Great fridge for our patio. Came quickly and well packaged. It does just what we need it to!
We purchased a DCS 36" Built-in Gas grill. It arrived on a pallet with plenty of great packaging with no damage or missing parts. The installation instructions were clear and helped us to design our outdoor kitchen to accommodate it easily. We installed the grill without any problems and have used it for about three months. We have enjoyed every use. It heats evenly. The infrared burner and rotisserie make the best chicken! My only complaint would be that we purchased the grill cover and it has a tendency to blow off when the winds pick up.
We bought this to add to our outdoor barbecue, it fits just right. It has great storage space. Perfect for what we need.
I paid top dollar for my Fisher Paykel DCS brand oven/range, refrigerator and dishwasher. They are beautiful stainless steel appliances and for the most part perform flawlessly. I had an issue with an oven tray and contacted their Customer Care hotline in New Zealand. They did an outstanding job handling my issue, and now I’m back to happily baking my multiple trays of holiday cookies! Kudos to the Paykel team for being so professional and responsive.
This is only the 2nd fridge I've ever personally bought and I am so happy with it. I don't know how DCS does it but our Freestanding or Built In refrigerator is so quiet. Our old fridge was such a nuisance in that regard.
Making lunches and dinners for my family ahead of time is much easier with the huge amount of storage space in my new DCS Freestanding or Built In refrigerator. Being able to store all of these meals is super convenient!
We went into John's Appliance. While looking at appliances, we saw the Fisher & Paykel brand. We purchased a stove, a hood and a dishwasher. We chose F&P because of the range. We got a propane range with the electric oven. We liked the way it was built and it had the flat-top grill to it. We're in the restaurant business and so we like that sort of thing. So far, I would recommend it.
Saw this particular DCS refrigerator at a friend's house earlier this year and really loved the All Refrigerator design. Fast forward a few months and we've been enjoying having our very own! Very spacious, would recommend.
I want to add my personal experience with my Fisher & Paykel DCS grill. I bought this grill in over 7 years ago and use it often; probably more than most, sometimes 4 or 5 times a week during summers. Over time heat and food stuffs wore down the burners and the heat shields that hold the porcelain bars. Taking it apart to clean it last week I found cracks in the burners and a couple of the bars fell out and broke :(. I Emailed Fisher & Paykel support, and I have to say they were incredible at responding and standing behind their products. They are sending me new burners and heat shields, plus a pack of bars. I'm very excited I can refurbish my DCS grill instead of having to go and try to find a new grill in this very challenging COVID-19 time period. 5 Stars for Fisher & Paykel!
Top of the line, 6 burner DCS with smoker and infrared rotisserie, high end stainless steel construction. Great product with warranty. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Heavy gauge grates are awesome.
