Range Error Codes

If your Unique range is not working properly, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem before calling for professional help. Here are a few steps you can take. 

1. Check the power source. Make sure that the range is properly plugged in and that the outlet is working. If the outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is on. 

2. Check the thermostat. Make sure that the thermostat is set to the correct temperature. If the thermostat is not calibrated properly, the range may not heat up or cool down correctly. 

3. Check the heating element. If the range is not heating up, the heating element may be faulty. Check the element for any visible damage, such as burn marks or breaks. 

4. Check the control board. The control board manages the functions of the range, if the control board is not working correctly, the range may not function properly. Check for any loose connections or damaged components. 

5. Check the timer. Make sure that the timer is set correctly, if the timer is not set or is malfunctioning, the range may not function properly. 

If none of these steps resolve the problem, it may be a more serious issue that requires a professional repair. Also, if your range is under warranty, contact the manufacturer or a repair service authorized by the manufacturer to fix the problem.

Refrigerator Error Codes

If your Unique refrigerator is not working properly, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem before calling for professional help. Here are a few steps you can take. 

1. Check the power source. Make sure that the refrigerator is properly plugged in and that the outlet is working. If the outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is on.

3. Check the door seal. If the door seal is damaged or not making a tight seal, cold air can escape, causing the refrigerator to work harder and eventually stop working. Check the seal and make sure it's clean and not damaged. 

4. Check the compressor. The compressor is responsible for circulating the refrigerant through the cooling coils. If the compressor is not running, the refrigerator will not cool. If you suspect the compressor is not working, it's best to call a professional to fix it. 

5. Check the condenser coils. The condenser coils are located at the back or bottom of the refrigerator. They can become clogged with dust and debris, which can cause the refrigerator to not work properly. Clean the coils with a brush or vacuum. 

If none of these steps resolve the problem, it may be a more serious issue that requires a professional repair. Also, if your refrigerator is under warranty, contact the manufacturer or a repair service authorized by the manufacturer to fix the problem.
