Unique Range Troubleshooting

Surface burner fails to light
a. Clogged burner ports. Remove burners and clean out dirt and spider webs
b. Battery dead. Replace with new D size battery.
c. Ignition relay defective. Replace relay.
Uneven flame
a. Clogged burner ports. Remove burners and clean out dirt and spider webs.
b. Uneven burner alignment. Check black caps are placed evenly onto burners.
Oven does not light
a. Oven pilot is out. Relight oven pilot.
b. Moisture buildup in ceramic sleeve of oven electrode. Heat up ceramic sleeve with BBQ lighter to remove moisture.
Oven Temperature seems to be inaccurate
a. Oven wasn't preheated. Preheat oven for 10 minutes.
b. Incorrect use of aluminum foil. Refer to section on aluminum foil.
c. Oven bottom incorrectly in place. Replace oven bottom correctly.
d. Oven calibration of burner out of adjustment. Have technician calibrate oven and adjust burner.

I've always preferred Gas ranges and this one doesn't disappoint. The oven heats quickly and maintains temperature very well.
It's only been a few weeks, but so far so good. I use the product for every day cooking. I love it! It's simple to use and it does the job. For the price, it was well worth it. It looks good too.
We recently moved into a new home and decided to upgrade the range as the other one was old and kind of beat up. So far, this range has performed well. The burners get hot quickly and cook food well.
Renovated our kitchen and bought this Unique stove along with refrigerator and microwave. Very happy with our purchase. Everything working great. I love the Gas burner of this stove, boil water twice as fast as my previous one. Great deal. !!
We couldn't be happier with the purchase. It works really well and is easy to clean. The performance surprised us as well. Very nice, not as heavy of steel but many great features.
