Dishwasher Error Codes

CODE: i10 
PROBLEM: A low fill has been detected. 
FIX: Look for a pinched water supply line, or water shutoff is not completely opened. 

CODE: i20: i40; iF0 
PROBLEM: Clogged filters or a restricted drain line has been detected. 
FIX: Check and clean both filters and sump area and check for a pinched or blocked drain hose. If the drain line is attached to a disposer, check that the knockout plug has been removed. 

CODE: i30 
PROBLEM: A leak or overflow of water has been detected in the bottom pan. 
FIX: Look for loose connections at the water inlet valve and ensure the unit is properly leveled. 

CODE: i50 
PROBLEM: A problem has been detected with the drain or wash motor. 
FIX: Pressing the cancel button or turning power off at the breaker for 5 min. should clear this error code and the unit can be restarted. 

CODE: i60 
PROBLEM: A problem has been detected with the water heating system. 
FIX: Pressing the cancel button or turning power off at the breaker for 5 min. should clear this error code and the unit can be restarted. 

CODE: iC0 
PROBLEM: A problem has been detected with the electronic control system. 
FIX: Pressing the cancel button or turning power off at the breaker for 5 min. should clear this error code and the unit can be restarted. 

Range Error Codes

NOTE: The induction cooktop is able to self-diagnose a number of problems and can show this information to the user via the cooktop control display. Error codes may be displayed if your cooktop has developed a fault. If your appliance reports an error or is not working, you may be able to correct the fault by consulting the following. 

Problem: Error code E2 is displayed. 
The electronic unit is too hot. Please check the installation of the range, making sure that there is sufficient ventilation. In extreme cases, if a cooking utensil has been allowed to boil dry this error code may also be displayed. If in doubt please contact your installer or a qualified repair engineer. 

Problem: No display operation. 
Solution: Over voltage or loss of supply voltage to the range. If in doubt please contact your installer or a qualified repair engineer. 

Problem: Error code U400 is displayed. 
Solution: The range has been incorrectly connected. The control will switch off after approximately 1 second and the error code will be permanently displayed. Consult your installer or a qualified repair engineer. 

Problem: Error code Er followed by a number is displayed. 
Solution: The appliance has developed an internal technical fault that cannot be rectified by the user. Consult your installer or a qualified repair engineer. 

Problem: The fuse blows or the RCD trips regularly. 
Solution: Please contact your installer or a qualified repair engineer. 

Problem: The range will not switch on. 
Solution: Has the wiring system in the house blown a fuse or tripped an earth leakage circuit breaker? Has the range been correctly connected to the mains supply? 

Problem: The induction cooktop is noisy. 
Solution: When using the induction cooktop there may be some ‘noise’ emitted from the pan. This is normal and may be most noticeable when cooking on high power settings or if 5 pans are used simultaneously. The type of pan may also contribute to induction ‘noise’. 

Problem: Steam is coming from the oven. 
Solution: When cooking foods with a high water content (e.g. oven chips) there may be some steam visible at the rear grille. Take care when opening the oven door, as there may be a momentary puff of steam when the oven door is opened. Stand well back and allow any steam to disperse. 

Problem: An oven fan is noisy. 
Solution: The sound of the oven fan may change as the oven heats up, this is perfectly normal.

Refrigerator Error Codes

CODE: Not on 
PROBLEM: Unit does not have power 

CODE: Continuously on 
PROBLEM: Unit is "ON" and operating correctly 

CODE: 1 Blink and pause 
PROBLEM: For shorted or open thermistor 

CODE: 2 Blink and pause 
PROBLEM: Disconnected Display Board 

CODE: 3 Blink and pause 
PROBLEM: Compressor is locked out
