We have had our microwave/convection oven for about seven years. It still looks and acts brand new. The only caution I would have is make sure you measure it before you buy it. It is a bit longer than any other microwave we’ve ever purchased so we had to get fancy to fit it in the built-in space. By far the best microwave we’ve owned. It cleans up very easily too. Would recommend.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and put the 48" built in refrigerator in with stainless panels. This is my favorite appliance in my new kitchen. I was afraid that I wouldn't like the black interior, but it is AMAZING! I love this refrigerator!

It is big, but not in a bad bulky way. Its visually very attractive to look at, and runs quietly. Keeps food cold, and gets cold quickly if the door has been open for a while. I love the interior, its black interior with bright led light makes it different to look at, in a good way! Love, love, love it!

Wow. This fridge. With the obsidian black interior, beautiful lighting, soft-close drawers...this thing is gorgeous. Lots of storage, in both freezer and refrigerator, and with the Rise panels, it's an eye catcher in the kitchen!

Easy to use and energy efficient. Great microwave oven that can be mounted with trim kit as a built-in.

We just moved into our new home and all the products are Jenn Air including the dishwasher. This is a high end appliance package - top of their line. So first, it is the quietest dishwasher we have ever had and we've had KitchenAid and General Electric. It also cleans beautifully. Perhaps some of the criticisms are for an older model or a different model but their top of the line is absolutely terrific... so far.

Overall DW is great, had an issue with control board failure after about 18 months, but part was in warranty, part was replaced and all is working great.

We've had our Jennair 48" Built-In Side-by-Side Refrigerator for almost a month now and we are loving it. We decided to go with the JS48NXFXDE model because it has an ice-maker but no dispenser on the door. The resulting space savings in the freezer allows us to store a lot more frozen goods. The obsidian interior and black shelves also add to the units simplicity and beauty.

First one I received was damaged but the Store GM got it replaced quickly.

We purchased it in 2000 and never had a problem except replacing the burned-out oven light. It has convection and a regular oven. It can be a standalone as it was when we purchased it or built-in. We converted it to when we moved and replaced the "look-alike" leaky GE. Jenn-Air holds the heat in. Our's vents from the bottom, through the basement, and outside. Love the backsplash with a light over the burners and a shelf for spices. After 20 years, the stainless steel still looks good.

So quiet I'm not sure it's running unless I check the lights. We've had Bosch and Kitchen Aid and this one is our favorite!! The racks glide like they are floating. Love the interior light.

I have owned this Jenn-Air range & oven for over 30 years.! It works like a charm. I have never had it serviced nor any problems whatsoever. The Only drawback is cleaning the grills & keeping it clear of crumbs.

Had for 3 weeks now. Excellent features, easy to use and adjust. Dishes are super clean and shiny. Extremely quiet. Had to really listen to make sure it was running the first time we ran it.

Love our new dishwasher. Our dishes are so clean they look like they're new. The rack configuration is amazing allowing us to load many more dishes and the control panel is very easy to use.

Our Jenn-Air has an electric oven and gas stove on top, the oven is always the perfect temperature and the convection is wonderful. The stove has different size burners for different functions and is great.

We had purchased Jenn Air Appliances for our kitchen five years ago and when we moved we purchased the exact same ones. The quality for the price can't be beat! The new "animated" screen savers are amazing!

Although this appliance is working well now, it has had service many number of times and has been replaced once, all after warranty had expired on it.

Great range. Lives up to its name. We plan on purchasing another one sometime soon but since there’s nothing wrong with the one we have except the eyes are not covered and we would prefer a smooth top type range.

It works as advertised. We've noticed that the plastic cover over the keypad is wearing out after just a few years of operation. Aside from that the unit works well. It is utilized daily and have never had any operational issues.

My slide oven range with cooktop is well over 20 plus years old.. I cook on it every day. The oven works perfectly, the stove top works perfectly, I never had to have a repair.. THIS range was in my home when I purchased it. I was going to purchase a new range but my local appliance store salesperson told me that it is a great range and he suggested that I keep it. I am so happy that I listened to him.
