Hey guys, Good product, good service, good choice to buy this one. I using Liebherr fridge for last 2 years. Good experience to use this fridge. Very happy to buy this one and also good quality, very spacious too. Design, colour are unique.

I shopped for 2 years to find the perfect fridge for my small kitchen, and Leibherrs model was the best for many reasons, namely its exceptional 5 year warranty, sleek design and efficiency. Given that I have had 3 major parts replaced within its first year of use (note: I live alone so minimum wear and tear), I am grateful for the warranty. The two different local technical service companies that have repaired it have also been exceptional. My complaint is with Leibherr customer service in Orlando or Miami, FL at 866-543-2437 who I must contact to initiate a service call. Initially, they are responsive and helpful, but on at least two occasions they have sent the wrong parts, even when they have my correct model in writing. When one lives in a hot, humid environment and without a fridge for 2-3 weeks to wait for the needed parts and then wait another 3 days for the techs to schedule a visit, the inconvenience and expense of waiting is very stressful, at best. In addition, the service reps who answer the phone have given me wrong advice of how to mitigate the situation until the techs show up, i.e. not to defrost, not to shut the unit off, etc. When the techs come, they must return later after it defrosts or blow dry my unit before they can even start to repair it. Given my above efforts, I escalated to their management: namely Shauna and Chris. I was always told that they were in meetings and promised that they would return my call, which never happened. Initially, Shauna replied via email and offered to connect me higher management, but she never followed up. The rep who answered the phone refused to give me the last name of Chris, the manager at the site nor him email address. Please note that I have tried repeatedly to express my frustrations directly with them before writing this review. When one spends $3,000.00 USD on a small fridge, wouldnt one expect better customer service from the manufacturer?

Price worth product....happy with the working of the product.. Cooling of the refrigerator is also quite good.... Surely I will recommend this product to my friends and family. Really a good product..

This is the most expensive fridge freezer we have ever purchased and it is rubbish. It doesnt seem to freeze food correctly and if I try to freeze an unfrozen item it can take 2 days to become solid. The warning buzzer is VERY ANNOYING, it is like a race against the clock to put shopping away. I just hate it, I wish I had never seen this make in Currys and stuck with the Whirlpool I had for years and just replaced the broken shelves.

We bought our Liebherr 8 years ago. We have had nothing but problems since the very beginning. In less than a year, shelves break, the gaskets rips apart, the shelves in the doors cant withstand normal use, the ice maker works intermittently, etc. Weve had a repairman out at least once every year and a half. Currently, we get ice build-up on the bottom of the freezer. Now our fridge will not work at all. Given the price point, I expected so much more. I never had problems with my cheaper appliance! My warning to you - dont buy it!

We have had our Liebherr refrigerator repeated every other month. Specifically, the ice machine. We could have purchased a brand new refrigerator for the same amount we have spent repairing it at this point. Bottom line..This product sucks! Buyer beware!!

If you want buy refrigerator so please buy LIEBHERR. German brand refrigerator. Lg Samsung Voltas and @hirlpool is only brand but if you want space and perfect cooling so buy only LIEBHERR. Is best refrigerator in India.

Good fridge.Original review: When I bought this ref I dont even know the brand name. The sales executive name called Vishwa. He is explaining about the brand. He told this is 65yrs old brand. The features he told that was very benefit to me. I bought it. Previously I was used Samsung frost free refrigerator. Compare to that ref LIEBHERR cooling was good. We can move self tray without taking out. Vegetables freshness easily can sustain a week. Without power cooling maintain approx 8 to 10hrs. Earlier ref only sustain below 4hrs.

My refrigerator developed some problems, which I accept. However, because it was out of warranty, the appliance store would not service it. None of the local repairers would work on a Liebherr, and the main customer service at Liebherr couldnt provide a service rep for the entire Olympic Peninsula! What good is a refrigerator that cant be serviced? Liebherr has not developed adequate service coverage. They shouldnt sell equipment that they cant assure service.

I bought a Liebherr refrigerator. It was a excellent quality and cooling through is very correctly managed. Brand said insulation and services was good responsibility. So I love the product and services.

In 16/09/2010 - 4 years ago I purchased SBSes 7353 Premium BioFresh NoFrost Liebherr Refrigerator. I knew (I thought) that it is very high quality and user friendly. And despite the high price relative to other brands I bought it. But week ago the BioFresh began to lose temperature. I called to local service and technician comes to check it. As he says there is a gas leak in the pipe located in the refrigerator body. And there is no way to fix it. The only option is exchange whole side (BioFresh and Freezer). And I need to buy it, which is half of whole refrigerator price that is only $1400! Another words after 4 years of use I need to buy new refrigerator!!! After that no response from customer service. No response for mails.

I am the unhappy owner of a Liebherr KGT-4066 refrigerator. I bought the appliance in April of 2000 for 1300 euros thinking that I bought a first rate fridge with two motors that would last for many years. Almost immediately, the problems started. First, it was a minor problem with the thermostat, and I didnt mind so much the money the authorized technician charged me. Alas, it was only the beginning. In the years that followed, many plastic parts of the interior (drawers, baskets, trays) broke and had to be replaced, with considerable cost. Most importantly, the door seal had cracks almost from the second year but when I asked the authorized technician to replace it, he answered that it meant to replace the whole door, which cost 250 Euros! So I never replaced it. To make a long story short, although the motor still works fine, I use shelves from my old fridge and I cannot store a single bottle of water on the door shelves since there is no remaining plastic hook to hang them on. I would never recommend this fridge to anyone. It was an expensive fridge with cheap, defective plastic parts.

Liebherr refrigerator is good refrigerator brand using this refrigerator and one of my friend refer to buy this brand. Nice color and got more space to keep vegetables and fruits. Less power consumption.

I had purchased a Liebherr twin door refrigerator but very next day itself its started to works in abnormal condition, not getting cooled in lower portion of the refrigerator, their authorised service person told me that in India Liebherrs almost all products are having many manufacturing defects, so I am telling here that with my personal experience is that dont go ahead with their product.

I bought a stand-alone Liebherr 4 drawer freezer and a Liebherr fridge in 2003/4 (12-13 years) and these have worked perfectly ever since despite never having had a service. I have had a fire in my apartment and the insurance company has written off the fridge and freezer as it would cost more to clean and test them than to buy a replacement. The kitchen was also written off in the fire so I am looking for built-in fridge and freezer for the kitchen (the stand alone units were in a utility room next to my roof terrace; useful for keeping beer cool). Because of my good experience with Liebherr I was thinking of buying this brand.As part of my search I came across the Consumeraffairs.com site with all of the negative reviews and it is certainly giving me some pause for thought. The most common fault appears to be the ice-maker which, as one respondent mentions, we in Europe seldom use. The second most common problem appears to be the doors not shutting properly, especially on the units with two doors, again something less used in Europe. I am a little more worried about the problems with ice forming at the back of the fridge, the number of components that just break, the unreliability of the temperature control and the poor response from Liebherr. Has the quality of Liebherr dropped in recent years. Have the products become more complex and therefore less reliable or is there a specific problem with US based products – I found one review from the Netherlands where I live among all of the US based complaints.

Absurdly constructed product that has no customer service backing, arrogant customer service full of lies about the quality of the product. A total waste of money full of headache. Ive never experienced any product so cruelly deceptive backed by con men and women who represent this companys customer service. Horrible workmanship, design, and engineering. The worst ever. Stay far away from this mess.Im the unlucky guy who was sold a bag of goods from kitchen designer regarding the Liebherr C-1650 refrigerator, freezer with ice maker. I bought eight of them in 2009 and I could have bought two very nice new cars at that time for the same price. They are EXTREMELY expensive, horribly constructed appliances. Its beyond belief how horrible they are. My maintenance man recently said, a person could live off what you spend on repairs for those refrigerators. In nine years each ice maker has been replaced at least three times! There are constantly issues. Theres one now that has a brand new ice maker in it that we cant get to produce ice for six months now.

Hi guys, LIEBHERR Refrigerator is a good brand in our India because its a Germany brand and hes cooling and hes service. I used LG and Samsung fridge but not LIEBHERR Refrigerator is best compared to others brand.

I purchased 2 machines (CBN 3913 and CN 4003) in Sept 2011 and they were installed in a completely renovated kitchen in Oct 2011. CBN 3913 broke down on June 17th 2014. I contacted the service immediately and got someone to see it on June 25th (the earliest possibility for them). The mechanic said the machine is beyond repair and a few days later at the end of June it was agreed that I would get a new machine at the cost of the work. I have tried to enquire a couple of times with no response. I have been in readiness for my entire vacation to let the refrigerator be installed. The heat of July has caused a lot of inconvenience with the refrigerator missing. I wonder if I will have to wait for the other one to break down and get some cheaper and longer lasting machinery instead.

Liebherr looks good but thats where it stops. We purchased a new one but after over 12 trips in 1 1/2 years for diagnosis, replacement, or providing loaners - the retailer finally gave us another new one! [They had already replaced three sensors [one twice], the main module, a thermistor, the door seal, even the door {The Consumer Product Safety Commission had already faulted them for the problem}]. Well the new one started giving us problems after 18 months.The alarm would go off in the middle of the night. Nothing else appeared wrong. We called the retailer - they responded a month later. The temperatures of both the refrigerator and freezer gyrated wildly. [The digital temperatures on the top did not correspond to a refrigerator thermometer that was accurate on other devices]. Liebherr said there was nothing they could do because our warranty was over. Dont expect customer service. The refrigerator is now gone.

I had already heard about the brand Liebherr as my brother is working at Germany. When we wanted a refrigerator to our house, my brother strongly suggest me to get a liebherr refrigerator. So went in search for it and got one. Superb product, looks premium.

We wanted to love this fridge and we trusted the fact that it was a German. We have the 36 French door fridge and it is just an expensive piece of junk. It first broke about a year after purchase. First it was the ice maker, then the freezer stopped working and with time the fridge doors stopped closing properly. Even the rubber band around the door broke and the cables came out. The sensor beeps at random times, even in the middle of the night and we have to turn it off since the doors are actually closed and it is beeping for nothing. I have never seen anything like this! We tried repairing it twice but whatever they repaired broke again. All other appliances purchased around the same time work perfectly well. We have a German friend who purchased one too around the same time as us and he is experiencing the same problems. He is even more disappointed as he grew up thinking his countrys appliances were the best.After reading soo many similar experiences in the web we concluded that this company doesnt care about the quality of their fridges enough to address these problems. They make heavy duty equipment and other things that are not appliances and this could be just a small part of their revenue. Who knows why they are not addressing their customers complaints... What I know is that I have to throw away my fridge and buy a new one (some other brand) since spending more money in repairing is just not worth it.

I dont know where to begin! 7 weeks ago, after one year of no problems, the ice maker quit working. I noticed frost on the back interior wall of the refrigerator from day one. Also, the left fridge door quit closing by itself. Called & got a guy named ** who sounded stupid and evasive, but apparently could diagnose it from South Carolina, because after making me fax a copy of the receipt to prove we bought it (what!!!???) and I called back to check on fax & service, the female I spoke with told me hed ordered a part and it was being sent to our service person here. I assumed it must be a regular problem for him to be able to diagnose. It was a new ice tray. Service guy came up and installed it and told us ** said it had a crack. Nope. I could have told him that. Also ** was rude. He told me that my Machine didnt have doors that closed. The next person said door needed a new hinge cartridge. Yet another person said my ice problem was a little 1/2 inch magnet on the drawer. LOL! Service guy was not issued a work order to diagnose the freezer or fridge. So he didnt because his experience was he would not get paid by this company. In fact a LOT of phone calls only to be met with complete resistance. A tech person who had to flip through a repair pamphlet to tell us what buttons to push. HE kept telling me my ice maker was leaking. NO it wasnt!!! Can you see Hawaii from South Carolina?? Awful service people and I think they are paid to make the customer wait it out as long as possible, diagnosing tiny little problems and sending useless parts to placate us. Still no service person - no ice, no resolving the issue. Seven weeks and counting. I think if the hinge cartridge ever arrives, the service person here (who is excellent) will be allowed to diagnose it at that point, but no coming out to do just one thing. So now my food in fridge is starting to freeze and Im just counting the days until someone comes up here. I will NEVER buy a Liebherr product again and I urge anyone researching one to read all of the reviews. They are all the same lesson!

First fridge died at 2.5 years right after warranty expired, reason was pipes sandwiched in the fridge back burst and hence not repairable. Company offered me a new one for 400eur which I foolishly accepted (first one was 1300eur), same thing happened to my friend Nikos, burst pipes and fridge goes to be recycled, he too got the offer. Kept only the icemaker from the first one just in case. At 2.5 years the icemaker doser died, service tech gave a part price of 600eur, so I have no icemaker since. And today the Made in Germany fridge completely died and me running to friends to store my moms chemotherapy meds. Tons of local threads regarding this burst pipes problem, I now regard this company as pure evil, they manufacture defective products on purpose according to where local laws allow them to do so.

Hope that my review will prevent someone from making a bad mistake. We bought our apartment in NYC with the 30 built-in refrigerator/freezer. Nothing but problems from day one. A fortune of money to try and fix broken seals on the doors, faulty compressors, back panel freezing and lack of draining. Customer service is horrendous. They actually told me to take a toothpick and clean out the draining hole every so often, however, it didnt work. The company is completely aware of all the problems with their products and are totally refusing to deal with consumer complaints. These refrigerators are not cheap and I am shocked that they are getting away with it. Someone mentioned a lawsuit, I think would be a good idea.

Liebherr having the best quality refrigerator available in market. Build quality is so good. I bought 346 ltr ref. This model is having some unique feature like ice twist, cool pack. The top most feature is spice boxes which make it different from other brand. We can store spices also in this refrigerator. Top quality material is used to make this ref.

This refrigerator has worked with no issues for as long as we have owned it approximately four years. My only complaint is the size which provides limited storage but this is not the fault of the unit but rather the result of living in a Condo which has restricted room.

I will never buy this product. PLEASE Stay away from this company. I spent $5,000 on this unit and the company tried to correct it and it kept breaking. The refrigerator looks very nice but very poor quality.

This refrigerator has destroyed more food than the plague. It has the hardest time closing and it turns off if the door censors indicate the door isnt closed. Several times, I have not been home for days and I get home and everything in the Liebherr refrigerator is rotten, lost, defrosted, warm, in shape to throw out. Resetting the temperature to get it to work is as easy as launching the space shuttle. One almost needs to be an electrical engineer to re-set the temperature settings. I tried to print out the manual from their site and I have 21 pages of gibberish. I still havent been able to turn the freezer back on and I am not sure the refrigerator is working yet, as I type. If I wasnt a renter, I would get a new unit, but not a Liebherr. I have lost over $500 of food in the freezer. I guess I was stupid enough to fill it after losing everything before. If you buy one of their units, you are crazy.

This is the most expensive fridge I have ever bought. In the six years we have owned it the following has occurred: Ice maker broke twice; Shelves on the door broke and we had to get a new door to fix the problem; Water drain clogged four times. We also didnt know one had to clear this out at regular intervals. And the most irritating thing is the back of the fridge has a layer of ice on it and anything that comes in contact with back of fridge get freeze burn and is ruined. The service person who comes out to fix the machine for me tells me in a patronising way that it is normal for the fridge to ice over. I have never heard of such a thing. I notice that Liebherr never responds to the complaints about their product. DONT EVER BUY A LIEBHERR FRIDGE. Terrible quality and awful customer service.

CS1311CS1360/07011/7084638 - 00. One shelf on the door broke off after 3 months. The butter compartment broke as well. Now the actual handle on the refrigerator door broke off completely and there were 4 plastic parts scattered on the floor! Were I a very strong woman I might have thought I opened the door too quickly or carelessly. I have always had little arm strength and am frequently called delicate! I am blamed repeatedly for every issue. Having owned 2 extra large SubZero refrigerators in my former home and had no problems with either one, I know it is not me that is making this happen.

We bought our Liebherr refrigerator freezer when we built our home in 2012. It was a very expensive refrigerator that we thought would complement our high end kitchen well. We had this refrigerator “built in” with a cabinet exterior. Needless to say this refrigerator has been nothing but problems almost from day one. The ice maker when it did work produced only about a dozen of the tiniest little ice cubes about every 24 hours which is not even remotely the amount we use on a daily basis. We had technicians out several times to try to improve production but it never helped. We ended up disconnecting the ice maker years ago as it was more trouble than it was worth.We have since been struggling with the two lower freezer compartments that barely keep items even half frozen. If you put ice cream in it you will have a soupy mess. The freezer alarm goes off constantly to let you know the freezer compartments are not at freezer temperature which usually occurs in the middle of the night or when we have come back from a few days away. We have finally made the decision to do full research on a replacement refrigerator freezer and pull the plug literally on our Liebherr. It is not worth the trouble any longer, unfortunately it was a built-in model so it may be a little difficult to find a close fit. My advice to anyone is avoid purchasing a Liebherr refrigerator.

We bought a Liebherr refrigerator for a house we were building in Nicaragua. With our 20 ceilings I loved the height. The thin plastic drawers broke immediately. Then the rest started failing. The cover of the manual had one warranty period. In small print inside they had a much shorter period. I waited to repair it as I thought I had years. Wrong. We just replaced the 3 years old refrigerator with one that cost less than the last three years of repairs. Of course we will have to spend some on cabinetry because the new refrigerator is shorter. In the 20 years of our SubZero we spent less than 2 years of the Liebherr. We waited so long for repairs that we bought a second refrigerator to substitute. The Liebherr was purchased in Nicaragua, at a top kitchen dealer.

After several visits from the official Dutch Liebherr repair service, Liebherr gave up on its own product! This top of the line Liebherr 3967-A20 RVS only lasted its Very limited warranty of 2 Years. This refrigerator listed at 3299 Euros in 2008. So after 4 visits the official Liebherr service person gave up and declared this unit not repairable. So I expected that a company like Liebherr would not hesitate to rectify the situation. So Liebherr replied that although the situation was extremely regrettable that the best that Liebherr could do was to Sell Me a new refrigerator at a reduced price. So how much you ask? CBNPes3967 for 1083,32 incl. BTW, for those of you outside of Holland thats 1083.32 Euro including VAT.Naturally, I told them that that would be completely unacceptable. Just imagine buying a very expensive refrigerator and have it fail only to make the same mistake again with a company that does not guarantee its products sufficiently. I then turned to Liebherr Germany to hopefully find someone to take responsibility for the sale of this faulty product. Well as you can imagine, I did not find anyone that was willing to do anything more than try and sell me another one of their products. Watch out people! OH theres more! Several other people bought this brand only to regret it later, see for yourself.

I bought Liebherr Single door refrigerator few months back and warranty expired recently. Product was not since purchased due to corona period. We were unable to use it because of lockdown. Refrigerator is still brand new but lock is coming out of the fitment. When approached customer care and service engineer they asking service charges of 650 + 200 for such a pathetic lock. Such a new item, and quality of lock is 3rd class, it is made of plastic and they dont even bother to address the issue. I strongly recommend to look at lock quality before purchase and avoid the brand in India. We have many more worthy brands like LG...

I am happy with the product. My overall experience is excellent and I have been using this product for last 3 years. My Electricity charges has come down drastically after I changed with LIEBHERR refrigerator. Cooling and huge storage compared to my old refrigerator. I recommend to other also.

Worst company ever! Sells bad units and doesnt care about their customers at all! Zero customer service and take no responsibility for their products. They dont stand behind what they sell. I paid $2800 for a 24 refrigerator and was told theyre comparable to Thermador. What a JOKE. Im stuck with a crap unit which hasnt worked for a single day and they wanna try to REPAIR IT!!! Terrible company. I should be receiving a replacement.

Liebherr refrigerator is so good. The door thickness and is cooling inside internal space boxes so amazing. Guys my suggestion is please you also try Liebherr refrigerator and Im sure after sales and service also better than others brand....

The worst purchase I have ever made. I write to advise consumers to avoid Liebherr fridge freezers at all costs. I purchased a Liebherr fridge for my daughter in October 2016 and my daughter has been experiencing problems ever since. The fridge had never run at the proper temperature. The temperature is never constant and is always below 38F, it is closer to 50 and lower. We have been told that there is nothing wrong with the fridge. Now we have been told to keep the fridge-freezer at the highest setting at all times! The company refuses to accept the fridge-freezer is faulty. My daughter is therefore stuck with a malfunctioning fridge that is unlikely to last much beyond its 2-year guarantee.

I bought a Liebherr refrigerator - CNes 4003, Index 20/001 in April 2009 and after almost 4 years, I found out that I should throw it away since the insulation at the back was destroyed and it could not be fixed. Obviously, this was the last thing I would expect to hear since I had bought this appliance for 1200 euros at the time from a trustworthy & reliable brand in order to ensure peace of mind. Luckily, my high expectations were not turned down. The customer service in Germany has confronted my case with great professionalism and in a timely manner and I was offered to exchange my appliance with a new one with similar characteristics with my refrigerator and free of charge although the warranty had expired long ago. I promised them to acknowledge their response and professionalism since I believe that apart from complaints, we should also share positive experiences and give credit to the people who are able to listen customers voice & respond with efficiency to fair requests. I purchased 365 liter capacity LIEBHERR Refrigerator in 1st week of March 2022. Service was good. Product has solid good quality build. Cooling effect is very good. Its noiseless. Compared it with other good brands available in market at different dealer shops and come across it at Tata Croma & Vijayasales. After seeing it physically & comparing it with other brands decided to go for it. Though one month is too early to comment on performance, so far we are satisfied. Also my neighbours & friends saw it and they too found it better in most of the aspects as compare to the refrigerator they have.

@3500 each for a 24 counter depth freezer and ref (HF 861), my client could have gotten a used GE or LG Freezer. The weather stripping is coming off for the second time, Icemaker has never worked. We (after a full replacement) and their customer service line is dreadful, each time I call they want me to try a new troubleshooting step. Liebherr just changed their policy on repairs so no more guarantee on their products. Save yourself time and money and buy literally any other brand.

I have purchased 2 Liebherr fridges from Pittappillil Mavelikkara branch on last year. I am so impressed and I suggested the product to my friends and relatives. Especially they are sending their engineers for giving demo and clearly explained about the usages. Everything was coordinated by Mr. ** the Assistant Manager from Pittappillil, he was so helpful and professional to us.

Liebherr fridge freezer Model 1611 - I bought this freezer fridge combination in 2011. Now in 2014 the freezer door seal does not work properly anymore and ice is building up near the door seal. Having a seal fail just a year after the warranty expires, I consider as very poor quality for an appliance that was over $4000 in 2011. When I called customer service for a replacement part I was told that the part is on back order and no time of delivery could be given. So not only do Liebherr appliances break but they also have a subpar part service at least in the USA. Also the replacement requires gluing and is not for everyone. I cannot recommend buying one of those again and would rather go with a Bosch or GE freezer/fridge in the future.

Good performance. Low consumption of electricity. In this the have of alarm that when the refrigerator door is open the alarm run. It is good because we can know whether the door is open or not. The service are good.

I have purchased a LIEBHERR single door refrigerator in August 2018. I thought that it is a new company. But while enquiring it is understood that it is it is a German refrigeration company with more than 65 years of experience. I took a chance and purchased it from their authorised dealer at Trivandrum. Till now product is working good and stuffed food is always fresh. Especially they are sending engineers for giving demo and clearly explained about the usages. Thank you Liebherr.

I bought the new Liebherr refrigerator in Mumbai. Living with my husband and we are a family of 2. We bought the Liebherr TCR2640 from Vijay Sales Navi Mumbai. Its been a month of use and we are delighted to have taken the decision of buying it. Its vegetable sorter system and spice box is something no other fridge was offering to me, I needed space for my masalas and I needed space for my veggies since I love cooking. They really understood the practical needs of using the refrigerator which is why we bought it. The service was quick and we certainly had an easy installation. Did I mention the red color looks nice and different. Go for it if you want space. Its your best decision.

I bought Liebherr fridge in 2018..346l blue colour... Its really cool looking and good for modular kitchen... I recommend everyone to buy this fridge... But dont worry about reviews.. This is really best product.

LIEBHERR 265 new brand fridge purchased in Jan month 2019 which has problem in freezer and full ice cubes on the walls and water bubbles on wall and fail in testing for second time. Moreover it is getting ice cubes on the fruits and vegetables. My experience is very bad. As of now from the company side they it replaced and will get new, however it is not confirmed that we get issues after one year, so please be careful while purchasing new brands. We spend 28000 rupees but not satisfy and total waste of time.

You can believe me, 100 percent good product, you can buy this fridge, Liebherr is a quality product, I have purchased last year, cooling is very good. I am suggesting you to go for it. Value for money.

Bought the Liebherr Refrigerator past week and pretty much happy with the amount of space it provides to contain all our necessities. Also, vegetables kept in stays fresh even after few days of its storage. All in all the fridge is value for money spent. Four years ago, I bought a Liebherr wine cooler and refrigerator. The wine cooler died as soon as the warrant expired. Liebherr referred me to an appliance repair that is authorized to repair Liebherr products. The guy who showed up had no clue. He was on the phone talking to somebody in the office, getting instructions. Finally he gave up and told me that they will be in touch. After waiting for two days, since my wine was about to go bad, I was forced to buy another Liebherr wine cooler because it was a built in unit and I had no choice.During the recent hurricane, Sandy, the power went out in my apartment. I turned the fridge off. When the power came back on, the fridge did not. The light was on but the compressor was not. I called Liebherr despite the fact that the compressor did not go on ( the compressor warranty is 5 years, so it is under warranty)! They said that since it is no longer under warranty, I should contact their authorized service centers. They gave me 3 options. The one that fixed my wine cooler was not one of them.I called the first one but they were not authorized to work on compressors. The second one came a day later and his diagnosis was that it might be the compressor but maybe not, maybe it is the inverter. It took 5 days to order the inverter which will arrive in 3 days. I will be without a fridge for 3 weeks by then. If it is not the inverter, the service guy has to get authorization from Liebherr to order the compressor. I called Liebherr to find out how long will it take to get an authorization and get a compressor. The guy yelled at me and told me that I am asking a stupid question and he cannot estimate how long it will take. I left a VM for his supervisor, Josh, but he has not called back.Do I rent a fridge? Buy a fridge? Whatever I do, how do I tell people not to buy a Liebherr product unless you enjoy replacing them every 2-4 years?

I bought a Liebherr refrigerator. It was a excellent quality and cooling through is very correctly managed. Brand said insulation and services was good responsibility. So I love the product and services.

We are on our second Liebherr Refrigerator within the space of six years and this second one is now giving trouble. The main part of the fridge (non freezer part) is freezing the food and there is ice forming at the back of it. These were expensive fridges and to be honest we feel now if we had bought something much more cheaper it would have been much, much better. We feel now that is probably what we will do and just get rid of it. It was so much trouble with the first one what with trying to get it fixed and replaced. After much contact with the company responsible then I dont think we could go down that route again. In the end we had to buy a new Liebherr fridge from them as the warranty had expired (this first fridge was only about two to three years old) but they did give it to us at a considerable discount to be fair. But all this after a lot of phone calls and general hassle. I would never touch a Liebherr Refrigerator again.

IKB 3650 - I see Ive joined the Liebherr fan club. Ive also thought that buying a state of the art fridge is the technical and financial solution for many years. It became a technical and financial challenge for many years now. It also began shortly after warranty expiry date. It started to build up ice on the back plate and in the Biofresh zone. The temperature lowered to minimum (4 deg. C). No matter what I did it fell to minimum. The service team changed the NTC-sensor, charged 40 and good luck. In three years this happened four times. Also the door hinge damper loosened and doesnt do its job anymore. My SWMBO found out a trick. If the fridge is off for a couple of hours, then after she switches it on, it worked maybe for a week or so. But its an old trick and like all old tricks, its also not working anymore. Im guilty for buying the expensive piece of kitchen appliance, I hear every day. So all good men. Eliminate at least one reason for anger and dont buy the fancy Liebherr.

The quality is very good... The freezer has a nice space.. You can freeze more things at a time... I have purchased it in last year Oct 2019. Compact and sturdy build quality, Good cooling effect, low noise, wide range in-built stabilizer. No need to put any stand below the fridge. Leg size is sufficient to clean the floor below, Compressor seems to be of good quality. Low cost compared to similar other brands.

Brought this brand refrigerator 6 months back and this refrigerator performance was excellent and other features like spice box is very much useful to keep spices and storage of milk products separate compartment.

We paid over 1200 for the stainless steel Liebherr Fridge Freezer. What a BIG MISTAKE! We have had problems from the very start. The lights did not work then the door would not shut properly. A year after purchase the ice kept collecting and the fan made a horrendous grating sound. We have had the engineer over at least 5 to 6 times since we bought the beast! And at what a cost. It is outside the guarantee and warranty period and now constantly the Alarm keeps going off in the Ice compartment. I have to try and press the fast freeze or the Alarm buttons constantly to stop the horrible sound! Interrupted sleep every night! NEVER EVER WILL WE RECOMMEND OR BUY LIEBHERR! A WASTE OF MONEY AND UTTERLY USELESS! We had a Westinghouse before that for many many years...The only trouble we had was the light bulb change once! Eventually got tired with it and changed to Liebherr! WHAT AN EXPENSIVE ERROR! Please dont ever make the mistake that we have. The constant call outs have cost an arm and a leg! AND Liebherr....Customer service!! not sure why they call it that ....WHAT SERVICE #? They dont give a damn. Only want to make money by sending out expensive engineers who will rip you off and the problem reoccurs after a while.

We bought a Liebherr double door refrigerator in Oct. 2018. Just after 2 and half years, there was an issue with cooling. It was found that there is gas leak from three places. We had to pay to refill the gas, much expensive than other brands. After paying for the repairs, we get only 3 months warranty. Overall, the experience was bad and stressful.

We received these refrigerators in our new Newark based building and have had problems since they were installed. We have repeatedly contacted company to address the automatic ice maker with ZERO resolution. We are in the new building a year and the ice maker has worked maybe 2 months. The door handles are also very difficult to open - they are thin with little ability to grip. Would NOT recommend wasting money on this refrigerator.

A good Refrigerator in term of cooling performance, extended food life with accurate temperature, Best built quality and Nice design... I highly recommend this brand because of quality assurance and It gave opportunity to feel Premium inner interior.

After around 7 service calls, I gave up. No longer use the ice maker. Now for some reason, my freezer gave up. I have only owned it since 2007. For an expensive appliance, it is a huge disappointment.

Storing vegetables and fruits is what one needs and in a city you need to store. I chose Liebherr as its flexible that has abundant space options without having to compromise. The features are apt to store the seafood and the fresh veggies for a long time. The freezer stocks up the cold cuts with ease for a long period of time. I have been happy since a while as its worked well if space is whats required.

Do not buy one of these refrigerators (Liebherr CS1350). My experience has been a nightmare. We cannot find anyone to work on these and we have been without our ice maker for 6 months. Sears even came out and said they could not work on this companys equipment. I am talking about Sears, the appliance store of all times. Why have one if you cannot get fixed???

I am so disappointed with my Liebherr refrigerator. I purchased it in 2008 and expected it to perform as it was advertised. Since purchase the ice maker no longer works, the side panel refrigerator shelving pulled off and broke, the back of the refrigerator is icing, the vegetable and meat drawers fill with water, and - last straw - the door handle broke off! Poor manufacturing and substandard materials completely negate the refrigerators convenient sizing. I feel foolish for paying so much for this carelessly made train wreck.

Please note buying Liebherr refrigerator has been my worst experience with an electrical appliance bought ever. This is the first time we bought a Liebherr product with a lot of expectations. Within a 6-7 months use, we have had issues with extreme cooling, water leakage from fridge - leading to health & sanitation issues of my family. My family has also suffered from food poisoning due to spoilt food and erratic cooling conditions of the fridge. There used to be continuous water leakage inside the fridge spoiling all raw vegetables, masalas and also cooked food. There were times, when there was no cooling and sometimes extreme cooling. After logging a complaint for the first time with customer care on 23rd July **, a technician came within 2 days and mentioned that the issue needs to be checked and updated to head office for resolution. A second round of at least 10 follow ups thought 3 weeks, Arun ** obliged and assured that fridge will be replaced. This promise also seemed empty as it took more than a week and a series of follow ups to replace the fridge. Now finally after the packed fridge has arrived, my family has to go through another series of waiting for installation. Finally today I have a packed fridge + old fridge gone - with practically no fridge to use and another long wait for a technician to install. Engineers do not work after 6pm, but Liebherr is ok to have a customer have the worst experience since a month. Ive had my Liebherr refrigerator for a several years now. It looks good, but so many things have gone wrong with it from the beginning. The inside sweats, a lot. It has sweat so much that water pools in the bottom, under the crisper drawer, if I dont constantly wipe it out. In the freezer, the ice maker stopped working. The ice tray cracked and the mother board failed. It was a mess because water flowed into the ice drawer and froze. Since this is considered a high-end appliance, the repairs and replacement parts were not cheap either. My complaint is that it is a piece of junk with a high price tag, plus huge repair and replacement expenses. Never buying Liebherr again.

I bought a new Liebherr refrigerator and it never cools right in the fridge compartment. I had service 7 times and the same answer - it all checks out OK, but the box is 48-52 degrees. Not sure why? I called the company and the manager. No return call. Beware, dont buy one. A lot of money, no service and mine never worked.

I purchased this Liebherr 350 litre fridge. Initially there was some problem but when I complained they changed it for me and since then I have no issues. I had Samsung fridge which was OK but I wanted something very premium and with liebherr I got premium fridge and also some very cool features which are not in any refrigerator.

We have a brand new fully integrated Liebherr HC2062. It was installed in May 2012. It has been 3 months and we have only been able to use the freezer for less than 2 weeks. We have had 6 service calls, had leaks, recharged freon, have evaporator replaced, and the freezer is broken again. Do not buy Leibherr!

We bought the Liebherr when we were renovating our kitchen in 2009. I just opened the site to see how to make the freezer stop beeping. I was not surprised to see that we experienced just about every complaint in the recent postings. We had the second authorized repairman 8 times. I could not find the paperwork for the first repairman. Our first complaint when the refrigerator arrived was the pokey ice production. Our dealer contacted Liebherr and was told that Europeans dont use as much ice as Americans. That was a stunning reply since I bought in the US. Then we started having constant problems with the French doors closing. We had many visits from the first repairman, after which the second repairman , who seemed more knowledgeable, repaired the doors. We had to have the suction trim replaced. We also had a problem with the back of the refrigerator freezing, clogging the drain. The two drawers filled with water and the fresh produce kept freezing. The refrigerator has been a huge disappointment. From our experience, I would never recommend this refrigerator. My husband & I recall our parents having the same refrigerator for our entire childhoods. Those days are surely long gone.

Model HC 2062, purchased in 2012, is a nice size, double doors, 2 freezer doors below, overall a nice design. We first became annoyed when the ice maker would not keep up with demand. Just after the 2-year warranty expired, the guts of the ice maker fell into the ice tray. $250 for replacement parts & labor (10 minutes). The explanation of what caused the damage is unbelievable. If you happen to open the freezer drawer when the ice reader is engaged, you can pull the guts out, which is exactly what happened. The air filter light has been on for 9 months, but its totally inaccessible unless you are good at lying on the floor and holding a screwdriver with your teeth. High-price fridge for inducing a regular headache.

I bought Liebherr refrigerator 2 years back and now every part of it ask maintenance every after 2-3 month. For me its waste of money because if I could bought any Local Indian brand it would be more convenient for me and long lasting. Never go for Liebherr.

I had a Liebherr fridge/freezer for about ten years. It packed up so I decided to invest in another one. Bad move. We ordered a fridge/freezer and it was so noisy. Plus, on a number of occasions we thought we had closed the doors but we didnt and the freezer door doesnt have an alarm so our food had started to defrost. On our old model, the alarm went off. The shop that supplied our fridge/freezer came to inspect it and agreed it was very noisy and replaced it. The new one has exactly the same problem - its noisy - its like having a vacuum cleaner on in the corner of the kitchen. Plus, we have left the freezer door open now by mistake on at least four occasions - no alarm - I think you literally have to slam the door shut otherwise it will not close. I am so disappointed with my new Liebherr and I will never buy another product from them.

Product is good with good cooling, door is hard to open. Once closing the door and try to open, one should hold the refrigerator and door handle to pull. I trying to open just with handle the refrigerator shakes by changing the position and food inside will shake and fall or spill.

We bought a Liebherr 346 litres, 3STCSS3540, double door refrigerator from Reliance digital store in Delhi, on 24 January, 2021 and it conked OFF in July 2021. No cooling. Compressor Shuts down and the Service team had no resolution.!! Then begins a long harassment time with Liebherr Service team, which is so smug that they are just not bothered. They will not pick calls-, not resolve the problem and harass the customers, no end. Untrustworthy, cheats!!!!

I am using Liebherr 220 Liters fridge since 8 Months, its working condition is simply Excellent. Faster cooling. Thick door Quality. Bigger vegetable box is very useful to us. I saw in other brands vegetable box is very small for storage. Easy to adjust. The shelfs are good.

The 24 cannot keep a steady temp. The back wall of the No Frost freezer is thick with ice and its alarm beeps throughout the night (need to wake every 3 hours) but this is not all. Yesterday as I tried to nudge a recalcitrant freezer drawer in place with a small push, the under separation panel (made in glass!!!) jumped out to hit me and land on the floor to shatter in thousand pieces... A repair man came today and had the nerve to scold me about being too rough with the drawer. Its very sensitive you must be very careful!!! (I am in Spain where I guess they dont know about quality fridges.) Oh ya, a real beauty!

I happen to change my refrigerator this summer season and happen to visit Harsha electronics near my place. This new brand called Liebherr is what I got introduced to and its features made the perfect fit for my kitchen. The product has had no qualms and have been using it for half a year with smooth use. If youre looking for the space, this is your best bet. Truly value for money.

We purchased the CS 20 7081 407-00 in November of 2010. Since that time, the ice maker has broken twice. The first time, the unit was under warranty and was replaced quickly. At the time the ice maker was replaced, the technician mentioned that the units were not well engineered and were a constant repair issue. Now we are out of warranty and face the repair bills for a piece of equipment that is poorly engineered and will surely break again. Dont buy this fridge with the ice maker, it will break and you will ultimately be stuck with the repair bills.

In July of 2014, the ice maker on my Liebherr stopped working. Annoying, but not unexpected. I just let it go. Then, not two months later, the freezer stopped working. Had a Liebherr referred repairman out to determine the temperature sensor was no longer working. As of now (November!), still no parts, no sign of parts, and now the refrigerator is not working. Liebherr has been HORRIBLE in trying to resolve this issue. Im selling the house and am ending up having to purchase a brand new unit. Liebherr, never again!

After seeing at least 50 refrigerator brands I came across the brand Liebherr that has been new in India. After careful comparison and analysing what would suit my kitchen. The Liebherr TCss 3540 is unusually different and I must say classy cause the Stainless steel look is different from the other refrigerators Ive seen. With immense space and adjustable shelves I could make space for everything. The highlight of the refrigerator that amazed me is the various shelf. Its the most useful feature where I can store the delicate essentials. I would give this refrigerator a thumbs up and perfect for those who love cooking and baking. I purchased a Liebherr refrigerator in December of 2017. In August of 2019, the right hand side/unit of the refrigerator stopped cooling. We had Liebherrs repair people come to our house 3 times and they called Liebherr and told them that the refrigerator is not reparable. Keep in mind Liebherr is sold in 2 units (the left unit and the right unit). Debbie from Liebherr called me and said that they will replace the unit. I questioned Debbie and said the unit or the whole refrigerator and she said the whole refrigerator. I said to Debbie...thank you and she responded Liebherr really stands behind their products. She told me that Liebherr will ship the replacement to their installer and the installer will call me to set up an appointment to install the replacement. All seemed great at this point.The installer (Almo) came and replaced the refrigerator on 9/17/19. I know we are now in mid September from when the refrigerator stopped working at the beginning of August. When I came home to see the replacement, Almo only replaced the right side or unit of the refrigerator and it is completely different from the left side of the refrigerator. Below are the differences (remember this is 1 refrigerator): 1. The replacement unit has two drawers (original unit only had 1), the back panel is stainless steel (the original (right side back panel is white), the drawers are blue (left side) (right side are clear drawers) and the shelves on the replacement unit is totally different with thicker shelving (metal holders).2. The original freezer is completely different too. In our original unit (right side), the ice dispenser had two drawers - one draw that had the ice made and then we would pour it to the other draw to fill up. The replacement is only 1 drawer that makes the ice.As you can tell, I was very upset. I proceeded to call Almo and spoke to Katelyn. I sent Katelyn an email with pictures of how different the 2 sides of my 1 refrigerator is. She said, Wow they are totally different. I said, I know. She said that shell look into it and get back to me. I then received a call from Miguel at Liebherr who said that he makes all the decisions at Liebherr and they will not replace the left side/unit to match the replacement (right side/unit) piece. He said that my model was discontinued because they upgraded it and if I want the 2 units to match then I will have to purchase the left side/unit. I proceeded to tell him that its not my fault that the refrigerator broke and its not my fault that they upgraded and the upgrade does not match my older model (only 1.5 years old). He said that they do not care if it is not aesthetically pleasing on the inside. They replaced the unit that broke and they will not do anymore.I asked if I can speak with his manager and he said that he does not report to anyone. I guess the Liebherr family does not realize that Miguel is the new CEO. I keep replaying in my head what Debbie said....Liebherr stands behind their products. If they stood behind their products they would have replaced the entire refrigerator. I spent about $7k on this refrigerator and it shouldnt have broke/stopped cooling after 1.5 years. Liebherr DOES NOT stand behind their products! I will NEVER, NEVER buy a Libherr product again and you shouldnt either!

The fridge has given me good service. Months ago water dripped into the icemaker drawer creating blocks of ice. I took out the ice making tray to find that a corner of the plastic broke off permitting water to drip into the ice cube drawer. This plastic extruded part is 3 inches by 7 inches and produces 10 small ice cubes. I was given a price of $220.00 + taxes to replace. Since the freezer section is small I purchased a 5.1 ft3 separate Danby freezer 4 years ago to compensate. This entire freezer cost $199.00. Spare parts are always expensive but this is more than excessive. Very disappointed being held hostage to this practice. Wrote to LIEBHERR in the US and have received no response.

We purchased a new Liebherr refrigerator in January 2013. Have had countless problems with the ice maker followed by endless service calls. The quality and workmanship on a high priced refrigerator as this completely SUCKS!!

We are using the above product from last 5 years.. It has good storage capacity. Not a single complaint till now. Suitable for humid environment also. It has good temperature control. I will highly recommend this product.

My experience was so different from what Im reading that Im compelled to comment. My model 1311, 24 wide with no ice maker, purchased in 2009, started beeping and stopped cooling seven years after I bought it. I would give it 5 stars, but seven years does seem like a short life for a fridge. As I wondered if it was covered by the limited extended 7-12 year warranty, I emailed the address given, asking how they could service a fridge in Vancouver, Canada, when they are in Ontario. They sent me the phone number of a local service person, said he would know if it was covered by warranty. Service person declared it unrepairable, said the company would phone me in a week about replacing the fridge, as it was covered by the warranty. They phoned in a week, and have replaced the fridge. The installer said that all the problems have been with the first generation models, and the new models seem to have the kinks worked out.

Ice maker has never worked. The drain in fridge is always clogged causing smelly back-up. Water runs down the back of fridge causing everything to be wet inside. All the labels even fell off our beer bottles from always being wet. Also, fridge not cold enough. The freezer stopped working while we were on vacay and when they finally came to fix it, now the fridge is broken too after they left. Thank goodness for my very cheap Frigidaire brand fridge in the garage. It works and saved our food from spoiling again. DO NOT EVER BUY A LIEBHERR refrigerator. You will be sorry.

Liebherr the name says it all. The best refrigerator Ive ever purchased. Top notch quality. Its noiseless. Ive stuffed it with food and its always fresh. Ive been using it for the past 8 months and Im completely satisfied with my buy.

When I went to buy refrigerator in the market, I liked the Liebherr refrigerator after seeing many brands there. The space for adjusting this refrigerator self is quite good. The vegetable box is also quite large. The tuffened glass above the vegetable box is also very useful on which we can place our things. It also has a Spice Box option to contain spices which are not available in other refrigerators. Coolpad is a unique feature that can keep water cool in indoor and outdoor places. The power consumption of the Liebherr refrigerator is lower than other refrigerators. I am completely satisfied by purchasing this refrigerator.
