Hisense Appliance Error Codes

Dishwasher Error Codes

CODE: FA 
PROBLEM: Aquastop Failure. If the Aquastop contact on the bottom tray of the appliance is closed for more than 30 seconds an Aquastop Failure will be detected. In an Aquastop condition, the Door will remain locked, and the Drain Pump will run constantly

CODE: F04 
PROBLEM: Too Long Heat Time. If the water temperature is not increasing over 35C during 40 minutes of the first heating step in the cycle the CCU will display this Error.

CODE: F05 
PROBLEM: Water Temperature Sensor Error. If during the water heating in the wash cycle, the water temperature sensor (NTC) value is out of range, the ''F/05'' error code will be displayed. Check the water NTC resistance or Check connections to the NTC and CCU.

CODE: F06 
PROBLEM: Drive Motor Tachometer Error. The control is unable to properly detect motor speed (several times) and the machine will shut down. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin the door will be unlocked after when the drum stops rotating.

CODE: F07 
PROBLEM: Motor Control Triac Error. The main control has detected a short circuit in the motor control triac. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin the door will be unlocked after the drum has stopped rotating. Check CCU by running Test Program.

CODE: F08 
PROBLEM: Heater Circuit Error. The main control has detected a heater circuit failure. These failure modes are checked before the cycle starts and after the spinning steps.

CODE: F12 
PROBLEM: Heater Circuit Error. The main control has detected a heater circuit failure. These failure modes are checked before the cycle starts and after the spinning steps.

CODE: F13 
PROBLEM: Door Open LED flashing after the cycle is started. If the CCU is not able to lock the Door of the washer after the program starts within 10 the Door Open LED will flash for 10.

CODE: F14 
PROBLEM: EEPROM Error. The Central Control Unit (CCU) receives its data from an EEPROM onboard the CCU. If there is an error reading this data it will cause this error.

CODE: F15 
PROBLEM: Drum Up Circuit Missing ( Only for TOPLOADERS with DRUM-UP Circuit). If the CCU is not detecting the Drum Up switch closing during Motor rotation this failure is displayed. This Error is detected ONLY during the Service Program.

CODE: F21 
PROBLEM: User Interface Error ( detected only with Smart user interfaces). If the communication between the user interface module and CCU is disturbed this Error is displayed. If the failure is displayed on the digits the display module is not able to ''talk'' to the CCU. If the failure is displayed on the status LED the CCU is not able to contact the Display module.

CODE: F23 
PROBLEM: Press switch Failure. If the CCU is detected during the wash cycle that the press switch contact for the wash level and the press switch level for the heater safety is ON simultaneously for 10'' this failure will be displayed.

CODE: F24 
PROBLEM: Overflow Failure. If the Overflow contact on the pressure switch is Closed for more than 60 seconds an Overflow condition will occur. In an Overflow condition, the Door will remain locked, and the Drain Pump will run constantly.

CODE: F26 
PROBLEM: Pump Driver Failure. If the CCU detects during the wash cycle that the triac of the pump is defective it will display this failure. Check the resistance of the press switch contacts.

CODE: F27 
PROBLEM: Reversing relay failure. If the CCU detects that the motor is possible to rotate only in one direction this failure is displayed. Check the CCU.

CODE: F28 
PROBLEM: Tapped Filed Failure. If the CCU is not able to switch ON the tapped field of the Motor this failure Code is displayed.

CODE: Fod 
PROBLEM: Some foam was detected During the Wash Cycle. If the CCU is not able to drain out the water after washing or not able to spin after several trials this alarm Code is displayed.

CODE: UnB 
PROBLEM: Unbalance Error. Cause: The load is too small. The appliance is tilted. Laundry is gathered to one side. Nondistributable things are put into the drum.

Range Error Codes

Error codes on Hisense ranges can indicate a variety of issues with the appliance. Here are some common error codes that may appear on your Hisense range and their meanings: 

F1: This error code indicates a problem with the electronic oven control (EOC). It could be caused by a faulty sensor, a loose wiring connection, or a problem with the control panel. 

F2: This error code indicates a problem with the oven temperature sensor. It could be caused by a faulty sensor, a loose wiring connection, or a problem with the control panel. 

F3: This error code indicates a problem with the oven door latch assembly. It could be caused by a faulty latch, a loose wiring connection, or a problem with the control panel. 

F5: This error code indicates a problem with the oven's control board. It could be caused by a faulty control board, a loose wiring connection, or a problem with the control panel. 

If you see an error code on your Hisense range, try the following steps: 

Disconnect the power to the range and wait a few minutes before reconnecting it. 

Check the wiring connections to make sure they are secure. 

Try resetting the control panel by pressing and holding the "Start" and "Stop" buttons for five seconds. 

If the error code persists, it may be necessary to call a professional appliance repair technician for further assistance. 

Keep in mind that attempting to repair an appliance yourself can be dangerous, so it's always best to consult a professional if you are unsure how to proceed.

Television Error Codes

CODE: Red Light Blinks 2 Times
Hisense TV red light blinks 2 times is an error indicating that the TV hardware is malfunctioning. This error code signifies an issue in the TV’s circuit because of an incorrect voltage supply on the main chip. 
In some cases, defective TV’s backlight, degradation in power supply, and severe internal damage are some of the major reasons for flashing red light 2 times. Now, let’s get to the troubleshooting steps for this Hisense tv power light blinking code: 
Solutions:
First, turn off your TV.
Unplug the TV’s power code from the wall outlet.
Do a power cycle on your Hisense TV. Leave the TV unplugged for about 30 seconds.
After that while, plug the tv’s cord back into a different outlet.
Then, reset your TV into factory default settings.
To troubleshoot the bad power supply, you may need to inspect the TV’s back panel and check out the mainboard. There may be a bad capacitor that is the culprit. Contact a professional if there is still red light flashing after power cycling.

CODE: Red Light Blinks 3 Times
Hisense TV red light blinks 3 times is a direct indication of the damage to the TV’s internal circuit board. Most likely, there may have been blown capacitors in the mainboard.
Also, because of overvoltage or overcurrent supply, burnt-out lamps in the panel lead to the same error code. Anyway, follow the below instructions to fix the TV’s error code based on the number of 3 times.
Solutions:
A hard reset is an effective fix in the case of any type of blinking code on Hisense TV. So, start by power cycling your TV.
Unplug the TV and leave the TV disconnected from the power source for about 30-40 seconds. 
Meanwhile, press and hold the power button for a little while and then turn back on the TV again.
You will need to examine the TV’s motherboard if even now, you are experiencing the blinking code. 
Disconnect the back panel and check out the lamp first.
Ensure well-working capacitors on the mainboard. 
Replace the bad lamps if there have an incorrect voltage supply.
Or, it will be better to replace the entire strip to fix the issue.

CODE: Red Light Blinks 5 Times
Hisense TV red light flashing 5 times happens due to a faulty cable connection. Also, if there have sort of glitch on the HDMI cable connection or an issue with the power supply occurs, there appears the same blinking code. Sometimes, the TV gets an issue with the power board, or there may have a fault with your backlight LEDs behind this error code.
Solutions:
As usual, start troubleshooting by doing a power cycle on your TV.
Press and hold down the minus volume (-) button and menu button simultaneously. 
If that doesn’t prove well, inspect the power board.
Replace the bad capacitors.
Examine the backlight LED test using a flashlight. Replace the defective backlight.
Finally, check out all the cable connections and ports.
Replace the faulty HDMI cables.

CODE: Red Light Blinks 6 Times
If you are struggling with the red light blinking 6 times on your Hisense TV, be sure your TV has detected some system error. There have been some major reasons for this blinking error. Note down the following causes first before moving to the troubleshooting steps:
TV is getting overheating
Blocked TV vents by debris
Outdated software
Glitches on mainboard or inverter boards
Burnt LED Strip inside panel
Defective power board
Fault IR sensor
Solutions:
First, restart your TV.
It will be better to do a power cycle on your TV in order to give relaxation to its functions.
Disconnect your TV from the power strip or surge protector.
Connect the TV directly to the wall outlet.
Remove all the connected devices with the TV.
Clean out the TV vents and ensure block-free vents.
Factory reset your TV.
Update the TV’s firmware with the latest version.
If still there have same blinking code, check the motherboard and IR sensor.
Replace the faulty IR sensor and motherboard.

CODE: Red Light Blinks 7 Times
Hisense TV red light blinks 7 times in an error indication of a faulty circuit stage inside of the TV. In most cases, this error code occurs due to a defective inverter board or LED backlight. Sometimes, TV gets overheated and blows out the capacitors. Then, the TV flashes red light 7 times.
Solutions:
Test the backlight of the TV first.
Replace the defective backlight.
Remove the back panel of the TV and check out the capacitors.
If you notice a domed or swollen top on the capacitors, be sure it is the culprit. Replace the bad capacitors.
Besides all these, ensure that you are using a well-working remote control.

CODE: Red Light Blinks 8 Times
Hisense tv red light blinking 8 times is the fault indication of a hardware fault. Some other responsive factors are a bad power supply board, a faulty circuit section, and hitches on the fluent power supply on the mainboard.
Also, unstable cable connections and faulty wiring connections are highly responsible for this blink code. Don’t worry. We are providing all the corrective approaches to fix this major issue on your Hisense TV.
Solutions:
First, unplug your TV from the power source connection.

First, make sure you have unplugged your TV.
Now, check out the ventilation system of your TV. Clean out all the vents to ensure air circulation fluently.
Also, ensure a stable installation of the TV.

Quality seems good and stainless finish is nice and looks upscale, modern, and sleek. Interior stainless tub is an added bonus. The racks function fine allowing for plenty of storage and keep utensils and plates/bowls separated well. Tall tub has plenty of room on top or bottom rack. The unit is quiet with different wash cycles including a 20 min quick cycle and sanitize option. The drying function works well and my dishes come out clean without any residue.

I love that the dishwasher is energy star certified, electric, LED Touch, self cleaning with 5 wash cycles. Oh and theres a setting to automatically open the door when the cycle is complete plus you have the option to sanitize as well. I am extremely happy with my dishwasher and I love the huge space inside. I am a mom of three boys and you can only guess how many dishes we go through daily and weekly. The ease of placing dishes in the dishwasher and knowing that they will be ready in a short amount of time works wonders for my busy life. The kids had no problems learning how to quickly program their wash cycle on their dish duty day. He listened to what I told him was the problem. He told me he would have to send it to level 2 and it would take 24 to 48 hours for them to send me a fix. Later that night I got an email from Hisense with detailed instructions that even I could follow. It worked and the TV was rebooted and is working great again. Hisense responded quickly with instructions that any ordinary person could easily follow. Great TV and great customer service.

We don’t know what is with this brand, but they do not package their items well and they arrive in a perfectly undamaged box, but inside have dents, large scrapes or long scratches. You never really think that about a dishwasher but this one is. It’s sleek and would go with any decor. The cleaning power is awesome and QUIET compared to others. I put a ear on the panel, the voice level sounds less than a mosquito. it is really incredible. I put a thermometer in the fridge and freezer, as default setup, 4C in the fridge, -19 in the freezer. I do like it.
