly. A repairman came to the house on December 28th. He made a few adjustments, and left. We tried again, and once again, our dishes did not clean. The soap dispenser ejected the soap, but the soap landed at the very top of the dishwasher and sat there like a lump of coal. It did not dissolve. So I called again. Now, I had to wait until January 10th. Today. Thirteen days for a repairman. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was nothing anyone could do. Sears is apparently short on repairmen. So today I received a call from Sears. My repair had been injured on the job. My appointment was cancelled. Next available date-- JANUARY 22ND. My brand new dishwasher that had NEVER worked properly was going to have to wait now ANOTHER TWELVE DAYS. AND THERE WAS NOTHING NO ONE COULD DO!!! I spoke to at least FIVE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. And you are speaking to day players here. No one in a position of power. Customer no-service. No with a STAKE in SEARS. No one who gives a damn about you, or the company. The last woman I spoke with told me to stop yelling. I wasnt yelling, I told her. I was adamant. And so, welcome to Corporate America. This is what happens when companies get too big TO CARE. I cant even give the thing back b/c their return policy is 30 days. NOTHING BREAKS DOWN IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS! So we are stuck. Even if this damn thing gets fixed, it is a vastly inferior machine than we had before. So, stay away. Just stay away from sears altogether.Updated on 02/05/2018: Whatever you do, do not buy from Sears. We are on repairman THREE. As soon as he arrived, he got on the phone. Repair via telecommuting. Dishwasher bought in late October worked for 2 weeks. It is now February. The motor stopped working in two weeks. First repairman who was condescending diddled with the computer and did not discover the broken motor. Repairman two did, but parts had to be ordered. Repairman Three is here now, telecommuting. Any bets on if I get a working dishwasher? Customer service is ineffectual and rude. I went to Sears because Sears used to a name that could be trusted. No more. Stay away.

Cleans everything as it should, quiet, saves water. My old dishwasher only used powder so its nice to be able to use more modern and superior cleaners. Makes washing a snap, very happy with it. We have a built in area of the counter that the dishwasher has to fit into and this fits perfectly. It is large enough to keep us from having to do the dishes every day which is nice. Just look at it, a thing of beauty. It looks great in our kitchen, but so did our last dishwasher. I guess most of them all look alike! We feel weve gotten great value with this dishwasher. It does everything weve ever wanted it to do.

Im very satisfied with all of the features on this appliance. I love how well it cleans my dishes and pans. My dishes come out sparkling. Very easy to use as well. I highly recommend this product. I have a small kitchen, so this is the perfect size dishwasher for me. The inside also has just enough space for mine and my familys needs. I love my dishwashers appearance, looks great with my other kitchen appliances. They come in different colors to best fit your kitchen style. In my opinion this product has so much value. It has helped me majorly with after meal clean-ups. This is my first dishwasher and Ill never go without one again!

The appearance is nice. The color is a nice matte grey so it doesnt clash with kitchen themes. It fits well with other colors and does not stand out. I would recommend this color and not the black. It is a nice size. There are two pull out shelves. The distances between them is no even, the top one is very close to the top roof of the dishwasher so you can only put small items up there. The bottom one has a lot of room for plates, and could use more room for bigger items such as pots and pans. The silverware sections is perfectly sized. Sometimes it doesnt get everything clean but after a second wash everything comes out spotless. Sometimes if you run the dishwasher with just vinegar it gets clean and that washer runs better. It is a great dishwasher and is well worth the value. Some say you get what you pay for but with this Kenmore dishwasher I feel like you what you pay for and more, because it is just that great and worth it. It is very reliable.

I love my Kenmore devices. I have never had any major problems with any of my devices that I own. They get my clothes clean and my dishes clean and I would recommend Kenmore to anyone. Kenmore sticks to their service after the sale too.

4 full-suites of Kenmore kitchen appliances purchased for apartment complex sat unopened in boxes at job site for 2 months due to construction delays. 3 dishwashers were installed without incident. 4th dishwasher immediately sparked and started smoking when connected (by licensed electrician). RIDICULOUS SEARS POLICY that the dishwasher cannot be replaced because we had it for more than 30 days. Technician said he had to order 3 parts... Cost of parts very close to original cost of machine & OVER what we paid for the dishwasher if you add-in the labor cost. I want a new machine, I do not trust the integrity of this machine. What is so difficult to see that this machine is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced and not repaired?Ive had to make time for 2 service calls so far and now the parts on BACK-ORDER! Why cant Sears just deliver a new dishwasher! How do we rent the apartment without a working dishwasher??? Will Sears compensate us for loss of rental income and time taken for service calls? Customer Service call center in the PHILIPPINES are nothing more than answering machines, have no authoritative powers or common sense.

The dishwasher worked very well and lasted the family longer than other brands we have had. There was no residue that I would need to wash off, which made it very convenient for me. The size of the dishwasher was perfect. Not too big or small and the door was light enough to be handled by kids. It is an average size compared to many different brands of dishwashers nowadays. The dishwasher was very stylishly made and it was black so it was somewhat kid proof when it came to getting dirty easily. It had a very pretty pearly black finish which gave it a lot of style and was a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The value of the dishwasher was average, compare to the other brands that were being sold at the time. It was affordable on a slightly flexible budget and was worth the price I paid for it.

Its fast wash and gets very hot. Dishes are always spotless. Plenty of room for everything. It takes the gel packs which is much easier. Its not too loud at all. I cant complain. Its the perfect size for my household. It doesnt take up too much room. But it fits our daily dishwashing needs. And there are spots for silver, bowls, flat dishes and its not all clanging against each other. Looks modern, suits my kitchen perfectly with my other items in the kitchen. Its easy to keep clean. I spray Windex on it and wipe it down and it shines nicely. I actually get comments on the look. It was a little costly but everything is going up in price. Times are tough but for the machine it was worth it. Other brands were much more expensive for similar sizes. It works great so I cant complain about it and the price was worth it.

It gets the job done. It does a good job cleaning the dishes and also drying them. There usually is not a spot left on the dishes or glasses. The size of the dishwasher is appropriate. It fits enough dishes, glasses, and silverware. I cannot complain about the size. It also fits nicely in the area that we have it in the kitchen. The appearance of the dishwasher is nice. It is made nice and it is sturdy. I cannot complain about the appearance. The dirt also comes off nicely when you clean it. The value of the dishwasher was nice. I think the price that I paid was a fair price especially for what the dishwasher does. I cannot complain about the price that I paid.

Could never rely on this dishwasher to do the job. It was constantly needing several repairs to eventually break down again. I had to call maintenance repair to my house several times for them to look at the problem. This dishwasher was great in size. I could pack a lot of dishes in and never had an issue with nothing fitting. The size of the dishwasher was one of the main reasons why I purchased it. The dishwashers appearance is beautiful. I got several comments on it whenever I would have company come over to my house. Several people would ask me what model it was. For what I paid for this dishwasher, I wasnt satisfied. It needed way too many repairs and half the time, the maintenance people didnt even know what to do and said I should most likely invest in a new dishwasher.

My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldnt shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. Im done with Sears and Kenmore. I dont even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

It always cleaned my dishes well without much re-cleaning items. It was good for sanitizing also and I was happy with the results. I would like a more powerful scrubbing action for my pots and pans. The size was perfect for me, I could add dishes for a few days and wash all at once without wasting detergent or my time. It was perfect for small loads as well that I wanted cleaned quickly. The appearance matched my kitchen and worked overall with my coordinating furniture. The front was easy to keep clean and washed easily with a sponge. The texture was good for not leaving fingerprints. The value of my dishwasher was excellent, it is a good brand that is high quality and I was sure of its lasting a while. The cost was less than the other brands.

This dishwasher was purchased with our kitchen remodeling project. The stainless steel look matches well with other Kenmore Elite appliances. It is a little darker than the Samsung stainless finish. The dishwasher is fine for our family of four adults. We can get two to three days between loads but at holiday times we often must load and run twice for an extended family meal. This dishwasher is so quiet one often does not realize it is running. Holds a good amount and easy to load and operate. The silverware tray is occasionally in the way and too large. Kenmore Elite line appliances are not budget models. The value received is middle of the pack for premium lines. Some are better. Many are worse.

My dishwasher has always done a great job of cleaning my dishes. The dishes dry nicely and I can count on the dishes to be clean. The dishwasher operates quietly. 24 dishwasher with a interchangeable front panels. It is nice to be able to interchange the panels to adapt to changing colors in the kitchen. The dishwasher has a nice appearance. It is really not one that sticks out but blends nicely with the kitchen door. It is easy to clean the exterior and nice to be able to change the panels on the front of the dishwasher. The value and the price paid for the dishwasher is very fair. I feel as though dishwashers are almost a necessary appliance in order to be able to get dishes clean and sanitized by the heat.

This dishwasher had very good reviews from my friends and my family member. They told me about how it does an awesome job and I needed to try it for myself. It was easily accessible and had numerous settings, which I loved! Hard power jet cleaned dishes quickly and easily. The design was sleek and elegant. The only problem I had was with the person installing it. Besides that, I never had any problems out of it. It got the job done and more so!

I think it is a solid refrigerator. The only problem I have with it is it noisy. The hum is louder than the last refrigerator I owned. However, it was affordable and something I would recommend. The design matches with my dishwasher and other appliances beautifully. I would buy it again if I was on a tight budget.

The Kenmore dishwasher was in my house when I bought it. It is just a plain dishwasher with a couple of buttons. Its nothing fancy. It has a little tray for your silverware and has a rinse cycle wash. Its OK but you have to rinse off the dishes really good so I wash them by hand. Not even an exter wash. It holds most of my dishes but it doesnt hold my big frying pans and pots. It will hold my cookie sheets if I can slide it in between the dishes. I would like to get a newer model sometime in the future.

The dishwasher work fine with minimal hardware issues, but the power arm broke one time. We got rid of it when we redid the kitchen and upgrade to a stainless steel version. It look good and held up really well through heavy use in a busy kitchen. I didnt really like the opener but it work well and never leaked. However, it wasnt quite big enough to hold a full day worth of dishes for a family of 5. The glass rack was especially small and the plate rack didnt accommodate enough small plates. Its well worth the price especially on sale and I recommend the extended maintenance agreement. Not worrying about the unit breaking is priceless when you have a pile of kid.

My experience with my Kenmore device is that it has provided me with ease for my home. Using the device has brought on lots of great things. One of the best things it can do is that it can clean dishes in less time without all of the necessities.

I initially picked Kenmore because we have a Sears here. I try Sears and they take good care of their customers. Ive asked to use Kenmore before and its always been very convenient and a good brand to use. Cleans dishes well. I like the sanitizing cycle and that it removes most of the bacteria left on your dishes. It definitely helps keep my kitchen healthier and cleaner. I didnt have an odor coming from the dishwasher like some do. Had a very good temperatures in the wash cycle.I could basically put anything in it and know that it wouldnt be ruined. However, I would like faster wash cycles. Even though the one hour wash cycle is good sometimes you just need a quick wash. I would like a better warranty and probably a more appealing to look. I would have more features such as a memory from my favorite and energy saver, and more room to put my dishes in. I would definitely like to use another 10 more when buying a dishwasher in the future.

I dont really have to prewash my dishes, I always rinse them, I always have. Its a good dishwasher. I dont worry about leftover residue on my dishes after washing. I have 2 children and I have no problem getting all my dishes in the dishwasher. This includes sippy cups and tops. I cook a lot and it fits my casserole dishes, sauce pans and skillets.It is plain but it gets the job done. Appearance isnt everything to me so Im totally fine with it. I like plain and simple. If you dont need all the frills and fancy things that you get sometimes in appliances, this dishwasher would be good for you. I dont have a lot of extra cash laying around but I think this dishwasher was reasonably priced. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I would rather pay for a little more for a product and know that Im getting a good quality product.

Every dish, every utensil or silverware price that comes out is sparkling clean no residue and it doesnt take long to go through the process either and it does a great job. The dishwasher fits a load of dishes no problem. The dishes fit perfectly in there. I can put my crock pot in there the glass part. The silverware have a handy little container that fits perfectly. My tall cups fit in there perfectly. It is sleek and goes perfectly with all the other appliances in my kitchen. Its easy to open, its easy to use. The buttons are very clear to read and theres very many options to pick from. We searched around for different types different sizes and this dishwasher was the perfect size with the perfect components at the price that we wanted.

I like very, its very good, always works well and is very efficient, is a leading brand in the market and works in an environment friendly manner, apart it does not damage the dishes and is very clean. Is very different from others I know. Dishwasher and its external appearance is very good, very consistent modern style of my kitchen, and is not noisy, and much access inside.

It is energy efficient. Quiet. It powerfully cleans my dishes without a hitch. Its a gorgeous addition to our family kitchen. Its spray arm is powerful and scrubs heavily crusted plates without leaving behind any residue, at least that has been my experience. I fit up to a setting of eight though its capacity is up to ten plate settings. Its compact but powerful cleans dishes that are piled up. It is gorgeous, sleek, compact (but tall) and surface is easy to clean. It isnt bulky, giving it a modern and efficient appearance. Its about 36 inches tall and it is very deep. It is very inexpensive for what it can do. It is energy efficient with many settings to accommodate your loads. It is also easy to self install if you dont want Sears service people (or anybody else) to assist with installation.

It was inexpensive but worked for a long time. It got the dishes clean without having to scrap and hand wash first. It wasnt super loud which was nice. I didnt have any problems with it. We just moved and didnt need it at the new house. It was large enough for a growing family of five including disinfecting bottles and sippy cups. We even washed pots and pans sometimes in it. It was nice and clean, very neutral. It went well with the small kitchen. And the inside stayed clean, I have had some rust out on the inside, but this one held up. I thought it was a really good buy for the price. It was one of the less expensive models but seemed to last a really long time. I would buy one again.

Are very efficient with regard to performance. Never have had problems with the dishwasher. Kenmore 24 the size is good. Dishwasher is black with good washing system. The cost of the dishwasher was of 427 dollars with warranty.

It does a great job getting the dishes clean in the first wash without having to pre wash them in sink to wash in the dishwasher. A quiet reliable machine. It is a normal size dishwasher, can fit all dinner dishes, pots, pan, plates utilities in one wash. Very nice look, buttons are easy to read and understand. No need to search for what button need to be pressed. Easy to keep clean and wipe down as needed. Great value on this model of dishwasher, energy efficient, and water saver. With this I feel like I am saving by not having to wash my dishes before putting them in the washer.

My old old Kenmore dishwasher bit the dust and I decided to buy another....knowing full well there are only actually about 3 companies that manufacture dishwashers and Kenmore is not one of them. Depending on model and item Kenmore appliances are made by LG, Whirlpool or Frigidaire. A crap shoot. I also purchased a new frig and the salesperson was very clear that “today’s appliances last from 5-7 years.” Wow. That’s encouraging.That said, I will begin with the positives, I bought a Kenmore Elite, a “smart dishwasher” that uses considerably less water than the dishwasher it replaced. Environmentally important to me, but also personally important as we use a water softener/conditioner and the iron removing rock salt we use to make our water passable is spendy stuff. And less water going into our septic system as well. It is also surprisingly quiet. As in, “is this thing running?” The black stainless is nice to look at and doesn’t fingerprint easily. It also cleans well and I love the third rack with the portion that lowers. Great for serving utensils.Here’s my REAL complaint. The bottom rack is shoddily made and the crappy plastic wheels have no actual “track” to run on. The entire rack constantly shifts from left or right and when the rack is full it is very heavy to adjust while searching for the “sweet spot” where the rack will smoothly roll. I keep looking at the manual (a sketchy little booklet at best) to see if there is something I’m missing. How can such a basic thing be so difficult? Pulling the rack out and pushing the rack back in is impossible and the entire rack shifting from side to side is almost guaranteed. Any suggestions? Could there be something missing from the bottom of the rack? Or is is just cheap manufacturing and crappy engineering? I need to figure this out. In truth I’m guessing the manufacturers attitude is to chill out. It’ll need to be replaced in 5 years anyway. Get over it. If NOT for the bottom rack problem I would be happy.

This Kenmore dishwasher lasted a very long time before having to be replaced. And also this dishwasher cleaned the dishes well. I would recommend this dishwasher to others. Had plenty of space for lots of dishes. The size of the outside is no different than any other dish washer. And has lots of space for the silver ware also. The appearance of the dishwasher is kind of simplistic but slick. It looks like pretty but any other dishwasher out there. It has nice options for cleaning your dishes. Dish washers arent cheap so I would rather pay a little more for a better brand. So the price is definitely worth the product.

I like it. Its convenient and gets the job done good. I have been using this for 5 years without any problems. Id recommend it. Docked a star on the rating because didnt like the internal design. I wish theres more planning on the grid for the dishes. It is big enough for everything I needed to fit in there. Looks beautiful, has a modern view if you clean it as often. Stainless steel is definitely great choice of the outside. Nice controls. Good value. It came with my house. Its really good for my need.

I was kind of upset because I didnt know that I bought this product used. There were a lot of things that needed to be fix even though the seller didnt tell me that something was wrong. But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. But I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend buying this product. But buying it used of course. The appearance is nice to look at. I like the black color of this dishwasher. Very nice and matte color. It would look good in each and every kitchen. The value was good, I didnt pay much for it. The only problem that I had was like I said I didnt know I was buying it used and it came with a lot of problems so I put more into this product than expected but I am very happy that I bought it because it gets the job done.

Water heats well... Dishes are not just cleaned but sterilized. Glasses look great as do utensils. Its reliable, easy to use. Convenient. I can get pots and large dishes (like platters) in without problems. Tall glasses fit better on the bottom shelf and I place large serving and cooking spoons, knives and forks flat in the shelf. Nice, clean lines, lights are easy to see and the dials are easy to read. Like the way it compliments my other appliances. Husband likes it well, also as he often loads it. Does a good job w/ economical time and limited water usage. It quickly pays for itself w/ the economical usage and quickness in cleaning.

Looks good. Blends in with kitchen like its supposed to be there. A cut above the rest. Number one dishwasher of all dishwashers. Cleans all dishes no soap scum. Works perfectly no problem at all. Looks good nice satin finish. Nice internal parts that last. Priced number one quality looks dependability. A dishwasher that stands for value worth every penny. I like show off my dishwasher. Fits like a glove. Looks good fits all kitchen environments. A dishwasher that last a long time. A company that stands behind all their products. I would recommend to all customers.

We seldom use our dishwasher as we prefer to spend the time together doing the standard method. She washes. I wipe. We do use the washer on special occasions. It works very well. The dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. The only drawback is that it is very noisy.

Will not clean if the washer is filled. Galway is iffy. It has quit cleaning for months on end leading to it being a waste of space. Can take multiple washes around the racks to get something clean. Would be nice if it were larger as dishes dont always get done on a daily basis in the house & with 2 people always in the house and 2 part time livers makes it a mess. Its there to do a job it does halfway majority of the time. Doesnt match kitchen much so its pretty bleh. Expected a lasting dishwasher, instead I have to give it breaks for months for it to work again. Expected something that will do its job. A sink & sponge does better half the time.

It works very well and has different settings that meet my needs. It works well to get rid of tough stains and leaves my dishes sparkling clean. The dishwasher is the perfect size for my kitchen, not too big and not too small. It doesnt take up too much too but has enough space inside to fit all of my dishes. It fits with the aesthetic of my kitchen. I like the finish and think the appearance shows that it is a high quality product and performs to the highest standard. I believe that the price I paid was very much worth the product. It is high quality and has provided consistent performance without any troubles so far.

Horrible product. Will not start when you push start? WHY?? You think it will start but it wants to think???? STUPID. I will not buy Kenmore again. I want a product that I CONTROL, NOT the other way around. I do NOT want a SMART dishwasher. I want one that does what I want when I want.

The dishwashers performance clean your dishes so well you dont even need to add soap. Best dishwasher Ive ever owned and I love Kenmore. Kenmore is very efficient. Great size. I have a full sink of dishes and a Kenmore dishwasher can take all the dishes and stack them on top of all the dishes and they still all come out clean. The Kenmore is very good to look at. Its an eye-catcher, everybody who comes into my house as well as a really nice looking dishwasher what company is it. Enterprise very reasonable. Great value. I live in an apartment so space was a concern. I researched reviews and chose what I believed was the best dishwasher for the price. Kenmore has met my initial expectations. The dishwasher is Easy to use and has ample loading space. In general, Im very satisfied with the features of my dishwasher. My only complaint is that it possibly needs more spraying power as it Occasionally does not fully wash utensils when there are a lot of them.

Quality, cleans perfectly. The majority of the time, it gets sticky spots cleaned up. Dont need to pre-rinse, or use extra soap tablets. The size is big enough for most dishes, and I can fit my Crock-Pot inside the plate rack. The silverware section is well organized as well. It looks good, but there are some things that arent that visually appealing. Could use smoother corners on the sides. Only suggestion would be to make it a nicer color. Id personally recommended this dishwasher. It cleans well and is worth the original value. Totally would buy it again, and suggest it to friends.

Great dishwasher, very nice, and works well. Recommend it to anybody. I recently purchased it, and have noticed a MASSIVE difference from my other one. Before some dishes were still dirty, now everything is clean! This dishwasher is a perfect fit, and its not too small or too big! I love how many dishes can fit in it and how sturdy it seems to be! Unbelievable. I just received my stainless steel refrigerator. 2 days later, I cleaned it using their cleaner, and now RUST SPOTS EVERYWHERE! Are you kidding me? I saw the reviews online from 4 years ago - why was this problem not addressed? Very disappointed, especially for the price. Also, my dishwasher is doing the exact same thing. Previously, I had GE Profile - NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. To top it all, Sears is stating that I should have called within 72 hours - seriously? Very poor on their part. Im getting a replacement, but very leery.

This dishwasher is good; however, the dishes need to be pre-washed because they dont come clean if they have a lot of food still on them. It fits some of my dirty dishes but for a regular size family that eats meals at a home, the dishwasher needs to be a little larger. It is plain white which blends in with everything well and has a nice look and feel to the buttons, though I wish it looked a little more professional. Its mid-level and needs to be a little bit less; however, for the cost, it is a decent dishwasher that does get the dishes clean and does its job.

Quiet- cleans very well- has many options which one may or may not use- would buy again- I believe in Kenmore products though they are made by Whirlpool and may or may not have LG parts- This dishwasher is very dependable, very quiet and thorough in the cleaning of dishes placed inside.

Model 665.1396 Although this dishwasher cleaned very well and is super quiet, the first year the something needed to be replaced under warranty. The second, a part of the rack dry rotted and I bought the part on eBay for $25 and fixed it. The third year, the thermocouple went and again I replaced it myself. $50. This is the fourth year weve had this and the control panel wont light and looks like it is one of two $130 parts. I give up and will be looking for a new dishwasher. I wont cry when Sears goes out of business. Raise your quality manufacturing standards and stand behind your products. So obvious, I dont know what CEOs get paid for.

The dishwasher stopped working and no one seems to know why it stopped working. I havent been able to use the dishwasher in a long time. I now have to hand wash my dishes and I am not too happy about it. I am looking to replace my dishwasher. I plan to get a different brand. I wont be purchasing Kenmore dishwasher in the future. The dishwasher size is fine. I am able to wash all of my dishes at once. The dishwasher fits perfectly in my kitchen. I do not have any complaints as to the size of the dishwasher. The dishwasher size and appearance is good. It is very sleek and attractive. I really like the appearance of the Kenmore dishwasher. I am dissatisfied with the value of the dishwasher. The dishwasher is no longer able to be used therefore there is no perceived value to me as it is useless. Kenmore needs to do better with creating stable and sturdy merchandise

In ten years weve never had a issue. We bought our Sears Kenmore dishwasher about 10 years ago and we also purchased and have maintained the extended warranty. We take advantage of the annual maintenance visit from Sears and to this day, weve never had a single complaint or issue with the machine. It still works like new. Its why Sears is the first place we go and Kenmore brand are what I look for whenever I need a new appliance.

This dishwasher has a lot to offer and comes in different forms suitable for different kitchens. I loved the spray feature because it assured me the dishes would be clean. I love how the dishwasher is updated and has exquisite features that makes it easy for my children to use but secure enough for them not to break.

It has a large capacity so I only use it once a week putting dishes in it all week and even then it usually is not full. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It is much bigger inside than I thought it would be when I first saw it. It is big enough to hold a weeks worth of dishes without looking crowded. It does look plain on the outside but the controls are clear and easy to understand and use. I had no problem figuring out how to set it. I like that it is very well designed inside and outside. I didnt have to choose this model myself as it came with the apartment. However, I went to a couple of stores that sell dishwashers so I could see what it would have cost if I had bought it. It is well worth what it would have cost me to buy it new as it is very well designed and has a lot of room inside for a lot of dishes and even when it is packed full it still gets all the dishes clean.

Cleans well, adequate top rack positions, 1 to 9 hours delay start, adequately quiet, very durable. My dishwasher is about 14 years old. My racks are beginning to rust. Higher model has rust proof racks.

Kenmore was one of several I looked at and this one was the best they had to offer for the price. It also was delivered the next day and they took away my old dishwasher at no extra charge. Another plus in this purchase and another good reason to purchase this brand. I enjoyed this dishwasher very much and I would recommend it to anyone who shops at Sears.

Kenmore Dishwasher looks like any dishwasher, simple clean look. But looks are deceiving. It cleans way better than it look though I am not a fan of the knob- I wish it had buttons. The cycle also seems to take a bit longer than expected and a little noisy. I hardly rinse the dishes. It can fit lunch and dinner plates, utensils, and cups. I can also put in pots, pans, and cutting boards. I love the space and height of the dishwasher. Plenty of room for. The price is okay. Kenmore is a great brand, the value is worth it. The dishwasher has been in the house for over 10 years! Its a great product that will last, if well taken care of.

We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

Having a family of 5 and cooking 3 meals a day, I needed a dishwasher like this. We live in the country and are on a well, so conserving water in the summer time when rain is minimal is a must in our house. This dishwasher gets the job done, and saves us time and money. Easily have enough space to put all my dishes from a meal, pots and pans, and all the glasses from the day in this thing. I needed a dishwasher that I could easily fit all my dishes from dinner in, and get them all done in one load, and this dishwasher gets the job done. It is sleek and high tech looking. It is defines my kitchen and makes it look well put together.I love the stainless steel front. It is easy to clean or wipe off. It is a head turner when my friends or family come over. I would have to say, if you are looking for quality and efficiency at the same time, this one is going to be the best bang for your buck. It was not the cheapest model we could have went with, but it saves more money being an HE dishwasher and is well worth the extra dollars spent.

It is a great dishwasher; it leaves no food residue and removes even cooked on grease; I am extremely satisfied. There is however room for improvement though little is needed. It is big enough to holds larger pots and pans though I think it could be bigger as we go through so many dishes its unreal. People with larger families will not like this dishwasher as much as people with no families or small families will. It has a very neat clean appearance. It is easy to clean and fits in well with almost any style or color of kitchen. I love that it always looks so very clean even with minimal cleaning. I found it to be a fair value for its brand and size; it couldve been a little bit cheaper but you always happen to pay more for a good quality value and product and the warranty.

Water get off grease and everything thats stuck on pot after cooking to make it better. I do not have to do the work of getting the dishes clean. Fit perfect in my small kitchen and its very discrete. No one notice that its there and blends very well with my other appliances. Love the look and the size. Cant put a price on love, cant put a price on what makes your life easy. One less chore is worthy of my $600. Just having to pack the dishes and walk away I would pay an extra 200.

The dishwasher cleans well with minimal issues. It runs quiet as well. Occasionally the detergent dispenser gets stuck and I have to rerun a cycle. I can put most size of items in the washer without blocking too much of the water flow. Some baking sheets are difficult but if you put them on the side you can tilt them to fit in to the space. Mine has a stainless steel face. It just wipe it water mostly and go behind with a dry cloth. It does scratch easily by the dog. We had a mouse hiding under it and my dog scratched it up near the bottom. I guess it was a good value for the price. It was part of our appliance package with our new house so we didnt buy directly but through our builder.

The Kenmore dishwasher was a sleek design and dark in color, so it didnt get dirty easily or stick out against the rest of my kitchen. We used it everyday for nearly five years before its performance started to diminish. It usually cleaned well, and as long as it was loaded well, it could handle the usual days amount of dishes. However, its size was meant for a smaller family and I have five people living in my home.

The best thing I like is the stainless steel inside of this dishwasher. However, we have had problems with debris being left in cups/glasses, especially if they are put on the bottom rack. For the most part Im happy with the size of the dishwasher. Frying pans and large pots fit on the bottom rack...just doesnt leave much room for any dishes if they are very large. We have a black outside on the dishwasher which I have found to be very nice for hiding dirt. Most stains are not very noticeable and it clears very easy with a quick wipe down. This was a little more expensive than the other dishwashers but it was worth the money because it consistently works hard with large loads and a large family.

It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It leaves little to no spots on glasses. You need to scrape the dishes real good as to not leave a lot on them. It has enough room to hold all the dishes I use on a typical day. Cannot always fit all dishes in it if I have a lot of company over and use a lot of pots. The color fits in to the decor of my kitchen. Easy to see all controls but small enough not to be overpowering. The overall set up is easy to use. At the time of purchase it was the best value for the money I was willing to spend. Came in a variety of colors and does a good job for the price.

Good machine. Dishes are always clean. It is water smart. Holds more dishes than most. Very quiet. Does not need a lot of dishwasher soap but still gets the dishes clean. Racks are large enough to hold most of my pans. It has two very large shelves. Only problem is that there is no place for the silverware. Quiet and gets the job done quickly. Dishes come out shining and all the food particles are gone. Very nice. If kept up the work put into fixing up was worth it. Easy to keep clean inside and out. We needed a new dishwasher as our previous one stopped working and this Kenmore Dishwasher was on a yard sale site that was accepting offers and was readily available. I love the color, how plush it was with my cabinets and how easy it is to load and unload, and how quiet it is when washing a load of dishes and the heated dry option. Quieter than our previous dishwasher. But being a family of 6 and as the primary cook in the house, we go through a lot of dishes in one meal and we have to do a minimum of 2 loads per meal to clean all of our dishes so I would improve on how much you can load in the dishwasher and make the top rack a little more sturdy so it can hold a little bit more weight to it.

Its nice to look at, doesnt make a lot of noise and does the job well. It washes the dishes so you dont have to, making life much easier. I have kids so anytime I can make well used is worth it for sure. I can fit everything I use in there. Cup, plates, spoons, forks, knives, bowls and cups and coffee cups and wash them with water and soap. Its easy, put them in dirty, and come out clean. I love my dishwasher. I use it everyday. Its a nice looking dishwasher. It goes with my kitchen. Its not in the way. It helps me save time and money. Its a space saver and does what it does well while looking beautiful. We bought this dishwasher (Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66513409N410) 11/2014 & are extremely disappointed. We paid 549.99 sale price & thinking that it was smarter to pay a bit more for a better product. NOT SMART AT ALL!!! It doesnt clean very well and the motor stopped working after only 1 year and 2 months... We cant afford a new one so we hard to order a new motor for $68 to replace it. We do not recommend it... This is the 2nd Sears dishwasher in 4 years. 1st was cheaper and didnt last long either. NEVER AGAIN BUYING AT SEARS... They could not do anything to help me with this situation. UGHHH Lesson Learned!!

Kenmore is recommended to me by someone that bought the brand and was very satisfied by it and I decided to try the brand. The capacity of the dishwasher is of a good quantity and very practical for many plates and cups. It is very convenient and the thoroughness of the washing. It is much better than other brands. But it does not rinse out correctly when the dishwasher is too full and the spacing between the units is cramped up. The stains remain on the glasses and it does cause an inconvenience at times.

This is a very efficient and energy effective dishwasher. My dishes come out very clean and spotless. I am very satisfied with this appliance. The size is very large but that is understandable for the amount of power it has and it holds a lot of dishes which is convenient with a family of 6 in our household. So size is not too much of an issues. This dishwasher is so sleek and modern looking. Its beautiful design goes well with our other stainless steel appliances. I like that there are no buttons on the front which adds to the streamline look for this dishwasher. We received a wonderful deal on our dishwasher from the appliance store. The Kenmore dishwasher has been great and it works fantastic. Most dishwashers have your dishes come out with spots on it but not this one. It is a 24 inch built in dishwasher and it fits quite a bit of dishes about 12-15 plates and plenty of glasses. It has two racks and a utensil holder. It is stainless steel with black. The buttons are all digital and it has a black handle underneath. The buttons light up and it plays music or whatever you set it to to go off when its done. Its of great value. It costs about 300.00 and I believe that is a reasonable price for the quality of this product. This product is also much better than others not only because of the style, quality and efficiency but the cost as well. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is in the market for a dishwasher.

It works well on dishes and glass - virtually no streaking. Does an inadequate job on pots and pans, best to do these by hand. Fairly quiet and has never leaked. At most we were a family of four and the dishwasher was of sufficient size to only require dishwashing once or twice a week. It is a standard size, nothing special. It is a nice looking dishwasher. It is very easy to maintain. I have never scratched it nor has it ever chipped. The holders inside are brittle and a few have broken. We got it on sale years ago. It was a good value and years of satisfactory service support this assertion.

It worked pretty good. I always rinse before I set them in though. So I didnt really try it full potential. It work fast as well but I hate the drying spot on dishes though. It was the average size dishwasher that comes in a typical apartment. I could fit the day worth of dishes in there so it worked for me. But Im single living alone so I would recommend something larger for family. It had a nice appearance. It did blend well kitchen scenery and the rest of kitchen appliances. Sleek and modern would be the best words to describe it. I feel like I got the money out of it. I did not have any maintenance issues with it. It was easy to maintain. The quality of it match the dollar price.

I used it for around 3 months, and in that time period it did a good enough job. Well I have a family of 5, so usually when I did dishes I had to do 2 loads to fit everything in and get it cleaned. It wasnt too much of a hassle, my family uses a lot of dishware. It definitely looks good in any modern kitchen. My specific dishwasher was silver with black trim on the top. It was compact and it didnt take up too much space. Overall it looked good and even added to the room it was in. I wasnt able to test it enough before I moved, there was a brand new dishwasher at my new house. So I cant say for sure but for what Ive seen Id say it was well worth the money. I didnt have a single problem with it when I used it.

Kenmore dishwasher was the best price at the time. My mom had the same one and also liked it. Though, I did not like the seal on the door. It leaked once in a while. I also did not like the latch on the door I was not sure if was locked. But I like the hot drying feature, the black face, the racks and silverware racks. I felt it did a good job and was a good value and it saved energy use. I think it was a fine purchase and I would buy one again.

It washed dishes, sometimes food would be melted onto the container. The individual cycles were not used much, just the standard, but it did pretty well for its price point. I didnt like the color, should have gone with stainless models. The size was very nice. It had enough space for all of our dishes and cutlery. We were able to for several days and dinners worth of food onto the dishwasher and they almost always came out equally washed and clean. I did not end up liking the color very much. It was not the color I originally wanted, but I bought it on sale so I went with it. Inside and out, I would have preferred something like a stainless steel look for the dishwasher. I was happy with the value, especially because I was able to buy it on sale. The dishwasher never broke down or needed repair so it was a quality purchase. I would recommend it again if it was a dishwasher that was on sale.

The Kenmore dishwasher consistently cleans well and does not overtax my water bill. It is also easy to clean and I am more than pleased with the performance, mechanics and aesthetics of this dishwasher. The biggest test to me was after Thanksgiving dinner we had an enormous amount of dishes and it fit them and cleaned them like a champ. I was utterly stoked and amazed at just how many dishes we fit in this dishwasher. Our kitchen is professional grade, all stainless steel appliances and this dishwasher blended right in seamlessly. I have recommended the dishwasher to my friends and family due to the fact that it not only looks good but the functionality is superb. With this dishwasher you could have doubled the price.

I would recommend the dishwasher. The performance is outstanding. It works great. It is very quiet compared to others I have used in the past. The performance on getting the dishes clean is awesome. I like the size of it. It is a perfect size. It fits perfect in my kitchen. It isnt that big like some dishwashers are. Some are really big and bulky to use. It has great reviews. Great dishwasher. I like the dishwasher a lot. The appearance and the style is perfect. It is good the appearance of the dishwasher and the working of it is outstanding. I like the value of it. The price was right and the prices of other dishwashers is good. Its good to use, the price was right who likes good prices at a decent price is always good to purchase a dishwasher.

This dishwasher worked very well and was well worth the money spent. Cleaned and dried the dishes with reasonable cleanliness. Didnt need to clear dishes prior to loading the dishwasher. I would recommend this dishwasher. Fit all of my dishes that were used in 3-4 days with no overlapping. Silverware on door so more dishes could go in the dishwasher itself. Highly recommended. Clean, sleek, reliable, fast cycles, and quiet too. I like the way it looks. Also fits in with the rest of the other kitchen appliances I had at the time. Worth every penny, more bang for the buck with this winner of a dishwasher, i must say. very affordable, could put this on before bedtime and not hear it while sleeping.

The dishes were always sparkling clean. The sound of the dishwasher was not as loud as most are. Kenmore has always been one of my favorite products. It is a very dependable product. I never had to call for repairs. I have used other Kenmore products and have always been satisfied. The size of my dishwasher was perfect. The normal built in size. It had enough capacity for a family of four dinner dishes pots and pans and more. I really dont need anything bigger. The dishwasher is a nice sleek, modern looking appliance. It has a black top panel with white base. It has easy to read features, with the different types of washes you would like to use. I have always thought that Kenmore is a very good product. It has a very reasonable price point for even their most expensive dishwasher.

It performed well. Got the dishes nice and clean. Compact but packs enough punch to get the job done. Add rinse solution to help get rid of spots. It is smaller but works well. Big enough for a small family, but if you have a lot of people living in the house you may need something a bit bigger. It is big enough to hold large dishes, smaller pots and pans. Appearance you would probably expect from a new appliance. It is white and therefore shows dirt but is easy to clean and actually doesnt get dirty often. The price was very affordable even for a smaller dishwasher if you shop at the right place. It is a more of a basic model but has enough punch for the price.

I purchased this dishwasher because it had great reviews from Consumer Reports! After 3 years the bottom power wash blade has stopped working, and the appliance repairman said the motor is shot, and its leaking. He suggested buying a new dishwasher! I paid $1100 for this machine. No, I did not purchase an extended warranty. In addition around the same time I purchased a Sears side by side refrigerator that we keep in our garage. The temperature gauge had to be replaced as well. What has happened to Sears quality. I will never purchase another Sears appliance again.

It has been running for a really long time without any issues. We use it as an overflow fridge from our main fridge now. It is super spacious and weve never had a problem with it. It holds main dishes but it also holds a lot of leftovers and larger food items. Its pretty but not too big. It just kind of looks like an old fridge. There isnt anything exciting about it. Over the years, the white has gotten really dirty and it looks very dated now. We dont keep it in a main room or entertaining room, just hidden. It has lasted a super long time now so I would recommend it for that reason. Its good.
