A delight to use in every way. As a frequent baker and diligent cook I really appreciate the care given to every aspect of this range's design. The stove starts every time. The oven was easy to calibrate and is fast to come to temperature. The insulation is so good it is hard to tell the oven is on. The oven racks are smooth and very easy to move even when hot. Love the look!

I spoke to someone in the customer relations department after contacting Monogram cares. Our Monogram refrigerator purchased 16 months ago had malfunctioned. Within minutes of explaining the problem Monogram located my file in their system. They immediately extended the manufacturer warranty as a courtesy. I didn’t have an extended warranty but Monogram arranged to have the service technician come to my house to repair, what he discovered was a broken fan, in less than 24 hours at no cost. While the likelihood of a fairly new appliance needing repair is rare, the service technician did explain that repairs needed with GE appliances does keep him very busy. I am thankful for their CARE and saving my Thanksgiving turkey!

We love the gas cooking on top all the same BTUs, Convention oven cooks very well. No more burnt food.

We bought an expensive Monogram series refrigerator because it was the only one with a longer lifespan per reports. Thus far, the refrigerator is acceptable, though not as appealing as our 25 year old one that it replaced. The new one's doors are heavy and don't close with a slight shove (you have to consciously and firmly close the doors). The bright back-lit interior is easy to find things in; there's lots of room, though it's not as well thought out as their older ones (the door shelves are quite narrow and don't hold much on the side with the icemaker). There's a lot of room that could have been used for shelf space, but isn't. Overall, we like it, but miss our old one.

Our fridge is a smaller 24 cf version, with the freezer in the bottom. We’ve had it for 10+ years with no problems yet. Food is easy to access in both the fridge and freezer. It’s quite economical compared to our previous brand. I like the appeal of the s.s. finish, as well as the hardware that came with it. The only drawback to it is you have to open the door to get access to the cold water tap. I’d buy this unit again, if this one croaks soon!!

If you want a microwave drawer, this one is very nice. Easy to use. Looks great.

I love the quietness of this dishwasher. Also find the third rack for silverware a great plus and have removed the basket in the lower rack for more room for dishes. What I am disappointed with is the inside of the dishwasher rack and sides are very wet after a cycle is run even on the power dry cycle. You must wipe it out or it will remain wet (can’t leave door open to dry as light stays on). For such a high price I expected better.

Under the counter microwave drawer I love having extra counter space.

We have a galley kitchen & needed a fridge that was ‘counter depth’. We also wanted gray appliances to match our decor. The Monogram Profile Line Refrigerator we chose makes up in width where we had to cut back in depth. It’s energy efficient as well as beautiful to look at. We couldn’t be happier! It shows itself off every time you open it, there are great lighting effects, even in the bottom drawer, which change color, depending on which setting you choose. The freezer, on the bottom, is also a dream, great ice make & lots of room. We are very happy with our purchase & highly recommend it!

Love the range high/low burner performance. Oven control is straight forward and is a delight to use. The slide out racks are well designed and have been amazing to use. Especially enjoy the angled sides making this a nice feature in a smaller kitchen.

I bought this to replace a 14 year old Dacor dual fuel range that had multiple problems. I am very happy with it.

As a designer and a builder, I have been using GE MONOGRAM Appliances for more than 20 years now - they look beautiful and works great too. Customer Service is good and quick.

Have had my Monogram Refrigerator about 8 months, brand new. It's very updated, timely and performs well. The temperature as set, keeps freezer food, as well as my usual assortment of basic refrigerator foods evenly cold. Along with a companion Monogram updated electric stove with range hood, this threesome is making a kitchen fashion statement nestled amongst blonde style oak cabinets, and their black easy wipe appliance surfaces. Living in a tornado alley midwestern area with above average storm and excessive wind activity, I'm very much impressed with this threesome's electric holding on and adaptable strength during the rougher stormy weather seasons, especially.

Great looking Island Microwave. Easy install. and heats food well. I recommend this product.

Very nice looking. We like the hidden control look. The D/W has multiple settings for quick or regular wash.

So glad I bought this. I wanted the microwave out of site in the new kitchen remodel but I was in no way willing to get rid of a microwave all together. Not quite as easy and fast as old school door microwaves in terms of open and close but it definitely is worth it to us. So far no problems. I would recommend this.

I knew this was the range I wanted for my newly remodeled kitchen, and I had to go out to find it at the only place in town that carried high-end appliances. It is a joy to cook and bake with this oven!!
