Because it has too many programs to help you it has a not expensive price. I wish if they put sales or discount to help people to buy it.

Model 4027 2900 - The washer has not been getting items as clean as it should. It has finally stopped completing the wash cycle. It now has clothes sitting in it with an OE code. I tried the troubleshooting, nothing worked. I called to try and get it repaired. I can by an extended contract for $319.99 for 1 year and it covers up to 1 year or I can pay a trip charge of $75 plus labor, plus parts which I was informed that often front loader repairs get expensive and the contract is the best route to go. WHAT DO I DO? Low on money, low on confidence with this brand I bought thinking it would last more than 2 years 11 months, and low on patience now. Help!

My top load Kenmore Elite Washing machine is 4 years old and has been rusting for the last 2 years. I finally decided to check into replacing the top and I found out it will cost over $350. This is absolutely ridiculous!! In 40 years I have NEVER had a washing machine rust! I will never buy a Kenmore product again!

It fit a lot of clothes. Got everything clean on the first round. Helps fight against stains. Use the quick run cycle and it takes 15 mins to finish a load - great timing in my book for a family thats very busy. A little bulky but not too bad. Had it in a small bathroom in a corner - was not in the way just behind the door.

The washer had a nice appearance but I wouldve preferred if I had more color options. But overall the appearance was nice and I thought the price was fair for the model purchased. This washer had many different cycle options for all of my washing needs. It washed all my items very well and I like the speed the water ran in the washer.

After 7 months from the Kenmore 3 year warranty, the washer is rapidly rusting and chipping, on the top and under portion, in-between the detergent cup and bleach cup. The warranty for cosmetic was 3 years. When the tech came out to the house, he stated and proceeded to put in writing to Sears, this was not covered. The tech took pictures to back my complaint. The pictures never made it attached to the service order that Customer solutions department had received. The Customer Solutions representative, located in the Philippines, proceeded to tell me, I was not covered. The representative told me, he was only there to take my information; the representative CONFIRMED, Sears is aware of the problem and is NOT doing anything about the problem for their customers. Customer Solutions, DID NOT offer any type of solution.Every appliance in the house has been a Kenmore product; I put in a complaint, and of course, still waiting to get a return call. I expected Customer Solutions to have been in the United States. So very disappointed and irritated. Not looking for a brand new washer----just the replacement portion for the top. Because, Sears knows there is a problem.

I only have one complaint - is the front load washer gets a bad smell. I have tried a lot of products but none really help. The water stays in the rubber ring and molds. So the next time I will buy a top load.

The washer is easy to work, gets clothes clean, is reliable and has lasted a long time. It was a great price and has given no problems. It works every time. Never gives any problems of any kind. It is very plain to look at but it gets the job done. It offers all the cycles I want or need. Well its value is that it was inexpensive enough so I could buy it. I have a washer at my home so I dont have to go anywhere to get the wash done...which is a hassle. It works great and gets the job done.

The performance was awesome. It cleaned my clothes really well. It wasnt fancy which made it extremely easy for me to use and to teach my young son how to wash clothes. It was extremely reliable. I never had any issues with it ever. I was able to wash big loads which is a plus for me because I am so busy. The appearance was basic. I prefer the old style appliances compared to the newer ones that are hard to figure out. It was very easy to clean the inside and outside. It is not very pricey and gets the job done easily. It is worth every penny. I would recommend it to anyone who has a tight budget and wants a great product.

This washer has had a musty smell for the first year that we cannot get rid of. We have tried all the recommended so-called remedies with no good results. The repair tech was great but he does not work directly for Sears. I called Sears and complained and was told there was nothing they could do for the smell. We have had Kenmore products for our entire married life of 49 years. We will most likely set this out at the end of our driveway on our road with advertisement taped to this piece of junk for all who pass by to see. We will then purchase something made in the USA!

This is the worst washer I have ever owned, it is always going unlevel. I have had it four or five years and the tub has already been replaced once. I dont think any of the new washers with this type of tub and ball as a ringer are any count. They need to go back to the old washers.

All you have to do is pop the clothes in the washer and let it do all the work. Clothes come out clean every time and very quickly as well. Appearance is very sleek and very modern looking. When looking at the washer you expect it to work well, and work well it does. The appearance fits in my house and looks awesome. A little pricey but what would you expect with a brand new washer. It is definitely worth the price. Dont let the price be the deciding factor for this washer.

Older style top loader with agitator seems to hold up much longer and gets the job done well. Knowing clothes are clean the first time is more important than a high-efficiency machine that might not use enough water to actually get clothes clean without a second time. Smaller than most washers probably, but still able to get a large load of clothing or towels completely clean without seeming like it takes extra loads to get all the work done. Plain white with nothing too fancy or extra about it. Very simple and easy to operate, straightforward in appearance. Has knobs for everything, nothing with a touch button. Bought this almost 7.5 years ago for a great deal and have yet to have any problems with this machine. Cleaning the inside and flushing out the fabric softener dispenser is about all the maintenance thats been needed.

Kenmore Dishwasher machine does a great job. Comes from a well respected product line that has been around since my grandmother’s time and has never failed to perform its assigned with efficiency. This product line brings back fond recollections of the machines I used as a child. Handles reasonable loads, simple to use, load & clean. Reliable operation without an overabundance of functions that I neither use or need. Handles all the capacity I need in my day to day life with conservative use of water, soap and power. My main concern with any unit is that it easy to load, and handles the washing with as little trouble as possible. The water of my washer will not drain plus it has all kinds of error codes. I had to pay $129.00 for a repairman to take the bottom section below the door and unscrew a 3 round end off and clean out a trap that if in the book, I could have done myself. This should be included in the care of the washers to be checked once a year. This is just another way for them to take advantage of the consumer. I posted on FB to get the word out and to save everyone some hard earn money.

This washer has had the control panel replaced and has been leaking for three months. It started making weird noises this week and is pouring water. Repairman said it is a default causing the tube to be worn and a hole in the tube. He has seen several of these but Sears refused to repair. Sears repair hung up on me three times.

I have had a Kenmore washer and Dryer for a long time. I would recommend it because it seems to last longer than any other brand that I have had you. May pay a little more for it but you will own it for a lot longer than the other brands I have tried. Kenmore is a well-made brand.

This was a very nice product. It held a large amount of laundry and did an excellent job cleaning. The only drawback is that it seemed to take longer than regular washers. This product is very reliable. It never seemed to have any problems or get out of line. If the clothes were out of balance it would adjust them itself. I had this product in black and silver and I loved the way it looked. It had a clear top so I could look in at the clothes at any time. It was an excellent washer. The price I paid for this product was a little steep but for the quality of this product and the overall job it does it was a very reasonable price that I paid.

I have a 3.5 year old HE5T Steam Kenmore Elite front load washer. After the error of sud and f35, we bought a new pressure switch and replaced it for $100. I turned the machine on thinking this would solve the problem, only to now have f21 error coming up. I cleaned traps and checked the lines. Now I am looking at a new pump for $140. Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous. Needless to say, we are purchasing a new washer from a local dealer, not Sears. And, you can bet it wont be a Kenmore! How disappointing to feel this ripped off.

Wanted to try it instead of Whirlpool. They said it used less water. I dont think it does. I liked the fact that it was a good price. It is said to be a very good brand. This is a tough machine, handles large heavily soiled loads. It has never given us any problems at all. Were outside a lot, play and work hard, so we need deep, thorough cleaning - and this machine gives us that. It consistently handles large loads of dirty towels, deeply soiled jeans and a car mechanics greasy overalls, leaves them smelling and looking like new. It always delivers. It has a simple, clean look, goes with any decor. Ours is kind of out in our kitchen area; we dont have a separate room for it, and it blends right in. We have definitely gotten more than our moneys worth with this washing machine already, and it just keeps going. Its been problem free and so worth the cost.

I was impressed with how clean my clothes were with my new washer. My old one, sometimes the detergent wouldnt release so my clothes would still be dirty when I took them out. It can fit pretty large loads even a lot of towels. I also wash my comforter in there when Im too lazy to go to the cleaners. And Im usually pretty happy with how it comes out. When I bought it I was satisfied with the appearance but then shortly after they made more washers with a side opening door and I started to realize that that would make things a lot easier and thats what I will get for my next one.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite HE3 washer and pedestal in 2004 from Sears. I always dried off the area around the rubber seal, did an occasional bleach wash, hot water wash and sometimes added vinegar to keep the moisture down. I always left the door open after use and I used a maximum of 3 tablespoon of HE detergent. In 2007, I sent a letter to the customer service department explaining that mold had formed inside the rubber door seal and nothing seemed to help. I listed all the things I did and said that I was frustrated that I spent $1,000 and in three years, I was having problems. They responded with a long list of what to do for odor problems, all of which I was doing already. Forward 5 more years and the mold seems to be getting worse despite rubbing down the interior rubber seal with Clorox sheets and drying out the area. I am concerned that I am getting sick from the mold smell. I finally went out and bought a top load washer from a reputable manufacturer. Why should we have to pay such a steep price for a design flaw? Why dont the salespeople warn us about the common mold issue? And why is this happening without repercussions to the company? I would like financial compensation for all of this.

I have leveled my fairly new Kenmore 600S top load washer so many times. I can’t stand it anymore. I have never had a washing machine that couldn’t stay on balance like this one. It can’t possibly be the sheets, can it? Every load that has sheets, no matter how many, it cannot spin without bouncing all over the place. Forget about pillows, light blankets and towels. Maybe this is a problem for all HE top loaders but it never ever happened with my front loader or agitator. All of which were Kenmore.

The washer always did good. It was fast, efficient, and never broke down. The washer itself never got moldy or smelly and I love the options to wash. This washer could fit a pretty large load of clothes or a few quilts. It never got hung up and washed with ease. I could also easily wash more than one pillow. Its a basic washer appearance. It doesnt look as high tech as some washers out these days, but its still very nice and has enough nice features to get done what you need. It wasnt highly expensive and has lasted for a long time and still going. The knobs are all in working order. The doors are in working order.

This Kenmore Elite Top Loader Washer 29002000 is the most I have ever spent on a washer & is the only one that I have ever owned with so many problems! Takes an 1 1/2 hrs to wash on heavy duty cycle. Will not get the clothes clean on the normal cycle - rust around bleach fill & door hinges. Constantly running water & have to start over with spin & drain to finish. Always goes out of balance - tangles & twist clothes. The detergent, fabric softener, & bleach all fill full of water at end of cycle. Have never wasted this much time babysitting a washer that costs so much! Very disappointed in Kenmore.

Kenmore Laundry Center Model 417-61712510: Purchased this lemon last year with extended warranty. It has worked less than it has not worked and Ive had numerous technicians sent out and paid for an electrician to verify it is not my electrical. The machine starts and stops and locks my clothes inside in water and detergent. No amount of resetting breakers can get it to work, but I sense there is an internal reset because whenever the tech comes out he opens the metal flap to gain access and does something and then resets the breakers and it works again. It may work for one wash and then acts up and stops again. It will beep within 5 minutes of starting unit. This has been going on since 12/2016, approximately six months after purchase to this date of 8/4/2017. So here I am waiting two weeks for a repairman to come and unlock it while my clothes are in the machine. This has been a nightmare. The amount of service calls has been mind blowing. Always an explanation why it cannot be replaced... read your fine print. Ive spent more time this year doing my laundry at a laundromat than at home. This unit was purchased May 26, 2016 with extended warranty. Hope no one else will purchase this unit.

Very effective on hard stains. A little loud but easy to understand directions. Allowed for fairly large loads and was gentle on delicate clothes. Could be overloaded in washer if not careful then it would not move very well. Very reliable. Was pretty fast and did a nice job with all sorts of stains. Appearance was nice and smooth. The controls were easy to use and understand. The door was smooth but closed fast with a slam if you were not careful. Value was fine. I feel like I always pay more for a product than what I should. But for what I needed and how it worked it was worth the price.

I think that the washer is a very good one even compared to the others on the market. It has good speed and quality and is not difficult to set up. I think that it is a very reliable washer. It has never broke on us and weve had it for 3 years. It has never malfunctioned or slowed down or overflowed etc. I would definitely recommend it to others. Its sleek and futuristic and could match in any house. Its a nice size and doesnt take up all the room. I think its the perfect washer and would buy it again. Its the perfect washer for me. I caught this washer on sale about 7 or 8 years ago. I only had to have it serviced once, that was for a belt and it was an easy fix. Other than that, the performance has been great. This is a great washer. I have always been able to rely on it to get my loads of clothing washed. It doesnt have a lot of bells and whistles but it has what is needed. Its not big and bulky and it leaves a lot of space in my laundry room. It has paid for itself at least a billion times by now. I love it. Its a very reliable product and I would highly recommend it.

Kenmore brand is the main appliance sold by Sears. It has been around for 40 or 50 years by now. It is made with good quality parts and therefore highly unlikely that something will go bad or wrong with the appliance no matter what kind of appliance you are purchasing. I have had washing machines by Kenmore in the past and would recommend them to anyone!

This Kenmore top loading high Efficiency low Water washer #2130 is a piece of crap, always having problems with the balance. The machine is level on all sides. And we tried all to fix this problem to no avail. Bought at sears in Elliot Lake outlet store 6 months ago.

I have model #11026132411 and when I wash my dark clothes they come out with white stains on them that are impossible to clean unless I wash my clothes in my daughters Whirlpool machine. I tried cleaning the machine, but that doesnt help!!! I am so frustrated... Another problem with this machine is that you cant modulate the water level. I am VERY disappointed in this machine. I bought a Kenmore because of Sears reputation.

Uses less water than my old top-loader but cleans better. Front loader is convenient, easier to load and unload. I can wash my knits without worrying about damaging them. I havent had any issues with reliability. Cleans as well today as when I bought it. No leaks, no shuddering, no problems. It cleans all of my laundry -- from heavier fabrics to delicate knits -- without damage. Holds a lot in each load, so I can do comforters or towels without worrying that they wont get clean. Basic white, clean lines. Easy to read digital controls. Fits in with any laundry room or kitchen. Top, front, and sides are easy to keep clean. Washer is reasonably priced, works very well. Although it doesnt have some of the more gimmicky features, it does the wash efficiently, fairly quietly, and handles various types of laundry well.

Kenmore front load washer mcl 417-42042100 - This washer is less than 10 years old and I have had to replace the rear tub section twice because the bearing and seal went out. A $177 part just because a $8 bearing and seal went out, the bearing is not sold separately. The last time I replaced this part, the rear tube section, was about 3 months ago. A short time after I put the new rear tube section along with new shock absorbers it started making loud noises (banging) and vibrating very bad. When I took it apart I discovered that two of the legs of the drum support assembly had broken which also caused the front tub to be broken. The drum support assembly is not listed separately on the parts sheet. It is part of the drum cost $313 and the front tub section is $171. The rear section is about $177 and I have replaced it twice and the shock absorbers once at $57. So the scrap man got the washer and I got a new one, this time a top load. I wouldnt buy a front load washer again. As best I can tell they are all of similar design. Kenmore doesnt make anything. They have someone else make them and put the Kenmore logo on them. Not sure but this washer might be made by Samsung for Kenmore. I would not recommend buying this washer or any front load washer.

Washes clothes well and is easy to operate. Doesnt go off balance as easily as some of the other washers I have had in the past and is relatively quiet. Washer can fit quite a bit into it. I wash my childrens bed sheets and pillow cases in them without a problem (I do however bring our comforters to a laundromat for the extra large washers.) My washer is a nice bright white color and has a clean elegant but not too fancy look to it. Doesnt have a ton of buttons or options to confuse you with. Its easy to operate, even my children can run the washer which is always a plus! I shopped around for the best value around my local shops. I found this washer, read some online reviews on it. This was within my budget and Im very happy with my choice so far.

Machine was delivered by Sears in 1990 and has sat patiently, and diligently cleaning my clothes, without any maintenance or repairs since that time. That would be 28 years. Every single feature works as well as the day it was delivered.

Gets the job done and gets everything clean to my satisfaction, but I have kind of a generic model where it doesnt do much more than that. It looks like a regular washing machine. There are way better Kenmores out there but I will say the reliability is stellar. I have had for 6 years and have not had any breakdowns (knock on wood) so far. No complaints in that department. I think it was worth buying but I do not think it is worth much more than that.

Kenmore Elite Oasis washer model 11028032701 is leaking from the bottom and making noise. It also has oil or grease coming out from the bottom. Never buy this washer. My mother and I both bought the washer from Sears and they broke after one year and four days. They refused to fix or replace because its four days over warranty. Then mothers washer broke the same way as mine, oil leak and water at bottom two weeks after mine. Sears was totally not helpful. She paid for a repairman and had it fixed. Then a week later, it was leaking water from bottom again. Im not pleased at all.

Sears installed new washing machine in August and Sears installer messed up the connection so we had a huge leak (out of plain sight) and lost thousands of gallons of water in California (where we have a drought and are supposed to conserve water). We had over $1000 extra on the water bill and called the specialist from DWP who had discovered this tremendous leak. I called Sears on the 4th of Jan. and they gave me emergency appointments on the 10th while I have a fountain of water gushing out. Sears rep advised not to touch (or fix) it before their technician gets here. Also, they advised me to seek reimbursement from my homeowners insurance (that does not cover damage caused by leaking plumbing) from the home warranty company (Fidelity) that does not want to deal with it either. The actual washing machine (Kenmore Elite) does not function as promised either. It fills out to the top while washing one pair of pants!. On Jan. 7th, I managed to get a Sears technician at my house. He rudely informed me that he couldnt help me as it was a plumbing issue and machine was plumbed in incorrectly (it was delivered, installed and plumbed in by Sears) and I needed to call my plumber. Until then he would not address the washers technical issues. Sears supervisor, Larry, advised me on the phone not to use an outside plumber as the adjuster from Sears, Carly, will contact me and when she sends the inspector, he will evaluate the situation.The time frame for this action is unknown. Meanwhile I am losing 100s of gallons of water in the drought state of CA and 100s of dollars as well. I also cant use the Kenmore Elite machine that costs $900 plus over $1000 in water bill due to incorrect installation by Sears and the bill keeps going up along with wasted water. I need reimbursement for expenses and a new washer properly installed (a simpler cheaper model is okay).Today, Jan. 10th, 2013, I had called the outside plumber to fix the leak as I was losing too much water and the plumber fixed the incorrect installation by Sears and stopped the leak. Sears Technician came to check out the machine, a Kenmore Elite (model #79631512210) that has water settings on Hot, Warm, Eco Warm, Cold, Top Cold. On all of these settings, the water in the machine remains cold, not due to the incorrect connection (it has been corrected by my plumber), but due to the computer board internal setting that regulates how machine would be filled. On Hot setting, it takes about 2 cups of hot water from the Hot hose and follows up with 2-3 gallons of cold water from the Cold hose. As a result, the washing water is cold on the Hot setting! Technician explained to me that in this high efficiency machine, it is normal as it is trying to save my gas-heated water. He said it runs normal and he spent about 5 minutes in my house. The machine could not be normal as it has same cold water temperature on 5 different temperature settings indicated on the panel of this Kenmore machine. I need Sears/Kenmore to change this machine to another one that works as stated on description and instructions. I have no help or response from Sears so far, despite their promise to stand by their promise of quality of product and service.

I have owned some Kenmore washing machines and they are generally pretty good. I have had some trouble on rare occasions over repairs, the service center was reluctant to fix it. Once when I was having trouble, I had to take in my paperwork and practically force them to fix it. They did wind up fixing it, but it was a hassle.

My Kenmore top load washer 500 series is junk. Been dealing with this piece of crap for three years. My problem washer goes into spin mode and makes a load boom bounces hard shakes and stops spin. Very scary. Had two service tech out change the computer board and one changes the tub ring. Still having the same problem. Dont want to use it anymore because I fear its going to break my floor tiles when in spin mode. It shakes and bounces so hard. Its a piece of crap. Going to call the service department once again if they dont fix it they find in their showroom dont buy this washer. Its crap.

I have owned several Kenmore appliances in my life. I have never had much trouble with them. Just the normal wear and tear that you normally go through. Just recently bought a new washing machine because our old one finally kicked the bucket. I had no problem buying another one.

My Kenmore washing machine is only 17 months old and the transmission is done. Basically the machine is finished - too expensive to fix. More importantly. Sears will do absolutely nothing unless of course I want to throw a little more money at them. What has happened to product quality and caring for the customer.

I wish I had read all these reviews before I spent my money on the Sears Kenmore Elite washer. My Husband passed away and my Daughters family invited me to live with them. I offered to do the laundry for the family and with 7 people I started to shop for a large capacity washer. I had had Sears washers in the past and never had a problem so when I went into the Sears store the sales person showed me the Kenmore Elite and told me It was what I was looking for. I was so excited and when it came 2 young men came in and threw it in place and hooked up the water and out they went. I put my first load in and within minutes I got the UE. I looked in the book to see what to do. I did not realize that it would keep filling up with water. I called a repair person and they told me I could fill the washer clear to the top. He balanced it and found that the men that hooked it up had the cold and hot water switched.I have had my Kenmore Elite for nearly two years. I can not leave the washer because I constantly have to stop it and readjust the clothes. I had a repair person out again this past week. The one that came on February 18th told me mix the loads. It would make it better on weight. February 26 another repair man came and replaced parts. He told me I should only fill the washer 1/2 and I should ball each piece of clothes and put them on the outside of the drum not putting any thing in the middle and only wash towels with towels and jeans with jeans. He said if these parts do not work for me there is not much else they can do to help. Wow. The cost of the washer and warranty. A lot of money. I will spread the word not to buy a Sears product again.

I purchased this top load Kenmore series 700 washer from Sears less than a year ago. I thought purchasing a washer that saved water was environmentally conscious; however, to my surprise I ended up using more water trying to get laundry clean. Not only does this washer not CLEAN your clothes it is not reliable on a day to day basis. I ended up running clothes thru 2 cycles just to get them clean. Water barely covers clothes even on deep fill setting. It often gets becomes unleveled from drum tying clothes in knots and now its not running at all! This is the epitome of inefficiency. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I am usually very easy to please but Kenmore has tarnished its name with this machine. I gave it a one star rating because that was the lowest available but I would have given it 0 stars had that been an option.

Great! Worked great. Wonderful performance. Not loud or squeaky. Efficient in power and utility. Would like to own another set. Keeps up with my heavy laundry use. Long lasting impression of greatness. Highly recommend to others. Holds up well through multiple washes and drying. Cost is very much worth it for the great sturdiness.

This washer is terrible. It uses soooo little water that I have 1) remaining soap residue on my clothes, 2) can only do VERY small loads of clothes, 3) I need to always do a 2nd rinse. This washer is not saving me time nor water!! I have always had skin problems. They ARE worse due soap remaining in our clothes!! Have had multiple repairmen out here. Have done everything they have told me to try! They also tell me that they have a lot of calls on this particular washer!! Many problems! Nothing works!! I am calling again tomorrow to order yet another service call. I would sell this washer and buy another one but I cannot pass this along to another unsuspecting person!!! I am sick and tired of this!! Something has to be done!! The only positive thing is it is still under warranty and we do not have to pay for the service calls! If this continues, we are going to load it up and roll it right into the showroom - Sears Brookfield Square - Brookfield, WI and that is not just idle talk - it is a promise!!

I really like it. It was a great set. Would recommend to anyone. It was green, it had a position for a small load... It clean my clothes really good. My hubby bought it for me.

It is very quiet and it dries my laundry in no time especially when I have different sizes of clothes, all are dried according without I having to restart the drying process. Overall, l would recommend this product because it is very efficient, effective and dependable. I definitely like the fact that it dries your clothes effectively without burning out the colors. It is very reliable and I would recommend it to my family and friends. The appearance is very simple and the directions are clear and concise. It has a user-friendly appearance for everyone. It is really an awesome product. I like it. The price was quite affordable at the time and I got it while it was on sale. However, I think the general price tag is reasonable now compared to other similar products in this category.

It was very easy to used, didnt take up a lot of power so my bill never went noticeably. Easy to hook up and maintain. As a bachelor it was big enough that I only had to do about two loads a week and that was more than enough. And the pre-wash cycle or the first rinse cycle work very well so I could put a very dirty clothes in it and they still came out clean. It was very squared, solid white colors so it kind of matched everything. The knobs were very self-explanatory so it was very easy to use and just looking at it you didnt get overwhelmed. I bought it used for only $50, and I used it for the better part of four years and never had any problems with it so far. The value I would definitely recommend.

Bought a KENMORE washer 41983.410 December 2017. Thats less than two years. Broke down last week. They want $560 to fix it. Shouldnt they last longer than that. Just bought another for $1200. Mad as Hell.

Purchased Kenmore Oasis washer 5 years ago. 2 years later computer board had to be changed. Problems again since January 2013. Recently broke down August 2013. Technician has appeared 3 times already and will come again tomorrow. What is wrong with Sears washers and where does Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back come into place?

Awesome. I can dry a full load of laundry in 20 minutes. The washer is totally reliable. If you need something real fast, you can wash it in 11 minutes and then you can dry it in 5 minutes because it spins out so hard that its almost dry anyway. Very nice looking, white, both front loaders. The insides are nice and shiny, but I do suggest that you keep the washer door open when it is not in use or else your clothes will smell like mold. I bought these about 2 months ago, brand new, with a year warranty and together, they were just under fifteen hundred dollars. I would hope to get ten solid years out of the both of them.

I bought a new Kenmore washer 7/2011. It will not rinse in the normal and heavy duty cycles but rinses normally in the casual cycle. The repairman was prompt and knowledgeable – no complaints there but he told me that was what the washing machine was programmed to do. So, I am only able to wash laundry on the casual cycle in this new machine. Someone, please explain that to me! I will never buy another one from Sears!

The Kenmore washer is very reliable, cleans really well and the machine is very powerful yet quiet at the same time. The value of the Kenmore washer is very good when you consider the great warranty that this washer has and you get a lot for your hard earned money. Also, my Kenmore washer is a beautiful white design, the controls are great looking and the directions on using the washer are very easy and clear to understand. I recommend this Kenmore washer to anyone who wants a stylish and beautiful washer in their home or apartment.

Very efficient, didnt use a lot of water or power and was very quiet. It was very simple to use and even did large loads quickly. I was very satisfied with this washer. It was very reliable, it last about 15 years before we had to replace it. It never gave us trouble at all, and we never had to replace any parts on it. It was very nice looking. It was bright white and matched the paint in our utility room. It had smooth corners and looked very modern and appealing. Wouldnt change anything about it. This was a very good, reliable washer for the price. It was on the lower budget price side but it still gave us many years of use for the price.

Its an older version but it gets the job done. I just wish it was bigger and would dry a little faster especially when you are washing five peoples clothes. It works really great. I have had it for about six years and it has yet to give me any problems and I have washed many loads of clothes in it. It has a very modest appearance. Its older but has held up really good. Of course all the newer versions make it look ancient but its decent nonetheless.

It uses less water than a traditional washer and clothes dont sit in dirty water. It always spins out correctly. It has no agitator which is a plus because agitators eat my bras. Ive never had any problem with it. It does exactly what its supposed to do and never has leftover water in the bottom like my last washer. Its simple and sleek. It does not look like the fancy massive washers you see everywhere. Its easy to use and clearly marked. There are many settings to choose from; normal, delicates, bulky (which is perfect for washing my king size comforter), etc. On the inside of the lid, it showed the water levels for each setting which is helpful. I paid only $400! It was on sale when I bought it online from Sears which always saves me tons of money.

We had a Kenmore washer for many many years that was given to us by a previous owner that had it for many years as well was fixed several times on the front pouch. Id buy a Kenmore. It ran years on its last leg.

I signed up for ConsumerAffairs to be able to ventilate my frustration about this washing machine. There is nothing wrong with the mechanics of this machine. It turns the front loading drum, like it should, adds water, removes water, etc. But the program-cycles it offers make the whole washing affair completely idiotic. All the cycles are way too short for good cleaning. (None takes longer than 1/2 hour.) Also, there is no cycle without a final spin option. I come from Europe where eco machines turn slow and long, in order to enable good soaking and cleaning. I have to add programs cycles in order to get anything clean with this machine. Meanwhile I cannot put off the spin session, so I end up using a lot of energy to get my wash done with this machine (while ruining my clothes with the spinning). My husband ordered this machine after thoroughly reading consumers reports. Makes no sense to me.

Turn knobs are easy to use and cant complain about the looks of the washer. I liked the smooth surface look and feel. Its a basic washer and has very good value for what you get, just would never buy one again and I would not recommend buying this washer due to all the issues I had with mine. I had the washer drum break down at least 2x while I owned. Had issues with manufacturers warranty. This washer is not reliable. Stay away. I would purchase a completely different brand. Never good experience with any Kenmore appliances.

Is great brand and clean and dry very well my clothes, is very impressive how this machine are working. The shape is very outstanding and trusted very effective, expensive. I cant live without this two machine. I recommend to everyone.

This washer is excessively noisy. It makes many different noises and is totally annoying! The washer does not fill up with enough water even when you select Deep Fill. You must put the detergent in before you load your clothes and this completely stained a new shirt. The fill rate is slow. If you need to stop the washer it does not cancel out properly. The cycle takes too long.

Purchased this POS only 15 months ago. Now the washer is rusted out and different parts are worn from the use. How often do you use a washer?? There is no reason that this 700 series Kenmore washer should be worn out this early. I hope this company goes out of business.

It has a very large tub that can handle large loads of clothes with no problem. It cleans consistently well and has a number of settings and load sizes. This washer is very reliable and has worked very well for us. It never has given us any problems. We have always bought Kenmore appliances and will continue to do so. The washer has very nice lines and knobs. It has sleek lines is easy to keep clean. A bloke the top control panel which is also very easy to keep clean. We bought this at a Sears sales event and found it to be the best value for this size of washer. We were very happy with the price and size.

We were given advice by the local sales agent to purchase this top of the line appliance (Kenmore 800 top loading washer) as it was reliable and one of the very few to require frequent repair. As a long and faithful consumer, we expected the appliance to be of solid construction and give us the type of service we came to associate with the Kenmore reliability. Alas, what a downfall. The product has turned into a constant expense in repairing the never-ending problems. As of this day, I have become wary of any product sold by Sears and Kmart due to our problem. We are retired, living on a fixed income, and cannot afford the extra expense we have burdened by the misrepresentation of the sales agent. Therefore, we may just start shopping elsewhere for any further purchases. I am saddened by the disappointing drop of quality in any of the Sears and/or Kmart consumer products.

It always works perfect. It may not be very big, but it always does the job. I feel safe using this washer. It has had no problem whatsoever since I bought it. This washer is very reliable. It fits most of my loads and washes them properly. I like how it looks. It is modern, yet traditional. It doesnt look fancy but it looks like a good appliance. I like the color and the size. We bought this during a presidents day sale and Ive love my Kenmore front loader washer. It has not needed any repairs but with my extended warranty the service man came to check out everything for free. Its perfect!

I have owned 2 Kenmore washers in my lifetime. The first one I bought I gave to my daughter and still works today. I wouldnt purchase another brand. Its your typical top loading washing machine in the standard white color. Directions for use are under the lid top. Agitation type tub. This Kenmore washer is very affordable. This specific washer to me was priced to sell. Its a great price for such a wonderful, reliable brand name washer.

Its a good washer and has last many years. It has never broke down and never given me any problems. It does a good job cleaning so I like it very much. It has fit all of my problem since I have had this washer. It is strong and really does a good job cleaning my and my familys clothes so it has been good to me and has done its job good. The look of this washer is very nice. It sets up well and does not move. I like the way it looks and it fits all of the things around the house. It cost a little more than I thought it would but it has paid for itself many time over so I really can not complain about the price of this washer.

Our Kenmore Elite Top Loading HE washer leaks from the bottom after only 13 mo of light use. No hoses or drain issues, washer is regularly cleaned and maintained, only HE detergent in appropriate amounts are used. This happened one month after warranty expired. My previous washer lasted 12 years with no repairs required. Save yourself the hassle and expense of repairs and buy another brand.

I would have to say I love my Kenmore washer as its reliable, dependable and its performance is great. The family gives it a beating but it works great every time for us. The washer works as advertised. I do 10-12 loads per week, and it handles the load well. The only issue is sometimes when washing blankets, the load gets shifted and becomes uneven so we have to stop the wash and shift the load. Ive had this washer for 2+ years, and it is very reliable. I have had no problems with it leaking or anything else going wrong.While it is a simple design, I think that the simple color fits quite well in my laundry room. It is a good looking washer, and the display is easy to read. I would say that this washer is an excellent value. It does a great job which means I dont find myself rewashing certain items. It seems to be very energy efficient which really helps out in the long run. It was definitely worth paying more for this washer than trying to save a few dollars getting a discount washer. The Kenmore Washer Elite Oasis works fine till the ending number 6 rinse. Last couple of years, the problems are way too many with the machine. It cost good money. Please help me!

I never wrote a review about anything ever, but have felt compelled to let everyone know never to buy this machine. After reading everyone’s reviews, I realized that I am not alone. 700s washing machine is a terrible purchase and a waste of money. I thought I was doing something wrong at first but after manipulating all the buttons, I still can’t seem to get ANY of my wash loads clean! Kenmore should replace all these bad washers or at least consider giving us a portion of our money back for all the aggravation it has caused. DO NOT PURCHASE 700s WASHER.

Kenmore Elite top loading washing machine - This washing machine is less than 6 years old and for the past year it would imbalance when heading into the final spin cycle following the rinse cycle. I tested it with nothing in the machine and it still imbalanced. In researching the problem on the internet I found that this problem is not unique to my machine.The response from what is termed a community expert is that the entire tub needs to be replaced, which would at that time (2011) cost $212, not counting labor costs.The frequency of occurrence would suggest that this is a design or manufacturing flaw. This floating tub design actually seems illogical and destined for failure. Although these washers are listed as canyon capacity washers, I can only guess that in reality bulky loads can imbalance the washer to where it in some way disfigures the tub or the mechanism stabilizing it. The bottom line being, buyer beware. I know I will not purchase another Kenmore product.

It was fine, got stains out but I wasnt overly impressed. The unit was also very loud during the spin cycle. The unit seemed to be big enough for weekly washing for my husband and I but I had to break up the loads if my daughters clothes were included. The controls were very easy to read and set, no fancy extra or unneeded options. I liked that it was straightforward and didnt have settings that I would never use, just to appear higher quality. The unit looked fine and did the job it was asked to so I guess it was a good value for the money, although I wouldnt say it was superb quality. You get what you pay for and I was satisfied with the purchase.

It gives a good drying! It doesnt take really long to finish a load. It is energy efficient and doesnt make noises loudly. Kenmore is a brand to trust. It has a big enough of area to put a huge load in, it doesnt mess up colours, it has a timer to tell you what cycle its on. It has white for the colour, its shiny that you turn the light on you can see it shimmer. It has a huge tub, its the Kenmore brand. Its awesome! I cant remember how much we bought it for. In all honesty it was a good deal for it being a major brand. I recommend getting it because ours last a long time.

I really like both of the machines. I feel like they do a good job washing and drying. Never had to reload clothes because they were not done properly. Also never experienced any breakage with clothes.

I had this washer for about 15 years. It stopped spinning the clothes dry. Instead of spending money for repair, I decided I would just buy another washer. Unbelievable that the washer lasted 15 years. (I use my appliances as directed in instruction manuals and I never allowed my husband to touch my appliances.)

I do not like my washing machine. When it is finished washing there is one pieces of clothing that literally covers all the clothes and appears to tuck all the clothes in under it. Sometimes the piece on top is not totally wet and I wonder if it even got washed. Then I wonder if the ones under it got washed because they are so neatly tucked in. It looks like a loaf of bread waiting to rise in a bowl. I have been careful the way I load it, but it still comes out wrapped up, especially when I do sheets. The bottom sheet always wraps everything. I also have a problem with the dark load coming out with white spots. I use the All pods and have to cut the pod and put the detergent in the dispenser. And... the softener never completely empties.

I found this washer great! It cleaned all of my clothes great and has lasted me over 5 years now. I would recommend this to my close friends. Sadly they dont have a stainless steel model. This washer is very reliable. Its so reliable it has lasted me a long time, more than five years which is just very crazy. It still looks great like factory new! I have the white model which is very nice looking but I would like a stainless steel version but for now Im happy. I wish it could be a bit cheaper but in the long run I found it very valuable to me so the extra cost was just nothing.

I bought it used and had it for 2 years before it stopped drying my clothes. After about a year and a half it started taking more time to get the clothes dry. A month or so later it was not drying them hardly at all. Up until then it worked pretty good, especially for being 7 to 8 yrs old.
