I have been using a Bertazzoni MAS30 4 GAS XT stove since July of 2010 and have had no problems with it whatsoever. A couple of tips: The oven door must be ajar to ignite the oven. The oven temperature in normal mode takes about 10 minutes to balance to the right temperature. Mine is dead on. Turning the burner knob all the way to the left will Not give you the lowest temperature. Watching the flame and turning it to the right to close to the off position will.

"This fridge looks great and has a good amount of space inside. The draws on the bottom are convenient but the space is limited. The ice box takes up half the freezer on the top drawer. Also, it produces ice but no water and lastly and most annoying is that all 4 handles become loose. You have to screw them in place every so often. This shouldn't be happening on a 3000 dollar fridge!!"

"Beautiful looking refrigerator. I highly recommend hiring a certified Bertazzoni tech to install panels. We had our first set of panels ruined by improper install, and other installers walked off the job because there aren't a lot of instructions for panel install. From what i've learned Bertazzoni's panel attachment process is much more difficult than other premium brands (i.e. thermador, subzero). So find someone familiar with the brand to save headaches on the install."

The capacity and adaptable storage make for a great chiller space, even if the door pockets are a little too big for UK-sized bottles. The interior lighting is top-notch. The two-drawer freezer is rather compact by comparison and its lighting does little of use. However, its freezing and fail-test performance are outstanding, and the ice cube maker is a nice touch.

During our kitchen remodel, we wanted matching appliances so we purchased this Bertazzoni DW to go with the microwave, gas cook top and oven. It is a large capacity dishwasher that works well and is much quieter than our old dishwasher. It is a very clean design.

Has been a great dishwasher for 2+ yrs so far. Cleans dishes very well and quiet. As the previous reviewer said the controls can be mystifying, but once you learn the proper procedure not a problem

This is an elite stove and oven. It works perfectly & looks better than any appliance I have ever seen! There is NO leakage whatsoever and the fan, both in regular usage as well as convection use is perfect. The oven temperature goes to the set temperature in about 15 minutes and is pinpoint accurate. The dual burner is a Godsend and yes, it cooks better than any stove in either the commercial or residential world. Well worth the money! If you are serious about cooking, this is the stove to purchase.

"I was looking for quite a while for a fridge that would fit under the kitchen cabinets in a normal condo. Nowadays everything is oversized. I literally had to go to the store with a ruler to measure the fridge in the back, as the manual is giving the total height including the hinge. So the fridge fits perfectly under the smaller cabinets. I like the design, the fridge seems to be a lot quieter than the old one but I hear it at times; not an issue. The ice box is perfect for us, although we don't use ice in our drinks, at least not that often. I like the design and overall I am happy with the purchase. I did not read the details of setting different temps I just pressed the 'ECCO' button. I like the simplicity of it. I like the fact that there are not too many of those fancy electronic screens which I personally don't find useful. Moreover, I like the European products."

Great looking counter-depth refrigerator. Efficient storage. We are happy with that. In an unexpected twist, it showed up without handles. The Best Buy web site shows it with handles, and nowhere in the description or specs does it say otherwise. Pacific Sales was also unaware of this oddity, but they made it right and are sending me handles at no cost.

Purchased for new construction - plumber to install this week so we have not used but looks amazing. Will update after we use.

Wanted matching appliances for our kitchen remodel. Bought the Bertazonni pro style stove and wanted a matching dishwasher so also bought the dishwasher. Have only used once but very impressed by first use. Had another top of the line brand and controls weren't easy to use. Not true with this one. Simple, but with enough choices to still give a variety of options. Most of all so quiet can barely hear running. Also first dishwasher with light inside, great feature.

the Bertazzoni cooktop/range is fabulous. Four burners each of which has a totally different output. Once calibrated the adjustment screws on the control valve, we can really use each burner differently. Two very LOW simmer burners...and the double burner can make a wok really smoke!. Most complaints will be because the burner levels aren't properly adjusted. Quite easy to do if one reads the installation/user guide, but if not done, then will get a LOT of unhappy people. My wife misses a self clean oven...but once calibrated, it holds its temperature well

I have had my Ferrai Red 30 Pro-Style Gas Range for two years now and I am still in love with it. I cook everyday, and 3 of my twenty-something children also cook on it. Everyone loves everything about the Bertazzoni. It is both beautiful "form" and wonderful "function." The standing joke in my house is" "When Mom dies, who will get the Bertazzoni!" I could not be happier with this appliance.

We have had a Bertazzoni oven for, it must be, a quarter of a century and never needed servicing. Today the oven light went out consistently after 30 seconds beyond ignition and release after the prescribed safety period of 10-15 seconds. I called the service department and talked to Tracy and she said: "Unscrew the two Phillips screws on the front of the bottom shelf, push the shelf forward and then pull it out, and clean off the thermo-coupler behind the ignition." I did what she said, even though the thermo-coupler didn't seem dirty, and - hey presto - it now works fine. Thanks, Tracy. The number I called was 866-905-0010.
