Carrier Heat Pump Prices
The prices of Carrier heat pumps can vary depending on several factors, including the specific model, capacity, features, installation requirements, and your location. It's best to obtain pricing information from authorized Carrier dealers or HVAC professionals, as they can provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date pricing based on your specific needs and circumstances.
Additionally, heat pump prices can change over time due to market conditions, promotions, and other factors. Therefore, it's advisable to reach out to multiple dealers or professionals to compare prices and obtain competitive quotes.
When requesting pricing information, it can be helpful to provide the following details to the dealer or professional:
Heat Pump Model: Specify the Carrier heat pump model or series you are interested in, as Carrier offers a range of models with varying features and performance levels.
Capacity Requirements: Determine the heating and cooling capacity you need for your space. Factors such as square footage, insulation, climate, and the number of occupants can affect the sizing of the heat pump required.
Additional Features: If you have specific requirements or preferences, such as advanced controls, variable-speed operation, or enhanced energy efficiency, communicate these to the dealer. Additional features may impact the pricing.
Installation Considerations: Discuss any specific installation requirements or challenges with the dealer. Factors like the existing ductwork, electrical infrastructure, and location of the outdoor unit can influence the installation cost.
Financing Options: Inquire about financing options or promotions that may be available, as they can affect the overall cost.
Remember that purchasing a heat pump involves not just the upfront cost but also the long-term operational costs and energy efficiency. It's advisable to consider the energy efficiency ratings, such as SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) for cooling and HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor) for heating, as higher ratings typically indicate better efficiency and potential cost savings over time.
Reach out to authorized Carrier dealers or HVAC professionals in your area to obtain specific pricing information for Carrier heat pumps. They can assess your needs, provide recommendations, and give you accurate pricing details based on your location and requirements.

I waited on phone line (1-800-CARRIER) for 22 minutes. Then gave up and pressed “1” for call back. About 40 minutes later a young woman returned call. I explained that my local dealer told me that Carrier did not support Ecobee thermostats and I wanted to verify that information. She asked to put me brief hold. After a few minutes she returned to line and advised that I would need to contact Ecobee and she provided phone number. I asked if there was someone at Carrier I could speak with. She said no because they have “no technical support staff” in customer service.
I installed the condenser and A-coil myself since I am licensed to do this and the unit works great. I wish I would of done it right after purchasing the house instead of waiting 4 months. The summer was extremely hot and in a 65-year-old house with leaky windows and doors, my electric bill was never over $275. I was actually expecting higher. Since then I have had a new furnace put in and love it, keeps the downstairs and upstairs plenty warm without breaking the wallet on the gas bill. 4 ton 15seer condenser, 5 ton A-coil with TXV, adn 125,000 btu 95% furnace.
I decided on a Carrier split system for heating and cooling in an older ranch with electric baseboard heat only. Best decision ever!! It's efficient and cheaper to operate than the new Ruud gas system in my old condo. The heat is so warm. It's not anything like the old heat pumps that seemed to throw cool air for heat. My old condo and my house are about the same size. Both are on slabs. My heating/cooling bills at the house are half of the condo's. What a blessing. Thank you Carrier!!
We purchased ours give or take 8 years ago. It was best deal in our price range and for size wise in comparison to the square footage of our home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or replace their existing one.
My HVAC system from Carrier has worked well from the start and has never skipped a beat. It is the best system I’ve ever owned. And the price was affordable as well. And guess what - I work for Trane!
