Payne is a brand which you can count on to give you a product worth your money. I say this because I have had my ac for a year now and it hasn’t brought me any trouble in that time. It runs quietly and cools the house just right. My previous unit had trouble going below 770 so often times it would still be hot even though it’s on.

Payne is a good air conditioner company, their HVAC systems seldom let you down. When I read reviews about it though I found a lot of negative reviews and wondered if the quality had been watered down. I ignored most of it though because sometimes the installation is the problem. I replaced my old Ruud ac with Payne and so far it has only proven me right. The system was installed about a year and a half ago and all I have done is routine maintenance. Do your homework before installing your HVAC system because most of the time your installer could have done it wrong.

After 20 years of service, my old AC broke down again last year so I replaced it with one from Payne. I looked on the internet to find out what was in my budget and found Payne to be just what I needed. However, when I looked at the customer views on a few sites I found one with a lot of negative reviews and became a little skeptical. I still bought the Payne I had scoped the internet for, after all my wallet had the last say. It’s almost 2 years now and boy, am I glad that this isn’t another bitter review. Thanks Payne the system is working just fine.

We’ve had a Carrier for 19 years and it just broke last summer. It was a good ac and we didn’t have too many problems with it but we decided to go for Payne this time because we asked around and they came highly recommended as something in the price range we were looking for. This is the sixth month we are using it and so far everything is working great. It doesn’t take much energy to run one of these and that’s a major plus according to us.
