Once you clean it, your clothes should be coming out dry. Another reason your clothes aren't drying is the size of the load. If the load is too large, try making it lighter by removing some of the heavier items. You should also check to make sure your dryer is getting enough circulation. 
3. Dryer noises: If you find your dryer is making a lot of noise, check to see if it's level, look for any small items such as coins and buttons in the drum and if any balled-up clothes are banging against the drum.
