Looking to add a dishwasher to the home.


This is the only spot and the measurements look tight.


Lowes asks $45 to have someone come check the job before accepting.


Do I have other/better options? Thanks!.

Answer:


Cabinet bases are usually 34 1 - 2 high and 24 deep.


Either way someone is going to have to cut the bottom of that base out.


I can't imagine that's going to be pretty.


It will 100% fit in that "spot" modification's will be a pain in the ass, and I can't imagine finding anyone who wants such a project.


Cabinet guys won't want to touch it.


Nothing against Lowe's but don't expect a lot of help from those bozos.


Assuming you have a granite or quartz countertop? Is there any bullnose?
