Roma Range Troubleshooting
If you're looking for help fixing your Roma Range, look no further! Our comprehensive Roma Range Troubleshooting guide will explain common issues, provide tips, and show you how to read your model's error codes.
Proper installation. Be sure your appliance is properly installed and grounded by a qualified technician.
Never use your appliance for warming or heating the room.
Do not leave children alone. Children should not be left alone or unattended in area where appliance is in use. They should never be allowed to sit or stand on any part of the appliance.
Wear proper apparel. Loose fitting or hanging garments should never be worn while using the appliance.
User servicing. Do not repair or replace any part of the appliance unless specifically recommended in the manual. All other servicing should be referred to a qualified technician.
Storage in or on appliance. Flammable materials should not be stored in an oven or near surface units.
Do not use water on grease fires. Smother fire or flame by using dry chemical or foam-type extinguisher.
Never leave surface units unattended at high heat settings. Boil-over causes smoking and greasy spill-over that may ignite.
Protective liners. Do not use aluminium foil to line surface unit drip areas and oven bottoms.
Glazed cooking utensils. Only certain types of glass, glass/ceramic, ceramic, earthenware, or other glaze utensils are suitable for cooking range use without breaking due to the sudden change in temperature.
Use care when opening door. Let hot air or steam escape before removing or replacing food.
Do not heat unopened food containers. Build-up of pressure may cause container to burst and result in injury. Keep oven vent ducts unobstructed.

This range is so different than what I had before. Before I had a typical digital on top type of range that gave me lots of issues with the digital pad. This is a simple to use yet very chic type of range. It is powerful and it has lots of space between burners so you can place items that won’t burn while you are cooking like a dish to take out what you are cooking next to the frying pan. The oven cooks food evenly and beautifully. It’s really is exceptional and compares to a Viking but you do t pay Viking price for it and have the same quality.
I bought this gas Range Sept 2018 and have been extremely pleased with its performance. It is very easy to clean (especially the stove top) and use. I have used the convection bake and roast function several times, the results were fantastic. It far exceeds the quality and performance of my previous gas range.
I bought this over a month ago and am so glad I did--it's gorgeous, cooks, bakes and roasts beautifully and is easy to clean. My turkey was fabulous, and gravy cooked evenly on the central (grill) burner. Everything cooks fast, so it took some adjusting to, and I miss a stove clock, but that's tiny in return for its great features. Analog means no expensive future fixes.
Bought the 30" Pro-Style Gas Range 7 months and installed them 1 month ago following a total kitchen remodel. Bought it sight-unseen based on features, specs and reviews, and are so happy we did. Easy install. Units are gorgeous, and rival any of their top-tier counterparts at 1/2 - 1/3 the price. 3rd party thermometers in fridge, freezer and oven confirm operating temp in units = spot-on. Fridge is whisper quiet, and love the fact that we now have filtered ice water and ice cubes dispensed INSIDE the fridge, without unsightly exterior dispensers. Gas range is a flame thrower for wok-based concoctions, a simmerer for sauces, and everything in between. Both HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (and I NEVER post online recommendations).
What we like about this is that the hood is very low profile. It doesn't overwhelm the room yet it adds elegance in a very modern way. The fan has three settings which work very well in a medium sized room like our kitchen. It covers a large five burner gas range and pulls in smoke and odors with ease. The lights provide adequate task lighting and also have three settings. As it is stainless steel it readily shows finger prints so be prepared to clean often.
