Im really into cooking and Ive heard about Viking Ranges a long time ago. When we were looking to purchase a home, it all had Viking appliances, which is what sold the house. I have a fridge, range, wine fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Everyone at the Viking dealership was super nice, helpful, and explained the different models. Unfortunately, I have electric where Im at, so there werent too many things to pick from on that side of things. So we went with the D3 and its been great. The only thing that stinks is my wine fridge went out and Ive been trying to get it fixed. The quality of the range from Viking is awesome. I like the ability to control the heat range. So, I can go up to three rings, and to get a pot of water boiling fast, I put it on all three. I also like that I have a couple of different convection settings. Ive never cooked with convection before and its really awesome that I have the ability to do that. If a person has the money to do it, its definitely worth doing because its a great feature that they have and offers.

After 4 repairs on an original and 10 repairs on a complete replacement Viking double wall oven, we gave up. We couldnt spend any more time waiting the four-hour window for repairmen, and no correction to maintaining a constant oven temp. Two repairmen broke fingers during repairs, no lie. Viking warranty people lacked response often, and convinced me to keep trying. Also, the cook top grates have little rubber feet that kept melting and falling off. DANGEROUS! Replaced about 6 times. Ten years later, dozens of burnt or under cooked meals, cookies etc., we are finally able to and frustrated enough to get something new. The hesitation is the cabinet was cut larger to fit Viking. And what do you buy? This is a short version on the problems with Viking and Viking associates. I could go on and on. BUY SOMETHING ELSE and save your sanity.

Weve had a Viking over here for quite some time so weve investigated what else they had to offer. The refrigerator has been a little monstrous to haul and get in the wall. But so far, so good. We definitely like it. We like how it lights up so you can see everything. Its a counter-depth. Weve never had a counter-depth before so its smaller and lose things in the back. But it is tall.

I own a Viking range and I use them for customers. When I built a new home, they were clearing out at the Ferguson showroom and there was a Viking and a Thermador. The Thermador was under warranty in a matter of a year and that was good. It was a 48-inch, it went through bolts and boards, and it went through the heating element. So it went through a lot and to me, that was not great. Its convection also had a huge loud sound and I didnt like that at all. On the other hand, the Viking was very quiet and I really liked it a lot better. So I gave it a shot and purchased it online. I could have gone through the dealer in Salt Lake, but I would have had to pay taxes. If I had to do it again, though, Id probably go with the dealer thats close because I had to return one item and it has been a real pain. At first, they told me that they were not going to take the part back. But it was still in the box and we couldnt install the back part because there wasnt enough room. And we didnt know that until we got the back part. Then, they said they would take it back, but I had to ship it back and it was a double package so it would cost $75 to ship it. It also took forever for them to acknowledge they got it and when they said they have issued the credit, I still hadnt seen it. Overall, I love Viking and its various simmers. Its a beautiful stove and it works great. Its also functional and very effective. Its commercial great, too, so its worth the money. But I really wanted to get certain features and to get them, I had to keep upgrading. Then, when we moved, I had to downgrade to a 30-inch. So, that was hard when I had the nice, big double ovens. They should also make the colored ones cheaper so I could get the beautiful cobalt blue or the red one. I love the easy glide over rack as well and I want to know where to purchase it.

We bought the new model of Viking Refrigerator that was a little less expensive than Subzero and got better reviews. We like it and my favorite is its lighting feature. Viking Refrigerator is okay but we’re not blown away. We noticed that the icemaker doesn’t know when to stop making ice, it just overflows. It does all right keeping things cold but sometimes it’s freezing something and sometimes it’s not. It’s just bizarre, it’s like some things in a certain area of the refrigerator tend to freeze. Almost not solid frozen but get close to frozen. It looks great though. Its aesthetically pleasing. I have a cheap refrigerator in Florida that performs the same. Nonetheless, the Viking dealer was great. We got all of our appliances through them. If someone would ask about Viking, Id tell them to do the research and really find out what products work the best. Viking is a good line but I think refrigerators are overrated.

We researched Viking and Wolf, and we decided to go with Viking. The sales rep at Best Buy kind of talked us into it when we went and started pricing out and looking at all the different merchandise. Then when we heard that we could get a 5% cashback by purchasing them, that was the determining factor. The look of our Viking range is stunning. We love how it cooks everything evenly. We bought the range and we bought the French wall oven. We like both of them. Weve been trying to clean the wall oven and we are a little confused on that because you put water because it’s a steam clean, and it’s just different than what were used to how an oven cleans. My husband put some water in it and then turns it on to self-cleaning. It just didnt clean as much as we thought. We bought the hood, the range, the wall oven, the microwave and we have been waiting six months for a fridge and freezer that we purchased as well. But I left a message this morning because I have not received any of my rebates when I went online and did all that. I called at 9:00 and I chose mountain time because we live in Colorado, and they said that they were closed, but it was almost nine oclock and I havent heard anything back. They have not returned my phone call, too.

We appreciate the quality of the brand. The 7 series in particular had a lot of the newer features that could be useful, particularly in how we cook. Were really enjoying it. Its very high quality. We really like the broiler. We really appreciate that. We also like the setup with some of the lower BTU range areas. Its been great. We also like the high simmer approach on the top left. So you can go right from high straight into a really controlled simmer. The Viking dealer was great. We use Plesser’s in Babylon. They had great background and nice expertise. They could walk us through the features. They were incredibly helpful and worked with us on all different pricing.

My husband’s company does construction and they work with Viking Ranges. I was redoing my kitchen, so I put Viking appliances in it. I like my refrigerator and my microwave, but I’ve had a lot of problems with the range. The first one I had, the motherboard kept burning out. They replaced it four times. It broke on Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. And then Viking replaced the oven back in January but there’s still different issues that keep coming up. I had the bake module replaced, but that did not solve the problem. I did manage to cook Easter dinner this year. At least when the oven shuts off I’m able to turn it back on. The other way, when it shuts off, there was no turning it on. So, I had to cook all my holiday dinners on the barbecue grill. So we’re back to square one. If this is a lemon, they might have to replace it again.I had some not so pleasant experiences with Viking, but Sheryl has been very helpful and good. They just cant understand what’s going on. They want to send another repairman from a different appliance company to see if a different set of eyes can see something different. But to be honest, I’m not holding out any hope for that. I would not recommend a Viking Range. They’re expensive appliances. When you go online, people aren’t that happy with the range either.

Our service technician says our Viking range is leaking gas from a valve. Viking says they no longer manufacture the forty dollar part and we must buy an entire new range! Ridiculous. Our previous service technician told us that he no longer services Viking because parts are often not available or never ship after ordering. It seems Viking treats their ranges, and their customers, as disposable.

So I moved into a new house 10 years ago it came with Viking appliances. I am a research rat and use unbiased information such as consumer reports. I wouldn’t have bought viking. They already had class action law suit issues In the past. Bad reliability scores etc. Its basically a brand name that should Say Viking = pay way more. Get way less. Our refrigerator breaks every 6 months like clock work. Our friends take bets on when it will break next. A fun game for them. Not so much for me. Their customer support is god awful and they don’t stand behind their product. So do some research and don’t buy Viking. For those who say mine works. I would say a blind squirrel occasionally also finds an acorn. Probably not the line you want to describe your 12 k fridge with.

Weve heard about Viking Ranges for years and wed been wanting one all these years, so we finally got one because we got gas hooked up. I grew up with gas, and when we moved to Florida, Florida had mostly just electricity or electric ranges. My husbands from Mississippi, so we had to look at Mississippi in getting a Viking and we love it. Its the first time hes cooked on a gas stove, and its so much better. It cooks so much nicer and the food tastes better. Everybody from Viking was great. The gas that we put in had been delayed and they kept the stove there, and then they brought it as soon as we needed it.

Following a friends recommendation, I got a Viking range and its beautiful. I got the black one and not only does it work well, but it’s nice-looking. The quality is really good too. I love cooking with it, although there are things that it can do that I havent utilized yet because I’ve only had it hooked up for about four months. Also, when I first got it, the broiler was broken. They just fixed that about a month ago. Its an amazing broiler, it goes over the whole top of the oven. It took a long time for them to come out to get it fixed because I live in a rural area. There was some problem with me getting the paperwork, but it didn’t have to do with Viking. I bought it through AJ Madison, and their company was the one that I was having trouble with obtaining the paperwork so that I could get the product registered, and then I could get it serviced for free under the warranty. The person who handled it did a good job, and it works now.Apart from the broiler, which I love that, I also love that on a standard stove that I’m used to, it has the smaller center burners, and these can all go to the boiling. And then they have one that’s huge, so it really gets your water boiling quickly. It also has a dehydrator built into it, which is amazing. It bakes well, too. I’ve had good experience with everything. I would buy one again for sure.

Monogram appliances but we heard their refrigerator wasnt good. We wanted a higher end refrigerator and since we had experience with Viking, we ordered one online through AJ Madison. It was a stand-alone and theres not many high-end companies that make a stand alone. We didnt have to pay self-tax and shipping. The refrigerator looks pretty cool and the functions are great. We absolutely love Viking Ranges. My dad had a Viking range and hood for about 15 years and he loved it. He’s an avid cooker and that’s what sold us on Viking. And we’ve not been disappointed. They’re wonderful and fabulous. We went through Best Buy in Fort Lauderdale and they ordered everything for us. We’ve got the range that’s gas, which we were thrilled to get here in Florida since there is no natural gas. We had to put in propane to get that. We’ve also got the hood and the Viking microwave. We didn’t have the microwave for a period because of a problem with the display, but it works fine now. Other than that, it’s great.I also love that the stove top is incredibly easy to clean up. I just have to take the grates right off. We had a décor stove top in our previous house in New Mexico and that one was awful to clean. I like that the gas stove, as well as the oven, seems to cook evenly too. We’re always showing off our Viking appliances. We have pictures of them which we show to people.

The freezer part on our Viking was working fine but the refrigerator part has got a sensor that is not working and we’re having our third service call on it today. We’ve only lived in this house for a month. Viking’s customer service has been okay but they are in Mississippi and it is another one of these 30-minute phone calls. The service people are actually not Viking employees. They are a contracted company and they have been very good. They diagnosed it the first time, had to order a part, put it in and it is still doing it, so they are coming back today to see if they can fix it. I got the impression from the service people that there was a known problem with this fridge because when they called, they said that their tech support people knew what it was right off the bat. So Viking might have a problem they need to fix. Viking is suboptimal.

We got a bunch of Viking. Also, all the fire stations in our local county government have Viking equipment in it so we stayed with them ‘cause it’s better than residential equipment. Then we had a problem with the oven and it was the left button on the stove. I called Viking, they gave us a reference number, and a company called Top Notch Appliance was supposed to come and fix it. They were supposed to call us to let us know when they were coming but they never did so we called them and they were closed for two weeks. I called Viking back a second time to see if there was somebody else and I was told it was just Top Notch for our service area. Then they called back a few days later and did a good job fixing it. Its just a matter of how long it took. Viking should have a backup company ‘cause the second time I called, the reference number was for the same small company. I asked the guy who came if he was the owner of the company. He said he was and his wife took calls. But Viking is a good range.

The oven that we bought from Viking took about eight months to ship and when it came, it was damaged. We had to wait another month and a half to fix one part, so it could be fully operational. So, I dont have a lot of confidence that the rest of the machine is going to last that long. The broiler specifically had to be rebuilt in our house. The microwave hasnt worked properly since installation and after three months, we finally got Viking to replace it instead of fixing it. Its nice having a high BTU range, which was what I was looking for, as a home chef. The oven seems to be working fine and the microwave has some good features if it would work. There should be open communication between the retailer and the Viking Middleby company. Im disappointed. If I had known now what we would have gone through, I probably would have chosen a different option. We were simply upgrading our kitchen and we had something that was working that we got rid of for this.

We ordered them online from Elite Appliance three years ago. We had them shipped to us, and then the contractor installed them. The range and the hood are great. Thats what theyre known for. Its sturdy, cooks really well and really fast. Also, the microwave has been fine, but the hinges on the inner compartments of the fridge broke, but it was just okay and Im still happy with it. However, the dishwasher is probably the only thing that I wouldnt buy again. It had a hose issue, so we had it looked at once. Other than that, we really love the range. I’ve been a Viking fan for quite a while when I lived in Chicago. There’s a place up there that sold a lot of Viking products, and I used to see them on display. And I figured if I ever remodel, I’d look at them again, which I did. And I bought a whole Viking kitchen. I dealt with their distributor Elite Appliance, and they were really great. Brian, the sales guy, was really good, very detailed and he answered all my questions. I got a great price and we bought the refrigerator, the 36-inch stove and I ended up getting the Viking dishwasher for free. So, that was a plus. The refrigerator has been installed and we’ve been using it for about three weeks now. I like it a lot. I like that it’s got a lot of lighting in it when I open it up. And the separate drawers for different temperature controls seems to work well. It’s counter-depth and it’s got a lot of room in it. I also like the lower drawer freezer and the sliding shelf. And now, I got an icemaker that works again, so I like that too.

I like that the Viking ranges construction and the reports that I’ve seen about it, and being six burners with an extra-large oven made it a perfect match for the kitchen. The craftsmanship of the range that I got is beautiful and everything is enclosed. It has the proper sparkers to hook up the gas and the electric. And the burners are fantastic but Viking really did a great job on the engineering of the simmer. It’s beautiful. And I like that I can take the knobs off and wash them. Theyre metal and looks like they’re gonna be there for a long time.I bought my Viking range through ABT Electronics in Chicago. And the packaging was perfect and it came perfectly protected. Their giveaway, the Viking dishwasher, also helped me with the purchase and further rebates in another order is always a nice thing to have. All in all, the Viking range is a great product. And from what I’ve seen, it is really nicely engineered with all heavy cast iron components and burners, the knobs, and the interior enforcement. I haven’t seen a product that’s like this yet and the simmer is adjustable and its really nice that I can put it up or down. The range sits off the floor, too, so I can sweep underneath.

Viking stove should be recalled. Since the first use, we have been having the same problems all of the other people have been having with the stove. It should be recalled because it is a danger to use. Our oven gets so hot that it has melted the stove wires and control box. It has warped our oven door so it doesnt shut all the way, and the heat reflector (not sure if this is correct name) in the bottom of the oven is cracked and buckled. The oven gets so hot that if you touch the outside of it, you will get burned. The oven also fills up with gas and makes a popping sound or just blows the door right open! It scares me with my children if the oven is on. They can get burnt or hurt with the door blowing open. Also, because of the intense heat and the wires melting, the left side of the stove doesnt work.

Perhaps like many others that purchase Viking appliances, my wife and I were enamored with the design, size and look of the Viking refrigerator. We spent close to $20,000 and purchased a 36 refrigerator with a separate 30 freezer to go beside it. Looking at our kitchen you see nearly five feet of fridge/freezer. It looks amazing. Stupidly, this was the reason we bought the brand. My neighbor has a similar set-up and he told us over and over again not to invest in Viking. He swore it would be a mistake. My attitude was it wont happen to us. Was I wrong.Within one year, back in 2018 (pre-Covid; so no excuses yet about shipping issues/health issues/work shortage issues), the refrigerator stopped working altogether. Everything inside was ruined. The refrigerator was hot. It would not cool anything. I called Viking and it took 3 days to get a repairman to our home. Three days of no food. Then of course the part had to ordered. This took another 2 weeks. The part arrived and within another week it was installed. One month of no working refrigerator. I asked for a loaner... nope. I asked for a replacement... nope. I asked for a food stipend... nope. I asked to reimbursed for the ruined food... nope. After the month delay, it was noted that the refrigerator was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. This took another month for the new refrigerator to arrive. A $12,500 refrigerator that we could not use for two months. Now check this out; within a month or two of the new refrigerator being installed, my 7 year old son opened the fridge to get something. He pulled the door and as he pulled his foot was in the way and the door punctured his foot. He required 7 stitches. Our family wrote it off as the craziest accident ever. But... within another month or so, the door was not closing properly. This was a brand new refrigerator and the door would not close right. The magnet would not catch and the door was essentially always open. Viking sent a repair guy. He could not figure it out. He kept stating that the hinges were unlike anything he had seen. Then it dawned on him, the door was installed upside down. He had to take it off, flip hinges and reinstall. What??? Upside down? How is that possible? I then realized that this is probably the reason why my son punctured his foot. It was too low.Six months after replacing the refrigerator, the freezer stopped working. Everything melted. The compressor (?) was shot and it was replaced. For the continuing hassle, Viking extended our warranty an additional year. We now had 3 years of warranty. Within the three years, we have had to replace the ice-maker at least 5 times. Every 4 months it develops a leak and water drips into the ice bucket. Soon the ice bucket has an inch or so of water at the bottom and the entire ice bucket turns in to a solid block of ice. They send a repair guy and he replaces it. This has happened five times. It is broken again now. Unfortunately we are now out of warranty. I argue that the problem began while we were under warranty. This apparently does not matter. Viking wants to charge me $150 for the part and $150 to install it. Again a $7,500 freezer with an ice-maker that does not work. Dumb.Today, the produce tray in the refrigerator broke. Looks like a plastic piece fell off and the side by side drawers came off. This overpriced appliance is an absolute joke. Like my neighbor did with me, I tell all people that compliment our gorgeous appliances to NEVER buy the Viking brand. I warn everybody that I cannot to make the same mistake we did. Viking sucks.

Viking had a large selection, a solid website and competitive pricing. Thats why weve chosen to use them. Unfortunately, I regret purchasing from a wholesale applianve store. I understood that because of COVID, the fridge took a very long time to arrive at our house. But from day one, the fridge never even worked. I contacted Appliances Connection and never heard an answer back. So I went through a technician who referred me to the Viking warranty technician in town. He came out and told me that the Viking fridge that I purchased had a manufacture date of somewhere in 2018. This was the fall of 2020 when I got the fridge. He also said that there was damage on the inside of it. He has replaced it and the fridge has been working fine since. But for about 90 days, I had a refrigerator in my kitchen that wouldnt get cold.I never got in touch with Appliances Connection ever. I had to go out on my own to find out who was the Viking warranty technician in town and that process was very pleasurable. Once I got hold of Viking Corporate, they resolved the issue very easily. Now that the fridge has been fixed by the warranty technician, nothing out of my pocket, everything has been great. Viking, as a company, has done a great job. Were enjoying the fridge and I love it. All the new technology is new and fun to us since my wife and I havent purchased a new fridge in probably a decade.

I love the quality of the range we purchased from Viking. And I really like the cook top, and the style of the range. Our experience at the Viking dealer was excellent. We came in contact with the owner of the company, and I was impressed with his personality. Hes a great person, there was no pressure as far as the sales, and he showed us around the showroom. Everything has been great. And if somebody would ask about Viking, Id say it is the best.

The refrigerator that I had was not a counter length and depth. It was huge. I loved it but my kitchen is small. Viking fits a lot better. Its just for the amount of money we paid for it, it didnt seem to be built as strong. One of the things I dont like about it is the freezer’s not as big. Our other one had three pullout drawers, whereas this Viking only has two. It’s a lot harder to find my freezer stuff. Other than those, its working fine.

I got my first Viking for its name brand. The range is okay but for the price, I thought it was gonna be better. I probably could have gotten more features in a different brand. I got the plain Jane Viking range and it doesn’t do much of anything. When the striker on the oven comes on, it’s kinda loud. My contractor has a Viking and when I asked him about it, he said that they tend to do that. I was kinda concerned about that. Other than that, the quality seems to be fine and the range seems to be working fine as well. The burners are very even.

Ive had my Viking range for about six weeks and I just started to get used to the noise of the fan. But so far, it cooks very well. I’ve always heard of Viking and a lot of places were pushing it. Their reps were excellent and they knew very well. They answered all my questions. They even said how much they love Viking and I’m going to love it. Then, because of my situation with the hood range recirculating, I was told it was better than Wolf and the one that I got is a much safer situation. I have the 3 Series so it’s different. It’s not like the 5 or the 7 and I love the 3 too. It’s just perfect for what I have on the top. It holds my pots nice and its a nice stove for my house. It was also much prettier looking and I liked it better instead of the red knob. I like its knobs versus my old type of stove which was electric. I also like that the Viking is very clear-cut simple. The range is of very good quality, very solid, stern and very powerful. When I used to fry stuff, I used to get oil everywhere. When I fry stuff on here, I’d barely see any oil. It means that the simmer is more professional than what I used to have. Plus, the cleanup is so easy.

I have a Viking gas stove that does not turn off and continues to heat until I have to turn off the electric at the circuit breaker. I have had this repaired just a few weeks ago and it is happening again. I have been waiting for a call back from Viking since Monday and this is dangerous. My husband has called many times daily. The oven thermometer read over 700 degrees. Viking will be responsible if something happens. Weeks without an oven is unacceptable when you pay almost $5000 for an oven. I want this fixed. If my house blows up, it is well documented that this is part of the recall and I have called you guys. Im sure the insurance company would see Viking as responsible. Unacceptable!

I purchased brand new Viking appliances for my entire kitchen. I got a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a 36-inch gas range. I happened to be at Best Buy and walked by their display. I knew Viking was very reputable. I had it quoted to see if it would fit my needs. However, purchasing the appliances there was a nightmare. It was probably the most painful thing Ive been through. Every single product delivered to me by Best Buy was a disaster. Its because once it leaves Viking, it actually goes into a contracted service that Best Buy uses, and its their distributorship that caused the problem. They had way too many hand offs, they had a product coming out of Mississippi and went into distribution centers, and they were supposed to make it to Minneapolis. This is also when the products will be damaged as well, like the dent in the microwave. My refrigerator was delivered completely dead on arrival. They installed it and told me it was gonna take 24 hours for it to cool. The next morning, its as hot as it was when they installed it. The fridge had to be completely replaced. Furthermore, it took almost 12 weeks for my range to be delivered. I was getting the runaround from Best Buy. I kept getting excuses on why they told me they couldnt find my range. I told them, How do you lose a 36-inch range? I dont understand. They said, Well, it didnt arrive. They were a no-show at the loading dock. I had used the range one day, it had a short in it and burned up the entire range. I know that these issues wasnt Vikings fault and I dont think they had any control over what was happening once it was purchased. I felt like the CEO of Viking needed to know about my experience because of the distribution. I did a Google search for the CEO of Viking, and I called and left a message for him on his voicemail. He called me within an hour. And the next day, I had resolution. I had appliances being delivered and everything being handled. They sent a Viking representative out of a smaller-type of distributor, and not a big box company. He was fantastic. Best Buy was putting all the blame squarely on Vikings shoulders because every time I would call them they told me that all the delays were because of Viking. It was ironic that once I did get a hold of Viking, the problem was handled within a day or two days. I would recommend Viking to a friend, although I would tell them never to buy through Best Buy.

The dealer, Mario, did an awesome job of telling us all the benefits. We ended up going with Viking because he said that they stood behind their product and he had never heard complaints from anyone. That was the bottom line where we ended up buying 30 some thousand dollars of equipment there from Best Buy. I bought an entire kitchen of Viking. We have a microwave, a wine cooler, the gas range and the hood. So, all we need is a ship now to be a complete Viking. The Viking refrigerator is good although some of the soft close drawers on the bottom of the refrigerator dont exactly soft close but Im not gonna go crazy over that as much as that thing cost us. I also had some issues with the icemaker but we got that resolved and it was more of a connection issue. We had some issues with our dishwasher and we had to have it replaced. Also, I’m disappointed that the French oven doors didnt seal correctly. But other than that, they look fine. Were working through the service folks that Viking recommended to us and right now, Im still waiting for those. But so far, Im very happy.

I liked the product of Viking Refrigerators and some of the features that it had on it. So, I got a Viking refrigerator and I like the space. But the ice maker didn’t work and it didnt make ice at all from the get-go with the first fridge that I got, so they replaced the fridge. But now Im having issues too with the ice maker on the second fridge. Ive had this fridge for a month before it started knocking. When I dealt with the representatives to try to get the ice maker issue resolved with both fridges, they were great and they’ve been on top of the issue. The technicians showed up and replaced the ice maker five times on the first fridge, before they replaced the fridge. Theyre now in the process of fixing the the second fridge and theyre gonna come out on Friday and replace the ice maker. The Viking registration site would not accept my information so it was somewhat of a hassle to get both of my products registered. I had to go through one of their customer service supervisors. The operator’s manual for the appliances is also not specific enough. The instructions are vague in regard to operating the range and turning it on. But Im generally pleased with the range. The first range, a 36 open burner and the range hood, have been fine for 12 years. Surviving a move to a new house even. The dishwasher purchased at the same time started badly staining glassware & silver after a couple years. Viking said it was crappy dishwasher soap (phosphates removed) but the Bosch at our ranch did fine. Limeaway removed the staining temporarily. Inspected the racks and found the plastic coating cracked exposing the carbon wire core which was rusting. Viking said theyd happily sell me new racks for $450. Compared it to a neighbors dishwashers, found it to be an Asko. Racks were less than half Vikings. Very Funny. 30 open burner gas stove at ranch would not light/stay lit. Viking said likely master propane regulator was bad (but fireplace & Rannai water heater worked fine). Third-party repair person specified by Viking found range regulator out of limit, requested replacement. A month later, no regulator after many calls. I built a water manometer, adjusted Viking regulator to spec, range worked fine. Then noticed when range top leveled, triangular gaps between range & counter face. Adjusting feet to plumb range sides with counter made range top 1/2 bubble off. Viking said floor not level (it was fine). Problem was range not square, back had been screwed on with sides not plumb. Called third party repair person, he said call somebody else. Viking hadnt paid him for diagnosing the regulator problem. Removed back, squared stove, replaced back (new screw holes required), problem solved. BBQ looked massively professional but cast-iron burners holes continually rusted shut, had to be reamed twice a year. Porcelainized sheet iron flame diffusers and grates didnt last two years (their new ones are stainless), found SS burners, diffusers & grates on the internet for 1/4 Vikings prices. Drip-drawer plastic (!), rollers melted immediately, replaced with SS. Moral: Great appearance, great brochures, celebrity endorsements (paid, most likely), a generous retail mark-up (probably) encourages dealer loyalty and dealer omission of known crappy quality control, crappy build details and total absence of warranty service discharge. Wouldnt buy anything Viking again...

This over/under built in refrigerator looked like a carbon copy of the Sub Zero we had, and loved, in our prior home. Looks can be deceiving. This refrigerator is really a portal to, well, you know where. Why travel to Alaskas famed Mendenhall Glacier to watch huge chunks of ice calve when you can recreate the experience on your hands and knees, blow-drying the freezer section of your Viking, chipping away ice chunks in the faint aurora borialis of the refrigerator light? Over, and over again. I would have to pull repair invoices but venture that weve spent $2,000 in service calls and repairs in the last 8 years: > Broken door shelf brackets > Door seal replacements (think middle of the night temperature warning beeper) > Main control board replacement> Multiple repair visits in attempts to address freezer defrost issuesThe freezer section has been a nightmare. Poor defroster system design leading to repeated, massive ice build-ups and melt-water dripping out of the door and ruining our hardwood floor. Incredibly disappointing for the cost, and perceived quality of this appliance. We highly recommend avoiding Viking.

We bought a new house and all the appliances in it were from Viking. A lot of our friends with high-end homes also have either Viking, Sub-Zero or Wolf, and a lot of them are getting serviced. I also had a lot of problems with the first refrigerator, and when I would call up Viking, people picked up right away. Carters Appliances, one of their authorized repair contractors, came out to service, and they were awesome and super-nice, and came out right away. They had to come out a bunch, but they were great. However, we had to throw out about $800 worth of food because the problems happened three or four different times. They had to change the motherboard in the ref. Then the bottom of the refrigerator, where the coils are, kept freezing. The ref also had a problem where there was so much ice, so the coils got pushed into the plastic, then the ice started melting, and all the food had a smell to it. It was frustrating to deal with Viking about this, but they did replace the ref. They gave me a new one, and thats been perfect. I like the pizza box storage on the bottom.

We bought (it was 100% my husband who wanted this stove even though I cook ALL the time) a 36 6 burner Viking stove in November 2004. Within the first 2 years, a repair guy had to come in to fix the ANNOYING click-click-click sound from the burners. Then a year later, came back to fix the click-click-click sound (and taught me what to do to try and fix it myself) as well as the broiler which broke. It is now mid 2011 and I have had no oven for over a month because about 6 months ago, the oven went and I refused to pay the $400 for the visit from a repairman just to tell me that I needed another part. I tricked the oven to work; first by putting the broiler on for like 10 minutes then carefully turning the knob to the temp I needed it by, then preheating it for like an hour along with an oven temp gauge thing. But now, the oven and broiler are no longer working. I have a service call into PSEG to come and fix it. I asked them if they service Viking and they said that they will. Well see. I also have the issue with the caked on grease on the burners that no matter what I do, will NOT come off!I HATE this stove.

My Viking range has been a good investment so far for me. Weve had it since last summer and its a great range. I like it a lot. It’s very efficient and the oven heats really quick. It’s solid too. I like the fact that it’s like a commercial range, so it gets really hot. But when you put it on the low setting, it’s not very low ‘cause it’s got pretty big burners. I had a Viking range in my last house and I liked it. I like gas cooking. However, when it came, the front griddle was scratched. Viking put in a ticket for service to get that replaced. They came out once. The tech couldnt do it. Came out again. He couldnt do it. Came out the third time with the replacement burners. Instead of being the silver, they were rose gold. Came back a fourth time. Now, this is only being here to make sure he could get in. In the meantime, also the griddle came. It was rusted. I just got that griddle three weeks ago after purchasing back in August. I love the product but the service was horrendous. I have all Viking in my house. I got another French door oven, the dishwashers, the microwave. It was terrible. A lot of my time spent trying to get things fixed that I shouldnt have been spending time on. Nobody listens to me.There was so much trouble trying to get the stove in and get it to be finished that I almost said to them, “Come and take it back.” Putting in tickets, waiting here for people to come to the house during COVID. Coming in, he couldnt fix it. Hours taking the whole stove apart, putting stuff all over the floor. Meaning that when his visits came, like the one time he came at 4:00 and I would start cooking dinner around 4:30, he came until 6:30. A lot of little problem things that shouldnt have had to happen. And then they give you a window of eight hours that they will be there. So, you take a day off work. That was just the messy part of it. I did that three times. But the products that they make, I absolutely love. Ive had them in my last two homes, and I have a 48- inch stove fuel and I love it.

I was so happy when we bought our beautiful (blue!) range and fridge in 2011 for our weekend cottage, which is only important because they did not even have daily use. Within the first 2 years the fridge started leaking, the ice maker broke numerous times, the drawers cracked (replacements were hard to find and ridiculously expensive) and now the temperature cannot be adjusted and everything in the fridge freezes. The range is no better. The temperature is uneven, one knob came off, the doors (both) came off their hinges. Now only the small oven closes properly and I have to lean against the large door to get an accurate amount of heat. I’ve spent hours trying to find somebody to fix these two items. When I did, they charged a fortune and the repair lasted no longer than a few weeks. Since about a year I have given up and am living with the expensive mistake I made 9 years ago. I’ve tried contacting Viking directly but they were no help either. I will never buy a Viking again.

I have a Viking freezer and a refrigerator and I haven’t been really pleased with either one of them. Ive had the refrigerator for eight years and it was the refrigerator of the home that I built. The problem Im having now is the coolant and there was some defrosting in it. The technicians had replaced it and tore this thing apart, but Viking sent them a defective part. When the technicians found out about it, they had already drained all the stuff out of the refrigerator and started putting it back together. The refrigerator has been down for a week now. We’ve been looking for parts for three months and it’s just not been a good thing. The refrigerator door doesn’t close right and the guy was trying to work on that too. The freezer seal has always been an issue as far as the white trim and we’ve replaced that a couple times. The refrigerator itself is fine, but as far as the room goes and the expenses, I’ve had a lot of difficulty with it and the freezer. Ive had the ice maker repaired and its been a terrible experience. I don’t think I’d buy another Viking. If someone asks me about them, Id tell them not to get a Viking.

No we have a very expensive oven that really cant be used because you dont know the temperature it is set on. I called Viking and they would only sell me another panel that would do the same thing. IMO this is not something that should happen within the lifetime of the unit!! If I were the manufacturer of a high end product like this, and this happen I would offer to make it right!! This could be a simple and inexpensive fix, but the refuse. I would rather have a oven from a old mobile home than this!! I dont even think Viking will even contact me about this to make it right. The Viking Professional side-by-side refrigerator has operated for about 7 years without any real issues. However, today the water dispenser activated and flooded our kitchen floor. Thankfully we were home and awake when it happened and were able to figure out if we lock the dispenser the water stops flowing. The ice dispenser works fine, but the water flows even when the ice dispenser is being used. It keeps beeping as it would when locked and someone tries to use it, even though the switch is not being physically activated. This makes me VERY nervous to even repair it as the damage it would cause if it went on for hours and hours (or even days if we were to travel) is nerve-wracking. What if it malfunctions again? The repair guy is coming in a couple days and we hope it wont dispense water while locked.

However, that process took three weeks so we were out of a refrigerator for three weeks. The refrigerator is fixed now, although there is a popping noise that occurs occasionally. But even though the refrigerator is giving us some trouble, we still like it. We also like its size and the capability of monitoring the temperature.

I initially read about Viking Range on the internet and heard that they were good ranges from others word-of-mouth. Then there was a lot of bad write-ups about Vikings from the service warranty, saying there were the ranges have a lot of breakdowns. I then found out that it was taken over by Milne whose goal was to improve on service and reliability, so I gave Viking a shot. Now that I have it I think its quality is top-notch. I love it. The grill is my favorite. My least favorite however would be the time that it takes for the broiler to come to temperature - it takes a half-hour at least. Maybe Im doing it wrong by waiting for the oven light to turn off when it is ready. But other than that, its wonderful. Viking is a phenomenal range but there a few things one has to know about it. It takes a little bit more maintenance but its worth it. The range has to be cleaned once a month so I take it completely apart on the first of the month, every month and soak everything, dry it all, and put it back together. I do the same thing to the Vent A Hood exhaust fan I bought and have that and the range paired together in the same color. Also, the burner sometimes doesnt light so the top needs to be taken off then go through the holes with a big pen and wring it out to make sure that the igniter is dry.

The quality of the service from Viking is pretty good and their reps have been great. On the very top of the refrigerator door where you put the butter, it has these little flimsy plastic doors that hang over. When you shut the refrigerator, the plastic doors open and the butter comes out. Viking could make those a little bit more stationary or stick more. I also had to have someone come because the ice maker wasnt working. But the problem was they could only come and service our house on Tuesdays and Thursdays but wed be at work. So its hard to have someone come out to service the ice maker. They were great about getting to send someone out but I had to cancel it because I thought I was going to be able to have someone here. I cant have someone here all day and then theyll call and give me a two-hour window that day.

We purchased a home which has a Viking Dual Fuel Self-Clean range. The previous owner rarely cooked, so the range should have been like new. My wifes hobby is cooking. The oven temp. was never correct. The self cleaning worked only once. The second time we tried to use it the heat never came on and the door locked. Now the door lock continues to lock and unlock making it impossible to use the oven (this continues to cycle even though everything on the range is off???). Thanks for the heads up in your long list of complaints. We will save enough on service calls to buy a quality product. This expensive, useless, paperweight is going to the curb.

I could kick myself for not reading these reviews before buying Viking!!! Built a new home with all Viking appliances. Serious quality problems on everything except the range....so far. They are not a refrigerator company or a dishwasher company. I am as far to say they cheap quality! We absolutely wish we could go back to our GE or Maytag kitchens. In 2 new house with GE and Maytag and 15 years we did not even have 1 service call. Viking in 1 year of our 3rd new house 3 problems with ref. and just a bad dishwasher (never dries). Frustrated and feel terrible that I spent $10,000 over our budget to get Viking to end up with this level of quality and service.

My Viking range is a great piece of machinery. We bought the premium range from a dealer who was very good and helpful. I liked the brands reputation, price, and overall quality. My range performs as it should and its a very different cooking experience than what I had prior. We are very happy with the product and overall, Im pleasantly surprised. We knew we were buying a higher-end appliance set and our Viking has exceeded expectations which is great.

I’ve known of the Viking brand off and on for years. We were getting ready to renovate our kitchen and I like Vikings brand reputation. Plus there was a really good package deal that the store offered, in which we would get either a microwave or a dishwasher for free. The reps at this store were also knowledgeable overall and very accommodating. We’ve only had the range installed and working for about two and a half weeks and we really love it so far. It’s fast and very powerful. If you can afford Viking and are considering it, you should definitely get it.

We’re on our second Viking refrigerator because the first one failed after approximately eight years. The newer refrigerator which we got last year is operating great. It has not had the same problems at this point but having to replace a Viking after eight years, Ive never had that kind of circumstance with any other refrigerator brand. There are some parts that get frozen then they start to melt and leak in the refrigerator. They dont go out to the drain. There is this freezing thawing process that is part of the regular refrigeration process but the pathway for the melting gets blocked up. It gets frozen too so the water accumulates in the bottom of the refrigerator. That had happened a couple of times.Ive had problems with a variety of Viking products from double ovens to the refrigerators. I have two homes and I have full suites of Viking appliances in both kitchens. I’ve not been thrilled with them. Viking is overrated. They have a cachet but their performance and reliability do not live up to that cachet. There are lesser prestige brands that perform better than Viking.

We were told that Viking is one of the best in the business when we were looking for a new range. It was great and so weve had it for three years. I like it and it cooks very well. However, the oven stopped working two months ago and they couldnt get it right for about a month. When they sent the part, it was the wrong one. The control board probably was defective from day one because one of the lights that used to go on for the cleaning cycle went on even when the cleaning cycle wasnt on. And the guy who repaired it told me that he did three stoves that had the same problem. And one of the lighting that he fixed the morning that he came to us had the same thing. But Viking was really nice and did very good customer service. They paid for the whole thing. I didnt have to pay for the parts or the labor even though it wasnt under warranty. Its working fine now.

I have owned Viking for the last 15 years, in 4 different homes. One of my kitchens is a full suite of Viking appliances, with a 48 range oven. In the past 5 years Ive moved three times, and each move I purchased a Viking range, to make me feel like home. Over the course of the last 5 years, I was able to experience the changes, primarily changes to cut costs, but the warranty was 3 years, something that Viking was very proud of. So, I continued to purchase with confidence. In May of 2014, I purchased a range with a 5-year warranty, which remained at my old address. My last range purchase was Oct. 2017, which I believed to have the normal 3-year warranty. I had to change the oven fan last year, which is an ongoing problem with Viking. There are also ongoing issues with their oven doors and grates, which prompted my call to Viking customer service today. I wanted to schedule service for the continuous problem with the fan, the oven door which does not close properly, discoloration on the stainless lip that meets the burners, unsafe oven racks. The customer rep that took my call, was rude and told me my warranty was expired. I told her my range is less than 2 years old. I was shocked when I learned that my warranty was up, and with her rudeness and dismissiveness. She told me that Viking changed the warranty program and that I should read my manual. I then called the company I purchased from and they confirmed the 1-year warranty and that I should have read my warranty before purchase.I feel as though Viking has been dishonest with customers who are repeat customers and familiar with them. There was no way for me to know about this change unless the salesperson made me aware of it, and they may have not known themselves. At the time of this purchase for the range or for any purchase of any appliance, which I have bought my fair share of, I have never been given manuals to read before purchase. Ive always relied on my experience with products, companies and salespeople. This is disappointing as I have nowhere to go and this point, no one ever contacted me with perhaps purchasing an extended warranty either. Im confident that Im not the only consumer whos experienced this surprise in the last 2 years. And Im also confident that customers whove spent well over 30K in repeat business would be treated better than a buyer beware clause.

The quality of Viking is very good. The stovetop and the oven get hot really quickly. I wish it was a little bigger but that was a decision we made and I didnt realize that it would feel as small as it is. But, it doesnt have any fancy electronics and thats a bit hard to get used to at first. We also used to have a griddle but its okay. We have a better functioning stove or oven and its definitely an improvement from what we had last. However, Im having some trouble. When the Viking arrived, it took some time to get it installed because our kitchen was under renovation. It was more than a month. We got a range, and with it, we also got a dishwasher and that came dented. When we called, the reps were like, “Why didn’t you open it right away?” And were like, “We were told that it was going to be a very, very long wait because of COVID. And so we ordered it in April, knowing we were renovating in June.” The company that we bought it through was very nice, and they ended up working with us on it. So it turned out to not be a problem. But they came to replace the dented door of the dishwasher and they brought another dented door. So then we waited again. It took a long time to get it all settled. On the oven, the light shows that its preheating or that its on. Sometimes, we can hear the gas lighting. Also, there have been numerous times where I come back to look at my potatoes and the oven has been off the whole time and this happens a lot. But it’s not like it was smelling gas in the house. So we’re starting to be able to piece together that there’s something that’s not right. It has happened at least seven times where Ill start the oven, it will be hot, Ill put my food in, Ill go back, and then the whole meal is ruined because its not hot anymore. But its on 400.

My friend had a Viking range and I liked it. I like the look and feel of them, the professional grade and quality. Those have been questionable, however. The stovetop works fine but the oven never worked right and it took me a long time to finally get a service tech out. He came last week and ordered the parts, so I’m waiting for them. I bought the oven stove brand new online for $5,000, yet it hasn’t been working for a month and a half now. I heard and I saw consumer feedback bashing the maintenance support but despite that, I bought it because it was something I wanted. I figured it is high quality and it won’t need that much work, but it has turned into that already, so theres a little buyer’s remorse. I buy something high-end like that and I expect good service, and I havent seen that so its disappointing. I’ve since gone to Wolf and I checked it out, and their product support is over the top. If I had to do it all over again, I’d probably go with Wolf.

This stove will outlast my house. Built like a tank, burners are amazing all the way from the slightest simmer flame to a multilevel scorcher. We have the grill and griddle. Grill makes some smoke but will dear steak just like your outdoor gas grill. Have enough power in a vented hood or you’ll need to remove batteries from smoke alarms. The griddle is thick steel and after one seasoning as recommended you’ll have a perfect nonstick surface smooth enough to cook eggs. Easy to clean with a paper towel. Only downside to this monster is its weight, which I guess only matters to the installers. You’ll never want it to leave and it’s the one thing a thief couldn’t carry out.

We had a new $8000 refrigerator from Viking. Over 5 years we had it repaired 18 times. The refrigerator was recalled so Viking charged us half price for a new one about 8 months ago. This evening - all of the food in the freezer is now thawed out. The refrigerator is not getting cold. Youve got to be kidding. Even the replacement of the recalled refrigerator isnt working now after 8 months. We have a full suite of Viking appliances. Its pricey but we chose them for their reputation and style. My wife likes the refrigerator more but I find it a little too shallow. Everythings up front. But aesthetically, its very pleasing and it goes with the other appliances as well as the rest of the redone kitchen, and it’s so far, so good. Initially, we had a problem with the refrigerator. It was probably within the first month. Id found a puddle of water below the freezer on the floor. I did not appreciate that at all. It had gone into a defrost mode unexpectedly, and we had to throw everything in the freezer away. The icemaker has that bar that will cut it off as it slows up. That doesnt work. The ice overflows and ends up on the bottom of the freezer. It’s never turned itself off, so you have to turn it off manually to stop the ice being generated. Otherwise, if you pull out the top shelf of the freezer, its higher than the rod because it pushes it out of it, pushes it to the back and out the back, off the end. Were not the only ones. We speak to other people who have it, and they say they have the same issue. From what I understand, there is no fix. It just doesnt do what you thought it would do. Thats something that from a design perspective should be looked at.

I purchased a Viking 30 electric cooktop Model RVEC3305BSB. It was installed and after they left, I turn on the stove to cook. One of the lights remained ON indicating that the heating element is HOT when the stove is not even on (the light stayed on since then, and it still on). I called Viking and they send someone to fix the issue. The guy said they had to order the part and it was going to take a week. His words hopefully thats the issue, if its not then Viking will switch it for another one. I called to get the status and this time they said 10 days! I called Viking to complain and they said it was expedited to a week. It is not what I expected from a brand like Viking. I bought a new appliance, and yet it has to be fixed, why not replace it with one that has no issues and save us all the inconvenience of all these calls and following up? When I renovated my kitchen in 2007, I purchased the Viking Professional Series dishwasher, fridge and gas top stove. IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH ALL OF THEM. After spending $11,000.00+ for these three appliances (that came highly recommended by the salesperson at a large, high end appliance store), I expected a good quality product to don my newly renovated dream kitchen... WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!Initially, the appliances all Sat in their boxes until my kitchen renovation was completed about 6 months after my purchases. Several months after installing the appliances, the DISHWASHER broke... the water would not drain properly. Viking repair man fixed, then happened again about a year later. I asked Viking rep to replace product since same issue was re-occurring and appeared to be a pre-existing problem. I was told no; that since the dishwasher was still under warranty they would send another repair man. Fixed again... then same thing happened again within a year... except now (even though they Sat unopened in boxes first the 6 months) the warranty was over.I was told the diverter valve needed replaced, and it would cost over $600.00 to repair!!! I was beside myself, I called Viking and said this was ridiculous since this was a pre-existing problem and I should not have to pay for repair. Well we all know their response... Cant help as no longer under warranty. A frightening and dangerous feature of the GAS STOVE TOP is the design of the on/off knobs. I am all of 110 lbs, and sometimes when I lean forward to stir a pot on a back burner, the pressure from my body will actually turn the flame from the front burner on!!! Also, periodically when I turn one burner on, one of the burners that is off will make a clicking noise. The REFRIGERATOR water dispenser broke after the first year. Later had troubles with the ice maker bar getting stuck in the on position, and more recently the clear plastic on the large pull out drawer cracked. Finally, the other day the refrigerator just stopped working - like it went into a defrost mode - ruined all frozen foods, and most of the refrigerated items. I called the store where I purchased the Vikings to see if maybe the refrigerator was still under warranty - they said no. I mentioned all the troubles I have had with these products, and the sales representative said they stopped carrying Viking products. I think that says it all!!!The repairman came, said it was the poorly designed freon line which was directed into a drip pan (for cooling purposes) causing the line to rust/corrode, and consequently leak the freon. He was surprised to see this since he said, running the line in this manner was stopped years ago. The repair was estimated at $600.00 to replace the line, but possibly $1000.00+ if other related problems were found. The repair man said probably better to cut my losses and go with a more reliable refrigerator like GE, Kenmore or Whirlpool - rather than throwing good money after bad. Like many I want to repair since cheaper than buying new... but based on reading these postings, and past repair experiences... Im afraid of getting burned once again. Being stuck between a rock and a hard place. :(I would NEVER, ever recommend buying these overly expensive appliances built with their cheap parts, and poor design features. I feel like I spent a lot of money and never received a good return on my hard earned dollars. Should be illegal. Guy who mentioned a class action suit may be on to something.

I have known about Viking Ranges growing up. Seeing them in houses, I’ve been really impressed with how they look. I’ve always wanted a Viking range and I did not know they also had a free-standing fridge that was huge. But, the free dishwasher was the main thing as to why I went with them over other companies. The Viking guy had to come up because we are at a different elevation, so he had to do something. When you turn it on underneath, it takes a little while to light up and I didn’t even notice that but he noticed it. Nevertheless, it looks beautiful and everything that we’ve put in it has been awesome so far. Also, the rep I dealt with was great. I knew what I wanted so she didn’t have to do too much. However, as soon as the first range was delivered, it was all banged up. The lady had it exchanged out within a week and really helped me out with those little things.

I built a $163,000 kitchen and Viking is the least expensive product I have in this kitchen and absolutely the worst. The refrigerator Ive had since March still doesnt work. Everything went into the garage until it got its turn into the kitchen. A couple of weeks into it, every time I open it up, everything in the front seemed warm. I finally put an analog thermometer in there and it was reading 50 degrees. Overnight, it would cool down to about 45 and anything above 40 is spoilage.I called Best Buy and they gave me Vikings number because I didnt purchase their three-year warranty. It already had a warranty on it and I didnt think I needed it. I called Viking and they gave me the number to Lakeview who had an Illinois number. Two days later, I still cant get in touch with Lakeview so, I called Viking again and they got on the phone with them. Lakeview called me back and set up an appointment. They got here three or four days later and looked at it. Theyre in my house for an hour and determined that this piece has a faulty seal that was supposed to be replaced per Viking. They said it will be in a few weeks but a month went by and they didnt have the part. Finally, the piece comes in five weeks after this initial problem. I called Lakeview and told them their piece is here and for them to come put it in. They came in the next day and it was an Electrolux. It doesnt have anything to do with the refrigerator that I have and its the wrong part. This tech is on the line for an hour and a half with Viking and determined that my refrigerator doesnt need this kit after all. Its some thermostat, little plug-in thing and he said they have that in stock and it will be here in a week. A week goes by and I called Viking because I could never get in touch with Lakeview. They said that since they have so many problems, theyd like to offer me $150 and exchange my warranty for six months. I asked how they would do that and they said theyll get back to me but two days and there was nothing.I called Viking again and asked for the part and they said Lakeview decided to order a bunch of parts for a bunch of other customers in the same group as mine. Some of those parts are in and my part thats in stock is lumped up with a bunch of others that have broken Vikings. They finally decided to separate the shipment and in theory, the part was shipped to Lakeview but I still have not heard from anybody. Also, I asked about the $150 and the six-month warranty and they said I didnt send them a receipt. Nobody told me that and I was very clear that I spent $1,000 to purchase a refrigerator and shove it into the garage so I can have a refrigerator in Dallas, Texas, at 102 degrees. But Im going to get this part installed and I dont care about the $150 because they want me to prove that I bought a refrigerator. Instead of just offering something and giving it to me, they put these little strings attached to it. Also, Im going to turn them in to the Business Bureau. Im going to light up Best Buy, Google everybody on the planet and tell them what Viking has done. Everything is the worst.
