Should I Choose Home Depot or a Local Appliance Store? They are the Same Price!

Ok so I have 2 options I can choose for my new appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, and pedestals).


I can choose Home Depot which I currently have an order already made with (You can cancel up to 72hrs before delivery). Or should I choose a locally owned appliance store that cost the same total amount (they are about $50 more overall).


I've learned from this sub that going with a local store is almost always the best option but; I'm curious why. Sadly my local appliance store does not have in house servicing I asked (they still haven't contact a 3rd party for service).


Any opinions or helpful information on what to choose would be awesome!.
