It was very interesting and it caught my eye and it was a very affordable price to pay and I thought it was perfect for my household. It has different colors, has spill trays and fits almost anywhere. Theres also mini fridges and ice and water dispenser. It’s tall, stainless-steel, had a lot of space and a perfect fit. It helps with easy tasks and its very easy to clean which is the most amazing thing that I likes from it. But a thing I would change would probably be a bigger freezer perhaps.

Wanted to try it instead of Whirlpool. They said it used less water. I dont think it does. I liked the fact that it was a good price. It is said to be a very good brand. I have had Kenmore in the past and they were good. I have had it about three years now. It is a Kenmore and full size. The cost was $495.00. It is a energy saver and the new ones without a agitator in it. Cleans really good so far and I would buy another one.

My Kenmore dishwasher was very fast and it did not make a bunch of loud noises like some dishwashers that I had owned prior. This specific model dishwasher had powerful jets. I cant recall a time when I owned my first Kenmore that I ever had to run my dishes through a second cycle. They always came out looking crystal clean. The dishwasher came with my first condo I bought and for the five years I lived there I had absolutely no problems at all with it. I own a Kenmore now because of it. I was told by the previous owners of the condominiums that the dishwasher and oven were brand new and had been installed a week earlier.

I couldnt be more pleased with my refrigerator. The ice machine keeps up very well and it has never gave me a minutes trouble. It produces very clean water with its filter system! It is very roomy for my family of five! It holds a lot of meat in the freezer and still has plenty of room for ice cream and popsicles. The refrigerator part holds milk tea and the crisper is very roomy and we still have room for canned drinks and leftovers. I love the looks of it and how it makes our kitchen shine! So many people has came to our house and complimented on how good it looks. When we brought it in the first day you could tell a difference right away. It was so worth the money I paid for it. Also the water filters are easy to change and the price is reasonable on them too.

We purchased a new refrigerator from Sears not quite 4 yrs ago and weve had three service calls, today will be our FOURTH. It has gone from not freezing to freezing too much in the freezer, to not cooling in the fridge part. It is my belief that when a customer has that many problems with an appliance it should be considered a big lemon and should be replaced. I am 65 yrs old and never in my wildest dreams have I ever encountered so many problems. It has been a BIG headache from day one. I would not recommend Kenmore or Sears to anyone.

October 26 my ice maker went out. Service appointment was November 8. Technician said part was ordered. I had another appointment. Sears called and said part was back ordered. Set up appointment for December 5. I get recorded messages saying that tech. will not be at my house unless I confirm getting part. Called Sears, my call got dropped twice. Talk to CS. They said they would have to call me back that system was working slowing. Called back 30 minutes later. CS said part was back ordered and they dont know when it will come. I have had this fridge for a year this month. I was promised it would be fixed by Thanksgiving. It was not. I was promised it would be fixed on December 5th. I am so beyond words to describe this. Why is there not a part for a fridge that is not a year old? I asked to talk to someone higher up than customer service. I was told that there is not one higher. What is a consumer to do???

Kenmore makes some really great products. I own a Kenmore microwave and I couldnt ask for better it has a wide range of options. It heats food up quickly and its quiet. I recommend a Kenmore microwave.

I would recommend these products because they get clothes clean and dry perfectly in a very quick amount of time. They also never break down. I have never had either of my items malfunction or break down since the day I bought them. I would highly recommend these because they are perfect for large families like mine who do a lot of laundry. The appearance of these items are perfect. Easily the best refrigerator that Ive ever owned. Very neutral color for any kitchen design. Adequate spacing, easily able to store everything we need. The way the shelving is situated allows for anything that we use on a daily basis. Id recommend to anyone. The design is the sort that would stylishly go into any kitchen style. Pricing is where Im safe buying a refrigerator. Would like to see more options.

Very effective on hard stains. A little loud but easy to understand directions. Allowed for fairly large loads and was gentle on delicate clothes. Could be overloaded in washer if not careful then it would not move very well. Very reliable. Was pretty fast and did a nice job with all sorts of stains. Appearance was nice and smooth. The controls were easy to use and understand. The door was smooth but closed fast with a slam if you were not careful. Value was fine. I feel like I always pay more for a product than what I should. But for what I needed and how it worked it was worth the price.

Didnt clean the best but it cleaned. Sadly it was a good washer for glasses but it didnt do well on the plastic. It was a reasonable price and did a great job for the price. Fits a whole sink full of dishes and pots and pans and big baking dishes all at one time. It is best to limit how much is in the washer so that you can get the best results. It was very nice looking and it also went with every other appliances in my kitchen. It was very new and digital. It had a fresh it looked to me that you knew it was a dishwasher. If I wanted a better product I would have had to spend more money so the value that I have received for my product was good.

I think it works really well. I love my Kenmore. It is the best washer I have ever had and I havent at this date had any problems with it. I havent had a problem in two years which in my opinion pretty much makes it pay for itself. It doesnt look bad, it looks like a decent mid-level washer. My washer was decently priced in the middle of the ones we looked at. Ill never use anything other than a Kenmore.

Our refrigerator is 6 years old and the board is gone. Very disappointing. The ice maker sprays ice all over the floor after the glass is removed from the opening. You cannot remove the ice bin from the freezer unless the french door is open. One and done. 6 years really! I know appliances no longer last a lifetime but 6 years. Do not buy this appliance.

Kemore Range Model 970503720 - My wife and I have had three brand new stoves stop working on us. The most recent stove was a Kenmore Model 970C503720 which is a convection fan. This was an upgrade from Sears from the basic model which did not have the convection. Soon after purchase on stove number one, the clock stopped which controls the oven temperature. This would not allow the oven to heat up higher that 287 degrees. We had the control board replaced but it died as well. We received a replacement stove, same problem occurred; then, we upgraded to our current stove and the same problem occurred. Sears indicated that this will be the last time they will help us because nobody else has this problem and they have suggested that if it happened again we must have a wiring problem. Nothing electronically with regard to the stove has changed in our house and before we bought these three new stoves, our previous stove ran just fine for 20 years. It is my belief that the control boards are defective. So now we are going to approach Sears for a fourth time; concerned that we will not get satisfaction. We are willing to upgrade to something that does not have this kind of control board but did chose to stay with this design to avoid having to buy new pots and pans to accommodate the newer cooking surfaces.

It can handle a good size load of laundry. The results are above average. I would not expect anything less from Kenmore. Its not very loud either. Its nice to wash laundry and not have to hear loud noises. Kenmore has always been a reliable brand for years. My model is no different. I go through laundry rather quickly and I can count on it to get the results I need for a clean and pleasant wash.It is white with a smooth finish. It has all the gadgets you need and more. My favorite feature is the wrinkle guard. Sometimes I just dont have the time to iron so it comes in handy wrinkle-free right out of the dryer. Its valuable because it saves time. Time is very valuable in my household. Some other models take longer to get the same results. This one is fast and effective and meets my daily or weekly needs.

We find it absolutely amazing that our Kenmore Ultra Wash is still the ORIGINAL one we purchased when we bought our house, which was in 1995. It still works fine, 25 YEARS LATER..!! I also don’t even think we EVER had to call a repairman for it. I asked my wife and she also never recalls having it repaired for any reason. Lucky..?? Guess so as I believe the average lifespan for a dishwasher is 10 years..?? I could be wrong. Anyway, it works just fine and dishes still are coming out clean and glasses have no spots. I should be in a commercial with this baby..!!

Attractive looking and have never had a problem with it. Usually buy GE products but got a good deal on this Kenmore... Happy I bought because it has performed well and it fit perfectly in my kitchen. Plenty of room for both fridge and freezer... I live alone so never have a problem with space in fridge. I think it is 20 cubic feet. It is big enough that sometimes my sister uses the extra space for her. Like the color and it fits perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. I wanted a side by side dual fridge / freezer, that looked good along with my other appliances. Very happy with the price I paid for the fridge/freezer. It was a company going out of business, so got a great deal... probably paid 30 cents on the dollar.

The washers performance is extremely fast and washes clothes thoroughly. The reliability of this washing machine is really excellent. I can fit two of my usual old loads of laundry into one load now and it cuts my laundry time literally in half and I highly recommend this washing machine. I purchased this refrigerator right after Christmas last year when our refrigerator died. First thing I didnt like was that I had to wait nearly a week for delivery. I wasnt really happy with the layout of it after delivery, but figured I could live with it. Then as soon as the weather started warming up, we noticed the freezer foods had a wet feel and ice was sticking together. Upon examination, my son discovered when the cold section door was closed, the freezer door popped open! Most of the time it would close on its own but occasionally it didnt. I was glad I had paid for a Master Service Agreement with the purchase! I called the repair service. The technician came out and made a big deal of leveling the fridge, etc. – leaving without a fix for the freezer door. I stewed for a while then called repair service again, relating what had happened on the first visit. This technician decided he would tell me how You can fix that problem yourself. Hello! Not when I paid over $400 for someone else to fix it!Knowing this fridge was made by LG and sold by Sears with their Kenmore name on it, I contacted LG. Meanwhile I had gone to KMart, where they sell Sears products, and tested all the Kenmore refrigerator doors. This model is the only one the freezer door popped open on when closing the cold section! The person, who answered my email detailing the problem, put me in touch with a Sears CEO who sent Sears Blue Ribbon Team out to look at the fridge.The technician at that time stated there was no fix for it unless LG made a stronger magnet for the freezer door, which they didnt. And though he declared, when he spoke with Sears advocate on the phone, that the fridge was working as it should, he would also recommend 100% customer satisfaction if it were up to him. When I finally got a call back from the Sears CEO, she claimed she could not exchange the fridge because the technician stated the fridge is working as it should.So I am stuck with a fridge that has manufacturer defects that the manufacturer and the seller are both aware of! Even I can look at the refrigerator and see that the space between the bottom of the freezer door and the top of the cold section door is larger on the left side than the right side. Whether this has anything to do with the problem, I have no clue. But I doubt it. I’m just saying I can see it. I have copies of all email communication between myself and LG, and myself and Sears for what its worth.

I purchased a Kenmore He Washer, stainless steel drum, in 2019. Can I say I hate this washer? Because I do. I have always purchase appliances from Sears and have been pleased. Because of just a few months with this washer, I will never purchase another appliance, of any type, from Sears again. The washer does not fill with any temperature other than extra hot and cold. Washing on extra hot adds one hour to the wash time. Setting the temp to warm or hot yields cold water only. The service tech, sent by Sears, was rude, incompetent and clueless. Couldnt fix anything regarding the temps. Clothes come out ridiculously wrinkled, no matter the water temp or spin level. I have never had to iron clothes with any previous washers. This is a junk machine. Dont buy any He washers from Sears. TERRIBLE!!!!

Turn knobs are easy to use and cant complain about the looks of the washer. I liked the smooth surface look and feel. Its a basic washer and has very good value for what you get, just would never buy one again and I would not recommend buying this washer due to all the issues I had with mine. I had the washer drum break down at least 2x while I owned. Had issues with manufacturers warranty. This washer is not reliable. Stay away. I would purchase a completely different brand. Never good experience with any Kenmore appliances.

It was a great fridge. It had all the features I needed. It was the biggest and best refrigerator I ever owned. You really should buy one. Youll love it. It was beautiful, lovely, attractive, good looking, matched my kitchen. Best value for the money. Especially given that I didnt pay a cent for it. It was a gift.

I have had this washer and dryer for like 20 years and it is still working!! I have had to replace the heating element a couple of times in the dryer, but that is of course to be expected because they do not last forever. Kenmore is a great brand and I am very happy!! When I do need to purchase another set it will be another Kenmore from Sears for sure!! Very happy customer!!! I would very highly recommend anyone who may be in the market for one to purchase a Kenmore washer and dryer from your local Sears or a sears online.

My sweet wife purchased the Kenmore refrigerator/freezer seven months ago. The purpose was to place it in our attached backroom and keep gourmet meats, game, wild fish and wild game fowl in the freezer, and store non-perishable refrigerated items in the refrigerator section. I am a gourmet chef and I enjoy cooking special meals for my wife, children and guests. She opened the freezer two evenings ago and found most of the meats were soft. We disposed of the fowl and fishes immediately. We inspected the meats and saved some. The next morning the freezer temperature was 20℉. Oh joys, the appliance works sometimes, and sometimes it doesnt. Not a good place to store food safely.She called Kenmore warranty and got a person quickly. Sure we can get someone out there in a few weeks. My wife attempted to get a serviceman quickly as we have, had expensive meats, some at $60.00 per pound. Next Tuesday was provided, sadly we needed to turn it down as we will be with our special son in a hospital that day. So the day was pushed out a week. Still it was better than a few weeks. Would I suggest buying an appliance from Kenmore, (company owned by Whirlpool), no, never, please do not. A device which works correctly, then fails, then works again. I am glad we noticed as I have had food poisoning twice which is very painful and can be life threatening.

Weve had our Kenmore washer and dryer for about 6 years with only one minor problem. The handle of the dryer broke but was replaced by a service tech completely under the warranty. The washer has no issues. We have the stacked front loading models. I would purchase these again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Kenmore appliances.

It does its job but you have to practically wash the dishes first. It does take the load of having to do dish but it could be better. I have had a few issues but that could have also been my roommate placing the dishes in incorrectly. This model is perfect for one person but for numerous people its a bit hard not to fill it up quickly. The size of the racks are a tad bit too small for my taste. Its the typical white, fridge texture on the outside. It isnt the best to look at but honestly, who cares about looks when what matters is that it gets its job done. The value of this dishwasher isnt the best Ive ever seen but it still works. Yes the shinier dishwashers probably work better but for how long can they keep that up?

The Kenmore we had was in our townhouse when we purchased it. It was a few years old and didnt have the features we wanted in a dishwasher. It was not a very efficient machine but did the job...for a while. Thats the only good thing about it, but we didnt dislike anything it did. It was an entry model, no bells or whistles. It did not have special racks that moved, it didnt have fold down racks and two washing wands, it only had one small utensil holder and no place for larger items. We soon replaced it and now have a Bosch dishwasher and are very pleased. I am sure Kenmore has better models now, but we wanted a Bosch.

I like that there was a large produce drawer with plenty of space in it and the temperature control was nice especially when things at the top were freezing cause it was too cold in the refrigerator. But the ice machine would sometimes not work and stop making ice or the ice would all clump up and would not come out of the dispenser so a better ice machine would be good. Also, I thought the water went a little slow. But Kenmore has met our initial expectations and it is a trustworthy brand that I would buy again.

The refrigerator functions well. My problem is that it sometimes freezes towards the back end of the cold storage section. However, its other functions work fairly well. The fridge is more than enough to store my groceries and leftovers on a daily basis. Its adjustable shelves are also helpful in storing foods, and its multiple drawers make storing lumpy veggies and fruits easy. The fridge is very quality looking and its silvery front is great for a modern home. The sides are also magnetic, so its customizable if one wishes to do so. The outward appearance of the fridge is quite impressive and should garner a good market value. The interior is spacious looking as well and deserves a good price. However its flaws as prior mentioned detract its value for me.

Kenmore brand was very pleasing and the quality was great. It lived up to it standards and I was very happy with the choice I made with choosing their product. I needed a washer and drying for my apartment I was moving into so I decided to look at some in Sears. Not only did they have a wide selection but the prices were decent and customer service was excellent. So I had a wonderful experience all the way around when I decided that I needed to purchase these two appliances.

The ice maker was a must-have for my husband. It really helps with keeping the freezer door shut and save energy. The kids drink more water because of it. All in all the fridge is very spacious and the shelves make it easy to find everything. 26 cu. ft was the biggest one they had. It works great for our family. The kids can always find their snacks after school or after play time. The whole family is happy with the size. Its very pretty and we get lots of compliments. People seem to like the size and the overall look of it. The finish is easy to clean and the ice maker is very noticeable. It was a little bit pricey, but so worth it. Overall we are very pleased with the fridge and the freezer. I would buy this one again, but being a Kenmore we wont need to for years to come.

Had a family member who worked in the warehouse. Got it at a reduced price for a little bit of superficial damage. Plus at the time I had a Sears credit card so that was easier to not have to put any money upfront. But the good part was never had any problems out of it. No maintenance issues or nothing. Unit was purchased in 1992 when I bought the brand new house and I owned for 13 years. The unit had a built-in ice machine and had the built-in water dispenser. The refrigerator seem to be the right height for both my wife and I and we never had no problems getting into the unit or above the unit because it was encased on three sides. However, the refrigerator unit had a matte texture to it. This texture was hard to keep clean because of the pits in it. I would have made it with a smooth finish or I wouldnt have to worry about actually using a scrubber to get into the surface and get fingerprints and stuff I guess for the kids off of but we never had any mechanical problems out of it. It always seem to run just the way it was. Never overheated. Never had to call the repairman so I was really satisfied with it.

I really like the Kenmore washer that I purchased several years ago. We wash a couple of loads a day and it has given me no problems. I will recommend Kenmore to anyone. Kenmore washers are the only brand that will be in my home. My Kenmore washer is not much to look at. It is the old style top open style. But it works great and still looks great. Even though its not one of those fancy front open models. The value of my Kenmore washer is great. If you take the ten years that Ive owned it and divide it by the six hundred dollars I paid for it, it is only about $55.00 a year.

I chose Kenmore dishwasher based on reviews, features, looks, and price. I didnt want the cheapest dishwasher but one budget friendly but still a good brand. It also seemed like it was highly rated. The Kenmore dishwasher gets the dishes very clean. Its easy to use and quiet. Love the ease of the buttons and the racks that are in the dishwasher fit a lot of dishes. Also fits bigger pans and pots on the bottom rack. However, food chunks always seemed to linger at the bottom of the dishwasher for a while so it would be nice if there was a way to avoid that. Also, the heating elements in dishwashers are annoying because they melt things so it would be cool to find a way around that.

Very satisfy of the perfect washer machine! I will recommend to buy that for everybody! And better to buy with dryer machine in complex. Theyre perfect, fresh and dry.

Model #596.72213200 - On Wednesday, December 3rd my 84 year old mother opened the refrigerator door only to have it fall off and pull her down to the floor. Everything fell on the floor and broken glass was everywhere. I had her dial 911 for emergency help. She is bruised and sore from the fall. We had our appliance man, Paul Long Appliances come to fix the door and he has applied loctite to the screw that came loose at the bottom. He assured her that the screw will not come out again. He stated that this is a design flaw that allows the screw to come undone by opening the door to the right. My mother, myself and the appliance man feel that this model is a danger and should be recalled.

I do not look for specific brands when I buy, I look for the features, size and price. Ive owned a Kenmore refrigerator several years ago and have owned several other brands since then. There was nothing I disliked about the Kenmore. If it keeps food cold and lasts a long time that is all I expect. And it was as good as expected.

I built a new home and upgraded all my kitchen appliances to Kenmore Elite. The glass top electric stove has a defective part and Kenmore will not stand behind it. The smallest burner stopped working 13 months after installation. I was told to buy the extended warranty and they replaced the part. Now, three years later, the same part is not working again. I cannot believe that this part is broken twice in five years. There is certainly something wrong with this stove and Kenmore should stand behind their merchandise. As a result, I have half a stove-top and that is it. Sears and Kenmore refused to admit that they are responsible for fixing this.

It always kept my clothes clean and washed them very well. I would go out while my clothes were washing and I never have had trouble with it. Always trust my clothes in there. Had no trouble with it, set the timer and off I go. Never had to worry about your clothes. You will be satisfied and very happy with the wonderful work it does for your clothes. This machine was bought from Sears years ago and still going strong, replaced the heating coil, but other than.. that it still runs well. I have had it over 10 years, best purchase ever, always have stuck with Kenmore, well made washing machine.

The clock would mysteriously reset as if a power outage had occurred. This happened for several weeks and then the control panel for the oven went dark and oven is UNUSABLE!!! So we call Sears for a warranty call out and the guy opens the back of the stove and discovers a bug back there that apparently shorted the board out and says he cant fix it and it wont be covered by the WARRANTY. This part is an electronic board that is not sealed in any way and will short out very easily again AT A COST OF $145.00 EACH after I spent almost a thousand on this stove. What really irritated me is even if I wanted to PAY for the repairs they would not do it. This stove is a piece of CRAP and I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SEARS!!! KENMORE/SEARS APPLIANCES SUCK.

The Kenmore dishwasher cleaned well and did a quick job. The dishes were always dry and they always came out clean which is all that mattered to me. The dishwasher is also easy to load and operate. It is large enough to get the job done. The setup was perfect for glasses, utensils, as well as pot and pans. You could even get a stock pot in on the bottom rack. The inside and seals are easy to maintain on a routine basis. However, it has a black front, which is not real easy to keep clean. I would have preferred a white one. It would also have been nice if it were a little more quiet, but for the price who can complain. The cycles dont take forever. You get your moneys worth. For an entry level machine the only thing I dont like is how loud it is.

Called for service on a nonworking Kenmore water heater. Appointment set for Tuesday. No call, no show. Called service center and come to find out representative scheduled accidentally on different day. No apology and missed work. Rescheduled appointment for Thursday. Customer called to confirm and appt was confirmed. Near end of appt time was called by repair person that they would not make it and we would have to reschedule. Called service center to make it right. Got an apology this time and a guy named ** but he could only offer to reschedule a third time for next Tuesday. Missed out on work. Informed ** they lost a customer to purchase Kenmore products for life since he could not correct situation. Fyi... Based on my experiences I think the call center is outsourced out of the country which does not bode well for existing and future customer satisfaction in the US.

This is my second Kenmore washer. The first one I had for 18 years and gave it away, still running well. This new washer I have had now for 7 years, with 2 moves and a family of 6, it’s still running almost like new.

We have a large family so splurged and spent worth of $3,000 for a new Kenmore Elite Refrigerator (model 795.72092.310). It was the largest fridge offered by Kenmore at the time. The interior is made entirely of plastic and has been cracking and breaking since almost new. I just spent over $100 for new door shelves - after patching and repairing the old ones for a year. The bottom shelf is cracked in half and the crisper drawers will no longer close without a fight. The sliding shelf in the freezer pops off the track all of the time - just enough to hold the door open but not enough to trip the DOOR OPEN alarm. We regularly get up in the AM to a melted freezer of food that has set just slightly open all night. I am looking for the original receipt but the fridge was purchased on my Sears credit card so purchase date should not be in dispute.

My Kenmore washer and dryer are white and modern looking. The controls are easy to choose for the right amount of clothes, the right temperature for the type of clothing being washed. The washer does not have a center agitator so you can put more clothes in it. Clothes do not get tangled up and come out clean. It is energy efficient and uses less water. Both my Kenmore washer and dryer are huge capacity so I have fewer loads as I can wait two weeks before I do the laundry. Kenmore products last a long time and I am satisfied with the performance of both the washer and dryer. The ease of using them plus the performance makes it well worth the price we paid.

I have a front load extra large capacity washer with sensors that determines load size and how long, strenuous or light the wash cycle will be. So far, I don't have to worry about what I am washing - heavily soiled items, denims, delicates or bulky linens, this washing machine has done a perfect job. Love it!

Kenmore has always produced great products. If you were on a budget, this is the way to go. Very nice fridge for the price. The interior of the refrigerator is very spacious and drawer size was excellent. The cooling was very good and it kept a constant temperature, in the refrigerator and freezer. My personal choice for a freezer would be on the bottom. But the top freezer worked fine. It is just a matter of taste. But didn’t have an ice maker. My current washer and fryer are Kenmore too, and I’m very happy with them.

We have bought Kenmore products for years. Never had any problems. We bought the Kenmore Elite washing machine in March 2013. It is in our attached garage. It is rusting around the bleach dispenser - something terrible. After reading reviews, it seems that this has been a problem for several years now and it seems that it hasnt been resolved. After only 2 yrs. 7 months of use, I wouldnt think the washer should be rusting. Im not sure I will be buying a Kenmore again.

The Kenmore Elite bottom freezer refrigerator we purchased less than 3 months ago has been a problem and has ruined our kitchen floor under the appliance, and the adjoining rooms carpet . The ice maker line backs up and fills up in the back of the appliance and then leaks onto your floor. We have had 4 appointments scheduled for the repair (on a 3 month old product), and now we are waiting to see if we can have it replaced. It was repaired once to no avail. Now we are just waiting without ice, and our refrigerator is in the middle of our kitchen so the floor can dry out...again. Waiting for the company to contact us about a new or a replacement. I am very discouraged at this point. VERY!

I purchased the Kenmore Automatic Washer model 796.3162#31# in 2016, and I had to have it replaced within 3 weeks of delivery. The water would not drain out of the machine. The machine I now have rips my husbands t-shirts. I have pictures to prove their destruction. I have had 2 different servicemen come out and it still occurs. What I have just discovered is there is a tiny barely noticeable metal wire that sets up and the clothes are getting caught on that wire. All of that money was spent on a washer that destroys my husbands shirts. I hope they are able to fix this issue.

I agree that Kenmore has a good reputation for quality appliances. That is why I didnt hesitate to purchase a Kenmore Elite Grab and Go bottom freezer refrigerator for my new home. I love the features. However, if you spill something and clean the entire refrigerator (as directed in the manual) you may still develop an awful odor you just cant get out. Sears designed this refrigerator in a way the customer cant get to the drip pan. Well you can if you tilt the refrigerator which I dont think is safe.Even though your refrigerator is only a few months old and spent $3000, Sears will charge to have someone come out (there is a limited warranty). Dont get me wrong I am willing to take fault with the spill, however, I cant take fault in the design. If a customer cant access the drip pan SAFELY, how can a customer get to the root of a problem that is causing an awful odor? So again, great features inside. Just know you cant easily get to the drip pan to clean.

I purchased a Kenmore Range model 790.9445. Today we pressed the bake key set the oven to 350 and the control panel started to sizzle and catch on fire. The off key was press and the oven was unplugged from the wall. I tried contacting the store with no answer then the service department. After trying for 3 hours I got through gave them my information and was place on hold for 45 minutes and was hung up on. So I called back this time I was answered right away and placed on hold after giving them my information, I was hung up on again. I am now sitting on hold for the last hour with a new telephone number for the Sears Customer care network, they appreciate my patience which is wearing thin with sears 40 minutes later. I got this number from another customer adviser site which was an email from a SEAR rep. I dont think they want my business. 1800 549-4505 and it is english

Kept the food at the right temperature and make it easy to place food item in the right places. The ice maker was the reason I purchased the refrigerators. The refrigerators size was large enough to for the space that it was in. Large that accommodated all the item I need weekly. The refrigerators appearance was clean and chrome so it was easy to keep it clean on the outside. The price was what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay for and could pay off in less the two years. Would buy the same item again.

2 years ago we bought a Kenmore oven. After several months of having it, I decided to use the self cleaning option. Our oven had no built up grease, and it really wasnt dirty because I take really good care of my things. I read the directions and proceeded. I have done this many times before with other stoves and no problems. After an hour I started smelling an odd odor. My husband said, that is normal, that is the cleaning odor you are smelling from the burn off of the cleaning process. I said I know that smell you are talking about and this seems different. It smells like burning wires or rubber. He said dont worry. After 1 1/2 hours it looked like there was smoke in the kitchen and I said I was too scared to leave the oven on, and the smell just got worse. I shut the stove off and waited until you were allowed to open it. The very top of door turned a yellow brown and the seal around the glass on the inside oven door melted. I am horrified to think what would of happened if I kept the stove on the time the manual said to? I have never used the self cleaning option again. Sears refused to do anything about it. We wanted the door replaced and they suggested a fifty dollar gift card instead! We are now having to replace this stove because I am afraid to use it. Several times after that sometimes when you would turn it on, there would be an unexplained smell, like burning. I was really scared the other day, I turned it on to my normal cooking temp. of 350 and it smelled like wires burning. I quickly turned it off and will now never buy a Kenmore or a stove from Sears again!!!

My dishwasher is easy to use, & great cleaning & is very quiet. I use mine at least 5 times a week. This is a great dishwasher. I love everything about it. Kenmore has far exceeded my expectations. I would have to think long and hard before I would replace this dishwasher. I love everything about this dishwasher. I would highly recommend this to everyone who is looking for a dishwasher. I love it so much.

Ill try to be as fair as I can without cursing. I really, really HATE my Kenmore high efficiency washing machine. It takes literally hours if not the whole day to wash a single load. And when the cycle complete light says its done and I open the lid, Im usually looking at a load that has not spun and is soaking wet. Ive tried every setting and Im constantly having to come back to the machine to check if its going o.k. I thought by purchasing this machine I would save on water but instead, I end up rewashing loads and wasting time. Its a nightmare. Its a fairly new machine and Im already considering taking it to the dump and buying a new one. I wouldnt want to donate it. Nobody deserves a machine like this. Ive had family members ask me how I like my machine because they needed a new one. I told them not to buy the high efficiency ones. I told them the truth. I HATE IT! I will never ever buy another one like this or recommend it to anyone. It may even deter me from buying Kenmore products too.

This is a great appliance by a trusted brand. It is the best one I have ever had and never quit at all. It kept all my food at the right temperature and everything tasted great. It was the perfect size. The shelves were just right and I could get everything into it just right. Good looking appliance too. Easy to keep clean and wipes clean very easy with a wet rag. Spills are easy to clean up and anyone would be happy to have this. It was a little expensive but worth it. You have to pay a little more for quality and you get what you pay for. This is a trusted brand and has been for the past 15 years.

I purchased it from Sears because someone was able to help me understand the features and answer my questions about the differences in the various dishwashers and they were on sale. Energy efficiency is a quality that helps my bottom line money. The fact that save energy is huge. Another feature is being able to choose between Smart wash, pots and pans, Normal or 1 hour wash helps. My last dishwasher did not have a pots and pans feature and I hate washing pots. And the stainless steel front is sleek. However, this is not a very quiet dishwasher. I usually start the dishwasher and go to bed and you can hear the dishwasher upstairs. It would be nice to have the sounds absorbed somehow.

In July we purchased our first Kenmore refrigerator. Weve never owned a Kenmore before so we were a little skeptical at first but it was the best decision we have ever made. We are very pleased with our Kenmore refrigerator. We will never buy any other brand!!

Paid $2300 for this Sears Kenmore elite refrigerator and less than 3 years old its total junk. Stopped working!! Had 5 different guys out to diagnose and fix it and all 5 appliance repair people said they cant fix it! Sears is the bottom of the barrel with quality anymore. Including their craftsman tools that are no longer made in America. CRAFTSMAN TOOLS ARE ALL MADE IN CHINA! That’s right, Sears has sold out to China (and their prices are still the highest). Never ever again will I ever even step into another Sears store! That’s how I feel after getting ripped off on this refrigerator! This week I have to go out and buy another refrigerator and take the $2300 loss!

I had another washer and dryer but when I moved in to my residence this Kenmore was available inside my house. So I sold mine and kept the Kenmore because I thought it was better. I have kids who are into sports and band, and pets so I have several loads of clothes in a week usually and every day I have never been able to not rely on my Kenmore. I am overall satisfied and would not trade this brand for another brand. It has been greatly appreciated with our family. The appearance overall is the usual white and simple with not a lot of buttons which I like so I can teach my kids to use later on when they are older.

We purchased Kenmore washing machine 110.26132410 in March 2016. It has been the “washing machine from hell.” First I noticed the huge amount of lint in the filter of the dryer (same dryer I had with the old washer) when I laundered towels, and these towels were becoming frayed and worn. Then I noticed that there were holes in some towels, as if eaten out by bleach. I had used only as much bleach as indicated in the manual and put it in the bleach dispenser. Finally before my one year warranty ran out, I called for a technician. He found nothing wrong, but noticed that the bleach on my shelf was the “splash-less” type. He said that the bleach just goes to the bottom of the tub and could just stay there and not mix with the water enough and therefore get on the towels. He suggested that I use the “liquid” type bleach. There was no mention in the manual to use only the liquid bleach. I will say that there have been no new holes in my towels, but my towels have continued to wear out at an unusually high rate, and the lint filter on the dryer is still completely full after each load. I also noticed that this washer did not clean well and sometimes noticed that some clothes were not even wet. When I bought this, I had thought that the feature of “deep fill” would be useful, but found that it could only be used with “heavy duty” setting or above, not for “normal” or below. This washer has proven to be very unsatisfactory, and I will buy a new washer when I can afford to do so.

The set is very dependable and energy saving. I love the ease of use, the alerts that sound when a load is done, and the ease of loading and unloading the clothes, towels, and linen. It is the one set of washer/dryer that doesnt dance across the floor when I have a heavy load. I am very well pleased with my Kenmore appliances and recommend them to anyone interested in reliable appliances.

We bought this washer in ginger color and it started to rust in the top around the soap dispenser. We contacted Sears and we were told that rusting was not covered in their warranty, and they wanted us to buy their additional warranty policy. The washer has continued to rust and it looks terrible. I believe that they didnt put a protective seal on the paint. The washer and dryer are in an inside laundry room.

Im able to adjust the temperature so food is always fresh. Lots of storage space. Adjustable shelves make storing easy. Its not difficult to clean even with kids touching it a lot. Lower on my refrigerator budget. All around enjoyable. I am happy with the size of the refrigerator. It does not take up much space in my kitchen. The multiple storage containers within the refrigerator is convenient. The refrigerator is sleek and stainless steel. It matches my other appliances and have gotten many compliments. It has really completed my kitchen. The refrigerator has so far lived up to my expectations. I have had no issues with it this far and enjoy it. To me it was worth the cost.

It has been awhile since I have had a Kenmore washer and dryer, but from what I remember, they both worked satisfactorily. I never had problems with either the washer or dryer. I currently have a GE washer and dryer since I received a very good deal on both. I had considered the Kenmore but decided to go with the GE because of the price.

The washer does a amazing job. It almost spins my clothes dry. It has a lot of different settings that make it so easy to pick the right one. I have had this washer for about 4 years and I have never had any problems with it. I have used the cleaning feature which does a amazing job. I bought the silver one that matches my other appliances. I like the look and style of the washer. It has a very classy look. I enjoy telling and showing my friends and family. It is comparable to other washer similar to this one. I feel like overall it is a great washer.

My Kenmore range is only 5 1/2 years old and I am told that the computer board in the front of the range has to be replaced at a cost of $443.00 plus instillation cost $118.00. My burners and oven no longer work. We have bought many appliances from Sears over the years and I will not go back nor will I buy another Kenmore product. Upon moving to a new home 5-6 years ago, we bought a Kenmore fridge, dishwasher, range, washer and dryer. I am very disappointed with the stove and the operation of it.

It was years ago that I had this type of refrigerator. It was one of my first refrigerator, couldnt complain about anything about it. I liked the freezer. It was nice and spacious. I expected the functions that it offered and it was met with the expirations. Just wish when I bought one would of been great if I would of waited till later in the years, to have a built-in ice machine. It was with me for years but times changed with technology but the overall experience was great. I expected to have it as the warranty would expire and it last past the time. Ive moved up on the refrigerators. I was completely satisfied when I chose a Kenmore refrigerator. I just liked the brand of it and the performance that it offered. I loved my refrigerator.

I was doing a load of laundry when I heard a terrific bam in my laundry room. I went in to see about the loud noises and discovered the front door of the machine open. I felt the clothes and discovered they were soaked and the washer was about 1/8 filled with water. It appeared as if the washer reacted during the spin cycle. Perhaps it did not spin-dry the clothes as it was supposed to. Now I cannot lock the door any longer so therefore the machine cannot function. Has anybody else had this problem? Has there been any recall of my machine for this problem? I would like some feedback.

I used the washer for many years. It functioned well and I typically washed about three loads a day. It was easy to use and my favorite part is that it held heavy duty large loads well and had no problems.

Smart and efficient, works well and leaves little to no spots on the dishes. The wash cycle is pretty quick. Just set and forget until its time to put them away. Would recommend highly. Good size. Not too big or too small. Just make sure it fits in your space before buying. Depending on kitchen colors it fits in perfectly and you would never know its there. Standard appearance. Mot too much and not overboard. Has a smooth clean finish that fits in with any decor. Looks great when installed. Good value for the price, depending where you shop. Its actually a lot cheaper than some other non name brand dishwashers on the market. Perfect for the price.

It washes well and is efficient at getting stains out usually. It is not too loud also. I feel it is quite durable at the same time. I am quite satisfied with it. I have only had one breakdown in 6 years and had to call a repairman to fix it but for the most part I have no issues with my washer when I want to use it. It is not that stylish compared to some of the newer models out there especially the other brands but it is attractive enough that it can blend in with my home decor. It could be a little more appealing but it is okay. Considering the reliability of the machine and how long I have had it coupled with the reasonable price I paid I feel that this is a good value for what I spent.

Overall an excellent microwave for its size and cost. Did not rate as five star because there is room for improvement with all items. My microwave is dependable, functional, user-friendly and overall user-efficient. Its an energy star products which means a lot to me and our environment and the world we live in.

This is the worst washer (700 washer) I’ve ever owned. Unless I use deep fill and second rinse for every load half the load comes out dry and unwashed. Also (maybe my mistake) I cannot reach the bottom of the machine without a step stool. For such a deep basin it appears that it fills about 2”. So by using the extended options I see no efficiency or economy needless to say an hour and a half per load!

The size was great for a family of 5 and never had a problem. We have 2 dogs that shed and the hair is always under the refrigerator but even this did not cause a problem. Had it for over 28 years and ran great. The size was perfect for a family of 5 but the freezer section was a little small and could have bigger. We did have a stand alone freezer also that really helped. Was a plain white refrigerator with textured sides and front but it was very easy and simple to keep clean. The inside had adjustable shelves that helped with cleaning also. I really do not remember what we paid for the refrigerator since it was so many years ago but since it lasted so long I would consider it a really great value.

I bought the washer dryer set a year ago and I have never had any problems and dont anticipate any problems. Most of the washers I have owned in the past my t-shirts have ended up with holes in them after owning the washer after a month. My idea of my current washer and dryer is they are the best so that I have owned. After a year I still dont have holes in my clothes from the washer or dryer. The machines are well built and there were many colors to choose from. They are sturdy and made to American quality. They are quiet operating and very energy efficient. The quality and workmanship of the machines are well worth the price. When you can wash your clothes without having to replace them before the clothes should need replacing.

It does a great job getting dishes clean and spot free. You dont need pre-wash your dishes before hand. It has a sleek elegant design and nice controls. It runs quietly. I can never have enough room in a dishwasher but I can fit a lot of dishes including pots and pans in it. If you think about where you place stuff you shouldnt have any problems. I love the design. It blends into my kitchen very well. It looks very sleek and high tech. The design on the control panel is very nice as well. Overall I think it is a good value. It looks great and does a nice job cleaning. I have not had any issues with it. There are so many washers to choose from but I think I made a good choice.

This washer always stops after wash instead of going through the entire wash, rinse, spin cycle. Most of the clothes arent even wet after the wash part of the cycle, let alone clean. Worst washer EVER!

I had not used the oven for a few months in the summer. Went to bake something and the house smelled like burned plastic. All kinds of weird noises like popping and banging were happening. It really freaked me out and made me feel it was not safe to operate the oven and will not. Looking to buy a new one. The stove is 10 years old but if it were newer, I would not be happy and go after Sears. I am not sure if I am satisfied or not because I do not know the life expectancy of a range.

I have a double oven and its great except one thing, the side oven is so small that really nothing fits inside to bake. You have to order special size pans AMD lets face it, no one wants to go out of their way to do that let alone bake a tiny one person cake or 4 small rolls. I dont want to take away from regular oven but I believe the tiny baby oven should be an inch to two inches bigger at least to put regular size pans even if its for warming.

At some point I had a Kenmore fridge and was very pleased with it. It lasted a very long time and I never had any difficulty with it. It performed well in all facets of keeping my foods cold and never had any problems with too much frost in the freezer section.

No problems at all. We bought it new in 2008. Wed recommend this refrigerator to anyone. It is the french door model with bottom freezer. It also has a water dispenser with filter.

Ive had the dryer for over 6 years. I dont know how long it was in my home before I purchased the house so Im not sure the real age of the dryer but Ive only had to replace the belt on it once and havent had any other major repairs to it. Ive even let other friends and family use it over the years and its still going strong.

I had a Kenmore refrigerator about 10 years ago when my kids were younger and we had a Sears charge card and I had no problems with it at all. I cant recall why we got rid of it but it was a great fridge.

Got it on July 15. Sears offered me to extend my warranty after they replace the main board of a very expensive Kenmore elite refrigerator. New board warranty only for 90 days. Im suppose to keep expending money on a brand new appliance that is suppose to last at least 10 yrs.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite HE3T washer last February 2009. After 20 months of use, there was an F35 error. I am using the HE detergent. Several attempts to clear the lines and analog water pressure sensor only provides temporary relief. The washers door ring is also a breeding ground for mold. I will purchase a new sensor from a local parts supplier.

My washer and dryer work great. I do many large loads and they hold up to the wear and tear like champs. They have never let me down and I expect them to keep going for years. I have never had a single issue with either my washer or dryer. They run consistently and perform with the efficiency that I expect. I have a top load washer and a front load dryer. The controls are easy to use. The white finish is easy to maintain and has been looking good for their constant and heavy use. I bought my washer and dryer during a Black Friday sale and couldnt be happier with the price I paid. They are energy-efficient and continue to prove cost-effective with the money I save in utility costs.

We just purchased a Sears 500 series top loading washer. It does not get clothes clean. After washing whites, with bleach, towels used for baking with some chocolate batter stains did not get clean. Stains remained. The machine does not put enough water in the tub to get clothes clean. It does not agitate enough to get out spots. Autofill simply does a terrible job at assessing amount of water needed per load. There is no way for the consumer to add more water to a load. The machine fails on design and execution. If not buy this product.

Purchased a new side-by-side refrigerator from Sears outlet in Virginia. Fridge operated as expected with no issues. I just determined while owning it that I do not care for side-by-side.
