After buying 3 Kenmore appliances from Sears (recommended by friends) I have had to pay out $300 for repairs to my refrigerator that is barely 3 years old. Is this the quality of the parts used to construct their appliances?? I am now waiting for something else to happen to, unfortunately, the other 2 appliances!! Not happy with Kenmore/Sears and will try to avoid products by that company.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite 795 Model refrigerator from Sears, $2500, in July of 2016. In May 2018 it stopped working. Repeated calls to customer service over a month and still no help with anyone to come take a look at it. My problem is not unique from reading the reviews. What I do want to ask is, does anyone know or is involved with any class action suits against Sears or Kenmore for the problems we are having?

My Kenmore refrigerator is 21 years old and has never had any problems. We bought it the day we moved into our house. It is the perfect size for our family, 21 cu. Its frost free which is great. It is white which matches our kitchen design.

This fridge is amazing. I love how big it is. Its also very sleek looking and makes the kitchen look modern. Ice and water maker are great. Holds so much food! I have a big family and this fridge is big enough to hold food for all of us. Its amazing to not have to go to the grocery store every other day. Looks great in any kitchen. I love love love the stainless steel look. Very modern. The refrigerator is a little pricey but I guess its worth the price. Price alone isnt great but value is totally worth it.

I liked the good quality and name recognition. I saw a great advertisement regarding Kenmore when I was looking for a refrigerator that really swayed me. I wanted a dependability refrigerator and Kenmore seemed like a good choice to me in that regard. It kept my food and other items at a constant temperature that was cold enough to prevent my food from going bad which is exactly what I wanted it to do. However, it is scratched easily when in daily use and it scratched the floor as well whenever I tried to move it. It is costly to repair as well. I had it break down once and it cost an arm and a leg.

We purchased an LG refrigerator through Sears under Kenmore name with model number 795.71309.011. Fridge is under warranty for only one more week, and the top portion stopped working. Service man told us today that this is a problem with this models bottom drawer design, because you think it is closed but it is open enough to cause a frost problem that freezes the fan. It appears to be a similar problem to other LG refrigerators that have been recalled and the fan can be a fire hazard. Our model has not been recalled, but serviceman said we better get extended warranty because this is a lousy model. If he is telling the truth, it should have been recalled. If he is lying, its a Sears scam to scare us into buying expensive extended warranties. It also took the one week to come out and service, because they ordered a new PCB, but that wasnt even the problem.The service man said that this model has been out five years with this problem with no change in the design. There is too much play in the bottom drawer door. He changed the PCB anyway, because he said he changes 30-40 bad PCBs a year on this model. He also changed the sensor in the freezer drawer door that communicates to the PCB.I feel that in light of his information, Sears should give me the extended warranty for free. They also dented the door when it was originally delivered, and we could never get through on the 800 number to get compensation. And they count on us being too busy to follow through.

Let me start by stating what is good about this refrigerator. It has not killed anyone. Here is the not so good: 1. Year one face of deli draw pull off. We are average family of four. Not abusive in any way and the fronts of the drawers began to fall off. I installed stainless screws and nuts to hold them on after year one. 2. On year three the water line burst. Did not find this until I found a puddle of water in the basement. Ruined the new flooring, thankfully it is not noticeable unlesss you pull the fridge out. 3. Also year three it began freezing off and on in the refrigerator. 4. Next the water line began to freeze up, now not making ice. The temperature setting is on 45F. 5. Now the stop on the fridge door broke. The door now slams into my hand made kitchen cabinets if youre not careful.6. Today the bottom door shelf cracked and fell off from the freezer.A man can only take so much, off to buy a new freezer before the water line breaks again.

This refrigerator performs very well. The temperature is always as cold as it should be, dont need to defrost, ice maker is great. I would highly recommend it to anyone. This refrigerator is the perfect size, at least it is for me. It has lots of storage room in both the refrigerator and the freezer. There are lots of shelves which can be adjusted to whatever suits your needs. I love the appearance of this refrigerator. Its black, which matches everything else in my kitchen. I really love it. Its probably the best refrigerator Ive ever owned. The value is great. It wasnt very expensive to begin with. It doesnt use much energy, so it isnt eating up your electric bill like some refrigerators might. I am very glad that I bought it.

Cleanest clothes ever. The wash was quiet and efficient. I wanted to wash my clothes all day. Could hold any size load and get it as clean as the smallest size. Detergents worked well and there was no residue. Its honestly the most amazing appliance I have besides my refrigerator. Its used almost everyday and Ive had no issues. Its been almost three years since weve had it and its as reliable as its been the first day. It fits with any interior decor, really. The stainless steel is timeless and modern. Easy to clean (if there were any spots), and easy to clean on the inside as well. The technology looks advanced. Youre really getting the bang for your buck here. The only washer Id recommend and the price is amazing. Especially where you purchase it, the retailer could have a deal to make it even more sweet.

I got this refrigerator as a present, it replaced my old general electric refrigerator. I love my Kenmore. My electric bill had gone down and I have not had any problems with it. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone that needs to replace theirs. I do not have any problems fitting all of my groceries in it. Before I had a smaller refrigerator and was always having to let my daughter keep some of my groceries in her refrigerator for me. It is stainless steel and it matches all of the other appliances I have in my kitchen. I do have a problem keeping the stainless steel shiny. Someone once told me to spray wd40 on it and it would really shine. This refrigerator is very valuable to me. I do not know how much it cost because it was a gift to me. But I really love it and would pay whatever was needed if I needed to replace it.

I chose Kenmore because it is a well known brand and I know some of my family has had a Kenmore refrigerator last for many many years. I liked that it looked great in my kitchen and it went very well with all of the other appliances. It had lots of room for me to store everything I needed in it. It kept all of my food at the correct temperature and kept them fresh. But I would want an alarm on the door if it is left open by accident. It would help ensure that your food was kept at the proper temperature and alarm everyone if there is a problem. Other than that, it lasted so long and had great performance. It definitely met my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new refrigerator.

Plenty of room for my groceries... Plenty of shelving and temperature controlled drawers. Love it. Easy to keep clean. Self defrosting is a joy to have. In accordance to size for my household its perfect. I am a shopper so I always could use more room... but I make do with what I have. No regrets with my fridge. My fridge is simple the way I like it. Do not need anything too extravagant. It is the right size and looks great in my eyes... fits perfectly in my kitchen. The price of my appliance was cost efficient for me and my needs. It has all features needed for what I buy and put in it. All in all a good deal.

Standard reliable refrigerator that was good for the price. Got it at Sears on sale and lasted about 5 years before I decided to replace to a more modern model. Good storage compartments, defrosts itself. Compartments make it easy to organize food products. Can sustain a pretty significant load without breaking apart. Freezer is spacious enough. A little basic compared to more modern models but does its job. Easy to clean and fits my kitchen style theme. Wish it was more visually appealing honestly. Fairly priced considering how long it held up and with the features it has such as nice compartments. Good value since it was on sale at Sears.

Its a great refrigerator. Meets all my needs and more. Worth way more than I paid for it. Keeps food fresh and makes food last for a very long time. Freeze and refrigerates stuff in a timely manner without any problems. Has a great overall design. Very easy to understand and really easy to use. Theres no other refrigerator like it. Its 100% top of the line and really easy to install.

The performance of this refrigerator met all of my needs personally and I was extremely satisfied with the performance and the look of this refrigerator. It was perfect size for all of my groceries and fit well with the size of my smaller kitchen, and it didnt look disproportional in my kitchen. The appearance of this refrigerator is stylish and up to todays standards. It has a ultra-modern look which is perfect for my kitchen, and all my friends and family always compliment the look. This refrigerator was a steal compared to the others on the market. I personally bought mine at Best Buy and got it for around 300 dollars cheaper than the original price which was a great price for what it has done for me.

This refrigerator was good quality, it was reliable. Would of enjoyed one of the stainless steel models with the sleeker look and more modern design, but this fridge was fine. It was easy to keep clean even though its white. Also, it was a good size for my family (myself, husband, and one child). There was plenty of room and extra for everything we need. I tend to cool a few big meals on Sunday to last a few days and need to store it in large tupperware or pots and that can take up a lot of room but I had it with this fridge. We had it for years with no problems and I didnt feel like this fridge option was overpriced. I like this brand and its a trusted name so I felt comfortable with what we were purchasing. I would recommend this fridge and this brand.

Sleek. Both freezer and fridge are very spacious. Keeps the inside at a cool 38 degrees at all times. I can fit all of my needed items inside the fridge and freezer with more room to spare and I have a lot of stuff inside of both the fridge and freezer. Plus the ice making machine is in the freezer but I still find that I have more than enough room. Its stainless steel on the outside which is so shiny you can see your reflection. It is super easy to clean. The ice and water maker match beautifully with a black finish. There is also a night light on the water maker. It will match any kitchen with the beautiful stainless steel. It was on the pricier side but is well worth it. It looks like I paid a million dollars but in reality I got it for a steal in terms of how it has benefited my household.

It is cooling, very ease to use, performance good, really realistic. Happy with the cooling system, helps to keep fresh fruits and vegetables, maintains temperature in summer, powerful freezing system.

These refrigerators use LG components which fail in their first 3-4 years if youre lucky. They will fail again several months or a couple years after. You will be up to your ears in repair bills and have to transfer spoiled food to a reliable old refrigerator.

Wanted a side by side; like the refrigerator haven’t had any issues with it, like that top shelf slides out. Some containers you can’t stand up straight, the freezer is small & narrow, things fall through the grates on the shelf. It is 16 years old & sometimes you would just like to have a newer model.

Its great very quiet and have never had a problem. Cools and freezes fast and never a outage or melt down. The best on the market that I have ever found. Really big size for all a large family needs but it is too large perhaps for a single person. It would be nice to have the same model in a small apt size. The style is nice and so are the features but the color choices could be better. Really great price for what I pay for. The upfront cost will be repaid within a few years as mine has and as long as it keeps working I will make my whole investment back.

My size is small due to the size of my kitchen but would love to have a larger model to hold more food and have a bigger freezer for meats and vegetables. I had a Kenmore refrigerator about 10 years ago when my kids were younger and we had a Sears charge card and I had no problems with it at all. I cant recall why we got rid of it but it was a great fridge.

The freezer work perfectly fine. Its a standard refrigerator and it performed as I expected a refrigerator freezer to. The refrigerator met and exceeded my expectations in terms of space. Now as far as the freezer is concerned it was able to hold much more than the regular items that I would keep stored in the freezer. Standard refrigerator on bottom with freezer on top standard regular white nothing fancy but nice and clean. Sturdy handles on both refrigerator and freezer. Pretty good value for the money. Thank goodness isnt overly price. While comparing prices to other brands the Kenmore was the best value for the particular model that I got.

It was great for a not so top of the line model. It was our first so we were happy with the quality. The upper freezer was smaller than expected but you get what you paid for. Shelves were nice, inside was good and it lasted a long time. We could have used a bigger fridge but we knew that when we purchased this fridge. For a first time owner with not much to spend this works out great. White like most fridges. The appearance was nice for a cheaper fridge. It fit in nicely with the other appliances that we had in our kitchen. Good value for what you get. We paid very little but needed a fridge so we went with a brand we were familiar with. We have since upgraded but it did its job!

We bought a Kenmore refrigerator 3 years ago. About 6 months after we bought it, the light quit working in the refrigerator. Lately, the motor/fan has been very loud and now the refrigerator portion is not cooling and the panel reads EE FF. It is also making popping sounds. I called Sears repair and they were more than happy to send someone out for $95. I havent decided whether I am going to have them out.

It has a reset capability, which comes in handy when you change the water filter. The cubes and crushed ice tend to get stuck but nothing you cant use your hand to fix. Its not the biggest especially if you have a big family, its more than perfect for smaller households. The freezer is pretty standard as well as the actual fridge part. Its sleek and stainless steel. It does dent pretty fast though, any of the slightest hits could leave a small impact. Needless to say its pretty easy to clean. I dont recall how much I purchased it for, but it must of been a great value since I purchased two of the same product.

Kept everything fresh. No problems with leaking or breaking. Lots of room in freezer! Convenient size and held up to weather conditions in a garage. Perfect size to fit lots of stuff without being bulky. Top freezer gives a lot of freezer space. Much more than a pullout drawer freezer. Clean-looking outside. Neutral white color, clean-looking glass and drawers inside fridge. Sleek-looking. No complaints! Great fridge for reasonable cost. Not much change in electric bill adding this as a secondary garage fridge. I got it with a coupon too so it was a great value.

Kenmore is backed by Sears which seems dependable company. The refrigerator was with a good warranty. Living on a small island there used to be a Sears repairman in case of problems. When I bought my condo the refrigerator was already there. The white freezer on top kept the ice cubes and kept ice cream cold. Produce remained crisp and meat was good temperature. It also blended in the kitchen quite well. However, it should have a finish so fingermarks dont show, have designer colors, and have more shelves in the freezer department. It also should be easy to pull out so can clean behind it. It needs lights in the freezer compartment too.

Its a very good fridge however it is small and I have a large family and will be upgrading to a larger one but overall great brand. Have had for 4 years and have not had a problem with it yet. The freezer is way too small, cant fit much in it unless you are single and live by yourself. The fridge part is bigger but not by much - this would be my only complaint with this fridge. Overall the appearance is nice although its very average. Would be nice if the basic fridge like mine had a better design than normal would be better.Considering my fridge is very basic and plain jane with only an ice maker as upgrade its worth what I pay for, being that I bought it from a discount store otherwise it would not be worth the full retail price. Should have more basic upgrades like an egg holder, more space in the door for larger bottles. To make the fridge taller would also allow for a larger freezer and an additional shelf in the fridge.

I bought a Kenmore Bottom Freezer Refrigerator 795.76203.901 about 2 years ago, and it is THE worst major appliance I have ever bought. This is supposed to be a high-quality appliance @ $1400, but it is now on its third major problem in 2 years. My previous GE did not have one service problem in 23 years. Twice, the Kenmore has stopped cooling altogether, once from a motherboard failure and the other time from a defect in the defrosting unit. Both times, it took the Sears/Kenmore service people 2+ weeks to be able to come out to fix it. Try going without a refrigerator for 2 weeks. Either local Sears/Kenmore does not employ enough service people, or the problem rate is so high they cant keep up, or both. Now, the refrigerator light switch has burned out. Whats next?

The performance of this refrigerator is amazing. It is quiet, strong, and long lasting. I know this appliance is going to last me a very long time, and that I can rely on it to have a longer life time than my last one. I like the way it looked in the kitchen that it was in. I love the fact that the door was on a swivel hinge. The door never got squeaky and was not too heavy. I also love that there was an ice maker on the fridge. There was a light in the fridge that was easy to replace, and the water was always really cold. I was very thankful that it has all of the features listed above. They made life much easier and the room in the fridge was great. The drawers were spacious and always kept my groceries, greens and fruit fresh and crisp. However, I did not like that this fridge did not have more options. I would also like to see more off the wall colors. I think that a touchscreen would have been nice. The amount that was paid for the fridge was quite hefty too. It was provided in a rental that we had moved in to. If I was a homeowner, I probably would not have paid so much for a fridge that did not have more options. I would not have this specific fridge in my home, however since I did not pay for it I was satisfied with it. I would probably buy this fridge for my own home only if the price was more reasonable for the options provided.

I love my refrigerator and its really roomy and keeps things really cold and Ive never had to service. I like the styling and it also cleans easily. I have a family of 4 and have plenty of room to store everything I need to. I can also buy extra food to store. I like that I dont have to use an extra freezer to stock up. Its clean and sleek and easy to locate what I need. Its also easy to clean inside and out. The doors are easy to use even for smaller kids. I think its a great value because it holds a lot of food is easy to store food and keeps items the right temp and Ive never had to service.

Fridge did the job that it was supposed to do. Our food was kept cold until we wanted to use it, many times for a week. All of our drinks were kept very cold. We had no leakage from under the fridge which was the main problem with our old one. This fridge blends in well with the decor of our kitchen. We also have a small freezer on the top which keeps everything frozen forever. Neither the fridge or freezer need to be cleaned out very often. I just like my fridge.

I am looking for other reviews/claims regarding the stainless finish coming off. Perhaps another class action lawsuit is in order. While the company can claim this is only cosmetic, I paid $2666.44 for this refrigerator and the brown spots are increasing weekly. I deserve a product that will last.We have purchased Kenmore products in the past with great results. I will NEVER EVER purchase another Kenmore product or buy from Sears again. This refrigerator is junk and shame on Sears for thinking the consumer should have to settle for the problems we are having. I am adding a copy of my receipt so I will be a Verified Buyer. Not as good as my current washer but it lasted a few years for the price we paid. Had better luck with it than our Kenmore fridge. Not sure I would buy brand again unless it came with a longer warranty at no cost.

I have recently replaced my Kenmore refrigerator. Not because I didnt absolutely love it, it just didnt fit into my new home. It was an amazing product and gave me many years of perfect service in my previous home. I will be purchasing a Kenmore again the future.

Just needed to take apart a three year old fridge that was so full of ice that the motor was making noises and stopped working. Ice buildup around coils and then into fridge behind the bottom drawers that hold fruit and vegetables.

Keeps everything cold and it also keeps the freezer stuff just as it should. It is not noisy and it last. I have had mine for a few years now. The size is great to hold everything and also everything fits great. There is a lot of space. It is a great brand and it fits my needs. I will buy this brand again if I should ever need another one. It looks great and I like the style. The price is great. It fits well with the brand and the style. I like that there is a top and a bottom. I also seen the side by side. No matter what style you get it will be great.

When I bought it it was a something I looked up. My other refrigerator broke so I went look everywhere. Couldnt find it. I found one online and I like it and it been working good for me ever since.

After having this refrigerator in my brand new home I was ready to chuck it out the window. The most God awfully annoying sound you could ever imagine was coming out of this machine. An irritating high pitched intermittent whistle. But when a service man arrived it was classified as a normal sound. Yep, I said normal. Unfortunately my husband was the only one home at the time so I couldnt argue. The next day I had a second repair person who said this Kenmore refrig is known to be noisy. I called customer affairs and there was nothing they would do. I ended up calling Sears store directly and they took care of it which I am thankful for. A new Whirlpool will be sent to me by the end of the week.

Bought a Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator for $2200 in January 2014. It stopped cooling in June 2018, the refrigerator is not under warranty but the parts and labor are under warranty. In the last 2 1/2 months I have had 10 appointments to have it repaired. It would work for 4-7 days and then stop cooling again. The last 2 appointments they didnt even show up and said the refrigerator is condemned and cant be fixed. One of the technicians told me the parts are inferior and not expected to last. Today I spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer solutions. After 1.5 hours all Jerry said he could do was to set another appointment for repairs. The ice maker also leaked and the excess ice would have to be cleaned about once a week. I was not satisfied with the product, the service, or the warranty. Not recommended.

Ive had a Kenmore Elite Grab-N-Go refrigerator for about two years. This model isnt one of the less expensive models in their line, but rather more on the expensive side. It started having a steady hum and would not stay cold. I checked the product user guide and found that the refrigerator has a feature called Kenmore Connect. You push a couple of buttons hold up your phone to a small speaker by the door and problems are diagnosed remotely. Pretty cool, except they will only do it if you are still under warranty. It doesnt mention that in the user guide. Ok, how about a service call? OK on September 29. Well, today is September 6th. I expect a refrigerator to last more than two years and have service in a reasonable time frame. I will be on the way first thing in the morning to buy a new refrigerator -- not Kenmore and I have bought Kenmore products almost exclusively for the last fifty years.

Good product and currently own as it keeps our food in great shape and ready to be cooked or some to be immediately served. Why would anyone not want such a good working machine? Keeps the temperature at just the right setting at all times. Does not get too cold on the freezer side and never frost bites any of our food.

Happy is the feeling I get when I see the refrigerator up and running for the last 7 years. Dependable is what I feel! Have had no problems with it and its been running for more than 7 years and a residence move. Its an appliance I shouldnt feel that I have replace because of it not working but of the Women aspect. Over the years some women and men stop loving the refrigerator and want a new one to match the home. Now this is what you have to look for. The refrigerator will last as long as your home does. Its that simple!

Definitely a good refrigerator. Kept my food cold. Reliable. Bought years ago and still going strong. I like the finish, the handles, and the consistent temperature. I feel like you can always use more room. Good room, but the freezer isnt as big as Id like. I like to keep meals frozen for later, and after adding all those together, it would be nice if there was more room. Very clean, polished, curved, appealing and matched my style. Modern, all and all, a very nice shiny fridge. I liked the color and the pattern. You pay what you get. I didnt expect to get a fridge for free or for 100 dollars. I think the price was more or less what I expected, but the value was good. Hard to make a big purchase like that often.

I absolutely love Kenmore. Their products are amazing! I especially love the refrigerator. It works amazing and everything about it is just perfect. I just love how its stainless steel. It has the double doors on top and the bottom drawer. Im in love with the water and ice machine. It has so much space its awesome.

We purchased a Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator with the ice maker and water dispenser in the door and freezer on bottom in 2006. Within less than a year, we had to have the ice maker fixed. A year after that, we had the same problem--we had to pay for it then. After spending $2200+ for the refrigerator, you should not have to buy an extended warranty. The water filter for the refrigerator costs $50 and I was told the ice maker wont work unless its been replaced. Now the whole thing may have burned up had my husband not been home. The light had not been turning off after the door closed (we had never changed the original bulbs), which caused the plastic around the lights to melt an bubbled the plastic on the refrigerator above it.

My parents bought Kenmore from Sears so when I needed a fridge I went to Sears and bought the same name brand. It was really the main brand that Sears sold so that is where they took me. It was a good fridge for the price. The fridge looked good and the exterior was easy to keep clean. It was durable, lasted a very long time and took a beating and managed to look good. Moreover, I liked the removable shelves for easy cleaning. However, the main shelves were not easy to remove or change. When something spilled in inside, it would often go down the back where I could not see it and pool underneath the crisper containers. In addition, some of the larger items did not fit well in the fridge.

It has easy to adjust temperature settings for fridge and freezer. Keeps everything cold. Shelves are easy to take and clean. Great quality. With a family of 5 I wish the freezer couldve been bigger but its decent sized. Fridge has plenty of room! Pretty standard set up for the type of fridge it is. We were looking for something budget friendly to get the job done and found it easily with this appliance. Ours is the basic white package but its still a good quality item. Evey reason we bought this product boils down to overall value. We are happy with what we brought home and the plus side is, it didnt break the bank.

The fridge keeps everything good and cold. It has a good ice maker and it was the best fridge. I had seen others like it but it has features like no the fridge I have ever seen. The fridge is good. I would recommend it. The fridge has a feature thats keeps thing ice cold and I love it. The appearance of the fridge is awesome. Its grey so it shines good when you clean it. I like the color of it. Definitely different. The appearance of it is deceiving. It changes colors overnight and when you clean it its different.

I just love this refrigerator. The shelves are adjustable, the freezer at the bottom is very convenient and has extra tray for ice cubes. I can adjust the shelves as needed to fit all of the items I need in the refrigerator. The vegetable bins are large and roomy. Tall items fit well in the door shelves. Flat items store well also. The freezer has ample room for flat frozen items, I dont have to put in my large freezer. The refrigerator is easy to clean. It has a non stick coating that makes stains and fingerprints wipe off easily. Great for families with little ones with sticky fingers. At first look I thought the cost was too much. But as I researched, I found the value of this refrigerator well worth the cost. This is our second refrigerator. We gave the other one to a sister and she still has it. It holds its value really well.

I have owned other appliances from other companies and would have issues after just a few months of owning the product. The biggest issue with other appliances that we have had is that it will stop cooling and our food would be ruined. As a mother of twins and a teenage daughter, this is a really big deal for us. We switched and since then, its been great. I dont have to worry about coming home to find that everything is ruined.We could use a bigger fridge since we are a large family but I think as long as we dont have to worry about our food being ruined, we are perfectly content. We have the typical type fridge. Freezer on top and fridge on the bottom... very similar to the fridges that our parents used as we were growing up just newer. We are not rich at all. We have twins and teens and that is enough to break the bank. We were very limited on how much we could spend on appliances. Considering we have gotten ours at a very affordable price and no issues, its priceless.

It was an innovative fridge that works great and keeps my food cold and fresh. It is stylish and looks great with my kitchen decor. Its stainless steel and is a side by side with a feature where I can control the temperature.

Do not buy Kenmore 60214. Previous to this model we had a Kenmore that lasted from 2000-2016 until the compressor died. This unit is 1 yr + 2 months and both freezer and fridge are suddenly not cold enough even with both dials are at the coldest. Will NEVER buy Kenmore brand again after being a loyal fan for over 30 years. Piece of junk.

My refrigerator is over 10 years old and running well. It has a bottom freezer which makes it more convenient because the items I use more frequently are at eye level. The adjustable shelves are also convenient for organizing my items. The crispers are large and I use one for fresh product and the other for cheese and bacon, etc. It also has a smaller third drawer which I use for deli meat. I love it and would recommend it highly. Solid and well-built.

We had a Kenmore refrigerator when our kids were young in the 80 and 90. We also had other Wards products. The Kenmore refrigerator lasted almost 20 years. It was reliable, low maintenance and served its purpose very efficiently. We had a maintenance contract on the refrigerator but never had to use it as I remember. This refrigerator lasted a long time. When it stopped working after many years, we simply had it removed from the house and bought a new one. I knew that the Kenmore was not fixable due to its age and lack of parts to fix it. The Kenmore brand was durable particularly if you have kids going in and out of the fridge daily. Kenmore was a solid American-made fridge (I hope) that only stopped once (when I had to buy a new one).

This Kenmore refrigerator was on sale and I needed it. I bought it because it was cheap and it was the one I could afford. But it was overpriced even on sale. I dislike the general aesthetic though. Its plain ugly, its like a box. The magnets fall off easy. Moreover, the light burnt out as soon as I got it home. On the other hand, ice maker and door handle works really well. Freezer keeps the ice cold and refrigerator keeps beer cold and food fresh and cold. ;) But sometimes it freezes everything on the top shelf.

It is a serviceable refrigerator, but it is difficult to clean. It also has a loud compressor that can be heard in the floors above and below when it kicks on. Plenty of space.

Do NOT buy a Kenmore Elite refrigerator from Sears. We purchased one in 2011. It broke down in September due to a failure of the refrigerant system, but Sears has been unwilling and unable to repair it. They stalled us, made us wait weeks for repairs, lied to us and finally tricked us into believing our warranty was not with them. They told us the warranty was with the manufacturer, LG. This, we found out, was a lie. It is now November and we have no refrigerator and Sears refuses to stand behind their product. They said their hands are tied. This was an expensive appliance and should not have had problems after only 4 years. That said, Sears has made it impossible with their 3 week appointment windows for repairs, never having the right parts, not showing up for appointments, excuses, and then deceiving us with their warranty story. All with no apologies for the time and trouble. We bought this Kenmore refrigerator in good faith, thinking it was the best we could get. Sears is NOT the same company that it used to be and we are done with them.

I bought a 3-door Kenmore (made by LG) top-of-the-line 31 cubic foot and have the same problem 3 times! They replaced the mother board 3 times and the heater for the defroster. I get an funky error message on the LED display, the water no longer works, the deli bin freezes over and the refrigerator only cools to about 45 or 50 degrees. Im looking for a Samsung now. Sears Outlet is loaded with the exact same refrigerators.

If I can give 0 stars I will and this is my first review of any product ever. Please DONT buy the side-by-side Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Our refrigerator is 4 years old just got out of a 3-yr warranty when it stopped producing ice. We had a $99 Sears technician come over to our home to look at our ice dispenser problem. It didnt have any problem with the water dispenser so we thought its an easy fix. The technicians diagnosis is to replace the whole door which COSTS $1716.50 (parts, tax & labor included). WHAAATTT!! But if I get the Sears home warranty its 50% off. The repair costs more than what we originally paid for it. I just want other consumer to be aware of this product so you dont make the same mistake.

Its ok. Not too flashy just plain white. It works for me and my family at the moment. There are multiple shelves in to allow me to separate the food and to individualize the food. I can fit most of the food but it can be a little bit bigger but I know you get what you pay for and if I wanted a bigger fridge I would have to increase my money. I was looking for something reliable but cheap because my previous fridge I went out but it works for me. Trimming is coming off after a few years and its not staying cold, but I know I didnt pay that much for it still suppose to last for a period of time.

Kenmore refrigerator 2007 (manufactured by LG) malfunctioned when the inside lights did not go off upon closing the doors. Heat buildup caused the control panel encasement to explode off its binding and heat from the bulbs scorched the light bulb receptacle and melted the butter inside the butter enclosure, and sent it down the whole side of the door. A dog can container was actually hot to the touch from this and the unit had to be unplugged because the bulbs (from the heat) melded to the unit. A fire would definitely have ignited had I not opened the door when I did.

Sears Kenmore Elite Refrigerator is junk. Weve had our fridge for 5 years and have had repairman out 4 times. Always a hassle and never can diagnose and fix it in one or even two visits. We are done with Sears. Never again.

As with all the Kenmore I have owned, very little maintaining. A lot of room for a smaller model. I have owned five Kenmore refrigerators. We had to choose a smaller model due to kitchen size in our rented house. But for 18 cubic feet there is a nice sized freezer. And room for vegetables. Its a small refrigerator. Blends well with other appliances. Fits in small places. Good for smaller kitchens. Looks great. We have the white one. As with all Kenmore products refrigerator comes with a great warranty and if you do need service technicians are great. Low cost for quality product.

In July and September my refrigerator was repaired because it wasnt maintaining proper temperatures. Right now (6 Nov) I cannot get the freezer to get below 10 degrees. It is so painful to take everything out of the refrigerator.

I bought brand new appliances from Sears.com in May 2017. The refrigerator broke down already. I called Sears. They sent a repair guy. Ice had formed in the freezer and caused the motor to shut down. He melted the ice with hot water and left... Fridge started making noise. I called back and was advised to wait a few days. The noise stopped came back and the ice formed again. Guy came back. Has to place parts on a 5 mo old refrigerator... Customer service is terrible. I spoke to 5 people. No resolution... They just want to replace parts and not the refrigerator.

The ice maker was a must-have for my husband. It really helps with keeping the freezer door shut and save energy. The kids drink more water because of it. All in all the fridge is very spacious and the shelves make it easy to find everything. 26 cu. ft was the biggest one they had. It works great for our family. The kids can always find their snacks after school or after play time. The whole family is happy with the size. Its very pretty and we get lots of compliments. People seem to like the size and the overall look of it. The finish is easy to clean and the ice maker is very noticeable. It was a little bit pricey, but so worth it. Overall we are very pleased with the fridge and the freezer. I would buy this one again, but being a Kenmore we wont need to for years to come.

This refrigerator has lasted a long time over 15 years never a problem. We have been extremely happy. We have never had to take it in to be serviced. It is big enough to hold all of our food. The size is great - it fits all of our food. The vegetables and the lunch meats. The cheeses and all of our other food. The top shelf is very good for our big items such as milk and ice tea juices. Bottles that are bigger. My refrigerator is white. It is big and fits in my kitchen very well. It is older now and theres some water deposit spots I cannot get off from the ice maker. It still cleans and looks ok. I dont know how much it is worth now but we bought it for $1500 15 years ago. It is an older model and not as modern as these new stainless steel refrigerators.

This is a great appliance by a trusted brand. It is the best one I have ever had and never quit at all. It kept all my food at the right temperature and everything tasted great. It was the perfect size. The shelves were just right and I could get everything into it just right. Good looking appliance too. Easy to keep clean and wipes clean very easy with a wet rag. Spills are easy to clean up and anyone would be happy to have this. It was a little expensive but worth it. You have to pay a little more for quality and you get what you pay for. This is a trusted brand and has been for the past 15 years.

Generally the Kenmore 795.76209.900 fridge has worked fine for the 3 years Ive had it. Complaints include I can put up with a few dents from the ultra thin sheet metal cabinet (Does it really have to be that thin??!! Can almost dent it with fingernail!!!), but the cheap plastic freezer compartment guide rail takes the cake. It broke, now I feel like Ive BEEN HAD paying $75.00 with shipping for the replacement part. Am worried the other side will break as well, so trying not to use the upper freezer rack for a week until the part arrives. Otherwise I would REALLY FEEL CHEATED for way over a hundred dollars for $2 worth of molded plastic that should have been made more durable in the first place.

I love my Kenmore refrigerator and all in all I am very content. I bought it because I got the most out of this one and got a better deal. I like the fact that it has a lot of room and plenty of places to put my items and it keeps them very cold almost to freezing. I love the chrome look and it wipes down easy. I bought it because I got the most out of this one. I got a very very good deal and I’m happy with it. But I dislike the fact like the ice maker arm gets stuck sometimes and it throws ice into the bottom of the refrigerator.

Do not buy Kenmore side by side refrigerator Model 41123. We were assured by the Sears technician that its compressor noise was typical of all new models. After only 14 months, the refrigerator stopped cooling. Good riddance. Piece of junk.

I needed a refrigerator that stays cold for a long time and Kenmore seem to be a great brand. It gets cold so fast and keeps food cold. It also have plenty of room for my food. It is also customizable, I could add an ice maker or switch the sides of the door if I wanted to do so. But the engine is so loud, I heard it through the walls and sometimes I could hear it while Im asleep in my room. I also want a freezer that carry a lot of food and the freezer part could be a bit bigger. Other than that, my expectations were met and I would get this product and brand again if I so wish.

My Kenmore refrigerator has been nothing but a consistent performer. I have never had to have it repaired or serviced. It looks great and comes with a great warranty. I bought it over ten years ago and it works just as well as the first day I owned it.

Like it - works well and keeps things cold. All you have to do is plug it in and it just runs all on its own. Did get the fridge in white and it does seem to show everything so have to wipe it down a lot. Its roomy and holds enough stuff easily. It looks real nice when it is new but over time it gets dirty and will look pretty bad if you dont clean it all the time. If you have a husband or kids it will get really messy really quick.

It keeps the item at a good cooling level. There is no freezer burns, no freezing in the food section. The fruits and vegetables stay fresh for a long time. Doesnt use a lot of electricity and it is user friendly. The size is perfect for my family and I. The egg compartment is big enough for at least 2 dozen eggs. The vegetables and fruits are packed safely without squeezing. The color fits with every other appliance in my kitchen. It is easily clean and no smudges. It is white so I can paint my kitchen walls any color and it still fits. The value is outstanding. It is inexpensive and it works. I would recommend this brand because it has everything and more to be the pride refrigerator in any kitchen.

The ice maker on this fridge, or I should say the water going into it and it dumping the ice along with some other item that runs very noisily, this is the loudest noisiest fridge we have ever purchased. We have had many Kenmore refers. The noise on our newest one is awful to say the least and the ice dispenser can jam up and you have to dump it all out and clean it up and dry it before you can put it back so it will work properly. Three times since April this year. Very disappointed with this Kenmore product. We still have our old fridge and are very close to putting it back in the house and giving this one away.

I researched several brands of refrigerators and Kenmore has always been a good brand for me. My expectations have been met and passed. I found this one on sale and the price was very good. I like the three doors and I like the freezer on bottom so I can reach everything, like ice maker tray. I also like the stainless-steel color, the adjustable shelves inside and the separate vegetable and meat compartments. It provides what I need. But the freezer could be a bit larger because I freeze a lot of food.

The performance of this refrigerator is outstanding. Its the best fridge out there, in my opinion. I really recommend you to get this. Just make sure you get the right one! The size of my refrigerator is crazy. There is so much storage. The size blew me away the first time I saw it. Just be careful now it looks a lot bigger than it shows in its picture, so dont be fooled thinking its small. The appearance of my refrigerator is great! Its so shiny you can see your own reflection. I like Kenmore refrigerators exterior water/ice; stainless steel finish and brand loyalty, side by side with great storage capacity. At time of purchase, it was best value in comparison with other brands. However, the water filters for the ice/water were costly. Improvement on price of filter and easy access to replace. Also quicker process for crushed ice and not having the shards splatter outwards rather than all directly in receptacle. But have had many Kenmore products/appliances. All were reliable and easy to purchase. Helpful salespeople. Warranty and product replacement parts easy to pick up from store.

The refrigerator cooled appropriately and the freezer was wonderful but overall was a little too small for my taste and preference. It was purchased prior to moving into our home and since it came with the home we had no say in it. I would not go below 22 cubic feet. It was free so I cant complain too much. Also the vegetable bin was not sturdy. It broke 1 year into having appliance. As far as black appliances go, it was fine. Nothing too fancy about it. I have to say in its defense, the exterior was easy to clean. The interior was similar to other refrigerators that Ive seen. If I was purchasing it myself, the value is pretty good. It gets the job done.

It was easy to organize and to maintain. It had a good energy performance and never gave us any problems. It was not fancy but extremely solid. The space allotted for a fridge in the kitchen was not big. This fridge fitted perfectly and had enough space for us to store groceries for a family of four with two children. Simple but elegant. Not particularly noticeable, which I considered a plus. The exterior was easy to clean and with two children that was a bonus. This is not a fancy model. I purchased a Kenmore Refrigerator September 2011. It is Jan 2015 and repairman is telling me compressor has failed on this product for which I spent $1838.66 cash. Who would think after only 3 yrs this would occur, my 15 y.o refrigerator was still working when Sears delivered this piece of big metal box!!! and took the old one away. I am seeing online that this is happening to quite a number of consumers, some compressors are even failing at 2 yrs and less. Why is Consumer Affairs and/or the Consumer Protection Agency letting Sears/Kenmore get away with this? Shouldnt there be a class action lawsuit against a manufacturer who is selling a product knowing it is failing like this? I have spoken to several people and supervisors at Sears repair today and each has tried to show me with the Well we offered you a resolution, the resolution is to spend 1/3rd ($600) the cost of the refrigerator to let Sears repair it!!! (what a joke/gimmick) ...and being told I should have bought the protection warranty. If I would have thought for a moment a Sears refrigerator would fail the major part of its works in 3 years, most manufacturers give 5 yrs, I would have gone elsewhere to purchase. My thought was by the time I would need repairs I would be ready for a newer model anyway. My mothers Kenmore is now over 30 yrs old, my sisters is over 10. I will never buy another Sears product and will be sure to inform and warn everyone in my social media circle that Sears is no longer the company we grew up with and not to purchase their products because they do not stand behind them and will rip you off for more money on any appliance you buy from them..

We loved this appliance. We used it for a few years until we sold our house and let the refrig stay. We never had any problems with it and it ran without any issues. Our refrig was about 26 cu ft, I believe. We are a family of 4 with 5 dogs and we needed a lot of space to store lunches and leftovers in. The appearance was very classic looking, nothing too fancy but it was plenty for what we needed it for. It fit into our kitchen like a charm. Had plenty of storage space for lunch meats, fruits and vegetables. This is a very good value. You are getting your moneys worth when you buy a Kenmore appliance. They run forever and never have any problems and if you do, the service dept is there to fix it for you in a flash.

I like the roominess of the top freezer. I can put large ice cream cakes in it. I also like the size of the refrigerator and the adjustable wire shelves are very convenient. I have noticed that my produce seems to stay fresher longer, which may be attributed to a good cooling system. I also think Sears stands behind their appliances and all their products and it has great customer service for their products. But I wish a refrigerator with a top freezer could have a water and ice dispenser. I also thought the refrigerator would have been higher from the ground. It seems like I have to bend way down to see items I have stored in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf. Or maybe make the storage bins taller so it is easier to see what is on the shelf. I would also like an egg tray included with the refrigerator. Other than those, Im very satisfied with refrigerator

However, I would like there to be more size offerings without sacrificing the options available in larger full size models like ice making capacity. Especially for apartment living.
