Gas Patio Heater Error Codes

If your Twin Eagles gas patio heater is not working properly, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem before calling for professional help. Here are a few steps you can take:

1. Check the gas supply: Make sure that the propane tank is full and that the hose and connections are secure.

2. Check the burner: Make sure that the burner is not clogged with debris. Clean the burner and orifices with a small brush if necessary.

3. Check the thermocouple: The thermocouple is a safety device that senses whether the pilot light is lit. If the thermocouple is not working, the gas supply will be shut off. Test the thermocouple to see if it is functioning properly, if not it may need to be replaced.

4. Check the control valve: The control valve controls the flow of gas to the burner. Make sure that the valve is open and that the knob is in the "on" position.

5. Check the pilot light: Make sure that the pilot light is lit. If the pilot light is not lit, follow the manufacturer's instructions to relight the pilot.

If none of these steps resolve the problem, it may be a more serious issue that requires a professional repair. Also, if your patio heater is under warranty, contact the manufacturer or a repair service authorized by the manufacturer to fix the problem.

Please note that if you're not comfortable working with gas appliances, it's best to call a professional to service the patio heater.

This heater puts out more heat that any other heater that I have tried. I have ordered multiple heaters from just about every brand out there for my work. We have found that this brand puts out more heat then any other brand. So when I need heaters for my patio I new what I wanted. And I have not been let down. They were easy to install. And the beat thing about them is my wife hasn't complained about being cold once. That alone is worth more than 5 star's by its self.

This radiant heater works great. We're using it to keep a cashier warm in the entryway where it gets cold because of the door. For this purpose, it works great and she is very comfortable even though the ambient temperatures are only in the 50s.

Just installed two of these and found they put out plenty of heat in an open 12 x 12 pergola. The heat comes on instantly. The red glow from the elements is not too bright and dims with lower heat settings. I have two of these and control them independently using only a single remote since you have to point the remote at the unit for it to work. My only disappointment is that the heaters can only be operated from the remote.
