How much should someone spend on a ceiling fan?

My dad is wanting two ceiling fans. One for my room, and he wants to replace the one in the living cuz it looks extremely old. First of all what brand is the best ceiling fan brand on the market? Because whatever that is, if such thing exists, that's what brand we want. I think I've heard good things about Hunter but idk if they're the best or not. And most importantly, how much should we spend on a ceiling fan? Is $100 one good? or do we need to spend more? We want them to be as silent as possible.

Lowes has nice ones w a light for $70.


I charge 200 for install.
