Dacor, a leader in luxury kitchen appliances, hosted an unforgettable evening at its Kitchen Theater in New York City to celebrate the launch of its all-new Undercounter Collection. This exclusive event combined culinary artistry, wine expertise, and cutting-edge appliance innovation, giving guests a glimpse into how Dacor continues to redefine modern luxury living.

Attendees were treated to an elevated experience featuring exquisite wines provided by Flowers and Faust Wineries paired by Wine Expert Nicole Muscari to gourmet creations by two-star Michelin chef Emma Bengtsson. This perfect blend of taste and artistry reflected Dacor’s commitment to its mantra, “Life and Luxury, Connected,” showcasing how its appliances complement sophisticated lifestyles.

The event also served as the grand unveiling of Dacor’s Undercounter Collection, an innovative lineup of beverage refrigeration solutions designed to bring style, functionality, and precision to homes. Guests explored the elegant craftsmanship of these appliances, which seamlessly blend into various spaces while delivering optimal performance.

Dacor’s latest collection includes two high-performance configurations: the Undercounter Wine Cellar and the Undercounter Beverage Center, each engineered to enhance beverage preservation and display. The Wine Cellar offers Dual Temperature Zones to ensure red and white wines are stored in ideal conditions, while the GlideRack™ system—crafted from premium oak wood—minimizes vibrations to protect wine flavors. With a capacity of up to 41 bottles, it’s perfect for wine enthusiasts who value both style and functionality.

The Beverage Center combines practicality with luxury, featuring a Presenter Shelf made of oak and glass for showcasing special items. Its 5.0 cu. ft. capacity accommodates up to 128 canned beverages, while adjustable glass shelves allow for various bottle and can sizes. Both appliances feature Dacor’s SteelCool™ technology with LED 3D lighting for a radiant display, as well as an intuitive Touch Control Panel for precise temperature and lighting adjustments. A Field-Reversible Flush-Capable hinge and Triple-Pane Glass Door ensure flexibility and protection, making these appliances as versatile as they are stylish.

Scott Davies, Senior Director of Marketing at Dacor, shared the brand’s vision: “We’re excited to build upon Dacor’s award-winning range of appliances with the new Undercounter Collection, providing homeowners with precise temperature control and unparalleled performance. These appliances reflect our passion for enhancing the art of entertaining and everyday living.”

Designed to integrate seamlessly into any space, the Undercounter Collection is available in panel-ready options or Dacor’s signature Silver Stainless and Graphite Stainless finishes. Starting at $2,599, these appliances are now on display at Dacor Kitchen Theaters in New York City, Chicago, and Irvine, and can be ordered through authorized dealers.

This launch event perfectly captured Dacor’s dedication to merging technology, design, and functionality. From the culinary excellence of Chef Bengtsson to the insights shared by Nicole Muscari, every detail of the evening embodied the elegance and sophistication Dacor appliances bring to modern homes.
