Terrible gasket seal. We purchased a small, apartment sized refrigerator. When we reversed the doors the freezer gasket did not fit right resulting in an unusable freezer. It was just a big block of ice!! We called Avanti in October and requested a solution that which the representative suggested they send a new gasket and the problem would be solved. We waited 10 days, nothing arrived in the mail, we called back and were told it was on back order until mid-November. So we waited. By December no gasket had arrived. So, we called Avanti again. And, again we were advised the gasket was on back order now until the end of December. January arrived and still no gasket. Again we called... again the representative told us it was on backorder this time until the end of February. Unacceptable to us we asked to speak with a manager who agreed to send us a new door. Its now February 8 we have not received a gasket or a new door. For FOUR MONTHS we have been dealing with them and an unusable freezer. Do yourself a favor and do not buy any product from this inadequate company. We are so disappointed and just want our money back, which of course, they refuse to do.UPDATED ON 02/18/2017: After waiting for over FOUR MONTHS for a replacement gasket or a replacement freezer door, as promised by Avanti, and dealing with an unusable freezer, the door finally arrived! The problem now is that the door is the wrong color!! We have called and left numerous messages for David **, the manager, and have had no response back. Simply one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. I think we are destined to live wth our mismatched ~ patchwork looking refrigerator as I do not expect this company to care about us, the customer, one bit.

I am very happy with the performance of this refrigerator. This is my first experience of this brand and I am quite satisfied. It keeps food very cold and looks good too. If you purchase this brand you will not be disappointed with your purchase. I love the appearance of my new refrigerator. Its one of the reasons I chose this type. I am pleased and happy. I get many compliments on my new refrigerator. That makes me feel good. I am pleased and happy with the size of my refrigerator. It fits perfectly. For me I couldnt have made a better choice. It all depends on the size you need. For my kitchen it is the perfect choice. I would highly recommend choosing this type of refrigerator. It is of high value. The color, size, performance, pride and price makes this a high value choice.

Awesome automatic ice machine. Had very cold water and easy to adjust temperature for both the freezer and refrigerator section. Nightlight included that automatically shuts off. Was incredibly easy for my children to operate, but I could also lock all controls for when they decided to just play with it. It is solid black with light textured pattern you can feel and just a hint of shine. Inside is glass, which I didnt like and is white but was very easy to clean. Hated size of both freezer and refrigerator section. Shelving Is actually non adjustable which makes me very dissatisfied and surprised. Price of the side by side fridge was very inexpensive and very affordable which was the main reason for the purchase of the refrigerator.

I purchased a Refrigerator in December of 2015, model FFBM102D3S. I recently went food shopping, loaded up the fridge and noticed a smell a few days later - the motor stopped, the interior of the fridge was at 60 degrees and I had to throw out all of my food. I called the company to get information - pretty bewildered that a fridge would die at 2 years old - the woman I spoke with kept cutting me off saying that We Cannot offer you any warranty service because it is 2 years old. I asked if that was the custom of this company that a fridge should stop working after 2 years - same sentence and very rude. I asked to the speak with the manager - David ** - received his e-mail response that appliances are sold with a one year warranty which is the standard in the industry.It is not the standard in the industry for a motor to die in 2 years. I have asked repeatedly for an explanation how this company can condone this machine to die after two years - no answer to that question. I lost about $250 worth of food and I am being told that I need to pay at least $150 to have someone come to my home to just look at it and the price will go up at that point.Maybe I am old fashioned, but I expect my concerns to be acknowledged and I expect a major appliance, such as a refrigerator to last more than two years. At the bare minimum I expect a company to respect their customers - because a satisfied customer will tell one or two people about their experience. An unsatisfied customer will tell everyone about their experience. This company obviously sells subpar workmanship and their associates are tired and rude. I paid about $500 for the machine. I lost $250 of food and I have to pay $150 for someone to come to the house. I am almost at the original cost of the machine that I purchased two years ago. Disgraceful.

My apartment-sized (23 wide, 59 high) Avanti fridge has just ended its life cycle. I had it for 6.5 years. In researching the new one, I spoke to the customer service of another brand with some questions. I asked about how long their apt-sized models last; she said about 3-7 years. So, if thats what is expected for models this size, then the Avanti one I had did pretty well.

I love this little washer. It holds and handles a lot more than I expected! The drain hose did pop out once and I came up with a solution. I had this sink drainer I bought at Amazon, I squeezed and fired the hose in the drainer and positioned it underneath the water line so it can’t pop out. Now everything is perfect! Would have liked slightly larger wheels.

After I picked up the kit to install everything was fine. That should be included when you purchase the product.it works fine !!

Great little machine. Note it’s a cold fill only but don’t let that put you off as it does get clothes looking and smelling clean. I have put mine on wheels so I can move it in and out of the bathroom where I hook it up to the sink. Has already paid for itself and I don’t have to hassle with building laundry room and interacting with other residents.

We chose this model because it was one of a very few that would fit under our available counter height. So there was some initial concern about quality as Avanti was not our first choice of manufacturer, but the installation was very simple, and the subsequent dish washing performance is excellent.

This was a great buy! I was holding out for the Magic Chef portable washing machine but I am too impatient and decided to go with this one, I ordered it on Wednesday and received it on Sunday. This is a great machine! I live in an apartment and it was light enough to maneuver it up the two flights of stairs without assistance. I unpacked it and put it on a dolly in my kitchen and away I went doing my most hated chore ever, washing clothes. The connections they provided for the machine to the faucet did not work for me but I have an older faucet and managed to make it work regardless. The fill time was lengthy but that isn’t the machines fault (just bad water pressure). I was able to fit in 5 tank tops and four leggings in one load! All came out as clean as it would have in a larger machine. This may not seem like a lot to some but when the only other option is to go to a basement laundry room with only one working machine, shared amongst 50 others, you will learn to appreciate this machine and what it can do for you. It spins the clothes dry enough to where I only had to have them hanging up for less than 24 hours. They dried so fast I canceled the portable dryer I had ordered (maybe come winter time I will purchase it). The benefit of having this machine in my place outweighs the cost of it 100%.

The Avanti microwave is a perfect fit for my granddaughter's dorm room at school. It matches the small refrigerator perfectly and is a great addition to their kitchen.

I own one of these refrigerators theyre so cheap made, that the doors wont even stay tightened, and it’s not as cold on the inside as it should be. Even turned all the way up. I own the stove and dishwasher too and theyre not any better, big nightmares if you ask me, don’t waste your time.

I bought a portable washing machine first and have been hang drying for a while. This was fine in warm weather but time consuming and a pain in the winter so I bought this item and am amazed of how well it works. I had no way to vent a regular dryer in my apartment so it is perfect with the vent less dryer attachment. Would recommend this item for anyone with very little living space. It works perfect for my family.

I live in a small two bedroom apartment was looking for a very small dryer that did not need to be vented outside. I watched a lot of you tube videos and did some research and came across this dryer. I purchase a Avanti Front Load Dryer and it works awesome. It is small but it works great for my son and I it. Works great on small loads but takes just a little longer on larger loads.

I purchased via Avanti top mount refrigerator stainless steel, model FF10B3S on January 28, 2019. The unit broke on July 28, 2021. I contacted the manufacturer and they indicate there are no service repair people in Henderson and Las Vegas area. I think a refrigerator freezer that cost $700 should last longer than 2 1/2 years.

I purchased a chest freezer due to hard times going through this pandemic and money has been very tight so eating has been a blessing. Ive had this product about 6 months not quite came home from work and the whole freezer full of meats were gone. Dont know whats going on with the replacement of my product. Its still under manufacturer warranty and even if or when it gets replaced I dont know how Im even going to put anything in it. I am just very unsatisfied with the quality of this product. I understand its not going to last forever but never dreamed it would only last 6 months.

I bought this unit at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic so that I wouldn't have to use the public facilities in my building. It's a 40-pound box so if you live in a walk-up, make sure you have a buddy to help you haul it upstairs on delivery day. Assembly/installation took less than 10 minutes , with no swearing. Hoses and extension cords are decent lengths. Cleaning and maintenance are also easy; throw bleach in it once a month to clean it, and every 10 loads or so empty the lint trap. If you live in North America and ever need spare parts, DANBY make the exact same model, called the DWM030WDB-6. The washing machine works flawlessly. There are different pre-sets (Normal, Heavy, etc) that range from 19 minutes to 40 minutes per cycle, or you can create your own by selecting size, number of wash cycles and number of spin cycles. I actually find the shortest cycle- Rapid Wash- is the most effective at getting my clothes clean. The ending spin cycle leaves my clothes slightly damp, and if I hang-dry them, they're completely dry in a few hours. The industrial machine I used in the public laundry left my clothes much soggier. As an example, any of my dri-fit fitness clothes are essentially dry within 45-60 minutes after they come out of the Rapid Wash cycle. I live on the top level of a 4-story apartment building that is 80 years old; I saw no effect on water pressure in the apartment, and even took showers while the machine was in use with the bathroom sink. In terms of how much clothing you can fit in- I find it's about 1/3 of what I could do in a normal sized machine. I can do up to 3 full-size bath towels at a time, and queen-sized sheets and duvet covers, no problems. Jeans have been fine too, either as part of a regular cycle or 3 pairs of male adult jeans at a time. A warning about using bleach, however! The manual advises to use 1/4th of what you normally use for laundry detergent and I assumed it would be the same for bleach, but it's more like 1/8th when using bleach; The first time I used bleach it got pretty fume-y!

If you turn a burner's valve on you will receive gas ! Even if you don't light the burner with the ignitor or a match you will receive gas. Just be smart. It fits in my tiny kitchen and in years it's worked like a champ. I couldn't be happier with this buy. I especially like the top burner broiler, just like it's bigger brother's broilers. And it's ready for propane too. This is a buy and hold recommendation.

I ordered this Avanti dishwasher for my home, as it was one of the most economical ones in the 18" size. I had never heard of this brand name before and was hoping that it would be a good one. I have now been using it for a couple of months and I wanted to share that I love this dishwasher; it's surprisingly quiet, and although small it is set up for maximum amount of dishes and they come out beautifully clean! I couldn't be happier. I always read reviews to get a feel about purchases and figured someone would appreciate mine. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

I have a small upright freezer because of space concerns. Its design with bins allow for easy access but it does diminish the capacity somewhat. But I find it adequate for my needs as a single member household.

I have had this refrigerator (Avanti FF760W) for 5 years. It works perfectly, despite undergoing some rough handling. This is a “counter-depth” refrigerator with about enough room inside to satisfy the needs of one person. I believe the “760” part of the model number means it has 7.6 cubic feet of storage capacity. As an aside, I the “FF” is for frost-free, and the “W” may be for the color: white. I bought it in 2012. I moved it several blocks by dolly it to a storage facility in late 2013, and then, when I was told pointedly that the storage facility was closing immediately at 15 minutes before the posted time, I moved it 53 blocks and two avenues, again with a dolly, through Manhattan on a cold night in January 2014. I moved it to Texas in the back of a pickup truck in March 2015. It has suffered a few cosmetic blemishes during the moving incidents, but to this day, it works perfectly. Now it serves as an “overflow” refrigerator, but it was a lifesaver when I first got it, living in a tiny apartment. It is about 5’ tall, and the top surface was thoughtfully designed to be perfectly flat, so that make a handy shelf, and that is where I put the microwave in my tiny apartment. The only negative things I can say about it are that the shelf over the crisper drawer is glass, which is maybe a safety hazard, the refrigerator and freezer shelves are wire, which make it hard to balance some things, and I had rather have a 3rd proper door bin in the refrigerator compartment rather than the drink-holder designed for 12 oz. cans, but it is impossible to buy after-market or replacement parts, likely because the model has been discontinued and was never a huge seller in the first place. I thought about giving only 4 stars because the shelves and door bins are less than optimal, but I saw them before I purchased it, and it still refrigerates and freezes just as well as when I bought it 5 1/2 years ago and over 1500 miles away. Great little refrigerator!

I bought and changed the filter often for the water part of it, and other than that it ran great, not loud, no issues. It was all black, had a pull out freezer at the bottom, doors opened and closed with no squeaks! When you opened it had three doors to open for produce, meat, etc. Basic normal fridge! Great quality honestly. The value of this fridge was amazing. It was honestly the perfect fridge for me and my family. Ran perfectly with no issues. Should continue on strong for the next few years it seems like.

This is a great microwave and just the right size for the area we have. Controls are easy to use. Lightweight, and compact. Powerful enough for all that we need and so much quieter than our old one.

So thrilled with this Avanti Dryer! The convenience of having an apartment size laundry appliance in the house is wonderful. The dyer is very efficient and matched to the load size of my apartment size washer. The lint filter is easy to clean. Living Direct had it in stock. It arrived in good condition and was easy to assemble. It came with a small vent. If you want to vent it outside, you will need to purchase additional venting hose and an outside vent. Thank you!

Very handsome unit. Safety features (read: clicking) to make you aware of flowing gas is annoying but all new ranges do that, I think. This range seems to have all the same features as any full size top of the line gas range. It feels sturdy. The unit was missing a screw for the railing of a bottom drawer. Rats. I called Amazon and they said they couldn't help with the screw but would gladly take the range back. For a twenty cent screw?? Nope. However, they insisted on extending my Prime when I declined a discount. The rep's idea, not mine. Then I called Avanti. With two minutes they took my shipping info and said they'd send out a whole new drawer assembly because they don't carry the screw. All in all, this speaks awfully well of both Amazon and Avanti. I hope this was helpful.

It is a very reliable fridge. I like it because whenever I needed to adjust the temperature it was straightforward and easy. The shelves and drawers could have been more thoughtfully designed. Sometimes it was hard to fit in food in convenient way. It was annoying because Im a very organized person. It was pretty cheap looking. And the bad storage made the presentation underwhelming. Its aesthetics are its major downfall, but it worked great regardless. The size is ok. Spacing is weird, but it still held everything I needed it to. It didnt look blocky in the room. It may be slightly unattractive, but its been running well for a long time. I love how easy it is to adjust the temp. which is something Ive always hated about other fridges.

Arrived really well packaged, and in pristine condition. Works Well. Good Door seal. It's worth noting that mine arrived with 4 door shelves that covered the width of the door and not the small shelves pictured. All of the shelves are removable and the third shelf down has a slightly lower repositioning option if desired. And has a somewhat quirky characteristic of forming frost on the inside rear wall of the refrigerator section. When the compressor is on, this then melts and is channeled away down a small hole when the compressor is off. Called a Cycle Defrost. The freezer section will require a manual defrost too. All in all the Avanti is good package for the money paid for it at time of purchase. I would, frankly, have been far less happy at this price point as I feel the overall build quality, while far from being poor, does not warrant a cost in excess of my original purchase cost.

I have had great luck with this unit. The assembly was very easy and adapted to my space perfectly. It was very light to carry as I had to pick up at the store due to Covid-19. Cleans the dishes very well.

It does a good job of keeping my frozen foods nice and cold. It has plenty of room inside for all of my grocery needs. It seems to be fairly energy efficient and I have had no issues with it so far. The inside is well designed and it is well lit. It looks pretty good. The color options that were available made it easy enough to find one that fit in well with the way that my kitchen is designed. I like how it is sleek and clean looking. The inside has a lot of room and is well organized making it easy to find a place for everything and I never worry about cross contamination. I would say that for the price I paid it is a very good value. I have never had any issues with it. It runs very well, keeps my food cold and seems to be fairly energy efficient.

Bought a wine cooler WCR682SS-2 from Wine Cooler Direct. First unit came did not operate, they shipped a second and worked fine for two years and now it freezes the bottom shelves of wine. I also bought extended warranty and they said I would have to find a serviceman to repair it. I called 5 local businesses and no one wants to touch it as its hard to get parts. Called the company and parts on back order till April. Worst customer experience on all ends.

First of all, some reviewers are stating this is a "ventless" dryer, and it is not. It does need to be vented. I got a venting system on Amazon for around 11 dollars, it has a vent tube and a box that you put water in, this catches what little lint comes out of the dryer and recycles the heat back into your house. Alternatively, you can vent it out a window. I chose this dryer because the all-in-one ventless dryers don't really "dry" your clothes and are more expensive. The filter system is inside the dryer on the inside back wall and works amazing. I have lots of pets and I have to say, this little guy works great, I have not seen any lint at all in the ventless lint box thingy that I purchased from Amazon. Dries everything completely too. I matched this with a danby washer #see that review# and am very happy. I live in a little beach house so there is no 220 access and no washer/dryer hookups and this works perfectly. I put it in the kitchen and dry my clothes while I'm doing other things, then push it under the table when I'm done...it is small and takes up little space. Beats going to the laundromat for sure. Plus, this company is great, shipped it out right away and prices are better than at any store. You can't beat them.

Bottom line dont buy Avanti! I had a gift given to me on a brand new refrigerator after plugging in twice. The product basically runs the unit does not cool. I called and contacted the repair locations. I also called the 1-800 number on the back for service. They gave me the run-around on the phone that the manufacturers date was older than a year and because of no receipt they cant fix the cooling part on the unit so basically Im out of a refrigerator. But I have a same refrigerator thats 10 years old that works perfectly fine but from a different manufacturing company thats never had any problems. So again think about before you buy an Avanti product. They dont stand behind their product or wont go simply out of their way to check it to try to help out a consumer.

I've tried other brands of refrigerators before and this one has been by far the best I’ve ever tried. It has been by far the best refrigerator I have ever owned in my life. Well, it does come in a variety of options like stainless steel, black, white and various other colors. I myself have a stainless steel one. I love the size. It’s a medium size refrigerator. I think it is a very valuable refrigerator... Extremely reliable... It's good value for the price you pay.

l purchased this product based on other reviews. l was not disappointed. it was easy to install and use, also more quiet than my last dryer. the lint screen is easy to clean. the clothes dried fairly quickly, and l love the ventless feature.

Experience should be zero. I bought the CF10M0W Nov 2015 and it just went out, stop working. Called the company who have me the number to JR Martin App. I spoke with the tech who stated there will be a $99 service cost and if it was the compressor $300 in labor. Well, the freezer cost $280. The staff at Avanti rude and unprofessional.

In 2015, I purchase an Avanti Refrigerator for my apartment. Within 3 months I started having problem. It was no longer keeping my food cold. I called Avanti. They gave me an repairman who fixed the problem. 4 months later the motor went. The repairman replace the motor, a month later I came home from work and heard this loud humming sound from the refrigerator. During the night the refrigerator stop working. I called the repairman again. This time it could not be fixed. I was given a new Avanti refrigerator in July of 2016. Today May 24th my refrigerator has stop working. I called the repairman who informed me that there is no more warranty on the original refrigerator and I must pay to have it service. I will tell my friends and family never to purchase an Avanti refrigerator. They are the worst!

I was looking to find a quality microwave that would fit in just the right spot in my kitchen. This one does the trick and has worked very well so far!

I have a household of 4 and this fridge is perfect with a lot of room to store food and able to control the temperature on it. I love how it has easy access and a bright light when our fridge is open. Beautiful fridge and definitely modern to make your kitchen unique. The handles on opening the fridge are big and easy to pull out. Shelves inside the fridge are nice, glass looking. Sort of big but thats what I love about it. You can see everything of whats in the fridge because how much space it has. The value looks expensive but bought it for a good price. I bought my fridge at Sears because it just stood out from all the rest. Reading the value of it has caught my eye just because it was perfect in what I needed.

We purchased this refrigerator with a freezer on top for the basement to use for overflow during holidays. We have had it for four years and it turns off at its convenience. We did have someone out to fix it last year but it continues to turn on and off but mostly off. It is currently waiting for the trash man on the curb. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

I bought the refrigerator and used it for 4 years. The motherboard went out and I have been waiting for the part for 8 months. I have called Avanti or 6 times and they keep pushing the order status out. They keep on promising it is coming. DO NOT BUY. They are useless.

It keeps temperature great. When I had a black out food was cold for 12 hours. Great product. Lots of space for your produce, juices and milks. If you have children its nice because you have a variety of cold drinks and snack for them. Very streamlined. I have the bottom freezer with two doors on top. Makes for easy storing and access to the things you need. Came in a variety of colors to choose from to match your decor. I find the size very appropriate to my needs. I can store 3 gallons of liquid on the doors as well as a variety of other goods. The value I was not expecting. I thought the price was very reasonable for the appliance that I got. Its very durable, keeps temperatures nice and cold so your items and produce stay crisp.

This was one of the few microwaves that was small enough to fit where we wanted to put it, it also looks very clean as well

I'm so happy that I upgraded my old stove to this newer model in my smaller basement flat. It has closed-door broiling which is nice and storage underneath for pans. I like that it has an electronic ignition for gas so that it is more energy efficient. I haven't made anything on it yet but hope to get a lot of use from it.

Great stove! Easy to set up for propane. I have done many propane conversions from frigerators to dryers and this was one was by far easier. I have read all the negative reviews and every one of the issues mentioned could have been solved just by following the simple instructions on how to install and also adjust the flame if need be. My stove made it all the way to Alaska without a scratch or dent, and yes even thou your box showed no damage, just flip it side ways or up side down like the freight companies do and you can damage the stove and yet the outside box still looks fine.

First of all DO NOT purchase any Avanti Products appliances! We purchased an upright freezer online December of 2017. We noticed that it seemed to not be holding a freeze about June 2018 but also thought it may be because we keep our freezer in our garage and everyone knows how hot our summers are here in NC so we thought it was because it was working overtime trying to stay cold! So we let it go! Well we noticed in October which for the most part is a little cooler here in NC that things in the freezer were still completely defrosted. I mean a whole 9 pound ham that had been in the freezer for at least 3 months was completely thawed out? So we decided there was a problem with our freezer for sure! We contacted the company we ordered through. They said they only warranty for the first 30 days after that it falls back on the manufacturer which was Avanti. They gave us all the contract info for Avanti and our purchase date. So we moved on to speak to Avanti directly. They said yes we were still under warranty. So we got the ball rolling on the way they handle their warranty. Of course first we had to have someone out to service it from their company (we were supposed to receive a phone call with an exact date for service within 3 days). Needless to say 3 weeks later I never heard from them? So I called Avanti again. They proceeded to say oh sorry after we looked further into it we realized they dont have a service company in our area??? So since they have pulled up my warranty claim they realized with my model number that these units were known to have problems so they were just going to replace it? I got an email that night from Avanti with my warranty claim and what I had to do to get it replaced. Most were easy to accommodate but one thing on the list was cut the cord to the freezer and mail it to them??? Well not a problem except my freezer was still full of half frozen food? And I got the email the night before we were going out of town for almost 2 weeks for Christmas? So not an option? Can you imagine the mess of a completely thawed out freezer in NC 2 weeks later?? No thanks! So when we got home I called Avanti and they said they no longer were going to cover our warranty? Because I did not send them the cord in a timely manner?? So very long story short... DO NOT purchase Avanti Products! And please research before you purchase any large products! Now we are out over $400 for the freezer and probably over $600 worth of food!! Lesson learned???

1) It took a while to get this delivered (due to current situation with COVID) and I haven’t been able to do laundry for three months so the delay in delivery was very stressful...BUT...the seller has been amazing at responding to my frustration with the shipping/delivery issues which are completely not their fault. Seller is definitely on top of customer satisfaction and reassuring with the stressful issues involved with delay in receiving the item. 2) This machine is super quiet and barely makes any noise as well as very steady and stable. 3) Set up was easy and quick once I acquired help from my 90lbs dog to open the boxes. It comes with all you need to hook it up to your sink faucet and use immediately. It’s also very light and easily maneuverable. 4) Very compact little machine that fits nicely in small spaces. 5) I did as suggested in the set up and testing of rinse and spin first and my three pairs of pajamma pants were fairly dry after the spin cycle so this machine does an amazing job of spinning your clothes so they’re not soaked. 6) It has many different options of washing times, etc., for heavy loads or lighter ones. It also has three different load sizes to choose from. I’m washing my first load now and I have about 4 pajamma tops with bottoms, 6 pairs of underwear, a couple bras, and about 5 tank tops in there and they fit well on a large load. 7) If you have a faucet hookup it tells you to select cold water but I have it using hot water and it seems to be working perfectly fine. Overall, this is a very pleasant experience thus far with the washing process now that I am past the waiting time to have this delivered and very impressed with the quick setup and overall performance already. I also bought a dryer from this seller and have yet to use that as well but I will be reviewing that once I have it set up.

The double french door model is too small. It has the illusion of size but the lower level freezer is awful. It has four draws and the draws, once pulled out are difficult to put back in...a real pain in the back! Plus the draws are small. Overall a poor attempt at being modern.

I am now used to the various controls and like them. I still find the loading racks do not adequately fit the sizes of my dishes. Also the silverware basket is taking some time to adjust to. In general I like the new dishwasher. It cleans my dishes well.

The beverage cooler refrigerates fine, but the glass door fogs up between the double glass. I called Staples and they wanted to have me send the unit back, but I had already discarded the nice shipping box so I decided to contact Avanti and offer to just replace the door if theyd send me one. Avanti said it was normal to fog inside. The clear door is the reason I purchased it for twice the price of a regular mini fridge. It appears the door does not have the space between the glass under a relative vacuum. Save your money and buy a different brand if you want a see-thru door.

We bought AVANTI beverage fridges for our new Hotel from Pacific Sales. When we plugged them in, they didnt work. We called Pacific Sales to exchange. They told us to call AVANTI. AVANTI was super rude about it. Finally they sent a technician. The tech confirmed they werent working and then we were sent to another Dept and told to cut off cord, send serial number with paperwork etc (and $10? WTF. I have to pay $10 too... what a joke). After they get everything, they will send me crappy replacement fridges. In the meantime, these fridges (the ones that were working) are so loud you have to unplug them at night or you cant sleep. STAY AWAY FROM AVANTI AND PACIFIC SALES.
