This appliance was easy to install. It doesnt use a lot of water. There is plenty of room to stock up all of my dishes. I think I got a great dishwasher. Thank you. There is room for all or most of my entire collection of plates, bowls, utensils, cups, etc. It does the job every time, in a quick amount of time, every time. This was a good buy. Snazzy design. Simple, compact, easy to use. I purchased the black model. Its modern look, fits well with todays kitchen trend. Whoever created the blueprints for this is a genius! Affordable. You get what you pay for. But with this, I got much more than I bargained for.

I really love this fridge. The double doors make it very easy to grab and put away groceries. Not to mention all the space for larger dishes and groceries. The freezer part is very deep so you’re about to put a lot of stuff in.

I researched online and Kenmore dishwasher had good reviews. I decided to buy this dishwasher because it is high quality. In addition, my mother requested a Kenmore product. I like that it cleans well and saves energy because I want to be good to the environment but also have clean dishes. It also matches my kitchen which is good because I want a stylish kitchen. However, it takes a little bit longer but its okay. It also cost more but I think it pays off in the end. In the beginning, the controls confused me, but now it is easy to use.

Never had any problems with this dishwasher, it performed like brand new until we moved and had to leave it behind. Its a good looking dishwasher, nothing unattractive about it really. Its all white minus the details, and fit in well with the other appliances except my stainless steel fridge, but thats mine and not purchased to have matched the appliances of the house we were in at the time. Id say it was just big enough to fit most of our dishes, but not so large as to be bulky or an eyesore. It could have been a little bigger, but overall I was satisfied with the size of this machine. Id say it was a great value. It ran smoothly, it looked good, it never had any issues, so for me it was a winner. Our current dishwasher is nowhere near as awesome and constantly has mechanical issues.

This dishwasher is beautiful. I love the accent color it gives to my kitchen although there were other option available. I chose this one because I thought it was pretty. I have a family of 6 and this 24dishwasher by Kenmore is perfect. Fits all my dishes after one sitting and cleans them thoroughly. The performance is amazing. Most of the time Im just rinsing and putting inside the washer. No real hard work for. The value is definitely worth it. I believe if you want the best you have to pay for it. I would definitely recommend.

It cleans the cookware and dishes. Does not need a lot of information and instructions to operate. Does a good job of cleaning food stuff from the dishes and cookware. It fits well in the counter space provided. The cabinet makers provided the hole for the dishwasher, and it just fit right into the spot. It looks good and the finish is easy to clean. It does not show dirt or smudges at all. It works well and does a good job. The life of the item is yet to be determined.

We bought the Kenmore appliance because its a brand we are used to and is reliable and the quality is by far better than other brands. The washing machine washes the dishes really great. It very reliable. Never breaks down and the glasses and cups are clean and clear and the color looks great in the kitchen. Easy to load and the utensils come out shiny and clean. Plenty of space for every pot, pan or serving trays. They all fit in nice and very neatly. The washer could be more energy efficient and made from recycled materials, the hinges can be of better quality, more rust resistant and could come with a lifetime warranty. The washers door could be more stain resistant and maybe have a glass window on the front of the washer so one can see if the machine is working properly. Our family has used Kenmore for years and year and I cannot recall having any.

Kenmore Dishwasher is very easy to load and energy efficient. Its door stays open while loading. It also has very good wash cycle, rinse cycle and it has drying. This particular dishwasher is small enough to fit comfortably in any home or apartment but large enough to fit all of my pots, pans, cake pans, silverware utensils and bowls, plates and cups. The dishwasher that I had was white with a cream colored plastic along the top where the buttons are that had trimmed as gold, silver or black and also has vents on the front. Its a very nice washer and very easy to clean. I definitely got my moneys worth and I actually purchased it from somebody so we got a little bit cheaper. I would definitely recommend somebody buying this new or used.

4 full-suites of Kenmore kitchen appliances purchased for apartment complex sat unopened in boxes at job site for 2 months due to construction delays. 3 dishwashers were installed without incident. 4th dishwasher immediately sparked and started smoking when connected (by licensed electrician). RIDICULOUS SEARS POLICY that the dishwasher cannot be replaced because we had it for more than 30 days. Technician said he had to order 3 parts... Cost of parts very close to original cost of machine & OVER what we paid for the dishwasher if you add-in the labor cost. I want a new machine, I do not trust the integrity of this machine. What is so difficult to see that this machine is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced and not repaired?Ive had to make time for 2 service calls so far and now the parts on BACK-ORDER! Why cant Sears just deliver a new dishwasher! How do we rent the apartment without a working dishwasher??? Will Sears compensate us for loss of rental income and time taken for service calls? Customer Service call center in the PHILIPPINES are nothing more than answering machines, have no authoritative powers or common sense.

It cleaned well if you rinsed dishes before, not the best one Ive had. It could be better. It wasnt awful for the price. It was a decent sized dishwasher it took about a week to fill and it was to fit larger items as well. It was a sleek design. It looks nice and it stays clean. I love the look of it. Its so nice and it fits in my kitchen nice. Very good aesthetics. It was expensive and it sucks sometimes but oh well it works and it is okay but not great value. It could be much better.

The appearance is nice. The color is a nice matte grey so it doesnt clash with kitchen themes. It fits well with other colors and does not stand out. I would recommend this color and not the black. It is a nice size. There are two pull out shelves. The distances between them is no even, the top one is very close to the top roof of the dishwasher so you can only put small items up there. The bottom one has a lot of room for plates, and could use more room for bigger items such as pots and pans. The silverware sections is perfectly sized. Sometimes it doesnt get everything clean but after a second wash everything comes out spotless. Sometimes if you run the dishwasher with just vinegar it gets clean and that washer runs better. It is a great dishwasher and is well worth the value. Some say you get what you pay for but with this Kenmore dishwasher I feel like you what you pay for and more, because it is just that great and worth it. It is very reliable.

I can never have enough room in a dishwasher but I can fit a lot of dishes including pots and pans in it. If you think about where you place stuff you shouldnt have any problems. I love the design. This dishwasher has worked like magic. It is quiet and gets off even the toughest foods. For being a mediocre dishwasher the value was good. It came with my apartment so I cant complain and as long as I did regular maintenance, it worked. It washed the dishes but only mediocrely. It would constantly leave spots on the glass and leftover food on my dishes so it needed constant maintenance. Also, it was smaller than I needed. I like to make casseroles but I would have trouble fitting both my casserole dish and regular dishes together. However, I like the sleek design and it fit well with the decor of my kitchen. It had a very modern feel and it was easy to maintain the appearance.

I purchased 3 Kenmore appliances in January. The refrigerator is a basic top mount freezer, lower refrigerator. It was installed in late January. For over a month the freezer has had ice buildup inside, causing the freezer door to push out. I am now on the 3rd service call--actually 4th. The first call to repair, sent a dishwasher repair person--so much for out-sourcing our calls. The gentleman who came the first time, said a part had come off the top of the freezer. Being the saving person I am, I had found and saved said part. He installed and caulked it. (Also convinced me to buy a service agreement--thank you for that.) That made it worse.Second visit he caulked all around the edges of the freezer. Again this made it worse. The ice buildup is also causing my refrigerator to run more often. I am up to 3rd visit this am. Thus I have wasted 4 days of my time waiting upon repair. The refrigerator was on sale and cost 564.29. Each of the repair visit receipts have been for 220.32. Thus this visit exceeds the cost I paid. I have always purchased Sears appliances--and I am old--64. I am most disappointed and would like a new refrigerator.

It looks nice enough to leave laundry door open. It was a fair price as long as its durable. Products need to be more durable, made to last. Make the name actually mean something. It had a defective water pump w/in a few months of purchase. This defect was known by the water pump manufacturer Whirlpool Corp. It leaked under the floor & into crawl space. Not covered by Sears warranty or homeowners insurance. Whirlpool wouldnt cover the damage. I had to hire an atty. After a long drawn out process the dishwasher never cleaned the dishes. It has a touch screen w/ 10 features but they dont do anything differently other than longer or shorter time. It is a regular size. Stainless steel. Kenmore Elite Energy Star. Kenmore is Sears brand but not all the parts are not covered by Sears, standard 1 yr warranty.

It does its job but I hardly ever use it because I always seem like I am cleaning the dishes and other cookware again when the dishwasher is done. It’s a standard size for the dishwasher. I, however, would measure the space that you want the dishwasher to go in. It matches all of my other black appliances. Maybe someday different colors will be available in a special order. I did some research on this. I got a good deal but I wish it cleaned my dishes a little better. If you want something more economical this is good.

Bought a Kenmore Sears 600 series. Awful machine. Uses 4 inches of water even with deep fill. It snags clothes and/or makes holes in the clothes even my shag throw rugs. I have small holes in New dish towels, snags in the towels and wash cloths, snags and holes in knit tops. The only way you can get more water into the tub is use the bulky/bedding and that takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Had the repairman out 3 times. One said, You have to fill the washer. Cant do small loads. 2 pair coveralls and 1 pair of mens jeans isnt enough. Then thats the way it should be sold!!! Use only full loads!!! My daughter has the same washer. Same thing for her. Snags and holes. It took a while to figure out where the damage was coming from. One more repairman coming today. Hes wasting his time and mine. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!

Dishes did not come out clean. The parts in the dishwasher were cheap and broke easily. Our dishwasher broke just outside of the warranty period. The size was fine. It could use a sturdier rack system. This is one part of the dishwasher with which I am not completely frustrated. It fits into the allotted space in my kitchen. It is a decent size to clean dishes from several meals. The dishwasher is aesthetically pleasing. I do prefer the stainless steel that I upgraded to after this dishwasher broke. The control panel looks nice. This dishwasher was flimsy, poorly made, and inefficient. I plan to never purchase a Whirlpool or Kenmore appliance ever again. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap.

I loved it. Easy to use. Gave me so much extra time since I didnt have to wash all the dishes by hand. Loved it so much for real.Trust me. Perfect size. Two shelfs top and bottom. One for bowls and cups and the other for like pots, pans and plates and a little spot for all your forks, spoon and knifes. Everything fit in. It looked nice. I had no problem with it. I liked how it came in black. It matched everything else in my kitchen which made me one very happy camper but yea it looks good. I have a better model now but this one still did wonders. The Kenmore is a good product. I also have a Kenmore washer every machines. My Kenmore is a good dishwasher. Everything comes out clean and shining. Plus it keeps the inside of the dishwasher nice and clean and there is no smell in the dishwasher before use, start the load of dishes and after the load is finish. But the dishwasher could be a different color. Instead of black, it could be red to match the microwave.

I like the power spray. It always cleans the dishes the best without any dirty spots on the dishes. Also everything smells fresh all the time. The time spent washing is very short which is great. I wish it would use less water to save as much as possible. The dishes always come out really hot which can burn you if not careful. I like the Kenmore brand because it is the most trustworthy brand. It does not always clean as well as I would like it to as sometimes it leaves hard water on the dishes and makes them look like they arent clean. Gets the dishes clean, even the baked on, stuck on cheese from our baked ziti. Theres never dishes or glasses that have residue or residual food on them. Normal sized dishwasher. A lot of space on the inside, plenty of space to get 2 days worth of dirty dishes in it. Maybe more if youre an expert loader. Goes with our kitchen very nicely. Cant go wrong with black. Not sure how much I can say about the appearance other than we like it and it works for us. Obviously it costs money. A little cheaper than some of the other brands we looked at. You get what you pay for and were happy with our choice.

Dishes are clean with minimal rinsing. Mostly comes out of the dishwasher with no spots and water marks. It tends not to leave my glass bowls and dishes cloudy. I am happy to load a normal days dishes plus a bit more. It fits into the space it is designed for, it blends well into my cupboards bigger plates, and pots fit ok. The black finish matches my darker cupboards and kind of blend in. I like the way it looks even though I have stainless other appliances on my white cupboards. We were able to buy it on sale. Would gave a 4.5 instead of 4, but you dont have it, and 5 means its perfect, there always room for improvement in my view. Had the dishwasher for 18+ yrs and during that time only had to replace a clogged spray arm at the bottom. A $20.00 parts. DIY. Therefore it does not owes me anything and was money well spent, especially in these days where most mechanical & electronic usually requires a 5 or 10 years warranty extension on something which should last 20 years plus. Thus manufacturer are not really doing a good QC of their products.

The features I like most about my Kenmore dishwasher is the large capacity, the power scrub option, and the quietness of the machine. It has been a very good piece of kitchen equipment for me. Sears and Kenmore both made it easy for me to cross them off my list for future appliance purchases. If I cant trust them with a small appliance like a microwave, I know I wont be able to trust them with a large purchase. No one should have to replace a microwave after just two years, especially when its kept in pristine condition. My microwave was great when it worked, easy to clean and large interior. Then it started rotating and heating when I opened the door (dangerous). Then when door was closed, food was placed inside and you would expect it to heat something, it would instead countdown and nothing happened. Only thing that worked was the timer.For months I contacted Kenmore on FB privately showing them video of both issues and their response was basically, Im sorry for your troubles, theres nothing we can do. I have a dishwasher with another company that messed up and they actually cared about making things right. I wouldve easily bought a replacement, but the dont care attitude keeps me from replacing my Kenmore microwave with another Kenmore microwave. After just 2 years, Id expect more.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

Kenmore does everything you need as to washing dishes. It’s an excellent name brand I love, very trustworthy and dependable. You have to love its size because I surely do. All it takes is for me to load the dishwasher all at once. It’s a one-stop shop. The appearance is outstanding… its more advanced new technology is something that I would stick by. Many people think of the name and think, “oh its expensive…” when actually you get a great deal depends on where you get one at. Its worth the price.

The dishwasher I had was very good and clean the dishes very good without having to wash the dishes first. It left quite a shine on the dishes when using a liquid washer. It was 36 in by 48 in high with wheels so that I could roll it around. It very Durable and lightweight. The kitchen was very small but got the job done. It was very light - maybe a white or a off white in color but very good looking dishwasher that I would recommended to family or friends. I know they would like it. It was very rate highly by myself and other that visit my house. The price was very reasonable and very well adjusted. The price was very low and I like that.

It is a brand I trust and have owned before. It was recommended to me by friends and by family who have used it for years and have had no complaints. We have a very large family that cooks a lot and appreciate not having to wash dishes after preparing such a large meal for our families. Easy to use and gets everything clean which is very important. In my family we have a lot of parties and use the dishwasher a lot for these large special occasions that are very important to my future. We bake BBQ fry so much cooking. I have found this to be the best dishwasher I and my family has ever used. A little hard to load larger pieces in the machine. The one thing that would be better would be if I could fit larger pieces in the dishwasher with more ease. I cook a lot and need room for large dishes.

Came home Thanksgiving night to the immediate smell of burning plastic. Opened the dishwasher to see a flame at the bottom, the entire inside and all components melted, as well as all of my dishes cracked and melted! No recalls on this model and Kenmore/Sears hung up on me when I asked for a manager because they want to charge me $90 for a repair technician to come tell me it cant be fixed! I saved several hundred dollars on it. I got such a great deal and it has paid for itself several times. I also received free delivery with my purchase.

Model: 665.12763K312. I ran the 3+ year-old Kenmore Elite dishwasher on 4 hour delay cycle but it didnt shut off during the night. The next morning, it was still cycling with water running through it. The counter tops above the dishwasher were too hot to touch. I immediately cancelled the cycle. After a few minutes, we opened the door and the blast of heat/steam set off the heat detector/smoke alarm in the kitchen. Inside the plastic cups were misshapen due to excessive heat, a drinking glass was cracked from the heat, and my the finish on my plates was crazed/etched/rough. Many online reports say there was a fire hazard for other models, but the recalls have already ended. Kenmore offered to send a repair person out, but I declined. Its too much of a fire risk to ever use this one again.

After my KitchenAid lasted only five years, this Kenmore Elite has been a lifesaver. In nine years I have not experienced any leaks, food buildup, or any significant issues with cleaning. The top racks hold a variety of glasses, including wine or champagne, small dishes and bowls and coffee pots. The bottom rack is user friendly where I can put a weeks worth of dinner dishes, bowls, and soup bowls. As the KitchenAid runs the noise is very minimal and unobtrusive. I would purchase this model again.

Kenmore is the best brand in the business. Theyre quality products with the most advanced technology. They are constantly striving to be better than their competition. I love the heated dry feature and the fast dry feature. I love the energy efficiency. They use so much less energy than the dishwashers of the competition. I also love the whisper quiet feature as it keeps the noise levels to a minimum yet very strong on cleaning the mess. Plus, it takes less water to run the dishwasher than it does to take a shower.

I had great experiences with other Kenmore appliances, but this dishwasher was not on par with the past appliances from them. It works fine but the Kenmore products I had before were superb. It was not as fast as my previous washer and the racks are spaced a little oddly. It is manageable but it is an irritating thing. It is something that needs improvement. But, it is quiet and effective. I like that is HE. It has been very reliable, I havent had any problems with it except that it was damaged when it first arrived. Although that was the retailers fault and they immediately replaced it.

It’s really what first sold me on it as I wanted something simple not too messy with lots of buttons on the outside, sleek blends into the kitchen space very nicely. Bought it on a small sale but from talking to other owners it sounded like I got a great deal, and definitely not going to complain about that.

Im satisfied with the appearance of this dishwasher although this dishwasher looks like your standard dishwasher. The color and finish are acceptable. The dial does not stand out in a bad way. This dishwasher has plenty of room for all types of dishes, from plates and bowls to mixing bowls to pots and pans to silverware to cups and mugs. I dont have a problem fitting in all my dishes. It does exactly what a dishwasher should: cleans dishes without pre-washing. Its efficient, not too loud, and easy to use. This specific dishwasher is a good value when compared to all dishwashers. It isnt ridiculously expensive, but its also not cheap or poorly made. I would recommend this dishwasher and If youre in the market for a dishwasher, this is a good value for your money.

I always had a bunch of dishes to do and this dishwasher never let me down. It worked great and got the dishes spotless every time. Not one time did it ever break down on me. It held a lot of dishes and had enough space for breakfast lunch and dinner dishes from a family of 5. But it wasnt so big that it was bulky. The color was beautiful too. Shiny without being too shiny and was very easy to clean. It also wasnt too bright or too dull. It was just right. The biggest thing I was worried about was the price. With two toddlers to take care of I didnt have a lot of money but I was scared if I didnt spend a lot of money I would get something that didnt work good. With this I got something fairly priced that works great.

Washed dishes thoroughly and left no food debris after the cycle was finished. Also, does not use an excess of water. I found it to be economical and environmentally sound. I would absolutely recommend this model to anyone who was searching for a new dishwasher. It was slightly compact but served our needs as a small family. We had a total of 3 people living in our home and it did a terrific job at accommodating all of our dishes. It had a clean and sleek design. Not too many frills, just a practical overall design. Great for remodeling your apartment or townhouse. The price was great compared to similarly sized dishwashers that was on the market for other companies. It was not the cheapest, but definitely the best value for the quality received.

It gets food off everything, even if not rinsed out. It dries the dishes well and the pot feature is great. The filter on the bottom separates the food. This makes it easy too. The top has good depth and fits tall glasses and also some pots and pans. The bottom can fit in a lot and often I can get extra dishes, glasses and casserole dishes, even pot tops or roasting pans. I try and keep it clean and wipe it down with a dose decent spray. Also we clean the inside every couple of months. The value for money has exceeded our expectations. The dishwasher is really sturdy inside and was not made with flimsy plastic.

This is the second Kenmore product I have bought that has not even lasted 5 years. This dishwasher stopped heating up for washing and drying. The repairman said it would cost $380 to repair as the control board needs to be replaced. I saw there is a recall related to the control board on Kenmore dishwashers but my model is not on the list. I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 2 years ago and it just died. It took the company 2 weeks to get a repairman to my home. When they did, he told me the refrigerator needed a new motor, fan, and coolant. He said it would cost $1,300.00 to repair. I asked him why it broke after only 2 years. He said he didnt know but that he was fixing them regularly, several a week. Well, after being a loyal customer for many years Sears has refused to help because I didnt buy a warranty! I have bought all of mine as well as my daughters appliances from Sears and never had an issue but its disheartening to find that after all your loyalty, if you do, Sears will not be in your corner. The girl I talked with was actually rude and told me my choices were, I could pay them $1,300 to fix a Refrigerator I just bought, or I could buy a new one, or I could use a cooler for the upcoming summer. She forgot one choice, the one Im taking and that is never shopping with them again, posting negative reviews on social media, and filing complaints with the BBB, CFP and with any other agency I can find.

Its large and turntable works wonderfully. It hold my large 9x12 baking dishes. The power setting for reduced power does not work well! Difficulty getting 50% power intermittently ineffective. Other than that it is a good microwave.

The dishwasher is and was a good purchase and it worked as advertised. We are happy for the overall experience and we would buy another one soon. The size is a standard size but it has a unique shape that allows me to fit dishes in a more efficient manner. Highly recommend it and it is awesome. We bought this dishwasher (Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66513409N410) 11/2014 & are extremely disappointed. We paid 549.99 sale price & thinking that it was smarter to pay a bit more for a better product. NOT SMART AT ALL!!! It doesnt clean very well and the motor stopped working after only 1 year and 2 months... We cant afford a new one so we hard to order a new motor for $68 to replace it. We do not recommend it... This is the 2nd Sears dishwasher in 4 years. 1st was cheaper and didnt last long either. NEVER AGAIN BUYING AT SEARS... They could not do anything to help me with this situation. UGHHH Lesson Learned!!

We needed a new dishwasher as our previous one stopped working and this Kenmore Dishwasher was on a yard sale site that was accepting offers and was readily available. I love the color, how plush it was with my cabinets and how easy it is to load and unload, and how quiet it is when washing a load of dishes and the heated dry option. Quieter than our previous dishwasher. But being a family of 6 and as the primary cook in the house, we go through a lot of dishes in one meal and we have to do a minimum of 2 loads per meal to clean all of our dishes so I would improve on how much you can load in the dishwasher and make the top rack a little more sturdy so it can hold a little bit more weight to it.

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

The performance is great. It has different settings so you can wash longer or shorter time periods and my dishes come out clean, thats the most important thing. I like the size of our dishwasher. It is big enough for a pretty big load of dishes but its compact enough to fit in an average kitchen space. I do like the appearance of our dishwasher. This dishwasher was already in a home I bought and when I saw it was a Kenmore I was skeptical. Much to my surprise, its the best dishwasher Ive ever had and Im 64 years old. It has 5 cycles and 5 options but the normal wash with heat dry is all Ive ever needed. It gets everything sparkling clean. The interior is stainless which I had never had before but its easy to wipe clean. The outside is sleek and unobtrusive. The controls are easy to see. Its practically silent. I only hear it for a minute or so as it cycles through.

Every dish, every utensil or silverware price that comes out is sparkling clean no residue and it doesnt take long to go through the process either and it does a great job. The dishwasher fits a load of dishes no problem. The dishes fit perfectly in there. I can put my crock pot in there the glass part. The silverware have a handy little container that fits perfectly. My tall cups fit in there perfectly. It is sleek and goes perfectly with all the other appliances in my kitchen. Its easy to open, its easy to use. The buttons are very clear to read and theres very many options to pick from. We searched around for different types different sizes and this dishwasher was the perfect size with the perfect components at the price that we wanted.

Kenmore is a well-known and reliable name with a good reputation so I trust it. I also bought it on sale and it got the area I needed it to nicely. The price was right and warranty on par with what I expect. It was always pretty. It has definitely met my expectations. My dishwasher is spacious but not intrusive. Its fast wash and gets very hot. Dishes are always spotless. Plenty of room for everything. It takes the gel packs which is much easier. Its not too loud at all. I cant complain. I bought a Kenmore dishwasher 18 years ago, but rarely being used as I live alone. I used it for some guests not long ago, the programming has been messed. There is instruction about how to reboot the programs in case it is not working. Sears is famous in eager to send you repair person to get your money instead of putting instruction in manual regarding this problem. They do not offer online or on phone tech support like other big item companies do. No wonder so many Sears are out of business now as their customer support is extremely poor. I liked the built in smart wash heated rinse and dry. It also seems to not leave the metallic smell, taste and feel of the type of dishwasher detergent I use. Felt it was more sanitary that way. I can no longer use the rinse aid feature. Does a poor job cleaning. It has great features, but they dont work anymore. Stopped working in less than a year. Totally adequate. Looks fine. This dishwasher came with the house. I was pleased that it was a Kenmore brand, and it has proved to be a great appliance. It does its job, it is quiet and effective. Ive yet to find any reason to replace it. I will look at Kenmore when I do have to though. The racks are well made so placement of my dishes is easy. Basket for silverware is a breeze to use. The top rack has plenty of room above it for tall glasses and other items that require the top rack. Spacing on the racks is good, items rarely fall through to the bottom rack. But, the placement of the handle where you open the door is not what I would have done. I break a nail almost every time I open it. Other than that there isnt much I would alter about this dishwasher.

It is very easy to maintain. I have never scratched it nor has it ever chipped. The holders inside are brittle and a few have broken. We got it on sale years ago. I really enjoy the option to either heat dry or air dry the dishes. I think that is a fantastic idea. I also enjoy the timer so I can load it at night and it will wash by itself right after breakfast even when Im not home! I would like a pre-soak option because as much as I do love the sprayers there are somethings I make need a soak. I would also love if it would hold a large quantity of soap and dispense itself. It is a relatable brand with great advertising and its products really do provide the service that they say they should. Its efficient. The only thing that I would improve is the longevity of the product but even then Im not sure how long they actually last because Ive had mine so long and Ive never had a problem.

I purchased this dishwasher because it had great reviews from Consumer Reports! After 3 years the bottom power wash blade has stopped working, and the appliance repairman said the motor is shot, and its leaking. He suggested buying a new dishwasher! I paid $1100 for this machine. No, I did not purchase an extended warranty. In addition around the same time I purchased a Sears side by side refrigerator that we keep in our garage. The temperature gauge had to be replaced as well. What has happened to Sears quality. I will never purchase another Sears appliance again.

This dishwasher cleans well. The only problem I have is the dishwasher not completely drying. When I go to empty it, the dishes have water sitting on them and I have to dry most of them off if not all. The size fits well under my counter. The size of it also fits the dishes well in it. It could be a little bigger but the size it is works fairly well. The appearance of this dishwasher is great. It is all black. The all black can sometimes cause issues with fingerprinting though. Fingerprints on the dishwasher are extremely noticeable. I feel like what I paid for the dishwasher it should dry better. That should be part of the dishwasher that should work well. I should not have to dry the dishes off after every wash.

Overall, it cleans the dishes. However, some pots and pans it never cleans. Also it is very loud. Sometimes, I have to handwash dishes like if I poach a chicken or make mashed potatoes. The dishwasher gets ran almost every day. If it were larger then, I would not have to run it as frequently and could save water. Water is an important resource. The dishwasher is plain black which is satisfactory. It looks like pretty much every other single dishwasher ever made except white or stainless ones. It is a decent value. However, the next dishwasher that I buy will be quieter with more features. This dishwasher is pretty basic.

The problem I have had is with the change in the ingredients in dishwasher detergent! Its not the dishwashers fault! I bought some plain citric acid, and that has solved the problem of dishes not coming out sparkling clean! Plenty of cycles, including pots and pans and a china setting, which I have used for my knick knacks. Also, a time-delay, which is very handy, as is the Quick Rinse feature. Also has a water-heating setting, and either a heated drying or air drying. Its plenty big, does a service for eight serving dishes, silverware in a basket. One of which closes (for little things), and a small basket in front for utensils and plenty of top space for glassware and small plates. I got a shiny black front to my dishwasher to match the other kitchen appliances; I find it quite attractive! My dishwasher is quite old; its 13 and still running just fine. Only one service call, many years ago to unclog a little drain, which the repairman showed me how to check myself. Some of the tines on the baskets are damaged, but its way too expensive to get new replacements, and its not that big of a problem. The dishwashers does a load everyday.

Im very happy with the best dishwasher Ive ever had. Its one of the best purchase Ive ever seen in the world. Kenmore is the perfect size to fit just about anywhere in the kitchen and it will save you tons of space. The value is greatly above average for me. I am extremely happy with the way it operates and it looks extremely expensive even though it wasnt that expensive to purchase at all. The look is very impressive to anyone who comes into my home. I dont have any complaints. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a dishwasher.
