Weber Gas Grill Warranty
Thank you for choosing Weber as your preferred grill manufacturer. We take great pride in our products and are committed to providing you with a quality grilling experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following warranty:
Limited Warranty: Weber-Stephen Products LLC ("Weber") warrants to the original purchaser that the Weber Gas Grill (the "Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or corrosion. It also does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or improper installation, operation, or maintenance. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, such as fire, flood, or lightning.
Remedies: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Weber will repair or replace, at its sole option, any defective part or Product. Weber reserves the right to inspect the Product prior to any repair or replacement. The repaired or replaced Product will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty.
Limitations: The remedies provided in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available for any defect covered by this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Weber shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use.

This is our 3rd Weber Gas Grill and our 2nd Genesis 300 Series. Left the last one at the house we sold, still looking and working like brand new after 15 years of service. If Weber could find a source for a life-time igniter battery they would be golden. Otherwise, it never missed a beat. This new 335 Natural Gas Grill went together easily with all the parts fitting perfectly. Took about 2 hours working at a leisurely pace by myself. The grill came with nothing damage, packed very well in a near indestructible box. All the pieces were individually boxed and all the hardware was packaged and marked to correspond to their place in the assembly instructions. Lastly... the shipper brought it right up to the garage door and even placed it on my furniture dolly.
Excellent grill. Some hidden damage which Wayfair and Webber resolved almost immediately. My congratulations to both Wayfair and Weber in the prompt handling of this matter.
This is large enough to accommodate cooking for a family. It is dependable and worth the money. We had it put together by the service offered. I recommend you do this.
Extremely solid grill, works well, looks beautiful and reaches high temperatures in a very short time. Nothing negative to say.
Great quality item. Took a couple of hours to build so it may be worth paying the extra money for the delivery person to build. You pay for quality and that has definitely paid off here.
