Buzzing sound coming from my Frigidaire stove

Buzzing sound coming from my Frigidaire stove
Posted On: September 2, 2023

Hi,.

I just got a frigidaire stove that's like new, maybe used 2-6 times max. When having it delivered, the moving guys dropped it from about 1ft high max and now when I plugged it in, it's making a noticeable buzzing/humming sound from the back. Might be related to the clock/timer?

Anyone know what could be wrong and how to fix it? Would really appreciate it. :).

Question from user Think_Top_440 at Appliances at reddit.com.

Answer:

Is this at a new location from previously (guessing due to the moving people and it being already used prior if I'm understanding correctly)? The outlet could be wired incorrectly causing voltage to be flowing to something where the appliance is expecting a neutral.
